Good morning. Welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg, and it's the fifth day of August, twenty twenty five. And welcome to our show. Oh, the plot has thickened out here in Byron Township and their theft of our mineral rights, water rights and draining our natural storages to coerce and trap. and force people to get on to their little criminal enterprise of water wars, okay? We're going to be talking about this. I'm going to start out at nine o'clock here with John Tater, ten o'clock with Mike, who no longer has the last name because he's protesting the corporate structure that they have put us all into in an unlawful manner. And then at eleven o'clock, Josh Grismaker is going to be on and he's he's part of America First. And I'm going to be speaking in an event down in Hillsdale of the actual conservatives, not the DeVos, not the DeVos group down there in Hillsdale, but the actual conservatives that are in with the sheriffs and CSPOA. Morning, John. How you doing? I'm good. I'm good. Sorry to hear about your calamity again, but this is our government. You know what? This was a gift from God. I'm going to tell you that it could not have been a more wonderful gift that they have given us to literally destroy my well of all the people. Mine was the first to go in an area where where they're doing a destruction of our natural water structures, goes back to the dams that have been fighting with the DNR. And guess what? We're getting this whole little crime syndicate figured out. You cannot believe the names. And anybody that's on the Republican Party right now, You better get off the Republican Party because it's a criminal enterprise, just like the Democrat Party is. They're all in on it. They're all in on the take. And I'm pretty extra sure that the top of this is going to lead right up to the traitor Betsy DeVos, who resigned one day after J-Six and ended up paying somehow Pence, the trader, somewhere in the neighborhood of eighty million dollars he got directly. And think about this. And all of them are in on it. So what they're doing right now, just so you know, the crux of this whole thing and the lack of permitting and Donna Brandenburg, who knows what she's looking at on a construction site. They've got a real problem here. And I mean, it's a real problem. I don't think they've got any of the permits in place yet. especially having to do with the dewatering. I called our drain commissioner person yesterday. The guy that was in charge of his last name is Morgan. And he's like, well, I don't know anything about dewatering on this job, as I suspected. And they're punching casements in the ground at a depth of forty feet under. They said it's under the roadbed. No, they're starting eight to ten feet under the roadbed and they're sending it in down under the creek bed. They've got nine pumps out there that I've seen, and they were still drilling more of these dewatering holes last night when I was out there, going forty feet down casement under a stream bed. Now, they're supposed to be protecting the wetlands. They're not. What they're doing is they're buying it for pennies on the dollar, using the positions that they have, and they're doing this across the state, in order to drain these wetlands, cheap land, and saying, oh, look, there's no water here. It's no longer a wetland. and then they're building on it. And then they're doing low income housing on it to boot, which is tied in with the NGOs. And I have this confirmed by another investigator who had his office raided and it was associated with a Tennessee Sheriff's Department. because they were destroying it, trying to destroy his evidence. They just pissed us all off. We've all got this stored in different areas. You can go after us any way you want, but we all have this information stored offline and in lots of places. So it just proves our point that we're right. So anyhow, they're in with the NGOs, some of the, and the mortgage bankers, the mortgage bankers are giving out zero, zero down loans, one percent, interest rates to the people that they're bringing into the areas and they have to make agreements with the NGOs to show up in some form or another for their little color revolution that's going on and to be disruptors or they lose the contract. And they're doing this to shift the voter rolls in especially rural areas This is exactly what's happening. This is what's running behind the scenes. And you should see the connection and crap that I have dug up here. And not just the town council, but the oversight board, which they appointed. It's all developers, builders, appraisers, and, or I'm tracing down another one that's Joe Pitch, and I'm going to tell you what. I want you to think through this very, very carefully. You've got Hannenberg with the dump out there in Coopersville, who somehow comes up with this unbelievable amount of money for this dump years ago, and then he's on boards out there. When you start connecting the people involved in this stuff, It is unbelievable and it's indeniable that they're using their positions in order to affect a change. And I believe he's on the board, Hannenberg's on the board of Grand Valley State University. So it ties all in. It's all tied in with the universities, their engineering, their social engineering, they're using their positions. to change the landscape and thereby they're destroying all of the natural water storage areas in these rural areas. The implications is it kills the farming. So now you're having to be subject to the corporate farming, to overseas farming, which DeVos did a beautiful job of breaking and enabling the supply line into China and in such. It's all a coordinated globalist agenda. And the Dutch mafia in West Michigan right now, I'm going to tell you, if you want me to put a bet on anything, they are the head of the snake right there. Look no further than the Dutch mafia and the people who have bought off and paid for politics in the Republican Party, and you have your answer of why this has gone to hell. It's a corporatocracy thing. They are literally controlling everything. You know, when the Dutch East India Trading Company was supposedly operational in the Caribbean, it's still there. Look at the Yabs. The Yabs have a political group. The Yabs, they got an island down there. So does the DeVosses have an island. And they're pretty damn close to Epstein's island. All of them are. Right. We've got eleven uncommitted votes down in the Virgin Islands down there for the Republican Party. How in the world they got votes for the Republican Party down there in the Caribbean is sus as all get out. But they're literally the swing votes for the Republican Party in Michigan. You got Romney's who are tied in with Mexico and what's going on down there. I mean, look at this. That's where they're hiding. They're hiding under the Republican Party. So if you're part of it, you're either a useful idiot or you're involved. That's all it is to it. Most of them are useful idiots. Well, and I had a bunch of them come and ask me in the last few weeks to run as a Republican and told me to lie. They told me to lie and just get in and I could change things. Well, guess what, guys? That is blackmail material right there if I were to fall for their nonsense. And we've got a problem because I actually have integrity. I will not lie to anyone for any reason whatsoever. Plus, you're not going to be able to change it. They've been trying to change the Republican Party from within Congress. by the so-called people that get elected as delegates. And this has been going on for well over ten, twenty years, change the Republican Party from within. It's not possible. They're too entrenched. They're too corrupt. I was a delegate to the Republican Party at one time too. So I saw what was going on at the meetings, at the Republican Party conventions. They were all corrupt. They're all corrupt and they try to sell people agendas or issues to make them think that they're doing something. Those are just distractions and most of them are also being run by the same people. The delegates are part of the problem. The delegates are pawns. They do not know the law. They do not know what's going on. And they just vote for who the party leader tells them to vote for. Well, and that was evidence when I was at the Michon Madoc election airing rally over there in Washington. In the VIP lounge, I was told over and over again, we're doing this for the delegates to make the delegates feel good so they will vote for who we want them to. Came right out and they said it. They came right out and they said it. And the delegates don't listen to anyone here. in their local area. It's flipped upside down. The delegates are part of the problem. They're not there. They're literally to push the agenda and tell the community what's really going on behind the scenes. And all of that is engineered. It's all engineered. But when General Flynn, and General Flynn reposted one of my things yesterday, about what was going on here because I'm documenting all of it. They're so screwed with me right now and I have friends in Naval Intelligence and guess what? They're in looking into this too. This is one of those things that nobody is going to have a rock to run under to hide from the absolute boss level accountability that's coming. And that goes from the top. They've been distracting us with Gretchen Whitmer, their little scapegoat up there, to get us from looking at what's happening in the townships. and the counties and the municipalities. So we actually had an area that we could have used for sewage treatment in Byron Township, and they built a ball diamond over the top of it. And I'll tell you what's going to happen. This is so that they could tie into Wyoming's water treatment plant, which is right next to Grand Rapids water treatment plant. I want to know who's holding the debt for all of this, which we won't be able to pay. So it either goes back on the taxpayers or Grand Rapids is going to gobble up all of these little towns around and say, well, guess what? Because you can't pay your debt. We're claiming this now. And now you're part of Grand Rapids. First, it'll be Wyoming. and then Grand Rapids, and that will be one great big happy family area where none of us have a voice on what's done in our areas. That's what they've done with the collectivism across the United States, and people are still tied to their biases, and they will not listen to what the reality is. This is the reality of what's happening. They're literally going on a vent of collectivism to get rid of our small towns, And local governments enroll us into these big power structures. Who's got penthouse apartments downtown Grand Rapids? Terry Lynn Land. Betsy DeVos. Who owns most of downtown? They do. They're building in fifteen-minute cities right underneath our noses. by capturing our townships and going after the water sources so that they can turn the water on at will. Power grids the same way. Consumers energy, oh yeah, we got that traced down too. DNR, oh yeah, we've got that traced down too into their connections. and a lot of it goes right back to a lot of it, you can almost always find a connection to Venezuela. Who was the first one to rig the elections with the voting machines, specifically Dominion? Venezuela, then it went to the Philippines. And so this is all connected. And to everybody out there, if you keep voting for people or saying, oh, you know, I went to school with them. My kids went to school together in my neighbor's card. It's an idiot card. You're an idiot because the engineer here in Byron Township. Oh, he's a nice guy. I went. Our kids went to school together. Right. The engineering firm or the city engineer as they call them is not the city engineer. It's an engineering firm and they work for four municipalities Jamestown, Byron Township, Door, and I don't know, I can't remember the other one, but it's all to build this infrastructure to drain your farming areas so you have no access to water. So, oh shoot, guess what? We're going to just have to build on top of that. And guess what? Most of the people on the board are fricking developers, builders, assessors. They're using their influence in order to do a land grab. Not their influence, their government offices. What's that? Their government offices. Their usurping authority never granted to them. And they're using it for self-enrichment too. It goes back to Norton versus Shelby County. These people are usurping authority never granted. And when they do that, they're liable for lawsuits. And on top of it, they never had proper hearings. And when we showed up and said, we need questions answered, they just blew past it, rubber stamped it. Don Tilma here in Byron Township, he literally said, this project is going through when we all got up and said, wait a minute, we got a problem here. And then they wrecked my well by dropping the water table. He stands up and he goes, this project. Oh, I didn't stand up because well, we can't, but he said, this project is going through and you people can't stop it. Just like that. That's exactly why the public in general needs to be more awake as to what is going on. This is a global trying to make, we're going back to global takeover as much as they can. Yes, President Trump is dealing with it at the top in Washington and the global takeover from Washington, but we still need to deal with it at the local levels. And if we don't deal with it at the local levels, they'll take over at the local levels and Trump won't be able to do anything about it. He can stop the national level, but he cannot stop the local levels. Well, when they have, here, you know what? I think I took another picture, another video last night. Let me put this up. This is like Donna Brandenburg from hell. And the construction guy goes past me. He's railing on me to get a construction helmet on, you know, a hard hat and a vest. And like I said, a jogger walked right past me. And this guy's harassing the crap out of me. He goes and he gets a power broom, goes past me, kicking up a cloud of dust all over me just because he's a jerk. And I just sat there and what was his name? He works for Montgomery excavating. And so he goes past me like that. It envelopes me in a cloud of dust. And I'm just sitting there laughing. I'm like, dude, I grew up in a gravel pit. I've eaten more crusher dust in my life than any that humanly describable. And, uh, and I'm a horse person, which means I'm, I'm digging in the dirt. I'm covered in dirt. Ninety percent of my life. Okay. Did not phase me, but this is, this is typical of what they do. Um, I, I actually had, uh, let me see. I got a new one that I put up here. I had to go through my videos because not only did I do it on Tik TOK, I did it on, uh, um, and they were running around with their fuel tanks on skid loaders. They have no proper erosion control out there. The guys from the County Drain Commission, they had no idea that they were putting pilings in the ground, I said, come out and look at, not my department. So they've got the siloed out, so there's no oversight. That's why names have to be put out on the public. We have to start knowing who these people are because if you're a neighbor of one of these morons that is out there doing the dastardly deeds that they're doing, then you would have a different attitude as to who that person next door to you lives. What kind of person he is. So that's why we need to have these names publicly put out there. The shape in the media. Yeah. Well, it's like this is crazy. And I've had people calling me from all over the place because I'm just chewing tail on everybody. It's like the engineer is liable. The township is liable. The eagle is liable. Everyone that was supposed to issue a permit is liable for this. They're all liable. They never did a study on the wells around there. They never did a study on any of them and they admitted to it. When you look at the construction prints with the destruction of the wetlands, there's six hundred and eighty eight acres of of wetlands that they're supposed to be protecting. They're not protecting any of it. They're draining it. And if you calculate nine, well, just nine pumps that were out there, pumping two thousand gallons per pump a per pump per minute that is eighteen thousand gallons a minute that they're pulling of our groundwater out of the area and flushing it down a stream bed with known protection of soil erosion or anything they're literally destroying the entirety of the the uh uh Not only the wetlands, which is supposed to function like a sponge and regulate our... God made it, and that's how it works. So they're not doing anything to stop the gushing of water. Now, this is what I took yesterday. Let me pull this up here, because you're going to find this. I'm like a nightmare to these people. I am a total... nightmare because I've got this thing all documented. And guess what? I'm throwing it all out in front of everybody. Look, they cannot do this much water. That's a million gallons that they're pulling out of here approximately an hour. I want you to think about this. If you do the math on it. All right, so here, I'm going to show you what I did yesterday. They can't do this and just be blowing water like this without addressing soil erosion and having like cuffs on this to diffuse the water from just gouging