good morning and welcome to brandenburg news network i am donna brandenburg it's the twenty sixth day of august twenty twenty six today we have a big show on today a lot of news on the a breaking election investigation and news that's coming out all over the place i i don't even understand this okay our elections are so absolutely corrupted that i don't even know why we're even talking about this anymore because quite honestly uh we need to be seeing arrests and and prosecutions and all that T word treason comes to mind. So at any rate, we're going to be talking about lots of things today. I start out at nine o'clock with Stephanie Scott and Stephanie Lambert at ten o'clock. Lieutenant Governor candidate Robert Cowper and financial balance with John Balance. And then at eleven thirty, Nick Somburg, the Liberty lawyer. And we're it's going to be fun because he got kicked out of the Republican convention this past weekend. So did other people. They're silencing anyone who's who is not. falling in lockstep with the party message. And it's a real problem right now. So anyhow, we're going to bring Stephanie in. Hey, Stephanie, how you doing? Hi, Donna. How are you? I'm good. Doing great. Doing great. So much going on. Yes, there definitely is. It's hard to keep up. I've been enjoying all the posts and Darlene put out another one this morning that Stephanie Lambert is going to go into a little bit later. But I'm just really shocked at the at the paralysis going on having to do with election crimes because it's right out there. I mean, I was front center in twenty two and had all kinds of crimes. We finally got a fraud conviction on a signature gatherers. But I also introduced evidence that the state of Michigan was in on it. The courtroom went absolutely berserk when I did it. But I was like, sucks to be you. I'm not going to lie. You know, this is just the way it is. But you've been front and center in it. And what you and Stephanie Lambert have done is just extraordinary. And I just love you both so much. And your bravery. You guys are American heroes. So what's on your mind this morning? We talk about a million things. This is your time to bring out what you think is important for everyone. Well, I think what's reall going on with the, as fa clerk. Now I've got, I k just came in. So she's th the court case that said, criminal penalty. And if against the federal and state records retention, I've got another legal penalty. So whatever she does at this point, she's breaking the law. And it's interesting to me that this has gone this far because it's the very premise that started Stephanie Lambert and I down this trail. Because when I got an email directive to delete And that did not jive with state and federal records retention. I hired a private attorney. But now we've got a promulgated rule that, you know, from our court case, and, you know, I know you were there. I'm not sure if you read that one. But when Jonathan, that rule was being promulgated to delete within seven days, delete the electronic poll book. And when asked if that was legal, his response was somebody's going to have to challenge it in court. And it's a little surreal to me that we're a year and a half later now. And now it is being challenged in court. You've got the Bureau of Elections saying delete, state and federal says something else, and nobody's weighing in on this. Apparently the court is, well, I guess the state argued that she didn't submit it timely enough. I haven't read through the full state response yet. I see it was posted last night under Kevin Kajewski's Twitter page, X page. But it's the same situation. Is state and federal law is going to apply or is it not? And it just blows my mind away that we're still talking about this. Well, it sounds like they're trying to set the clerks up and real people up to take the fall for their criminality after they rig it. But make no mistake about it. It's the state of Michigan that is rigging this, along with people who they're setting up to be patsies. And or to take the fall for this. And I got to tell you, Jonathan Brader is one of my least favorite weasel parasite people I have ever met in my life. I mean, the dude looks like a fourth grader on bread and Red Bull twisting in a seat trying to get away from questioning. I mean, I mean, he would be an awesome pick for a supervillain. Because he's such a caricature of absurdity and stupidity. I mean, you look at this, and anybody that can look at him for five minutes and it isn't going like, What did he just say? What happened here? I was at a canvassers meeting and he was twisted in his chair like a fourth grader on a ride ball like he always is. There was a guy in there that was a signature gatherer that I didn't have any knowledge of or have any contact. I don't know this guy. He just showed up and he said that he was checking signatures and then you know, in the elections and such as from the twenty two and admitted in the canvassers meeting that they sent it to Bangladesh for for for checking. And one up there on their little monarch dais up there said, boo, not jack crap came out and he admitted it in a meeting. Right. What's that? Raider did that? No, it was his name was Mark, and he was a signature gatherer that showed up and admitted that they were sending all the records to Bangladesh, which I'm sitting there going, which proves that they had it before the election from previous elections in Bangladesh. And it also proves that they're involving a foreign nation in or a foreign entity in our elections. That should be slam, book close, game over. And they all sat there like a bunch of codfish going, oh, I don't see the problem. And they never even said anything. I'm like, dear God, is there any intelligent life in the Bureau of Elections? Hell no. No. well evidently they well they must they must understand computers they've got somebody that does that how is nobody looking at the trail the the actual logs the trails the who built the software who's who's got it licensed or unlicensed or whatever that's insane that nobody is touching that i did some brief research with ralph rembrandt's case just super brief you know i was asked and um When I was looking into it, I found out that the Bureau of Elections had changed that whole statistical number required. You know, they check just a certain percentage. There was a number in place in two thousand eight and ten. I'm going to get the years wrong. But then in twenty twenty three, which would be under Brader, he came in and hired a separate statistical company. They changed the numbers. And in the letter that they send out, they talk about a whole nother third party software system. that takes the signatures from the petition, the signatures, so they must scan them or do something, and that's compared to the qualified voter file, and that's how they check signatures. So now we have a third party. Yes, and it hasn't been announced. I never finished digging to see if they did finally announce who designed that software, but... We've got an electronic voting system that's completely electronic with nobody checking anything. And not looking into who is the one, who is the third party that's involved in this. And what are their standards? This is like polling. I got put on the stupid poll by, you know, somebody said, oh, this is great. They're including you. I'm like, oh, yeah, they're including me in their criminal system. I don't really give a crap. Right. It's like the polling should be illegal because they can they can go to you and say, what do you think? Who's your favorite? And you can say, oh, it's going to be X candidate. And they're going to go, we have one hundred percent for this candidate. You know, statistics. Exactly. They create them to like polling is a lot. You know, the money grab is a lie. And I can't believe how many people are on the full time idiot wagon to go. What is it? Probably how much money they got. It's like it's like watching Gollum. They're going, my precious, how much money, how much polling is going on? I'm like, who listens to this stuff? I don't know. I don't know. Full time idiot wagon participants. I'm sorry. It is just what it is. Just vote and vote harder. We'll just vote our way out of this mess. You know, I'm so tired of that being the mantra. So tired of it. Yeah. So something else that is concerning me is that I know there's a conference going on up in Mackinac Island with the clerks presently. Oh, and we'll be covering that a little bit more here later. But I got some questions because I've watched the Byron Township criminals steal from the people here. I was dead center in the water wars thing. The clerk here is a is a disaster. I watched her and I was in there taping a public accuracy test, which was neither public nor accurate because they did it in the basement and the one they had upstairs, which was being run by election source Dominion people. We never saw what they put in the machines. She got somebody that worked for the township to look at the tape, who happens to be the wife of one of the trustees. There was nothing public about this. And then basically said, forced me to sign that I was there and, you know, and witnessed it. I was going to sign it. But one of my Green Beret friends said, sign the damn tape, Donna, because it's proof that you were hearing what you saw. I will tell you that my signature is it was a fraud. It was brutal. It was total maladministration. I'll say that for Donald Williams and all the other people and we people notice this maladministration malfeasance. And it was also a complete and utter fraud, just like the Bar Association is. It's a fraud upon people. And the elections, it's all a fraud. It's the whole thing is just absolutely needs to be prosecuted as maladministration first, because that's easy to catch them on. But they knew what they were doing. And it looks like every day it's more and more a criminal conspiracy. Right. Well, it comes down to, you know, I don't even remember where I heard it, but check, check your premise, check your premises on anything. So we're going to call it a public accuracy test. So let's look at it and see what it actually is. Right. And when I started, that is something that I did because from a statistical background, I'm an economics major. So I had a lot of statistics. There weren't enough ballots to test the tabulator. And and I was saying that from a statistical standpoint. It was two questions. It's not too hard to figure out if the statutes actually, the state statute says test every way a ballot can be voted. It's not too hard to come up with that number. Well, I didn't realize it at the time, and this maybe is a bigger conversation, but the promulgated rules for the state You know, we have the statutes and then the state legislator delegated over to the Bureau of Elections, our executive branch, you know, that's supposed to be, you know, enforcing laws. They're making laws, but they're making the rules for the elections. And the public accuracy test is defined in the promulgated rules. Well, those promulgated rules back in twenty twenty had not been updated since nineteen seventy nine and were written for punch card tabulators. It is a completely different technology than our electronic voting systems that came in in two thousand eighteen. So it is not hard to get to the point where these machines are not tested properly. They were tested for a completely separate piece of equipment. Right. And you read over a bump over to the state contracts that actually say, you know, with the vendor that these machines are supposed to be tested according to current state standards. uh, statutes and rules, updated in michigan. That' in trouble on this whole what, you know, caught my is not enough ballots. I down into the basement an tested for in my township. We h some of them up to thir millions of ballots teste the statute. Every way a But of course, it's not feasible, right? It's not reasonable. Everybody's going to argue that. And I don't necessarily disagree. Then somebody needs to be looking at the source code. They need to see how these things are being being run and programmed and tested. If there's nothing to hide, open it up. But oh my gosh, it's not hard. Verify, but check the premise. But this logic and accuracy test, it's just a show. And now they changed it in the last couple of years so the vendors can run it. So you're telling me vendors build the machines, program their machines. Now they get to run the logic and accuracy test and tell them, hey, machines are good. We have no checks and balance. And I've said that from the beginning. Clerks are the first line of defense. We had a little start of a conversation before the show that, you know, it's a clerk takeover. I'm curious to hear more of what you think about that. Yeah. So because of the water wars fight that I had going on, I was able to really get a front row seat again into a criminal a criminal action that's going on within the townships. And I talked to an FBI agent on it. And he said, you're absolutely watching a township takeover of the state of Michigan through the developers and such, which led me to the Michigan Township Association, which trains all the clerks. And I know someone in there that committed a that was part of a fourteen year felony to get me kicked off the ballot the second time. the michigan township association which i haven't said that before but i'm gonna say it right now because that's the truth this person left her notary seal on the table and my security guy caught another guy who was part of rigging this whole thing because what they did is they stamped papers and they registered another governor candidate so the state kicked me off again because there was two governor candidates that were registered for the for the party And the person's name on it was Valerie Willis. And so they were all part of it. They were all part of getting me kicked off again. And so I was re-nominated. We quick called the convention or the chairman and the vice chair at the time called another convention, nominee convention, and I won it. But there were a lot of screaming and yelling in there. And every single one of those people that were screaming and yelling are guilty of what happened in that. So I've got a nearly identical memory. And I got a long time to remember this stuff and go after people because I know exactly what they did. And it's funny because when people bring other people up to me and say, oh, we need to get this person in. Come on, Mildred, let's go get our orange yarn or tangerine and, you know, crochet a cat a minute. I mean, stupid shit. I mean, stupid, right? Yeah. What happens is they will bring people to, oh, you need to talk to this person. They're a really, really good person. I'm like, uh-huh. I always tell people, don't ever lie to me. I can smell it miles away. I didn't say anything right away, but I got your number for sure. And it's kind of fun because then you're like, oh, another person on a stupid wagon. full yeah it is full we're gonna need several of them but uh yeah so anyhow they're they're being trained with the mta for the giving the um uh giving the advantage to the developers, which is another bunch of corruption, which is tied into mortgage fraud, which is tied into the appraisers going in, and how that works is really interesting. And the township clown clerks just follow the instructions of what they're being programmed on, because that's exactly what's happening. So the MTA needs to be reviewed seriously, because I think that they're definitely training all the clerks And when you've got somebody in there that, you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, was involved in criminal behavior. And I do. I know someone's in it. And they just give these people a pass. But look at Brader. Why isn't he removed after he admitted to destroying election records? Correct. Why is it that that I'm going to bring Stephanie Lambert in a minute. Hey, Stephanie, how you doing? You ready? I'll say no until you say yes. Just wave at me. At any rate, I want to know, there's so many questions that I have on this entire thing. And the tie-ins with each other. I mean, this isn't just, like I said, this isn't just a criminal action. This is criminal conspiracy. This is not a theory. And it's easy to prove this in what they're doing and how they're doing it. And the connections, if you did a bubble and