Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the twenty third day of December twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show today. We're going to be talking at nine o'clock with John Tater with Lawful Defense and talking about the lawsuits that are going on, which fake stream media will never talk about, which is really interesting. And then after that at ten o'clock, it would be pro se Mike, who happens to be Mike Bambus, who happens to be the son of Ed Bambus with the veteran that they did the huge fundraiser for. And this is quite a success story that I think is going to be fun to talk about because you know what? The American people stood up and got in the game when somebody needed help. And it's heartwarming. It's a beautiful story. And I was kind of amazed and surprised that Ed is Mike's dad. And I just got to tell you, it couldn't have happened to a better family. So I was so happy for him. So anyhow, morning, John. How are you doing? I'm good. I'm good. Doing good today? You guys ready for Christmas over there? You and your beautiful bride? Well, kind of. Yeah. We're ready. We're going to have a big crowd over here Christmas Day. My son's coming up from Ohio and... uh everybody else from locally this time around wasn't as big as thanksgiving i mean as many people from out of state is thanksgiving but but it's still going to be a big crowd for it sounds like in people sounds like what's your favorite thing to eat at christmas we're going to do a couple of different stews we're going to do or or pot roast we're going to do a beef and we're going to do a lamb Oh, that sounds like an amazing day. Very cool. So that's, that's awesome. Well, I tell you what, I've got something I want to show you that I've been, been focusing on inspiration lately besides just, you know, looking at the stuff that just makes us all mad, you know, which is pretty easy to do considering there's a lot to be upset about my opinion. Hang on a second. Let me pull this up. There's a, there's a military, veteran who's ninety five years old. And I am so excited and touched about seeing this video that of unwavering courage. It's it's really, really inspiring. Let me see if I can. We're going to get past the get past the. add here okay here we go i'm going to put this up here a minute because i think it's a great way to start the day ed you being uh a colonel you're gonna love this full screen it here a minute let's go to full screen guys and full screen and it is not coming up come on guys oh well we'll have uh This is interesting. It's just gotten weirder by the second but that's okay. Hang on a minute. Let's try that again. This guy's got a great story. And let's see. And we're gonna go ahead and just play this and then I can't get it to go full screen and I don't know why. Let's try it again. Nope, not gonna do it. All right, well, we're gonna play it like this anyway. It's a rare breed. It's a rare breed that's willing to lay down his life so a stranger can live. These two men, their inspiration, well, it stands between them here tonight. He's a true American, and he's an American hero. We tell you the story. He gave his country eight years of service in World War II and Korea. The man from Roy, Utah, was born in the spring of the nineteen twenty seven. He's ninety five years old. In the history of the U.S. Marine Corps, there have been three epic conflicts, the Battle of Bellalue, Iwo Jima and the Chosin Reservoir in the Chosin Valley of Korea. This man was there. third battalion fifth marines at war with tyranny and communism fighting in the freezing temperatures fifty below zero with the wind chill he's a superior marksman he was gifted in hand-to-hand combat once witnessed stopping three chinese soldiers single-handedly with his k-bar knife and it already carried one gunshot One US Marine division was surrounded by eleven divisions of Chinese and communists. The odds, the odds of Las Vegas was fifteen to one. His company was three hundred and twenty men strong and when the smoke cleared, we won. But only eight men were left to fight. Eight out of three hundred and twenty. And that man standing here this evening is one of those eight men who survived. He fought in the daylight. He cared for the wounded at night. This warrior is wearing the exact same uniform he wore in nineteen fifty two over seventy years ago. On that uniform is two presidential citations, three Purple Hearts for being wounded in battle. And as fate would have it, friends, that third Purple Heart I got to take a quick break here and just talk for a minute or else YouTube is going to give me a strike. But this is an unbelievable, unbelievable record this guy has. December the second, nineteen fifty two, seventy two years ago tonight. He is a hero. I asked him earlier, I said, tell us at ninety five years of age, do you still like pretty girls and fried chicken? He looked at me, he winked his eye and he said, I can do without the fried chicken. He's been married to Miss Donna for seventy six years. He told me he would still climb a tree to kiss his wife. He is a special soul. He is a warrior. He never looked down. He never looked back. He never let go. And that is how heroes are made. Honor him. Ninety-five years old. U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Retired John C. Cole. He could be heroes. Isn't that amazing? Yes. I thought, you know, it's a great time for everybody to be, you know, inspired. There are so many people who have fought and died for this country and who have lived for this country and have never given up and been just unwavering patriots, unwavering protectors and guardians and warriors. And, you know, just to listen to a story like that, wow, what an incredible story. Yeah, it's a good story. Yeah. How many years were you in the service? Thirty one. Yeah. Like that. Yeah. But I didn't go through the. Excuse my French here, hell that he went through. Mine was a little easier road. I wasn't I wasn't combat arms. I was what they called combat support. I was in the medical part. So. I didn't deal with that kind of stuff. And then not only that, I was on the medical side, but on the command side of the medical staff, not actually in the field as a medic. So I had it a little easier than he did, although I had my ups and downs and I had my rough days too, but nothing like he did, no. Well, you know, it's amazing, but nothing works. It's just like with running companies and such. Every single job works together as a team and every single person's effort is important. You know what I mean? If he didn't have the support behind him. of people that, you know, work behind the scenes like you did. And, you know, the people that were doing every job out there, he probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to show how amazing he really is. They would have taken him out if he hadn't had support, you know. And so I think that's to the credit of every single person out there, you know, every person that gets up every day and goes to work, takes care of their family, goes in and keeps America running. Every single person is so significant and so wonderful. And it's the way God intended it to be. We're supposed to be a family and do it as teamwork. And that's amazing. It's kind of amazing. So we're going to talk about the judges this morning and your case and my cases. I did want to bring something up that I thought was very interesting. I haven't talked about it much, but I am truly suspecting things are not what they always appear. And very few times do people get to see behind the scenes at what's really happening. in uh in uh every situation you know running for governor you ran for governor i ran for governor you can really see how corrupt this entire putrid crime syndicate uh uh government we have is and quite honestly i'm gonna just say it and i'm not gonna say excuse my french it's the way way it is the whole damn thing needs to be cleaned out from top to bottom the whole thing is corrupt as hell. And there is not one part of it at this point in time that I look at and say and give anything any credit because it's all about protecting the power structure, the money laundering, the United States, the states, the parties. It's all a one big money laundering operation. So if you're honest, they're going to threaten you. They're going to coerce you. They may even come at you with some greater force. Well, one of the attorneys, so I have several lawsuits out there. There's lawsuits that I filed per se. There's also lawsuits that I have filed with attorneys, and there's one that an attorney just entered into, which I think is actually, it's kind of like doing a hybrid type attack, which a legal attack, which I think is going to work very well, quite honestly, you know, sometimes people will want to be purists and sometimes, you know, you have to come to the point where you're at the end of yourself and say, I gotta have some help here. And so I'm going to go back to the signature gathering one, which is what tanked my run for governor in the first in the first running under the Republican Party in twenty twenty two. And I'm going to tell you right now, the Republican Party was just as guilty as the signature gatherers, as the Bureau of Elections, as all of it. I mean, everyone that's in this system kind of works together. However, the signature gatherers committed absolutely committed crimes there. And that was the tripping point that literally removed me from the ballot. And I think there were other people involved in it. Nobody acts alone. Okay. There, there is talking about being in the military, the way that they've done this insurrection in the United States, it's not one person. You can't look at the top person that everybody wants you to focus on. You got to look downstream from that to the second in command, to the clerks, to the Bureau of elections, to all of them, because they're enabling, it's like enabling an alcoholic. they find some flaky that's, that is willing to do the crimes. And then they, they, um, They go right ahead and they, um, uh, they use them. Okay. So at any rate, the signature gather, Sean Wilmoth and friends, um, were the ones that were the ones that really subverted my campaign in the Republican party. I sued in the circuit court and that got kicked out. I sued in the Michigan Supreme court, those, uh, worthless pieces of crap who will not rule on anything. said, oh, we don't have jurisdiction. Well, they sure did have jurisdiction. They just kicked the can down the line in order to run the clock out because that's a game they play. Went to federal court, sued in federal court, and I won. And the federal court judge said that it was an illegal removal from the ballot. But however, they had stalled so much. But absentee ballots, they never gave me remedy. And I didn't have time to fight this all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States as I saw it. So I had gone back to the Constitution Party, the U.S. Taxpayers Party, who asked me to run on their platform before I decided to run under the Republican Party. And I said, well, if you guys still want me to run, you know, I'll run under the Constitution Party because I told my supporters I was going to get on that ballot. And this was a no back down, no no back. no back down situation. And they said, yes. So I ran under that. I got on the ballot. I won the nomination. And then there were, there were about six people who committed a year felony within the U S taxpayers party. And I caught them. And so did my security guy. And it says still sitting out there, but that's what happened. They registered a second. Governor candidate. They picked up somebody's notary seal, stamp the paperwork and registered. registered another governor candidate, which was what probably the Bureau of election was looking for, for another way to get rid of me and, and all of them on the top. So anyhow, we reconvened and, uh, I, I, uh, was renominated again on that Saturday. We had to go down to the Bureau of Elections on Monday, found one honest person in the Bureau of Elections that I think is a good guy. The rest of them, they're pretty much on situation by situation approval for me on whether they do the right thing or the wrong thing, because I don't think that they're going to do the right thing. But anyhow, I got on the ballot under the Constitution Party, and that's kind of how it went. So About a month ago, the attorney I was working with called me and he was very excited because the last time we went in before the judge, she was ready to throw the books at these guys. She was upset. You could see that she was upset. And she was like, I've heard enough. I don't need any more that I need to make a decision on this. And she was furious for taking up her time on something that was so blatant, right? So the attorney said, you know, let's just let this play out. We want to have, there's a criminal case that Dana Nessel filed to subvert my civil case. That's what happened. And so it pushed it back with a criminal case. He said, let's just let this go. And because I, you know, I think that we need to protect his rights and make sure that this is, this is, you know, all proper. And I'm looking at him going crazy. Are you freaking kidding me? And then I realized why he did it and said, you know, we're going to protect his rights and make sure that everything is in order. Because I would have won right then and there. I would have won. And we had the discussion afterwards and said as much. Well, he called me about a month ago and said, hey, this is kind of amazing. Our