into the streams. Check this out. Now, this is one I took last night at about – About five forty two. This is pretty much right about the time that they ran that sweep past me. They ran that sweep past me and literally threw a cloud all over me. I just sat there and laughed. I'm like, this is a class act of contractor they've got working out there. Hey, everybody. This is Donna Brandenburg back to the scene of the crime. And this is the Township Eagle contractor in Dewater stealing our mineral rights. And they continue to pump today. They're pumping the water out of the area. lowering the water table, which is why my well failed. Not only that, I talked to the contractor today and they said all of these casements, there's about twelve of them stabbed in the ground, are forty feet in the ground. I talked to the Drain Commissioner. The Drain Commissioner said that this doesn't make any sense. They're not supposed to be doing that and it doesn't make sense that they're going under the stream bed to the depth of forty feet. He had no knowledge of this. And I'm not even sure. They're literally just pushing the ground wrong and stealing our water. We've got to understand, almost everybody in this area is on well and septic. So there's no way that they can even get water to it, even if they did with destroying the water table here. it's going to be like a y They can't, they can't so The first section of the about a mile walk. All th really mad about because t mass almost two years. Th Unbelievable. And it's coming to a town near you. I'm going to keep you guys updated because everybody needs to know what they're doing to destroy our land and to not protect the environment. They're liars. And if anybody else goes to, calls Byron Township and asks about if we have water, a gal named Angie is saying, oh, there's no problem here, nothing to see. That's not true. My well is ruined. And it just gets worse and worse. So now we're putting all of the permits and the construction documents and finding out who's who in the zoo, who's connected here. And they're all connected. It's a crime syndicate. The majority of it is the Dutch mafia that's running the Republican Party. You know what they're doing in Germany? Have you heard about what they're doing in Germany? I heard a little bit about something yesterday, but go ahead and fill us in because I've been so obsessed with this little crime scene. They are now going to charge a tax for the use of water in Germany. Well, they're doing it now. If you have to hook up to the municipality and they put a smart meter on your house. Well, but my point is this. They're doing it in Germany to tax the Germans, the German people, On water usage, what are they doing in America? The same thing. It's the same scenario in a different location. The same scenario that they're going to control the water. And once they have control of the water, then you're going to end up paying... uh exorbitant taxes for the use of the water you want to know what these idiots have have done here in byron township by over building whether allowing their little buddies to come in here and over build in this area without listening to we the people at all we have um one of the trustees told me that we only have enough water to service everyone in Byron Township for half a day. They have one pipe coming into this area, and if there's any problems with it, they only have enough water for half a day. That's it. Well, that's to control us as the general public, the people, to control the people by the world government. And people, you need to wake up. You need to see the light here that the world government is not out there for the benefit of the people. They're there to totally control the public. And if there's anybody out there that still thinks that we aren't heading in the right direction with President Trump and that we, the people on the ground floor, need to stand and help and do our part in this battle we're going to lose this battle we have to all get together and stop this nonsense that's going on get rid of the deva hang the devosses hang uh all of the other people that are treason it is treason And they have no authority and they have no right to do what they're doing just because they have a pile of money that they probably in fact stole most of it anyway. They need to be executed, gotten rid of. And that's the only way we're going to fix this process. Well, I tell you what, when they were packaging, the DeVoss's have something called Graham up here in Grand Rapids. Graham is where they were producing the shots. They were packaging the shots right here in Grand Rapids. They built a forty million dollar facility, which was basically financed by an equity fund called Arlington Capital, which was out of D.C. The connections are incredible that if people would stop listening to the headline and see what's actually happening, you can see how they're working as a crime. It's a crime syndicate funding it, how they're bringing money in, how they're doing it with dark money. That's the problem with the entirety of the party system. So I honestly decided to keep the taxpayers party on the ballot because we got to have another option. Because all the rest of them are criminally complicit in rigging our elections. And so when I got talking to the one investigator who had his office raided, his name is Sean Taylor. I know Sean. I know him decently well. And he was the one that got his office raided. And we were just talking a couple of days ago. And he said, too, he's got it all. He said, it's got it all documented. This is about flipping the voter base to keep them permanently in power. Not only that, how they're doing this with grabbing this water. So we've got no options. If they decide if there's a tragedy because they always create a crisis and then they use that crisis to take more rights away from us. If they end up having a water crisis, you better hope and pray that you know somebody with a well because there's nobody that's going to be able to come to your aid. They're doing this to people to bring people in tow. So anyhow, what they're doing, this is all about the voter base to flip it. And they've been talking about fifteen minute cities. That's what they're creating. And this is how they're doing it. They're doing it over water and power rights so they can choke and starve us out. This will kill the farming in this area by lowering the water table. They're building over the bogs. How in the world are getting these permits to build over wetlands in the bogs that are here? is beyond me they're supposed to be replacing if they remove some areas they have to replace it they don't they do these stupid little retention ponds that that is not that's not what a wetland is for a wetland is there is a sponge and then it kind of regulates the inflow and an outflow of water from an area if that's gone It's floods. Think about this in Texas, what we've seen. Look at the floods we've seen all over the United States. This is a coordinated effort. And it's not just in the state of Michigan. It's not just Byron Township. It's not just the state of Michigan. It's the entire United States that's in on this, the power brokers that be, with the destruction of the dams, The destruction of all you got to do is follow the water where the water floods are happening and such. I can guarantee you there's going to be, you know, they've got everybody looking at this cloud seeding and weather manipulation. I'm pretty sure it's probably part of it. But what's more part of it is the destruction of these natural structures that God built in here. to keep this from being turned into a desert if they decide to turn the freaking water off on us. Gotcha. I agree. Because they've claimed all of our mineral rights. The DNR has claimed four point six million acres of our of our mineral mineral rights as well as logging. Where are the logs going into bio fuel generators owned by a company that's based in New York who's tied? The whole thing is tied into consumers energy, which takes us to an island off the coast of Venezuela. Well, it's a good thing that the Brandenburg Network is out there putting this information out because there's a lot of people that wouldn't have it otherwise. I wouldn't know about Byron Township, nor would I know about the water situation going on over there and the draining of the wells if it wasn't for this broadcast. Yeah, so just so you know, anybody in door, door is the next one on the list. And the engineer, he's got his proverbial tit in the ringer right now because I called him. He was almost crying. and so upset, and I'm like, you're on the hook for this. They did across, you know, what's that? We've got to give names. We've got to bring these people out, their names out. His name is Nick. Hang on a minute. I'm going to give you a couple of names here. So the next neighbor of this person will realize who this guy is. Well, let me tell you who he is. And so, so for this plan and he knew it, he was, he was upset. I said, they're dewatering. And he crossed the Creek three times. Um, they, the, in his plan and his, his company, hang on a minute, let me get here. Um, I love this looking crap up online. Yesterday, I pulled all the people on this oversight board, their names, and said, look at this. Hang on. And all of them are appointed by... Don Tillema, this project is going through, and you people will not be able to stop it, Don Tillema, that guy. And so, hang on a minute. Let me show you. Don Tillema needs to be publicly humiliated. Oh, it's coming. It's coming. So that was my post that General Flynn put out on me yesterday. I thought this was funny. Donna Brandenburg for governor. He's a good friend, good guy. And so this is the board of review in Byron Township. You've got Steve Kilgore, builder developer, who just got paid for an easement through his property. Joe Pitch, who's a construction manager for Voss Construction, which sounds an awful lot like DeVos. Mark Denhollander, who is an appraiser. This has nothing to do with the people. This is all commerce, guys. And I posted on my Telegram channel yesterday at Brandenburg, at Brandenburg for MI. I did a quick AI assessment of all of these people. And it's like, you've got to be totally kidding me. You know, cockroaches only live well in the dark when nobody knows what's going on and nobody can see them. The conflict of interest is unbelievable. So the guy's name is Nate, and his last name is Vriesman. The engineering firm is Vriesman, VK, and Korn. Hang on a minute. I'll get it. I had on my telegram channel yesterday. Now I got to look this stuff up online. So you got what you got real news for real people by real people at the kitchen table. And I got to go through my, uh, my AI file here a minute. Uh, pitch. I think we're going to find out is, is, probably somehow attached to pitch wrecking and pitch garbage disposal and such, just like you can see out there with Ed Hannenberg out in Coopersville. And there's a line going through there in Coopersville. It's the same thing. If you look, you can see it. It's not that hard to find. Hang on a minute. Here, you know what? I'll run this through AI and I'll figure this out. Just a minute. People are like, oh, no, AI is a bad thing. Ask the right questions, you get the right answers. That's why they don't want anybody looking at it. AI has its possibilities as being good. It can also be used for evil. if whoever's at the helm and running the show with AI can make it for good or can make it for evil. That can be said about everything. That's right. AI should be there to help and make life easier on the general public. And people shouldn't be worried about it being evil, but pay attention that it could be evil. Okay. So it's Nate Vriesman, and it's Vriesman Corhorn Civil Engineering firm based in Byron Township. municipal engineering commercial traffic non-motorized. He is also behind the projects of the Pickleball Courts in Byron Township, Byron Parks and Trails Master Plan, Clyde Park Sanitary Sewer, has worked extensively with Byron Township and Gaines Township, Byron Gaines Utility Authority, and other regional entities like the Michigan Department of Transportation and Kent County Road Commission. So basically with four different entities here, they're trying to get this all to pour into Wyoming. And think about this. if they get it to pour into Wyoming, all of it, we're going to have to pay that and have the structure that we're paying for this with. They should have put this up to a bond proposal. They had no, they never gave any of our residents any notice. And the last time we were in there is that Peggy Sattler, our clerk, who destroyed election information at the behest of Jonathan Brader, who perjured himself and destroyed election information without delegated authority, which is proven in court about three weeks ago now. They're all in on it together. Shia, I got to remember where I'm going to this. This is such a tangled spaghetti code of people and entities and such. It's unbelievable. Unbelievable. So anyhow, if they didn't put this up for a bond, which is the way it used to be funded, everything used to be funded by a bond. Peggy said, well, when they start on the part of the project that goes past your houses, we'll give you notice a couple of weeks before. That's not notice. Notice is here. This is what we'd like to do. What's your input? Do you approve of this? And have something to say. We have nothing to say because we've got the project. People don't realize or don't know who they're working for, so that's a big part of the problem. They swear an oath to the Constitution and then they violate it because they've got their hand out for the money or for blackmail. We're all corrupt. And then on top of it, people from this show called in Byron Township and wanted some answers for them about the water table going down. Angie in the office said, we have no problems here. Everybody has water. You lying piece of crap. Well, that's why we need to go after them and we need to make them public and we need to let everybody know who these people are that are doing this. All right, let's just do this a minute. So Mark, let's see, we've got Den Hollander who's part of this oversight is part of the assessor's office, which means, and I've been saying this for a long time, the assessor's offices, or he's not part of the assessor's office, but he's Michigan Certified Assessor. He's an assessor. He's part of the Byron Township Board of Review. The assessor's offices are the ones that are price setting the property values. They've got absolute oversight with no ability to question them to set property values, thereby raising the taxes of the area. Hang on one second. Let's find out who Angie is. This should be fun. Okay. Now we got a big problem, guys. Like a large problem. Let's find out who Angie is a minute. Well, you can go in any direction you want. I'm going to figure out who Angie is. Here, I'll do this through AI. AI is amazing. You can find all kinds of things. Byron Township, Angie. Who lied about the water problem because my well was wrecked by these people. Angie Vander Ploeg, maybe? You got me. Oh, yeah, here we go. We've got Angie Vander Ploeg, who is the water and sewer director for Byron Township. And let's see, we've got responsibilities, water and sewer director. She oversees the township water and sewer services. Why didn't I get a call from her? Hey, Brandenburg, I'm only talking to Tom Hooker. And he actually is pretty helpful at this point. So Angie there is a... Let's see. I think that's who it is. It's Angie Vander Ploeg. And you can call her at her office if you would like to tell her that they need to stop lying about the water issue here because there is an issue and they're not fessing up to it. You know, we'll, we'll see, see where this goes. Deep state a long time to get involved, to, to weave their spaghetti process over the public. So the public can't figure out which way they're going. Her contact information at Byron township is six one six eight seven eight six zero one zero. Guess what? Remember my billboard I used when I was running for governor. We're going to have a billboard that's going to hit the ground here in Byron township. And I'm going to write all of this out so that everybody here knows in a brochure, if you want to sign up for Byron center speaks.org, that's a website that that's mine. I'm going to write complete article. I haven't used it in a while, but sign up for the mailing list and I'll, you'll see my citizen report, including how the council, the township broke my, The entire project in violating our constitutional rights to have our voices heard and to steal our water rights and our water, our minerals. They literally stole our minerals and dumped it down a creek bed in volumes that are never allowable. It's the same crap that the DNR is pulling up by Gladwin with destroying Trout Lake Dam. The DNR out there threw logs down through the dam conduit that regulated the water and took that dam down four feet in one day, the lake. They took the entire lake down four feet in one day. Wrecking where the Trickle Creek bed was supposed to be, they've got it completely drained. And then they threw the stop logs down through the pipe as they were dumping all this water down there to damage the dam. Prove me wrong. I am accusing