The strategy to impose world communism on the people of the United States (and the other countries in this hemisphere) has been economic rather than military as the people were led to believe it would be. It's our own leaders who were the Pied Pipers leading us to this demise of the U.S. I'm working on a timeline that shows the who, when and what. 10am Daniel Richard - Daniel Richard, a constitutional scholar from New Hampshire has brought a case against the state, which claims that N.H. election laws have been illegally altered by the executive and legislative branches of the state government over the years, without the consent of the voters, thereby making the legislature’s actions unconstitutional. On Monday, October 30, 2023, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, on their own initiative, scheduled oral arguments for November 29th, 2023 at 9am, in a highly-anticipated election law case of Daniel Richard vs. Governor Chris Sununu, et al. involving the executive and legislature branches of government repeatedly violating the voting rights of Mr. Richard, and the people of this State, by altering the mandatory election provisions of the Constitution of New Hampshire established by the people by legislative fiat. This case poses the following questions. Who is qualified to voter in New Hampshire? Who is qualified to vote absentee in this State? Who is required to “sort,” “count” and certify the votes in the towns and cities? Are voting machines constitutional in N.H? Can the legislature delegate its law-making power under the State and U.S. Constitutions to an unelected body of bureaucrats (the NH Ballot Law Commission) to make election laws (including voting machine laws), and the ability to suspend State and Federal election laws? The use of vote tabulation equipment to conceal the counting of un-verified and uncertified absentee ballots and the illegal certification of the elections results. Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. It is the fourth day of August, twenty twenty five and welcome to our show. We're going to start out with this whole water wars issue that I've been posting on all weekend because I've got it kind of figured out how they're doing this. And they are creating fifteen, fifteen minute cities right in front of our faces. So but we're going to start out with with Vicki Davis and the technocratic tyranny. And then at ten o'clock, Daniel Richards, we're going to go back to pro se. Hey, Vicki, how are you doing? I'm doing just fine, thanks. Yeah, I'm a beast level pissed off this morning because all weekend what ended up happening is realizing they're doing the sewer project. And I was talking about sewer and water last weekend, what was happening. And the township board, the head of the township board, Don Tilma, looked at us and said, this project's going through and you people, as he pointed to us, Cannot stop it. Well, what they did this weekend is, and we're doing some research, they are pumping the bogs and the wetlands dry in order to build. So somebody bought some property down there, went down there, and there are a bunch of city sanitary sewers that are already in as they lower the water level. Well, their worst freaking nightmare happened when Friday afternoon, our well ceased to function because they dropped the water table low enough that our well was sucking air. So right now we have an IBC container that is bringing water in so we can pump from that into the house, which is those plastic farm containers and such. And otherwise we're completely out of water, completely. And so I started calling everybody, including the township board. They're going to get sued. The zoning board, they're probably going to get sued. Eagle, Eagle has been rubber stamping this. Talk to the engineers for the area. Guess what? They're probably going to get sued too, because I found out that they're working with four adjacent municipalities. And this is all about turning our cities and our townships, especially where they're conservative into that. This is all about destroying the vote because I was talking to a friend of mine who is an investigator and he had his office raided because, and I worked with him about a year and a half ago, looking, looking up what they were doing with it, the kids that are missing. And I was giving them locations in Michigan. so that they knew exactly what to look for here that I'd seen while they raided his office. And I gave names to of people that should be under suspicion. Well, they raided his office and took all of his stuff. Well, turns out that he and a bunch of very good friends have been chasing this down and what this is all about. So, and, and everybody needs to know this, this is the MO, not just across Michigan, but across the entire United States. It has to do with, on a local level, the contractors, the builders, and developers. And then it goes into the mortgages and how the mortgage lenders are doing it and what they're actually doing. So they'll buy a bog area, which is water storage. This is why they're getting rid of all the dams in the state. This is a water wars issue. And they're trying to subvert us under requiring us, making us, hookup to these municipal water supplies where they're poisoning us with fluoride and the water bills keep going up higher and higher so that we can't afford it. A lot of people can't afford the water bills around here because they're so high. They've like doubled, but there's no option because once you're stuck into the system, they've got you, they've got you in a noose. And so what I, what I found out this, this weekend as we were studying is that Byron township where I live, had four thousand five hundred approximately acres in a wetlands. And I can't give you the date of where they actually destroyed it. We're down to six, about six hundred and eighty acres. And with them dropping the water table, what we have going on right now is it's destroying the wells and most of this area is on wells. So one of our other neighbors, I said, you're creating something that's going to be a federal disaster at this moment in time. One guy had a pond. It's dry. They pumped it dry. And now they're having to refill it. I don't know where they're getting the water from, first of all, because the water table is so low that it won't hold water. So it's a perpetual need to fill this pond, right? As they keep taking it down. I'm going to show you what I put on my Telegram channel. um, and, and show you, this was, this was about, um, I'll show you the videos here, but we'll start out. This is kind of an interesting thing. Hang on a minute. And I'll show you this because you have had experience with it too. And what I found out is, uh, this is the same way they're doing it across the United States. If people don't get this figured out, we're dead, but the most powerful souls are often sent to the darkest places. I'm going to put a legal boot of everyone's ass that had one thing to do, even one little finger of unjust gain involved in this. So I'll show you this and I'm going to put the videos out there that I posted. This is unbelievable. This is what's happened here in Byron Township. They're literally flushed. Now they went ahead and they're flushing the groundwater down the drains and out of the area, okay? And then I'm going to tell you what we have in reality here with all the pumps, the PICC lines and everything. We've got it all documented. Hi, this is Donna Brandenburg, Brandenburg News Network. And guess what? I have a dead well on my property right now. Thereby, the house has no water. Thank you to Byron Township's sewer project and water project here and the destruction of our wetlands. Each one of those pumps, we've got nine of them out here, is pumping two thousand gallons a minute. They also have, see the case right there? That's also got some pumps in it, and they literally have taken the water level down so much, our well is no longer functional. We're literally, we've got an IBC container that we have outside that we've tapped into in order to have anything in the house there that works as far as water. And we have neighbors whose water is, they said, basically different. There are nine of these pumps out here. Let me show you. Here's some more over here. On this side of the street, there's two of them. There's some over there. When you go on the other side of the street over here, there's a few more of them over there. Nine total water pumps there. And we've got a big problem. We've got a guy out here who had a pond. His pond, you want to hear what craziness is? His pond emptied out. And now they're pumping water into his pond. into an area that the water table's been lowered. So it's just constantly cycling there. And guess who's paying for this? Taxpayer. You, me, and everybody else. This is not going to end well. They've also violated my right to free speech in the township by not allowing me to actually tell them what's going on. They gave me three minutes and said, You're done. Then they called the sheriff's on me. I'm telling you, this is going to come to your area. There's an investigation going on right now. We're not going to stop until we get this thing handled. Donna Brandenburg. Okay, so there's one. I'm going to show you the next one too. Let's see. Let's go back. Let's see if I can get this. Hang on a minute. We'll go to the next video because there's another video there that is That is an important part of this because they have. Water table so far that my well. This is exactly what they're doing here. They are destroying the water all over this state. They started it with the problems while the dams are going on. They're destroying all the lakes and the streams and such. This is to control our water tables and our water rights. What they want to do is they want us to all get hooked up to... Here, let's try this next one here. They're trying to get us hooked up to their municipal water, and then they can turn it off at will on whoever isn't a good little boy or girl. That's what's happening. Okay, here's the next video, and we're going to do this one next. Hang on. I have a dead well on my property right now, thereby the house has no water. Thank you to Byron Township's sewer project and water project here and the destruction of our wetlands. Each one of those pumps, we've got nine of them out here, is pumping two thousand gallons a minute. They also have, see the basement right there? That's also got some pumps in it and they literally have taken the water level down so much that our well is no more. Thank you. here that we have outside in order to have anything in the house there that works as far as water and we have neighbors whose water is they said um tasting different because they're literally destroying our water source there are nine of these pumps out here let me show you there's some more over here on this side of the street there's two of them there's two of them over there when you go on the other side of the street over here there's a few more over there nine total Okay, so I must have repeated that little part right there. But what is really disturbing about this is that what we found is that this is a pattern across the state where they're buying up wetlands and they are taking the wetlands and they're converting it to buildable land by destroying it. So we had forty five hundred acres out there and they've got it down to about six eighty. This is going to be the kill shot to water independence in this area. If somebody doesn't get this thing stopped and I mean fast. So that's where we're at. And I see you brought up put a link in the chat here. Let me get this up. I'm so pissed right now that that it's like, OK, this is this is going to get worse. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, hang on a minute. Let me, oh, I needed to start my Instagram feed. Hang on a minute because, uh, sorry about that. All my Instagram people. I'm. trying to get this thing going and it is what it is. So it, it is, it is unbelievable in the, in people don't realize how insidious this, this whole nonsense is. It is, it is insidious. They have done this intentionally. They are using five Oh one C threes to actually, um, to, uh, fund it. And to shift the voter base is what it's all about. So they're getting rid of all the people who are old guard families. That's exactly what's happening here. So you may please weigh into this, because right now it's like I'm talking to investigators that investigate federal crimes and such, as well as the crimes around here. We've got things mapped out pretty well. We're going to go through the, we've already got the permits and contracts that we're working to unravel. And this is going to affect every single person in the United States unless people get in. You know, I'm so sick of people saying this is only twenty houses that this is actually affecting. Bullshit it is. It's affecting the whole area. So they're dividing people out so people can't fight and they can't see the truth. Yeah, no, this is a major thing. And when it happened here in Idaho, both to the town that I'm living in now and the town that I grew up in that I was living in, when it started, I had no clue whatsoever, except that they were trying to... trying to grossly reduce the farmers' water allocations for their farms. And so I did participate in a couple of town meetings because obviously if you can't get water, if they're stealing your water allocations and you're a farmer, you're out of business. You're done. That's exactly what they're doing. This is a farming community which has been overbuilt And these morons in office keep saying, well, you know, the developers are just going to sue us if we don't stand for it. I'm like, you guys have the perfect right to stop this because they are literally stealing the water rights of the current tenants and or forcing us to pay for their infrastructure to build out more development, more development, more development. They're creating fifteen minute cities right under our noses. And this is how they're doing it. Yeah, well, it's these same people, they actually destroyed Boise, our capital city. They built so many houses so close. They just destroyed the city. It was a really pretty little town. And the developers came in and they built just so many houses. And the thing was, there was no market for those houses. They were just building them. And there was a development of about one hundred and sixty homes. And they were part of the subprime loan meltdown, you know, because they built these houses. Nobody there was nobody to buy them. What it's looking like here that they're doing with the mortgage lenders here. So I started doing property searches and looking at property values and how they jack the property values up. It all has to do with the assessor's office. So now the builders are coming in because they're engineering what they think the houses are worth. So before they even build them, the spec prices that they're tagging these houses with is like seven hundred, eight hundred fifty thousand dollars. Yeah. So that makes everybody's price go up just because they grabbed they threw a label on that. And as these houses sell, guess what? Everybody's taxes go up. Everybody's everybody's property. They literally are starving out the people that have been here for years and years and years because of the engineering of the of the. of the uh prices but just wait it gets even better than this people it really gets better than this you know don tilma calling us this project is going through last week monday when they tried almost arrested me at the meeting because I was calling them out for their and um don tilma goes this project is going to go through and you people can't stop it I want you to think about those words so So what is really happening here? And I'm going to bring all of this to light because one of the investigators that I'm working with has got everything laid out. It's going through the mortgage banks and what they're doing is they're giving social economically disadvantaged people zero down payment loans. And so there's no down payment on it. This is how they're doing it. And they're doing it across the United States with one percent mortgages. But wait, it gets even better. And it's tied into the NGOs. And part of it is, is the contract with the NGOs is these people have to agree to show up at all of these wacko, lunatic, progressive NGO efforts to destabilize the areas or they lose the contract. And I believe also that I can't, I'm going to find the proof of this, but I'm pretty extra sure it's those same people that they're offering to pay them to show up at rallies. It's exactly what they're doing. They're moving in to these houses. and paying them through the ends NGOs. It is my this is what it worth looking like it's going to be able to afford those houses, working for the NGOs destabilizing an area, especially if it's a conservative area where the voters are. And the one investigator who has this documented told me exactly how they were doing it. And he said they've got all the proof. And so Pretty extra sure right now that the net that's being cast is wide. And when they catch everybody down to the township offices, I've already caught them here. But guess what? Byron Township is probably at this moment in time going to be the biggest pain in the ass of these globalists. because I'm all kinds of done with this. And the problem they have with me is that I'm not tied into physical or material losses. I like to see