hearing, our trial had been pushed off until twenty twenty seven. And all of a sudden they moved it up to January twenty twenty six. And so it's the twenty-seventh of January. He said they moved it up more than a whole year. And he was kind of like, wow, that's kind of amazing. It surprised all of us. Well, guess what? After that call, after that call, about three weeks later, they found him dead. Oh, geez. And I'm going to be the one to say it right now, and a lot of people that know the situation have got a lot of questions about the timing on this. And it seemed strangely coincidental, though I don't believe in coincidence at all, of what happened. And so now, right now, I actually found, I think, one honest man who stepped forward as an attorney that believes in election integrity, that's not going to waiver. And all I got to say is that God is good. And so we are going forward with everything. And just so you know, everyone now, not only was I pissed off before the amount of righteous indignation over what I see happening and the questions I have and the non-coincidence coincidences that I'm seeing and other people in the situation or that know about the situation have expressed to me the same concerns that I have. Um, we're going to continue to go forward. But now this is going to be so much bigger on every single case out there. I think I'm not going to talk about everything and how far this is going to go. But quite honestly, the cases that we have out there are ones that can flip the tables in not just the state of Michigan, but potentially across the United States. They picked the fight, they made it worse. And so guess what? The fight that they've chosen to pick was probably a very, very wrong decision. And so we're going forward on this. No fear, no back down, no unwavering. And the resolve just got unbelievably more set in stone. It was already set in stone, but we're talking a higher grade. It's set in diamonds now. So there you go. Thought you would be interested in hearing that. And the Pro Se case, which was really interesting, they had more papers filed on the dismissal that I received on the Friday before. You know what? Misrepresenting the law, it's a bad look. It's a really bad, bad look. And it usually ends in bad things. That's all the judges do is misrepresent the law. They don't follow the law. They're not judges of the law. They're judges of their own. Opinion and biases. Yes. And corruption. And they're all on the take. All especially Michigan. Michigan is probably one of the worst. It is the worst. It is. With the judicial system set up the way it's set up. And it's from the clerks on down. You're right. The clerks are just as bad. Well, I'm going to tell you what we had, we had a denial on a TRO at the beginning of water wars. The judge didn't sign it and I pulled her signature and it didn't match. So the clerk was the one that I'm pretty sure it was the clerk, but I don't know it was a clerk, but I'm, I'm pretty darn sure that, Oh, I tell you right now with absolute certainty that judge didn't sign that order. And that judge might have told the clerk to sign it. So plausible deniability. I didn't do that. That's not my signature. Well, the other thing you learn when you do this kind of stuff, which I'm not afraid to fail because to me, I just do what God asks me to do. And it's up to him whether it succeeds or not. I really don't care. I just do what he tells me to do. And the outcome is entirely God's. And that's how I look at the world. And so that, you know, you just, you have to step up when something is in front of you, even if it's hard, even if it doesn't make sense, even if it's counterintuitive to every single person around you, you have to step up and do it and give the result to God. And then, you know, then you kind of watch what you really get to watch miracles when that sort of thing happens, you know. But it's not give up when something bad happens. I mean, look at John Cole. He was carrying a bullet and he still went forward. He didn't let the pain... The against all odds, stop them. He just kept going. And to all the cowards out there that I hear, oh, you can't win an election unless it's a Republican party. That's a gutless faith. That's a gutless, faithless stand. You are responsible for doing the right thing based on your conscience, based on whether, you know, not because you're trying to calculate the odds, but based on what you know is right and wrong. And it's like, and if you don't do it, you're going to stand in front of God and he's going to probably look at you and say, yeah, that was pretty much a whole lot of gutless cowardice right there. You didn't believe in me. And when we do it because of principle and because we know it's the right thing to do, regardless of the odds, God gets the glory and things go right. So I'm going to put that in. And with that said, everybody out there, I'm going to tell you, you got to run for office because, you know, as the chairman of the U.S. Taxpayers Party, which is the Constitution Party in Michigan, I think we're seeing some amazing things. And people are stepping up. They're washing their hands of the corruption and they're stepping up. And when they come to the party, they're stepping up not just to go for free cookies and coffee. They're coming to win. And they're putting everything they have into it to change the norm. And I got to say, I am so grateful for every single person that has stepped up that's come to help. And in a measurable way, it's incredible. So anyhow, there you go. There's my little cookie. I'm not going to tell everybody what exactly is going on, but I'm going to tell you what. The pain of losing for them is going to be legally epic. Oh, yeah. Because most of them are going to end up in jail. I would say that that's an assurity. And at worst, disgraced. No, I really think that some disbarments need to happen. And probably jail time. We ought to get rid of the bar altogether. And probably most of the township officials. I mean, I think that this is going to be real eye-opening to what everybody has gotten. Oh, they're my friends. We went to school together. Blah, blah, blah. They broke the law. That's right. Yep. So anyhow. Well, the thing is that we need to remove those people now. If you want to become an attorney and go to the school and get the bar license and all our bar membership card, then you do that. But that limits you to only defending or prosecuting in a court of law. Can't become a judge, can't become anybody in the executive branch, can't become anybody in the legislative branch. Wipes you out of all of those jobs. you can only be in the judicial branch as an attorney and that's all you can do that's where the limit has to be if we can bring that to a focus point and and make that happen then we will be you know well you can still have the professional if you want to call them that uh fight for you in the court But that's all they can do. They can't because the influence of the Bar Association on everything that's going on in the judicial and the legislative and executive branch is above and beyond anything that it's criminal. They're the only club in town, and they're the ones that make the rules, and we're the ones that have to follow it. That's really a dictatorship, is what that is. That is not a republic as we know it, or as we should be involved in. So there shouldn't be any kind of one party, one organization that controls the system, which is what we have right now. We have one organization that controls the system. Look at all of the people that are corrupt. Most of them are members of the bar or have a law degree of some sort. They should not be in the political system. They should be out of that. And we're going to get there eventually as more and more people step up and more and more people say, you know, I'm not going to deal with attorneys. Attorneys are going to lose their meal ticket and there's going to be less and less out there, which will be a good thing. Well, I think with AI, and I'm going to say this with a big qualifier, okay? AI is a really good tool, but if you don't have the mind to ask questions and read everything, you shouldn't be using it. Because what I could see with all the lawsuits that I have filed at this point in time, and the Attorney General's Office has sicked five attorneys on me from the Attorney General's Office to defend Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brader each, you know, five attorneys each. to try to to try to address this they're not even reading the cases there literally looks to me like they're running it through ai because that these attorneys they know the administrative procedure and how to file and such but they can't write a case which is really interesting and in fact the opposing attorneys gave me cases that proved my case it was opposite of what they intended so you have to realize that quite often ai hallucinates It will say the opposite of what you intended it to say. I wrote a report for the National Constitution Party, and it was taking an anti-federalist and federalist. It was explaining how what they were proposing to do was going to destroy the party because of the direction they were going. And I used an anti-federalist, federalist argument on it in taking the power away from the states and trying to collect it. into the national party because that's kind of the direction they were going well i i fed it i i started writing and then i went and i fed it through ai just to see if there was anything i was missing and blah blah blah and it flipped the terms had i not gone through there and read it and critically read that and and trying to poke holes in it and looking and saying okay there's something wrong here this thing would have been a complete and utter disaster Because it would have been the opposite argument. And that would have been. So if you're going to use AI, you've got to read it. You've got to look the cases up yourself in a way that's not on AI. You've got to go to the sources. You've got to go to the record and look and find out what they've done. Because you're going to find everything you need just by doing that. i agree i agree that you gotta you gotta still have exercised your brain in order to get this thing to work and that's like why we have our group because we would like people to get involved and learn what these things and what these cases are so you have an understanding of what's going on if you don't have an understanding of the law uh and and you start using something like ai ai is going to say whatever ai is meant to say or is and who is controlling ai we don't even know are are we being con is ai another organization or another uh tool that's being controlled by the deep state we don't know who's controlling it okay, so it can write a good brief, or it can do the formatting and all that stuff. And if you can understand that that's what it's all about, it can do the formatting and all that, but you still have to know the cases. You still have to read and understand what the law is saying. Otherwise, you're being led down a path that you really don't even know where you're going because you're not paying attention. Well, it goes back to education. We want life to be too easy. You have a problem, you go hire an attorney. You have a medical issue, rather than figuring it out yourself, you go hire a doctor to do it. All of these things, sometimes you need that professional, but you have to be mentally capable of understanding what they're doing. They can prescribe ten different drugs to you, and all of those drugs are poison, and they're going to kill you. um so you got to know you got to know what those drugs are that you're using just like you've got to know what the other that attorney is telling you and to know that that attorney is not giving you some sort of a song and dance and hurting you yeah and it well it comes back to being a in the pursuit of being a lifelong learner to learn something every Every single day, you know, it would be really interesting just to keep a learning journal of what you learned during the day, be it a court case that you've looked up and you've read through and how to do that. You know what I'd like you to do right now? I'd like you to just all of the lawsuits or the cases that you base a lot of your lawsuits on, I can throw some of the cases that I based my lawsuit on, too, because the understanding how they're going to twist it when you get in court. So like when they when they use like the immunity, they want to talk about immunity. They have no immunity when they step outside of the law. Period. But they keep wanting to go back to that. And you can go to ex parte young and say you have no immunity. When you break the law, you have a designated job to do. And when you use your your influence, your your outside of that, you can't just at will break the law because you're. part of the government. You can't just step up and say, well, I'm in the seat of government, so I can literally look at anybody in this courtroom and shoot them dead here and be okay. Because that argument extends to anything they do that breaks the law. Just because you're in the seat doesn't mean you get to break the law, right? But there are other things that became really interesting. And one of the things that came up was the GTLA, Great Government Tort Liability Act. And how they try to use that is absolute immunity from anything if you're in seat. Yeah, but if you've read it, it doesn't say that. What's that? If you read it, it doesn't say that. It doesn't say it, but they