Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network and I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the thirteenth day of August twenty twenty five and welcome to our show today. Just so everybody knows out there if you can pass some some information along Facebook actually suspended my account and also use YouTube YouTube suspended the USTPM, the US Taxpayers Party account this morning. So we have no access on either one of those platforms. So if you can tell people to come to my ex account, I've got Instagram up, two Rumble accounts. and the two tour accounts. And I'm also on Instagram this morning. So it may go to a different Facebook account because Instagram is supposed to be going to a Facebook account. We'll see where it goes. And so if anybody's out there, please pass those accounts around so that people know where we are. So with that said, I'm going to start out with Liberty Essentials this morning with Ralph and Karen because we have so much going on. It's not even funny. And to talk about what happened at the meeting on Monday night, It was absolutely a melee craziness and the board was losing their minds. There were violations against the open meeting act, open meetings act. And then also yesterday we had the contractor who had guts enough to trespass on my property after filing an emergency injunction. Oh man, I'm a mess this morning. After doing a emergency injunction on him, They came onto my property, walked past the no trespassing signs. There was another gal that showed up that was trying to play dumb. She walked past it on the property and she was being kind of elusive. She ran and tried to hide in the trees. there was another car that came up and that was taking pictures of the property. And apparently our ex parte was filed. And so I have to run some more paperwork down there today. And I think there's the, I think at this point in time, I feel a little bit, uh, this guy's crazy. This contractor, he kept threatening me while I was out there kind of keeping some oversight of where, where our, our money was going. He threw, uh, he went out, this particular man went out and threw, um, got a sweep and enveloped myself and another guy with completely with a cloud of dust just to harass us. He would come up and beep his horn. If I was taping to try to drown things out, he kept telling me to put on a hard hat and a vest. And it's like, I don't work for this guy. Okay. And I was on, on, uh, public spaces, joggers would go past. He wouldn't say anything to them, but he was harassing me. And now this same guy who never wore a safety vest or a helmet ever when he was on the right-of-way, he got in his truck and saunter around because apparently he's king of everything. He walked on my property yesterday. And so it's been... big bang for the day today because I was also uh trying to help a horse that's struggling this morning so but hey we're here we're ready to go and it's it's uh it's gonna be a great day another day to fight corruption yeah I got a whole bunch of work I gotta do this morning so I can't stay on for very long okay I gotta show you guys the pictures I'm gonna show you the video and the pictures of this this uh guy this this guy that um is the contractor the project manager for for hang on a second. Okay. Hang on a minute. He's the project manager for Montgomery excavating. And he just saunters on my, my property. He went in the neighbor's driveway first, and then he backed out and then he came around and parked on the street property. And then but that's okay because I got a real good picture of his license plates and such. So I've got positive identification on him. So check this out. Check this out. So this is the neighbor got a picture of him as he walked. He was on the grass and this is where she got him walking past and no trespassing signs. And there he is parked sneaking his little sorry butt around. He's parking in front of the shrubs right there. And so he goes back to his truck and gets into his truck. Now about the same time, a woman appeared and was trying to act like she didn't know where she was, which was crap, because she was evading a couple people that were trying to catch up with her, right? And so So there's my billboard right there. And he was he was walking across it. And I'd already told him none of them may walk on my property, which he clearly did. He trespassed. OK, so then we're going to go to because I feel this guy should have the notoriety that he deserved. Montgomery Construction or Excavating. There's his license plate. D.D. nine five nine seven six. And he they were all they were told no one on this project. And I told the township, one of the township trustees, Tom, Tom Hooker, as well as the. the engineer on the project that no one is to walk on my property because I don't trust them because they already drained my well. They ruined my well and they drained three other Monday night. We found out that three other ponds in the area have been completely drained and I have pictures of them to prove it. So here we go. So there's the no trespassing signs. There's the billboard right there. And this is what he happened to walk right past on my property. And, but guess what? He's a sorry person because we got twenty four hour surveillance. They just don't care. They literally do not care. And this is the woman that walks in. She's trying to look like all normal. But I'd like to try to figure out who she is because she starts. She was right. She went running from From two of the people that were at the barge, she ran from them going, I don't know where I am. I'm from Illinois, and I'm trying to find my way out of this. And it was like everybody said that the whole thing was just sus as all get out. And she wasn't interested in giving her name or nothing. But she also trespassed on our property. Maybe they're trying to figure out where your security cameras are. It's like, I think it's kind of coincidental that she just kind of saunters around. She went back through the woods and she was kind of sauntering around, scoping things out. I don't believe either one of them, but both of them broke the law right there by coming on my property. So the one guy Montgomery excavating, I'm pretty sure they're going to have a in order to cease and desist immediately handed to them today because the ex parte and the injunction were filed on friday so they got a problem and it's a big one so there you go I'm going to see if I want to show you a still of let's see I'm going to show you I don't know if I can show you still the one guy's property because he's so afraid to talk he is so afraid to talk to us. Everybody is in the neighborhood. They're afraid not to talk to us, but to talk to the township board because of all this retribution and this mafia crap that happened on my property yesterday is proof positive. There was another person who pulled up in a white vehicle that we weren't able to get the license plate from, but they were taking pictures of the whole thing. So I think right now, I think this has really become a serious problem because this is all about the land grab. And as Vicki said Monday, we're dealing with fighting the UN and BlackRock and all these people. And it's very serious. If you stand up to these people, this is exactly what's going to happen. You're going to get targeted because it's straight up mafia crap going on here. So I called some of my friends who maybe are a little bit into the boss level of security. And these guys have no idea the trouble that they have kicked up in this area. So, yeah. So Karen said they might be trying to get an idea where the cameras are. That's very possible. Pretty extra sure they're not going to get them all. So, yeah. And, uh, enough that we, we, you know, we know exactly where they are. So anyhow, that was kind of funny. So I'm still trying to figure this, all of this thing out, but today's going to be kind of a fun day. It's going to be a day of pain and that's going to be a good day. You break the law, the pain's coming. And at this point in time, figuring out how to file pro se and seeing that it's actually working in the court system, there's a lot of ways to fight. You know, everybody has an idea and they think that their way is the only way. It's happened and I've watched it since I ran for governor. You know, everybody in the health freedom area thinks that their way is the only way to write things. And everybody in this other, well, you know what, that it works when we all work together and we take our talents and our gifts and where God leads us. and applies it in that area. And it's sort of like an attack from all sides. They can't get away from it. But if they peel us all off and we stand on our own in our own areas, you're going to lose because they're going to figure out a way to take you down because there's just so many of them. But this weekend, I had so many people call me from across the state and And they are literally draining the lakes in the state of Michigan. We have about twenty four hundred dams in Michigan, and they're systematically taking them out to destroy the campgrounds, the ability for people to come here, enjoy the state as a tourist place or a place to go vacation, a destination place. They're destroying those areas. They're limiting us from going on our own land. And I don't know if you guys saw it, but Canada just told people that they may not be on federal land at any time. They have prohibited Canadian nationals from being on their own land. It's coming here unless people decide to get serious about this and get in the game and fight. Well, you know, we've got some good cautionary tales there between that and all the censorship that's going on in England right now. Well, in fact, they took me down today on two of the channels that we had up. So I guess, you know, guess what, guys? We're going to have to spread the word a little bit because this is an attack. I mean, we're at war right now. It is an absolute war and it's unconventional warfare. The war that they're going at us with is information war. I posted a video this morning on doom scrolling and all of these short bits that keep flying at us. and how that rewires our brains. This is one of those things that I know it's fun to do, to scroll and go through all of these shorts, but they are literally rewiring your brain and stopping you from being able to critically think. They know what they're doing. I posted a video on my Telegram channel explaining there was a whistleblower that did a great explanation on how they hack our brains. and get us to pretty much, you know, it's a, it's a kind of a, uh, same thing that they kind of do with MKUltra, but they said too, they can literally convince somebody within twenty-four hours to unalive a person. Forty-five minutes. I'm sorry. It's right. It's forty-five minutes that they can get somebody to go out and commit crimes. And all it takes is, is forty-five minutes. Well, I would say with these folks trespassing, they picked the wrong person to screw with. You think? They might have been able to get away with this with other people, and they're probably used to that. But I think maybe this was maybe a poor choice of a person to screw with. this was lack of critical analysis it's just like when that when it was the same contractor that pulled up and walked on my property he was out there harassing me and I was doing some I was doing some taping you know where's freedom of the press that that there's another one because brandenburg news network sorry freedom of the press we got the right and as citizen journalists everyone has the right to pull that camera out and tape things get it on record everybody And so they've kind of done a sell job on us to say that, oh, it's only CNN. It's only, you know, ABC. It's only. No, no, no, no. These are fake news. Most of the news networks that are out there, even alternative, are fake news because they're getting paid off by USAID. It's up to us. We are the news. And when you tape things, when you record it, when you pull your phone out and somebody's doing something wrong, stick it right in their face and turn it on. And I did that to Detroit News and a Fox-Seventeen station. They were out there harassing Stephanie Lambert and Stephanie Scott. I turned the phone right on them. I'm like, how does that feel? Not so brave now, are you? And they went running. It was kind of epic, you know, because I don't like those guys. It's fake news, and they're propaganda artists. So at any rate. Everybody's doing all kinds of surveillance on us. Yeah. Turn the cameras on and go get them. Right. So grid Hawk was out there too. That was another one that I see. Cause they got another area torn off and their little, their little quest to create their fifteen minute city here in Byron Township. That's exactly what they're doing. And going through the board more, there's more developers. There's more. It's all developers, assessors, builders. One guy is a fireman. I'll give him some, some slack. And Tom Hooker was a, He was the supervisor, but he's the only one that seems to be listening to us right now. The rest of them, one guy's got an underground plumbing and infrastructure business. there's an assessor on one of the oversight boards, there's developers. It's all, they're all about building this area out and they're doing it all over the state of Michigan. And what it is, is if they can build the, if they can drain the water table and build in all the sewer and water, and convince everybody by giving everybody a snow job here of that they have to be on city and water because we're out of water. Well, you know what? Byron Township only keeps four million gallons of water on hand any one time. They just drained three hundred million gallons of water out of our water table and it ruined my well and drained all the ponds. Why do we need municipal water so they can put fluoride in it and poison us? sell us our water back that we have. We have plenty of water. There's all kinds of water here. Well, so they can increase the density too, because they, if, if you have to have a septic system, now you've got to have the density at a reasonable level so that you have the space for a septic system. This is what these people are. They're lizard people, soulless lizard people. All they do is they like worship money. They worship, You know, they worship the almighty dollar, you know. Follow the money and you can connect them all together. And they're connected to the mortgage companies. They're connected to everything. And the assessors, their price setting, they're not based on