stick diagram of this and really looked at the connections, it's pretty easy to see. And honestly, I've been working on this with a few people. You know, I'm an old garden on with with a few people that are pretty motivated to make all these connections and show who's who in the zoo, who they're connected with, how the money flows and exactly what they're protecting, you know. And it's going to be shocking for people. Like what they're doing with mortgage fraud is they'll let a developer who's got grant money and all kinds of non – they don't even have the permits for this in a lot of ways. And so they'll issue the permits after it's done, but they don't even have the permit. They're not even doing the right thing, right? And so what happens is they'll build three – Oh, Stephanie's here. They'll build three spec houses at the beginning of the of the development letter for a year while they're building out. And then at the end of that year, they will price them at three to four times the normal price around them. and sell them to themselves or an entity they own, now they've got a comp that the appraiser will get in and say, oh, I've got three comps, and they come in four times. So this is, you know, it is all engineered. And the townships are in on it because almost all of them have an appraiser on their freaking trustee board. Yep. Fire them all. I agree. Everybody will have been campaigning. Fire them all. Remove every single person that's in the seat. Let's start out with a clean slate here of people that are just Americans, not Republican criminals, not Democrat criminals, because they're all criminals. They're all in on it. We got to have outsiders and just good people. But anyhow, hey, Stephanie, how are you doing? Can you hear us? Good morning. Hey, I had an issue joining, so thank you for having me on. Hi, Steph. Hey, Steph. Long time no see. Good to see you. Yes. So, Donna, I couldn't get on and I couldn't hear you well, but now I'm here. And I just wanted to draw your attention. I don't know if you saw it, but the sheriff – did by press release on his ex account today, new evidence that shows the management at the Michigan Department of State, when they're getting confronted by employees that non-citizens are on the voter roll, that they're acknowledging this as a programming setting to do this. Did you see that? I saw some of it. I saw the, Dar put out a couple screenshots, but I did not see, I don't think I saw his press release. I can look at it for a minute and see if I can put it up. And there's so much going on right now. It's just insane. Absolutely insanity what's going on. Well, what is insane about this is that there's no way to correct this because there's two documents there. And the second one is a printout that the non-citizens get When they're registered when they change their address as a result of this programming and it tells them that they're registered to vote. And it says your clerk will determine your eligibility, which of course they're not eligible in a federal election being a non citizen so they're putting them on and then they're blaming the local clerk. if the clerk doesn't get them off. But here's the fun part. The local clerk has no ability to determine who's a citizen and who's not. They don't have the right data. They don't have access to it. Well, it's the same thing that happened with me as a candidate. We didn't have access to the signatures to compare and even look to see if they were valid or not. That's why we hired The signature gathers because they had the access to it. And they do it every time to set people up. They're trying to set the clerks up here because the state of Michigan itself is complicit in this. And they're the ones that are behind all of this. They're all entrenched, placed by the establishment. It starts with the political parties doing the vetting. And that sort of thing. But you watch this and they're setting these clerks up. And I hope the clerks get brave enough to all come forward and skewer these people that are doing it from within the state of Michigan Bureau of Election and Secretary of State's office. Well, there's a number of questions here. One, how to fix it. That's a huge question. And this is a really, really serious problem because once they're on the roll, what the state is doing is they've set up a plan here where they got caught because these confidential informants have come forward. And so they're coming forward, they're showing what they're being told, but they have no ability to fix it. And then the state won't allow the federal government to look at the photo rule to fix it in advance of the election. And now that certain people are confronting the BOE and Jonathan Brader, they're hearing little answers such as, Well, if someone in the community believes someone's not eligible to vote, that can be flagged for the BOE, and the BOE will fix it, right? So now it's being put on, like, the community. What does that even mean? I mean, when you inflate an entire voter roll with everyone changing their address with, you know, many, you know, thousands if not millions across the country, noncitizens that are not eligible to vote, how could that possibly get cleaned up? in time, right? And then Dana Nessel press release. It's impossible. It is impossible to clean this up before the midterm elections because they have cheated and it's the state of Michigan that has cheated this so badly. And now look at the lies. The lies like a little kid's lie going on, right? It's like, oh, they got caught and now they're lying and they're lying poorly because they're on the idiot wagon. They're stupid, right? Well, they're in the back rooms lying. Listen to this. I was given information yesterday that at the clerk's conference in Mackinac, the county clerks are there, and Jonathan Brader was presenting to the group. And the Berry County clerk, someone said, raised her hand and said, did you see the sheriff's press release? I didn't have anything to do with that. She wanted everybody to know that wasn't her. So she doesn't seem very concerned about this problem. So she's a swamp rat is what you're saying right there. Or she just doesn't know enough. But, you know, she was asking him, do you know about this? And Brader responded from the stage, let me finish my presentation and we can talk about that separately after. And then witnesses observed her go into a private room with Brader. So, and what they're being told is, hey, just contact the BOE if you have a concern. Well, when you inflate it with hundreds, thousands, millions, how do you even know who to flag for the BOE? And then how can you verify as local clerk where you're required to keep an accurate role pursuant to law that it's been removed? I mean, with everything, the election prep that has to take place. I mean, what a nightmare this is. So I just wanted to let you know that, you know, some were questioning, is there actual proof of this? And the sheriff redacted the identity of the informant, but put the conversation with her manager. on his ex-profile that shows that he says it's a programming issue, meaning it's widespread, but he believes and he's been told that the clerks will fix it. And the clerks are doing these videos and quietly also going forward because Harmeet Dhillon put out a video the other day She's with the Department of Justice, and she said, we will prosecute anyone, anyone, she said, that knowingly puts someone not eligible to vote on the voter roll. So Dana Nessel has put in her press release the other day when she charged about four or five non-citizens with voting in the twenty-four election. it buried deep in the press release. She talks about how she couldn't charge them because they were on the voter roll, meaning the government told them they could vote. So, so they won't get charged with voting because it, you know, to be fair, they were told in a document by the government that they could. Okay. And, um, They're not going to charge the vendor with this programming error. They'll say that's an accident. And then they'll point to the clerks who will then say we didn't have the ability to fix it. So there will be zero accountability in massive amounts of people that are not legally entitled to vote in the election voting. Well, I tell you, this is a systemic problem because they did the same thing to me the state of Michigan did with the signature gatherers because I called and checked on their validity. I didn't check news sources. I went to the state of Michigan. And they're like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, we see them all the time. I asked if they were valid and they were good. And Miss Lydia at the Bureau of Election, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, they're good. We see them all the time. It was implied endorsement for the signature gatherers from the state of Michigan. The state of Michigan is guilty as hell. And they're guilty of this. It's like the, and the clerks, you know, when they say the clerks are, are, you know, are not, I'm not aware of this or whatever. I'm sorry. If you're not, if you're not qualified for the job, it's sort of like, if you commit a crime, you're guilty. The clerks, the Michigan state of Michigan, all of them are pointing at everybody else. And every single one of them that is not stepped forward or has followed illegal orders from the state is is guilty and they have to be treated as such. I'm sorry. The time for them to negotiate or to do deals on this has come to an end. And it's time to start prosecuting. And I'm not talking go to jail. I'm talking about load those planes up for Gitmo and goodbye to you, you traitor. Well, you know, there's more and more witnesses coming forward because the federal government has said, if you do this knowingly, you're getting charged. So I'm hearing more and more about more witnesses coming forward because they're trying to just let the government know what they can and cannot do. They have no ability to determine citizenship status. And that's just, it's a real problem. So essentially they're putting it on the community where they're saying, oh, if somebody's legitimately flagged as potentially not being eligible, meaning don't discriminate, right? We're not gonna look at the whole list in its entirety. We'll just do this one by one is what the BOE is telling these you know people in back rooms i'm hearing uh so so i guess everybody needs to take these documents into their local clerk and ask them say did you know about this do you know about this programming issue and do you know that the boe knowing that you have no ability to check citizenship status is is telling the employees at the counter don't worry about it the clerks will fix it Right. And, you know, the other thing is look at the lie about setting up the community. The community doesn't have access to the citizenship. So what are you going to do? You know, go up to your neighbor and say, I think you're, you know, I think you're illegal. And so now they're trying to blame somebody else for their failure. And I mean, the whole thing is just a total nut job, you know, lie. It's a deception. But back this up. I'm sorry, just one more thing, Steph, and I was actually going to ask you a question. It's a nightmare, Donna, is what it is. And I was going to ask Steph to tell you about her experience where she found issues, but one that I'm specifically thinking of is this woman named Chloe. and her experience in trying to remove Chloe from the voter roll with the BOE when she identified a bad registration and what happened there. So I was going to ask her to tell you about that. Sure. And this goes back to the middle of twenty twenty one when it was all starting to heat up. I had a citizen or a voter from my township called me and she was a little abrasive on the whole thing. She said, my name's Chloe Smith. My name is in the voter roll, but it's spelled incorrectly. Will my vote count? And I'm like, well, we're going to do what we need to do to make this, you know, figure this out. And the situation was her name was spelled in the qualified voter file, C-H-L-O-E. And it's C-L-O-E. So I have this all in an email correspondence with her. And when I reached out to the county to find out, you know, what do I do? I was a new clerk. And they're like, just change it. Just change the name. So it's in the statutes that clerks can just change registrations, which I have a little problem with when nobody actually is monitoring the logs that local clerks and county clerks can just change the qualified voter file with no trail. But I was told to just change it. And I said, I can't change it because the signature matches the wrong spelling. The signature was very clearly the incorrect spelling was C-H-L-O-E. I'm like, I can't change it. So, I mean, what's a clerk supposed to do in that situation? And I, you know, honestly, I don't remember because I think that's when things really started heating up. How it ended up getting resolved or where it's at right now, I probably should follow up with the new clerk. But unbelievable. The question there is, is how did they have a C-H-L-O-E and did somebody else sign it? And was this, you know, the whole thing was, the whole registration was fraudulent at that point in time. And I want to know who signed it because she's going to know how to spell her own name. I mean, that's one of the, That's crazy. But when you talk about the stupid wagon, the county was like, well, maybe she just spelled her name wrong on her signature. Oh, yeah, because that's what we do. We all spell our names wrong when we sign them. I'm like, stupid excuse. No. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. You can't even make up a good lie. No, no. And the other big issue that I had during that time period were duplicate registrations. I had a gal call up and wanted to get onto the permanent AV list, and she was younger. I knew who she was from a previous interaction, and I gave her a couple of options. She's like, no, no, I'll just go onto the Secretary of State site and sign up. I said, that's great. I'll look for it on Saturday when I go in, whatever. And sure enough, she showed up in my inbox to send an application. Well, I double checked and she was already in there. So for the state to allow duplicate names, I could see nothing different on her on that second registration coming through as far as addresses or birth dates or spellings or anything. The state database is allowing duplicates. And that is like rule number one for databases is, you know, like a line item integrity. I mean, this isn't rocket science. And when I went back, I had five and it was changing over that week when I was sending out absentee ballot applications. It was changing over the week. But I had five duplicates, you know, and then fast forward a year or two, whatever it was. Now we just send out ballots. It's not even an application anymore. Now we just send out the blank check called a ballot with zero ability for a clerk or, you know, how many clerks are looking in that kind of detail. i just happened to be in a small township so it was easy to see some of this stuff but no the database is corrupt beyond well that's an important point you were in a small town so what you were seeing could be happening on a much larger scale in the larger towns and cities absolutely so what a nightmare and and donna i mean what do you think about You know, the very person that's in charge of this, the Secretary of State, she's in charge of the DMV and the BOE, right? She's benefiting from this election, right? She has a personal interest in it. How could she oversee her own election? It's so bizarre. Well, and there's programming now to put a number of people on the roll, whether they vote or not. There's potential for manipulation, right? We won't even go into all that evidence that we've covered in the past. But inflating the role alone is a massive issue. So this is all happening on her watch. She won't let the feds take a look. And now, thank goodness for these whistleblowers that have come forward and reported this in advance of the election. Because we all know after an election, they say, Oh, it's moot. You know, it's over. It's certified. There's nothing that can be done. So potentially that, you know, there can be a scramble at this point to attempt to clean it up. But this is a real nightmare with programming. Yeah. We do not have elections