misrepresent the law. And so you have to read it to be able to articulate and say there are exceptions to that. One of the biggest exceptions is gross negligence. If you commit negligence or anybody in the seats commits negligence intentionally, So it's malice, it's negligence combined with malice, gross negligence. So if you base a case on that, you all of a sudden also, even if you want to do their case law, you already have proven that they have no immunity. And there's several exceptions to it. And if you know those exceptions, you can go in there and state it. So it's really interesting. That's right. What happened to Hannah Duggan? You know Hannah Duggan? No. Judge in Minnesota, I think. She was found guilty. That was a recent one, wasn't it? Yep. Actually, it was... May fourteen twenty five was when she filed her motion to dismiss based on that's her motion. I don't know that the case just got the case just went public a few days a week ago and she was found guilty. She's going to spend five years in jail figuring out why she's guilty because she she was the one that had a immigrant in her courtroom and she wanted to let him out the back door, right? Yeah. Let the immigrant go out the back door and let ICE chase. So ICE couldn't catch the immigrant. ICE did catch the immigrant. And she got tried for negligence or whatever for her misconduct in court and found guilty. And all of her pleadings about being absolute immune and she does write in there. In fact, I have her argument here. The problem with the prosecutions are a legend, but most immediately the government cannot prosecute Judge Duggan because she is entitled to judicial immunity for her official acts. Immunity is not a defense to the prosecution to be determined. Later by a court or a jury or court, it is absolute bar to the prosecution of the, uh, at the onset. That's what she writes. She lost. She's going to go to jail for five years. She probably should go to jail for longer than that. And she probably should be thrown out of the disbarred and thrown out of the judicial system altogether. absolutely where can i find that opinion or the cases just type in duggan d-u-d-u-g-a-m judge duggan and it'll pop up and they'll give you a whole uh the entire register of all of the actions that went on in the courtroom And I picked on a couple that I wanted to see. I wanted to know what her defense was. So I got her defensive motion to dismiss. That's what I was more concerned about because I wanted to use it in mine. However, my stupid Judge Berg, federal judge of Michigan, dismissed my case based on timing. And I am I'm putting together a list of the times what this case got started to today, which is over a year. And she and he's saying that I was supposed to file my case by twenty eight days and I filed it on the twenty ninth day and therefore I'm dismissed. Hmm. Even though this case started a year ago and they've been running me through the will procrastinate here and procrastinate there. And Berg is responsible for procrastinating himself. And so this is going to go to the Justice Department probably, and maybe even the Supreme Court because of his behavior on the bench. He is lower than whale shit, excuse my French. I tell you, the thing that they like to do is they like to run the timeout, but they don't even pay attention to their time, the times that they're supposed to file it. No, they use that against us. They use it against us, but they just do whatever they want. I saw that with... with some of the other things that were filed in one of my cases where the opposing attorneys, they literally were outside of the time that they had to file it, but it was accepted by the court and judge anyway. But had I missed it by one minute, it would have been completely thrown out. So it's the entirety of the court system is prejudice against, prejudice against pro se litigants. And it's also prejudice against we, the people, when, when you see the sadness, if you want to go and see ultimate sadness, go in one of our American courthouses and, and just watch how people's lives are being destroyed because of their propensity to revenue generate. That's all they are. And then the people that really needs to be locked up, they just don't. Yeah, they're out on the street. Yeah, and so there's one case that I know about right now that that I thought was really, really horrible. And it has to do, the underlying problem is really turning our prison system into a debtor's prison because of, say, missed child support and such. And I saw this happen in somebody's life. It's like how many people, once you get on, once a person gets on that prison, Hamster wheel of injustice. Yes, there you go. They're never going to get out of it because they throw them in jail and then they fine them. They fine them again. They fine them again. They can't get out to get a job. They cannot go back to work because there's no way to do it. They don't have transportation. They've got fines that they'll never be able to pay back. They can't even find a place to stay. And some of them are on the street. And or, you know, hopefully somebody in their family will help them out. And you've got people who are just vindictive as hell that want to see people go to jail and will literally call to create more problems. And I'm not saying that it's one sided. There's a lot of people that just don't pay their child support that, you know, should be there. There should be a way to deal with it. you know, to be helpful. But the way they're doing it right now, I mean, it's just to disable Americans and revenue generate for the state. It's not for the kids. Those kids that they say they're working to support, it's complete and utter bull crap. The kids get nothing out of this. And the parents act like children instead of finding a way to resolve it and actually act like adults, you know. So done with it. I agree. And John concurs. So where do we want to go from there? Well, I'll give you a little kind of a good thing. I was at a doctor's Monday. Yeah, yesterday. And as he was walking out the door, the doctor said to me, well, your blood pressure is great. Your, um, your vitamin level is good. Your mineral level is good. And Trump was right about everything. They closed the door and walked out. Of course I had my Trump hat on. Oh, that's funny. I thought that was pretty good. That's funny. Do you want to talk about the dog chicken incident? Um, I'm working with the dogs that got away from the homeowner or the owner of the dogs. And then the dogs ended up coming to my house and breaking into my greenhouse and getting inside and killing four chickens, my only four chickens. And then while we managed to catch the dog, and fortunately I have a camera on the house, and the camera recorded a lot of the activity of the dogs. My wife was very, very, very upset. Oh, I can imagine. She was unhappy, very unhappy. And the owner of the dog, dogs after we found out we we managed to corner one of the dogs the police came and and read the collar because it was a chip inside the dog read the dog chip and we found out who the owner was and the owner said that they were willing to settle but we haven't gotten to the here's here's what we need to settle and she said The owner said, well, you know, don't expect me to do much before the holiday is over. And I said, you know, one day or another isn't going to matter. So we'll have to see how that plays out, whether she will really be doing what she said she would do and settle or whether we're going to end up taking it to court, because I will take it to court. if the settlement isn't proper uh i they wrecked the coop they wrecked the greenhouse uh they turned everything in the greenhouse upside down it's a mess in there so it's got to be cleaned out completely all the way down to the dirt and and there's feathers and blood and whatnot all over the place and Of course, I had straw bale garden going, and the straw bales are all destroyed. So they have to be taken out, new straw bales put in. So it's a big process. It's not going to be a five-minute deal. It's going to be taking a lot of work. So I did an itemized, here's what the job is, here's how many hours it's going to take, and here's the cost. And so I put that all together on a spreadsheet, which I will send to her probably today or tomorrow, so she has it. And I sent her the photographs or the videos of all of the camera work off the house that we accumulated or caught. And I've got photographs, so I'm going to send her the photographs too. So we're in a process of settling. I'm not going to pick on her and say that she's not going to handle it, but she is going to pay for it. This exemplary damages is something when you are careless and you don't care or whether she cares or doesn't care, it doesn't matter, but you're careless about your particular situation, you're not taking care of what you have to take care of by allowing her dogs to roam free. Now, how they got out, I don't know. Did she let them out? I don't know. They were not on a leash. There is a ordinance in Ypsilanti that dogs have to be on a leash. That dog wasn't on a leash. She is in violation of the law and she can get a ticket for it. And of course, the police officer said, if she doesn't settle with you, I will write her a ticket. She'll be in front of the judge. So I've got a little leverage to work with and we'll see how it goes right at the moment. I just putting things together. What kind of a dog was it for dogs? One was called a has kind of a japanese name or akita oh an akita yeah and the other one was a um husky alaskan husky pretty savage i used to have a husky and uh they're they can they're they're actually uh they they can be kind of savage as far as when they get their mindset on something the motivation is high Oh, okay. Well, I think it was the Akita that did most of the damage. She did agree that the Akita was probably the culprit of the two. Susie, my wife, did go up to the husky and collar the husky so we could tie the husky up and have the police officer come and get the husky. Otherwise, both dogs would have disappeared. We wouldn't have known who did what. so we at least got the one and fortunately there and she said there were two huskies but you know the camera doesn't say that so i don't know i didn't see two huskies in one akita i saw an akita and a husky Well, it's really sad. I'm sorry you lost your chickens because those of us who have chickens, they're not like livestock to us. They're pets. And so when you see something happen to one of your farm animals or such, When you're a farmer, it's not just a cow. It's not just a chicken. They're actually your pets because you take care of them every day. And some of them have some great personalities. We have a few chickens that if you go into the pens, they will sit on your feet until you pick them up. I had a couple of those, yes. I have pictures of the Issa Brown sitting on my lap. It's jumping up on my lap and sitting there. And yes, they were very much pets. And the red, Rhode Island red was the same. It would pick on me until I would do something. The gray would do the same. What the heck was golden? The other, the fourth one wasn't quite as friendly, but those three were very friendly. And the ISA was the very much, very friendly, most important, the nicest chicken of all of the four. So yeah, you're right. They are pets. Well, it's like, you know, people think of like parrots and parakeets and, and, you know, conures and, and that sort of thing is, as bird friends and their pets. But people like you and myself, we see our chickens the same way. They're literally, they're friends of ours and their pets. They're not just a farm animal. And that's hard for people to understand if they've never been in a situation to raise animals and such, how much respect you have for those animals. And they're not just something that you go and pick off the shelf in the store to eat. It's a little more thoughtful than that. and uh we we love our animals so but you know the the chicken coop was inside the greenhouse and the greenhouse is uh fairly I thought it was fairly substantial uh they yanked the the we have a little chicken door that opens and closes when I have the chicken coop outside the greenhouse and so that door was closed but they ripped that door off the greenhouse oh my and they they got into the green and they're big dogs and and the chicken coop was right up against the the uh almost i mean there was about six inches maybe a foot not even a foot there were about six inches between the greenhouse wall and the coop door. So they not only ripped open the door, they had to pull the panel off so they could get into the greenhouse over the chicken coop. Wow. That's motivation. Dang. They wrecked that whole part of the greenhouse to get in. And once they were in, excuse me, once they were in, they, of course, chased the three of the chickens the fourth chicken seemed to have gotten out somehow and was halfway across the lawn and that's when i when i got up in the morning and i looked outside there's a dog in my backyard and he's playing with something in my backyard and then i realized it was a chicken oh So he grabbed it. I don't know if the chicken got away and the dog went after the chicken or if the dog dragged the chicken out there. I have no clue because I didn't see it and the camera didn't really show that. I don't know if the chicken would even set off the camera because it's kind of like the really small animals. Well, dogs will, but the tiny little squirrels and stuff won't set off the camera. It's not sensitive enough for that. Yeah. Some dogs, they just, they can't, they're, they're just, they just can't help themselves. It's like, I've got a German shepherd and my shepherd, we had guineas that would, that we let roam around because they, they eat ticks and they eat a lot of ticks every day. So we were using them as, as pest control. Well, there was one day, a fateful day where my dog was, you know, I was walking the dog out on a leash. And the, the one Guinea got too close for her and she couldn't, she couldn't handle it. She launched, she, and then she took off running and, uh, you know, I was flying through the air for a minute for, for a few minutes and actually broke a couple ribs because of it. And it was, it was pretty, it was pretty hostile actually. And she took off after this, this Guinea. And so I'm laying on the ground like this, trying to hold onto the leash and she's dragging me. And my daughter, finally, I started, you know, yelling and my daughter went and pulled the bird out of the dog's mouth. The bird was okay, but you know, it, uh, uh, it was, uh, it was an instinct type thing. I'm sure she does the same thing. She would do the same thing for rabbits, but, but we don't, we don't let her, you know, we never let her off the leash. If there's anything, you know, even remotely, cause we're kind of out by herself. So she's always under control just cause I know what she's predisposed to, to do, you know, the brain stops working and the nine pound dog, ninety pound plus dog kicks in and that's the end of it, you know? So, but these were pretty big dogs. Yeah. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry for your loss of the dog. So are you ready? You're, you're getting ready for Christmas. Is there anything else that you want to talk about? Well, I guess one thing, can you run down your cases? The favorite cases that you quote all the time, just give a case brief summary case, brief summary right now. Yeah. We got a few more minutes. Ex parte young, no immunity. Ex parte Young says no, absolute no immunity if they step outside their job description. Scher versus Rhodes, which is this Judge Berg, violated one hundred percent because I have a right to be heard in court, not dismissed. And that says it in Scher versus Rhodes. And I sent it to him on a Reconsideration and he paid no attention to it. So that's he violated his own oath of office because he's supposed to follow Supreme Court precedent and he didn't. But that says that you have to have as you file a case and you pay for the case, you have a right to be heard in court and not dismissed. So you have a right to prove your case. And I never got that right. I never got that right since two thousand and twelve. These judges have been violating the Supreme Court right along. That's a very important court, very important case. There's Downs versus Bidwell, of course, says we are the sovereign. It also says that The laws are there for the purpose of controlling government, not the people. Government. That's Downs. That's the descending opinion of Downs. Also in Downs, it says that the Constitution is never suspended. It holds power not only in times, good times, but in times of crisis. Constitution was written during time of crisis. So the Constitution is never, ever, ever suspended by these public functionaries who think they have the authority to do so. Yickwo versus Hopkins is another case, but that was in eighteen eighty six. And of course, Downs cites Hopkins as saying that the people are sovereign, the citizens are sovereign in this country, not the government. And the government's sovereign authority is given to them by the people. And probably the most important case that we should talk about is Norton versus Shelby County, which says government people are public functionaries. Judges are public functionaries. Police officers are public functionaries. These people are not officials. They are public functionaries. They have a function in government, which they are supposed to. And that's where we got to go. It's where we got to get to. Also, they talk about de jure. De jure means by the law and by the Constitution. They also talk about de facto, such as Obama was a de facto president. He did not fulfill the requirement of becoming a president, which is being a natural born citizen. Yeah, in order to be a natural born citizen, your father and mother have to be citizens of the United States upon your birth. And obviously Obama's parents were not. Father's still a Kenyan, according to whatever. Shoots down anchor babies, doesn't it? Oh, there is no such thing as an anchor baby. Watch the Supreme Court's going to blow that away. There's no such thing as an anchor baby. You come to America, you get born, and therefore you are an American citizen. No. That's not what the Fourteenth Amendment was set up for. Fourteenth Amendment was set up to bring back the United States after the Civil War and make the people that lived in America, the blacks and so on and so forth, citizens. That's what the Fourteenth Amendment was for, never to create this anchor baby as the deep state says that it does, which it doesn't. Then there's Bruce Shaver versus Union Pacific Railroad. Bruce Shaver says that the Congress has no new taxing power, even though Judge Batani said that, oh, it gave Congress all kinds of new taxing powers. No, it did not. Judge Batani's a liar, can't read, doesn't know the law. She's another crook. she's another crook in the michigan u.s district court eastern division along with berg along with linda parker there's a whole slew of them in there that are criminals that are that need to be that need to be in prison um and and she's one of them um because she can't read the law uh and then there's uh let's see what else we got i'm doing this all from memory so um there's right versus right versus fields which is a uh uh u.s or which is a uh sixth circuit not six which is a michigan appellate case and that michigan appellate case says you your first right You have a first right of appeal. So if you're in a district court and you get fined for speeding and you want to take it to the appeal, you have the first right of appeal. You do not have to pay for a bond. You do not have to set a bond up. You do not have to pay the fine and then appeal it. No, no, no, no. Right versus field says you have a right to your first appeal. So you have a right to go to the appeals court or to the circuit court. to appeal the case of the district court. These criminals in the judicial system, in the district system, want you to pay the fine up front. Therefore, you lose no matter what. You've lost the fine. But Wright v. Fields says you don't have to. You can appeal that case and that appeal is not charged or you do not have to pay a bond for that first appeal. So those are the kinds of cases that if you're going to court, you got to know those cases. You got to be pretty well adapted to what's going on with them in order to fight the battle. Going back to Norton, because I didn't finish Norton, we talk about delegated authority. That's what the whole idea of the Republic is. It's delegated authority. authority given to these public functionaries by us. We delegate that authority to the judges. Did we ever delegate to a judge absolute immunity? I don't think so. Because if I could delegate to a judge that he has absolute immunity, then guess what? I have absolute immunity. Because I can delegate it to myself, can't I? Because I am the sovereign. So delegated authority And the other one is, let's see, what is it called? It's not delegation. It's when you don't do anything about it and you agree to it. I can't think of the name. It has an acquiescence. Well, it's kind of acquiescence, but there's a better term for it. And at the moment, it slipped my mind. And then the last one is, and maybe that one will come to me in a minute. Then the last one is revolutionized. The only time that the government can do what they've been doing is being corrupt is if we've been revolutionized. Well, we have in the judicial system been revolutionized because the judicial system is playing by their own rules. uh but we have not been revolutionized completely we do have a supreme court that is fighting for the republic we do have a president that is fighting for the republic so these are we have not been totally revolutionized and therefore these laws that these judges are and the behavior of the judges they're in violation of the republic They're in violation of the laws of the rule of law. They all need to go to jail. That's just what it is at this point in time. And they will. But it's going to take time for us to get through that morass of nonsense. Trump has been fighting how many times in the Supreme Court already? So we need to continue to uh continue the battle from our side you and i and and the public needs to be fighting back and we need to unify because the government is doing everything they can to keep us separated to keep the blacks and the whites and the chinese and the japanese and men and women gays and the men and the women all fighting against each other because when they can divide us they can win But when we are united, they have no chance. So we have to stay united. And midterms are coming up. We have to overpower them in the midterms like we did to get President Trump in office and let this go forward. And then we will see a republic like we've never seen before. Well said. So I'm going to add Mike here. We'll say hi. Hey, Mike, how you doing? Morning, guys. How you doing? good really good can you give a shout out to your um to your group this week and if people want to find you yes we are actually going to take a uh vacation or a break during the christmas holidays and we will start on the seventh of january yeah january seventh of january will be our first zoom meeting and I think it's the twenty something of the third week of January that we will meet again at Nicholas so everybody will have a nice Christmas break hopefully they will do some thinking I will be doing some writing brief writing I will get my brief ready to go again maybe now to the Department of Justice and to uh the supreme court on this case with with uh criminal berg and uh i'm gonna keep going these guys these guys think they're winning the battle they're not winning anything they're just and quit no nobody said this is gonna be easy right it's like we just gotta keep going just gotta keep fighting Absolutely. Well, thanks for being on here today, John. And everybody go look, look, John, I'll forgive him if you want to find out what he's doing. There you go. There's the website and his email address and lots and lots of information there. By the way, there's a really good article or video or audio of Janice Daniels, who had got a ticket. And if you go to the website, it's worth listening to. Janice is cool. Yeah. I love Janice. Janice is very, very cool. Go to the website and look up. It's right in the front, I think, front page there. Awesome. Well, thanks for being on today, John, and Merry Christmas to you and Susie. I'll send you a text and wish you a very, very Merry Christmas and a wonderful time with your family. Thanks. Merry Christmas to all of you. And you all have a wonderful Christmas also. And good New Year. There you go. There you go. And we'll see you. I'm not sure if I'm going to do a show next week or not. I'm going to try to do some just for morale boosting and that sort of thing, because I know how hard it is for people during the holidays. But at any rate, Merry Christmas, John. Merry Christmas, John. Have a great day. Merry Christmas, Donna. Okay. Now it's us. So how, how is Mike doing today? Oh, well, it's been a busy couple of weeks. I know we talked a little bit, you know, what was really amazing is I posted, I saw that the, the video of your dad and I posted that all over the place. And I'm like, this is wrong. This is so wrong. And then all of a sudden it just, the whole situation got turned around and I got to say, I'm so proud of, of America, of the American spirit, and of good people stepping up to help in a really bad situation. And I'm just, you know, the favor that God has rested upon you and your family is just amazing. And it couldn't have happened to a better family and better guys. Yeah, it was overwhelming. My dad was totally overwhelmed. He's still overwhelmed. I mean, I don't think he's really comprehended the whole affair yet. But I mean, this couldn't have happened without Sam and Mike initiating this. I mean, it was great. And the customer that recommended my dad for this, you know, she, she was amazing. And the whole thing was just, you know, it was the whole, you know, it was an amazing process when he, when this all first started, my dad told me that, you know, he was at work and some guy from Australia came up to him and started talking to him. And, uh, um, they did this little, like little improv interview outside the store. And so he goes, yeah, this guy, you know, he was asking me these different questions about, you know, retirement and all this kind of stuff. And I told him and, told him what was going on and told him about mom passing. And I said, okay. And he goes, then he gave me four hundred dollars. And I said, wow, you know, I'm really generous to this guy. I mean, you know, this is out of the blue. Some guy, some stranger does this. And he goes, yeah, he's going to put me on the Internet or something like that. Well, my dad doesn't do social media. He's not on the Internet, doesn't have a computer to do any of that stuff on. So. Stop a