them of intentionally damaging that dam. Sue me and we'll go to rumble and have a real debate then. Prove me wrong. so anyhow that's where we are so angie I hope she gets a lot of calls today six one six eight seven eight six zero one zero water and sewer director for byron township and there is a problem large problem so anyhow where are we what else are we going to talk about today for a long time well I could uh give you an idea as what's going on with my lawsuit against Judge Nugent, Judge Cole, Defendant Nugent, Defendant Cole, and Defendant Yonker. The three judges that I started the lawsuit in January of, January of, That's when the lawsuit was started, the complaint was started. And at that point in time, the clerk of the court said all they get was twenty-one days because I'm suing him individually, not as judges. And after thirty-one days, and I requested a motion to put them in default, the clerk says, oh, no, no, no, you're incorrect. They get sixty days because they are judges. So she's changed her. Opinion or her mind at that point in time and it went sixty days the end of sixty days. I filed another motion to hold the three defendants in default and she said, oh, no, you've now got to tell the and the. uh about this case and then that's going to give them another sixty days so above my protest beyond my protest when I argued and said you said twenty one days at the very beginning you said they weren't going to be judges they were being sued individually they did not have the power of the ag or the doj to defend them and now A hundred and twenty days later, you've changed your mind and now said that they get..." She says, well, that's the court rules. And I says, okay, so I sent the letter to the DOJ and the AG and the AG responded with a motion to dismiss. Their motion to dismiss was based on they have absolute immunity. which was a joke and a laugh, and two weeks later I filed my response to that and destroyed their absolute immunity. This was in May of, May, twenty-three, twenty, twenty-five. So this was how many months later? At this point in time, the judge made a decision. This was Judge Berg. Now, granted that when we first started this case back in January, Judge Murphy, who was assigned the case, recused himself and said, based on the fact, let's see, based on the fact that They used four, five, five, A, and they said any judge, justice judge or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned. so he used four five five a to this to recuse himself along with him four other judges recuse themselves based on four five five a and then uh judge berg takes the case and he's sitting on the case as the judge in question on this case so we're now in august And today is August fifth, and I have not heard boo from Judge Berg as to a decision on the motion to dismiss in my case. It's been going on since May. And so I called the chief judge of the court, who was Judge Cox at the time. That was two weeks ago or so. And I ended up getting the law clerk, his law clerk. And I said, you know, she said, well, Judge Cox is retiring, but I'll give him the message and he'll get back with you. Well, a week went by, two weeks went by. No mention or no call from Judge Cox's office. So I then decided to call the Chief Judge again and put them on some timeline and say, yeah, if you don't do this, then I'm going to do that. And guess who the Chief Judge now is? Who's that? Judge Murphy, the one who first recused himself because he might be impartial. So now he's the chief judge. And so I call in his office, and he's not responding either. Isn't that interesting? It goes full circle from one corrupt judge to another. So now I am putting together a writ of mandamus to go to the appeals court, and the writ of mandamus is going to spell this all out. I'm going to put down the recusal of these judges. who Murphy is, how he recused himself, and now he's the chief judge of the of the district court. And what's with Berg? Did Berg fall asleep? Is he dead? What? What's going on with Berg? Berg is supposed to have made a decision, and he hasn't since May. So I'm requesting, and what a writ of mandamus is, is requesting the upper court to get the lower court to make a decision. That's basically what I'm doing in the in the writ of mandamus, but the writ of mandamus is going to spell everything out, who these judges are, what they've done, and what's going on with this. And there's a good chance I'm going to send this to Pam Bondi and also to Kash Patel. Whether they do anything about it, at least they're going to be in the public eye. And so I want people to know who these judges are and they're all and all five judges that disqualified themselves for impartiality might reasonably question shouldn't be on the damn bench. Why are they there? If they could possibly be impartial in this case and vote for or support the judge, that's the criminal, which is Nugent, Cole, and Yonker, these three criminals, if they're supporting these three criminals, because they may be impartial because they're supporting these three criminals, they should not be on the bench. And so U.S. District Court, Downtown Eastern Division, as well as this whole Sixth Circuit of Judges, because Cole is an appellate judge, These guys are criminals. You're talking about the judicial system being a criminal enterprise? It's right in front of our eyes. They vote and they support the criminality of the government. and they need to all be called out and they need to all be kicked off the bench and some of them go up for treason because they're violating the Constitution, they violated their oath of office. These are pure criminals in the Justice Department. Keep going. I'm listening. I know you are. You know what I'm doing? I'm listening to you and I just chased down Joel Morgan as part of the Drain Commission and said they did not know anything about the Forty Foot Underground. So keep going. I'm listening to your part of it and I'm also doing this so I can post this out there. Of course. And then they've got, you know, but they've got everybody so siloed. So they can say they can have plausible deniability or they don't have to act. And the judges do the same thing. Well, that's why you call them out. That's why you put it all on paper, all on documentation, and you call them out. You don't let them linger and say that, well, we didn't really know this. We didn't really know about this case. I'm going all the way back to Batani, eventually, who was the first original criminal. And Linda Parker, who is another judge, who is another criminal in the same courtroom and same courthouse, U.S. District Court downtown. And I'm going after these people and pointing out who they are and what they did wrong. Batani can't read because Batani made a comment that the Bruce Shader versus Union Pacific Railroad gave the Congress new taxing power, which in fact it did not. It said it did not give Congress new taxing power, so she can't read. And she's a judge on the bench. And then Linda Parker, who says, after I filed my documents to the tax court regarding... My claims for refund said that I never filed the documents because the IRS never put them in their official transcript, which means they never recorded my documents, except I have a green card and I have a certified letter. or certified mail that says that they got the document, but they never filed it. And therefore, when I went to court, they said, well, you never claimed refund. And if you never did that, then we can't then we got to dismiss your case. So this is the nonsense that was going on with Linda Parker, judge number two, that I'm going after eventually. And then I get in front of Nugent who says that I was incarcerated and I filed without paying the filing fee. Both were lies, both I proved otherwise. It's all on the record. All this is on the record. And then I get in, then Cole, I tell Cole, hey, you put me in front of this judge. And this judge did this, that, and everything else. And Cole was silent, didn't say anything. He's the appellate judge that created this problem. And then they shifted to Nugent or to Yonker in Grand Rapids, another criminal who said, well, I never raised the federal questions. which is lying on the record, a federal question? A federal judge lying on the record, is that a federal question? Of course it is. And so he's another criminal that needs to be. And of course, I've got these three in a lawsuit right now, and it's being bounced around in the US District Court downtown Eastern Division from Berg, who is a criminal who hasn't answered the case. And if you read his bio, he's such a great judge. He's done all of these things as an attorney and prosecutor. And he really walks on water, except he's a criminal because he will not do his duty, which is when he's asked to make a decision, he can't make a decision. So Judge Berg, as far as I'm concerned, falls in line with the rest of the criminals. And now we get in front of Murphy again, who recuses himself because he is impartial or he could be considered impartial. And now he's the chief judge of the U S district court of Eastern division. My goodness, this, this never goes away. They just keep, they just keep dragging more stuff into this. This is the craziest thing. I'm going to bring Mike in here a minute. Hey, Mike, how you doing? Morning. How you guys doing? Doing good. We're, like, beating everybody up right now. This whole thing out in Byron Township has just gotten totally out of control. I was going to say, John, you've got to stop sugarcoating. When you're talking about judges, don't sugarcoat it. And John's beating up. And then John's beating up on the judges. I mean, we've got advanced accountability happening here with all of us mutts who will not back down and can't be bought off for money. Yeah, don't get me started about judges. I mean, you know, the Bar Association in itself is a domestic terrorist organization. We've got confirmation of that. We know that the police are being influenced by the FBI report of twenty eleven. The courts are being influenced. All the courts are biased. Yeah, they're all disqualified. They're not judges. You know, we're supposed to be under common law, not administrative laws. So what are they doing? They're the ones breaking the law. They're the constitutional law, which is which is more powerful than common law. because they swore an oath to it. Right. The Constitution is the guidelines by which they are to follow, and they are not doing it. That's right. Well, that's why we get treated like second-class citizens here. I mean, we get treated like useless feeders or useless eaters that are just in their way. But they need their slave labor, so if they keep taking our property rights, being our money, our intellectual property, our opinions, our land, I mean, it's all of it. And stuffing us in a little pen out of the way. Yeah, what they don't realize is that time is running out for them. That's right. Quicker than they realize. That's also right. Well, the banks are collapsing right now. That's true also. I literally got a really funny text this morning from somebody that I haven't heard from in a long time. And they said, make sure you've got things on hand and think about this when this thing goes all the way down. Remember to check in on the elderly around you and knit yourselves together to take care of those people that are close to you. That would be your neighbors and all of it. Because when this thing goes down, and I think it's going to go down, it's inevitable. It's going to be kind of epic. And I hope you know somebody who has a well. I have well drillers on speed dial. Oh, that's good. I actually have a well. I think what we need to do is, I was telling my son, I think we need to buy a well drilling rig. We've done directional drilling and such, but maybe we should buy a well drilling rig. Well, as a contractor, I've got connections, I think, somewhere along the line there. I think we got us covered. So we got us covered. Okay, great. That's another reason why Brandenburg News Network is so exceptional, because we plan for the future and have a great network of wonderful people that literally will step up to any task that they can throw at us. Yeah, there's nothing we can't fix. Yes. We will, by the way, I need to disappear. So it's getting to be ten o'clock. So we gotta be in another location shortly. You turn into a pumpkin. On, yeah, on Wednesday, we will have our meeting on zoom. And if you want to sign in and join us and find out what's going on and get some more information. And you can listen to more about Mike because he's over there giving us his two cents. And I'm, of course, giving you my two cents. We're studying the Constitution and other things and trying to educate the public as to how much power we actually have and how little power these public functionaries actually have. So join us at magnificentrepublic.com or you can send me an email at jtatertoo. And I will be more than happy to put you on our mailing list. Is it online Wednesday and the next week it's at Nicholas or what's going on? Nicholas is on the twentieth. The twentieth. A couple of weeks away. Oh, you know what? I'm going to put that on my calendar. Maybe I'll go and meet everybody at Nicholas. That'd be great. That'd be great. Yeah. I kind of had my time taken up with this beating up this water rights issue right now. Man, I'm going to be... So educated on all of this. I thought I knew a lot about it, but I'm learning more every minute of the day because we've been pulling permits and construction prints and all that. It's amazing. So thanks for being on here today, John. You know what? I think I'm going to take a real quick one-minute break, and I'll be right back with a second hour of Brandenburg News Network. And at eleven o'clock, I've got America First coming on this morning. So I'll be right back. So long, everybody. Good morning. Welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg, and I'm here with Mike. And we're going to be talking about pro se next hour. I'm going to run one extra hour today. We'll be with America First, a guy named Josh Grismaker. And I'll be speaking at their group on Thursday night down in Hillsdale. So watch my social media channels and you'll see exactly where to go. And this is not an associate with Hillsdale College. This is an association with actual patriots. who are not funded by the DeVos's and I said it, there you go. So anyhow, um, what's happened in Mike world? Well, to all you public functionaries out there, tick-tock, tick-tock, you're running out of time. Dave Burris and his law firm, Seward Henderson out of Royal Oak, have defaulted again. Genoa Township Livingston County Board of Commissioners have both defaulted again. And Judge Geddes has defaulted again. So there will be notices of default going out shortly. and more than likely they're going to default on that as well. And then there will be a final default notice. And after that, we start dragging them, kicking and screaming into federal court, and they're going to have to answer for their actions in federal court. And this will involve the FBI. Kash Patel has refused to respond as to whether or not they're still enforcing the FBI report of Challenge their authority, whether it be a school board meeting or a city council meeting or even in the courts as their term sovereign citizens, extremists and terrorists, and of which we are not. Public law says to the contrary, says that we are men and women having reached the age of twenty one who can self govern under the republic. So they're violating the intent of Congress. They're demonizing people and scaring people into not standing up for themselves. They want everybody to be sheep. Just do as you're told. Don't question. And you'll get along. And that's not going to happen. People are so disenfranchised right now to get up and speak for themselves because you're going to get the treatment that I got last week where they – They called the sheriffs on me. And honestly, they were trying to decide which way to go with this. Did they detain me or arrest me? And we ended up coming to an agreement of sorts. But the point being, the whole audience was terrified when they started seeing the heavy boots come in the room to intimidate people. And they know that there's retribution on their land. It's a crime syndicate. They know there's going to be retribution somehow. But you know what? When we all stand together, it's like that ants and the grasshopper video. They're totally screwed. Well, if you learn to protect yourself, put all your assets into a series of trusts. That way you own nothing, control everything. And they have no leverage. If they cannot harm you financially, what else do they have? They're all about the money. They're about how they can hurt you financially. If they can no longer hurt you financially, now you have the upper edge. You have the advantage. Now you can turn around and go after them for deprivation of rights. And you can personally sue them because they have no immunity. and you take them to federal court, stay out of the state courts. You're not going to get remedy in the state courts. They protect each other. That's why when a cop pulls you over on the side of the road and you start arguing with them and the cop says, you know what, tell it to the judge. Why? Because he