at all. There's no elections happening. So here we go. I'm going to make a, I've already called for every single person in the government elected and unelected to unconditionally resign because they have all been a part of this. Nobody stopped it. Nobody has gotten in the way they've been involved in these, foreign-controlled political parties, etc., I'm asking for an unconditional resignation, surrender of what they have done, because this is a coup against the United States and they're part of it. And then number two, I'm asking right now, I'm going to ask President Donald J. Trump and or Commander-in-Chief Donald J. Trump, which I believe we're already under military power, to invoke emergency powers and stop this immediately. Well, we need a solution and I have to say, I don't entirely know what that looks like, but this is I just wanted to highlight what a big problem. This is not only for Michigan, but these vendors program for numerous states take the vendor that does the driver's license. Right? And stuff has a personal example with this one as well. um you know it it programs for multiple states and their headquarters for us is in virginia but their global headquarters is in france i i mean how did all of this go undetected for so long so you know so so france can see our voter rolls but not our department of justice you know it's just it it's incompetent at best what's the company name It's the acronym I-D-I-M-I-E-A, I believe. I don't have it in front of me. Yeah, I have actually heard of that from somebody else that has been looking into... In fact, I'm going to be on his podcast on Friday. He's another attorney and... We'll be talking about it. He knew the name immediately. He brought that up when we were talking about coming on the show. I thought that was pretty interesting. If people like us can find this information out, there's no possible way that the people in our government didn't know, don't know what's going on. There's no possible way. Well, back it up, ladies. Back it up, too. And I think this is before my time, but when did motor voter come into Michigan? That was two thousand eighteen, was it not? It's right there. They said what they were going to do and what we do. We voted it in, I think. Right. As a constitutional amendment, this automatic voter registration through the voter rolls. Am I wrong on that? That's where this is all stemming from with illegals being registered. I've got a friend who's who's, you know, husband became a citizen and I would like to get some affidavits from them that show that they're getting their, you know, they got their ballots only because they got their driver's license. But again, it comes down to our legislators. They're totally abdicating their responsibilities on legislation. putting it on the ballot. People don't understand it. They don't understand the language. I know I was opposed to this last one that came out, and I'm trying to remember what the topic was, but basically it put the qualified voter file basically in a bubble with nobody held accountable. And I don't think it passed, but these ballot initiatives, that's not how this country should be run. And I am so tired of us arguing over ballot initiatives. That turns us into a democracy mob rule with no consequences for anyone to be charged with on it. And I think that's where we're at with these illegal voters. They're automatically registered, but they made it legal. We made it legal through a vote at the ballot box. That's insane. Well, every single proposal I have ever seen has done the exact opposite of what it says. That's why I am completely against a constitutional convention at this point, because we do not have the integrity. And it becomes a standing committee that doesn't have to pay attention to any rules. Once they're in there, they can say, yeah, we're going to strike the whole thing because it's just not applicable anymore. And they've already said that as much in court. It is in, it's just crazy. It's criminal is what it is. And I don't know if I ever told you guys this, but when we were doing some investigations on, on a couple of the pro se cases that I was, I was attempting to write and defend, which you can't in state courts because they're all criminal and, And we found something where in an email, Gretchen Whitmer literally asked her staff how to get around this law for registering voters. I'm not kidding you. And that's how they got Rock the Vote involved. And she literally, we have the paper trail on that of her asking her staff how to get around the law. Because they were registering it through an illegal API. That appears to be a common theme. Yeah, everything. They just do it. And it's just like Whitmer said one time, it doesn't matter what they say being the people. They're like, we just do whatever we want. She literally said this. Yep. It's happening at the local levels, too. It's happening right now at our local level. Just do whatever they want to do. Damned be the laws. Yeah, they don't care. So what else is going on with this? I'm kind of curious about this township clerk meeting up in Mackinac. This sounds like a real bad idea. It's the county clerks. Oh, county clerks, yeah. The county clerks. And I don't know much about... It's apparently just an annual meeting. But I've heard from people sort of watching what Brader has to say and who he's talking to as he's getting confronted with this issue. And it's not something he's willing to publicly speak about. He's pulling these clerks into Private rooms, so when I have more information as to what took place in the private room, I'd love to share that with you, Donna, but but that just doesn't. You know, if everything's. Working as it should, it should be something that you can proudly speak about from the stage, right? If it's not happening, tell the audience of the county clerks. It's not happening. That's not what he said. This sounds like some real mafia crap, pulling people into private rooms there. Into closets, right? Into closets. It's just wild. It seems surreal. We have an election coming up, and these clerks are saying, we have to send out our ballots soon, and we have to use the list that we have. What are we supposed to do? So I think they're in a very friendly way seeking information from the state, and the response is concerning. It's saying, well, when someone's flagged in a way that's not discriminatory, we'll look into it and remove them if they need to be removed. But they're saying, how do we... flag them if we have no idea when you've just inflated it. We don't know who to begin flagging that wouldn't be eligible. And then the Department of Justice is saying, hey, we're going to prosecute this. And then the BOE says the clerks are responsible. Talk to them. I mean, this is just an absolute nightmare. So I suppose people need to do a FOIA for their township qualified voter roll, what it looks like today. And see what happens as the weeks go on here and see if things are corrected. I don't know. I'm at a loss of ideas for the community, but it seems to be that's what the state's saying to do, that the community needs to address this. And now it's our fault for their failure. Nope. Isn't that crazy? Yeah. You know? Think about this, guys. They have stolen our elections. They have installed their own little puppet candidates so that the corporations can stick their hand up their behind and move their mouths. And now they're blaming us for them breaking the law. Well, this is not a failure. I disagree with that language. This is intentional. Okay, so how do we know it's intentional? Look at the one document. I don't know if you put up both documents, but the one document says, okay, the clerks will be able to remove anybody not eligible, right? They're saying that the clerk will determine your eligibility. This is coming from the same office that knows that they've removed the ability for the clerks to look at that data. Okay. right so remember clerks under our michigan constitution are supposed to be elected by the community the community knows them the community believes that they're trustworthy to actually count the paper ballots right that was the idea way back when and you go into your local clerk's office and you register and in places like you know stephanie's township you know everybody is so small right so the clerk would know if there's fraud so when they change it to the driver database now it's a big mystery they can inflate the voter roll and The clerk wonders, well, did a bunch of people move into this township in this period of time? I don't know. It's a mystery. They don't know what's happening. And then they don't have the data to reconcile it. This was a plan. And so when they blame the clerks knowing they don't have the ability to fix it, and then the management is just told to tell them it's a programming error, like it's a glitch. I mean, come on. Right. You know, there's something else that's really disturbing is that the second in command in every department is the one you got to be looking at because a lot of times they're installed. So there is actually a law on the books that allows the township clerks, I believe, and I got to pull the exact language. to place someone and they don't have to be a member of the community the state or the country and i found someone that had brought somebody in from canada to work in one of the clerk's office through a whistleblower uh pointed it out to me also and this is This is so deep. People have no idea. These people that you're sitting with that you think are your friend. Oh, they're such a nice friend. Go ahead, Mildred. Let's go get our orange yarn out and start knitting a cat. You know, that kind of crap. My kids went to school with them. They go to our church. That's always what you hear, right? Yep. These people are professional liars, okay? And they know how to jerk your chain, smile at the table, and lead you all kinds of directions astray except for talking about what needs to be talked about. But the second in command, you might want to check into them because it's the same thing with the lawsuits I've been involved in where you can see that the clerk is actually signing the documents. I don't even know what the judges are seeing it. There's no proof. Nothing matches up. And it's just, it's insane. But I think the same thing is happening in the townships because we've already, we've got somebody in the state of Michigan that's got a freaking Canadian working in the office as the second in command of the clerk that takes over when the clerk isn't there. If everybody out there isn't just going, oh my God, right now, I can't help you. We can't help you anymore. Well, and that's what I've said from the beginning. Clerks are the first line of defense. And if they do not stand and agree to not participate in this, we don't have a chance. They have an ability to not participate. Call in the DOJ. Let's look at these voter rolls. I can tell you our township has fluctuated almost doubled in size of registered voters for twenty twenty and twenty twenty one. And now it's back down, but now it's climbing back up again. I mean, just that little piece of information. We don't have anything. We're not building houses. I'm certainly not building apartment buildings. We're not. But as you know, Stephanie, human beings are migratory animals. Right. We just kind of come and go and we come and go. And the voter roll is high and low. You've been to Hillsdale, Adams Township. You've been here. Yeah. Yeah. It's absurd. Yeah, it is. Totally absurd. total criminality and they know what they're doing. So I'm not as easy on the clerks as a lot of people are. I'm definitely harder on them because it sure looks like it's an organized effort because if they were controlling and are controlling the elections of the public functionaries from top to bottom, Of course they're going to rig it to the persons that will come into their criminal enterprise launching a coup against the United States, state of Michigan, townships, counties, whatever. They're all involved in it. Well, Donna, to that point, here's the real issue is that the Constitution made – clerks decentralized in Michigan. And that was to have checks and balances to make sure that the election in each community was fair. And then the results were then in a uniform way reported to the state. That was what it was supposed to do. But when they with the technology to continue to erode away at a clerk's ability to actually do any function that's meaningful for the election. So now they can't verify if it's a non-citizen. They've encrypted the EPB data that has the electronic poll book who voted data after Stephanie Scott exposed the eleven and a half percent discrepancy in Adams Township. They've they've taken away. Now the clerks are essentially just like assistance to the secretary of state, which is the executive branch. We have separate separation of powers, right? So they don't work for the executive branch. They're constitutional offices that are elected by their community to make sure this is all fair and accurate. And every single time their ability to do their job is usurped by the Secretary of State, they need to stand up and say, no, I need to be able to verify my voter roll. This is my community. I've been elected to do this. I'm not going to send mail-in ballots to a list where I now see from a whistleblower that you have inflated your voter roll illegally. The Attorney General has put in a press release that this is happening and she can't charge these people. So I'm not just gonna blindly send out ballots. There's certain things that they can demand accuracy on before the problem takes place. And that needs to happen. They need to stop acting as like some assistant that's gonna be reprimanded by some supervisor that they don't really have. They're elected for their community. Well, and Donna, I'm not sure if you're aware, we've got some legislation that's being proposed that's extremely dangerous for our elections. Our very own representative, Jennifer Warts, has House Bill fifty seven seventeen. It passed the House. And basically what it's going to do is allow the township board to appoint a contractor to run the elections. It originally was submitted that it was someone inside the township or in the local area, I think. Now it's just changed to someone in the state. Township board can vote in the contractor to run the elections and the township board will just, you know, ten ninety nine employee, you know, pay them for their election services. If that ranges. Yes, it is. And it's that's what's happening, Steph. Everything's being given to the vendors. You're exactly right. It's being given to some vendor that no one elected. No one knows who works for the company. Sometimes they have headquarters in France. Right. It's just, there's nothing transparent about it. And here's the best example. I got yesterday the transcript from Brader testifying at Sidney Powell's bar grievance, right? They're still after Sidney Powell for what she exposed in Michigan. And remember, had she got discovery on that federal case, that FOIA from Detroit, Think about everything that it shows that she would have been able to show in that lawsuit. But it was dismissed for procedure. She didn't get discovery. Years later, we learn this. So Brader testifies, and he had to admit under oath that, yes, everything is on the Internet. And so I'll get you that transcript, right? But how long was there brainwashing that took place in the state that everything's air-gapped and secured and, you know, yada, yada? It was all a lie. It's all a lie. And it is just outrageous. I mean, the whole thing is absolutely outrageous. There's a few comments here that I think are pretty interesting. Arbonne, I know this Renita, the only solution is to wipe the voter roll and re-register all qualified voters with proof of citizenship. They didn't remove Eric's system. No link to the DMV opt-out system. Curtis says, I was warning about it. Karen says, define citizenship first. Define it lawfully or you could tie everyone into a false contract they can't see. Curtis says, and taxpayer funding for NGOs like Act Blue and our state budgets. All of this NGO nonsense needs to go. I agree with that. Obama in including illegals can vote, restore original jurisdiction of our township ward republics. And let's see, real ID does not require a birth certificate or passport if a