anything. They put a price on it. So if they're developing and the builder goes, okay, I'm selling this for eight hundred and fifty thousand dollars or a million dollars, which is what they've been doing all over the United States, the price setting. This is what the builder is selling it for. Are they selling it for that? I don't know, but they're listing it for that. And now all of a sudden you've got something on record. to bring the entire area's price up and get more tax dollars and honestly kick out the original people that were here because we can't afford the taxes. And we wonder where the housing affordability crisis that they're manufacturing comes from. They're lying. They are lying. I have a tax bill in this area. You guys would be shocked when I'm paying for taxes on vacant land. Well, it's not even that they're lying. They're creating the crisis so they can sell us the solution. Exactly. Exactly. So anyhow, let's talk about the goat rodeo that happened at the town council meeting Monday night. And Karen, I'm going to let you speak to that because what they did, I'm going to let everybody know what they did. So they changed up the agenda without approval and they put comments at the end. We had four different notices or times that they said that there was going to be a meeting. There was going to be a meeting before the meeting. There was going to be a meeting after the meeting. They sent us something that said, oh, it's only going to affect No, because my barn house, the house there is about a half mile away from where they were dewatering. And they were stabbing. They were doing stab casings in the ground, forty feet under the creek. And there were fifteen of them. And they had all of these other ones that were stuffed in the ground, eighteen feet under the creek level. Okay. Okay. And so at any rate, they literally drained all the wetlands in that area. They drained them all and they drained our water table, the whole thing. And then they were going to slam this thing in before anybody got ahead of it to stop the project. Guess what, guys? You lose because this thing is going to end up in a lawsuit that's going to make you wish that you never darken the doorstep of Byron Township. Oh, they're scared. They're so scared. They're so scared of you. Before you get into that, I'm probably going to have to get going. Okay. All right. We got lots of stuff to do today and I get it. So this is going to be a fast and furious. I think I'm going to try to get offline here at eleven forty five because I got to get down to the courthouse and I got to file an emergency restraining order for this. The guy that walked past Montgomery excavating past my no trespassing site on my property. After he had already, you know, that whole thing with dumping the dirt on me could be considered assault. So at any rate, that's just the way it is. So anyhow. Oh, morning, Dina. Yeah, I'm going to say morning, Daryl. I just got to bring up the chat because I know there's a lot of people watching right now. So anyhow, we go after the board had changed the agenda and changed the time when they kept telling people to be there. They changed it constantly. It's insanity what's happening to hide what they're doing. the first speaker got up there, which happened to be Karen. Okay. It's all God's fault. It's all my fault. So I dragged, I dragged Karen into this. I said, okay, you know, we need to, we need to have more of us. And there were a lot of people there that was standing room only in, in the, the, the room and the council, they were absolutely terrified out of their mind because they were served my emergency injunction and, at about four or fifteen and the meeting started at five at about five thirty now the meeting that they advertised to the neighborhood for this issue and I've got I've got this right here said that they were saying that it was the meeting I gotta find it because there's it was oh here five forty five I don't know if I can put it up here they said five forty five right There to seven. There's the proof. Five forty five to seven p.m. Well, guess what? They were so scared. They started that meeting at five thirty. And the and Don Tillman, the the supervisor and the on the on the township board who appointed the oversight board, which includes the builder, Steve Kilgore. Mark D. Hollander, who is an appraiser as well as a builder, and Joe Pitch, who's attached to the Pitch family of companies in Michigan, which would be demolition and scrapping and all that sort of thing, right? Um, they, they were appointed. He gaveled the meeting out and said, I can run this meeting any way I want. And we are done. We are not going to talk about the lawsuit. And what happened? None of the lawsuit was brought up. It wasn't, it wasn't brought up. And he gaveled it after Karen was done and not one. No, I wasn't done. You weren't even done because Karen refused to sit down like I did a couple of weeks ago. And the sheriffs didn't stop her. There were three sheriffs there and they were like, she's in the right. The sheriffs upheld your right. Don Tilma gaveled at the podium and said, this meeting is adjourned. And he and Peggy Sattler. who destroyed election records and Byron Township in the same way under the orders of Jonathan Brader got up and walked out. The other members of the board sat there not knowing what to do, but they were complicit because they didn't call it out as illegal. And then all of a sudden, yesterday, by the way, I was down in Hillsdale. I was down there because they changed the metrics so you can't tape in the courtroom unless you give them like three days advance notice with Stephanie Lambert and Stephanie Scott. And I got to say, I love those people and Kurt Olson. And that was fun. And once again, Abe Dane, who is the county clerk down there, admitted to taking ballots out of The county. Think about this. What's going on? This is straight up mafia crap going on. After Jonathan Brader admitted to destroying election data without the authority to do so. Well, if he did it, he gave directions to every clerk in the state. And every clerk in this state is guilty except for Stephanie Scott and a few others. And a third of the clerks in the state of Michigan stepped down. That doesn't get them out of trouble unless they're willing to come forward and say this happened and be a whistleblower because maybe they were threatened or coerced. I don't know. However, I know that the majority of the clerks in Michigan were given that order and followed that illegal order by Jonathan Brader and destroyed election evidence. This is going to be a big freaking deal because this takes down twenty twenty, which is what I said all along. It's not just twenty twenty two. It's not even twenty twenty four, even though it is. It's twenty twenty, twenty twenty two and twenty twenty four. And I'm going to say that just because our horse wins the race and I love President Trump, I like his policies and such. If there's a fraudulent election, you got to call it out, guys. I'm sorry. It's got we either have the law or we have a bunch of sports teams or go sports teams go. Love me or hate me, it's truth, and I'm going to stand on that. And I like President Trump. I'm glad he's in. However, this whole criminal enterprise going on with our elections has got to be called out or it's never. We might win one election like, you know, that President Trump won in twenty twenty four. What happens with the next one? If the whole process is still fraud, fraught with fraud, male administration. We'll never win again. So I got to play the long game. Anyhow, Karen, I digress. So let's I want to hear from your perspective on what happened at the at the illegal meeting or the meeting that was totally illegal from beginning to end in Brunner Township on Monday night. Oh, and I did turn and address the crowd. Yes. And talk for a while. They instructed them. I'll go chronological. But first, I want to say I went to my own township meeting last night. And it was so different. And I talked with all of them who stayed after the meeting because I asked them a few questions. And I said, this isn't about you. This is just about how things are run. I'm wondering. And I thought, let me use them as an information resource. They're so new, they don't know the answers. But what they did tell me was MTA. Right. That's where they're getting all their answers from. And that's what I see on your board, too. So anyway, define that for everybody. Michigan Townships Association. So these these attorneys. There's no such thing as a licensed attorney. Yeah. These these fake attorneys make a deal with townships. They and the insurance companies. And so I'll be really brief about it. So basically. If the township contracts with MTA, the attorneys will quote unquote help them and guide them in how to do their job according to the way that the attorneys want them to do it. And in return, they pay less for their insurance for being there. So if somebody like Donna comes along and sues them, they have coverage and it costs the township less. It costs them less. And when I mentioned, because they referred to that, and I said all the townships in Michigan do that, and two or more immediately corrected me. So apparently not all townships contract with them. Mine, unfortunately, this summer, unbeknownst to me, renewed that. I just found out last night because I haven't been going to all the meetings. So other townships may not. You need to find out. um but anyway they couldn't answer my questions one of them promised that he would look into it um but they listened to me and they listened to the people and they think the people at the end of the meeting it it was just that is there the way they're trying to operate there is how it's supposed to be done in my opinion I've seen it both ways but when I have addressed things in board meetings like I tried to do um I did not get the kind of feedback that I got from donna's board this was a first for me so um before the meeting I found out from donna that the agenda had been changed the format changed so they decided to change the public comment. They had a period before, earlier in the meeting, probably after Prior to the meet of the meeting, they have public comment on things that are on the agenda. A lot of townships will do that. Mine does that. So before they start discussing things and making motions, the public has an opportunity to tell them what they think about those things. And then after they make the decisions, then they have more public comment and you can talk about whatever you want to talk about. That's typical. But Donna's Township decided to remove the initial public comment period, so you have no input on what they're going to talk about. Exactly. So here's the thing. In the Open Meetings Act, everything should be transparent to the public. All decisions are made in the public eye. So when you change something like a format which diminishes the public's ability to instruct or reproach, or inform their township seat holders, their public functionaries. And this was the first part of the comment that I made, even if you did so with all good intentions, which I don't believe. The people behind me probably don't think that that's what you're doing. They probably think that you're trying to limit their ability to communicate with you. And I heard some comments from behind me acknowledging that I was right on that topic. I'm making eye contact with the supervisor because the rest of them, while they're listening, he is already belligerent. And this is the first time I've seen any of these people. I don't know anything about these people. I do know that Donna has served them prior to the meeting that day. And I think the attitude that I was getting back was a result of that. And that comes from the feedback that I had with a couple of them afterwards also. So the next thing I address, and this is how it started, he said, you have three minutes. And I said, well, that's another thing I'd like to talk to you about. When I approach them, I'm going to give them some information. I want to educate them. My attitude is one of helpfulness. I'm going to educate and inform you. I'm going to help you. I am not here today to be contentious. I am not here to be disorderly. I'm not here to be loud. That's the approach that I came with. But he came back at me with a bit of an attitude right from the start. So then I said, I also notice on your agenda that you have right on the bottom of the agenda, it doesn't say please, it says keep comments to three minutes. Well, I know where they got this from, so I asked them, do you know where you believe you have the authority to do that? And the answer is no, except for the supervisor. I believe his answer was we made a rule. Something to that effect. Something to that effect. I'd have to go back. I mean, I have tunnel vision on my memory about a lot of this. But so he doesn't know, but I know the answer. And I knew none of them would know the answer. The answer is found in the Open Meetings Act handbook. So for those of you who haven't read either, get both. They are both found on the Michigan.gov website. The attorney general wrote the handbook. So it's got an index at the front. Unfortunately, or fortunately, it's organized differently than the Open Meetings Act. So it's a little different when you're trying to find stuff, which is why I was frustrated last night because I'm trying to find answers in both, but they're organized differently. So it was hard for me to go from one to the other. But in the handbook, it cites either in the Open Meetings Act or elsewhere that where Dana Nessel gets her ideas from. This is how the Open Meetings Act should be used or expressed. And one of the things that they will cite is Frank J. Kelly, who is a former Attorney General, had some opinions from nineteen seventy seven to nineteen seventy eight. In one of those opinions, and it was cited in other opinions that he made also for specific circumstances, a board can make a rule limiting the time that people can speak. So I told them this. And then I told them, I think Frank J. Kelly was wrong. And here's why. In nineteen sixty four, the United States Supreme Court made a ruling called New York Times versus Sullivan. And I'm realizing the quotations that I have from that case, they're not going to hear them. They're not going to be effective. I want to bring something up, Karen, because at that point in time, Don Tillema said, I've never heard of this case. And I'm like, yes, you did. And I quoted it in the last meeting when I brought up