knows the judge has his back. So stay out of the state courts. They're all a scam. It's all fraud on the parts of every one of them, from the clerks to the judges to the cops. Again, to refresh back to those who may not know, we have done some FOIAs. We have emails from my chief of police who instructed his officers on what to say, what to do in interacting what they deem as sovereign citizens pursuant to the FBI report of twenty eleven. So this information is out there. We're able to obtain it through FOIAs and now that we have all the information, now we can move forward And take this to federal court and say, here's what they're doing. Here's what they're not supposed to do. Here are the crimes that they are committing. And they have nowhere to stand. They have no recourse. They have nothing to defend themselves with because they're not supposed to be doing this. And Dave Burris is in a lot of trouble. He's doubled down on his position. And so, you know, he's going to have to answer for what he's done. We've got to remember, attorneys are public functionaries. They're officers of the court. That makes them a public functionary. So they have to act de jure at all times. They're not doing it. So we need to stop shutting them down. Personally, if you're hiring an attorney, good luck. Because remember, Corpus Juris Circumdum, Volume VII, Chapter IV, their first obligation is to the court, not the client. So they're misrepresenting themselves right there, too. That's misrepresenting the truth. And every single one of them is liable for this if somebody decides to go after them. And that's what we need to do is start going after them. If you have an attorney, fire them. Stop funding this extortion racketeering organization. The Bar Association, I think I've told you about how they did this investigation on me for practicing law without a license. Yeah, I got that one. I got that one, too. And they have failed to respond. I gave them twenty one days to respond back to what I sent them. It constitutes a tacit agreement. So guess what? They've now. capitulated to the fact that you don't need a license to practice law. You don't need a license as an attorney to help someone else in court or represent them in court. The Constitution says that you have the right to counsel and it doesn't say a barred attorney. So, I mean, they can't even say that, number one. And then number two, think about how ridiculous and juvenile their arguments are. They fall apart every time they open their mouth. These aren't like the top shelf individuals here in any manner. They say that you can't practice law without a license. Well, why is it that you can represent yourself pro se? Well- Show me a license. I've yet to see a license. No one has been able to produce a license. And if you look at the Michigan Constitution, when they redid in sixty three, they manipulated the language to monopolize the judiciary system. Article six, section nineteen. You have to have a license to practice law to sit on the bench. Well, if none exists, then how do we have any judges? Where do we have a judge when a license doesn't exist? What about the Attorney General? Think about that. Yeah. So they're all trespassers upon the court. They're committing a felony. We need as the people to start holding them accountable, start filing lawsuits. You go into court, don't pass the bar. Don't pass the bar. You know, the little gates here that flip back and forth. Don't pass it. You stand on the outside because there's a different jurisdiction on one side than the other. And you tell that guy in the satanic black robe, hey. I got a question for you. Before we do anything else, I need a certified copy of your license to practice law pursuant to Article VI, Section XIX of the Michigan Constitution. And it better not be a bar card, because even on the bar card, it doesn't say license. It says membership. So I want a certified copy of your license. I want a certified copy of your anti-bribery statement. And I want a certified copy of your foreign agent registration statement. If you can't produce those documents, have a nice day. We're done here. And if you put a bench warrant out for me, I'm going to consider that an act of domestic terrorism. Kidnapping. Kidnapping. Kidnapping. Can be kidnapping, unlawful detainment, unlawful imprisonment. That's one thousand eighty five dollars per minute payable and lawful money, gold and silver and exchange rate of twenty five to one for fiat currency. Do the math. This is this has got to be so fun realizing how much power we really have and how the law is on our side. Mm hmm. Yes. All you have to do is start enforcing it. That's all everybody has to do now. Ask my tax. Oh, I was glad you were going to bring this one up because they have been losing their minds about me talking about it. And of course, the people who refuse to do any work or read the petition language or look into it because you can't question anything and you can't expect an answer or you are a traitor and never vote for Donna Brandenburg because she's questioning God's anointed here. Well, you know what? Mike and Donna are asking a lot of questions to ask my tax and none... We get no answers out of these people. None. If somebody knows Carla or their attorneys, whether it be on this show or someplace else, I don't care. Let's have a sit down. You show me where the language in that petition is lawful. You show me the language in that petition isn't what I'm claiming it to be. You show me, Carl, if you're obviously not the author of this, you're some attorney is, then have that attorney call me, have that attorney meet with me, something, let's do a Zoom. I don't care what it is, but let's go section by section through the whole petition and break it down and you show me where I am incorrect in my assessment of that petition. I'm willing to listen. And if you can show me and prove to me that I'm wrong, you know what? I'll give you kudos. I don't claim to be an expert in anything, but I understand the language. And the way it's written, what it says, what's contained in there raises a lot of red flags. And if you're not willing to come forward and discuss this, if you're, oh, we just need to pass and figure it out after that. No, don't pull a Pelosi on me. Not gonna fly. Okay? I don't deal in Pelosi's. So you're out there promoting it, then you need to step up. You need to step up and answer the questions. Now, I had a long conversation with somebody yesterday about this. We went through a lot of it in detail. One of our supporters named Fred called me. from the east side of the state. And he actually said, she is working with a law firm and an economist. I asked him, I said, well, who is it? And he's like, I don't know. He said, I just know that she is. And I'm like, okay. And then you found it that the law firm is from California. I believe it's from California from what I found off the website, yes. Yes, California. So there's a law firm from California. Why the heck are they involved in something in Michigan should be the first question any of us asks. And who's the economist that she's working with? So when she said she wrote this herself... Cause she said it, did she not? Yeah. Yeah. She said she authored this. So whenever I see these little pieces of things that are in conflict, and then I see myself getting attacked by her group of people who have not questioned it because they blindly follow her because they've got a problem with idolatry. They want somebody to sit there and represent them so they can get behind. And so they never questioned anything from there. It's all done. It's all done and over. And I mean, I I've got a lot of questions. I've got a lot of questions over some posts by, by a gentleman named Chris long and Jennifer Hendricks. and such. So when I start seeing these things that are in conflict from what I know is to be true, somebody's got some questions to answer. Bigly. Now, the Bar Association for years, for decades, has been attempting to legislate the Constitution into non-existence. Good example, Second Amendment. They're constantly trying to pass laws that do what? Restrict your right to bear arms. Right. Nothing is mentioned in the Second Amendment about any of this. Well, you know, that's outdated. That's really you swore an oath to it as a public functionary. So you're going to tell me it's outdated. It's too old to be enforced. Guess again. You took an oath to it. You have to abide by it. You must uphold it. You must obey it. And you're not doing it. You're creating legislation to try and negate it. And that makes every piece of legislation that they pass regarding gun law is repugnant to the Constitution. It's unenforceable. And for law enforcement to sit there and say, well, you've got to have a license to carry. You've got to have a permit to do this. No, you don't. You better step back and take a better look at what you're promoting there. Because you're promoting communism. You're promoting fascism. You're promoting anti-Americans. You're doing everything contrary to what you swore an oath to do and uphold. So you need to get better educated. They keep telling us, too, that it's for our safety. It's always for our safety. But you look in the areas where they have extreme gun control, like Chicago and the big cities, it just is rampant. Yeah, with crime, because all they're doing is taking the guns away from law abiding citizens and the criminals are not going to listen to it anyway. They're going to continue to have the guns and there's no protection for we the people. And and the law enforcement is not going to be there. They're just there as a policy enforcer to say, yeah, that guy got shot over there. Let me make a report. They don't stop it. Right. They show up after the fact. Your city and township police departments are policy enforcers. They're there to enforce the policies of the corporation, i.e. city and township. That's all they're there to do. They're not there for your protection anymore. The U.S. Supreme Court's even ruled on that. They're not there for your protection. We're supposed to self-govern. We're supposed to take care of ourselves. And little by little, they chisel that away from us to believe that they're there for our protection. They're the only ones who can protect us. You can't take the law into your own hands and protect yourself or defend yourself. Guess again. I got news for you. We can defend ourselves. We have the right to defend ourselves. We have a right to defend our person and our property from all invaders, foreign and domestic. Hence the word domestic. Who's our domestic enemy right now? The Bar Association. They're the ones who are slowly and little by little chiseling away our rights, taking them away one piece of legislation at a time. We need to put a stop to this. And our legislators, you better wake up. You're on the chopping block too. If you're not going to be act de jure, if you're not going to do what you're supposed to do, you're just as bad. You're complicit in this. Law enforcement, if you're going to be a de facto law enforcement officer, I suggest you stop committing treason because that's only going to amplify the end result when this shit hits the fan. And it's coming. It's coming faster and sooner than you think it is. So anyway, back to the tax thing. Yeah, let's give him something else to beat us up about because it's almost kind of interesting to watch him go hysterical. Well, in my conversation yesterday, like most conversations, as things progress over a time period, you get into little red herrings, little red herring subjects and subject matters. And one of the ones that came up yesterday was the Trading with the Enemy Act. Now, the trading of the Enemy Act originally was from nineteen seventeen and it was revised in nineteen thirty three. Under FDR and what happened was Congress delegated powers to the president that they were not allowed to do. And under the thirty three trade with the Enemy Act, one of the things that they did And the big question is whether or not it's still being enforced today. Is the trading with the Enemy Act being enforced today? And to give a little side story on that, there was an event up in, I think it was Clarkston, Auburn Hills area. And Mike Rogers was there. Sheriff Bouchard was there and some guy running for prosecutor who didn't know anything. And so they opened a floor up for questions. And so I posed a question to Mike Rogers and I don't know what happened to Sheriff Bouchard. He ghosted himself quite quickly. My question was- Is he the guy that's running for governor now? Yes. Is it Bouchard or is it Swanson? I'm not sure. I think it's Swanson. Okay, go ahead. So I posed the question to Mike Rogers. Now remember, Mike Rogers is former FBI. The question was simply this. Under the Trading with the Enemy Act of nineteen thirty three, the Constitution is suspended. All laws are suspended. All property is that of the state. All commerce is illegal, absent a license from either the state or the federal government. And all Americans are considered enemy combatants. Is the Trading with the Enemy Act still being enforced today? And if so, is it not an act of treason or insurrection on the part of every public functionary that's enforcing it? That was my question to Mike Rogers. His response, he got up and walked out of the event. Never said a word to anybody. Got up and walked out. We got video of it. We have videos of this. And so, you know, it wasn't like, hey, folks, I got to go. Something's come up. I got, you know, nothing, nothing. And it was a big, big event. And I went, wow, was it something I said? So in some time lapse, there was another event in Brighton. And he was there again. Again, I asked the same question, even had it in writing for him. To this day, he has refused to answer. So is there any evidence that the Trading with the Enemy Act is being enforced? Even though it's not supposed to be. U.S. Supreme Court, A. L. A. Schoester, Poultry v. U.S. in the year of nineteen thirty-five ruled that Congress cannot delegate its authority to the executive branch, i.e. that would be the same to the judiciary. Because otherwise that would be a violation of separation of power. So is there any evidence that it's being enforced today? Well, look at commerce to begin with you got to have a license to do everything don't you you got to be a licensed contractor a licensed hairdresser licensed for everything either by the federal government or the state where'd that come from oh yeah trading with the enemy act look at your property uh documents or your car documents what does it say it's a certificate of ownership it's not the actual title so Does that fall within the line of the trading with the enemy act? Yeah, it does. How come we're not allowed to have an MCO on our car? When I go to the car dealership and the car is X number of dollars and I pay them in full cash for that car or truck, how come I'm not allowed to have the MCO on that car? Why does the state get to retain it? And all I get is a certificate of ownership. Certificate of ownership is not the ownership. It's the MCO. Now, I have an MCO on one of my cars. The VIN number doesn't even exist in the Secretary of State system. Huh. Okay. Hmm. So where did it become lawful for the Secretary of State to lay claim to all of our cars, our personal automobiles? Now, personal automobile versus vehicle. Personal automobiles are for what? Personal household good clarification. And therefore, it's not taxable. Well, look at how they're doing it though in commerce though too. They're doing it with our businesses when they went ahead and this has been going on for a long time. When just in time came in and they started taxing inventories. The state literally with the private public partnerships has literally taken ownership and licensing and even taxing what we have on hand. It's no different than China. Yeah, they come up with this personal property tax. So if you're a business and you're a contractor, let's say, and you've got a couple of trucks, you've got equipment, whatever, they want to know where that stuff is on this date so that they know which jurisdiction can tax it. Right. No, wait a minute. Didn't I already pay a tax when I bought it? Why do I have to pay a tax every year on my hammer just because it's in that, you know, wait a minute, something's wrong with this picture. Where's the representation? That's taxation without representation. How is that lawful? It isn't. It isn't. Well, think about this. They tax people unlawfully on their earnings. And then when they get to be older, they tax them on whatever they have saved up. They tax them on that. There's so many different double taxation methods they use. It's incredible. Everybody has to learn that this is a word salad game. So when you say, oh yeah, I make an income. Well, then you deserve to pay taxes because you're using the word income. Stop using the word income. I don't make an income. I just get reimbursed for my time. And a reimbursement is not taxable. because I'm not making a profit. I put in X number of hours of labor to do something, I'm being reimbursed for my time. That's not an income. But they've got everybody hoodwinked into believing, oh, that's an income, therefore it's taxable. Stop falling into these traps. Start taking the time and educate yourself on the