things done the right way. I don't care how this turns out for me personally. I hate bad guys. And I hate people that do damage to innocent people who have lived here their whole lives and have communicated or been part of the community who have destroyed it through the unlawful proposals on the ballots. All the proposals are crap, including Ask My Tax. But the village idiots have not done enough work to look into it other than saying, oh, Brandenburg doesn't want to get rid of property taxes. Yes, I do. I want to get rid of all unconstitutional taxes, all of them. Ask My Tax is a tax shift. They've got all of these proposals that passed in the last election. Because nobody read the language. It did the exact opposite of what they said it was going to do. The pattern is there. And because people will not look into it, they're going to get their tails handed to them. Don't cry to me. I've been trying to talk to everybody about the implications of what's going on. The townships is where they're destroying the nation. And every one of these people have to be on the hook. For first of all, the permits that they had, we found them. Didn't even include water mitigation. Think about this. Just those big pumps are pumping eighteen thousand gallons of water per minute and is being flushed out of this area. And it is for the purpose of the developers. They say it isn't. but they're lying. They're ever living behinds off. We've got it documented. It was in the statements under that they, that they put out publicly. This is about to benefit the developers to change the voting base by bringing in their assets to occupy these large houses and developments and affordable housing who are The NGOs are making a way to do it. The mortgage companies are doing it. We found one site where there's fifty churches in on the steal of the land and of our towns that are in on creating these fifteen minute cities. Wait until this all gets put together for a package that people can actually understand because there's so much deception here. And every single person that has touched this is going to be rolled in to the pain that's coming across this state. Boy, I have so much information to gather up for you. I didn't. Yeah, I need some help. Everybody out there needs to help out on this. And y'all know my phone number. So if you actually want to get in the game here and stop going to these political party crap meetings that just waste your time, give me a call because I'm pretty extra sure this is about controlling the food source and the water source. Set it from the beginning. They're going to destroy your abilities to have farms on the land because they're going to absolutely drain the land in order to put these pipes in. And I told everybody, I'm like, I have a construction company. We don't do work in this area. This isn't the kind of work we do, but I could be an expert witness in this case. I literally would qualify as an expert witness in any and all areas of what they're doing right now. Okay. They didn't have to lower the water table to do this, but they did it. It wasn't part of the permitting, but they did it. And that means that the township's on the hook. The contractors are on the hook. The dewaterers are on the hook. EGLE is on the hook for this. Every single person that touched this, the city engineers, they're working with four different municipalities in the area. They're all on the hook. Oh, destruction is on the way. Did they declare eminent domain? What's that? Did they declare eminent domain over that wetland area? Not by the resources. They took our mineral rights. That is eminent domain, but they didn't pay anybody for it. Right. well that's what that's what happened in connecticut is well before that though let me say they started allowing corporations to be able to declare eminent domains In times past, eminent domain was something that a city did if they needed to take property to expand the city. But some townships began allowing corporations to say they want to do business in an area or whatever. And so they allowed corporations to do that. In Idaho, our governor did sponsor legislation to say that in Idaho, corporations can't do that. Let me tell everybody else what's out there. So they're buying easements through property. They asked me if they could go through my property because they said, we need to replace the sewer because it's out of date. I'm like, don't even try to start lying to me because it doesn't work. I'm like, you're doing it to benefit the developer. So I turned them down. Well, guess what? My neighbor, one of my neighbors is Steve Kilgore. steve kilgore is also a builder and developer he's got about forty acres there they just they're working on the easement that they're going to buy through his property so he can develop okay I want you to think about how this works and then got on the byron township website and guess what kilgore is on an oversight board Let me post this a minute. And so all of these people that are on the boards and such, the township boards, if you look at how much land they own, a couple of them own a hundred and fifty acres here. They're making themselves rich beyond all means. Then you got Don Toma who got on the board and all of a sudden he's got this huge, new, bright, shiny auto center. It used to be a nice little shop. Oh, it's the Taj Mahal of auto centers now. And I'm like, where the hell did they get the money for this? Where did they get the permits? Just like they just walk right in and they get anything they want for commerce, for building, for all of it. And I want to know, I want to see where they got the money for. I know Byron Center Meats, I believe they got a, I think it's a seventy thousand dollar grant. For what? And so I'm looking at this going, anyone that's touched this money, this poison money, they're immediately guilty. Let me see if I can post this picture here of what they've done and where Kilgar is in the mix of this. Who is getting paid easement so that he can develop his property? If you think that it's not what it's about, then you're in the... I can't help you. Okay. But we have this all documented right now and it's going to get a little painful, probably a little more than a little painful, just saying, but I just think this is not going to end well for probably anyone, but we'll keep going. I'm going to, let me, let me see where I can find it, find it where I, where I documented this a minute. It might take me a minute. Cause I'm, of course I'm online. I'll tell you who is behind this. Okay. I just posted a link to an article I wrote about the art of perversion. And there are five big water corporations that are also involved in it. Nestle is one of them. Oh, yeah, Nestle is right here, and with a two-hundred-fifty-dollar permit, they've taken billions of gallons out of this state and sold it back to us. Like, are you kidding me? No, I'm not. No, I know they are. When it was happening, Public Citizen, I believe it was, was doing an investigation, and they wrote a report called the Water Barons. And there were about five big corporations that were involved in this scheme, this scam to steal our water. And everything that you've said about what's happening in your town, it was happening in my town and in another town in Idaho plus the capital city. And to this day, farmers are still having to fight for their water. They keep trying over a few years, they keep trying to reduce their water shares, their water allocations. And they're basically trying to put them out of business is what's happening. And it so pisses me off because they buy off your legislators. You bet they do. And most people don't have the ability to actually stand when somebody throws money in their faces. It's really sad. I mean, this is so sad to see the lack of integrity to watch. It's like, well, I'm just going to take care of my own and I don't care what happens to you. You know, whoever has that attitude is going to stand before God almighty. I can guarantee you that. And so I'm going to show you something else here. Hang on a minute. This is going to be kind of fun because this is the other thing we live in Kent County. I was going as my well was, was, we realized the well was dead right at the barn house there. The well was dead. Okay. It is dead at the house. I go past. I'm going down the road because we're trying to figure out what to do at this point in time. The well guys came out and said, yes, they dropped the water table. You're out of water. You know, you're dead in the water. And as I go around the corner, Steve Kilgore, who owns the property where the easement is going through, there's an Ottawa County sheriff pulling into his driveway. This is the county away. which DeVos's have a chokehold on the DeVos mafia. And here I've got a Ottawa County sheriff pulling into his driveway in a, in a, in a sheriff car. How in the hell is this working out? I'm like, you gotta be, you gotta be kidding me. So I'm just, I'm just like unbelievable. And the plot gets thicker. Cause check this out. So I'm going to bring up my telegram channel, which I just posted something else on. We'll see if I can get this to work. Oh, they're all in on it. Eagle's in on it. The contractors are in it. The people in the township are in it. Everyone. And here's a board of review. So they hide their positions in these little layered boards. And guess what? There's Steve Kilgore right there in part of the board of review to meet to approve projects and such. How in the hell is this not a conflict of interest? They just paid themselves out for an easement to go through the property. Wow. Somebody tell me. Somebody explain this to me because clearly I am not smart enough to get my arms around how this is okay. And you know what? And anybody else that sells to these guys that are being backed by big money corporations, I can't even understand this, how anybody can look at this and say, well, you know, they're going to give me X amount of dollars. So that's what I'm going to do. You know, the other thing, there's another guy that is out. There's another guy that's out in New Jersey that they offered. I have been offered so much money for my property. I've got forty seven acres here. I have been offered so much money, and I'm like, go on. I'm not interested in your money. I'm interested in preserving the land from the developers and the builders and such. We love this area. And so I just – there's a guy out in New Jersey who has had – property in like three generations out there. And you know what they did? They built all the way around and took his property rights and everything. And it went because he wouldn't sell. They went through eminent domain and took his property rights for affordable housing. And it is coming to the area near you because the reality is, is they're targeting the, the, the areas like ours in order to flip the voter base. That's what this is all about. Yes, and how do they flip the voter base? They'll import refugees. Yeah, or economically disadvantaged who are on the payrolls of the NGOs. Come on, it's like this is so right out in everybody's faces. I can't believe that people are still, well, you know what? I'm going to go to the Republican Party meetings because that's the part. Who the hell you think is involved in this? Right. They're the ones that are doing it. You bet they are. It's the political parties. But it's like people are so brainwashed that they refuse to get away from their biases and see things for what they are. This is as ridiculous as people saying Biden's in position for nine years and it's going to change. Every one of the cover candidates that's running is tied in to the political establishment. Currently all of them, they've either held an office and they're considering them. This is putting in a political, a political career politician in office and it's a Republican party. That's doing it. Yeah. And it's going to change guys. Newsflash. Your biases are like sheep running right into the slaughter. I just watched a video this morning and it was of a, Newt Gingrich speaking in nineteen ninety five and Gingrich. And this totally shocked me. He mentioned a North American common market. Well, the idea between behind the common market is the elimination of American borders, for Christ's sakes, you know, turning the whole North and South American continent into a regional governing structure under the UN. Yep. And the useful idiots that are close to the communities that sell out to these people, they're literally a captured asset. And you can see it when people do things for money. You can see that they're part of it. And you know what? It's too bad. I hate, I, I'm not going to stop talking about this because this needs to happen and it needs to be out for everyone to see. Yeah. Well, I would suggest that you put together a team of people. Oh, it's already going. Dedicated to this research. Yeah. A chart of, of connections. They're not going to get away from this because we've already got a bunch of the network in place to be able to see exactly what's going on. They've done this pattern all over the country. So once you know what you're looking at, you should be able to just go after it. Yep. So well, you know what? This sucks to be them because you know what? I had my billboard because I was censored from everything that I did with my twenty twenty two governor's race protest, which is still going on right now. Guess what? We're going to be printing off a new billboard that basically says Byron Township destroyed our water and forty five hundred acres of our wetland which is water storage and handed it to the globalist developers to to benefit them uh-huh good and this this is not going to end this is absolutely not going to end do you have a website dedicated to this subject in your area Well, I did. So I'm behind a website called ByronCenterSpeaks.org. And I haven't used it for a while, but I've got about fourteen thousand email contacts on there, which are current. And so because there's so many invading people that have invaded the Facebook groups and all of the social media has got influencers or people who are part of their network that have sold out on a local level in those NGO networks. And people don't seem to see it. You're not in a pure network just because it says, hey, we love Byron Center, okay? There are people in there that are going to mess it up just by going to those things. So Byron, it's Byron... Byron center speaks.org is, is a website that I own and I've used it to fight them for years. I just haven't had it active. It needs to be updated. It looks like crap. I get it. But if people go there, they can sign up for it. And I'm going to write an exhaustive report on exactly what has happened. This is the report that I tried to tell them at the township council meeting and that they, they basically tried to, uh, silenced me and they promised on the agenda. And guess what? No, we're just going to break you off to the side in the twenty houses that are affected. This affects the entire damn area. Okay. Yeah. I would recommend that you get another website with a name that would be meaningful in terms of water and development or something. Because when you say Byron something or other, that doesn't mean anything to anybody outside your area. Oh, get this, get this. I just figured something else out. This is crazy. Okay, people, this is absolutely crazy. Another name here I looked at, Mark Denhollander, get this. He is a fifty-four-year-old real estate appraiser and president of Fast Track Appraisals. This is how they're doing it across the state. Fast Track Appraisals operating in Byron Center. He's been a full-time real estate appraiser since, holding a Michigan certified general real estate appraiser license. Number one, two, zero, five, zero, zero, six, seven, five, four. He specializes in commercial and real estate appraisals across West Michigan, including first one apartments, industrial properties, office retail, mixed use, self storage, single family homes, condos and vacant land. And I've got the addresses. I looked it up. Thank you, Grock. He serves on the Board of Review and election chairperson. Oh, my gosh. He serves as the election chairperson in Byron Township. Do you guys see how they're doing this? This is the board that matters in Byron Township right there. I'm going to look up Joe Pitch to see how he's tied into this. Those are the power brokers on this right there. Yeah, they buy the officials in your town and in your state, because we're talking about global corporations that are stealing the water, like Nestle, Nestle Chocolate. They used to be an American company, but then they moved to Switzerland. They were bought- Market connected to family members in the area. including Adam Denhollander, Amy Denhollander. He's got a whole bunch of names here and such. This is nuts. I'm publishing this today, guys. I'm going to publish this. You need to know who you're speaking to and what's going on here and how they're all connected. You really need to know this. I'm going to put this on my Telegram channel right now just so everybody knows. This is on Grok, and I'm just going to throw it out there. because people need to know. Here we go. Here is what Grok has. And this includes elections. This is unbelievable. It's an entire gambit. It's like a traveling con game. They've got all the... all the moves down and who to target in your local area. And it's a criminal, it's a global criminal operation. It's a conspiratorial RICO case. Yes. That's