the same argument about the fact you can't limit my time because you're in violation of New York Times versus Sullivan. So he did hear that. And then he denied that he heard it, but he had. He probably forgot about it, too, because he didn't care to look. They don't want to be instructed by the people. They think they get everything they need from their attorneys. That's where the root of it is. They have total contempt for us. I mean, it's total contempt. Absolutely. And you saw it. I mean, when he was there when they were trying to detain or arrest me, you know, they were like, he was like, this project is going through and you people can't stop it. That's Don Tillemore. And some of that, like I said, I don't know him. I don't know his connections. But some of that does come through the MTA because their book tells them that the people are their audience. And that's where that's. Yes, I have. I have a photo of it from an old, older. It's a few years old publication. Um, so they don't know that I know this. I read the book. I know where they get there. I know where they get their quote unquote education from and why they won't listen to people, but I'm going to give it to them anyway. So even after he said that, I, I'm looking at my paperwork and I'm like, they're not going to hear the quotes out of the opinion. Let me go over the bullet points that I wrote for you. How, what is, what is this opinion? What does it mean? New York times versus Sullivan is like an expression of the first article in this specific circumstance. So it was a case about a newspaper publication, but really it's about the public's duty. to inform or reproach. Those are the words I like to use. And some of them are in the opinion too. The public has a duty to inform and reproach these public functionaries. The public functionaries in return have a responsibility to listen to the instruction of the people. That is made very clear in New York Times versus Sullivan in multiple places. And that's what I would have quoted, but I can say that in a lot shorter timeframe. The other thing that it does is made very clear that they cannot limit it. It's a public participation. Even Frank J. Kelly admits in his opinions, public participation should be discouraged and encouraged, not discouraged. And the Supreme Court made that very clear. It must not be inhibited. And that's what I told them. It can't be inhibited. So the Supreme Court has already answered this question. And so I want to tell them, I think I told them, I tried to tell them, even if you caught me off, I can sue you under the first article violation. And the Supreme Court has already answered this question. I'm going to win. You can't win. Your three-minute rule, even though Frank Kelly said you can do that, if you're not flexible on it and reasonable, which is those are the words that Frank Kelly used, you cannot cut me off when I'm doing what I'm doing. Now, if I was just going on a rant that might be a little bit different, the people around me would have cut me off. You don't need to turn off the mic and close the meeting. But that's what he did because he didn't like what I had to say. And he saw me talking with you briefly before the meeting. This woman is just like her. And my attorney says that I shouldn't let them speak or whatever he had that instruction. He said, time is up. And I said. Remember what I said, but I probably said, no, it isn't. I'm going to keep speaking. And I could see them leaning slightly to look around me and their eyes changed from focusing on my face to the back of the room where I knew there was at least two deputies. Turns out there were three by that time. And they were looking back to them like she won't respect our time limit. Do something. And I so I saw that and I said to them very calmly, I said, and if you ask them and I hooked my thumb back, if you ask them to remove me, I'm going to tell them the same thing. They don't have a right to do so because of these things. And I'm going to hold them to their oath to protect my first article. Right. And that's when he gaveled the meeting adjourned without going to a vote with the rest of the board. And again, that's on, I think it's on page twenty one. of the handbook yes voting adjourning the meeting a presiding officer cannot arbitrarily adjourn a meeting without first calling for a vote of the members present you won't see that written in the open meetings act but you will see that her citation is to a case from so that's that's one that I'm trying to chase down actually wrote to the attorney general's office a question about um Exactly. I want to know the specifics about why she put that in there. Um, But when we get our hands on that case, that will be another one to use as a, as a offensive maneuver in court, because they're not allowed to cut. Not only did he cut me off, which is a violation of my first article rights, the constitution, Michigan constitution, even though it wasn't passed properly, I think they all use the same language. Article one, section one, all political powers inherent in the people. And I told them that, too, by the way. That's where I started. And I doubled down on it and said the same thing. Yes. So the first opportunity to be educated at that meeting. Yes. So they they violated that. They violated Article I, Section I. They violated my first article. They limited the time I had to speak. And I wasn't breaching the peace. And that's why the deputies didn't probably move off the back wall. And I didn't know because I didn't turn around. But they also, by cutting, I think he said public comment is closed, too. can't do that that's a violation as well of our first amendment rights because no one got to speak correct and so again in the in the oma and in the handbook, and Attorney General Kelly, you cannot limit the amount of time the public as a whole is allowed to speak. So the example there is you can't say, well, we're going to give them a half an hour. Well, in this case, he gave them nothing so no one else could speak. And the people there are so, right now, they're not super educated anymore. And they don't know quite what to say. And they need a little bit of encouragement to do it because nobody's exactly jumping up out of their seats to speak. But the more angry they get, the more likely they will be jumping up, even if they don't know what they're going to say, even if they don't know the laws to quote like Donna and I have done. And there was a young woman there, by the way, who I told Donna about this afterward because I wanted you to know. They said, she's studying the Open Meetings Act. And I said, this is very good. Everybody's kind of catching on. It's like last week after me, the whole room stood up except for seven people and surrounded me and said to the sheriffs, you will not take her. And it's like, because you're going to have to take all of us. And did you notice this time when he gaveled out, that whole entire room was way past being afraid. They did exactly the opposite of what I'm sure they were trying to do because everybody saw the injustice done. Both of those meetings, I mean, everybody saw the injustice that that board was doing. No one had a voice. There was no representation. There was a lot of confusion because they knew it was wrong, but they didn't know how it was wrong. He unilaterally adjourned that meeting. He gave the rest of the board no opportunity to do anything about it, except, well, they could have and they should have. And I called them out on that. One of them specifically later, because I was showing him where I got the information that I was saying, you can't adjourn the meeting. This is where it is. Do you want to write this down? He wasn't interested. He says, so you think our attorney, these attorneys don't know the law? And I'm like, your bar registered attorney? They don't know the law. Absolutely they don't. And he's just like, they're so boonswaggled that they just figure, well, the liability rests on the other side. It's not safe with the public. And they're so scared that, I told him I said with regards to the closing of the meeting. He wasn't happy about it Two of them told me that they weren't happy about it And I said well then you need to have the guts to speak up and and stop it And he said it's not about and I'm like, yeah it is they are I Want to put it this way because I'm I you know, um some of these records that It's made clear that they don't want the public to attack people personally. And so I don't want to attack them personally. But in their public capacity, the behavior and the actions that I saw, they were gutless cowards. So personally, I don't know your character, but when you're sitting there in front of the board, everything I saw, this one woman, she would not listen to me. She does not want to be instructed. I'm not interested, she says, and I'm like, well, okay. Hey, Karen, it's like looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, waddles like a duck. It's a freaking duck, okay? I'm just trying to be nice. I know you're not. I'm sorry, but we can call their behavior up. You run off the stand like that, you're a freaking coward, and you gavel out without... you gavel out and take everybody's rights. How can you even, even consider this as anything legitimate and not say, you know, and I'm sorry, but, but we have to call these people out for what they do and be like, Oh, I don't want to hurt their feelings, hurt their feelings. No, it's not about that. Our property. I think that, I think the reason I do it that way and speak it that way is because I want people to recognize that, The reason they put these rules into place and these opinions that Kelly wrote, it's to keep order in a meeting. You want to have some decorum in a meeting. I have no problem with that. And in fact, my township says no. The time limit is two minutes, please. They actually put please on there. If I spoke over two minutes, they're not going to jump on me for it. They won't. And I instructed them afterwards. And actually in my township, at least one of them wrote down New York Times versus Sullivan. He asked me to repeat myself so that he could. And I said, so this is the thing. If they're like, are you angry? And I'm like, no, I'm not. I am going to educate you before we have a problem. Because if I do have a problem, I'm not here to create a disorder here. I'm here to instruct you. And if I try to do that and you try to cut me off, that's where I'm going to go. And this is why. And they all sat there and they accepted the information that I was trying to give your township after the meeting. I didn't take the time during the meeting to put it on the record. It didn't need to be there. Well, I don't need to waste anybody else's time. But hold on a minute. It did need to be on the record. And this really was the crux of them moving that meeting around is to get it off the record and have. private little conversations so that nobody could be held accountable. This is a big problem. If they keep making these little backroom deals and, and, uh, conversations off to the side and changing things out so that people don't know what they're, they're operating in a, in a way that's hiding what they're doing. I have a big problem with this. Yeah. I forgot about this. When, when I asked him about the agenda, I said, When did you decide to change that? Oh, we just did it last week. We did it last week. And I said, so you made a decision as a board outside the public meeting to make a decision about the public meeting. Exactly. What they should have done and it would have been totally acceptable. is they should have brought the new agenda format to the meeting and they can publish this beforehand. Like they had it laid out on a stand. When you come in, there's an agenda there. They could have just put draft agenda on it. And then when they come to the meeting, they open up the meeting and they say, we would like to pass the agenda for today. And then allowed for a public comment because it does affect the public. And nobody there would have approved these Yahoo's changing things around to basically screw with us because that's exactly what they're doing. If they wanted to change it to something else that doesn't affect the public very much, the public would have been, yeah, you can change the format on that. And then they can approve the agenda during the meeting. All decisions are made in the open meeting format. But he was so arrogant about it. No, he had no idea or care that he was violating the rights of the people in this. He didn't care. Well, it's not that he didn't even know he was doing it. He had no concern and total contempt for the people of Byron Township. Total contempt for us. We're just in their way. We're useless feeders. And it's like, when you look at the profiting and the conflict of interest in Byron Township of all the decision makers, that's why everybody feels disenfranchised because nobody has a voice here. They just do what they want. And then like for me, they harassed me because they want my land. That's what they want. I ended up having a tax bill that was hidden We ended up, and I never found out about it until, honestly, until I got a piece of junk mail that came in the mail from Kalamazoo about something on foreclosure. I'm like, what are you talking about? And our CFO went down there and said, hey, you better get down there and see what's going on because this doesn't make sense to me. He went down there four times. He either went down or called four times. Couldn't find it until two days before that they were going to disclose on it. And I start seeing people coming up and measuring the house and measuring everything else like that. I'm like, what the hell is going on here, right? And then they accused us of running a business. I'm like, we're not running a business there. It's my farm, right? And it was like they accused without proof. They did it two times. And then they sent somebody that delivered a mail to us from Peggy Sattler telling us we had to buy a business license with no proof, went past the no trespassing signs once again, and gave an open communication, an open letter, it wasn't sealed, to one of the guys that helps out at the barn. Somebody else didn't even go directly to me. I want to... I do want to give a little credit, and this is one thing that I think is important, and I mentioned it in my little comment that was just over three minutes long. I said, it is our duty to also praise you. That comes from me. That doesn't come from any opinion or law or court case. I think it's important to also