second. Let everybody know exactly. Well, you can tell them what it was, but they need to know the context of the story too. Well, my dad worked for GM for forty years and then retired. And it was after that that GM went through that bankruptcy and they in his position, he's not union. He was salaried. They took his pension. They took his insurance. They took everything pretty much away from him. My mom got very sick and he was her primary caretaker for almost ten years. So for ten years, that's all he did. Seven days a week, twenty four hours a day was take care of her. So he was kind of pretty much cut off from what was going on in the world because he had to be right there for her all the time. So after her passing, I went over to the house and I would find him walking around in circles. And I went, what's wrong? What's going on? He goes, I don't know what to do with myself. So it's like, this is not good. And I asked him, what would you have for dinner? Oh, it's cereal. No, no, no, no. This is not working. So... another friend of mine, we got him out and back out into the work field. Uh, eventually it progressed to working at Meyers. And so, uh, we sat down and looked at his finances and I'm like, yeah, we got a problem here. Uh, you're big time in the red, um, things, you know, we gotta do something about this. So that was one of the main reasons why he, uh, started working as much as he did was because of the bills. And so, um, Now, one thing led to another on that. So but then this thing was Sam showing up at the store and doing all this. And again, he had no understanding of it. He told me the story. And I'm like, OK, we got through that. This is before Thanksgiving. Went through Thanksgiving. We went back up north to close up the cabin. And it wasn't until that following Tuesday I was on your show. And my phone was just blowing up during the show. And I'm like, what in the world is going on here? So after the show, I started returning calls and everybody's like, your dad's all over the internet. And, you know, your dad, I'm like, whoa, what's going on? What are you talking about? And then Mike, the coordinator, he calls me and he started explaining what was going on. And at that point, they had already broken a record, apparently. From my understanding, they had already broken a record for of money raised in a GoFundMe. So and at that point, it was on Tuesday, it was like six hundred thousand. So the next thing I know, my phone's blowing up from Channel two, Channel seven, Good Morning America, CNN, all these networks all over the over the country want to do interviews. So now, you know, getting him around all these different interviews and such, and they were all told, don't let him know how much is in the fund. So they all kept it quiet. He knew a fund existed, but he had no idea how much it was raising or anything else. We were at channel two and doing an interview and they had asked him, how much do you think is in the fund? And he goes, I have no idea. You know, he goes, well, how much do you think, you know, might be raised? He goes, maybe two, three hundred thousand. Well, it was already past six. So he was totally clueless at the presentation on that Friday. He had no idea how much was in that fund. So when they presented it to him, a couple of us were like waiting off, trying to stay off camera and waiting to see if he started to buckle. And that's where we could rush in and kind of catch him. We noticed that his knees started to shake a little bit. He was just overwhelmed, completely overwhelmed. Several of the veterans had reached out. Veterans facilities had reached out. They did a couple of things for him to honor him and everything else. We were at the Lions game Sunday. They did a little presentation for him there as well. He wrote his letter of resignation today to quit. He had said that he wanted to work through the holidays. And then, uh, you know, quitting here in January. So, um, yeah, that's any well-deserved rest. How old is your dad? He's. So sweet. It's like to see the video too. I was like, what a sweet guy, just adorable, you know? And so he took care of my mom for roughly ten years prior to that. I mean, he took care of my mom's mom. um my his dad uh an uncle so it's always been they've always had to take care of somebody and he's you know had to help you know take care of them all through all this um so now he's now he gets to take care of himself ah that is i i just i am so moved by the fact that see america doesn't need to be compelled to pay taxes that are unlawful and such to get things americans are generous They have empathy and compassion for people. And this is a perfect example of people stepping up when there is a need to help in the time of crisis. What a wonderful, wonderful thing. This thing went global. I mean, this was where he's getting cards from people all around the world right now. And so I was told that even his story was even reported in China. Yeah. Yeah, it's all over the place. Someone else told me that his story was on Donald Trump's Facebook page. So it's all over the place. That's awesome. Have the interviews died down a little bit? Yes, finally, yes. Right now we're dealing a lot with attorneys. We've got all kinds of attorneys calling us, all kinds of financial advisors. Gurus calling, hey, you know, we can take care of, you know, your dad's estate and all this kind of stuff. So, yeah, we went from the media now to the, how can I be nice about this? The vultures. The vultures. You know, I got to tell you, I've got a friend who's naval intelligence. And he's doing a ton, and I mean a ton of investigation right now. And one of the things, he's a financial guy and he audits. one of the big things that he's onto is how these financial wealth managers are tied into things like social security and how they're literally stripping our elders of their wealth. If you see somebody with wealth management on their sign, make sure your radar is very high because a large majority of them are nothing more than vultures that are figuring out ways to take it from themselves and to step in as an intermediary. It's almost like putting themselves in as a guardian or a conservator. And it's bad. It's bad. And they target. They're targeting. our older population. So just a word to the wise, not you, because I know you already know this, but for everybody else out there, this is a very, very suspect I'm just going to say it right now. They look like they're trying to help, but I'm going to tell you right now, the majority of them are just a bunch of whores that are there to steal your money and they're not going to do justice to you. Let me put it this way. In the past three years, I've seen numerous, and I've been involved with trying to help these people save their estate. And the probate courts and these attorneys have robbed them blind. Two of them right now are completely homeless. They have lost their homes because of this. Elections matter. If we have dishonest elections, which we do, we're going to have to do the elections. These are the attorneys. These are your estate planners out there, but primarily the attorneys and the probate judges are who are robbing people blind through the probate courts. And they're stealing their assets. They're removing trustees. They're trying to control the beneficiaries. But the politicians are giving them a pass and enabling them. When you look at the trust attorney that rewrote the trust code that was behind what was happening with a set proposal that has been shot down and not active anymore. And I'd say thanks to some of the people The work that some of us who are very vocal on why this was bad was written by a trust attorney. It's a huge problem. And the politicians are right in there enabling them to do it. Well, one of the things that we have done since all this transpired with my dad is with all these attorneys, I have been giving them a copy of my trust layout that my dad's going to use. And we've gotten a lot of feedback. Now, a lot of them have tucked tail and run. A lot of them have tucked tail and run and won't even address it, won't return phone calls. Those that have, what the responses we're getting are extremely interesting. Not one of them have brought up any issues regarding the form and structure of the internal elements of the trust itself. Oh, you forgot to say this about a beneficiary, or you forgot about the duties of the trustee here or something like that. Nothing like that. Instead, what we're getting is, well, we don't like the fact that you changed some of the definitions of the words. Well, If you look at your codes and statutes, they do that in all through your codes and statutes. They take a word and they change the meaning depending on which set of codes and statutes you're using. So they're notorious. The bar is notorious for changing definitions of words. That's why you have legalese instead of English being used in the courts. It's a foreign language. Next, they don't like the fact that it... restricts the probate court in doing what it's able to do. And I've gotten responses from some, well, only attorneys can write a trust. No, not true. I had another attorney tell me, well, it's got too much in it. I mean, what are you talking about? She goes, well, it's overkill. There's too much protection. Really? Too much protection? OK, I'm you know, I've been in the construction field now for thirty five years. And back when I began, I was doing spec houses and my contract was like almost an inch thick because it covered everything covered right down to what kind of doorknobs you want. OK, what color paint it covered everything. I sent that to my attorney at the time and I said, check it out, see if I missed anything. It came back. It was paper thin. I went, where'd everything go? What happened to everything that was in the contract? He goes, oh, you didn't need all that in there. And I said, what do you mean I don't need that in there? He goes, if you ever have a problem, we'll just litigate it. um hey bonehead i don't want to litigate that's why it was in there to begin with so when i hear these attorneys tell me that the trust it's it's overkill it's got too much protections they also don't like the fact that it challenges the jurisdiction of the court our attorneys will not challenge jurisdiction but this trust challenges that jurisdiction and they don't like it so What they've done through all their comments and such, they validated what I put together for a trust. They validated the fact that it does protect you and your assets. It does protect the grantor and the beneficiary from the courts and that the courts don't have jurisdiction over those assets. They can't just do whatever they want and implement that Michigan trust code to remove your trustee, put in a guardian and pillage and pirate the assets. So as far as I'm concerned, I got no complaints with the responses I'm getting. I'm not upset at all. I'm actually quite happy. They're validating what I did to be solid and concrete that they have no way of piercing it and pillaging and pirating the assets. So I'm really happy about that. So from that standpoint, I don't think there's going to be any concerns or worries about this. I'm waiting. I got some meetings with some of them. And one of the things I'm going to ask them You know, what do I know? I'm just a contractor. I'm not an attorney. Gee whiz. This is what you call laying the trap, Mike. You know, what do I know? You know, maybe it's just me. You know, Mr. Attorney, who's, you know, in this whole affair that you're going to represent, just who exactly is your first obligation to? Is it to the grantor? Is it to the beneficiary? Just where do your first obligations lie? Oh, well, our first obligation is obviously to your father and to the beneficiary. Really? Well, you know what? Now I'm really confused. Maybe it's just me because I always thought under Corpus Juris Circumdum, Volume seven, Section four, your first obligation is to the court, not the client. And that's probably about where the starters begin. And yeah, this meeting is over. So I'm waiting for that that opportunity to lay that one on them. Yeah. But, you know, I heard you and John talking earlier about AI systems. I do not use the AI system to write what I do. Okay? I do my own research. That was the point. You can't. You know, I put it in for other ideas, and it will find things that sometimes prove sometimes that I may not know. But you can't use it to write it, and you've got to go in and read the sources. Right. Right. And we've already done some test runs with the AI systems and actually got AI to, we actually proved that AI was wrong and AI had to correct itself. So user beware. With that said, I put this trust together and a friend of mine, he goes, hey, let's run it through the AI system. I said, okay, fine. Let's run it through the AI system. Well, guess what the AI system didn't like? Exactly the same things that these attorneys are now telling us. Don't like the fact that it challenges jurisdiction. Don't like the change, the definition of some of the words. I thought, it's a repeat. So, gee whiz, was the AI systems written by the bar attorneys? Hmm. Who's creating that program? We even challenged it on Sovereign Citizen and it went nuts. It didn't, you know, it was all the whole thing was wrong. So we have proven that AI is not always accurate. AI is definitely biased. Who's programming it and who's putting the information in there? A computer is only as smart as the person who programmed it. And you don't know who's programming