what the investigator told me is that it sure looks like it's a criminal RICO case. We're going to see. But I'm just going to put this out there. This is from Grok. And I'm just going to publish it as it came in. This is it. Here we go. So go to Brandenburg number four MI on Telegram. Brandenburg number four MI. There's a whole bunch of people out there that are impersonating me. So Oh, this is, this is kind of interesting. This is all public knowledge guys. This is out there for you to see. And you know what, what's really funny is that you've got the people that are in the Republican party trying to, trying to tell everybody, don't listen to Brandenburg. She shouldn't be our governor. That's Carla Wagner from Ask My Tax and the people in her group, they've said it publicly many times. Why? Why don't they want to be questioned? There's the question. Why will they not come and talk publicly? Ask yourself that question. What is actually going on there? Why is it that some of these people are working with law firms out in California or economists and such? Why are they plugged into this network? You're next. If you do not fight with us, you're going to be next. It's just a matter of time. Yeah. Well, it's kind of a complicated scheme they've got going on. There are a lot of moving parts to it. people people don't understand that kind of stuff you've really got to work at educating the public and that's why I said you need to have a website that's totally dedicated to the issue and but don't localize the website you've got to make it about the water make it about freedom in america make it about corporate corruption global corporate corruption because nestle is a global corporation and I I've got I posted a link up on on that little private chat thing to an article that I wrote where I have global globalist ceos that were involved in an organization where they were funding, providing funding to an NGO in our town in order for them to do an assessment of the town of what we would need in order to take more refugees. So they not only steal your water, they import quote refugees. Refugees or people that they're using that they can pay off because they don't have the means to fight it. It can be also illegal. Is that the last one, the refugees? It's a destabilization tactic for rural America. And with these globalist reptiles that I put up there, which includes Michael Bloomberg, the CEO of Fox News, anyway, these men that are billionaires, Donna is not a billionaire. That was one of the ways that they sabotaged me by saying, she's just a billionaire. I shovel horse crap and go to work every day, people. Don't be stupid. Okay. So anyhow, there you go. Yeah. So, but they had a challenge, you know, so the local NGO responded to it and her contract was to produce a report of what our town needed in order to take more refugees in. And these guys, they don't give a damn about refugees. It's about destabilization. And stealing the vote in our elections. That's what this is about. So that we don't have a voice. We don't right now with our township council, Vicki. Uh-huh. Yeah. Well, and what I found out, and it's in that article, is that they targeted the mayor, so that the mayor would basically intimidate the rest of the city council to go along with the whole thing. So they get money and no hassles for going along with selling out their community. Well, and all of these local communities are absolutely flat broke. If it wasn't for the federal government and the federal money coming in here, that's how they're doing it. They're money laundering through the federal government and then having all these grants and all these kickbacks. that they're all getting to enrich themselves and their businesses. How does anybody think that people get an office and all of a sudden they've got all of these assets and the taxes keep getting raised and we continue to get higher taxes, but they're getting more and more. They've got more land. They've got more development or more businesses that they own and such. This is how they're doing it. I have not participated in this. I won't. And I've been offered millions and billions of dollars. And I've turned it down on every term. I turned it down. I got to tell you one more thing. You want to know what this city engineer, which is a construction company, and I'll give you their name too. Hang on a minute. This is going to be painful for everyone. Hold on. We're going to get this figured out here. The city engineer was like, having a meltdown yeah when he when he finally got a hold of me he's having a total meltdown and he uh he said he said this is our solution he said go to your neighbor and get a hose if they still have water and hook it up to your house and I was like You've got to be totally kidding me. You're asking me because my well is dead to go to my neighbor who, because they dropped the water table, will probably also be out of water at some point in time because of how far you've stabbed these wells and these conduits in the ground down where you're draining the water. And I'm like, so now you want me to take from them to save my own tail here? I'm like, you know what? My neighbors are going to need that water. I won't do it. I'm like, this is your problem. You better figure out a way to fix this and or I will. So we went out and we got an IBC container and we filled it from a different source and brought it on the land. But I'm not going to ask my neighbors to give up the resources that they need. Not a chance. And I told them all, I said, none of you people, the contractors, the city or anyone will put one foot on my property at any point in time. unless I am there. But for real right now, they're not supposed to come one foot on my property. And I don't trust them to bring a water source into my property without, I'm like, I'm going to do this and you're going to get the bill for it. That's what's going to happen here because you have a track record of criminal complicity at this point in time of absolute failure on every level. So we found a permit. They had no dewatering in the permit. that we have found thus far. Oh, this is going to continue to blow up, guys. This is going to continue to blow up. And guess what? Little finger touches this project, they're going to be wrapped up in it. Well, yeah, it's theft of mineral rights is what it is. Because water, yeah, most people don't know this, but water is a mineral. And the BLM the Bureau of Land Management during the, I forget what administration it was, but the Bureau of Land Management used to exist to help people use our resources, lease our resources. Anybody that remembers the Bundy Ranch thing that was going on, the BLM was trying to steal their property. And why is that? Well, it's close to a town and they had water rights that went way back to before the creation of the BLM. And they can put all this stuff in the water, the municipal waters. Look at how this has turned out for Flint and for Benton Harbor here. And look at all they can put in that water to kill us. It's the same thing they did with the COVID vaccination. Guess who was producing the COVID vaccination? The ones who, and packaging it, the ones who run the frickin' Republican Party, Betsy DeVos and Amway. They own Graham. They have four different facilities here in Grand Rapids, and they were packaging the COVID shot. Oh, there you go. And then not only that, not only were they doing that, Joel Langlois owned the DeltaPlex and he gave them, because he thought he was doing the right thing, the ability to set up a vaccination statement in a test area at the DeltaPlex that he owned at the time. No, no, no, no. With the help of, and I believe Bernadette Smith, the co-chair and such, has moved several things over to the Amway Grand Plaza. And I believe the number that Joel told me it was, was that they moved this test site and everything over to Amway, the Amway area. And they were getting paid something like twelve thousand dollars a day by the county to have it there. this is your Republican party. All right. The people who think, Oh, we're going to be precinct delegates and we're going to change everything. I was at the most Sean medic electioneering rally. The people that were in the VIP lounge came right out and told me this, but don't listen to Donna Brandenburg. She's poison for the state because she tells the truth. They said, We're doing this to make the precinct delegates feel good so that they will vote with us for basically who they chose to run. And every one of those candidates that makes it to the top, they're in on it. Trust me. That's why you keep getting the recycle of people who ran for office. It's a global crime syndicate. And guess what? It's on your doorstep right here in Byron Township. It absolutely is a global crime syndicate. That link that I posted for you is Nestle's Water Resource Global Compact. This one, oh, at the top. Business leaders in partnership with the international community. So people, you should post that and let people see it. I'm going to read it. This initiative grew out of a highly collaborative partnership between the United Nations Global Compact and the government of Sweden and a group of committed companies and specialized organizations dealing with the problems of water scarcity and sanitation. I have been screaming corporatocracy has been behind this for years at this point in time. And I know you have, too. It is designed as a private public initiative. What was coming out of the Republican Party's pick for the twenty twenty two election? Tudor Dixon. And what did she talk about? Public private partnerships, freaking globalists. They sold her family, destroyed the that they were behind the destruction. of the foundry industries in Muskegon. I was told that directly by somebody who was left with thirty five thousand dollars in debt by that family. And I can pull them out of the woodwork, too, to get them to talk on camera because they're pissed. So at any rate, you might want to challenge me, guys, and see how it works out for you. The CEO water, let's see, private public initiative with a focus on developing strategies and solutions to contribute positively to the emerging water crisis. The CEO water mandate will seek to engage a critical mass of companies from around the world willing to undertake serious efforts in partnership with other stakeholders to address this challenge. Whenever possible, this initiative will coordinate efforts and work with existing water programs, both global and local, in order to maximize impact. This is what this is about, guys. This is Water Wars. Guess what? You just entered the Hunger Games. You just didn't know you were in it. Yeah. Yeah. If people don't start to understand this, I don't know if anybody remembers when Maurice Strong bought a piece of property in Colorado, right in front of the mountains, right where the water would be at the base of the mountains. And he was Well, it was so long ago, I really can't remember the story. But just understand that this is a global war by billionaires on the American people, on our country. And they have plenty of money to spread around to your local elected officials. And they do. I mean, they do it. It is war on the American people. Name every single person here, if you would, starting here. Oh, I have it somewhere. I can't remember, but Michael Bloomberg, this guy, the black guy, I think he was, oh, shit, I can't tell you. I'm sorry. But I do have it, and I will post it. Let's post it. I'm going to post it. Go to Brandenburg number four MI. Because this is going to be an epic reveal of who's who in the zoo here. You know, for years I've gone to different events. And I just go to spook around, honestly. I go to see who's hanging out with who, who's connected to who. And, you know, it's like I have a few special skills that enable me to see through the facade, shall we say. Yeah. and um it's it's uh this is this is unbelievable but it's tied into the investment bankers and then another friend of mine who is also a really good boss level investigator oh she came up with let me let me let me pull up some she said me you guys are gonna believe this this is so crazy Hang on. We're going to get this up here. Throw it out. Make everybody run for the hill because I'm not just talking about this. I'm literally going to show you exactly how this looks. We've got IEF.org. Hang on a minute and show you where this is going. Daniel, I see you backstage a minute. We're going to I need to finish this up. Because it all goes back to these little efforts here. This ties in the investment bankers. Yeah, I've got an article here called The Billionaire's War on America. This is another one of their little reptilian articles. And here we got the IEF trilateral work. Oh, goodness. I bet that ties right back to the Trilateral Commission. And all of this stuff is tied in together. Global solutions, oil investment outlook, blah, blah, blah. And how many companies are tied into this? Oh, we've got a transparency report. Oh, I'm so excited about that. And the transparency of this in Byron Township leaves me stunned and silent at how transparent they are. King of the Netherlands. What do we got sitting right here in West Michigan? The freaking Dutch mafia. Oh, yeah. What I do is just look around, guys. You'll get it figured out pretty fast. Another thing I posted there for you is the art of perversion. And in that, I document the link between there's a corporation called or a nonprofit called Local Incentives Support Corporations. And that was founded by the Ford Foundation. And Ford Foundation is tied in with who? Betsy DeVos. The Ford Foundation is tied in with who? All you got to go is the Ford Museum in Grand Rapids. And you can see it's a Kissinger Museum. And freaking Kissinger was behind the CCP. He started it. And you can look at, I've got pictures of the whole thing. He's pointing to giving orders, the whole thing. And he was in with Nelson Rockefeller. Thank you, everyone. This is your Republican Party. Wake up. Yeah, Nelson Rockefeller. Well, the whole The whole damn Rockefeller family, they have been traitors to this country since the turn of the last century. It was the Rockefellers, the Carnegie Foundation, and then the Ford Foundation, which was started in the— after World War II. but um it the it's ford foundation that gets involved in local economic development this is all around economic development while economically developing you out of your property out of your uh rights as an american citizen to live under an american constitution they are freaking They're turning our country communist. And then they write these ordinances, which just so everybody knows, an ordinance is not a law. It has no force of law behind it. And when you look at, here you go, you got Sheriff Scott Israel that goes right back to elections every single time. Yeah. Well, let me tell you what they did with that kid. You know, he was the kid, the young guy that shot up Parkland School. Right. Right. The reason that happened is because perverse incentives, they incentivize your local town or county to reduce crime statistics. So how did Sheriff Steve Israel do that? He set up a diversion program. So rather than prosecuting the young guy for the petty crimes that he was committing, They diverted him like two hundred and eighteen times for his criminal activity. And he finally the guy, the kid finally went nuts and shot up a school. Yeah, well, and think about this. They get him involved in the psychotropic drugs. They've got the therapists in on this, the counselors. That's all the diversion program. It's all the diversion. And it's all how is this funded? You got to look, you got to follow the money. When you follow the money, you can see exactly how this is funded. to take down our community. So this is going to be Donna Brandberg looking into the future here and saying that this is exactly where this is going to go. They're going to try to take our townships and our cities and municipalities and put everybody in it so that you are totally dependent on them. The water bills in the area have doubled or more when you talk to people that are on municipal water. And you want to know the kicker, guys, that I had one of the township trustees because I was just literally railing on them because they caused this problem in conjunction with the mortgage bankers, the developers. contractors, Eagle, and all these other state agencies to basically kill the wetlands here so they can develop it. They've got three storm sewers on it. Yeah, and they'll build houses that... And you want to hear the kicker, Vicki? To cover up for their absolute stupidity in letting this thing build out in violation of their oath of office to protect. And it sucks to be them. I know the Constitution really well at this point. Sucks to be them to protect. They had one job and they screwed it up. And that's to protect the rights of the citizens. They have it. They gave it all to the developers. You got to hear this. We only have enough water in Byron Township for half a day. And that's if there's no sprinkling going on. If they wreck that water source or in any way, shape or form wreck that water source, you better pray to God, you know, somebody who's got a well right now, because this entire area will be literally out of commission. And it's water theft. It's water theft. It's water theft. Understand that, people out there. That's what they did to Flint, and they ruined the water supply. And those people had nowhere