praise them when they do something right so that they're not getting just negative feedback. but I will give them, I want to do what's deserved, but when they're breaking the law, there is no way I'm going to give them one bit of, of leeway on that because it's not one law. So, I mean, you and I have a different style and I'm not saying your style is wrong, but for me, I'm not going to do it. Not until they correct all of the, all of the male administration malfeasance that's going on here and, and conflict of interest. They get no leeway for me. until they get this thing figured out. But that's not what I'm saying. They didn't give us an opportunity to praise them until after the meeting. And then you acknowledged this with them too. What did you do at the end before we left? Thank you for sticking around. Because some of them stayed and listened to the feedback of the people, positive or negative. They sat in their seats for a while. Then some of them got up and were walking around and talking to people about their concerns. They didn't run off like the coward that the chairperson was behaving as. And the clerk. Yeah, I didn't see who all because my eyes were on him. And he run so fast. And then I was turning around because I wasn't sure what to do. It adjourned so quickly and nobody else did either. We're like the rest of the board just kind of sat there stunned. And what we should have immediately done, but we were kind of not sure how to go about it was empower them to, um, unadjourned the meeting in a sense because he what he did was unlawful they should have said no we're not adjourned he can't do that we're not adjourned that's what they should have done but the people were so confused by the time I turned around they were um they look like yep it's done you don't have to stand up there talking yeah everybody was mad yeah And furious at what happened there. And so, you know, it's like it's like, but honestly, if they don't know their jobs and they can't keep saying, I'm just a citizen. It's like if you don't know your job, don't take on that job. That's sort of like somebody saying, hey, I'm a chicken farmer. But you know what? I really want to be a surgeon. So I'm going to walk into the operating room and be a surgeon. this is exactly what these people in office are doing. And that's why they get led around by the nose, by these associations, people and such, because they are unqualified because in our political climate that we have right now, it's like a high school. It's like high school. It's based on, Oh, I like this person. They're a nice person. I went, my kids went to school with their kid. Come on, Agnes, come on, Millie, let's vote for them or whatever. You know what I mean? yeah in a township like qualified yeah in a township like mine is rural and and um people step up when they're kind of pushed into it and so like this man that was saying the mta has been so helpful to me because I got into this job and I was like I don't know how to do this job but who's going to tell them how to do it because there is no written guide and that's the fault of the people we should have said Let's create a guide to tell these people where their authority is and what duties they have. What is a task list that they have to do? What do we expect for them in this seat? We've never done that. And so they get it from the attorneys. Well, it's their job to figure this out. And no, fundamental law is, is that you take your direction from the people. Boom, right there, you've got it all covered. And so they can't even get that part nailed down. And so the reality is, is if I, Donna Brandenburg, were going to step into a position, just as my ability to assess things and make a plan. I would literally have the names of people around me and say, I've got you on like phone a friend speed dial if I don't know what's going on at that moment in time. And I would quickly have somebody on the line and say, I think we got a problem here. I need some counsel. And it's not going to be an attorney because these guys are not licensed. They're literally a little private membership association mafia going on here. And so I think that when you look at this, and I know that everybody wants to cut them some slack, but ignorance of the law doesn't absolve you from following it. If somebody steps up and wants to, like I said, they're a chicken farmer. Let's just say I'm a chicken farmer. Let's say it's me, Donna Brandenburg, a chicken farmer and a shit shoveler. And I step up and I say, I want to be a surgeon. So I walk into an operating room and grab a scalpel. This is what these people are doing. And and it is we're going to have to assess and pick people out that are qualified for these jobs. And if they're not qualified for the job, we can't hire them for the job anymore. We can't have boards. We wouldn't have a board. Well, I think we would if the climate was changed so that there was actually a lawful process. And this is the other thing they do. They do these hit jobs and they do like coercion threat and they do what happened to me here for stepping out and having the trespassing done and the threats. I've been threatened. I've had trespassing and been threatened. Okay. And most people aren't going to do what I do, which is like, game on. You just got the fight you're looking for. But there's almost I can't even name maybe three people that would go to that that direction that I'm willing to go in. Right. I'll run right into the fire and say, no, we're done with this and we're done with this right now. But but, you know, some of that comes from having the knowledge and the education on how to handle this. when, when a person gets into this arena, you, you know, it was really helpful for me walking in there. I own a construction company. I would never have bid this work. We don't do this kind of work. Okay. We do, we do other types of work, but we would never bid this kind of, um, this kind of work. We don't do it. Okay. And we wouldn't do it in this area anyhow. Um, and I wouldn't, I wouldn't want work where there was any, um, even any, uh, optics of conflict of interest. I would never do that. Okay. But a lot of people would because I don't operate in that arena. But what was helpful is I could go there and I could point out all the environmental issues that the contractor violated. Called Eagle yesterday. I finally got through to them. They wouldn't answer the phone. They didn't return the calls. I finally got through to this woman who goes, well, you know, I was on vacation for a week. How can you report an emergency when these yahoos aren't even in the seats? And so I went through with Tom Hooker and I showed him the violations. We walked the entire right away. And I said, somebody needs to know the violations that are going on here. We pulled the permits, pulled the construction prints, looked at this. But just the blatant violations were enough to close the job down. And I told Tom Hooker, I said, close this down. I gave him an immediate order. I said, close this down. You have the jurisdiction to close this down until these things get answered. Well, I'm just one person on the board. It's like they all go back to this. I got to just have my herd around me. Can't make a decision by myself. That's the entire government. And it's most of the population. We have the right. We have the ability to do it. And it does help when you go into these things to have a broad base of knowledge, because if you don't. You better get somebody who knows it around you or you're going to get taken and they're going to set you up. And it's pretty evident. There were some texts going out and I hope they're listening about killing Bambi this week. And it was several people who are involved in, let's just say the Masons, who I believe were trying to set someone up. One of them who has already set me up in the past. and, uh, about killing Bambi and a lot of, uh, a lot of, uh, allusions to, to, uh, killing deer. And it wasn't about, I'm pretty sure it wasn't about deer because they were putting up, uh, pictures of, of, uh, deer and a deer crashing into a, a windshield and all this. So, and this was from somebody who set me up when I was running for, for, tried to set me up. And, uh, uh, with, uh, another gentleman who were, who were, um, pounding the pavement for Ryan Kelly. And so this whole, this whole thing is got in watch. Now they're all trying to run for office again. It's the same people running over and over again. You guys think this is going to change? I can't even help that kind of stupid. Really? Another thing that we haven't, you, you touched on was after the meeting that there was supposed to be another meeting at five forty five. And, uh, people were sticking around because they were concerned that they were going to start this meeting after everybody left. Let's stop a minute, Karen, because you got it out of sync here just because I have the paper and you may not know this. They set it up that the board meeting was supposed to start at five thirty. They finished that thing so early that he gaveled this thing out about five forty. So we were already in that next comment area. And he gaveled it out before the meeting was even supposed to begin. That's what happened. So it's like everything was out of sync. They didn't start the other meeting. He adjourned the first one. He didn't start the next one. And there was no public notice of cancellation. That's what I'm saying. He rolled it into one meeting and he gaveled the meeting. I can't do that. Well, see, because you started with comment. You started with comment before that we even we even got into he was he was blurring the lines. So he gaveled the meeting out before five forty five because they moved up the schedule and started it during they started this whole thing during during the the public meeting. They just moved us to the end of it and they gave us this to tell us it's going to start five forty five. But he really started it the entire thing at five thirty and gaveled the meeting out at five forty before this. Yeah, that's what happened. Well, I didn't I didn't see it that way at all. I thought they were still on an initial agenda. I didn't know at the time that there was a five forty five meeting. You you when you give a public notice, which this is part of their problem, they didn't give a proper public notice for five forty five meeting. So that's the violation there. Let me show you what they did in the comments. So they literally rolled this into the five thirty meeting and where they moved us was within the meeting here. OK, I understand. Before the five forty five. See, because you probably don't know everything that's going on in this local area, but that's what they did. They rolled it into the meeting and he came out before the notice of the letter. Had told everybody five forty five. So, yeah, OK, now that now that makes a little bit more sense, but it still doesn't excuse them in any way, shape or form because you can't roll one meeting into another one. But there wasn't two meetings. That's what I'm telling you. This was just a notice. This was just a notice of when they were telling us that the township water ordinance does not require immediate connection to the sewer line, blah, blah, blah. They're trying to deflect this. So it wasn't a special meeting? No, it wasn't a special meeting. They said the township would like to invite you to an open house at the township offices, five, four, five to seven o'clock is what they're saying. But by the agenda, by the agenda that they, that they provided, they put it on public comment. So they, and this is what I'm saying. They couldn't get their story straight. They kept bringing this around to confuse people. That's OK. Now I now I have a better comprehension of what you were trying to say, why I was so confused. I thought they had a special meeting. No. OK. Now it makes now it makes more sense. And it also makes more sense why people were so confused during this meeting. What was supposed to happen? And here's the thing. When they asked the township trustees, their answer was they didn't know what was happening. There's another thing that you may not understand is they said first that they were going to do a meeting at four o'clock before the meeting. And then that changed about a day before. And then they said they were going to move it after the township board meeting. And they didn't either. And then when they got up and they put it on the agenda, they said, he said it flat out. We're going to move the sewer comments under here. So we never got to that. You got up and talked about not being able to be allowed to talk and took issue with the three minute limitation. And And somebody brought up about the three hundred million gallons because nobody was listening. And then all of a sudden they ran out. He gambled it out illegally and he ran out of the room. And it was before that notice even was scheduled to start. So they broke it up to confuse everybody. Yep. I can't even explain it without feeling confused because it's so disturbing. Right. So what I had heard was they had a four o'clock meeting, a special meeting, and that got moved. That's what I had heard. heard before the meeting and then after the meeting people said there was supposed to be a meeting at five forty five. All of this is covered in a sense under the Open Meetings Act transparency. is vital and they deliberately confused that. That deliberate intentional confusion is one of the big problems that you have there. It is incredible. They know what they're doing. And it feels like what it looks like to me as Rico, you've got all of these people that are making money off of the land. And, and this is another thing that I was told that the sewer project, get this, this is what I went up to the, the, the engineer that was there. Cause it was a different one than the one I talked to before. And I said, this is how bad you guys are with no integrity. When they ruined my well, they told me here, I'm going to pull Greg in here a minute. Hey, Greg, how you doing? When they, your sound is off. He's getting entertained. You're still muted there. Yeah. When they ruined our well. The guy that was in charge of engineering with Riesling Corhorn, he says to me, I think it's Riesling Corhorn. He says to me, well, just get a hose and go hook up to your neighbor and we'll get you tough. And I'm like, my neighbor's on well, this is not municipal water. And you just drained the water table. So right now, all my neighbors are in danger of having their wells go dry. And you want me to ask my