word salad and stop falling into their word salad trap. And it's that simple. So yeah, people got to start educating themselves. So again, under the Trading Enemy Act, all Americans are enemy combatants. So wait a minute, if we're enemy combatants, and now you're using the term sovereign citizen to demonize anyone who challenges your authority, and under the acts by tax, you want to get rid of what? Article one, section ten, no bills of attainer. That means if you are classified as a sovereign citizen for challenging their authority, you're automatically guilty before you even get into court. And now you're going to be dragged into one of their administrative courts, which is unconstitutional. So how do you think this is going to turn out? Not well, if people don't start waking up to this and stop putting a stop to it and stop consenting to it. And stop believing the headline nonsense. Every one of these proposals is just a headline way to capture the public who will not take the time to actually look into it. So people push these agendas, capture their attention, their time, and that sort of thing, distracting them. And they never, ever see the truth of what's really behind them. Besides that, the whole premise of X by tax is like on the moron level because all it is is it's shifting the taxes from property tax out away from corporations being liable onto local taxes of the people and the corporations get out from underneath. having to pay anything. They're going to be swooping down on this real estate and picking it up because they've got unlimited money. And now we've just absolved them from a, in BlackRock's world, a fifty billion dollar tax liability. You want to lower the budget? You want to get this thing under control? Get rid of the politicians. If we got rid of about ninety percent of the politicians, one hundred percent of the unconstitutional agencies and all their staff that have been involved in tearing down the United States of America, that would be a real good start. This book right here is a book that I started. This has all the departments and agencies that have admitted to being de facto pursuant to North Beach Shelby County. And I have a list of departments and agencies in here who by way of FOIA, that's all it was, was a FOIA. I sent them a FOIA. Give me a copy of your de jure documents showing you're a de jure department or agency pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. They can't do it. They've admitted to being de facto. Well, then they shouldn't exist. We shouldn't be spending money on them. They're imposters. They're not part of Michigan, the state. And really, just to repeat again, they've captured us into saying that we're United States citizens. We're citizens of our state. We're nationals first. When we're born, we're born nationals. We're born free. Right. And they hoodwink the mother into signing a birth certificate, changing that status. A lot of people don't understand that process. That's another topic for another day. Yeah, but this is all this legal. I understand that process. Maybe not everybody else out there does, but I do understand it. But this is all about capturing. It's not about our safety. It's not about helping us. Anytime they come to help, we're on the other way. I want to take a quick moment and play this. I think this is funny. Because remember, this is what we're looking at here, guys. Puny? Say, let's pretend this brain is a puny little ant. Did that hurt? Nope. Well, how about this one? Are you kidding? How about this? If you let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one. And if they ever figure that out, there goes our way of life. It's not about food. It's about keeping those ants in line. That's why we're going back. Does anybody else want to stay? There you go. And that's exactly what they got going on here. We were talking about the judges, the builders, the developers, the contractors, and all of these agencies that are unconstitutional. They provide nothing to us. There's no value there. Right. These departments that are de facto, they're advisory only. They have no authority to ticket you with security instruments to raise money for their whatever municipality they're working through. That would be your building department, your drain commission. They're advisory only. They can come out and advise you, hey, you should probably do this or you should do that. The codebook is a suggested way of doing something. Over time, we've learned that, yeah, we shouldn't use a two by four there. We need to use a two by six or we shouldn't use a two by eight for floor joists. We should use a two by ten for floor joists. That's the minimum standard by which we've learned over the years how to build something better and safer. But it's only a suggested way of doing something. Do I have to use a two by ten? No, I could use a two by twelve. I can upgrade it. So it's not law. It's a suggestion. And people don't understand that. And these building officials go in there like, you know, they're ten foot tall and bulletproof. Hey, I got a title and therefore I'm law. No, you're not. I got news for you, Mr. Building Officials. You're primarily a joke because half of them don't even know their own code book. They don't. We have to go through inspections and certifications on our properties in Grand Rapids and such. And these people are, it is absurd. They'll walk right past something that I'll say and go, oh, yeah, I got to, you know, something. Maybe somebody broke something, you know. They'll walk right past it and they'll ding you for something that doesn't matter at all. It's crazy. I can tell you right now, okay, if you own a restaurant, if you own a little hot dog stand on the corner, The health department would be all over you making sure you're in full compliance. The building department would come in and make sure and inspect you and the fire marshal would be in there making sure that you're all compliant with all their codes and statutes and rules and regulations, right? And pay the bill. And it's like, and you got to pay for all of it. I guarantee if someone were to right now ask the fire department, ask the building officials, ask the health department, when was the last time you visited the women's prison down in Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti, wherever it's located there, down towards Ann Arbor? When was the last time you did an inspection there? Because I know right now there's multiple lawsuits being filed against the corrections department for women who have been injured and killed due to poor maintenance of the grounds. Right now, we've got women that are being sick and infected with black mold within the building. And they're doing nothing to remedy it. Absolutely nothing. They don't respect themselves. I went down to the building department in Grand Rapids one day, and I looked up, and it's like they got holes in the ceiling. The whole thing would have never passed one of their own inspections. Right. never you look at the justice hall in in michigan and people are like oh you don't know what you're looking at okay great let's have a discussion about that because I was actually there that's just discussing something that they don't know they haven't been there and they haven't seen it there's still salt on the sidewalks going up to the supreme court building the court of appeals court of claims the foundation is cracked and crumbling the whole sidewalk has still got salt on it from winter They're not maintaining anything. It's just falling down. The city of Livonia is looking to tear down their municipal building and library to build a new one because they've refused to maintain the other ones. They let them go into disrepair so that they convince the people, hey, we need to rebuild new ones and we're going to issue bonds and you guys are going to pay us to rebuild all this stuff. And then who gets the contract? They're buddies. And it goes right back to this developer, contractor, engineers, municipalities. Lansing is a ghost town. It's in shambles when you go there. I couldn't believe how they're not even keeping the landscaping up. You've got holes and bare dirt going up to these buildings that we're paying for the maintenance on. It's a crying shame. You know what the shame is? It's what they've sold us that we're paying for, that we're getting nothing out of this. It's just money laundering, theft, corruption. And yet you'll have the ordinance officer, your local ordinance officer, writing you tickets because you've got too many dandelions in your front yard. Go down to Lansing. Look at what these morons are doing there. I'm not kidding you. Yeah. The whole thing is so corrupt. And, you know, I can understand why people get exasperated. Oh, you know, you know what? It's so bad. We all it's just, you know, the ship has sunk. What are you going to do about it? There's nothing we can do. You know, if you get rid of this guy, the next guy is just as bad as the last guy. Well, you might know something. I'll tell you why it's this way. Three letter word bar. The bar. That's who we need to take out. They're the ones. When I go and talk to a newly elected official and I ask him questions and he's sitting there going, well, I need to talk to our attorney to give you an answer. Wait a minute. You're the one who was elected, not the attorney. So why can't you give me an answer? That's Byron Township. Every time they talk, well, we got to get the attorney here to answer your questions. It's like, no, I'm asking you the question, not them. Right. Yeah. So who's controlling the municipality, the bar associations? Tim Newhouse in Byron Township is where I had a funny discussion with him at the zoning board. He's head of the zoning board. And I was instructing him on what the rights are. He goes, you don't think I know the law don't do yet. I said, I know you don't. And he's like, well, do you know what I do? I'm like, it doesn't matter. He's like, I'm an attorney. I said, well, don't try pulling rank with me because it doesn't cut crap. He said, you don't even have a license to practice law. You have a private membership association. His face got all kinds of red. He got all kinds of mad and pissed off and turned around and walked out because he couldn't debate me on it. And there was no answers. It was just let's throw a temper tantrum on the peasants that we're ruling over. And then if we don't hear the answers we want, then they just walk out on the peasants or they silence us or they call the sheriffs on us. Well, the sheriffs need to wake up because they're going to be on the hook here if they don't start acting de jure. Plain and simple. Because we're going to start filing lawsuits against them as well in federal court. You explain to me, Sheriff, how you took an oath. to uphold the Constitution, to act as jury, and you're in there doing everything to the contrary. You explain before a federal judge how you can validate those actions. You can't. So you know what? You have no immunity, you will be sued, and you're done because you start getting multiple lawsuits on these sheriffs, they're gonna lose their bond. Any public functionary that loses their bond, they cannot hold public office. So that's why I encourage everybody to file lawsuits against them. Is that anyone, if they have a lawsuit against them, they lose their bond? If they get multiples. When the bond gets hit multiple times, the bonding company will not grant them another bond. So they, you know what, we're not going to bond you. You're too much of a liability. So when they lose their bond, they have to resign from office. So that's why I encourage everybody, start filing lawsuits against them. It's not hard. If you're not sure how to do this, there's plenty of people out there, plenty of groups out there that can help you through the process. There's AI programs out there that'll help you through the process. You got Grok and ChatGP, whatever it is, GPT or something like that. There's programs out there that'll help you through the process. Make sure that you do the research. Make sure that when you're when you're citing a case make sure that you're you know it's legit it's not it pertains to what you're talking about and the quotes are correct and accurate make sure that what you're doing is accurate because you'll get called out on it but um yeah there's plenty of people there's plenty of programs out there now to where you can you'll write a brief better than an attorney does That's true. You know that the last lawsuit that I filed on Jocelyn Benson, I've got a lawsuit on her right now. I've got one on Jonathan Brader. They don't know what to do with us pro se litigants because they're so bad at it. The attorney general's office ran their program, I'm pretty sure, through AI. It was completely ridiculous. It was absurd what they were saying in it. I don't even think they know what to do at this point in time with any of this. So like I run a local AI too. And so when people are really paranoid and we've shown people on Brandenburg News Network how to run a local AI and being able to have an unmoderated AI. So I'll jump back and forth between several of the AI models out there. But honestly, if you run a local AI, you're getting unmoderated AI. returns on that, which means they're not, they're not inserting their bias because all of the models that are out there are trained. They train them and what they're not, what they're training them on isn't how to get better at a subject. It's how to hide what they don't want you to see. If you ask the right questions, you can sometimes get through it. So those of us who have done quite a bit with it, you learn how to write the prompts. And sometimes I'll instruct the AI models on why they're wrong. I'll say, no, you're wrong. And this is why. And I'll insert something I know. And then we're retraining their training out of them. But unmoderated, look into Lama, look at some of the Lama stuff out there, some of the other ones. There's a bunch of them. And in our past episodes, we have actually given steps on how exactly to install a local AI that's unmoderated. Yeah, getting back to the property tax, if you are serious about omitting property taxes off your property, one of the fundamental things to start doing, and this is before you really have to take a deep dive on this, even if you don't have your property in a trust yet, do some FOIAs. FOIA the tax assessor. Ask them for their de jure documents pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. FOIA the tax commission. ask them for their documents I guarantee right now I already know the response the documents don't exist okay they'll come up with this big you know two paragraph you know thing and ultimately it'll come down to the documents do not exist meaning that they can't prove their de jure status if they can't prove the jury status what are they de facto means So this is what you're going to need down the road to get your property out of property taxes because you're going to have to prove that the tax assessor and the tax commission have no authority. That's going to be part of the process. So take time and start learning how to do a FOIA. Take the time and start getting these elementary pieces of information put together for down the road because you're going to need them. You're definitely going to need them. And the other thing is, and I'm sure John is not bashful about it. You got to know Norton. Because Norton plays a big part in this. Okay. We've gone through this on Brandenburg News Network for as long as I've known John just about here. And the court case is Norton versus Shelby County. And it literally establishes that none of these agencies, It's not that they don't have the right to exist. It's that they absolutely don't exist. It's all fiction. Yeah. Yep. And there's a few other cases as well. Um, did they go in and support that as, as well? I'm sorry. Such as, uh, Downs v. Bidwell, uh, Haines v. Kern, A.L.A. Schleister Poultry v. U.S., um, Marbury v. Madison, um, There's a list, there's quite a few. And so, but little by little, you start learning the language, you start learning about these cases, and that's what's gonna support your position to get out from paying property taxes. Because the other thing is, is that under the Northwest Ordinance, Article IV of that document stipulates there are no property taxes. And there weren't supposed to be any property taxes. So that's where the Northwest Ordinance, the intent of Congress, your land patent, when you start bringing all these elements together, now you've made all the connections. Now you're ready to go to federal court. Now you're able to prove there are no property taxes to be assessed because they can't. Because one, the office is de facto. So how can someone assess your property that is fake and doesn't exist? You can't fix this problem by layering more problems on top of it. It's tearing it back to what is lawful and what is in compliance to the constraints placed upon them by the Constitution. The Constitution is the constraints on them. It's not on us. It is on those people who occupy an office. Yes. Yep, absolutely. And they just don't know their place. Um, I had a conversation with someone about a week ago about that and they were having trouble with a judge. And I said, you know what, if you got a judge, it's being