to go and no way out. They're doing it in Byron Township right now. And they did it in Idaho. Okay, so... I'm just beside myself, but you're lucky because you have a wealth of information to draw on to be able to expose this criminality that's going on. Well, I told the township trustee, I said, guess what just happened? Your worst nightmare. And I used a few expletives in there because guess what? Of all the houses around here, mine was the first wall to fail. I'm like, God has a sense of humor because he knew this ain't going to go well for anyone. Nobody. Because unfortunately for them, I know how to fight this. They just never thought somebody was going to push back against it to defend the community. Guess what? The retribution for their actions is going to fall like a nightmare on these people. You know what? You really need to have a person on the BLM and that's in the Interior Department. Just be on them like flies on a pile of you know what. Because they are the source of all of this sellout of American resources. Yep. So guess what? Well, you know, as we follow this, I guess we're going to keep going until we get rid of all of them. And when I mean that, all of these unconstitutional organizations, this is just going to be the beginning of the house of cards falling. Until every last one of these people that were involved in it and these organizations are turned into a smoldering pile of ashes. Or as President Trump said, as if they never existed. And I'm not advocating physical violence, but I'm talking about a lawfare nightmare that's going to happen. I'm going to bring Daniel in right now. Hey, Daniel, how are you doing? Great. How are you? You enjoying the conversation? Because Daniel's like me. He's a pro se litigant. That should strike terror in the heart of anyone out there because we're not we're not in the bar. I actually told one of the guys out there he tried. He's an attorney. He's an attorney. He sits on top of the zoning board and he starts telling me, he goes, you don't think I know the law. I said, it's clear you don't know the law. It's not that I don't think about it. You don't know the law. Oops. Article ten. Article ten. I said, you don't know the law. And he's like, you don't know that I'm an attorney. I'm like, I don't care that you're an attorney. There's not one attorney in the United States that has a license to practice law. It's a private membership association that they use to pull rank on us. And so you know what their worst nightmare is? People like Daniel and Donna Brandenburg who will literally are outside of the system. And the... The ramifications are going to be absolutely funny. If anybody's watching, I got a lot of you watching live this morning. If you're out there, you need to pass this stuff on to everybody you know in this area and across the state, because I guarantee you it is happening across the state. They're removing the dams because they're destroying the water sources and keeping us off the land. Four point six million acres. The DNR is involved in it. What's a subsidiary of that or subcategory of the agency of the DNR? Eagle. Whose name's on the permits? Eagle. Who signed off on this? All of them did. I bet we're going to find hundreds of names that have signed off on this. And why is that, Donna? Why has this been allowed to happen? Because they're covering for each other's behinds and the politicians are covering for their behinds too. It's a global conspiracy to capture everybody using information systems and they will control every damn thing in your life from the minute you're born until you draw your last breath. global information systems for control so we're we're in the process now where they are capturing communities capturing people and once they get you into these um uh local systems you know the town systems your electricity your water your um uh electricity, water. That's the problem, though. The whole problem is all of this existing in the first place, right? If we get back to the fundamentals, right, is that we as a society collectively have been asleep at the wheel for a very long time. We find ourselves with these horrific stories that you ladies have articulated this morning, and they are horrific stories, and we should all be gravely concerned because it is the consequences of... Too many of our fellow man and woman are not active. They're not fellow man and woman. These guys are demons. I'm sorry. No, no, no, no. They are. You're right, Donna. They are. I'm talking about those who are too busy enjoying the largesse of America. I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, and I was lamenting. I spoke on Sunday, and I was lamenting to some of the audience, some of my faithful followers, and said to them, you know, some of the homes around these beautiful lakes are more expensive than the average home in the state. But where are all these people? There's a traffic jam getting to this event today. And where are all those people? They're not in this room. They don't care. They all believe someone else is going to come save them. Yes. Right. And so, for example, I'm a veteran. So one less than one percent of us serve in the armed forces. Same with our society at large in its civic duty and responsibility. You know, me, my whole case is all about election law and election integrity. We recently had the secretary of state. There's a podcast that was released over the weekend over Secretary of State David Scanlon from New Hampshire. where he discusses many of our election problems here in New Hampshire. And the underlying issue in this one community, in this one podcast, he points out, I can't help, he basically politely says, I can't help that the citizens are too dumb to elect smart people to conduct their elections. If they continue to elect dumb people that can't count and can't do basic arithmetic, That is on them for electing them because they're the ones choosing their fellow man to do the job. And this gets to the broader issue. We are in a social compact and no one knows the rules of the game. Literally, when we talk about education, which is a big deal right now, I'm sure in your state as it is in mine, that you're being compelled to indoctrinate the progressive left agenda. If you're in the education system, you are. And the colleges further it. And they're laundering money through these colleges like it's no in universities, like there's no tomorrow. It's a full-on war. Gain a function. Came from the University of Madison, Wisconsin. I interviewed the guy whose family funded it. Right. With all the breaking news since the last time we spoke, I think it was last Monday, last podcast, when you look at what's unfolding at the federal level with Trump's inquiry into all of this Russian collusion and the hoax and the fallout that I'm sure is going to come from that, I have a little more faith than some in regards to I think that there's going to be some serious ramifications. Trump has no choice. He can't not put these people in jail or put them at Gitmo because they've already tried to kill him repeatedly. And when he wasn't the president and didn't have all the leverage that he has right now, again, they tried to lock him up for life. And so, hell, in New York, he's still facing the felony issue. That's an unresolved legal case that awaits him post-presidency. So to all the skeptics that think that no one's gonna pay any price for this, I disagree, but I digress back to Article X. Article X of our state constitution of New Hampshire, I believe is the only one in the United States that provides the Declaration of Independence, the right of revolution within the body of an enumerated right. And it gets to the heart of what I wanted to talk about today. One is my federal complaint. I just filed a federal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice. I'll get to that in a minute. Can you answer one second? Vicki, do you want to stay on and listen or do you need to go? No, I need to go because I've got to gather up all this information that I have on the water war. Well, I love you to pieces. And I mean, we've been on here for so long and we're friends, guys, just so you know. And Vicki and I have been beating these subjects up for I can't even tell you how long. The compacts, all of the treaties, all of these unconstitutional acts and rules and such. The Open Meetings Act, too, has shut us down. There's all of these things that they put in place to shut us down and enable their crime syndicate. And I thank you so much. Last words, Vicki, and then I'm going to go ahead and let Daniel talk. How's that? I just say thank you for bringing this back up again. I've got a lot of research to do to pull it all together. And I'm so glad you're fighting it. I just posted something else from Grok on Steve Kilgore, who is getting a water easement through his property paid for by the township. And who's older. So that's also my Telegram channel. You can go to my ex account, but I don't, I won't have it up there, but my Telegram account at Brandenburg number four, am I, you want to know what's going on because I don't get censored there. Like I do on everything else. I get censored on X. I get censored on everything else. They're not censoring me so much on that. And guess what? I'm going to put this all into a newsletter that I'm going to update the website with Byron center speaks. And we're going to go ahead and just blow this thing up. People need to know what's going on. Please continue. Sorry. I digress. No, and thank goodness for your friend and her fight over this thing because my comments were not directed at those of us who are engaged because those of us who are engaged are a very, very, very small minority. And our battle is a spiritual battle. It's getting people to wake up. We're fighting a belief system. And the belief system is being, this is why the left fights so hard for the control of the education system. It's because their pathway is to get a dumbed down generation to accept socialism and communism as a good idea. And all of the things that I hear whenever I join you in your podcast and I follow behind the topic of the day, The topic of the day is weekly evidence of the consequences of we the people not doing our job of being the sovereign we the people. And not only voting for our elected officials, but holding them accountable. How? By being involved, by attending these meetings. whether it be your local school board, your local municipality, and how funds and local governance is conducted. These issues that you raise are evidence that these things have all run amok. Anyone, remember, one of the big consequences of our financial monetary policy, you know, the Federal Reserve System, is it provides the establishment the capacity to bribe everyone alive by simply printing more money. Because that's all you have to do, right? And that's how the whole process works. We just discovered that with the outrage and all the doge money that was discovered, right? That this is just a printing press. And so, but I digress. I wanted to take you to Article X, which is our writer revolution. But it begins with, why does government exist? You know, I come on here weekly and explain to the audience that what are those fundamentals? And so Article X, quote, government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the whole community and not for the private interest or emolument of anyone, man, family, or class of men. There's a semicolon. There's a break. Therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may and of right ought to reform the old or establish a new government. The doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind." So that's Article X. I want to go to the very first sentence. It tells you why your government was created. Why was your state government created? And it's no different there than here, but here it's original text going back to the founding Thirteen Colonies and more applicable to original intent. Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the whole community. That's it. That's it. And what is it for us? Our Bill of Rights, Article two, to protect life, liberty, to acquire, possess and protect property. So that's that all the hell, didn't they? And what we're talking about, they haven't protected it. They've stolen it. Government exists for four, Milton Friedman eloquently said the following four things are the only reasons government should exist under our founding documents. Ready? Wage war to defend the homeland. Two, to protect one citizen from another or from a group of them, right? And the reason the government doesn't do a good job at that is because they're so busy doing all kinds of things they ought not be doing. But I digress. They're all in on the steal. And so the second one is, excuse me, the third one is to establish the rules of the game. What are property rights? What are the boundaries? What are the rules? Our wages are our property. Our time is our property. They can't tax our income. And they have taken it and put us into commerce. And that's the problem. Our driving is commerce. Travel is not. They really can't even license us or do anything to do to obstruct our travel. prohibited under the takings clause of the state and federal constitution why because people have forgotten the stamp act what was the stamp act right a major cause of the revolution because you had a stamp attached to every piece of uh everything that you would buy and it was just another coercive means of the government doing what creating a law and creating a fictitious reason to tax you Didn't they understand that having lived under the king for a hundred and fifty years here in colonial America? Even though they were across the pond, the parliament was doing that very thing. And that very tactic was forced on the colonies. And this is what in the end drove them to write your thirteen original state constitutions. Where these specific things are prohibited from happening. I shared it before. I'll share it again. I'm going to let you talk for a second. I'm going to take a real quick break here, okay? And I'll be right back. Just keep going. It's fun to have all my buddies on here that I know really well. And just so you guys know, I absolutely love everybody that comes on this show because we're all fighting the good fight and not part of the political establishment at all. That's why we keep getting silenced, just like they did to President Trump. And General Flynn and everybody else that goes out there and fights, you're going to be attacked. That's okay. It's a worthy cause. Sometimes it doesn't work well for them as in right now. Right. So how do you enforce this contract? Well, Article XII that follows Article X lays it all out. Every member of the community has a right to be protected by it in the enjoyment of his life, liberty, and property. There's those key words again. He's therefore bound to contribute his share in the expense of such protection. Well, now we have a quid pro quo, right? We have the basis of a contract, the word protection. And now that you're going to pay for such protection brings in the taxing clause. But what do you get in exchange for the taxing clause? I've said it before. I'll say it again. that the part of the social compact is that you have to contribute your fair share to the expense of such protection, and to yield your personal service when necessary, or an equivalent. Well, remember I said earlier that we the people have a responsibility? We have a responsibility to be involved in our local government, and that includes... being a juror for a grand jury, petit jury, militia duty when necessary. Local offices, running and holding local offices like the constitutional officers of moderator, selectmen and town clerk at the local election, excuse me, at the local level who conduct your elections. Those are your constitutional officers and people to help in the election process. These are all parts of our civic duty that come with the responsibility to vote. You know, Massachusetts originally began by having mandatory voting. Because they understood something, that under these forms of written government, that the people were bound once they agreed to the social compact, to the effects of the social compact and their liability, that they said, well, you better vote because your freedom, your life and your property are all at hand here and you need to participate in the process because you're going to pay for it. So call that freedom, call that tyranny. That was the basis of the foundation of Massachusetts. But I digress. What do you get in exchange for this? And we're talking about specifically, what can government do or grow without your consent or taxes? So it goes on to say, but this is our state takings clause, by the way. But no part of a man's property shall be taken from him. No part. That implies what? That there's more than one part to property. We're not just talking about real estate. Rights of conscience are your property. You have a property to your rights and a right to your property. So James Madison, for those of you who want to look it up, I said it before, I'll say it again. It's a brilliant read. His essay, enter into a Google search, James Madison, essay on property, definition of property. You're looking at my book here, yeah. And so he repeats himself. And then, so no part of a man's property should be taken from him or applied to public uses. Isn't that why you paid the tax in the first provision where I started, right? That you agree