neighbor for help? I'm like, that is not going to happen. They need that water. I'm not going to let you make your problem into somebody else's problem. I will protect my neighbors. And this is spineless, gutless, and plain and simple advice. simple lack of ethics, total lack of ethics going on here. And then they're like, well, you know, we can probably bring you a tank. I said, right now you are so negligent and incompetent in this. There's no permit pulled for dewatering. They can divert, but they can't be water and dewatering is exactly what they did. They didn't get a dewatering company out there. They didn't have the right to do it. So, He I'm like, no, no, no, no. You're not touching my land. In fact, none of you are to step one foot on here because at this point in time, I don't trust you. You have no ethics, no integrity. And you haven't been able to follow anything that's supposed to be done. I'm like, you will not put one foot on my land. I will be contracting all of this and taking care of it. And you will be paying the bill for what you ruined and what you stole. And that's three hundred million gallons of water, our private property rights. Plus. Plus every drop. We're past that now. And there's still dewatering. You know, I went out there the other day and TikTok killed the sound again, but I still got the video of it. I would like to say one more thing before I forget about the township meeting. So afterward, when I was talking to people and I found out about this young woman studying the Open Meetings Act, I took a moment to encourage her, to remind her of the case that I was talking about, to study that and why. And encourage her to, I say, you, you can be one of these people that stands up. You're going to be more educated than other people. You, you need to be able to do this one day. You know, you have a voice too, and you can see people start. You, you, You and I, we've been sparks for this. When you go to, we were doing it with the schools a lot during COVID. A lot of people started going to school board meetings. That's where I saw a lot of this happening. My friend and I, we went to different school board meetings And we started talking and we challenged them when they came to a meeting and they had a document that that they had already approved of. They just brought it forward and they published it. And we were like, excuse me, you can't do that. You made a decision without the Open Meetings Act. And there were kids listening, kids speaking up, kids disagreeing with wearing masks. Their parents are encouraged because of the kids. When you start something, you show people that you can speak up and then other people will speak up even if they don't know exactly what to say. And that's important too. So for everybody out there who says, well, I don't know what to do. I don't know this stuff like you guys, that doesn't matter. You start somewhere. You start reading your Constitution as a good place. You start reading the Bill of Rights. It's another one. You start reading the Open Meetings Act and become familiar with it. Because even if you don't know what to say, like I said, when I first found out about the agenda, I didn't have a piece of paper to look at to tell them what old law they were violating specifically. But I could say, that's wrong. and I disagree with what you did, and here's why. Why is the intention, at least the perception of the intention, if not the intention itself, I can disagree with that all day long, and you can't stop me. So the people need to just have the courage to stand up, and when one person, even if they're shaking and trembling, like Brian Cates said, even when my voice shakes, You get up there and you say something because the person next to you is going to be encouraged to do that also. And it gets easier over time. The more you practice the skill, like a lot of people have a lot of trouble speaking, doing public speaking. I hated it when I first ran. I was like, I'm going to die here. I hate speaking in front of people. And it was painful. And then when I started doing Brandenburg News Network, I mean, it was painful. And I'm like, I don't know how to do this. But I know I needed to get in here and give it my best shot. And I knew I was going to fail. And I knew people were going to criticize me. And I knew a lot of people were going to like me. and it was like you know what we need to step up even when we've got we know we're going to be attacked and that people aren't always going to be nice to us and such and keep fighting anyway that's what you do when something matters to you you keep going and you know there's a lot of people that will get on here and they'll criticize and they'll criticize a lot and they may not know exactly or have the perspective to know the entire issue but you know It's like it's OK. It's like I haven't taken the money and almost everybody else I know has. And it's like I stand on that, on the integrity, the fact that that, you know, this is my free speech. And YouTube just canceled the U.S. taxpayers party. The Constitution Party of Michigan just canceled it. They just canceled or they suspended our account this morning. It's suspended. And so is Brandenburg News Network Facebook account all been suspended today. So guess what? What's that? We're speaking truth. We're speaking truth. And they're going to try to cancel you. So as I say that, you know, you know how you help in this battle. You go ahead and you find something that resonates as truth and you pass it along because we are the news. You're going to have to, if you want this country back, everyone needs to be posting stuff where they're posting truth. And I always look at who's being attacked. Now, with that said, we've got a parasite class going on here. So they will show up and try to pretend that they're what they are. We've got pretend Christians. We've got pretend Muslims. We've got pretend Jews. We've got pretend Chinese. We've got pretend name a country or a race or a gender. Doesn't matter. Grassroots. We're grassroots. The grassroots are pretenders at this point. We'll give you a voice. Yeah. We must eliminate and stop speaking of any of those classes. Right. We are all God's people. And I don't care. They want to classify us because they want to divide us. Right. Divide us is by putting us into a class and against another class. All this class is, you know, in tyranny. Well, right now, all of we, the people are in tyranny and we have to recognize that. And we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. And the minute we understand. We don't report or honor any man. We honor God and including Trump. I mean, yes, do I like him as a man? Yes, but he is a man, he's not God. And he's not the savior. Even if we removed all of this criminality, what's going to replace it? It's gotta be just honest people who have taken the time to find out how to do this the right way. and return the nation back to we the people. And I'm going to tell you right now, anybody that's sitting in a seat right now needs to be disqualified just because the entirety of our government is absolutely one criminal, racketeering, money laundering organization. The judicial system is a bank. We don't have a justice system. We have a banking system. We do, but what we have to do as we the people is understand how it was built, why it was built. And rather than just throw darts and complain about it, we need to understand it, speak about it on shows like yours so that we can then use that jurisdiction. I mean, I had a crazy week in court in an Indiana Superior Court where I had a judge Well, she's not a judge, but she's elected as a judge in the Superior Court. But she is using two different laws that they have merged together in every state court in America, including Michigan. They have merged statutory and constitutional republic law together. Yes. They want that jurisdiction. And this woman, who is a judge... It started the hearing by, first of all, I mean, getting rid of all of our constitutional rights that we filed in our court as sui juris, standing on our living man rights, standing with the law that, you know, is the law of the land. whether she wants to admit it or not, because she had to be forced to get us into that dual jurisdiction, her courtroom, and her courtroom only allows pro se. So she told us that sui juris is identical to pro se. It's not. It's not. And the beauty is she did it You know, she did it technically on the record, although it's funny because in this court case, it was on Monday. She's not put that into the record yet. She does. We will file a writ all the way to we'll probably skip the state Supreme Court. We'll probably go directly. to the federal district court, and we will file a writ which says this judge is in error. We only want to be adjudicated under the constitutional law. the constitutional republic. I don't want to be adjudicated under the constitutional slash statutory law, which brings in legislative law into constitutional law. And understanding that is so critical for all of us. And this case could be seminal to the country to understand We need a separation of those. And right now, I mean, and that's why I love starting. We ended with the maxims last time, and I think we should start with the maxims under the land and real estate section. So, you know, in your case, what you really need to stand on. The problem is they want you to stand on both jurisdictions. They want you to stand on the, universal commercial code jurisdiction, as well as your quote-unquote constitutional rights. I don't ever want to mention a constitutional right coming from the federal constitution. All of my constitutional rights are guaranteed in the federal constitution to come from my state as a republic form of government. And I want to stand on my Article I in the state of Indiana, as well as all other fifty states, and stand on those constitutional rights and ignore the statutory programs that they put us under. So the statutory programs that they put us under by making us what many have called dual citizens, We are a citizen of our state as well as we are a citizen of the United States Constitution, which makes us a dual citizen by that Fourteenth Amendment. And what that does is allow the courts to bring in all of their statutory rules and regulations and apply them to me as a living man or woman. And when they do that, they are literally creating They are wiping out my constitutional rights in that statutory code. They're wiping them out completely. And they're giving me a few privileges. And they call them civil and political privileges or rights, which are privileges. So they've eliminated my constitutional rights, which can never be abridged by me accepting their jurisdiction as pro sex. And she called us, literally, she called us in her filing a sovereign citizen. And we never, ever, ever, ever used that term in her courtroom. And she is, not only has she called it to us, but the officer called it to Rob Smijunas, who is the defendant in the case. Hang on a second, I'll be right back. I got to knock at the door here. We'll see if someone's trying to pass in here. So I think it's important for us to talk about these issues, to understand these issues. And then once we understand, we can stand on our constitutional rights, especially in these fake meetings. These are all corporations. They're all, you know, the townships are corporations under these home rule acts that, you know, the federal government and all the states incorporated. And it allows them to run their business for profit in their statutory code. And it allows these councilmen and these mayors and these sheriffs to make profit off of We the People by joining those jurisdictions of their constitutional republic with their statutory code. It brings it together. And right now in America, you cannot get a single state court in America, not one, to give you a fair trial trial by jury using the fundamental common law in a court of record you can't get one in america right now except if you push it all the way up to the supreme court now or the federal district courts because they're the only ones that are willing to adjudicate solely on the United States and the state constitutions. And that's what we have to do. And that will be our next step because the judge dismissed our motion to dismiss based upon jurisdiction, because she said, we are pro se, we've never used pro se. And all we've done is shown her the case law that says we are not pro se. And we only want to use the constitutional Republic jurisdiction, which can never be abridged, and they can make no law to go against my constitutional rights. But the problem is, in her courtroom, she's never adjudicated a case based upon the Constitutional Republic. I have a question. Sure. So you've used my constitutional rights as a phrase a few times. I've always... um heard that the we don't have rights under the constitution we have rights outside of the constitution constitution governs the the corporation in a sense it governs the government it does not govern the people therefore we do not have constitutional rights of the people Well, in the constitutional Republic, we have constitutional rights and you are a hundred percent correct. They have been excluded. They've been pulled out of the constitution, but the minute you go into a state court in America and they adjudicate, they don't tell you this, but it's fact they adjudicate based upon the merger of constitutional rights. and their universal commercial code, which is the rules of civil and criminal procedure. That's where you will find that they merge those two together. So you, they literally wipe out your constitutional Republic rights, which had been excluded from the contract. And they put you back into the trust by making you pro se that puts you back into the trust that allows them to adjudicate a case based upon the their statutory acts and universal commercial code. And we don't want to be in that situation. The problem is that's been the way it's been for over a hundred years. And they all think that's the law of the land. It's not the law of the land. It's their law that they put to set and the Supreme court for made massive mistakes, which they corrected many of them. But if you go back again and read Judge Gorsuch's book that he wrote in two thousand and nineteen, he discusses he's got an entire chapter on the Chevron doctrine that is now thrown out. But that is partly how they merge these two jurisdictions together and brought them in as one. So that's how they can literally squash us like a bug. They