person can register through HAVA with just the last four of their social security number, that isn't confirmation. And that's ridiculous in itself. If you got a last four digits of your social security as the identifier, that's only ten thousand identifiers. So how can you possibly even use that when you've got a state with almost eleven million people? This is insane. Okay. Two township clerks I spoke to confirmed they had people that moved out and back in three weeks later. And so this is interesting. We have people that are actually pretty educated about the processes and getting engaged in this. I think that that's probably one of the positives of seeing things go so far off the rails. But if you don't step up to fight and help, you know, like the two of you have done, then it's your fault. Sitting back in the armchair having an opinion, that doesn't cut it. That counts for zero, nothing, nada. I love you, Donna. Well, this needs to be fixed before we lose the opportunity to vote the problems out of office. Well, we already have at this point. I don't think it's entirely hopeless, but we have some real issues right now. The intent that I was speaking about that You know, they're blaming the clerks when they know the clerks can't fix this. That's really bold. That's really brazen. Right. That's a big plan to put thousands, millions on a voter roll that are not legally able to be there. Tell the feds you can't look and believe that they're never going to get caught. or they can get away with it, either one. That's really bold. Do you have a list of all the ways, the two of you, of all the ways that the elections have been rigged in the state of Michigan? I'll start it with the political parties. We're fresh out of scroll paper, Donna. That's pretty sure. It will be here for twelve hours. I love it. Let's do a special edition of this and go through all of it so that people can see how poorly this this government and the government is supposed to be a trust manager for the people. They're not. They have turned themselves in a corporation for profit and they're here to steal your rights, your property, your your life blood if they could. You know, it's like in their vampiric method. to destroy everyone. I mean, they're blood-sucking little parasites is what they are. And all of this needs to be brought out so that when we win this fight, we are going to win the fight, but we can't win it in traditional ways. It's got to be by the law. And right now, we're in... you know unconventional warfare right now and that's that's where we're at so we're going to have to go in this and write it in a way that's not oh we're just going to go over ourselves out with thirty percent of the population that cares enough to vote really and that's where i have a problem with it they're going to do what they're going to do but anybody who buys into this fact that it was by my consent or by voters consent when the whole system is as corrupt as it is, that's a false statement. We did not vote for this. None of us did. I don't believe it for a second. So I don't consent to what they're doing. And my vote certainly did not consent to it. One hundred percent their fault. It is not our fault. It is not one of our faults because they have been rigging this for so long. It is entirely the fault rests on the people who are breaking the law. The ballot suffers, the NGOs, the politicians, the on the unelected personnel in the state, which is bloated to the point of being. You know, like a a fat Albert type of a government here. You know what I mean? It's like this thing is so big. They don't even know what they have at this point in time. And we need to get into some other stuff that I've been uncovering, too, which I wrote a couple of articles on the fourth turning recently and the next ones that I'm coming out on. are the things that the state owns, which they have no right to own, and the billions that are being money laundered through this. So I'm just going to say right now, if you guys want anything fixed, not the two of you, but everybody out there, you're going to have to start thinking in a different way, and they all have to be voted out. Don't vote Republican or Democrats because they have taken foreign money and corporate money in the elections. They're disqualified of existing at this moment in time, and it should be prosecuted top to bottom. And so you've got to think differently and get somebody in there that's actually going to tear this apart. Like maybe even Donna Brandenburg, you know? And so somebody that is not going to put up with their lies and their criminality or anything, it's going to be done. And, uh, It's going to take a lot of courage to get off these familiar paths that everybody's been walking. Because you look at the personal capital people have invested in being a Republican. It's their identity now. This is my identity. I'm better than the Democrats. No, you're not. You're exactly the same. It's the same thing. It's just brainwashed virtue signaling. Yeah. Well, and I will encourage the clerks. Again, clerks are the first line of defense. They've got statutory authority to look into these problems and not even authority, a duty to do so. And while this has been one heck of a journey over the past four to five years, it was the right thing to do to expose it. They can't do one, right? They tried to silence everyone. They booted you out of office for... raising red flags with the voter roll and otherwise, and you didn't want data deleted. And then you ultimately won. You were right. They were wrong. So the one thing for people listening, Donna, that I would ask is that they take these documents from the sheriff. There's two pieces of paper and his prior statement saying what the confidential informant reported to his office. And go talk to their clerk. Ask the clerk, can you verify citizenship status? They'll learn the answer is no. You know, are they aware of this? How do they plan to deal with it, right? Ask questions and have a nice conversation. Nothing, you know, no aggressive conversation. Have a nice conversation because Sometimes these municipal clerks are not informed that this stuff is going on, right? So I think start there. Just ask questions. Yep. There you go. I love having the two of you on here. And I got to tell you, I'm so proud to know both of you and just to see your unwavering commitment to following the law, doing the right thing. And you guys are going to go down in history as true American heroes. And I'm just so proud of both of you for all the work you've done, for not stepping down, for not running away. Like a lot of people would have ran away like a coward from what you guys have faced. And it's just inspiring to all of us. your commitment to truth and to getting this thing right because you're defending all of us you're not just defending yourself this is defending all of us and you're standing in the way of the criminality of where you are and it's it's it's incredible fantastic well donna thank you for being the the only press in my opinion that actually covers what's happening in michigan without Without a bias slant, just actually covering what's happening. And when you mentioned earlier you're going on a show this week, I was hoping it was Robert Goiva. It is. It is? Oh, awesome. Yeah. So he's an attorney, for everyone listening, that Donna's show covers the news as to what's happening. And Robert Goiva takes these boring court documents and transcripts And in a really funny way, covers what's actually happening in a courtroom around the country with all of these important issues, especially as it relates to weaponization. And so his show is fantastic to just catch a clip to see what's actually happening before the U.S. Supreme Court or on any of these trials. He's awesome. So I'll have to watch that. I can't wait to see you on there. Thank you. He's a real nice guy. And to your point, I have not taken a dime of for any of this that I do here. I've been working for free for like six years and funding the whole thing to get this out there, which is a cautionary tale to everyone else out there. I don't sell coffee. I don't do any of this stuff. I haven't had sponsorships or anything, which is why they really can't go after me for having no censorship and people saying whatever they want to say, because we never were not in commerce. Once you get in commerce, which is what they've converted all of us into to be slaves, is that you are playing ball, not you personally, but a person is playing ball with the corporation in corporate law and in commerce. That's where they nail people instead of free speech. If you are doing it with no commerce, you can say whatever you want to say, and if they come after you, it's a constitutional violation. And so this is truly, I don't know of anybody else who's done this and had true free speech without having somebody else chuck money at them. And so that's something we have to remember is that on individual basis, we have to remember that our actions matter and we have to be playing ball within the limits of the Constitution. And when we get out of that and we play ball because, oh, they've got the money, they've got the polls or whatever it is, You just handcuffed yourselves to the criminality in the state. Don't participate in it. And then you can attack them with bare teeth and say whatever you want to say. And I don't want them to like me. I want them to fear me because they've broken the law. You know, Donna, I'd like to circle to this if it's okay. I know we have to probably go, but this report just came out on the Attorney General's website. It's a report regarding, this is what it's titled, Report Regarding the Prosecution of the Flint Water Crisis. People should go and read this along with her press release on how she, at the bottom, she buries how she can't charge the non-citizens for voting when the Secretary of State puts them on the roll. This is, which they have a close relationship, by the way. Okay, so. I'm not saying she's actually trying to do something appropriate. Do you remember when Dana Nestle was running for Attorney General and she was saying, oh, the Flint water prosecution is moving too slow, too slow. It has to be handled by an urban office, right? you know, Todd Flood, who's been appointed as just moving too slow. Well, he had people bound over at the preliminary hearing. He was working his way up from the bottom of the pyramid to the top. It takes time. This was, you know, a large paper case, right? And so she disrupted the progress of that. And he had moved to Flint and, you know, really you know, learned who everyone was and like Erin Brockovich formed relationships with them, just knew each family, what happened to them, you know, just, and so she disrupted that and said, oh, we have to do it this way. Well here, you know, all the, ten years later, right, the people of Flint have no justice, right? People died. This was awful. no justice no criminal um responsibility right and and so here is her um you know explanation it's not even a real apology she says my heart breaks and you know i had to form a conflict wall and i took the civil side right so she could have no accountability but she disrupted this investigation that was underway Just awful. Lies, lies, lies. The native tongue of these people, they're liars. Yes, and this is where her focus should have been when she took office, right? One, she should have left Todd Flood in progress, who was handling the case appropriately. and in in two she should have focused on these important matters instead she tried to invent crimes that don't exist on the books as the court put in its order when stephanie scott's case was dismissed and my case was dismissed and she targeted people to silence them and now she's you know ten years later she's putting out a a press release that says here's how i won't be able to charge the non-citizens so i just wanted to go full circle with that i'd like people to read this report and then read It's not really a report, it's like two pages. What a joke. And then also read her press release on the non-citizens. Well, I tell you what, she's such a class act. I was sitting in a press conference and she turned her back and sticks her nasty behind right in my face, basically, to take in somebody on the other side. So anything she does to me, it's kind of like suspect to start with because, you know, she hasn't done anything right. I mean, what a coward and complicit, complicit. Well, not a coward. They didn't fail, and she's not a coward. It's more than that, in my opinion. Remember, right after the election, there was that audio recording released by someone that was recording a poll worker training a group of people and joking about how if they do something one way, it ends up in adjudication? Yeah. Right. Do you remember that? And it had like some eerie music to it in the background. Do you remember that reporter got a cease and desist from Dana Nessel's office? So anybody that was speaking out and actually showing evidence, she was on the forefront of suppressing it from the start. So we're full circle on suppression from the AG's office. You know, the three of them have worked together. Whitmer, Benson, Nessel from day one. There's no accountability for the real stuff such as Flint. And people have been weaponized for their own agenda. Yep. All I can think of is I'll get you my pretty dog to the three of them. Right. It's like, dear God, help this state. So, yeah, it's incredible. And they know what they're doing. There's there's there's no two ways, but it's organized crime. all you gotta do is look at the money laundering and that's, that's your answer. Hey, would you guys come on again next week? I love this. I'm sure we'll find lots more stuff to talk about. I want to look at that scroll bar list that you got because people need to be able to see the, the, you know, the report that if we laid it out end to end from here to Taiwan, I think we'd go past the border. Well, I'd love to come back Donna. And I think maybe if these conversations were taking place instead of, you know the population watching shows like the view for all these years we wouldn't be here but we're here now it needs to be fixed and thank god for people like stephanie scott and tina peters and the clerks that have stood up in the past even when it was you know a really unfriendly time but thankfully right now the government is, is protecting the people coming forward, taking the information and, and that's happening slowly day after day more coming forward. And I hope that continues. So yeah, I would love to come back on next week. That sounds great. Well guys, we're going to take a fifty seven second pause here. These guys are going to be back on next week as we beat up this election rigging that's going on. And, uh, And we're going to continue going forward with this until we find every single criminal and see them charged for their crimes, because that's the way we roll here. And so I'm going to be back on in fifty seven seconds with John Balance and Robert Cowper. And thank you guys so much for coming on. I know your time is so valuable and for your inspiration, for everyone out there and your courage. Thank you so much. We'll be right back. Thank you, Donna. Thank you, Steph. Welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. And it is the twenty sixth day of August twenty twenty six. Welcome to our show. And now we're moving to financial balance with John Balance and lieutenant governor candidate for the state of Michigan. My running mate under the U.S. taxpayers party, which is the Constitution Party and a no nonsense kind of military guy approached everything. Robert Cowper. Good morning, guys. How you doing? What's going on, Governor? Hey, we got a big show today. It's going to be fantastic. And glad you guys come on today. We got lots to talk about. So I'm going to let you guys open with what's on your mind right now, and then we'll go into beating up bad guys. I was just going over the constitutions of the eighteen thirty five and the nineteen oh nine or the nineteen oh eight and just seeing the difference. And I kind of like the eighteen thirty five. It's pretty squared away. So I think we should try to go back to that. All right, I think we need to do a class on it so people even know the difference. You know, Greg Martini, he was on my show for probably a year and a half or so