it. You don't know where their motives and where their interests lie to manipulate the programming to make it whatever it is that they wanted to have it say and do. Let me use an example here. Like our elections are completely rigged. And they change things. They can change things at the programming level. Well, they can do the same thing with crypto. I don't care what anybody says on the blockchain. I'm going to tell you it's able to be manipulated because if you look at the computing power out there, there's ways to manipulate anything digital. And the same thing with AI. AI is just statistics. And so if somebody is manipulating or feeding it information digitally, it's going to overwhelm whatever it is and create the biases. Now, with that said, there are ways of running a local AI, and we've put it on BNN on how to run a local AI, which is better at avoiding the biases. But the reality is that the success of AI is right here. It's in your own brain. And that's why you have to be ahead of it. It may be able to process a lot of information very quickly, but you also have to question, think, go to source materials and confirm it. You can't take what it says is gospel. Right. Yeah. So, yeah, again, user beware. You got to be careful what you're using there. That, you know, Even Google or whatever. I mean, I've found discrepancies using Google even. So, again, it comes down to who programmed it. Check your sources. Make sure it says what it says it is and does. So, user beware. But you brought up crypto. We were at the Lions game Sunday. And... Family conversations around sports. Now, I played hockey for forty years. I've coached hockey. I can tell you firsthand that referees can manipulate a game. Okay? They can change the outcome of a game. They can change the tempo of the game. Just like judges in a court. Yes. So, now that Vegas has now basically taken over all of sports... I mean, you get to bet on what color underwear they're wearing today. I mean, it's ridiculous. And it's to the point now where, in my opinion, if you think that that is an honest game, it's not. I believe that they're all manipulated now. The fix is in. And I've been saying this for years. I've been saying this since the nineties, because I was actually predicting who was going to win the Stanley cup before the They knew who was going to be in the Stanley Finals. So now that you've got Vegas controlling everything, how do you know that anything is really a sport? It's entertainment. It's being manipulated probably by the owners, probably by Vegas, and by and through the referees. How many times have we heard about players involved in gambling and fixing games now? It's almost weekly that we're hearing about a player involved in some sort of gambling controversy with a game. So as far as I'm concerned, we should boycott it. Boycott the sports. Get Vegas out of sports. If you're betting on these games, you're an idiot because it's all fixed. Vegas doesn't do this to lose money. OK, they wouldn't Vegas would not be still here if they lost money. So you want to go gamble, that's fine. You know, there's a rule of thumb that we that we have. And my grandfather taught me this. He goes, gambling is like the stock market. If you can't take that money, throw it out the window or burn it and not miss it. Don't do it. Exactly. So if you don't, if you hate your money, continue doing it. Um, personally, I got better things to do. And I like sports. I still watch sports. But I also now look at it with the view that you know what, this is probably fixed. And it's getting to the point now where you see some of these calls. It's like blatantly obvious. It is so obvious that this team was not supposed to win. This team is supposed to win. And it isn't just the Lions. I mean, I'm talking other sports, other teams. It's just rampant. It's rampant throughout all sports now. And it isn't just at the professional level. It's at the amateur level as well. So I'm sorry. That's my rant about sports. That's a good rant to have. To me, they've ruined sports. Gary Bettman and Shanahan, they should be strung up and drawn quarter for what they've done to hockey. You might as well put two twos on them because this is not hockey anymore because they've destroyed the sport. They really have. I'm half tempted to buy a team just to go back to old-time hockey and show them how it's supposed to be done. And let them piss, moan, and complain. Oh, that's not the way we do things anymore. Well, you know what? Too bad. Did you ever watch that movie Slapshot? Oh, I love that movie. It's hilarious. Those of us who are old-time hockey fans, it's absolutely. If you want to see a funny movie, that's a funny movie. Yeah, with Paul Newman. Yeah, it's hilarious. I go back to the original Hanson Brothers, Paul Newman. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, so too fun. Yeah. So, but this digital currency, we're at the Lions. They do not take cash. Okay. Everything's digital. And I'm like, you gotta be kidding me. You know, this is, this is ridiculous that everything is digital. And I was told that by one of the, because we're there for a presentation for my dad, but the Lions had, you know, graciously given us tickets to the Lions game. That's really cool, Mike. That's so cool. So we're there and we're talking with some of the coordinators. They had informed us that, oh, yeah, because, you know, they can't trust the employees with cash. Wait a minute. How is that my problem? How is that? You can't trust your employees. So you're making this my problem that you don't take cash. So, hmm. Yeah, I've got a real problem with that. You know, they go digital. They're brainwashing and manipulating everybody. OK, all you that think that, oh, digital, that's the way to go. You're being manipulated. You're being controlled because if you for obviously you've forgotten what happened to the truckers in Canada. Hello. Push the button. You have no money. Hmm. Isn't that great? Now, what are you going to do? What happens when the computer system goes down or the Internet goes down? What are you going to do now? How are you going to do things? Oh, my God, I can't text message anymore. What do I do? Oh, maybe have a conversation. Hmm. What a novel idea. So, yeah, people got to wake up that this digital crap is not the way to go. You think that digital currency is. oh, this is a better way to do things than what we're doing now. You know what? It's still a fiat currency. You're replacing one fiat currency with another fiat currency. The only difference is you're giving them more control over your assets, your IOUs. That's the big difference. You're giving up all your control to them because now with a push of a button, you have nothing. We don't like your political views. We don't like what you say. We don't like what you do. You have nothing. Great idea, guys. Same thing with silver, with buying silver or gold. People are buying it but not holding the physical silver in their hands. It's no different than anything else right there, that you have just invested in a pipe dream. People got to start waking up and putting a stop to this nonsense with this New World Order crap. They got to fight up. They got to stand up. They got to object to it. and get involved in putting this stuff down. The New World Order crap, it's not sustainable. And there's a couple of reasons why it's not sustainable. One, under the New World Order, they can't have all these religions. So you have to abolish the religions. Why do you think they took prayer and everything out of the schools? They were slowly trying to abolish religion because that way you don't have religious point of view anymore. They're trying to manipulate everybody and you don't, you know, there is no religion. It's just, you know, it's an idea. And they're training the younger generations to get away from that. Now, what happened with Charlie Kirk? You know what? It swung back the other way. Fortunately, it is swinging back the other way, which it does on its own natural course. But the New World Order doesn't like that. The other problem is that They want everybody under one currency, worldwide currency, so that they can control everybody's assets. And you've got to have one government. So who's going to be the one government? Well, right now, it's looking like it's the corporatocracy that's running everything. And so they put us all in commerce. And that's a huge problem. Mm-hmm. But the numeral order cannot sustain itself. It is not sustainable. The two reasons why, religion and greed. If you look through man's history, every time you had a conquering nation that tried to take over the world, what happened? You suppress the people long enough, they will revolt. And they will rise against that controlling entity. Well, that's what you're seeing right now. You're seeing a revolt taking place. We're done being manipulated. We're done being with them trying to control everything that we do. And we're resisting and we're fighting back. Now, this is where the term sovereign citizen comes from. Oh, you're one of those sovereign citizens. Really? Well, you better check the public law. You better check the intent of Congress. You better check all the proclamations made by every president from FDR all the way right now to Trump, including Biden and Obama. For those of you who don't think that Democrats do that kind of thing, Every president has issued these proclamations. Okay. The sovereign citizens are to be celebrated, not demonized. That all comes from the FBI. It started in nineteen ninety seven with the FBI anti-terrorist department of the FBI. And in twenty eleven, they came up with that report. We have that report. Okay. Where they are manipulating the courts. They're instructing the courts on what to do, what to say and how to react to those who rise up and contest their power and authority. And that's also, you remember the bar, the judges are bar members. So what are they doing? They're manipulating and weaponizing the judicial system against we the people. The Bar Association is the problem. And your tax dollars are funding it through your county commissioners. So the Bar Association is a domestic terrorist organization. We can prove it. We have the proof. We have the documentation. You want to know something? I've said this many times on this show. I've said it elsewhere. Funny, nobody wants to challenge me on this. Nobody wants to sit down and have a conversation on that. Nobody has been able to show or prove anything to the contrary. Hmm, I wonder why. So this is something that everybody has to understand. We have to get everybody educated on this and what to do and how to do it to fight back because we are at war. We're at war with a group called the Bar Association. The Bar Association are the enforcers for the banks. The banks control the countries. So we have to understand how to fight back. One of the ways how you fight back is stop funding them. If they don't have the funds, they can't do squat, okay? You've got to start shutting down all these de facto departments and agencies, i.e., the Michigan State Police is de facto. It's created by executive order. Right now, they gave themselves a twenty six percent budget increase so that they can start removing deputies from sheriff's departments. They're hiring deputies. Did they? When did that come about? I learned this and. They're there, what they're doing is they're paying these deputies more. So a starting, uh, an officer starting with the state police is earning more than a sheriff. Yeah, that that's a, I heard about that a while back, actually, that they're, that that's, they go, people will go to the sheriff's department to get trained, but then they go because of benefits and the pay is so much greater. They go to the, to the state police. And unfortunately the state police was acting as Gretchen Whitmer's little private security. And following around people in our legislature and Michigan, they were following them around the police work. This is wrong. You know, the amount of power that these organizations have. Like them, the DNR, EGLE, who breaks the law, by the way, and et cetera, is really shocking. The U.S. Forestry Service and such, BLM, Bureau of Land Management, they have so much power that they can walk right onto your land or take things. And it's wrong. Everything is upside down. Not anymore. Not anymore. If you put up a no trespass sign, okay, no trespass, not trespassing, that's past tense, no trespass, you notify them. Now, if you have officers come onto your property, excuse me, officer, first off, you're coming onto private property armed. You are now considered possibly an enemy combatant. So if you want to come on the property, disarm at the road. Leave your gun in the car. And if you want to come up here and have a conversation after that, I might entertain it. But you will disarm. You're not allowed to bring your guns onto my property. And you let them know that. You give them notice of that. Do not enter the property or I'll consider you an enemy combatant. Because what do we know about city, township, and state police? They're all in office de facto. They have no authority, none at all. If you come out of my property armed, I'm going to consider you a threat. So disarm. Then if you want to have a conversation, I might entertain it, depending on what you're trying and what your purpose is. But first, you're going to disarm. You're not coming out of my property armed. Do I get to go into a courthouse wearing a gun? Oh, hell no. Can I go into any state property and do that? No. Can I go