to contribute your fair share in your protection of your life, your liberty and your property. Because that's what we just talked about. This is all one paragraph. So it all is all directly connected to one another. So this is, again, the taxing clause. Why? To protect your life, liberty and property. You've got to contribute your part by paying and your civic duty. And but in exchange, in exchange, they can't just create new ways to tax you. So here it goes. And anything that they ever stop is saying anything that changes the original intention of the Constitution is null and void on face value. It's done. It's over with. And like I keep telling everybody, unless somebody is saying this word right there, nullification. They have to be completely discounted. Is anybody serious? When they start adding more legislation, more proposals, more layers guaranteed, they're hiding something and they're lying their tails off. Well, nevermind the federal aid, which we can touch on afterwards, but I'll finish up on this taking clause. So this is our state taking clause. And where most people get it wrong is that we're talking about the Bill of Rights and not the form of government. This has nothing to do with government. The government doesn't exercise our rights, we do. They were written by we, the people, reserving for us our unalienable rights that were understood at the time. But more importantly, it's part of the social contract. What do you get as a taxpayer? I'm getting to something as a pro se litigant here, standing. I'm building a case for you to understand how and why you have standing to bring a cause of action because you did what? You were willing to live under the laws of the land. You're willing to pay for those laws of the land to be enforced and included in that are your property rights, right? not just your real estate, but your enumerated rights. Because I'm going to go there in a few moments to share an important point to your audience about how do you enforce this, right? This is a great show. This needed to be talked about. I mean, we've had so many great shows on, but the fact that we have a clear and present threat right now that we can show people what they're doing is amazing. So it goes on to say that it can't be taken from you or applied to public uses without his own consent. In other words, the person himself has to consent to whatever the exchange is, but it needs to be fair. And so that's what they're referencing. Or that of the representative body of the people. Not the legislature, but the people themselves. I want to talk about jurisdiction for a moment. This is all about the jurisdiction of the people, because the people are the author of the laws of the land. The paradigm had been inverted from the King of England, who was responsible for what? in creating and enforcing. I mean, the whole paradigm begins with the eleven hundred charter of liberties, the twelve fifteen Magna Carta. Those become the laws of the English land. And so but who was the enforcer, the king, the monarch? we changed all of that under our new form of government where the people became sovereign so in order to exercise this this oversight they're laying down these principles so the next piece is without the consent of the people why because only the people can amend the laws of the land of the people by the people for the people of the people is who the jurisdiction of the people And how do they articulate their jurisdiction? Your state constitution is the land jurisdiction that creates your state government, key, creates your state government, and identifies that you're the creator, that the people are the creator of the instrument. And therefore they exercise jurisdiction over their local and state government. But this has been lost. It's been lost because our sovereignty of each state has been sold down the river to the federal government by bribing them with federal aid since nineteen thirty three. And so the growth of the federal government and the destruction of the sovereignty of every state had followed suit. And that's where all of this massive expansion that you talk about every week, all of these corporate entities, because Why? Your town, your municipality, whatever you happen to have listening on the jurisdiction of the listening member, wherever you happen to be, your town, your municipality, your cities, and so on and so forth are all what? Corporations. Well, and Byron Township went ahead and entered into agreement with Gaines Township, which is a corporation, but they also entered into contract on our individual properties by saying that they're going to give us a special assessment for something that doesn't benefit us at all, just to pay for their damn sewer project to go in front of our properties. Well, let me follow. Let me tie that together. So if that's an important provision, right, that the only way that they went around the fact that in the state constitution, it requires an amendment to the state constitution to increase the tax base. Key. So in New Hampshire in seventeen eighty four, there was but one tax and a state tax, a property tax. OK, and so The government, the limited government operated under that exclusive entity. And it would not happen until nineteen oh three that there would be an amendment to the state constitution where the people would authorize the state. to increase the tax under the scheme we were just talking about at the federal level is a workaround. See, if you can get the state legislature to accept federal money under the pretense of it being a permissible legislative act, it's not. That's what this article I'm pointing out to you, the taking clause, was an exclusive tool that was to prohibit that. So Without the consent or an amendment to the Constitution, the basis of the taxation cannot be changed. So property tax was exclusive. Here it would happen five times. And then it goes on to say one more thing. Nor are the inhabitants. Who are the inhabitants? They are the voters and those of the politician. Nor are the inhabitants of this state. Again, I'll say it again. The voters and your public servants are those who elect or be elected are equal. So they're talking about both. In other words, your state government shouldn't be taking federal aid. Now you get my point? I understand this issue really well and I and I get it. And I'm and it's nice. It's nice that all of us are speaking with one voice here and letting people know how far we have fallen away from the original intention of the founding fathers and how we and how we got here. So the voters and the politicians who get elected by them of the state are not controllable by any other laws than those which they, who, the voters, the people, the sovereign people who created the laws of the land, right? Because statutes can only be written pursuant what? To some constitutional directive granted by the people for them to perform on their behalf. Why? Because they're not sovereign. They're only sovereign in the execution of the duties we gave them to perform, not for new shit. They've got a job description. They have to stay on the rails of that job description. And what they've done is said, I'm in office. I'm going to do whatever I want. That's exactly right. There you go. The poster child for that is our attorney general, Dana Nessel. You know, we've got the Queen, Queen Gretchen, Queen Gretch, Dana Nestle, her squire and Benson, the court jester out there that are breaking every single rule on the books or making them up. And and what they what people don't understand is the attorney general's office is only to deal with commerce. They've blown that completely away because individual cases are supposed to go through the sheriffs. It has nothing to do with the attorney generals. That's commerce and that's it. But when they put us into commerce, they put us underneath the other jurisdictions which should have no part of this. So it's a violation of separation of powers, equal protection under the law. All of this. They're so far off the rails. They can't even see the tracks. And the sad reality, Donna, is that those of us who have woken up to how far off the tracks we are, they want to they want to, you know, call us names, call us, you know, whatever to delegitimize the fundamental truth. Right. And so but these are absolute fundamentals. And so the fact is, is that they are ongoing RICO. Right. You're no longer a citizen. You're a customer. RICO for revenue is what the game is all about. I'm going to finish my last statement on this and read it through and then break it down. nor are the inhabitants of the state controllable by any other laws than those which they, the inhabitants, or their representative body have given their consent. What is their representative body? What is their jurisdiction? Their jurisdiction is the author of the laws of the land, the state constitution, and its amendment process. So that's the quid pro quo. The government can't create new ways to tax you. It can't pass new laws to establish taxes to tax you without your consent. And it's done so in all fifty states because what did it do? It dumbed down your education system by converting what public school was during the founding period of our republic, which was they were all faith-based schools. Public schools in the founding era, which is what you must look at the contextual design of your state and the U.S. Constitution as if the year is seventeen ninety one, basically. OK. And so if you look at it from that perspective, what happened at the turn of the twentieth century? Secular schools. right? This is where you get the breakdown. We get a lot of the Blaine Amendment effect. For those of you who don't know what the Blaine Amendment was, it was an attempt to modify the U.S. Constitution to prohibit the spreading of Catholicism throughout the United States. And so because of the conflict between Protestant believers and the Catholics was to prohibit what they perceived as the nefarious effects of the Catholic church. And so they passed, they tried to pass this Blaine amendment, which led to legislation to identify schools along religious and secular grounds. And this is where we get the secular dialogue and the original division between a public school in two hundred years ago versus a public school a hundred years later. A hundred years later, it would change and we would get the dialogue of the difference between the two. But either way, the point is that these changes were critical. They're critical because now that the progressive left has gotten a hold of now, who decides, I say to people today, who decides the moral compass today? The secular school does. It violates the first amendment. It's a form of religion, secular religion. It is state sponsored. We have state sponsored education, which is indoctrination. And we also have state sponsored religion, which is in the churches and what they're doing by teaching things like, like, you know, the drag queen hour and the, that the kids are being exposed to all this nonsense. Where does this benefit them in life? Somebody tell me this. Where is there a return for this? Destroy the family unit. It's all about one thing. It's all about one thing, destroying the family unit and in all of its colors. No pun intended, but literally, right? That's the goal. But that's it. That's the underlying. That's what I say to you every time I come on your show, reinforcing the fact that the people need to restore the sovereignty of their states. We don't need an Article V convention at this time. These people can't even control their own state governments. We've gotten a lot of legal wins recently with the Chevron deference, the dismantling of the federal state. Trump has already dismantled the Department of Education. There's more of that coming. Because it needs to all be dismantled. Why? Because it was created by circumventing the Constitution of any one of the fifty states. Why? Because their state legislatures are precluded. The Sixteenth Amendment to tax the federal income tax was constitutional before the sixteenth, was unconstitutional in a famous case, I believe it was the Pollock case. It was ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court that a federal income tax was unconstitutional. Why? Because the federal government was created to do the external business of the state's Admiralty maritime law. This is where the law of commerce comes to be. Why? Because the federal government was created a corporation to do the external affairs of the states, not to control the states. That's what the ninth and tenth amendment were all about. We only need you to do these limited things. Read the Federalist Papers. Read the Anti-Federalist Papers, right? A limited federal government. Now they're drunk. They're drunk on Kool-Aid called the Federal Reserve. It's been going on a very long time. Your dollar is worthless. Hello, ninety nine percent devaluation. Why does it take thirty five pieces of paper to buy a silver dollar today? Look at the price of gold. These are all reflective, real life analysis of your dollar is now worthless. And how did they do it? What they did is they just kept bribing the states through federal aid. The federal government doesn't have any money. And your local politicians talk about it as if it's a boon. And if we don't spend it, then they lose it. Use it or lose it. Well, it's grants to NGOs and how much money is funding them to destroy this nation. The NGOs are all part of it. The five of one C three's. You're absolutely right. So that's my sermon on the constitution today. I have some breaking news for you. Go ahead. Let's hear it. So you probably got wind that Trump has been dropping a lot of executive orders on March, the election law executive orders. I love the executive orders. I met one of the main guys who actually writes them because I go back and forth between the you know, DC and Mar-a-Lago and some other places. Right. And so I get to meet really interesting people. The hang on a second. He, so that executive order was passed and I'm trying to get to it quickly here. Executive order. Here we go. I found what I was looking for. So the executive order of March twenty fifth by the authority vested in me as president of the excuse me, as president by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered. Section one, I'm going to speed through this because I'm not going to cover the whole thing, but just the relevant points. Section one, purpose and policy. Despite pioneering self-government, the United States now fails to enforce basic and necessary election protections employed by modern developed nations, as well as those still developing. Wow. That's a zinger. He's saying that the United States of America is basically inept at conducting lawful elections, right? Yeah. Well, he's not wrong. I mean, he's right on that. And as far as interfacing with other countries on it, well, we've got all the proof that Venezuela and the Philippines were invaded by Dominion and Serbian programmers and the whole Ten Yards that were behind it. Oh, yeah. Oh, it's crazy. So he goes on to say free, fair and honest elections unmarred by fraud, errors or suspicions are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional republic. The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated without illegal dilution is vital to the determining the rightful winner of an election. Under the Constitution, state governments must safeguard American elections in compliance with federal laws that protect American voting rights and guard against dilution by illegal voting, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of malfeasance and error. Yet the United States has not adequately enforced federal election requirements that, for example, prohibit states from counting ballots received after Election Day or prohibit non-citizens from registering to vote. Jumping to Section five, which is happening in all the states, all fifty states have really have. This is my sidebar. All fifty states have received correspondence from Pam Bondi's office at the federal DOJ to ensure and ask for a fifteen question response about HAVA compliance, Help America Vote Act. The DOJ is wanting all fifty state secretaries of state to give them their state response under the following provisions. Section five, prosecuting election crimes to protect the franchise of American citizens and their right to participate in fair and honest elections. The attorney general shall take all appropriate action to enter into information sharing agreements. to make maximum extent possible with the chief state election official or multi-member agency of each state. These agreements shall aim to provide the Department of Justice with detailed information on all suspected violations of state and federal election laws discovered by state officials, including information on individuals who, one, registered or voted despite being ineligible or who registered multiple times. Two, committed election fraud. Three, provided false information on voter registration or other election forms. That applies to my case, by the way. Number four, intimidation or threatened voters or election officials. That happened in my case. Or five, otherwise engaged in unlawful conduct to interfere with the election process. That happened in my case. B, to the extent that any states are unwilling to enter into such information sharing agreements or refuse to cooperate in investigations or prosecutions of election crimes, the Attorney General