on Wednesdays. And he has done a spreadsheet of all of the Michigan constitutions. He's done it across the United States and shows the difference in a spreadsheet of the constitutions and how they changed it to screw us up, right? Big time. Big time. Sixty three. Not even a lawful constitution. They installed it with one tenth of one percent. That thing needs to have somebody take a pin out and go nullification. You did it wrong until we get back to what's right. So what's on your mind, John? Well, both you guys are way smarter than me on constitutional stuff. I had to actually take a relearning course. Somebody invited me in twenty twenty one to take the Chris Ann Hall course. constitutional mini seminar on really what the states can do versus what the national government can do. And to me, it was like, okay, clearly, if the schools didn't teach me this, I clearly didn't pay attention if they did. So I learned a bunch. And long and short is the things that I learned about the Constitution is really tied back to everything else that we're watching, which is literally crazy. So there's so much stuff happening underneath the scenes. But on the financial aspect of it all, What I'm watching is what Scott Besson did on Monday with his announcement on how he's going to sanction basically anybody and everybody with respect to any coordination in helping Iran. When you follow the Genius Act, when you follow the Clarity Act, some things that I've read now underneath the scenes are all of the processes that have been put in place, which we all hear in the Fed. But literally, I guess what I've read is the Federal Reserve was involved in... In... The Treasury owned the primary resources and the primary things that we did as it relates to the U.S. dollar. In... The Fed gained what they called their independence. And they wrestled that authority away from the Treasury. What Trump has done now, putting Besson in place because of his skills and his knowledge with the currency... And with Warsh now holding on to the Fed, Warsh is literally taking a laissez-faire approach to all I'm going to do is set the interest rates that are deemed to me by the Federal Reserve interest that they post, and the rest is up to Scott Besson to manage the business underneath the tent. And to me, what we're going to watch over the next few months weeks if not months for sure but certainly maybe even in the next few weeks is really going to be crazy oh we got so much money we don't know what to do with Yeah, the changes that are out there are amazing. So what we've been talking about, Nick Somburg is going to be coming on at eleven thirty to talk about his removal from the Republican convention and the Republican mafia, which that was that was where the threats against Darlie was coming to, too. And we're going to need to talk about this, too, about the threats. And Robert and I got threatened last weekend at that after that Jake Lang deal. We were invited to the organizers of this and they decided to go stupid on us and threaten us. Didn't work out so well. We just kind of like, you know, I just walk away from them. But yeah. There's no point in engaging with stupid, right? But it's interesting. So I think, though, that I'd like to look at any of the other market things that you're seeing. First off, John, and the connections with Japan, we've been talking about the global markets and some other things like selling off the Treasuries and how President Trump's stop date on that is the date of the election, November third, which is just kind of like weird to me. Yeah, like they say, there's no coincidences. I think the real interesting thing is that all Besson did was come out and make a public announcement. That, oh, by the way, I have the authority to now double the buybacks of our treasury. So in the back of your mind, you think to yourself, okay, what's going on with the Federal Reserve? The Federal Reserve through Warsh has now come out and said, oh, by the way, I'm not going to expose what we're going to do in the future. The markets are now going to have to go and do their own homework. So everybody's upset with that because they haven't had to do their own homework since the two thousand eight housing crash. Oh, no. We have to be have to be adults doing our right. And maybe even if you go back to as far as back is. Oh, shoot. What was his name? Alan Greenspan. So the long and the short is now everybody's actually got to do their own homework. And therein lies a lot of. what i would say is concerned then besant comes out and says i have the authority to double my repurchases so let's take a step back and say okay so the united states is going to buy their own debt What's wrong with this picture? Everything. Well, yes and no. But what's wrong with it is, again, Besson, as I've mentioned through the last couple of sessions, is so smart. He was there. He helped bring down the British pound and bring in the euro when he was working for George Soros. He knows how to manipulate the markets. So what Besson did was he literally went on TV and told the market makers, the people that set the prices, the people that run markets, the markets throughout the world, go ahead, sell my treasury bonds, short them. If you short them, I will simply then issue my buybacks and crush everything you're going to do financially, because I will keep the market from going the direction where you will make money. I love it. He's literally set it up in what we're seeing as a potential short squeeze. So whenever there's not enough out there, if somebody starts to buy in it, next thing you know, we win and the people that are shorting us lose millions of dollars. And the people that are shorting it are the ones playing the financial game and betting against America. I guess when I said everything is wrong with it, what I mean is that you can't take anything at face value anymore. You've got to question things instead of saying, oh, no, President Trump is destroying the universe, you know, that sort of thing. It's it's absurd. Look into things further and see what the strategy is going on. But they're not going to tell you. You've got to you've got to get in there and do some research and figure this out for yourself. Right. Well, and when you go back to the seventies, when all this happened once before, when people started to lose their identification of. their trust in our dollar, our interest rates spiked through the roof. So if you look at history, it's all set up. And all Besson did was say, I'm basically telling you, go ahead, play history, and I'll burn you. So I really enjoy what's happening there. But then when you see underneath some of that, the things that we're watching today, he literally said there will be a bank by the end of this week that will be sanctioned, a big one. You know which one it is? Well, there's a lot of discussion online. Unfortunately, there's a lot of banks that are going to be involved. Chase? Well, no, Chase is going to be a lot farther down the line. In my opinion, today's target is Canada. So it's the RBC. the Royal Bank of Canada. Because what Carney's doing, and you guys are a lot closer to that border, and you're probably seeing a whole lot more news on the whole trade war, but what Carney's doing is he's literally a London banker who's been putting power in Canada to actually control our trade. So when he does this, he's going to set it all up. He's tied more closely to anything out there, so most people are kind of probably trading through Canada to impact us in the United States. So I think, and again, my opinion is that the RBC, the Bank of Canada, could be any major bank in Canada, is going to be tied into this first. So it actually has teeth to announce the sanctions and why we're in a trade war. So it tells the normies in America, oh, by the way, Canada's not our friend, and here's why. And it ties them directly to London and the money laundering with Iran. There's a lot of other skepticism that it'll be the USB out of Switzerland. They absorbed the Switzerland bank there because they were caught up in all the corruption when it came to the GameStop, all the meme stocks. The world revolves on what they would call naked shorts. let's just say there's a million shares of stock but they were trading ten million of them so nine million of them are actually naked those are against the law in the United States they're not against the law in other countries so how you get around this how you circumvent this legally is you short them out of other country organizations I think it was HSBC that was absorbed by USB USB still carries a lot of that stuff so they're a derivatives time bomb There's a lot of other speculation. Obviously, JP Morgan could be in there because Trump's suing them. Bank of America could be in there because they own a lot of short positions in silver. But I think, as we know, when you start looking at entities like that, you're going to blow up the financial institutions. What Besson is doing is trying to keep the financial institutions from blowing up. So the long and the short is you've got to go after the smaller fish to expose them and hopefully hold things together. I think we're going to learn more about Canada from our history pretty soon. Yeah, and there's been a lot of motion out there exposing Carney and his agendas and such. I mean, if you even watch the trends on, say, X, people are literally just blowing this thing out of the water on what he's been involved in as far as the banking and the theft and the manipulation and all that sort of thing. So, you know, you never know. His moves are going to cripple Canada. And then Canada, if the narrative plays along, Canada will simply blame the United States. But I think the wild card, I believe, is I think it's Ontario that wants to secede from Canada. And when you understand that's where the majority of their... No, it's Alberta. Alberta, okay. When you understand that that's where the majority of their natural resources reside, and that's why China wants in there, the long short, if they secede and Trump welcomes them, we just captured all of their natural resources. There's a reason why the commander in chief went there and met with the Indian chief. So... Yeah, there's a lot of stuff going on there. I actually was the one that was doing some brokering between some people that work with President Trump and the people in Alberta that want us to cede. Sovereign nation. The secessionists, which I think is a good idea. Actually, the government we have right now, if we go back to the federal government only being involved in the seventeenth century, This is seventeen activities that they could actually do and get rid of the rest of it. Think about the savings that the American people would have and then put the rest of it back in the hands of the states. To put this in perspective for everyone, when the United States was created, there were three million people in the colonies. Michigan has eleven million people in our population. So we are almost four times the population of the United States when the colonies were being developed. It is too big. They centralized all the power. And that's how they're doing all this money laundering. The corruption and such is that nobody can get a handle on it. It's supposed to be closer to the people. And they did exactly the opposite of what they were supposed to be doing. And until until we get a handle on this, this bloat, this collectivist, you know, communist collectivist bloat that we have going on, that only the. selected few who are playing ball with them in commerce and the theft of our nation have access to. And then they just give us little crumbs here. I'm going to give you this crumb of what we think you should have, because that's your value to us. And, you know, honestly, it's just too big. And there's no accountability when it gets that big. You almost can't do it. I think you can. But like right now, so many people need to go to Gitmo. It's not even funny. And I mean, that ticker just keeps rolling more and more every day on people that are complicit. And I also think that this is the largest sting operation in the history of the world. President Trump, we got it all. Absolutely. So I went to my Republican meeting last night. I know where you guys stand, but I am the treasurer, so I am still involved. We don't hold it against you. And the thing that I thought was ironic was we actually, after our primary... So they wanted to jump in so we could hand out voter guides, which I'm sure you're fighting against. Because in that voter guide, obviously, we're going to recommend every Republican. Straight down ticket. Doesn't matter who they are. And frankly, I know kind of that's where Trump's going today. So, you know, my hat's off to you to stay in the race, and I appreciate it. We literally went through what we would call the amendments and some taxes that they want to impose on us. And literally, the Republican room is saying yes to taxes. And I'm just, I'm up there going ballistic. And I'm hearing these, oh, I think you should do this. And then a second person on the board, oh, I think we should do it as well. And then let's do a vote so we can put it on the ballot. And I'm like, well, wait a minute. Why don't we hear... a contradictory voice. Why aren't we listening to somebody else's opinion as opposed to just blindly going out there And I said it the first time on some cockleman-y thing, and the room maybe just didn't listen to me. And it passed probably three-quarters to a quarter of the room. And so we're going to put that on our little voter's guide. And the Republicans that don't pay attention are going to read the voter's guide and straight down the list and yeah, yeah, yeah, without looking into it themselves. But then the second one had to do with a school tax that lasted ten years. And, of course, the school board member, the Republican school board member, stood up and said, oh, my gosh, if we lose that, we won't be able to fix our infrastructure. And, of course, everybody's basically crying because the schools are going to fall apart the day that thing doesn't pass. And I stand up and I say, well, wait a minute, what did you do ten years before? How did you fix your infrastructure before? This is how they do it. They put it in. They put it on for ten years. Everybody gets comfortable with it. And when it comes up again, we simply just roll it over and let it keep going because now we can't fund it. It's the only way we fund it. And I stood up and I said, literally, it's called starting over. I know there's a bucket here and there's a bucket here and it all comes down. But if one of your buckets goes away, you got to go up a layer and start with a new bucket. It's not that hard. Just work a little harder. Literally, it still failed, but I got the room at least closer to a fifty-fifty. I had two new people come up to me after that meeting and said, oh, my God, I want to talk to you. I want to have some more conversation with you. I don't even understand what I just watched because these people don't even sound like Republicans anymore. And it was really sad what I watched last night. I will tell you, my tenure as a treasurer ends in November, and I'm cutting bait that day. You know, what's really funny about that is when you send those out to all your people, you're just going to send them to the Republican people. The Democrat people will never see it. And that's OK. But we also know the importance. No, it's not. Because how do the Democrats even know what you're doing? I agree with you. I agree with him, but what I was going to say is, unfortunately, because of me, I've educated them enough to tell them that the MPAs are going to be more important than the Republicans this tenure, so we're now going to send it to MPAs. The sad part is, and the way I kind of quantified it at the end, we're talking about the judges. Okay, so we're going through the judges. Of course, judges in Florida are nonpartisan. Well, what we see in America today is they're not. Well, they were appointed by DeSantis. They were appointed by Scott. They were appointed by Jeb Bush. So you go down the list, and then they start talking about whether we're going to support the judges. Nonpartisan, it's the judges. And the chair stands up and says, Well, I haven't really had time to look into this too much, but they're all appointed by conservative Republicans. So we kind