arrogant. Now this is me talking and I, you know, I'm not bashful in court. But, you know, I've told judges, look, obviously we need a reality check here on the pecking order. We the people are the supreme authority under the Constitution, making we the people, the employers and all public servants, the employees. You work for the people of which for which I am part of. You know, you work for the people which I'm a part, making me one of your superior employers. Now, if you don't like that. You're more than welcome to resign. You'll become a greeter at Walmart for all I care, but you're not at the top of the pecking order. You're at the bottom, and that pisses the judges off because you're establishing the pecking order. Who's in actual control here? Understand, when you go to court, the case number is an account number. This is all banking. It's all trust law. because a trust exists. What's the trust? It's the all-caps name. They take out three bonds, a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond, SF-XXIV, SF-XXV, and SF-XXV-A. They have to record this. There's an AO-XXX that they're supposed to record this information through because they have to contact the Treasury to let them know that this is a taxable event. They're supposed to be paying the taxes on this. You are never the debtor. You are the creditor. But the judges play word salad and make you the debtor. If you look on the A.O. for thirty, the defendant is the creditor. So by them playing the word salad in court, that gets you to say things that allow them to put you in the debtor's position. Now you've got to do jail time. Now you've got to pay fines and fees because they've made you the debtor. You've got to learn how to not allow them to do that. One of the things that you can do is challenge the judge, okay? I mean, there are so many levels and layers to the challenge. We've already discussed some of them. Where's your anti-bribery, foreign aid registration? Where's your licensed practice law? That's just for starters. Judge, have you contacted the treasury to let them know that this is a taxable event? I need a document. I need proof of this. Show me proof that you've contacted them and let them know that this is a taxable event, number one. Number two, where's your POA? Where's the power of attorney that granted you the ability to access this account to begin with? You don't have it. Why? Because I, the man, am the grantor and beneficiary. I stand here under threat, duress, and coercion. Oh, well, we summoned you to court. No, I'm here under threat, duress, and coercion because if I don't show up, you're going to send guys with guns after me. So that's threat, duress, and coercion. You're forcing me to be here. I don't want to be here. And I can't appear here because I can't disappear. So what I did do is I sent you my paperwork in here. There's where I appear. I appear through the paperwork. And you don't like that. You don't want that to happen. We've got a gal right now who got a ticket. She sent in And paid the ticket. They turned around and sent it back. And said no we want you in court. What? Yeah because they want to make everybody afraid. Is what they want. Yeah. So she's got to go to court now. After having already paid it. They returned it. And now they're forcing her back into court. And she's like why? And I said, you know what? I said, now they can't charge you. She was, what do you mean? I said, both under federal and state law, if you've already paid it and they refuse payment, payment refused is payment in full. So they can't charge you again for that. So I really don't understand why they're even bringing you back into court. I have no clue. We're going to find out. I think it's next week. when she goes back into court. But yeah, it made no sense that she paid it and then they returned it and said, oh no, we want you to come into court. And it's like, that makes no sense at all. But yeah, I mean, they do things to manipulate you and to convince you that you're something that you're not. And I've actually charged Judge Bain with this, Daniel Bain out of Livingston County. And where he tried to, you know, he threatened me. If you show up in court as a man, I'm putting you in jail for ninety days. What the hell else am I supposed to come as? I'm not going to get a sex change. This is how God made me. I mean, come on. Seriously. Well, what it is, is he wants to me to be the all caps name artificial entity. He doesn't want me there as a man because he has no jurisdiction over I as a man. or any man or woman in that court. Now I've taken possession of those court cases. It's been publicly filed and documented through the legal news. And I've taken possession of those court cases. They have been renumbered and reassigned and put into a trust. Now they're trying to violate the trust. So we're going to have some fun with these clowns, but it's all because I paid them in coffee beans. I said, you know what? I'll resolve all controversy. I will lawfully take care of this. And he goes, you're going to take care of this. I said, I will do it lawfully. I made sure they stipulated lawfully. Well, how else can I do this lawfully? You send me a, you know, this postcard with a number on it claiming that this account is past due, you owe this. Well, it has a number on there. There's no dollar symbol on it. It's just a number, not even a point zero zero after it, just a number. Well, how do I interpret that? I can interpret that any way I want. Why Montgomery Ward, Eugene Glaser, Stipulated by the judge. Stipulated. You can interpret that any way you want. So I interpret that as, okay, I'm going to give you coffee beans. Why? Because coffee beans have an intrinsic value. Fiat currency has no intrinsic value, but coffee beans do. So I paid him in coffee beans. And now he's trying to say, well, that's a contemptible act. No, it's not. Well, they returned my coffee beans. Well, if you refuse payment, that's payment in full. Now what do you want to do? Now you're wanting me to break the law. You're asking me to not only perjure myself by saying I'm not a man, now you want me to break the law and pay you in a fiat currency after I've already taken care of and tendered this obligation. So, you know what? Judge, are you considering me to be the debtor in this matter? I'm hoping he says yes, because you know what, Judge? Let's hypothetically run this scenario. If I'm the debtor in this situation, that means I'm the surety. If I'm the surety, I now invoke my right of segregation. And guess what? Because I invoke my right of segregation, you must now bring forward All the ledgers, incoming and outgoing, showing all the chattel and everything that you've invested into these bonds. And I need a full accounting of these bonds because all that needs to be put into an escrow account. You, Judge, must appoint a trustee over that. We're going to create a trust right here and now. And you're going to make sure that the fiduciary responsibilities are upheld. And then the beneficiary will contact you down the road as to how and when and where to disperse those funds. Let's see if he likes that one. Have you ever done that to anybody? Uh, we came very close once already. Um, and things went sideways and there was a screw up in the language and it kind of fell apart, but we're going to try it again. If, if it push comes to shove, we're going to try that again. I absolutely love this is absolutely hilarious. I can't wait to see how this continues on. You know, it's so funny as we figure this all out every step of the way. And every situation is a little bit different. But the law, the Constitution, and what we have to deal with, that all stays the same. Mm-hmm. So it's a learning progress. You know, they've created a – a parallel system, one that's been created under deceit. And there is no playbook out there that you can just, you know, oh, let me Google the playbook on how they're doing this. There is none. It's by trial and error and slowly penetrating their mode of operation that is nothing but fraud upon the people. And it's a learning process. And step by step, we're getting closer and closer. Now, the big The big tail here is going to be probably about sometime around the end of the month. Because I know Dave Burris is going to default. His law firm, Seward Henderson, is going to default. And when they do, I'm filing a federal lawsuit against them. And we're going to see what happens there. But this is going to open the door for us down the road in this process. And I don't want to go into a whole lot of detail on it right now, but. I guarantee there is going to be some big leaps and bounds in all of this, in multiple areas, having to do with the FBI, having to do with the courts, the police, and how the municipalities view and interact with us. Because this whole process is nothing but a house of cards, and it's going to come crashing down. It's going to come down hard and fast. So once we get this going, and quite frankly, Dave Burris, by filing that brief in the Livingston County Courts on behalf of Genoa Township, he opened Pandora's box. He did us a favor by being that arrogant. The only reason why, and I'll tell you right now, the reason why he did it, it was out of spite and arrogance. He thought he was going to be able to discredit me. The reason why he's got his panties in a lot is because that law firm, him and his partners in that law firm, have lost to me four times in the Livingston County Court. They have tried since two thousand nineteen to garnish me, to come after me financially and keep losing. And they're pissed and they don't know how to how to how to get around what and how I put this together. And that's where the trust and everything come into play. They can't touch me financially. They've tried four times. They've lost all four times. So they're pissed. He's pissed. And he's trying to figure a way. I mean, he went out there. Oh, Bambus is out there talking about trust and how to get around. And so they're all in this worked up frenzy about the fact that they cannot figure out how to stop us. so him doing what he did with the fbi report claiming that we are all terrorists and extremists he did us a favor I gotta tell you you can't look Sorry, you can't look these gifts in the mouth. I mean, it's like the township, the engineer, Eagle, the drain commission ruining my well. It was a gift because now at this point in time, I've got material damages to my property besides the fact that they entered into commerce. When things go wrong, when things go wrong, sometimes it helps us with dealing with a larger issue. And I think this is what we're talking about right here. Some of the problems you've had in your legal adventures have actually set them up for a slam dunk. So going back to, people always want to see win, win, win, win, win, win, win. You know what? Sometimes the biggest wins in our lives are when we lose or we lose something because issues are brought to life, people are held accountable, and it's like the silver lining right there. So. Yeah, I go into court and I'm, you know, I don't worry about the final so-called W or L at the end of the day. I'm looking for the little wins, okay? I get these judges to say and do things they're not supposed to say or do. Those are the wins, okay? These court cases, I can give two shits about, oh, we're going to fine you a hundred dollars for not having a driver's license, which I can't get because the Secretary of State won't contract with me anyway. So do I care about that being a loss? Hell no. Who cares about that? What I care about is I got that judge to say and do things he's not supposed to do. Why? Because now I can take that information, those transcripts, and guess what? I get to use it on the next case or down the road when it's a bigger issue and more important. So that's, I go to every hearing that I go into, I go in there with an objective. I go in there with a plan to get them to say and do things they're not supposed to say or do. And they fall into the trap every single time. Laying the groundwork. Laying the groundwork, making sure you're on a solid base. I love it. I got to tell you, it's one of the most enjoyable things I've ever done was to get into pro se litigation. I think it's fantastic because we can hold people accountable that way. So I've got my next guest on, Josh, next. And you have any last words here for the day? And I'm going to do a real quick break and then I'll have America First, Josh Gritzmaker on. Just get out there. In the time it takes to watch the halftime show of a football game, write a FOIA. Write a FOIA. Do a FOIA. I mean, it's that simple. It's that quick. Once you get the first one done, you've got a template. run with it. A lot of us have templates out there that we share and we put out there. So yeah, do a FOIA. If you want to start looking at your property taxes as something, as a goal that you want to do, you don't have to have it in a trustee or anything else. Just start doing the FOIAs. FOIA the tax assessor. FOIA the tax commission. Start FOIAing these officials, asking them for their jury documents pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. Get those responses. Those responses are certified. meaning that they are usable as evidence in court. So get the FOIAs out there, get those responses and start gathering your information for down the road for when you are ready to actually confront them on the tax issue. Fantastic. Well, we'll see you again next week at ten o'clock. I absolutely love this segment. This is my I shouldn't say it, but this is one of my very favorites of all times. is when we get out and talk on ten o'clock on Tuesdays. Well, you have a great day today. Glad to see you're still doing well. There's always a curiosity of whether somebody's going to try to arrest you or any of us that are fighting. So anyhow, I'm going to go to a quick break right now and I'll be on with Josh Gritzmaker and America First. We'll see you. Thanks. Thank you. Good morning. Welcome to the second or the third hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the fifth day of August, twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show. I'm going to run right over and bring Josh on. Hey, Josh, how you doing? Hey, good morning, Donna. How are you doing? I'm doing great. We're beating up bad guys pretty good here, which is really good. You know, those people that have put America last and they're not fair and very well right now. And so welcome to the show today. It's the first time you've been on the show and we've got lots to talk about. So Josh has got an event on Thursday that I'm going to be speaking at. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we have a monthly meeting down here in Hillsdale, Michigan, and we call it the Business and Political Spotlight Forum. And you're our keynote speaker this Thursday. We're looking forward to having you. It's the first time you'll be coming to Hillsdale to speak to our group. So everyone's pretty excited to finally meet you and hear what you got to say. And I'm sure they're going to have lots of good questions for you to answer, too. So. Oh, that's fun. I'll probably bring up this water theft and the water wars of the state of Michigan right now and how the Dutch Mafia crime syndicate that's running the Republican Party is actually throttling our state. They're really, really super interesting. But I can talk on any other subject you want. So how about anyone that's out there wants to hear me talk on any subject, including yourself, throw it out there and I'll talk to whatever you'd like. Sounds great. Sounds great. No, we're excited. Uh, yeah, we're, we're fighting the good fight down here. Um, I know you're involved in been staying close to the Stephanie Scott situation there and, uh, and North Adams and, uh, We're trying to support her in any way we can. She's definitely one of our types of people trying to take down the establishment and give the power back to the people and get the people activated. That's part of the problem we have down here is there's not enough people getting off the sideline and getting engaged to truly make a difference. So that's where we're trying to step in and help those people get off the sidelines. I think a lot of people are so disenfranchised with the whole political process because all they do is see people lie to them. And honestly, they're being lied to full time and they know it. People are smart enough to know when that's occurring. So they start asking questions on who to trust. What do you trust? What do you follow? I follow nothing. I trust no one or anything, honestly. It's on a situation to situation basis because just because you like what somebody says doesn't mean that they are who they say they are. They're real good at spinning messages. And after a while, you kind of see a track record of honesty and performance. So like if you're hiring people to be honest, say, like fill an office, you're looking for performance. And if they don't have a track record of performance or attacking real issues, they're just another yada, yada, yada. So tell me some more about what you guys are doing. I am looking forward to coming down there. Do you have any idea how many people are going to be there? Do you have a We typically bring in, you know, in the summertime, sixty to eighty people. We've