can do it in their townships. They can do it in their courts. And the only way we're going to get remedy is understanding we have to stand on our constitutional rights that have been excluded, and we can't let them merge those two jurisdictions. And when they call us pro se, they are merging those two jurisdictions. That doesn't mean they have to do away with pro se. I don't want to begrudge anybody that's fighting pro se. But the problem with Pro Se is you've agreed now to their rules of civil and criminal procedure. See, my whole thing is I like to use their weapons and beat them with it. That's kind of where I'm at right now. I think that I'm not going to discount what anybody does or how anybody tries to fight because I think that if you had people fighting in different areas, we're much stronger. It's sort of like a hockey team. We're going to pass the pucks back and forth, and I don't care who sinks it in the net. But if we work together on this, we can actually get this turned around. But it's going to take a lot of people that are willing to step forward and file. I'm kind of liking the whole pro se thing because I'm catching them with technicalities within their own system, and they don't know what to do with it. They just don't. There's lots of contradictions. But here's the problem that we have when – you're fighting, or when they're the state is coming after you as an individual. The problem that we have is if you don't just stand on your constitutional rights, then they can bring in a code or a statute that they have made, or even a case law that might have been adjudicated a hundred years ago or fifty years ago. I mean, and that case law was decided unfortunately especially in the last hundred years on both jurisdictions they have brought in statutes and codes and the minute this district attorney started reading off from the rules of civil procedure and then he read the statutes and codes that were charged against my friend robs my junis the problem is the minute he did that they merged the two jurisdictions In order to have a felony case brought against us in America, now you're dealing with things that are not felonies. You're dealing with things that are money-based. Well, kind of, because Jonathan Brader instructed me to commit a felony, and that's my case against Jonathan Brader, is that he advised me to commit a felony. A felony based upon, because there's two felonies. There is the felonies that they've created and there is thousands and thousands and tens of thousands of them and then there's felonies that are constitutional republic that are transgressions against another living man or woman. This is what they do, Greg, is they try to get us to break the law like they break the law. When they tell us to do things because some of the people don't even know that they're breaking the law. Sure as heck, the average person hasn't spent any time studying this so they don't know that they're right but they'll they'll do this in order to catch people and then I I know of situations where somebody like a younger person has worked for somebody who's a senator or congressman and they'll say hey go shred these papers so you got your eighteen-year-old over there who's an intern going to shredding papers then they gave him something let's go shred these papers and they'll like what is this? Let's start asking questions. And they said, don't worry about just shred the papers. And then they start asking questions. They're like, I can't shred these papers because they realize that there's something wrong. And they're like, you already did. You've already broken the law. And now they own you. There's another chapter in Judge Gorsuch's book, an entire chapter devoted to the rules of civil and criminal procedure as it relates to production of documents and and and literally when you take yourself out of the maxims of law the real law of the land and you put yourself into their rules they can change those rules on the fly to benefit them and that's why they win ninety five percent of all their cases because it's pretty easy when you literally don't have to reveal many of the facts they're they're allowed to go into a courtroom they don't sign by oath or affirmation in a courtroom anything that they file it's all under a prayer they pray for their relief we filed in in that case in indiana robs my junis is the only one that filed affidavits under the penalty of perjury and swore to the facts of the case against him. They filed one affidavit from a clerk in the district attorney's office who never met Rob Smyjunas, who never had any involvement with the case. This is the same thing they did in the Jay Sixers case. They have a clerk sign an affidavit, which is a fake affidavit because it's no firsthand knowledge of any of the facts. All she did was accumulate the facts from the officer who filed the police report in the case, but he never signed it and never swore to it because he's allowed to lie in it. And that's why they do it that way. Yeah. Hey, I've been looking up this construction manager that violated my my private property rights and trespassed on my land. His name is Brian Vandercock and he works for Montgomery Excavating. I've been over here kind of trying to do a reverse search on him so that I had he actually he actually texted me. And he gave me his first name, but not his last name. So it's Brian VanderKalk. And he's the one that was walking up my... So now I got to find out of who his wife is. And we'll get this thing tracked down. You got somebody who is a boss level, a little bit autistic here that will chase a rabbit down like a hound dog until I get it figured out. How's that? But see, and once again, they put the land... which the maxims say, I mean, in a lodeal form, you are supposed to own everything below and above. And they believe that they have the right to grant to him as a contractor, the right to come on your land because it's in your, their Fourteenth Amendment adjudication and they now have that right to come on your property anytime they choose. That's what they believe because they wrote the law and they are legislative acts that gave them that right. It's a privilege really. And then they granted that privilege to a contractor. So it says Eagle underground construction. I don't get that because he said he was from Montgomery. So I'm wondering what happened here with Eagle underground construction. The heck this is, this is getting, this is getting a second. What? If you want to scare him, I would file notices and affidavits. And by the way, we can go to We the People notices. We did a notice recently for Michigan, for the state, to every sheriff in the state to sit grand juries. And everyone in your audience should sign that reading. Give me a link and I'll put that up there too because I think that's a good thing. We need to be doing this stuff in a lawful manner, right? We do. It is wethepeoplenotices.org and go to activenotices.org. Put it, put it in the, put the exact one that you're talking about in the, in the chat and I'll throw it in my telegram channel and I'll get it over to X later. Cause it's, it's, it's too hard for me to remember this stuff when I'm running like, I don't know. I got it. I'm trying to pay attention and talk and, You know, I've got a pretty good bandwidth here, but, and what I'm going to put is I'm going to put the link to all the notices, because if you just, if I put the other link, the actual notice, it's the very first notice in our active notices. Okay. I'm going to find it here. I'll go, I'll go in. And, uh, cause I really do think that we need to, I like to give people exact links because if I don't do that, everybody, if you have to do more than three clicks, usually people that link on top of it. The only problem is it's a jot form link, which takes you to notice. Okay. There it is. The people of Michigan. Let me get this one up. And, uh, here we go. Oh, this is great. It's unbelievable. You got the phone numbers too? This is great. And not only that, it walks you through, I mean, exactly the law of the land. And we don't use anything except for the law of the land. We don't use any statutes or codes or any of the other stuff. The law of the land, the fundamental common law, and the maxims of law. Okay, so there's the job form for the Michigan sheriffs right there. So that's good. And then I'm going to post some more about what's going on here with the stuff in Byron Township. And honestly, I think that if we can beat them with their own laws, and if we can get them on something like emergency injunctions and this, that, and the other thing, We can stop this land grab. You know, I can tell you exactly what they're doing. They're draining the wetlands and all the lands all over the state of Michigan. And what they're doing is they're buying it for cents on a dollar, pennies on a dollar. And then over time, they drain it. So Byron Township had four thousand five hundred acres of wetlands. They've got it now whittled down to six hundred and eighty. And this little shot that they did here on the night drain. and where they flushed it down they didn't have the right to do it they could divert it but they couldn't dewater it and so they never had a permit for that so flushing over three million gallons and destroying three ponds completely destroyed and one of the guys said I don't want to be public about it because he's afraid of retribution he said too he said um he said this was like the pride of my my property is this nice pond we had by our house it is bone dry And there's three other ones that are absolutely dry. These people who work together on it, that's why I said it looks like Rico from the outside. Sean Taylor, when I told him this situation, who is probably, he's an investigator I've worked with, and he had this office raided down in Tennessee. He's like, this is absolutely Rico. I'm like, okay. And again, remember, the minute you bring in Rico, you're bringing in their system. You're much better off, I think, Writing a notice and then an affidavit and charging them. An affidavit is a court of record. And the definition of court of record is actually in the notice you just pulled up. A court of record. It is your court of record and it only deals with your constitutional rights. None of these privileges. So when you start bringing in RICO and some of the other things, I get it. But they're going to win ninety five percent of those cases because they can change the law any time on the fly. Even in a courtroom, they can change the law. That judge can literally change the law in the courtroom and control the courtroom. But once you stand on your constitutional rights, she can't do it or he can't do it. So here are all the sheriffs in the state and I'm the only one that's done anything right has been Dar Leaf. And so here we go. She's done anything right. We need her to sit a grand jury for us. The sheriffs have the ability. And I'm not sure that that hasn't already happened. If you really want to know the truth. So at any rate, you can go and do the job form here. And it's in my it's on my my telegram page. And, you know, we're all learning. So, I mean, you've got to realize every one of us that has done a lot of studying, and we've done studying in our own areas, and every one of us is convinced that this is the only way to go. It's like, you know, and I get it. I mean, we all have our biases on things. And honestly... it's an important thing to consider all things. And you know what? I think I listened to somebody this week that was in common law and I was totally fire, fire hosed, um, with information. And I, and I know it pretty well, but this, this person has been fighting it for decades. Okay. And I got to the point where I'm like, I got to go take a nap here. You know, I've got, like I said, a pretty good bandwidth for taking in information, but it was a, uh, um, a, uh, recount of what was done in court and such. And so when we're helping people to get understand, remember, don't bite off too much and teach me. And I'm not saying that to you. I'm saying it to me, all of us, because it takes a while to learn this, but you gotta just jump in and take baby steps and say, I want to learn this and, um, and go in and try, try to, uh, Try to process what is being said. And another thing, it's like I always try to tell everybody, it's like if somebody doesn't know something and they're really trying to learn. And I've seen people do this in groups. OK, not your group, but there's another group out there that I've seen them do that. People will come in and try to make those new people feel stupid. And I, and I have literally seen it happen. That's not okay. It's like, it's not okay. It's like, nobody is stupid here. None of us knew this. And there was a point in time where none of us knew any of this, but we got in and we got to the point where everybody isn't going, this is messed up. I was the stupidest guy on the planet because up until, you know, five or six years ago. I had no idea of this whole other law that exists. I had no idea there were fifty one constitutions. I had no idea that we were being adjudicated in these courtrooms of law that really isn't the law of the land. And I didn't understand any of this. And so I have spent the last six, seven years. First of all, the first time I heard it in total disbelief and And then until you can prove all things and you show in writing in the law, I mean, these maxims of law cannot be argued in a courtroom. They cannot be argued. They have, they've been around for thousands of years and no judge can argue them unless, unless they don't use them. And there's no court, no state court in America that's using the maxims anymore. Because they are law and they go by their own rules. You guys want to see something really cool? Sucks to be them. I love this kind of stuff. I love spooking around, finding out things when people do the wrong thing, hold them accountable. I love doing this. Fantastic. We got some more, more stuff out there on our trespasser and I'm going to continue to post this stuff. This is our noodling moment because like Donna was saying, I feel like I've been fire hosed a little bit this morning, not fire hose. That's the wrong term, but I, my brain is starting to hurt. This is the moment when I can turn to my brain and go, it's okay. Let's be entertained for a moment. So this is the guy that walked past the no trespassing signs. Let's go around and look at, there's the, that's somebody's probably wife or somebody attached to him. There's a no trespassing signs walked right past it. Montgomery