of go around the room and they almost unanimously vote for it and pass it before I even have a chance to say anything. And I just said, OK, here's a couple of things that I heard. One, I got a chair who wants to put this on a referendum to send out to the county to say vote for these judges. I got a literal judge in the room that says, oh, by the way, never has any judge ever been removed by a constitutional vote like this. So whatever we do, it's not going to matter. And then I got the chair standing up in front of us saying she hasn't even had time to look into these people. But they were all appointed by conservative people. So I stand up and I say, I would like to actually rescind that and put a motion in to not put this on that mailer. I said, because frankly, what I've heard is I got a chair standing over her said she didn't look into it. I'd like to ask the room by a show of hands, how many of you looked into it? Not a single hand. So you're going to tell me, based on what we're seeing today with the corruption of the judges, just because they were appointed by conservative people, that we're going to blindly put them on as a recommendation of a vote? I say the first thing I heard was the word never. I love the word never, because never typically happens. Secondly, nobody in the room even knows anything about these people, yet we're going to recommend them to the rest of the county to vote for them. I would encourage us to take that off. It's a lack of integrity. And then they just move forward with it. And then the people that came up and talked to me afterward, I said, I was so pissed off. I'm the treasurer. I'm going to write the check to do this damn thing. So now they've dragged you into their little, uh, their little, I'm okay with that. I mean, I get it. I, I, my role is my role. If the room votes for it, I have no stance. And, not providing my role believe me i've wanted to quit five six ten times and every day i want to the next day i hear some sort of motivational garbage that says stay in the fight stay in the fight do your part and i'm like damn it i gotta stay in here at least until my tenure's out so i'm not a quitter We all have a stubbornness problem here. It's like a no retreat, no reverse gear thing. And hell no, not until we fix this thing moment, you know. But the whole thing, the voter guides thing should be illegal also because it's contributing to the laziness of our voters. And I'll give you an example. It's all on issues rather than on the system or the structure of governance and whether they... whether they're following the Constitution and or the structure of it. So it's like what they're doing is they're serving cartels. Industry cartels is what this whole voter guide nonsense is about. I'll make it plain and simple. You know, we always think of drug cartels. Every trade association is its own cartel. They have regulatory capture. They literally put the bar up for price fixing as well as the barrier for entry. Every one of them does it. And then you watch. They trade people from within these cartels into government seats and then back again in government. So they get this attaboy, good boy pat on the back. And and I can prove that because there's a mayor in the area here. We had an interchange at one ninety six and six fail and it went out of warranty like the week after it failed. the week after it went out of warranty because they didn't put an additive into the materials there when they were in construction on it. So I was in the county clerk's office trying to chase down another criminal situation that happened in our elections where I was told to Xerox off petitions and just fill it out by hand. It's more accurate, they said, to do it that way than to get it from a source that prints legal. And, um, you know, you have to have the, the, uh, margins and everything. This is another way that the state lied to me as a candidate. So this guy comes up behind me in the line and I was asking the girl about this at the counter, the gal, she's a younger gal. And, and I said, all right, so basically you're telling me that the state just threw you under the bus and said, just go get two of them and just hand, right. She goes, we never tell anyone that. And so she said, that's not right. That one came from the state of Michigan. So this guy steps up behind me and I was getting her name so I could document who I talked to and what she said. And the guy behind me goes, don't give her your name. Don't give her your name. I'm like, mind your own damn business. What business is yours? And, and, you know, and I kind of chased him down. I'm kind of savage, you know, and he started talking. I said, you have no business here. And I said, stay out of my business and you are not to interfere in this. So I turned around and I said, so who the hell are you that you think you're that important? And he's like, well, I'm the mayor of, and he mentioned a town. It happened in Kentwood. And then he started telling me about his involvement in the highway system. And I said, oh, so then you got a good boy at a boy, Pat. And they gave you this nice little cushy office. I see what's going on there. That's what they do. They do it in the railroads. We see it with our rail facility. They do it in housing. They do it at every single thing. These are industry cartels. And so the voter guides go out to protect the commerce or the industry cartels. And that is what they fund them. It's corporate money and NGO money that goes into this to rig the elections at yet another level. Like we don't have enough levels going on now. But this is all should be immediately stopped. And it contributes to the laziness of the voters. Oh, I'm in the tangerine yarn club. So they're going to the tangerine yarn club that knits cats. We're going to get together and we're going to vote for this because everyone should have tangerine yarn on every single thing that they have in their house. Well, not only that, to what you're saying is what I closed with is instead of not putting on there, if we would have left it off, we would have forced the voters that want to understand that to look it up themselves. Instead, the people with the Tangerine Yard Club that may actually have a committee that would look it up if it wasn't available to them, now they're just going to read off the script and say, well, the Republican Party said X. That's what your precinct delegate's job is to do, is to go out in their precinct and explain to these people who they want to run for. Well, the control of that precinct in Florida is becoming sadder and sadder. So I heard some of the stuff that you were talking about in Michigan. We actually had our primary, and there were people that were going to the primary to vote, and they were being told when they got their ballots. So it's printed off the computer, and I was a registered Republican, and I got a Democrat voting gun. Oh, wait a minute. I'm a Republican. Why is that? Or I got an NPA voting guide. What happened? Well, I heard you mentioned, Don, on that last segment that the real ID was forced down upon us. It appears what the state of Florida was able to do was then when people got their new real ID, the DMV is actually changing what people are in the voting registrations. So now they're being surprised when they go to the primary that they're no longer a Republican. They're an NPA. So they're only getting an NPA ballot. Totally screwed up all kinds of stuff. So this is what's happening in Florida. And then what actually did happen at the national or at the Florida top level, so the cartels pushing it all down, the state of Florida decided to say, okay, Robert, you're running for governor. Donna, you're running for governor. You're both Republicans. Well, the state of Florida is going to support Robert. So when I do my mailer and my chair decides to have the RPOF utilize their money. So in other words, a mailer, if I would have done it, would have cost me about a buck ten per mailer. The RPOF could do it for forty three cents. Wow. What a savings. But by using them, they removed Donna's name from the list. She's no longer even identified as a Republican candidate, not even given the opportunity to the people that get that to actually choose between Donna and Robert. They simply removed her. So my party chair says, well, in our area, we won't tolerate. We'll just put an asterisk. What's the difference? Then a group that was actually at the street level, so to your point, the precinct person is that the at the at the actual voting booths the tents outside and of course people are coming up they want the voter guide because they didn't do any homework so they hand the voter guide and they look at it ours are asterisked and they say well who should i actually vote for it doesn't even matter right because nobody's done their homework they're just waiting to be told what to do it's really a sad state of affairs but i would also tell you that was me before so i'm a hypocrite understand that The long and the short is, there's a gentleman who was actually underlining his choices. Then somebody in, let's just say Donna, who had been removed or was an asterisk, comes around, finds that underline, and now he's filed a formal complaint with the RPOF saying he has no right to do that as a chairperson because... Everything comes from the top down. If the Florida says I support Robert, I don't have a choice at the HREC level, and the person at the bottom certainly doesn't have a choice at the street level, which in my opinion is totally wrong. garbage it's mafia kind of crap the don sitting at the top and i don't mean donald trump i mean like like in a organized crime you know the don at the top says well you know this is what we're gonna do and so everybody follows it or i'm gonna take your business down or i'm gonna do this or that there's so much coercion and threat in these political parties. And when people get in them and put their personal capital into it, they could lose their entire network, their social network that they have built up over time. Most people won't do that because they act too much like lemmings. They got to have their structure around of the people they know for support. Instead of have some courage, go off the beaten or the well-trodden path. Have some courage, you know, to stand up for what's right and come against what's wrong. You have to do that or you're complicit. Right. Well, so what was funny about that also is one of the reasons I'm doing this is because the chair, in my opinion, was a good person. And I'm still saying they're a good person. So I'm going to get that out. But the long and the short is they're telling me that what the individual in the street broke the rules. They violated the oath. And I simply looked at him and said, well, So who wrote the rules? The people at the top. I said, do you think the guy on the street has any authority to actually have any impact in the rules? Not a chance. The rules are simply set up to where we don't have a choice, to your point. We have to execute their rules. They're sitting in a cushy room creating their rules to protect their own cartels. And I said, so as far as I'm concerned, what I will tell you, I did. I called the individual that is being ousted, being targeted. And I told him I support him a hundred percent. The other person that actually is another good person who's now feeling very bad that he actually was caught up in it. I literally called them both and said, look, I get it. You were on the street. People are asking you, you're handing them a sheet of paper that has both Donna and Robert. And I'm sorry. just because it's Donna's call, Robert, no offense. Robert's a bad actor, so I'm going to tell him on the street that Donna's the one to vote for. And now he's being chastised for it. I said, all you've done is you put yourself on the front line where all these other people sit in offices and hide behind everything, and they don't want to be on the face front of anything. You're the face front of it, and people need questions answered, and you answer them to the best of your ability. Well, think about this, too, is that the setup by the political industrial complex, which is a cartel, and it acts like a cult, okay, that I thought as Americans, we were supposed to uphold individual rights to have an opinion instead of just jumping into... a cartel that tells us what to do this is not okay and if somebody wants to disagree with me on any subject that's fantastic i'll uphold the right to disagree and then i'll want to talk to them about why because i want to understand that's why i get in in you know people target me a lot for for um you know be in this or that or like they ran after robert nine the last time because i'll talk to anyone because i want to understand why they've taken that position on things because it nobody can know everything so when we talk to each other we get understanding and they may be right and so or a portion of it may be right if it's coming from a cartel one hundred percent of the time It's because they have a financial interest or an interest in something. Guaranteed, there is another ulterior interest involved. So that is something that has to be clearly understood, that the political parties are nothing more than foreign-run cartels. And I'm going to stand on that until somebody can prove me wrong, which they can't, because we're getting corporate money. To that very point, one of the things that, again, as I'm kind of reading all about what Besson's doing is, Hey, I'm going to give him a nod. Okay, here you go. Here you go. Scott, if you're watching, we're giving you a nod. There he is. What Besson is doing and literally targeting the financial corruption, the cartel, underneath the scenes with the Genius Act, with the Clarity Act, all the things that he's doing. He's actually wrestled complete control away from the Fed. And Kevin Warsh is literally letting him do it. So that's a perfect tandem. But what's ironic is when you start to really read the underneath, as I've mentioned, Trump's trying to do this legally. He's doing everything in legal and he takes time. When you see all of the arrests, and I know people are saying, well, nobody's being arrested. Oh, yeah, they are. When you see all the arrests... worldwide tied to the financial institutions. It's literally crazy. So even Xi Jinping, he's arrested, I think, forty some odd people. So my son and I had been watching this thing called Evergrande. I don't know if you guys are aware. I think it's either Evergrande or Evergreen, but it's the largest commercial real estate Brokerage in China. And it's literally been bankrupt for the last six years. And for whatever they're doing, they're kicking the can down the road, kicking the can down the road. Well, right before Besson announced this late last week, they finally threw the book at the guy in Evergreen. He's actually now having to pay a one point two billion dollar fine. He's being arrested. They're arresting the people underneath them. They're going after all these people involved in the military. So the people that are in the military that were involved where they've actually moved their assets offshore. into it, ironically, in the United States. So I'm hearing that there's like twenty two people that have been arrested in China that are all tied into financial fraud. So when you and I guess there's another situation where there's a cartel. Obviously, Trump has come out and said the Mexican government runs in tandem with the cartel. Somebody is somebody in the Senoli. I can't I don't know if that's the correct term. The Senolola. Supposedly that governor is was involved, he was identified, he literally went into hiding for a while. He came back, and within one week, he's already been removed and arrested. So all of this stuff, and I guess the Department of War has come out and literally said, we're going to war with the cartel in Mexico. And they called out the fact that the government was working hand in hand with that cartel. So everything that's happening underneath the scenes, They're literally going around the world in collaboration with other governments and arresting the cartel. And I do believe Trump's got to wait for some of that noise to be cleaned up before he goes after, unfortunately, the kingpins, which are predominantly in the United States. there's another one that I just saw the other day that was talking