had over a hundred people come in from time to time. So, you know, it's just, you know, summertime is a tricky situation with with holidays and folks vacationing and summer, you know, rec leagues with their kids. So, you know, we're like we've been promoted pretty well and we're looking for a good turnout. So. So what are some of the other projects you guys have worked on so that people know what your organization is kind of involved in? Yeah. Yeah, kind of going back to when I got involved in the political scene was twenty twenty. Obviously, with COVID, I was finally fed up and said, hey, I got to do something. I got to get activated. And, you know, the first thing I thought, I moved to Hillsdale. It's supposed to be the conservative Mecca of Michigan. So let me go to the Republican Party meeting. And so I went there in April of twenty twenty. And with everything going on, thought the place was going to be packed I thought it was going to be just you know standing room only everyone irate as I was about what was going on and that you know the evil that was you know penetrating all aspects of our lives at that time and I get in there and there's only like thirty to thirty five people and it's very and I'm I didn't know anybody that I'm new to the area So I go in, nobody greets me. I sit down by myself. Everyone's kind of clicky. And I'm like, what in the world is this? And the first person finally to come up and talk to me was Senator Mike Shirky. Didn't know him from Adam. He introduced himself. I was like, okay, cool. Senator's here, great. Seemed like a nice guy. So I sit down, I start watching this meeting. It's ran by all the establishment politicians of Hillsdale. It's kind of a mess. And I'm sitting there and I'm thinking, what in the world are these guys doing? This is crazy to me. It's so unorganized. Nobody's like trying to figure out how to fix things, at least in our community. And Senator Shirky and his assistant were sitting kitty corner to me. And I can hear him talking to his assistant saying, these guys are idiots. They don't know what they're doing. What a mess. And I'm thinking on one side, yeah, he's right, because that's exactly what I'm thinking. But my other side of me is like, you're the senator for this area. Why aren't you helping these people instead of like talking crap behind me? So after that got done, I was like, all right, I'm a one and done. This ain't the spot for me. So I walk out the door, and I'm greeted by two guys, one that you know, John Paul Rutan, who runs the free Constitution class here in Hillsdale. I really like John. He's amazing. He's part of CSPOA, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. All those guys are just amazing. So they stop me at the door, and they introduce themselves, and they're like, you don't look too happy. I'm like, no, this is a complete – you know, crapshoot. I'm like, I'm done. I ain't doing nothing with this. You know what I mean? I got four kids, a wife, a career. Like if I'm going to give my time to something, it's not this. And they said, hey, we got a plan. We understand. We feel the same way. And that's when they kind of recruited me to be a precinct delegate and to go in that fall and try to, you know, clean house really and put some America first type people in charge of the Republican Party here in the county. And we did that. We were able to kind of get a clean slate, all of America first minded, new leadership in place, and all the establishment people scattered and were gone, never seen them again for two years. So that's how I got involved with things here in Hillsdale. Whenever I see somebody who's part of the establishment, I'd like to look into them a little bit and try to figure out who they're attached to because the establishment people are getting a kickback somehow. They all are. If you look at their business contacts and you look at how they're tied in together to use the system for self-enrichment, that's usually where you're going to find the truth about them. All right. Yeah. So we, so we, we made a lot of people that can, can relate to what you're saying. Yeah. Yeah. So we did, we made some great changes. We put, you know, we implemented a lot of things. We got involved in the community pretty heavy for those first two years. And then in twenty twenty two, we're like, all right, we got a good foundation. We got it. We were recruited really well. We got a lot of people activated. Let's take the next steps, you know, and As you know, there's a lot of funny business with the clerk's office here in Hillsdale County. And I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but in the twenty twenty two precinct delegate election on the very last day, they threw out twenty six precinct delegate applications of America first candidates off the ballot. OK, I did not know that about your area, but nothing surprises me anymore. So at that point they mailed the letters to the applicant saying your application was denied. Mind you, these applications were turned in mid to late March and were discarded May seventh. So they sat on them that long just to sway the precinct delegate election to allow the establishment to have more precinct delegates on the ballots, therefore win and be able to take back the party in . So that was a crazy situation. The whole thing is rigged from top to bottom. The signature gathering, that whole thing is rigged. And it's not rigged by honest people that just want to run for office. It's rigged from the inside. But that doesn't mean we stop. We keep going. Right. So when that happened, there was a bunch of fracture in the party. And that's really where our America First movement really took hold and said, hey, We don't need the Republican Party. The Republican Party needs us. We can still do what we want to do and make differences and make changes for the good in the community with our own goals and objectives. And we are still conservatives, and we're going to do things the conservative way. And that's when we established our PAC and been moving on forward ever since. Yeah. Oh, that's really wonderful. Well, tell me some more about your community down there and how else you're getting involved and what are you doing to let people know who you are and how to get involved? Yeah. Outreach. Are you doing events or what are you doing? We do these monthly meetings throughout the year. we do a family fun night in the summer. Um, we do our fair. Um, we have a great fair booth that we put on for everybody there, uh, at the Hillsdale County fair and, uh, the family fun nights, uh, uh, joint venture with toys for tots. Um, I think we had over three hundred people, uh, that was just July, earlier July this year. We had over three hundred people attend that. And, uh, we, we try to get involved in, in a lot of different groups, um, We sponsor one of the shooting groups in Camden Frontier. We partner with Jasmine's Voice, which is a nonprofit that does communication devices for autistic children. So we try to identify some families in need here in town and sponsor some of these devices so their kids have a little bit better tool to communicate. Oh, I love that. Yeah. And then, you know, when it's campaign season, we're, you know, we rally the troops and just get out there and do tons of door knocking and get in front of people and try to move that needle. There's close to seventy percent of voters that don't vote in primaries here in Hillsdale County. And that's where things happen and changes are made. And that's our big objective now is to move that needle on the non-voters. How are the response going on that? You're exactly right to what you said. There's so many people that are like, my vote doesn't count. It doesn't matter. The system's rigged. There's so much animosity towards the political situation. You're not wrong. There should be, but that doesn't mean we stop. That's when you really got to put the pedal to the metal even harder. Correct. So that's kind of where we're like, Hey, let's spend some time with these folks and sit down with them. And like you said, have them get to know us on a personal level because everyone in our movement is not politicians. You know, our, our, our membership is from nineteen years old to eighty two years old. We have students, we have lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, business folks, you know, retirees. I always tell everyone we are the most diverse group in hillsdale county when it comes to any non-profit or political action group we we touch all bases and that's what it should be that's what america first should be is is everyone coming together like we are and I'm hoping that that message is resonating with folks moving on into the future Well, and I think you're absolutely right on point. So one of the things that I tell people consistently is they keep trying to make us look at all failures that we've had or current failures. And some of that's necessary because you've got to do an assessment of what's going on so that you can get a better plan and see the deficiencies. But really what defines us as Americans isn't those things that are our worst moments. It's those things that are our best moments, the things that we can grab on and say, wow, that's amazing. And be in awe of each other and the goodness that we see in each other's hearts on a local level. that is, that is packaged in many different ways. So, you know, being involved, we had this parade up in Byron township, which we're having some difficulties here, but, but I tell you, I own the buyer and setter chicken, which is a nine foot chicken. And it's like the flag of the area. Right. And every small town across the United States can relate to what I'm saying. Right. You always have something that's quirky that only the people in your area really know what why this is there, why it started and what it really means. Right. So we went on the parade and I got to tell you, I sat there and watched the faces of of all the kids and the people and people were, you know, it wasn't a truck with a logo on it for commerce. It wasn't somebody selling something. It's just a bunch of goofy people who shovel horse manure, such as me, who are just having a great time and saying hi as neighbors. And I literally was choked up. I was literally holding back tears the entire time that we were going down the parade route realizing that the best of America was sitting right there, right there. The grandparents, the parents, their children, the aunts, the uncles, the friends, and just wanting to spend time together without the interference, without the lies, the habitual lies coming from politicians, politicians moving their mouth. They're lying. Okay. That's just the truth of what's happening. They're manipulating everything. But I tell you, You know, you think about all these wonderful things that we have been given by God Almighty in the state of Michigan. You can't separate it without the presence of God Almighty with us. Without God, you have no integrity. Without God, you have no honesty. Without God, you have no life. You have nothing. And everything he's given us here to stand together as one nation under him is amazing. And to be, you know, thankful for those things that you're doing in your community. It just, it makes me really happy. I love the fact that you're looking for ways to do what we're supposed to be doing, which is not expecting the government to take care of business. It's us. Correct. That's what we say all the time. Bad politicians. It's the fault of whoever is demoralized and refuses to get in the game and help. Yeah. Yeah, and you're exactly right on the parades. And I kick myself every day since we always have a really great parade here in Hillsdale, and we've been partaking in it for the past three years. And we actually, during COVID, our group ran the parade for Hillsdale because the city and the government said, oh, we can't do it because of COVID. So we stepped up and said, well, we'll just put it on and take care of it. Um, so once COVID was over, they got back involved and took it back, but it's whatever it's for the community. And we didn't do it this year because we had so much time and effort put into our family fun night. That was just the week after. And I had so many people because we always, our group always has superheroes as part of our, our, our, our parade group. So we have superheroes, princesses, tons of candy and gifts to give to the kids. And so many people reached out and are like, we didn't see at the parade. We were looking forward to the, you know, what superheroes you were bringing this year. And, So I promise everyone I'm like, Hey, this is one and done. We will always be at the parade moving forward. So, but you're right. It's everyone's just coming together and, and enjoying the community like that. And it's, it's a special time for sure. It's all these gifts that God's given us. I mean, the musicians, the artists, the poets, the writers, The things that we enjoy. I mean, we should not, honestly, I don't think anybody should be working as hard as everybody's working right now. And if you got rid of the taxes, that'd be a good step in the right direction, right? So then we could have our lives free without the interference of the government. They have no right to do it anyway. But then think about focusing. I see your mounts behind you on the wall. So you're clearly a hunter. Yep. The big boy's right in the middle. You can't really see him. Oh, wow. My, uh, my dad's, uh, always been a big hunter and, uh, he ran a taxidermy business in Santa Creek, Michigan for about twenty years. So, I got a little bit of a hookup on getting my mounts done, so. I would say so. So, how, how fun. You know, um, uh, there's just so much to celebrate going to and, and you know what I like the best. I love going to events or picnics where somebody just brings a guitar and they sit there noodling, you know, they're just kind of sitting there just, you know, messing around with it. People start singing and, and it's free form and it's free and it's just people joyously celebrating life together. It's, it's a wonderful thing to see. Yeah, and that is spot on. Actually, our Hillsdale Republican Women's group is putting on a free old-fashioned picnic this Saturday here right in town. And completely free event, free food for anybody that wants to attend. And they're going to have games and prizes for kids. And all they're trying to do is just have some fellowship in the community and, you know, give back a little bit. The last meeting that we had for the Constitution Party, because, you know, I'm the chairman of the Constitution Party of Michigan's Taxpayers Party. which I don't like political parties. I'm just going to tell you that they should all be abolished. But we got to have something on the ballot. But we did it at a gun shop and door, which was really, really cool. I'm like, you know, everybody can come here and bring whatever it is that you like to shoot with and you can go practice, which everyone should be practicing and training on firearms. Always helpful. Always, if you've got a firearm, get your sorry behind into somewhere in a shooting range and know how that piece of equipment works. Everybody needs to do that. I always tell people with gun training, it's front to back. It's how you take care of the weapon, how you operate the weapon, but also how you clean the weapon. Because if you don't clean the weapons properly, the next time you go to shoot, it could be faulty or jam or have some issues that could be a safety hazard. So it's front to back from the moment you touch it to the moment you clean it and put it away. All those things need to be repetitive for sure. I love that. Yeah, everything needs to have muscle memory. I had one person that said that. People should practice, if you've got like a center fire, you should be practicing five minutes a day as part of your workout routine in the morning, just dry firing. Dry fire and having it in your hands. Remember how that feels like, you know, moving things around so that you don't pull it out of a drawer that you haven't looked at in five years. It's probably... not going to end well, you know? So I think all those things are so important and such, but how else did you gather information in your area? Is it just because people knew each other on where there were needs? Yeah, it really is a word of mouth and a communication connection of, you know, talking to people about what, you know, people they know, family members, you know, it's a small community. So kind of everyone knows everyone. That's kind of how we drove and grew, but also found those needs for the kids that may need those devices. We stay close to Toys for Tots and understand that they're doing a good service for our county as well. And understanding, hey, we're short on toys for this age group. And then we rally our people and make sure that they're taken care of so every kid gets a Christmas around here. We are definitely county focused in our group right now. We pretty much think that you got to take care of your backyard before you can go take care of your neighbor's backyard. So until we can right the ship and fix a lot of things here in Hillsdale County, we want to keep our focus there to right the ship here and then start working with some coalitions branching out into the state eventually. Do you