excavating was a truck with it, with the, uh, the, uh, uh, license plate dd nine five nine seven six uh phone number I got the phone number on him too and there's this guy walking back to the truck this ain't gonna end well I it's like keep keep it up guys you need to charge him and you need to go to the maxims of law number seventy in your in your maxim book page sixty eight and those first You know, four of the first five maxims, which deal with water, they cannot refute. Water runs and ought to run as it has used to run. They can never change it. And they are changing your water. You've got proof of that now. That maxim alone, they have violated. Let's pull up maxims of the law. I've got it right here. Hang on a minute. Because I had it up there before. These people are so, they're so ignorant. Because they don't want to follow this. You know why? It's too restrictive. They're operating for profit. Well, yeah. Including the councilman, including the mayor, including the sheriff. Everything is about profit, which, by the way, violates law. All right. Oh, this is fantastic. We've got even more pictures here. And this is fantastic. Live from the kitchen table. Live from Don Brandenburg. This is fantastic. Sucks to be them. I mean, they walked right past the sign that said, unless they shoot it out with a gun or something stupid like that, which I wouldn't put it past any of them at this point in time. Hey, check this out. This is great. I'm sorry, guys. I love this. Just guess what? You're going to do something wrong. I'm going to catch you. And I will literally, there you go. Walked right past the sign. There's taking pictures of her sign. Why don't I just show you what's on it? There's my billboard that I made. Now you've got evidence. You've got evidence that he's caught. Yeah, and he's stalking us too. And he walked right past the no trespassing sign. You want to know what they're trying to get? This is funny because, and I'm going to debut this here today. And I told everybody I was going to do it. And guess what? Your worst nightmare and dreams just came true. Fantastic. I love you people for breaking the law right now because I am going to absolutely create a situation that you are going to wish never happened. They have to take a picture to record what you've done in case it disappears, your giant billboard that you've been having. Like I've been trying to hide this, right? It was riding around in it this week and there's a QR code on it. And guess where the QR code brings you right here. And guess what? The reports are going to be beast and boss level here. Let me reload this because I know I changed it a little bit. Let's see. I did some changing. I don't know if I posted it. So anyhow, let's go to this little page right here. So I started writing this and writing on this. So I'm going to be adding to this. This shows the wetlands map. There's a historic area plus what they took it down to. And I'm going to continue to write in this. I used to have a blog, another blog I've written under many different names. And there's a statement where we go one, we go all go ahead and call me a cue target wherever you want. And, uh, This is going to, I've got a couple of articles. So I'm going to be writing articles on this so that people can see how this goes back to, honestly, the funding. Who is funding this? Who is holding the debt? And something I was told straight out from one of our township supervisors, who I walked the right away with, figure that out, right? And yeah, this is going to be great. So at any rate, he did it in collusion with, with Brian Vandercock who owns the truck, um, that I believe is on there. So there was like, this is, this has gotten bigger by the moment. Um, what we're going to find out. And what I was told is that they get this. Now here's something else to consider. I'm like, where are you getting the funding? They said, well, we're charging the current, the current clients. And there, it was, it was going into a fund to develop future buildup. I said, so now you're charging somebody who's already a client of the water system in the area and the Byron gains utility system, you're charging them. for future development to add people to the system, which they will never get a benefit to. Does anybody else see the problem with this? You're storing money by hooking them up to your system and charging them for a build-out, which has no benefit to you, but goes to the people that are going to come after you. They have done this Donna in most of the country, most of the country. And it's unfortunately by acquiescence, we, the people have allowed it to happen partially because of all the jobs and the other benefits. And we ignore the fact of what they're doing and why they're doing it. And once they lock you in to their water supply and you don't have the your primary natural source of water below the ground. But the problem is the maxims are real clear. The owner of a piece of land owns everything above and below it to an indefinite extent. Well, it does, but we have to stand on this and not go into their jurisdiction. And if we stand on these maxims, because we are a republic, we are not a democracy. And if you stand on that and you stand on water runs and not to run as it used to run, they changed that. Well, I got a friend who's an engineer who worked on irrigation systems. And he said that as soon as he walked on there to look at the property, he said they have changed the natural flow of the water right here. He said, I can see it right now how they rerouted. David, who are you? Sign in at my page. You need to have him sign an affidavit and then take this and put it in a notice, send it to everyone in your county and put them on notice that they are violating your constitutional right to all the water below your property. And once you do that, if they don't open an investigation, they're going to dismiss it. Then you send them a second notice. You give them a week to reply. One week. One week. One week. That's all they give us. When they had that meeting and literally you said. I had like less than like a day. So you're giving them a week. You're being very nice to them. Then you give them a second notice. And by the way, those two notices, they will be unrebutted. And then they become your evidence because that's all evidence can never be rebutted in the future. The attorneys scrap it because they don't believe we operate by the maxims of law because they don't. In fact, they can't. They take a note to uphold the statutory case law. So they can't operate by these. Well, everybody, here you go. Go to the brandenburgfiles.com. So it's the brandenburgfiles.com. And I'm going to be posting all sorts of videos and also articles on this to help everybody connect the dots because really it's so interesting. This whole group of people works and not just Byron Township. I'm not just talking about them. It is how they've taken this nation over. The connections are back to the U.N., They have, it's a globalist crime syndicated. What is what it is? And they have like bubbles. If you had a bubble chart, you've got a group of people here. That's like a cell. You got another one here. You got another one here and they're all kind of connected. And so we're going to, we're going to put all of this up there. Have you ever seen the ones where Nestle and, and some of these other ones have been connected. We pull that up a minute and the corporate connection. And then I'm going to have to go here because I'm going to get down there and have to file some paperwork for our ex parte, which is cool. It's going to be great. Never bring a nail clipper to a real fight. okay so things like this okay I'm going to show you this this is what I'm talking about here all of these companies you can see like the connections like vanguard and such these are are all of all of these companies have a and or flow charts but but you can make a bubble chart and see the connections that they have so let's just take a look at this one I'll see if I can blow it up here a little bit okay Here we go. We've got Black Rock Vanguard, State Street here, and they all own different parts of each other. These three companies, and you can throw Arabella in there too, own everything. You can put the Federal Reserve in there too. What's that? You can put the Federal Reserve Bank in there too. Right. Look at all of these different organizations. They'll capture different parts of of the market so that they own all of it. And these companies are all related under sub corporations. And this is how they're doing it. But they will trade. So BlackRock owns a bunch of Vanguard stock. Vanguard and BlackRock own State Street. State Street owns BlackRock and Vanguard and it goes around and around. And they each own parts of these different companies in order for the corporate takeover of America. And quite honestly, I've seen so many local businesses that have sold out for the big money because these people have unlimited money. And so when you see the small businesses go away and they sell out to these guys, They'll go into an area. This is what they did up by the Goshen plant, up when they were doing the battery plant up by Goshen. The people that were on the board were offered huge amount of monies for their property, and they inflated the property value in that area. Well, these guys have got unlimited money, unlimited money. So they just go in and they'll offer somebody who the property value might be worth, like, say, I don't know, an acre of junk land or less. And they'll say, you know what? We're going to go ahead and because we love you, we love you. We want to see you do well. They'll offer them like, you know, five or ten million dollars for that. Well, what happens to the surrounding area? They start basing the assessments on what this was sold for. And now everybody's this what's happening. The second fact that that affects you as a landowner now. And now they can get more of your tax dollars and basically force you into the tyranny. And it has nothing to do with real value. And they've done this in every state. And we have to stop it. And the only way to stop it is education and educate ourselves on exactly what you're talking about. Because it's criminal. And these are our servants. They're supposed to be. but they are a DMV corporation for profit. And they all get paid because they're all individuals as well. And they own land and they know what's going on. They know where to put these battery plants and the property around it. And they know in advance. They're putting a great big battery storage area in the middle of Ottawa County. And so this is so criminal what's going on in the United States to buy our land. It's just like buying the farmlands around all of our military installation. And what about the drones when they released the drones over in Russia and they blew up all those planes there? Do you remember that? Yep, I do. And all they had to do was own the land next to it, open up. What's that? Press a button. Press a button and all the drones come out and buy, buy everything that they want to take out. This is, this is so criminal. I think we have hard times ahead of us. I have a question. So, Let's say Donna wants to try two different things. Can she try two different approaches at the same time? Let's say this construction guy that trespassed, she could go with notices on the one hand. Could the other hand take a different approach at the same time? She can see which which one is more swift or efficient or produces better results that way. Amen. You can do you can absolutely do both. You're not restricted. We are we the people. And you've got a constitutional right. For instance, the judge in our case ordered, ordered Rob's my Judas to stop sending notices and affidavits to people outside the courtroom. She ordered him to stop. Isn't that a violation of my constitutional right of free speech? Yeah, so now the judge needs to be sued or noticed. Well, she's going to be punished in due time, but she ordered him to shut up because she thinks she's dealing with a statutory slash living man. She thinks they are one and the same, and she thinks she has total control over him, which is what our government thinks about all of us. They think they have total control over every single one of us. Total contempt of us. So this is a commercial right now for y'all better start growing your own food. They control the food system. When I was driving to a meeting when I spoke at not Hillsdale College Associated group of people last week on the seventh, and I was driving through the farmlands, the small farms are gone. They have gobbled up every two hundred acre farm that that is out there. And it's all corporate now. And they're building over aquifers. And then what I saw when I left highway sixty nine, the exit before the cold water exit, the Jonesville exit, that whole corridor is being lined with with solar panels. And I don't mean just a few of them. I was mile after mile and I've been through there a bunch of times because I go down there for Stephanie and Stephanie's legal stuff. There's so many solar panels and they're just popping those things in like you cannot believe. And you know what? The really sad thing is that they're so incompetent when they build them. they've got them on a two percent grade on most of the areas there's no drainage so they're creating a swimming pool over high voltage lines and I mean high voltage lines they are not typically keeping we've got uh four of different ones that I know of that they're not keeping the grass and anything natural uh cut down so now you got a fire hazard and guess what comes after that The local fire departments have been instructed, do not go in if there's ever a fire in that because it's hazardous and you're going to die. So all they can do is stop the traffic and let this thing burn to the ground. And then guess what the next step is going to be? Oh, no. Our field that we that we built and engineered poorly is burnt to the ground. We got to go back to the taxpayer and get more money for our money laundering going on and raise your taxes because now we don't have any energy, guys, because this is what we're doing. It's exactly what's happening. That's why the water bills around have doubled or tripled. They're trying to stab everybody into their little fifteen minute cities. They're not going to build them. They've already built them. Well, that's why they can't have you have a well, because if you have a well and you can build a well for, you know, fifteen thousand dollars and have all the water you