about, shoot, shoot, shoot, that somebody was, oh man, I forgot. I had it in a train of thought. Maybe it'll come back to me, but literally this is happening everywhere. And to me, it's like, it's so clear that this genius act and what Besson is doing is enabling all countries to see everything out there And now all the countries, oh, I know what it was. They mentioned NVIDIA. Probably about a year and a half ago, there was an article that came out that said, the FBI is going to track NVIDIA chips going into China. Well, my son, because he worked in that industry, we laughed. They've been watching that for a while. So the reality is now they post an article, which means, heads up, we caught you. Again, leaks are the reasons there leaks are. And ironically, just last week, there was a company that was charged with moving NVIDIA chips into China, but they didn't use it, do it using United States laws. They did it using Taiwan laws. So while we have a law on set of the books, they don't have a law that says they can't move inventory into China. So they literally arrested these people on forgery documents. They had to forge the documents to get them to go from Taiwan into China because of what the United States is doing. So they were arrested on forgery. So all these countries are actually using the laws that they have on their books to work, frankly, simultaneously with the United States government, which I think is It's amazing. I'm enjoying it. I love what I'm watching. It's sad that it takes time, but there's stuff happening where people say, I need to have a rest. If they open up the book and look at a broader stroke, there are being arrests across the world. Well, you know, and the other thing to your point is that things are happening, but the people that are still on these brainwashed idiot wagons and will not open their eyes and listen to what's happening. And even if some of us have been warning them, I mean, how many of us warn them with COVID? Oh, got to take the shot. Got to get the booster. Got to. Oh, my gosh, I'm so sick now. Why didn't anybody tell me? We did. There were so many of us that told people that the same thing, honestly, with what you're talking about is that people are not listening because they've got their minds made up on a lie that they have believed instead of getting rid of the lie and looking at the truth. It's sort of like the Trump, the endorsements by Commander in Chief President Trump, Donald J. Trump. OK, I'm just going to call him the Commander in Chief from here on out because we all know the military is in control. OK, it's just the way it is. And so, I mean, he has declared that we are at war, so has the Speaker of the House. And if you missed it, now you know, okay? But the point being is that when you look at all of his endorsements, every single endorsement he's made in Michigan sucks. He will put his finger on somebody, and I think he's hoping that we all grow up and say, maybe we should look into this a little bit. And so, you know, he endorsed John James and everybody is like, we hate John James. Why would he endorse this guy? He was a quitter. He walked away. He did not challenge a fake fraudulent election. And and so but oh, but I guess I got to vote for the, you know, vote for this kind of nonsense because the Republicans said so. Or President Trump said he didn't tell you what you do. He's telling you to look into this guy. He always puts his finger on something that needs your attention, not to just say, oh, yeah, that's what we're doing. You know, no, it's he's trying to. Well, everybody in Florida that was endorsed, unfortunately, went through with flying colors. Well, there's some bad actors in that world here, too. So I do see that. And again, I know you're running as an opinion. I'm not here to bash that. But what I'm seeing and what my opinion is, which obviously we all have opinions, is that what Trump is literally trying to do because we live in a two party system because people can't think outside the box because that would create their own creativity, their own investigation, their own knowledge. He's literally trying to do everything in his power to put Republicans in place because he's exposing the Democrats for their corruption today. And then tomorrow, after he has the Republicans in place, he'll expose the Republicans. I disagree with that, John. In Michigan, you're not in Michigan to see what's happening here. The Republican Party is literally destroying itself. It is in so many different factions and nobody can get along. And they're kicking people out of the conventions that don't go on along with their little criminal control syndicate going on there. And the next guest got kicked out. He's the Liberty lawyer. Nick Somburg is going to be on next and talk about them kicking. So there's twenty five hundred people that is literally trying to determine whether through censorship, threat, and coercion, the direction of the state. And that's the Republican Party. The Democrat Party has already done it. And so now we're looking at the same exact thing. When he puts his finger on a candidate here, it's saying, hey, look into this, guys. We need to expose what's wrong with this. Because he is not endorsing good candidates in Michigan, and the entire state knows it. The only ones that are protecting it are the ones that are in the crime syndicate here that don't want the avocat upset. You guys are smarter than me. I'm going to ask you kind of a top line question. Who was the actual person in two thousand sixteen that went to Donald Trump to warn him about the Russian president? collusion hoax. He was on the Intelligence Committee and he was a Republican. Do you know who that was? I think it was Admiral Rogers that started it. Well, Admiral Rogers and General Flynn were involved in all of that. So he's not the Rogers that you're running against? No, no, no. Not even close. No, no, that's fine, because I know he was on the Intelligence Committee as well. The guy that's running up here is a plastic freaking political action figure, like a puppet with somebody's hand up his behind and moving his mouth. Well, I get that. Your Republican Party in Michigan is... bad. I agree a hundred percent. No, it's not Admiral Rogers. Admiral Rogers is one of the greatest heroes that ever lived. I knew it was Rodgers and that's why I said you guys were smarter than me. So I just put the last name in there. He is a hero. That we will never be able to thank enough for his bravery. The same thing with general Flynn. Those two guys are the only reason that we have been loaded into the box cars with a gun at our head at this point in time for them to eliminate. But we have, I have some stuff that's going to come out in the next couple of weeks about, and this is going to shock the United States because there are, there are whistleblowers out there that will come to me because I do not violate trust. But the amount of weapons that have been used, it's not just Fauci. The amount of weapons that have been used against the American people and the targeted killing through the alleged health care, that is what is probably going to bring people right to their knees. Because the bioweapons that have been used on the American people, this goes way past chemtrails. This goes to targeted execution. in the United States. Well, I'm assuming you saw that this guy named Paul Thornson, who's coming forward, who's being extradited from, as I laughed with my wife, ironically from Denmark, who owns Greenland again, is it Denmark? Denmark. This guy's actually come out and now he's being thrown out there that says that he's been collecting millions of our tax dollars to write erroneous, um, vaccine protocol that's yeah. Reports that are saying everything's good. And he's been doing it since like, so he's now being extradited. That's all coming forward. People don't see it yet. Cause of course our media is not going to say anything about it, but the long and the short is yeah, all this stuff is going to come out. And that's where I, when I talk about financials and I look at people and I say, You have to be prepared for what's coming, because when you look at the S&P five hundred, it's held up by big pharma. It's held up by big banks. It's held up by big tech. It's held up by the industrial complex. It's literally held up by everything that's in collusion with this cartel, as Donna likes to use. And the beautiful thing is I do believe that Trump is staging awareness so it doesn't just cause an absolute financial calamity. And then he's using Besson on the other side. But yeah, I think the pharmaceutical stuff is literally going to come out. Yep, the Besson claim. So I think this pharmaceutical stuff is literally going to come out before the election. And that's going to be... a huge eye-opener because it's all going to say that the democrats drove the entire thing which is crazy and again a lot of republicans involved too but i think the primary focus and the primary target before this election is going to be the democrats i'm looking at what's going on with the dsa and they're putting all these candidates in front of us It's going to be both. Well, for the lack of saying, holy cow, this is just idiocy in the world that we live in, that somebody's definitely planned this, whether it's the bad guys planning to move us into communism, whether it's the good guys propping the bad guys up so we can literally see it. I don't know what the right answer is, but holy cow, how stupid can you be to sign up for a socialist, inevitably a communist, and what's going on? the grocery store of basically socialism. We're going to be here for the people. It's ironic that all of these foreign grocery owners, which you live in Michigan, you know what that's all about. All of these people, these independent grocers, they're now suing Mondami for putting this grocery store in there because it's undercutting everybody's prices. So they're just going to continue to destroy themselves, and it's just wild to watch it all happen. It's just crazy. It is pretty nuts. Hey, we just got invited to something tonight that we may need to go to. Robert, I'll give you a call when we're offline here. So interesting. Interesting. One thing I want to say is that, you know, you talk about the commander in chief and stuff, but you got to watch. You got to watch his words and you got to watch his his actions. So he still talks about democracy. We're not a democracy. Right. But look at his flags. the flags don't have gold fringe on them unless he's talking to the, the chairman or not chairman, but like Congress or something like that. But when he's talking to the nation and he's talking to other presidents or something that come to see him, the flags are no gold fringe on them. And they have no, it's not even an Eagle. It's a Phoenix because an Eagle has a shorter neck, but, It doesn't have the so-called eagle on it. It has an American flag, republic, republic, not republican, but a republic. Representative form of government. Right. And it has the spear tip on the top. That's the military. So when you're listening to him and he's talking to other presidents and stuff from other countries, you'll see the true flag. But when he says stuff, he'll say democracy because he knows that half these people aren't awake yet. But we are going back to a republic. Well, as I've kind of followed and I love that segment, when we watch what Trump did in the first term, He literally used the current situation, the current financial situation, to actually do everything that they tried to do against him. Again, they tried to bring down the economy in September of two thousand nineteen. He was able to thwart it. So we understood our systems today, to your point. democracy, financials, however you want to look at it, he's working within the parameters of the current system, but he's got to do that until he can shift it into the right system. And I think that works both democracy-wise, republic-wise, financial-wise, and I do believe it's, obviously in my opinion, it is literally a balancing act, and he's so far doing a phenomenal job. The bad news is, the The better the job he does, the less visible it is to the normies that simply can't wake up on their own. And that's a little bit sad because that points me to my conversation with any young generation because this is what I think they understand crypto. Older generations don't. When I talk to my kids, when I'm talking to the younger generation, I literally try to explain to them. And I use the Trump accounts as a great example. Dad, you tell me not to put my four or one K into a, into an S and P five hundred fund, you know, and, and, you know, all this stuff until after the market crashes. Well, the market's not crashing dad, twenty, twenty one. It's twenty, twenty six. So both my kids are doing it. I'm okay with that because again, they're twenty six and twenty eight. They're young. If you look at the Trump accounts, if the economy is going to collapse, if the financials are going to collapse, why would Trump move kids to into the market well for two reasons every time there's a market collapse if you're involved if you're in it you lose money but it's on paper. And then you simply start buying it again when it's cheap. And when that happens, and I saw this financially back in two thousand and one, I was listening to financial radio and they actually talked about it. And so in the mindset, you think, OK, but if you continue to put money in, even with the fifty percent drop that happened after the nine eleven and After two, I think it was four years, you would actually have more money because you continued to buy at the bottom. And that money, as the market went back up, now offsets if you were out of it entirely. So by letting kids get into the market as it's going down, having them set up in there, now when that drop actually happens and these kids are continuing to put money in, they will actually benefit from what could be a financial calamity. So I see it both sides of the coin. Why would Trump do that if this is going to happen? But the long and the short is, and if you go back to to twenty twenty nineteen twenty nine, we didn't actually rebound again from the twenty twenty nine highs until thirty five years later. I think what Trump's doing is literally and you heard him talk about it in the first term. We had that K shape. He came in. They tried to crush him. It didn't happen in nineteen. It happened in COVID. He was able to put everybody back to work and that thing took off. I got my son involved. We made a bunch of money. We took what I call generational lows, and we made money. Now the long and the short is when and if this happens again, and I will still say if, but I think it's more of a win, by him moving all this manufacturing to the United States, that spike back up is going to be a lot quicker than that thirty-five years that we dealt with in nineteen twenty-nine. Well, even silver, you know, silver hasn't even went down. it's still sitting at a good price. Look how long that took for it to come back up. Well, I would have to tell you as a fiduciary responsibility, I'm heavily invested in silver and gold. So anything I say, I'm not a financial advisor. Please don't do this at home. It's an investment. No, but it's true. But literally, I dumped all of my assets and I put twenty percent in gold and silver, sixty percent silver, forty percent gold of that. So it's twenty percent in January of twenty eight. Literally, it was almost fifty percent of my portfolio. Now, honestly, I'm up huge. And everybody, well, you should sell, you should sell. Well, should I? And there's a lot of discussion on obviously the shortage of silver, especially now when you're starting. I hear the people saying, well, silver's involved in solar panels. And I like to say, so what? When you realize solar panels aren't really our direction, silver's involved in a whole lot more than solar panels. If you're going to invest in silver on solar panels, when solar panels are exposed, silver's going to drop like a rock. But when you understand the dynamic here, As it continues to unfold, I read a lot of stuff that says eventually, and especially if you go back to nineteen thirty three when the government took our gold. Right. So they can legally do it today. There's too many guns today. There's too much investment. They won't be able to get away with that again. But