into a federal building? No. You show me where under the Second Amendment it states that you have the right to bear arms except in these places. It doesn't. So they take it upon themselves to create these rules and regulations that are not laws. You cannot manufacture a rule or regulation that amends the constitution. You cannot pass a code or statute that amends the constitution. Sorry, no, it's repugnant. Marbury v. Madison, is no effect, no force. But yet they still do it. Why? Because people back down. Gotta stop backing down, folks. I mean, if they come on your property threatening you and your kids, what are you going to do? If someone comes on your property and threatens your kids, are you going to protect them or go, gee whiz, yeah, go ahead and take them? Come on, guys. You got to get into the game here. You can't sit the bench all the time. You got to get in the game. So... On your point, oh, I had something. This came across my desk a couple weeks ago. I want to read this to you. Yeah, it's been a few weeks since we've talked, so this is kind of fun to get. We've got to sidetrack here for a couple weeks. That's okay. It's good. All right, so I'm going to read this to you. This is a part of a transcript. And it states, most people do not know this. A corporation cannot practice law. A corporation cannot interpret a contract. A corporation cannot make legal decisions. A corporation cannot deny a claim based on legal reasoning. A corporation cannot give legal conclusions. A corporation cannot hire an attorney to practice law on its behalf. Okay. That ruling is in the People v. California Protective Corporation. That's People v. California Protection Corporation, C-A-L-A-P-P. That's for the appellate. Three, five, four of nineteen twenty six. OK, People v. California what? People v. California Protective Corporation. Okay. Hang on a second. I'm not that quick. Eight, seven, six? No, seven, six. Okay. C-A-L-A-P-P three, five, four of nineteen, twenty-six. Okay. In that ruling, it is the foundation of what is called unauthorized practice of law. When a corporation denies coverage, it makes a legal interpretation of the contract. It is acting as if it is a lawyer, but a corporation is an artificial entity. It has no mind, no personal knowledge, and no natural rights. So when a corporation issues a denial of coverage, that denial is a legal act. A corporation has no authority to perform That means the denial is void from the very beginning. It has no legal force. A void act cannot be defended in court. No attorney can revive a void act. No judge can breathe life into a void act. The United States Supreme Court has stated that even the highest court cannot give legal effect to something that is void. So when a corporate attorney tried to argue contract interpretation, here is the issue. There is nothing lawful for the attorney to represent. He cannot testify because he has no personal knowledge. He cannot speak for the corporation because the corporation committed an unlawful act. He cannot defend a void decision because a void act cannot stand. This strategy ends the case quickly. You do not argue about mechanical parts. You do not argue about exclusions. You do not argue about pre-existing conditions. You challenge the legal authority of the corporation. And without legal authority, the corporation has no defense. This is how you shut down a corporate attorney. This is how you expose unauthorized practice of law. And this is how you win. So in your case, you have what? Attorneys representing a corporation that are stealing your water. They're stealing your resources. Shut them down. I demand to see your license to practice law. It's getting better all the time. Let's just put it that way. This is really, it's such an interesting area to get into. I can't, I can't even, I can't even put words to it. You know, it's encouragement to everyone. Just dive into this subject and be amazed at what you can do and what you can learn. Right. Now I brought this up before you before. Public law, ninety two five hundred. It's the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendment of nineteen seventy two. Now, I have not done a deep dove on this, so I'm just going to talk about a couple of bullet points. Is defined under Section three or six of part four. Of the act that unlawfully discharging toxic pollutants is a crime. Yes. OK, so. I'm going to give you guys, everybody out there, a layman's terms definition here of this. But in essence, what this does, I'll give you some references here too. Who may not be aware that they are employees of a continuing criminal enterprise committing acts of criminal negligence of the act, specifically criminal violation for unlawful discharge of pollutants. It's a ninety two five hundred section two three oh one subpart a section. What was it? Three oh one three oh one subpart a. And also part of thirty three U.S.C. one three one one subpart a. And some parts. No, just a part. I'm sorry. You also have the criminal violation of water quality. which is section two, three oh one. It's also part of that same section. It's the criminal violation of natural standard of performance under section two, three oh six, and also thirty three USC, thirteen sixteen, and thirteen nineteen subpart C. You have the criminal violation of prohibiting influence standard of pretreatment standards, criminal violation for failing to establish and maintain records, criminal violation for failing to meet NPDES permit pretreatment conditions. So there's a whole list of violations that are connected to this. Now, what does all this mean? Let me put this in layman's terms for everybody can understand. Any, any public functionary. Oh, by the way, attorneys are public functionaries in case you didn't know. Attorneys are public functionaries. Why? Because they're officers of the court. Yeah, they work for the court. So every bar attorney out there, every public functionary from the President of the United States right down to your local... Ordinance officer, okay? And mind you, in President Trump's first term, he tried to have public law, or either omitted or overturned by Congress. Congress refused to do it. So it's still in effect and in place. Any public functionary that so much as flushes the toilet, they now violated public law. Let that sink in for a moment. That could be why Jerry Nadler is as big as he is because he, you know, he's trying to hold it. Um, you know, he reminds me, you know, weevils wobble, but they don't fall down. Remember the movie, uh, uh, Willy Wonka, the chocolate factory. Oh yeah. If you paint him purple, he'll be the blueberry that blew up like a blueberry. Okay. Veruca. You can roll him right out. So, um, Yeah, they're a violation of the Clean Water Act because they have not put all the mechanisms in place to make sure that when that toilet flushes, that what comes out the other side has been treated correctly and is clean water coming out the other side. So when you have these AI centers, these centers that they're trying to put up all over the place where they're gonna use all this water Oddly enough, what I'm finding is that there's no environmental studies or reports or anything that the water coming out from the cooling of these AI systems is actually not being harmful to the environment. It's coming out heated water from what I'm finding out. And if it comes out as heated water, it's going to change the ecosystem of that river, stream, whatever it may be. They always say that there's an outbreak of Legionnaire's disease around these AI centers because of the temperature, the heat and such. Yeah, they're not being truthful or transparent in what's going on. That alone is grounds for an injunction to shut them down. Because if they can't prove that they're not going to harm the environment, that they're not in violation of this public law, which the courts must obey. They don't have a choice. They have to obey a public law. Then the injunction should go through and shut them down. They should never be able to break ground. Well, and that's what happened with my Byron Township lawsuit. It was an emergency injunction and the court system just slow walked it. And so they were like, well, there's no damages. It's like, well, this was filed before I even had the bill in from the well driller. And this has been ongoing damage. Plus they missed the end of the alleged magical unicorn permit that showed up only after I filed the lawsuit. And so the ongoing damage was from August one to November seven was the last day I saw them pumping. But I think they were probably pumping past that. It's just that or to November seven. And so then I wasn't in the area, so I couldn't get pictures after that. But I assumed that they were still going because they ended up building a berm right through the wetlands and planting trees on top of it. I mean, the whole thing was absolutely outside of anything that was permitted or should have been permitted. And they were like, well, there's no there's no damages that you listed. And I'm like, because it was ongoing and they should have they should have granted the emergency injunction because of all of the wells that went dry or a compromise. And the really sad story. There's your harm and damage right there. They did have harm, and there was damages. But because of the nonsense going on in the legal system, and honestly, it was quite eye-opening to see how this worked. It was just like running for governor and very eye-opening to see in the fine-grained detail of how this stuff works, how they subvert we the people. the will of the people, any of it. As long as you're in with the money people that have taken the money and or are part of their little criminal cabal, you know, as long as they're part of it, they're going to pass on everything. If you're not part of it, you're just another obstacle in the way of taking your time, your money, your property and And they want to eliminate us. They don't give a crap. As long as you're not part of their crime syndicate, they have no regard for us and total contempt for everyday Americans. That's why you have to take them and bring them into court personally. You have to. They can't be using their public attorney to represent them. They have to go out and get their own attorney. They can't use tax dollars for their legal defense. Now, here's where their whole system crumbles. You're going to use their own shit against them. Here's how. You file in federal court. You're suing them personally. Now, they have a right to counsel. But if they bring in that attorney, okay, you demand to see his what? License to practice law. Prove that he can be there. He can't. And you'll probably get him if you do it like what I did. I have them removed for perjury, okay, because the judge will swear them in. Do you have a license to practice law? Oh, yeah, I have a license. No, you don't. Show it to me. That says a bar card. That's a membership card. It's not a license. The Supreme Court cannot issue a license that's part of the executive branch to do. The judiciary cannot take it upon themselves to say, well, we can now issue a license. No, no, no, no, no. Can't do that. It's a violation of the separation of powers. Cannot do it. So that's why it's a membership card. It's a membership, like a PMA. Like a country club. Yes, it's a country club. It's a Costco membership. Whatever you want to call it. So there is no such thing as a license to practice law. Now you've got the judge on the hook. at the state level because under the Michigan Constitution, Article VI, Section XIX, they have to have a license to be able to sit the bench, which none of them do because there's no such thing as a license. So this makes it a federal issue. It's a constitutional issue. Do they have the authority to steal mineral in your property? They stole not only the mineral rights, but the use of it and disabled our properties. Yes. And then the township had the gall to call the well drillers and tell them not to drill any more wells in Byron Township. And I've got that. recorded it's like they are so screwed and they are so dumb they have no and there's other people that had the same conversation now this is when think about this they put a sewer in they drained a glacial aquifer they did not put the water line in with the sewer they put a sewer line in drain the water and now the houses have no you know twenty five wells were compromised Either sludge, some of them smell like onion, and some of them, like ours, went completely dry. Put the well in cavitation, ruined the pump. You know, put the pump in cavitation, ruined the pump. The township said, well, it's not our fault. Well, how do you explain the scatter map and two wells going dry right next to each other on the same day? Well, there's water in the bottom. Yes. And the wells in cavitation and it's going to be sucking air because there's no water. Of course, there's going to be a little in it, you know, and it's like it's like there's no science between what they did. They they literally wrote a permit. Eagle Eagle accepted their information based on. I'm going to try to get a good word here without saying the word, the L word. Based on inaccurate, misleading information, they issued a permit. Eagles should have shut this thing down. But why would they do that? Because they're all in on it. You look across the state, the whole state is being drained. They're putting these casements in the ground and they're draining the water, the groundwater off of areas where people have wells. And I can't even tell you how many people have