have any other groups that you know of across the state that are kind of similar to you and that are working like you are? Like, I know Paul Urban with We The County and such. Great guy. Absolutely wonderful work that they're doing. They usually meet at a church. It's quite a large group, too. Yeah, we work pretty closely with... There's a pack in Lenawee County, Lenawee County Conservatives, that is very like-minded like us. The Monroe County Republican Party, Jackson, and Branch counties are all, they've kind of flipped from establishment to, you know, grassroots in America, first-minded folks. So we've stayed close and worked well with them. So we are working closely with them. working closely, trying to bounce ideas off each other more so than actually doing things together right now. But keeping the communication open, finding out what's working for these folks and what's not working and trying to take those ideas and implement them here in Hillsdale. That's fantastic. And I really like how you're crossing over into different groups that have different affiliations and such. We really have to remember that we are all Americans and And the other titles, the way they've divided us into subgroups and such that we don't really typically talk to each other in groups that are outside of our comfort zone. And I think that that's just very, very important to do. So that's wonderful. Well, fun. So we'll be talking on Thursday night at six o'clock. Yeah, we're excited. I'm looking forward. So what would you like me, you should ask everybody that's in your group, what do you really want Brandenburg to talk about? And then tell me how much time I have so that we don't wake up and have coffee together in the morning. Yeah, yeah. I think a lot of folks just want to kind of hear your backstory, learn a little bit more about you. You know, what situations you're seeing stateside that are going to affect everyone that we need to, you know, learn more about and stay closer to and see how we can get activated and involved with those to move them in the right direction for, you know, everyday citizens here in Michigan. And, you know, just the hot topics at hand in regards to what you know about, you know, Stephanie Scott's situation and different things like that that are happening around the state. And you've got as much time. You're our keynote for the night. So, you know, we have an hour blocked for you. And I'm sure there's going to be a ton of people that have a lot of questions for you. So you hit on some of those topics and answer some questions and we'll be in great shape. Yeah. Well, that's awesome. Yeah, I never write out what I'm going to talk about. I literally, no matter where I am here or anywhere, this is the first time we've talked face-to-face. We've talked on the phone, you know, and by text mostly. But I never know what I'm going to talk about. I usually just sit down, get my coffee or water or something like that. And I'm like, okay, God, take the wheel, which way you want this to go. And I really dislike these canned speeches that politicians have. I feel like I'm being lied to and I don't like to, I don't, I don't lie and I don't like to be lied to and I don't like to be manipulated. When I, when I hear people say, we've got to get the messaging right. Well, that tells me you're lying. Because you're manipulating what's coming out of your mouth. Even when a person says that, they're manipulating in order to gain favor with a group of people or with individuals. They're not just saying straight up, you know what, this sucks. And just coming out and having a conversation like we would if we were going out for coffee or sitting around a campfire or something like that, sharing a beer, whatever it is. you know, I don't drink beer, but that's okay. I have other things. Right. But the point being is that when we sit down with people and we're real, and that's when we get to the truth about what's really going on. And, uh, Find out what's important to each of us. That's where you find solutions, the best solutions, because you're talking to people who are on the ground, not just making up a canned speech and running out the door so nobody can talk to you. I can honestly say I've rarely seen that in my travels to Mar-a-Lago or to D.C. or anywhere else. They typically will end their canned speech and they're out of there because they can't hold up to questionings. I'm not sure if you're familiar. I'm friends with a fellow named Steve Dace. He's on Blaze TV. I know the name. He does exactly what you said right there. When he goes to do speeches, he knows the audience he's going into, but he prays on it and then just goes from there, lets God use him through the microphone and speak on what's really pulling on his heartstrings at the moment. It seems effective for him, so that's great that you do the same thing. Well, sometimes I'll come in and say, okay, well, what's topical, you know, as far as that people would be in it. Cause I don't want to put everybody sleep, you know, it's like, you want to make sure that nobody's sleeping there and waste. I don't want them to waste their time. And so I can give them some information that they can walk away with and say, wow, this is the truth. And why aren't we hearing this anywhere else? Because you get into it and you realize that fake stream media is all fake. But then with USAID and all of these other financial crimes that are being committed, most of the people who are in the alternative media and social media influencers are we're being paid by USA too. So where do you go to get real news? I tell you what it is. It's, it's gotta be somewhere where I know they're not making money off of the message that's being delivered because if they're, that's why I don't have any ads on here because I don't take any money for this and neither does anybody that comes on the show. This is all because we should be doing, this is our civic duty to, to, one another, caring about one another and putting the time, that investment in one another to help us learn, to find out who's lying and what the truth is and being able to back it up with the receipts. And that way we can make changes because it's not like, well, I've got the best stump speech. It's this is what's happening. Here are the receipts. This is where the crimes are being committed. We got to do something. And this is the way we're going to do it. So today I'm going to be working on an injunction, immediate emergency injunction against the product project here in Byron Township, because what I see they have dumped millions of gallons out of the groundwater here. Just, I don't know if you've been listening to it, but they destroyed my well. And it is the, it is the township. It's the engineer. It's all the permitting agencies. It's the contractor city water. It's Eagle. They're all in on this and we've got to track that trace down. And I'm going to tell you what, most of these people are awfully suspiciously close to DeVos and, So it's a, it's a shocked. What's that? I say color me shocked. Oh, my surprise. You know, the ones that are funding the politics in Michigan, you know, and these are things we're going to have to face. John James, he's a Koretsu guy. He's a supply line guy. He's made unbelievable amount of amounts of money and DeVos gives him five million dollars for his campaign. And then you've got DeVos porn, sixty million dollars in this area, in that area. And then you go through the packs and see who's, you know, some of the packs who are taking the dark money. And I'm like, if you don't know who is contributing, I want to know who's not being listed, you know? Because it's a problem. It is a huge problem. But I just really appreciate what you guys are doing down there. And anything can be run with integrity or with criminal intent. And so I really appreciate what you guys are doing. I think it's phenomenal. And I always tell our folks, listen, even if we don't change out the politicians, even if we can't break down the establishment, We are doing good things for our fellow neighbors and friends of Hillsdale County. And we should hold our heads high that we're doing these good things and these good works. At the end of the day, that's the important stuff. And if we get into positions of servitude in the government, then we take that same mindset into the government. And that's how you make things fixed. And that's just the mission we're going to stay on and keep trucking forward. I love that. And I really love your integrity as you go forward with us. I know, you know, I just I think it's phenomenal because you're putting back into the community and people's actual lives. That's right. So I'm looking forward to Thursday. I think it'll be fun. I'm going to be in town a little bit earlier. I think I might meet up with John and Scott and sit down and have a discussion. I don't know if you want to help facilitate that a meeting with John. That would be fun to talk a little bit beforehand. Sure, sure. Yeah, I can definitely help with that and start connecting and making sure things like that can happen on Thursday. That'd be great. I love that. That's so nice. So anything else you want to talk about today? No, that's what I had. And I appreciate having you on. I've got skills. So this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to make a banner for you. Okay. And if you, I've got some new skills. These are new toys, right? So what would you like me to put across the bottom in order to get a hold of you so that they can join into your efforts to make the world a better place? Yeah, the best way is to reach out to me on my cell phone, really, voice or text, five, one, seven, four, five, eight, six, one, eight, one. Hold on, five, one, seven, four, what? four five eight six one eight one okay and uh yeah that's the best way to get a hold of me and kind of you know connect you with the right areas of our group and what we're doing and uh you know how you can help I'd rather just talk to some folks and make some connections versus you know just throwing out an email or something so feel free to reach out hang on a minute I'm gonna finish typing this out and then we'll get you up there so people can know exactly This is what you get, guys. It's real news for real people by real people at the kitchen table, sort of. So here we go. We'll see how this goes. Tell me if I got it right. If it's not, I'll change it. Yeah, that's perfect. Fantastic. So awesome. I'm going to let that run for just a little bit here while we finish talking. Well, I always end my show with a prayer. Would you like to pray or would you like me to? I'd love for you to pray Donna, if you wouldn't, that'd be great. Sure. It's very freestyle here. You know, we talk, we talk to God, like, like, you know, like he's here all the time, which he is, you know, no pop in circumstances. So dear Holy father, thank you so much for Josh and for Mike and for John coming on the show today and all the wonderful people out there that are watching. I'm thankful for each and everyone. We know that everyone is struggling right now to know when to know, We're to go to find safety in the storm around us and the failings we see and everything. And this is an easy answer to this question. And we turn to you and we trust you and you're faithful. You never leave us, nor do you abandon us. You're so good to us. And whatever it is that you ask us to do without regard to the future, whatever happens, we are willing to do your will that your will be done, not our own. Everything we have has always been yours anyway. nothing, we can't lose anything because we've never really owned it. It's on loan to us. And we're here to do what it is to be stewards of this nation, this state, our townships and our families. So whatever it is that you ask us to do, we just ask to give us the feet to walk that path, that it would be your guiding us for what comes out of our mouths and where we put our time. And that You give us discernment so that we don't get captured away into something that's just a waste of time, the gift you've given us and our time that we could put into other people to show them love and kindness. Help us to recognize those things that need to be done around us and be the first to put our hands up and say, I'll do it. First one to step up because you know what? We want to be your best friend. We're not here asking you for material goods because you know what? You already know what we need. We are asking you for the spiritual gifts, those things that last forever, love, joy, peace, patience, self-control, the ability to have extreme amount of care for the world you have given us to live in and the people that are in our lives. Help us to see people with your eyes, the people in the checkout center in the store, that we would look at them and acknowledge them as being real, being a person who needs to be acknowledged as a human being that you created, your children. Thank you so much for loving us. And you've been a great friend to us. We want to be a friend to you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Amen. So there you go. I could sit here and pray all day long. I love praying and talking to God. I'm very right out there with things. I don't always say all the, the flowery words or anything like that. Sometimes I'm like going, are you kidding me? You know, how is this possible? You know, but. No, that was great. I appreciate it. What's that? I said that was great, but I loved it. Thank you for doing that. Oh, no worries. So any, any last words? And then we're going to go to, apparently general Flynn kind of endorsed me yesterday for governor. Oh, very cool. Yeah. I'm friends. I'm actually friends with him. I got to show you guys this. This is kind of fun. We'll put this up before we move on. I've been putting all kinds of stuff on my Telegram channel. At Brandenburg number four MI is my Telegram channel. Let's see if I can find where. I've got so much stuff I've been posting lately as I've been running criminals down, criminals in Byron Township. And call Angie Vander Ploeg here too and remind her that she can't lie to people and tell them there's no issue with the water. Because there clearly is an issue with the water. Let's see if I can find it here. Hold on. Because they ruined my well. Okay, hang on. Here it is. I got to get rid of this guy. And I got to get this guy up here. See, I'm actually running this whole thing. It is, in fact, I am not only Donna the interviewer, but I'm my own assistant. So General Flynn put that out yesterday, and I thought this was funny. Donna Brandenburg for governor. I didn't know he was going to do it. He just threw it out there. Nice. Very cool. We'll see what happens here. So anyhow, let's go to that part of the show, boys and girls, where we go to my twenty twenty to protest for their theft, stealing, rigging the election and trying to impoverish and capture. our fellow Americans and my well retribution now. Anyhow, ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to brandenburgforgovernment.com because I'm the best non-conceder who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump in cowboy boots. See who wears them better. I win because I wear them every day. And then we talk about this and that and the other thing and fix things. I need to have a discussion with him about this Israel thing that came up in the last couple of days. And I'm just going to tell you right now. Um, There's probably more to this, but to say that no federal aid to anyone that boycotts Israeli companies, yeah, that's kind of sticking in my throat just a little bit. But you know what? We've got a lot of people that are doing lots of different things. We're never going to find anyone we agree with all the time. If you agree with me all the time, I'm going to question your sanity, okay? You got to question everyone. And that's important. That's how they've taken us captive and feel free to question it well, because people need to either say, I don't know, or back it up with something. So with that said, everybody, I hope to see you in Hillsdale on Thursday. And I can't wait to meet you in person, Josh. What a phenomenal individual you are. I really appreciate it. So with that said, everybody, go make this day great. It's a gift from God. And God bless you. God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Go smile at everybody. Everybody's so downtrodden and, you know, pathetically, apathetically damaged right now that sometimes you just fake it till you make it, even if you're upset about things. Keep that smile on. Say good words. Pick people up around you. Look for those things you can help them with. And you'll be amazed at how God comes to your aid. fills all those dark places in your heart and, and changes everything. So have a great day. I'll see you guys tomorrow with Liberty Essentials at nine o'clock, ten o'clock, Greg Martini and the notice, the guys that are working on the notices, because this is all about holding people accountable. We have to do this. So, and stand in line a minute, Josh, going to end this stream and then we get to talk after. All right. Sounds good. Really fun. Some of that, one of these days, I'm just going to open it up and say, okay, the, You're going to listen to the conversations past. Come Thursday night. You'll probably hear it then. Sounds great.