shall... I prioritize enforcement. I'm sorry, that's the number one. Prioritize enforcement of federal elections, election integrity laws in such states to ensure election integrity, given the states demonstrated unwillingness to enter into information sharing agreement or cooperate in investigations with prosecutors. And by the way, you know what that's dealing? That's for the blue states that are not going to want to comply. Number two, review for potential, and this is how they're going to enforce it, review for potential withholding of grants and other funds that the department awards and distributes in the department's discretion to state and local governments or law enforcement and other purposes as consistent with applicable law. Don't you like it when you take their weapons and use it against them? Brilliant. This has been going on for a long time. It's like they built all this surveillance starting with the Five Eyes and all of these third-party surveillance companies like the ones that have cameras on the highways and AT&T made a loop into Canada so they could grab all the calls and monitor them. And guess what? I'm pretty sure that we've been able to use all of their weapons that they built against us to literally... Take them down. Absolutely. So this is so beautiful that they're using their own tool against them, which is, and what did I just get done preaching about, right? Taxation, right? And more importantly, federal funds or how it gets manipulated and how it has destroyed the sovereignty of the states by this very tactic, because they draw the state government actors into commercial contracts. and therefore they bind the state governments. Your local officials have sold you out in order to accept federal aid, that which is a breach of your oath of office at the local level. I want people to understand that the UP, five percent of the UP is owned, which is the Upper Peninsula and this skin here, is owned by freaking Singapore. How many other areas of this state are owned by foreign entities? You know, happening everywhere. DNR has claimed four point six million acres in the state of Michigan. I've been chasing this down ever since I went up to Grayling and spent a couple hours in the officers club up there. Four. Four point six million acres. They've claimed all the mineral rights and the logging rights. And guess what? We have a trail. This leads down to consumers energy and an island off of what? Oh, excuse me. Venezuela. There you go. There you go. So knowing that this was in the works, my Supreme Court case is moving forward. I was disappointed in the court's response to my motion to disqualify and my motion for word extension. But I'll live with it. I'm a big boy. And so they ruled they denied those requests. I was really concerned. We have a really big problem brewing in our state courts, and I'll get to that in a minute. But I went ahead and actually, why don't I go there now? We have breaking news. Everyone in the state Supreme Court is conflicted. Everyone. You just can't make this up. So hang on. This is just crazy how this is happening. Watch the rats run for the corners. And, you know, watch all their little, in Byron Township, watch all these people that have these little businesses lose their minds and start attacking any of us that are trying to protect private property rights. If you if anyone wants to see my oral arguments, it's on the state website. It's the last case in twenty twenty three. I'm the very first case at the top of the site. New Hampshire, New Hampshire dot gov. Go to the link in the private chat here and I'll bring it up for people to see. Hang on a second. It's going to take me a minute to get there. Hey, just so everybody knows, I'm on Instagram live now. They took me off of YouTube this morning again. I can't live stream. So this is going to be so fun, guys. I hate to say this. This is just too fun. We just tear them down one bad decision at a time. Okay. The year is twenty twenty three, November twenty ninth. And and here it is. Can you copy it in the private chat for me? It makes it easier, please. Yeah, just loading it up. Hang on a second. All right. Copy, copy, and then in the chat. Got it. Okay, there it is. So in this video... was my oral arguments where I destroyed the state lawyers. They look like Barney Fife and bumbling idiots. So in one respect, the fact that I tried to get them to recuse is okay because the state lawyers have a bad hand. Have a bad hand. It's funny. Hang on, I'm going to put it up here so people can see what it is. I'll post that in my Telegram channel once again. Because they don't censor as much as all the others, even X censors. I've got a whole page of things that they refuse to allow me to post. But Telegram, they post by shadow banning you a little bit. But if people know where to find it and pass it on to other people you know, you can find these. So backstory, after this oral arguments, four months would pass. And just for your audience to understand, at the state Supreme Court here in New Hampshire, they meet in conference three times, two to three times a month to decide their cases, right? Make decisions about their cases. And then they get assigned questions. who is going to write the majority opinion. And they share the workload. If you track the court, what comes out of the court, it's probably the same in every state, right? That's a multi-panel state Supreme Court. And so who's going to write the majority opinion? Who's going to write the dissenting opinion if it's not a unanimous decision? And so that works. So internally, they come to know the knowledge of the other judges in the case. It's part of their relationship and it's supposed to be kept secret. But I suspect that that secrecy was broken in this case because of what I'm about to share with you. Here, I'm going to copy. They've got to protect their little crime syndicate, including the Bar Association, which is not a license to practice law. It is a private membership association. So here's what happens. If you watch the video, my oral arguments, you'll see that the woman judge ask a lot of really good questions. And I came away believing that she was going to go my way. And so what ends up happening is after oral arguments and they get destroyed, Four months later, the state Supreme Court does something to me that it's never done before. It files a motion for amicus solicitation, letting anyone and everyone to brief standing based on the case. And so only myself and the state defendants would file an amicus response to my case. And that I would ultimately prevail on that brief. But here's what happened. A week after that, A week after the court filed a motion or put this order out there to re-brief standing, This woman's husband, who was the harbor master for the Port Authority, we have a small shoreline on the Atlantic Ocean here in this small state of New Hampshire. But that is an international port. The Pease Trade Authority governs the Port Authority, governs that. Well, he's been the harbor master for twenty five plus years, I believe. He's been there a really long time. He gets put on administrative leave. So the legal effect of going after her husband is she then has to recuse herself from any cases involving the attorney generals, him or his office. And guess who else? The governor. And so guess who the only case before the Supreme Court who's conflicted? Guess. Guess. Me. You, absolutely. I'm the only case. I'm the only case. I'm the only one because I'm a pro se litigant willing to take on the establishment who's willing to see no lawyer in the state would have brought this case. No, because they work for the judges in the corrupt as hell court system. Exactly. So because I brought the case myself and I... Hammered them in court. They look terrible. I mean, you got to watch it to believe it, right? So they come up with a scheme. I believe personally that what they did is they decided that they were going to target her. So they get her husband on administrative leave. Another ten days goes by. And then I get a notice that she has to recuse herself, taking the four-judge panel down to three. And she's no longer going to be a potentially a jurist. And she's no longer a jurist in my case. So she's gone. And then what happens is they indict her. They indict her with multiple felonies. She gets accused of going to the governor, going first to her boss, the chief judge, who, by the way, is the former attorney general, who was never a judge in his life, never served in a judicial capacity ever, who was the COVID AG for the governor, who carried his dirty water during the COVID business, right? He gets promoted from AG to chief judge. She goes to him and says, and by the way, he knows how she's going to vote. Doesn't he? He sure does. Four months has gone by since oral arguments. Do you think that they don't know that they're going to have... He knows what she's thinking. She said so in conference. Why? Because they've kind of come up with a plan here. So anyway, she then on June of last year goes to talk to Governor Sununu. He hires a replacement lawyer for... His own legal counsel. You know why? Because his personal lawyer for four years during COVID and beyond was now promoted to be the attorney general. So this personal lawyer is now the attorney general and he's the one who's going to persecute this judge, but he gets caught red handed in a really bad way. So he gets promoted there. And either way, she goes to talk to the governor. Now, after she calls, after she has a conversation with the governor, he had a new lawyer who is a retired Superior Court judge as a witness. So, After the meeting, the governor calls up the attorney general. Hi, how's the weather and blah, blah, blah. In passing, says, oh, and by the way, Marconi came to see me, the judge, the female judge. She came to see me. And don't you know, the ears were forward and he was all ears. And yes, and what did she say? And so according to Sununu, the governor, and his lawyer, and the gentleman who is one of the directors of the Port Authority that sits on the board, who's conflicted as well, because he owns the real estate where the Department of Justice has just moved their headquarters into. No conflict there. You're kidding me. I'm not kidding you. But either way, either way, They tell the attorney general a story. Now, here's where it gets even better. So during this phone call, when the governor offers to tell the attorney general that he just spoke to a sitting justice on the Supreme Court, and by the way, both of them are named defendants in my case. They both named defendants. They're having a private conversation together. And so he then, instead of saying, I'm conflicted and you can't talk to me anymore. If you're going to tell me anything about your conversation with Judge Marconi, you need to speak to an investigator. I will dispatch one of my investigators to come talk to you because as soon as they question you, they become witnesses to your statement. So he does what? He goes ahead and conducts the interview anyway. And it gets better. They decide that the story is going to be that she didn't mention the attorney general's name for Mella. She didn't mention his name. She didn't accuse him of any wrongdoing. She didn't ask for any favors and didn't do anything wrong. He would write his own notes and that these are the statements of the governor, the governor's lawyer, a former superior court judge, and the port director's testimony to the attorney general, which shouldn't have never happened, but did. They all are going to take. And so his notes, which come out in discovery recently, his notes would reflect those are their statements. And by the way, they would be re-interviewed again. And during their second interviews, the story would stay the same. But there's a big problem, you see. Where is the complaint? See, those are the people that would have had to have accused her of wrongdoing, right? Don't you have the right to meet your accuser? You're supposed to, but apparently they don't like that sort of activity. Oh, in twenty twenty one, the governor instructed the attorney general for Mella to establish an internal policy at the Department of Justice in the state of New Hampshire to make sure that before his public integrity section ever pursues or prosecutes a public official, they must always have a sworn complaint in hand. So he's got his own internal policy that he what wrote himself. But see, he's already violated his own ethics rules by conducting an interview without a witness. Big taboo. And he's doing what? He's doing something he shouldn't be doing at all. He should have recused himself, but he didn't. So what exactly did he tell the grand jury? There's no sworn statement because, see, the allegation against her is that she sought for the governor to use his authority as the governor and or the harbor master governor. the director of the Port Authority, to use their authority to shut down an investigation into her husband. Her husband is accused of a bullshit crime. He's accused as a person who has access to the Division of Motor Vehicles database. He's accused of illegally accessing the database and sharing private details about another political figure in the state in an unauthorized manner, but there's no evidence either there. So, but either way. Because they don't want to get into discovery and have everything come out in the open. Well, it gets really beautiful in a few moments. It gets even better. It's already beautiful. I'm already loving this. Okay. Gets even better. So that happens to be the whole story with these guys. And then now enters the chief judge. Remember, he's now never been a judge. He's now he's the one who wrote the majority opinion in my case. They probably picked him up from the same bar that they found AOC in. But look, for me, I'm conflicted in one respect. He asked really good questions during oral arguments, and he wrote the majority opinion establishing I have standing in my case. So it's not that I'm looking to trash the guy here. I'm just stating the facts as they are, right? So she claims that she went to her boss and said, hey, Mr. Boss, you're the chief judge. Is there anything wrong for me to go talk to the governor and tell him and talk to him as a concerned citizen that he's interfering with my job? Don't forget that. He's interfering with my job. Back to whose case is in her hands? Him! I've been looking at the wrong camera. Come back to this camera over here. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I'm sorry. We get ourselves all excited about this stuff, and the next thing you know, we're half disappeared. So, yeah, that's right. I had you on my left side of the screen. So, anyway, so he looks at... So the chief judge now is asked permission. She goes to the governor, has a conversation. So when the attorney general calls... When the governor calls the chief judge, he tells him a different story. His story is she doesn't like Formella. She thinks that he's weak. She thinks that her persecution against him is politically motivated, and it is. And third or fourth, that he's interfering in her capacity to tend to important cases before the Supreme Court. I'm going to repeat myself. Which case is that? Mine. Why? Because he's conflicted. He shouldn't even be dealing with her or talking to any of these people because my case is before all of them because they're all involved, right? So now we have a big problem. The testimony with the investigator is a completely different story than the story of the governor, his lawyer, and the director of the Port Authority all have said something completely different. Oh, now they're all trying to save their own selves and cover their behinds. And so this is where it always falls apart. So who's lying? Is the governor lying in his statement to the investigator when he said she said nothing wrong? She didn't look for any favors. There's nothing to see here. There's no crime. And by the way, oh, by the way, there's no sworn complaint because see, in order to go after her. The two people who she would have sought favor from are saying she did nothing wrong. Well, if there's no complaint and there's no allegation of wrongdoing, exactly who's the accuser here? There isn't one. So that's where it gets even better. See, remember I told you the discovery would come in? Right. So they discovered two really important things. One, we don't know who initiated this investigation. We don't know who the accuser is. And by the way, there's no sworn complaint. So what does her legal team do? They do a really smart thing. They subpoena all of them. They subpoena all of them because they're all involved. Why? Because she and they were all discussing my case, right? And who was really looking for a favor here? I would argue when I heard the story was going on, I believed in my heart and still do. See, she wasn't looking for a favor. The governor was looking for a favor. They were looking to shut her up. They wanted my case to go away because who had authority? Everyone on the bench was a Sununu appointee. All of them. So now, now, so here's the story. This is how I got my head turned around. So breaking news, July thirty first, the attorney general, five judges, one ex-governor, the port director, the Peace Development Authority chairman called to testify at the Justice Marconi trial. Breaking, conquered. The State Attorney General's Office filed its list of witnesses to testify at the State Supreme Court Justice