need, then you can't that they can't control you. They need to force you. They got to permit us to put a well on our land. Correct. And you know what? And if you don't do it, then they won't ever let you build another building and, you know, do what on your own land. And they've done that literally by putting everything into commerce. Right. Your land and everything else is in commerce. I know what I'm going to do. I'm going to hit them again with the pro se stuff, but I'm going to start doing notices, too. It's not something I have experience in, so you guys are all going to be on speed dial to help me here. We love it. You can do both. Obviously, there's Hit them from every angle. That's right. But I'm going to need some help because you guys know it backwards and forward. And I know some of the mechanisms. I've never written a notice like that, but I have written the pro se cases. And so the next step for Donna Brandenburg is to jump in the pool here and learn how to swim with the notices because... I think that we should all be doing everything we can and not going to these ridiculous protests. The protest is sitting down and fighting them in an accountability way, in a lawful way, holding them accountable. That's the only way we're going to win. That's the only way we're going to win and doing it together as we the people fight. Leveraging off of each other's talents, bringing the body together, because literally we all have something to contribute. I don't care whether you you think you can't participate and learn. Every single person that's listening is part of God's body. And we invite everyone to our way that. We meet every day. I mean, we meet every day and walk through normal everyday problems for people so that they can learn how to get redress of grievance from their government. And in order for us to do this, we have to share our information. We have, you know, there's nothing proprietary. It's all public information. It's out there. It's not easy to find sometimes because they want to suppress it. That's what I was going to say. Where can somebody find the maxims of law? Are they going to be able to pick that up online? They do a quick search? Is it on their We the People website? It is on We the People. It is on resources under We the People. We the People notices. I'll find them. Is it under resources? Under resources. Yeah. The maxim of law is the third one down. You can download it. Yeah, got it right here. I really like your website and I like everybody that is on the We The People group. I really do. And I know everybody gets a little frustrated with me because, but you got to realize that I've been trying to give everybody a voice. And we've got different groups of people that have different interests. And sometimes you got to go out in the weeds to find lost sheep and then bring it back instead of trying to, you know, that's kind of my process. But I think I really do like give you guys a lot of credit. I'm going to tell you what I give everybody in this. The one thing I would just want to reiterate is that A lot of people have been down rabbit holes with sovereign citizens and all these classes that they want to throw us into. And I've been down those rabbit holes years ago. But trust me, everything we do is in the law. And it's the law of the land. Where's the water ones here? What are the water ones? A seventy J. Go to seventy. Seventy J? Okay. Yeah, you can start at seventy and even seventy A is powerful because that's your right to Elodio title. Okay. Seventy J, K, L, and N deal directly with water. Right there. Okay. And then what was the one that's Elodio title? That's seventy A. Seventy-A. Okay. So we're going to start here on Seventy-A. And here's the beauty. They can't argue with these. These are law. This is incorporated by reference directly into our Constitution. Right here. Bam. Where do you get that statement from specifically, Grace? In our Constitution, we operate, and it's in the state constitutions. So you go to the Virginia state constitution, which, by the way, the link is on the website again. You can go to all fifty state constitutions, get the link, and you read your Bill of Rights. And we are guaranteed a republic form of government that gives us fundamental common law rights. And fundamental common law is It has been around for thousands of years, long before our two hundred and fifty year history. So they incorporated Charles Weissman. And now the Supreme Court is using maxims in their cases. Now they are citing maxims like they have it in one hundred and fifty years. Well, I tell you, I'm watching the comments here and thank you for everyone. Mike Bambus came out. I love Mike Bambus, too. He does it as sovereign is a sovereign citizen. And he's got these guys tied up in knots. And, and it's, it's really fun to watch the fights come from different people from different directions. I'm going to tell you, but I wouldn't, you know, it's like Mike says he's got, he has, Oh, let's see. Let's see. Oh, Hey, chart with all the interconnected companies on your, on your page. I sure can. I'm trying to keep up with everyone's comments and all that good stuff. You're hanging on a minute. Let me. By the way, that's what, that's why you've been banned. from YouTube as well as, what else did you get banned from? Facebook and YouTube. I got banned from them because State Street, Vanguard, and BlackRock have control of seventy percent of the voting stock of all companies in America. And they don't want you putting this information out there about them, so they banned you. Of course they do. And it's like, who's holding the actual purse strings to how this is getting funded? These guys are. Great companies. By the way, and people should know this, it's not even their money. Most of the money that's in those funds, especially State Street and Vanguard, well, not foreign. Most of the money that's in those funds where they actually have the vote of your stock is individuals in America. They have taken your money through four or one case through mutual funds that you own and they they get to vote your stock. And they have total control of that vote. You turned it over to them. And that's why they become as powerful as they have. Yeah. And so, you know, we're going to have to get off of this worship of the material world because this is what it leads to. This is the beast system that that is the beast system. And it's the worship of money and power. And it's the collective. It's kind of like the same thing that happened at the Tower of Babel. Think about it. So true. You're looking at the Tower of Babel, but it's commerce. And you know what? I pray to God. I pray to God Almighty that the entire system, that he brings the entire system down on its knees and absolutely takes this entire corrupt satanic system down. And just so you know, in Michigan, I'm pretty sure what I was seeing down there and hearing right now is whoever thinks that Hillsdale College and the whole thing down there, Heritage Foundation, is the new savior of the conservatism, who funds this? And who is involved with China and such? You've got a Trojan horse. You've got a lot of Trojan horses out there. We think it's one thing and it's not. It's something entirely different. And we're going to have to come to terms with this. Judicial system is bank. The whole conservative movement that they put under that title, they're manipulating the whole thing. Who's funding this? Goes right back to Amway and the DeVosses. Who's buying the elections for the Republicans? Amway and the DeVosses. And people go, oh, you know, a third party can't win. It's never won. Well, guess what? God can do anything, and that way nobody can take credit for it. God takes credit for what he does. But we're going to have to get off of this bias and nonsense. Any Democrat and any Republican party means nothing. It means nothing. It's a cult. The constitutions of the United States. Yep, it's a cult. Totally cult. It's a cult. And the problem is they've both become so powerful. It's really the Uniparty. They're both won in Congress. And they're playing into this. And they're playing into that. Why? Because that's what's giving them. I believe they steal between two and three trillion dollars every year. Out of our seven trillion budget, I believe they steal through Congress two to three trillion of that every year. And they do it through NGOs and the administrative state. And we can identify it. But you know what? We haven't done an audit of the federal government in. Let's just poke them in the face here. See if I get booted off of something else because it just gives me something to do more. You're poking the bear, Donna. Yeah, I'm going to poke the bear. I'm going to poke it again. There you go. That is what's actually ruling our nation. It's a system of money and corporate greed. They control every court in America with the exception of the Supreme Court and the Thirteen District Courts. They control every court. There you go. So anyhow, those are your masters. You want to know who your masters are? These guys. You know who their lapdogs are? The politicians and the investors. The investors are also involved in it. We're going to have to say, we're done with this. Take your money back. Let's disable them. Take your money back. They moved you and every other American into the trust. They made us their servants. And how did they do that? by merging their jurisdictions they merged the fourteenth amendment citizen with the state citizen they merged them into one and they literally made you their servant they excluded themselves and made themselves the kings and we can prove it we can show it in the law I mean it's not speculation so a lot of sovereign citizens literally went halfway and they they told You know, certain truths that were false truths because they didn't do the work, but now we don't, we don't know. Not all of them have, we don't know that. I agree. So people though, I mean, we are sovereign and we are a citizen. Those two though, don't connect together directly. Okay, I've got my part of my team here, and we're going to go hammer them today with some legal, uncomfortable truths. So let's say a prayer, and then we're going to go on our day. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Karen and Greg and Ralph and all the wonderful people that are out there, and for guidance and direction. I ask that you would give everyone out there your heart, your heart of bravery and strength, that everybody would find it in themselves to say, to buck the system, to absolutely get in there and call it out for what it is that they would be restoring your kingdom, your will, how things are supposed to work here in service to one another. Not this beast system that people are validating themselves on money or what they perceive as success. We're only successful when we serve you. And that's a part of any material gain. And everything we have, it's yours anyway. We can't lose anything we never owned. And we never owned a thing here. It's all yours. And we commit our lives, our actions, our words, every step we take. We don't even give it to you. You already have it. And we acknowledge that. And we just praise you and honor you with our love and our love. absolute adoration that you are so good all the time. And we've all been caught up in this system. There's not one of us that has got it all right, but we're figuring it out and we're figuring it out together. And we really help us to remember To talk to each other and hold people accountable that are soulless and that are just going to continue to feed that beast system. But also realize that the majority of us could not even conceive that this was going on until all of a sudden we became awake to it. And you guided us down that path. in your mercy and your kindness to show us what we needed to know. And you've shown us in ways that we could actually handle it a little bit at a time, because to know the whole thing would have totally overwhelmed each and every one of us. Please bring us together as a puzzle, where each part of that puzzle, we are the body of Christ. And some of us, our hands are Some of us are feet, some of us are other parts. And we thank you for all of that and for giving us each other as our treasure. Help us to continue to keep our minds on the fact that we're here for service and that we're here to service to you, your creation, to the animals, to the planet. to everything you built here. We're the stewards of what you built and we love you and we're thankful to be part of it. Thank you so much. We love you in Jesus name. We pray. Amen. Okay. I got to get going here. And I'm going to say that everybody go to ding, ding, ding, ding. Don't go to brandonburgforgovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceiver has ever not conceded in history of the United States of America. My twenty twenty two protests. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president, United States President Donald J. Trump about this wearing comedy boots. I wear it better. I win because I wear them every day. And then we talk about real stuff. So at any rate, you guys have a great day today. I'm going to give you the permission to be pissed. You should be upset about this. You should be pissed about this. And and, you know, we can't mince words with this anymore. When people are doing the wrong thing, they may not know they're doing the wrong thing, but you've got to stop listening to their line of B.S., And hold them accountable. You've got to start holding people accountable. And more than worrying about their opinion of you. That's a respecter of persons. And that's a person who uses other people. We can't do that anymore. God told us how not to. And so anyhow, I'm going to be on tomorrow. I think I've got Robert Brown on who is... who is the main speaker for the John Birch Society. It's going to be pretty interesting. And I'm not sure who's on at nine o'clock, but we're going to be back on tomorrow talking about our rights and learning. Just so you know, make sure you tell everybody that Facebook and YouTube muzzled me. And it's because of this BlackRock, Vanguard, Arabella, corporatocracy crap they have going on right now. That's okay. I guess they're going to get some papers in the mail at some point in time. And this is going to be up. Keep it up. You're just giving me more material to work with. It's like being a comedian only. I'm not a comedian. I'm accountability. So have a great day, everybody. And we'll see you tomorrow. God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Time to get moving.