called me across the state to do this. And you know what? I hate to tell you this. If people don't stand up and fight this now, we have a chance. They're going to ruin all of the groundwater. And you're going to have to be on their PFAS water that has fluoride in it and everything else in it that literally is designed to kill people and drop the population. Wow. Again, the reason why I brought up that other case, your township more than likely is a chartered township, isn't it? It is a quasi one. They say it's not, but it does have an EIN. So, yes, it is a corporation. Well, guess what? They can't have an attorney represent it. They can't have an attorney represent them personally at the taxpayer's expense. Yeah. So now what are they going to do? And then you hit them with the fact that the attorney doesn't have a license or an anti-bribery statement or a foreign registration statement. Guess what? That attorney's gone. Now they're bare naked standing there trying to defend themselves on this. You know what they're going to do? They're going to bail. They're going to say, you know what? We're done. We're, we're, we'll, we'll, you know, we, we can see, we take the knee. You got us. They don't have a choice. They don't have a choice. So that's what you have to do. Take away their layers of protection. i.e. the bar, take that away from them and watch what happens. They'll crumble because they don't know what to do. They don't know how to do it. They're not educated. And when push comes to shove, they lied about the whole damn thing. They thought we could just push this through and they can't. The whole thing is just criminal. I mean, to see the system that they built. They took an oath to uphold the Constitution and protect and serve the people. Protect and serve. They're not doing that. They're in violation of Article IV, Section IV of the Constitution. They're failing to provide a Republican form of government. This is not a democracy. It's a republic. And you charge them with violations of the U.S. Constitution. That makes it all federal. All federal. So yeah, I would just take them and pick them apart and on the basis that you have caused a harm, you have caused damage, and you have deprived rights. Those are the three elements of a crime. They fulfilled all three elements. All you need is one, but they fulfilled all three. Damage, deprived rights, and what was the other one? causing a harm. A harm is a physical harm. So they've caused you a physical harm of undue stress, strain, and the fact that they've depleted your water. The damage is the wells, the damage they've done to the wells, the land, your livestock, and it deprived you of your rights by failing to provide you a Republican form of government. I sit here and I take notes while you're talking. So they've met all three elements of the crime. They're in violation of public act, ninety two, five hundred. So you've got you've got them on multiple items here, multiple layers. Well, and I think that this is what's really interesting is, is I'm sure that they were squealing, at least Miss Piggy was squealing with joy when when the when the judge decided to grant their summary disposition after the law had been misrepresented, and she squealed, she was squealing Miss Piggy there, and they have no idea that this is not done. And it's not done. This is not done. And, you know, this goes back to what we started the show about, talking about fighting and being willing to get in the game and stay in the game. It's not going to go right every day. In fact, we're never going to live in a perfect world until Jesus Christ sets his foot on this earth. It's not going to be right. We are going to have struggles. And the question is, are you going to stay with it? Are you going to continue forward until you find what works? Um, that, and even, even the, the, uh, the video I showed with that ninety five year old Marine who was, he was shot and he kept going and he, he didn't stop because of pain or difficulties. You're either going to fight for what's right. You're going to fight for the nation or at least get out of the way so that the real adults can step forward and don't be a naysayer to try to tear things down. I feel that way with the attacks that I see on President Trump right now. You got to realize he agreed to step into a situation with thousands of years of a global death cult. This thing has had time to be built up. And also the corporatocracy, which is undermining everything. It's got this little grubby little clause here. into everything, the national, the federal government, the state government, all the regulatory organizations that are out there, all the little cartels that are set up for the railroads, the energy cartels. I mean, go right down the list. The monopoly we have in Michigan, they've already got a monopoly on energy in Michigan for consumers and DTE. They're working on a water monopoly right now. And I'm going to tell you what, that's the last step in their playbook to totally subvert the United States and where the United States goes, the world goes. We are going to have to stand up and kick their sorry butts out of office, take their power base away, and return it to we the people. That is... lawful. That is lawful and we're going to have to do it or our children, the people that we love, the things we love, they don't stand a chance. And the last defense, I hate, I'm going to say it, the last defense is sitting right here, right now, the people of our generation are The people that are of this whole generation, I'm going to say the whole generation of people alive right now are going to have to stand up and do the work that needs to be done, including the abolishment of political parties because they're foreign involvement in our country. The foreign governments, the global corporatocracy is running the show here. And it's going to have to be addressed. And there can be no negotiation because, honestly, if even one of these lawbreakers gets away, they're going to find a way to regroup the troops like cockroaches and start sowing seeds of having this communist, this communal fascist mindset to grow back again. And I feel very strongly about that. Well, the communists figured that the only way to defeat the United States is from within. And they did it. Infiltrate and destroy from within. And they've done it. They're trying. They haven't fully succeeded. They haven't fully succeeded, but that's where the enemy is. The enemy is within. Yes, starting with the Bar Association. Look up the definition of domestic terrorism. Look it up. look up under the federal laws what domestic terrorism is and look at what the bar association does they control what they control the legislative branch they control the judiciary and they use it to create rules and regulations unlawfully to control every aspect of your life yeah and and right down to the local level remember you know when general flynn said local action equals national impact. Our state, and I feel confident saying this because I actually heard one of the guys I talked to who works for the FBI, said this state is in a township takeover of the state. They're doing it through the local municipalities, the cities, the counties. And so until everybody decides, you know what, I am going to step up and I'm going to run for office. I don't care what it is. If you run for a local office, fantastic. Get in the game and say, no, we're done with this and stop, stop this at a local level. We need every single person. to consider that. And as chairman of the U.S. Taxpayers Party, which is the Constitution Party of Michigan, I'm encouraging everybody to reach out to me and offer to run for an office or to step up and do your duty. We're going to have to do this together. And And we're going to do this. This is not going to stop until we take this country back from the Marxist mindset, from the corporatocracy, from anything that subverts the republic. We have to go back to that. So, well, I had somebody that called in sick today. So I'm going to have to go and do a few things that are out of the norm for me. But I'm so glad that you were able to come on today. And all I can say is, I'm so happy for, for what the fortune God's favor that has fallen upon your dad. And, uh, it's, I'm thankful to God that so many people stepped up and, and Mike, it couldn't happen to a nicer family. I'm so happy for you. Thank you. Thank you. Uh, yeah, he's, uh, yeah, he, he is, is, you know, his life has dramatically changed now. Um, He now gets to enjoy going back to playing golf, go fishing, go see his brother. Yeah, he gets to do the things that he wants to do now. Your family, it goes to show you that when you do the right thing in life, Even if you think that all hope is gone, if you do the right thing in life and you work hard and you provide for your family and you take care of others, God remembers that. And he will never leave you or ban you. God's favor is upon you guys. And I am so, I'm so grateful. speechless and in awe of seeing this kind of a miracle happen for good people. And you know what? It's not just for you. It's for everyone out there. You do the right thing, God's favor will rest upon you. Even if it seems counterintuitive to the way the world works, do the right thing and you will be blessed. It's amazing. So let's say a prayer and then Donna's got to go do things like shovel horse manure and that sort of thing today. So dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the beautiful miracles that you put in front of us every single day and for you walking with us and the favor that you've granted to Mike and Ed and their family in doing the right thing and the beautiful, beautiful people that stepped up When the call was put out there for somebody that was in need, thank you for motivating people to do the right thing at this time and showing their compassion and their willingness to help. We ask that you continue to guide us in all that we do to help clean this filth out of our government, which is at war with you. This war isn't just with us. It's with you. And we acknowledge that. And we want to be part of doing whatever it is that you ask us to do. We are not asking for an easy path. We're asking for the feet, the strength, the provision, and the wisdom and the discernment to walk that path with grace and with humility and with service to you all the days of our lives, not just so we get a win and we can go back to the way it was, but every day of our life, we want to serve you in whatever you ask us to do. Thank you so much for everything you've done for us. And I ask that everyone out there today be blessed. be drawn closer to you and have faith in you and trust you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. So there we go. There's where we go to. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to brandenburgforgovernor.com. Boys and girls, because even though I don't really check that very much anymore, it's my protest for twenty twenty two. And because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceived in history, the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump. Cowboy boots. I'll wear them better because I wear them every day. And we'll discuss how to really buy cowboy boots with him, you know, and so for function, not just for looks. So with that said, thank you for joining us today. We're going to be on tomorrow. It's going to be Karen and Ralph and I, and we're going to be talking about Christmas. And I've got a really funny video I want to show everybody about Christmas. how far we've moved away from worshiping in the spirit, being thankful for God, letting God lead us to the worship of the material world. And I'll just say it for the record, all the old small G gods like Asherah, worshiping the golden calf, They have all been resurrected at this time. And you look at this or made a, I shouldn't say resurrected, but have reemerged at this time. So watch what you're doing, because if you're worshiping money, silver and gold, and trying to create your own security by those means, the only security we have is in God almighty. That's it. Trust him because whether we have plenty or none, if things crash or go on in good times and in bad, it's always been, and it will always be God almighty that saves our sorry butts for the problems we cause. Okay. It's us that are the problems. It is. We don't step up when things are gone wrong because we're lazy. We want to sit at home and drink coffee full time, you know, and we go to our comfort. We have to be willing to step up because every, Every opportunity lost to restore this Republic, to restore godly rule in how this world is run is harder every step that when we miss those opportunities, it's harder every time because evil compounds on evil. You're better off to deal with the problems right when they get started instead of when they're able to fortify their positions. And so I'm real proud of being able to talk with Mike and John and everybody here who fights because it is giving us the baseline to cut this stuff out at the roots. And that's what we have to do. So with that said, see you tomorrow. God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Have a great day and make the day wonderful for the people around you. Remember, local action equals national impact. That's even taking care of the people right around you right now, right here, right now, like Mike's dad did and the good examples around us. Merry Christmas, everybody. Have a good New Year. Merry Christmas, Mike. And I'm sure we'll talk before then, but Merry Christmas.