Anna Barbara Hans-Marconi's criminal trial that includes a cast of New Hampshire luminaries, not counting Attorney General John Formella himself, who the defense wants to testify. Hans Marconi of Stratum is accused of trying to interfere with the criminal investigation into her husband's state ports director, Gino Marconi, when he, she spoke with governor then governor Chris Sununu in June of twenty twenty four. And he's development authority chairman Steve Dupree in April of twenty twenty four. Sununu and Dupree have told investigators that Marconi did nothing illegal during their conversations. On Thursday, Dupree and Sununu both turned up on the Attorney General's Office just-filed witness list. Also on the prosecution's list are Superior Court Judge Rudolph Ogden, that's Sununu's new lawyer, who was Sununu's legal counsel when he met with Judge Marconi, and the state Supreme Court Justice Gordon McDonald. Oh, they both had meetings with him. The defense served subpoenas to testify on the three other Supreme Court justices, James Bassett, Melissa Countway, and Patrick Donovan. There's enough new legal wrangling and a flurry of recent court filings in the motion hearing will be held August eighth. That'll be Friday, I believe. And it should be fireworks. So now the lawyer for the Supreme Court has filed a motion trying to exclude all of their testimony. unbelievable so in the heat of all funny and I hope everybody understands the implication of having pro se litigants like daniel and myself out there who literally they don't know what to do with us So knowing that the executive order was in place, knowing that this was going on, that's why I filed a motion to disqualify because he's being motioned to disqualify in this judge's case as well, right? So knowing that Pam Bondi's DOJ is looking into the election law stuff, I purposely have exhausted all state remedy. That's been my goal because election law- Well, and I needed to get through that state process before going to federal court. Why? Because the federal elections clause establishes that the state legislature establishes the rules, regulations for the time, place, and manner of conducting federal elections. So knowing that in law, I said, well, I've got to start at the state first. So having started at the state, I haven't filed into federal court, but I'm going to, nor have I filed a federal complaint, which I did last week. So I filed a federal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, knowing that the federal DOJ is now looking into the And by the way, I'm told, and my research has uncovered, I'm the only litigant in the United States still standing from the twenty twenty election. Every other case in the United States has been struck down on standing arguments. The courts have used state standing doctrine and state standing precedent to dismiss the These cases based on those precedents and standing doctrine so that we, but see, I got blessed. I got blessed that after I filed my brief on June, the U S Supreme court would rule in more V Harper. Morvey Harper is a case that has everything to do with a redistricting case, but it's an examination of the federal elections clause, Article I, Section IV, time, place, and manner. And what it does is that precedent was not in place for the twenty twenty election. And that's why all those other cases got dismissed. And the reason is, is because SCOTUS had yet to rule on a binding case that would affect the jurisprudence of all fifty state Supreme Courts. It wasn't there. That's why all the state governments did what they did and why we lost habitually. Because this hijacking of an election had never happened on such a large scale in the history of our republic. And so now we know what's happened. Hindsight is twenty twenty. But everyone else lost because of the the evolution of bad case law. We have a serious and we're getting a lot of corrective cases out of SCOTUS in the last couple of years. And that gives me a lot of hope. But. For whatever reason, God blessed me to be the last one. And it happened that way, literally. The day after I filed my brief, then under my state Supreme Court rules, they have a rule that's called the Late Authorities Clause. After you file your brief, if the U.S. Supreme Court renders an opinion that's binding on the state Supreme Court and the case now before it, which is mine, that you can file late authorities as well as if your state legislature, for example, writes a new law. making your case moot, for example, right? That's one of the tactics that they'll use in litigation when you challenge the state government or your local municipality. Sometimes they'll get smart and they'll say, you know what? We can make this litigation go away by simply making the controversy moot because in an Article III federal court, the controversy must still be active. If your government fixes the controversy, you no longer have a case. Yeah. So in my case, it's still ongoing. And so that's why I'm still able to continue moving forward. So those are the reasons why I was left. So anyway, I didn't file my federal complaint, but last week I did. And I dropped the bomb on them. So the lady, or I should say, the new acting chief for the voting section for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice has been newly appointed by Pam Bondi under Trump's executive order. She was the one who sent out these memos to all fifty states for them to reply and answer fifteen questions to ensure that all fifty states are in compliance with federal election law. So I didn't have to chase the DOJ. I simply, I found out who she was and then did a copy and paste, used the email correspondence that was the originating source and sent it right back at them. So if you want to hear what I have to say. Yes, this is so fun. I love this. So attention, the civil rights, excuse me, the acting chief and her deputy assistant attorney general complaint alleging violations of federal election laws by New Hampshire officials. Dear so-and-so and so-and-so, this complaint is filed with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division to address serious violations of federal election laws by New Hampshire state and local officials, including the Secretary of State David Scanlon and Attorney General John Formella and Governor Christopher Sununu in the town of Auburn. During the Enforcement of non-law as law, coercive threats against voters and election officials, and the use of unverified, uncertified absentee ballots, resulting in significant vote dilution. Yeah, I'll say insignificant. Every single absentee ballot is defective. Not one, but all of them. There's no affidavit. None. Zero. Hasn't been since nineteen seventy nine. Oops. They've been mucking around a long time. They have had a long time to screw us up or screw around with this. So to continue, this resulted in significant vote dilution in undermining the integrity of the election process. These actions violate the federal constitution and federal election statutes, blah, blah, and blah, blah, and fundamental voting rights. Background. The a twenty eight percent over the typical four percent turnout in prior federal elections. These absentee ballots were counted as lawful despite being unverified and uncertified in direct violation of federal and state election laws. The actions of the named officials, the secretary of state, the AG, the governor, the town have deprived voters of their constitutional and statutory rights to a free, fair and equal election process. Number two, Allegations of federal election violations. Unauthorized. I'm just going to read you what they are and not read you the arguments. So I pointed out unauthorized modification of the election procedure manual. That's where they redefine the word affidavit. And guess who can't make law, Donna? The Secretary of State and Attorney General can't make law. That's violation of separation of powers. When they act in their election law capacity, they represent the executive branch who cannot make law. So they did. They redefined the word affidavit. That's what they did. Then enforcement of non-law as law, in other words, their election procedure manual, as modified by them, contains an explicit disclaimer on page four stating that it's not law. Despite this, the defendant's enforcement of the EPM redefined affidavit standard as law, overriding the state statutory requirement and federal law. This enforcement violates the supremacy clause and the federal election standards requiring state actions to comply with constitutional mandates, citation, citation, by instructing election moderators to follow the manual and it's unauthorized standard instead. That's what they're doing. They're interfering with the counting process. Was it Lenin that famously said, or one of the famous communists famously said, it's not who votes, but who counts the votes? If we can instruct them under the color of law to accept a different standard, to call a non-affidavit an affidavit, that's what they did. Coercive. And then, by the way, if you're going to challenge an absentee ballot because the affidavit isn't properly executed, you have to execute an affidavit. Can't make this up. And because they got wind that we were doing this, they threatened us. That's a smart move. They did it in writing. Don't you love that? It's like in one of my cases, the attorney general's office jumped in to defend those that were being called out for their unlawful behavior. They defended them. And then they attacked me for it. That's what they do every single time. You got to expect it. I just think it's funny. They're bad at it. So that I go from that to D. So my local polling station in exchange, because they're following these colorable laws, has three different methods of counting ballots. They can count ballots because when they denied me the right to vote on election day and said, unless you use the voting machine and participate in this fraudulent Ponzi scheme, unless you do so, we're not going to count your vote. I says, well, you're violating my rights of conscious. You can't. You can't coerce me into your conspiracy to do so. And I left and I didn't get I didn't have my ballot counted because I refused to participate in the process, which is is completely off the rails. And it's it's unlawful. Well, what they did to avoid accountability is they said, well, you have no constitutional right to a hand count. Well, if you have no constitutional right to a hand count, how did from seventeen eighty four to today with one hundred and three towns in the state who still count by hand, how is it constitutional for them to count by hand and it not be constitutional? It makes no sense. See, in this small state, we have one Oh three that count by hand. We have one thirty five that use machines. Is that equal, Donna? Yeah, it doesn't seem to be. It's not equal, is it? Not everyone's counting by hand and not everyone's using a machine. So it's not equal. And with the towns that use the machines, they're using them to cover up the illegal absentee ballots because as soon as you remove them from their envelopes and you take them out of the envelope and you put it in the machine, you put the ballot in the machine, it's gone. It can't be reconciled. Because it's separated from its authenticating instrument. All those envelopes are now in their own separate pile and all the ballots are in their own separate pile and we can't put the two together. So if you're going to check to see if they're lawful ballots, you can't. Because the moderator did what? He didn't do his job because the law says, the key, the procedure says, if the affidavit wasn't properly executed, he's supposed to write across the face, defective for failure to execute a proper affidavit and put it aside and not remove the ballot. But if he doesn't do that, and who told him not to? The Secretary of State and the Attorney General. They told him to. See where the problem is? It's always in the Secretary of State's office and the Attorney General's office. They did the same thing here by destroying election records across the state. They sent a letter out to all the clerks. And it was under coercion and threat. It all goes back to the same process. They just do it in the different states, a little bit different, but it's always really the same. So what they did was for the next election, because we were headed to court in between. So for the next election, they decided to pull out the old hand counting box and put it next to the voting machine so I could deposit my ballot in a hand count box. and not have it counted by a machine. So they could tell the judge with a straight face, well, we've offered Mr. Richard the ability to have his vote hand counted. So we're no longer depriving him of the right to vote. See, they knew that was juju. You can't deprive somebody of the right to vote. And then they got the court to render an opinion that you don't have a right to have it hand counted. Therefore, they didn't deprive me of a fundamental right because I had no right to require it be hand counted. That's how the court did them a favor. But either way, today and since, there's a hand count box. There's a machine. And then there's the counting of these unverified absentee ballots. So we got three different methods of counting ballots because the people who vote in person do what? They produce an ID. The moderator makes sure they're registered to vote. on the supervisor of the checklist, right? And then there's chain of custody that begins there because you're in a secure area, right? You got your ballot from an election official, entered a secure area, marked your ballot, put it in a device, box or a machine, and you secured the ballot. But absentee voters aren't doing that. Isn't that a third way of counting ballots? Is that equal? No. So next, the governor failed to uphold the election laws. And all of these things are violations of federal law. All of them. And so the relief I'm looking for is I want them to investigate all these allegations into these bad because there are federal penalties. These are federal felonies with ten years or plus in jail. And these are a really big deal at a federal level, much more so at the state level. And this is why all along in the three and a half, since twenty twenty two, that's August of twenty twenty two. It's going on four years now. They have refused to answer any of the federal questions. So is the judge. That's why the trial court refused. That's why the trial court in my case, when the case was remanded back from the Supreme Court, says, I'm not going to look at federal law. He literally had the nerve to say, I'm just going to look at state precedent because it offers more protection. Well, guess what case Morvey Harper said you can't do that. You can't use interpretation of state law to escape the examination of federal questions on federal elections. Because there's concurrent jurisdiction. Because your state and mine do what? To save money, they run, when there's a federal election to conduct, they run them in tandem. They run them side by side. And therefore, you get what? The supremacy clause on any conflict of interest, right? So if there's any conflict in the enforcement of federal law over state law, supremacy clause says very clearly, supremacy follows the federal law. So that's why they don't want to touch it. That's why they've been pleading the fifth and just kicking the can down the road. So I have no idea what they're going to try to do here. And, you know, many have stated that, you know, Dan, you know, this is going to the U.S. Supreme Court. Why? Because I'm fighting the establishment. They can't let they're all conflicted. Now, I already told you the Marconi story, right? So guess what? Every member of my state Supreme Court is now a fact witness in my case if I kick it back to the trial court. Why? Did Chris Sununu look to influence your vote on the case involving him and the Attorney General? Uh-oh. Uh-oh. We got a problem. All of them. All of them. One of them is exempt and they can't fix that now. It's not fixable anymore because of the Marconi trial because they went after one of their own. The fact of the matter is a lot of the controversy with the Marconi family began with the fact that Gino is a salty dog from what I'm told. He's a man's man and a bit of a hard ass. He's been there a long time. He's part of a big political family, been in politics longer than the Sununu family from what I'm told. And so he was already conflicted politically with the governor wanting to spend federal aid on the seacoast in his district. So there was some back and forth there already and he wasn't giving in. So now you have the governor and her husband at odds with one another about how to spend federal money. So that was an easy one. That was in the public domain. But to go after him with a bullshit claim that you accessed the DMV database and to get him to go after him because the punishment is the process. See, he wins in the end, but you did what? You removed him temporarily, which caused her to be removed. And now... They all have to go to trial. They all have to go to trial. I don't know. And what's the Bar Association going to do in this case? Right? Because they're eating their own. Yeah. Well, the whole Bar Association is abolished because the crimes that have been committed against this nation by the Bar Association, it's just all legal fiction. The only way... in my opinion, looking at this thing to prevent all these people from testifying, is the judge is going to likely rule, I predict he's going to disqualify and throw the case out because there's no sworn complaint. That lets everybody off the hook. Right? They don't... They only pay attention to the laws or the pretended laws on the books if it helps them. This is a solid big game. It's just a shell game. Because if they go ahead and prosecute her and get away. See, right now, the legal counsel representing the state Supreme Court has asked for them to be recute for limited questioning. In other words, they're trying to get them not to testify at all. Judicial immunity. And they can't because the questions involved don't have to do with their opinion on a case, does it? No. It has to do with an opinion about Judge Marconi specifically. Did she ask for a favor? Did she violate the law? And in order to get an indictment and get a conviction, you need someone to stand up in front of the jury and say, no. She used her, she tried to use her influence and she tried to get me to do her a favor. Well, now that we have it officially on the record, are they going to perjure themselves? Were you lying when you told the investigator that she didn't do anything wrong? Or are you lying now? That's the problem they all have, right? How are you going to fix that? And then the Supreme Court judge, again, he's never done me wrong. He wrote the majority opinion established that I had standing, right? I'm simply pointing out the fact that he has a different story, right? He has a different story. He says Marconi said something different. He said Sununu told him the same thing. And his story is different than Sununu's story. So is the chief judge recalling, is his details of the facts of the conversation in line with what really happened? And is the governor lying? Everyone's conflicted here. That's why it says the attorney general, five judges, the director of the port authority are all on the hot seat. There's only one way to make that hot seat get cold. Dismiss the case. How else do you proceed against someone without an allegation? Now, the Attorney General, I think, is trying to be cute here. I think he wants to disavow. I think he wants to get the governor and the port director to change their story on the stand. That would be the play. That would be the only way he could get her locked up. But then what have you done? And to what ends? Doesn't judicial integrity really public, is all about public confidence? It is. You talk to legal scholars and they'll tell you that it is an important consideration to the honest jurist, to those judges and lawyers who are people of integrity and honor. Not all of them are part of the nefarious Ponzi scheme. Many leave the practice because they can't tolerate that. their their their character won't allow them to stay in the profession where these things become expected in order to stay in in the practice of law right and you see a lot of people I've met a lot of former lawyers who are of that of that uh you know that cloth and and so and and I've met some that I think are you know stray shooters um but Here, they went too far. They went too far. You went after a sitting judge. You went after a sitting judge. And I believe, as I said from the beginning, they went after her to try to silence her. And when she wouldn't play ball, they played hardball. That's what I think. Seems like there's a pattern here across the United States. And the court systems and the politicians and everything. It's just unbelievable. And I think this is something that we're all going to have to really process what's going on in our states, our local areas, and start connecting the dots and recording all this stuff, putting it out there. Because you know what? Other people are going to jump in and help you if you see this sort of stuff going on around you. And I'm saying this to everyone out there. People will come and help you. when they see something that is wrong going on because, honestly, when they attack any one of us, they've attacked us all. And they've attacked us with going against the law of the land. That's the most egregious thing that they can attack us under, and it's everywhere. Right. Well, I'm really proud of you for your pitfall stance on this. I can't stop smiling because I think it's absolutely hilarious to see someone who will grab on and not let go. And I'm sure you've got about a hundred steps planned after this, no matter which way they run. it's going to be a bad direction. They don't end up having a good direction. And I don't care what the judge does or what anybody else does to dismiss it. Next, it's going to be them on the chopping block when it comes to another legal challenge. And the sad reality is none of these people were initially the creation of the problem. All of these people that are involved in my case specifically inherited the mess. And it wasn't that they had a hand in creating the mess. It's the cover up. It's always the cover up. Yep. And they'll get handed something and then they don't stop it. But it's the same thing with voters. It's the same thing with people at different levels of or in different areas of the government and where we are. Each one of us has to look at what's going on around us. I'm going to tell you right now, I don't think any one of us have ever lived with freedom. We wouldn't even know what freedom looks like at this point because we've got so far away from it. It's not necessarily anyone's fault, but it is a responsibility to say, hey, hold the phone. I'm not going to participate in this, and now I'm going to call it out. And it's even those things that we hold to be true or sacred because our biases are defending what we've been familiar with. People always mourn the lack or the deviation from the familiar. I don't care who you are. The sense of when things change, we always... have a loss of the familiar. If you go back to the Bible, and I mean, you and I are both believers in walking with God on this earth. And I'm not even going to use the name Christian, though I classically would be considered one, because most of the people that say that they're Christians have no idea what that means on a minute-to-minute basis. That's all over the place. People use it for political gain, the title. But the reality is, is that when Lot left the city of Sodom and Gomorrah and his wife, who wasn't called Sarah, it was never listed that. But there's so much tradition in our teachings that we don't even know what the frickin... truth is or what the Bible or the scripture says or what, while they've manipulated the terms with all of their translations. She was never called out as Sarah, but people accepted as Sarah. When Lot's wife turned around and looked back and she turned into a pillar of salt, there's a good argument that has been debated for forever. that she didn't turn into, and I believe that this is probably more close to reality. She didn't turn into a physical pillar of salt. She looked back and became salty because she looked at what they had, what they lost, and could not go forward into what God called them to do because she mourned everything else became salty. And it was worthless in moving into a new way of doing things. And when you listen to president Trump saying the best is yet to come. That doesn't mean we continue on with the same putridly, nasty system, satanic system we're on that we've become accustomed to. That means we have to be opening to follow God, God Almighty, out of this captivity into this incredibly evil system that has developed over the centuries and say, you know what, we're done with this and we're willing to follow God into what the next chapter is. And it may wipe away everything that we've become familiar with. I think that there's enough evidence that I've been hearing about something from a few people that's another extinction level event. We've already had one. So they're probably going to do another one. And the next one is probably going to have to do with something that's nuclear. They lost two warheads in the United States. My friend John Ferguson, who who develops drones for the U.S. military, he's been talking about it for a long time. That would be a dirty bomb or that would be something that would completely wipe out an area or the Palisades nuclear facility. I have a lot of evidence on what's going on there. And I'm going to tell you what, they are going to destroy the area if they go to these small, these small, smaller reactors. That's what they want to do. It's not going to work, and it's going to leak like a sieve, and the particles in the air are going to be lethal, and no one is listening when those of us are talking about it have the evidence to back up our claims. But the point being is that they're on a bent to destroy God's creation, and that includes us. That's the way it is. And so we're going to have to look at this and say, maybe, maybe all those things that we've become accustomed to are gone and they could be gone in a twinkling of an eye. That's right. What's next? We can't go back to it. We're going to have to be open to doing things a new way in a way that is compassionate to each other, where we stand together as one human family and help each other out as God leads us away from this godless integrity list. honorless society that we've become accustomed to. And just because somebody does something wrong doesn't mean that we should be doing it. We have to bomb proof, be standing there, holding our ground on integrity, honesty, every minute, regardless what we see or we become accustomed to and move forward. Amen. So there's a lot to process here. I always look forward to my Mondays with Vicki and you because these are actual real discussions. You know how bored I am with most discussions out there? The political class out there are absolutely, it's so boring to me. It's a high school clique based on who likes who, who follows who, whose camp are you in? They're all corrupt. They're all wrong. They can't. They are all have walked away from honesty, integrity and fundamental law. And so I love this. And thank you for fighting pro se. I'm loving fighting pro se. I love the cases I have out there in this week. Just so everybody knows there's going to be more filed probably right here in Byron Township. But it isn't going to stop here. It's going to keep going just like Daniel does, too. It just going to roll until we roll through this whole thing and catch every single one of them. I'm pretty sure. we've already got them all. Just saying, just a guess. So we'll see if their behavior improves or whether they continue the legal beating that they're getting. So do you want to say any, let's say a prayer a minute, then you have last words. Go ahead. I've got some lawsuits to finish up on today. It's going to be epic. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Vicki and Daniel and the wonderful guidance and direction that you give us every single day. I know that there's a lot of people out there that are demoralized. that don't know what to do next. And they're trying to figure out the next step. They're trying to figure out where they fit in and what's to come. And the word to them is, I know you're leading us every step of the way. And thank you for not giving us the total picture all at once because we'd screw it up. I know we would. As human beings, we are so flawed. We would try to step in front of you, play your role as God instead of determining that it is, we are under you. We are one nation under you. We are one world under you. This is all your creation. And you know what? Forgive us for ever thinking that we could do your job. I wouldn't want it. It sounds like a terrible job to me because you got to put up with our nonsense. And you know what? I'm thankful that you do put up with us and that you love us. Not only do you put up with us, you love us. You adore us and you sent your only begotten son to make a way for us to have a relationship with you. We come directly to you because you've made the way. We don't have to go to any other intermediaries, no matter what it is. We don't have to go to any entities that people claim that they pray to or that they consult with or channel or anything else. We can go directly to you. that our father, our precious father, and you talk with us, you give us the way. And we can, in fact, walk on this earth with you being from here, but not of the world. We are of you of you. Thank you so much for everything you've done for us. You're a great friend to us. And we want to be a wonderful friend to you. Might be a little pain in the neck to the world right now and their little crime syndicate going down. But we trust you that you have the answer for all of this. And it's going to be a glorious future as we serve you and follow you. And in Jesus name we pray. Amen. Amen. There we go. All right. Last words, Daniel. Go ahead. I don't really have any off the top of my head other than, you know, I'm looking forward to getting my brief filed here shortly. It's got to be in by the thirteenth. I'd like you to share that last letter with me. I'm going to put that in your file. I got a file on you and everybody else because I think that the wording you put in, it was absolute brilliance. On which document? The last document you read, your- Oh, yeah, yeah. The federal complaint. Yes, I'll send it to you. The federal complaint letter, yeah. If you could send that to me, just email it to me, please. And then I'll put it in your file. I've got a Daniel file. I've got a Vicki file. I've got a file on everybody I talk to. with all the wonderful knowledge that everyone has been willing to share. Well, while you're doing that, I'm going to go to the part of the show, boys and girls, that goes to my twenty twenty two protests. I have a I have a lawsuit against Johnson and Jocelyn Benson, our secretary of state. I also have one against Jonathan Prater in our election system. And he perjured himself on the stand and admitted to destroying election votes. information, so did our township clerks. There's only one that didn't, including the one here in Byron Township, because I was FOIAing information. Oh, this is going to be great. Fantastic. We love it when a plan comes together. Anyhow, bing, bing, bing, bing. Go to brandenburgforgovernor.com because I'm the best non-concealer who has ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump in cowboy boots. We'll see who wears them better. It'll be me because I wear them every day. And then we'll talk about stuff. And then we'll talk about real stuff. It'll be great. So anyhow, thank you so much for joining us, everyone. Next week, Monday, it's going to be real fun at the city council meeting. They're trying to silence us and saying that this water theft in our water wars only affects twenty houses. Newsflash, it affects us all, not just in Byron Township, the surrounding townships, because they've entered into commerce together on this in unconstitutional theft of our property rights. I put my phone number out there. Text first. I'm just going to say text first. Because if I'm doing something like this, I've had calls coming in all morning. And go ahead and text first and identify yourself. And I will return your call. I promise to do that. I'm also the chairman of the Constitution Party in the state of Michigan, which is a U.S. taxpayers' party. So we have ballot access. And it's my goal to seat every single seat in this room. state with non-establishment people who are just honest. That's all we need, right? So with that said, thank you for joining us. Tomorrow, it's going to be another one of those days. It's going to be myself, John Tater at nine, and Mike, who is also another pro se litigant like the We're taking the state back and we're not asking permission. So with that said, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. It is a choice. Every choice we make, every word we utter. The steps we take, the decision to do things in this fight instead of just having a good time and play, play, play all the time. I talked to another friend of mine who's a Green Beret that I dearly love my Green Beret friends. I really do. And we've left all of us who have left our families. When I was running for governor, I saw my husband was keeping track of it with like hash marks on how many days we didn't see each other. In fourteen months, we saw each other for fifty five days. There's so many people that can say the same thing, that have given up the time with their families, the things that they enjoy in the world to do, to fight the good fight. And it has been an honor to do so. I'm going to continue to beat people up legally, lawfully in the pro se fight. jury proprio, sui juris capacity here. We're going to explore every single option to flank them from this side and this side and go right up the middle and hold these people accountable. And we need your help. Every one of you, please step up to help in this fight and do something that's truly an act of bravery. Get off the criminal MO that's going on right now and think for yourself and decide to move on to a different, to a different MO. I think Daniel's got to go today. So I'm going to end it right there and I will be on tomorrow. It takes great, great strength and courage to do so, but you know what? That's okay. We're winning and we're going to continue to win. And when we really win is when everyone gets in the fight. Thank you for joining us today. I'll see you tomorrow morning at nine o'clock. So it's going to be a great week.