what they can do is they could limit our ability to buy it. Just. Probably a month ago, I don't remember what company it was, but a company came out and said, if you're going to invest in silver with our program, you got to have a minimum of five thousand dollars. I sent that to my son and said, hmm, sounds like they might be starting to put restrictions on buying this stuff. I mean, my kids don't have five thousand dollars to dump into a precious metal investment. So it limits the possibility. They could clearly limit that as that continues to go up, especially now that Trump has put it on the selected resource minerals list that he's saying is protected under the government. Well, the silver is the republic currency. based on the Constitution, gold and silver are the only things that are actually supposed to work. The only lawful currency. And it's ironic because when you go through the details of that, what does it say? It basically keeps the states from creating their own currency, which devalues the nation's currencies. Well, let's just take a step back and say, well, that all makes sense, but what are we doing today? The states are not issuing currency. They're simply issuing debt. What's the difference? tax dollars investing let's build our community let's over develop our community let's spend all this money let's keep raising the taxes while the federal government continues to issue more and more debt through printing the states are the first ones to absorb it and the eighty percent of all inflation ends up in the stock market but the benefactor of every piece of inflation that's ever submitted is the federal government's prints it out and the first people that actually take it and invest in it actually win because if it's printed out today, it's at a dollar's value and the states begin to use it at the dollar's value and time as it trickles down to us, now it's only worth fifty cents. So the states benefited and everybody below them don't. Same thing with the bankers, same thing with everybody that's lending the money after it's first issued. Everybody wins at the top level and everybody gets diminished at the bottom level. So each time it changes hand, you're getting less and less of that purchasing power. And it's just as I read through some of that stuff and through the twenty twenty, you know, COVID era, when, of course, we can't leave our house. I learned a bunch. I think COVID was and frankly, some of the things that you talked about, I think COVID was the best thing in the world that could ever happen to us. Because it sent us all home, and it gave us a chance to not work, even though we told everybody we were working, and have some fun, do some of our own digging, find out our own stuff. The people that were inquisitive did. The people that weren't inquisitive and just went on vacations didn't. I don't know. Yeah, it's interesting. But look at all the other mechanisms where they've actually created a currency. When you look at the airlines, the airlines in a corporate in a corporate strategy, the airlines have literally they're all they're all bankrupt. The only thing that they're making money on is the frequent flyer miles and the the trading of those of those held miles. It's it's it's incredible. The credit cards kind of do the same thing when you get a kickback of it. Or look at Starbucks. Starbucks is literally one of the largest banks in the world because they have people put money on these cards. What's happening with that money that are on these cards? They lose the cards. They've got billions of dollars. I'll have to look up how much. It's a lot. They've got billions, trillions of liquid cash that they can take and invest. Well, it is funny because, you know, Costco always talks about how they make their money on their membership. And, okay, I get it. I've been to Costco. It talks about a lot of the organic stuff. I've been in the food industry all my life. the organic food industry is the least regulated industry in the fricking world. So organic, what does it really mean? It means you pay more and you were stupid to buy into their little. Well, it's a chance to go to whole paycheck and spend all your money on their organic prophecy. But it was ironic because all of a sudden, just probably within the last month, I got a request to come be a Costco member. And I laughed. I looked at my wife and I said, Hmm, Looks like they're kind of going to run into some trouble. So again, how my mind thinks and as an investor world, I can't wait for Costco's earnings to come out because I bet you they're going to miss. So those are kind of my structures, my thoughts. We watched Dick's Sporting Goods. And I thought it was ironic how Nike's just actually been decimated because they work in China. They've slave labor. Everything's happening. All this exposure on rap music and these criminals in the, sorry, the black communities because they've been harnessed by the cartels at the top and the government to be who they want. I've seen a lot of posts that say, okay, it's ironic since USAID has gone away that How there isn't a single rap song now in the top forty. The first time in like over twenty-five years. Interesting. I never did think rap was music. I thought it was just garbage. Again, my opinion. Not racist, although now that I'm Republican and they tell me I'm racist, I guess I am. But the long and the short is, you watch stuff and you start to understand that. And if Trump is shutting down the drug trade... Who buys sneakers? Who collects sneakers? Are you kidding me? Normal people don't. I'm assuming a lot of the drug trade might because it's probably a trophy case. So Nike sales are dropping like a rock because people are starting to realize it. You see Foot Locker dropping like a rock. Then you see Dick saying, well, I'm going to turn myself into a destination. I'm going to put all these rock climbing walls in it. I'm just laughing. I'm telling my wife I'm laughing. I said, you wait. Dix just comes out. They literally got obliterated. It was down twenty two percent just this week. They came out too much infrastructure build, losing customers hand over fist. People aren't buying this garbage anymore. What you see with Nike and what was happening is it's targeting. They target and they market to different communities and different groups of people. That's how they've always kept us targeted. So I wouldn't assign blame to the black communities or Hispanic or anything like that. Oh, no, they're just being marketed to just like the rest of us. They're being marketed to. And once AID got cut, then all of a sudden those tax dollars that's funding this, programming this, brainwashing this, putting blood, a drop of blood in the Nike shoes. Come on. I mean, this was so satanic. I don't know if you guys know, I've got a friend, Judah Ayers, and he's been on a rampage against Amway. And exposing that and exposing the connections between Amway slash DeVos slash connections to China and such. But if you want to see something, I'm going to try to have in mind because we are friends and let him expose exactly what's happened here. with you know with corporations that take over supply lines and then have that to divide and market because they put their they put their messages in to communities and of course you know right now that's a big one to to uh brainwash people who want to be a republican or under that that label but the label if you look at what they've done it becomes very very clear in how they capture different market segments. I always laughed about the way the Republicans split the ticket so much. It's kind of like a joke. You've got a preacher, a businessman, the Bobsy twins that will flirt with the women. You've got the The one female that's hanging all over all the guys there. It becomes a market. It's a market differentiation. They'll have somebody that takes up this issue or that in order to capture people's attention. And then watch. They rig who's in the front for a while. It's like watching a horse race until they get down to the candidates that they had picked from the beginning. And so it's insanity. But look at all of this, the marketing. When USAID was cut, look at how many players in the system absolutely disappeared. And I will go back to the point that if we have an honest governor who controls the money, You're going to see these things disappear, and it's going to be quick, as well as a governor can bring suit against anyone that it needs to be investigated or is breaking the law, anyone. Well, one of the other things that I just stumbled on, and it has to do with Nike, is I guess LeBron James obviously is a huge... proponent and a winner of Nike contracts, basically a lifetime contract. Well, it was just exposed that he has actually now been identified as having a three hundred billion dollar insurance policy. So you got to understand insurance policy. So the insurance industry has been slowly gobbled up by private equity. Who owns insurance? The majority of governments and pension plans are in the insurance industry because it's the most protected space of, I guess what I'd say is a conservative place to invest. And now they're starting to expose all of these insurance games that the insurance companies are trying to expand into because they can't make enough money to appease their shareholders to actually increase their revenue. So this thing has now come out. I guess this morning the owner of the Dodgers is now under a huge investigation for being tied in to some money laundering and how he actually bought the Dodgers in the first place. And it's all tying back to an insurance company. So there's a lot of stuff that's happening under the scenes that is really concerning to me in the broad scheme of things on what these pension plans are all going to happen. I look at the Democrat states. I mean, I have empathy for a guy across the street from me. He was a New York state policeman all his life, living happily on his pension plan. In twenty twenty one, I'm kind of like. Crazy man saying, be careful, blah, blah, blah. You know, your pension is tied to this. That'll never happen. And you're watching what's happened in New York. You know they're robbing these state pension plans. And I'm scared to death about how that may unfold. I hope they're going to be protected somewhere down the line. But things could get really ugly if these states literally go broke. and their pension plans are the first place they cut. Well, and look who's going to be on because of the ERISA laws. Okay, like I know this very well because we were a victim of a pension that was looted by their own managers. And then they came back on the contractors to make up the deficits. That's what they did with ERISA. This is what these politicians do to give themselves a way to wiggle out of responsibility so they can steal and put the blame on somebody else. When a pension goes and all of these, when you look at, the shift in the nineteen or the eighteen eighties away from the protections for tariffs. What what grew up in their in their stat? It was they destroyed the tariff protections and and so that that we couldn't enforce tariffs. And then all of a sudden there was an uprising in the in the unions and these union pensions and all this other stuff that happened. And so it shifted. It was a it was a huge shift in what happened in this nation. And then you look at what happened with ERISA, which started with Studebaker. Studebaker went bankrupt and then they basically looted their own pension. And then so they had to write a law. But what they did is they wrote a law that enabled the pension managers to loot the pensions and make the blame go on everybody else. Mark my word. This is going to become a very large problem. And where it's going to become a problem is in the government unions, the teachers union, the townships union, all of these things. They should never have been able to unionize in the first place because they're getting a government check for a job to unionize against us who pays the damn bill. So what's interesting is DeSantis just came out and said that he wants to remove the Florida state pension. I'm thinking to myself, again, is DeSantis a bad actor? Is he a good actor? I don't know. I'm still kind of like out there. He ran against Trump. Is it to expose the corruption and the money? Ken Griffin, you name it. I know he flew into a situation. There was theft in an area, and it was directed at a group of people, and there was theft going on, and they flew him. The people that were involved in the crime flew him down there. He went down there twice. And so did he come down to help? Hell no. He didn't come down and help. Who's this? I'm sorry. This is DeSantis. Nobody knows about it, but he flew down there to meet with the criminals. Who's he? DeSantis did. But when you say flies down here, he lives down here. I'm struggling with that. He flew down to Anna Maria Island where there was theft and corruption to an incredible amount. And he flew down there to meet with the criminals twice. Now, you tell me he's a good guy. Let me ask you this because, no, I didn't hear this. But if you could give me an approximate date, I could probably tie it back to when he literally told the people on Anna Marie Island that we will no longer allow people to public park. And we're going to build a big parking garage to where I'm assuming he's paying somebody off to get parking. The money from that parking garage. That was right in Bradenton Beach. I can guarantee you that because there was all kinds of stuff. And we had a special investigator that was on this that linked this all together to the money, to the grift, to a person that was the head of building development. And it went from Miami all the way to Anna Maria Island. And they ended up creating a seawall down there, which flooded the area worse when the hurricanes came in. Oh, I did hear about that. Yeah, destroyed my property down there. It had to do with some mosaic property, didn't it? What's that? Didn't that have to do with some mosaic leakage that was going through the property? Underneath, but they were, okay, that was something different. No, not actually. This was about development developers and stealing land from people who should, and they did it in a way that was really awful. And so the goons showed up, threatened a waitress that was down there, on and on, and then DeSantis flies down there and meets with these criminals on Anna Maria Island and never talked to anyone who was actually damaged, which, by the way, was an elder population. No, believe me, I've seen how that works in Florida. He wanted to fly down to Guantanamo Bay to check it out. General Smith said, you can't come down here yet, but you will be visiting soon. Yeah. And so I'm going to tell everybody who's been fed crumbs by DeSantis, who had this wonderful governor still haven't gone back to constitutional rule there. And so, you know, it's like, he may have done things right. He may be a good guy that I'm going to tell you right now, I think we're on DeSantis three point Oh, because there's, there's at least three versions of DeSantis. The second one actually looked like a military guy. I'm like, well, he's at least easier on the eyes and the first Basset hound that they, had in place. And then he wasn't convincing enough. So they had to have DeSantis three point. Oh, came up that, that had more of the DeSantis one look. And I'm like, if you're paying attention, you can see this clearly on what's going on. So I think they got a handle on it. But what I do know is that one of the DeSantis is flew down to Anna Maria Island to cavort with the developing criminals who destroyed people's lives down there more than once. And, uh, And open a bar without anybody's approval or knowledge or anything like this. It's like a total corruption ring down there. And involved in that, yes, I did turn one of the properties in who was having a boat pick up. Twelve to fourteen year old girls. They'd be gone all day and then drop them off at night. Yeah. I'm done with this now. No, I get that. And like I said, when I was running for office, I was offered money that was running. He actually ran the Port Authority in Tampa, and I refused to take the money just for that very thing. They will offer you anything. It's incredible. I'm going to shift a quick question because I'm curious as your opinions, if you even have seen this yet. I'm assuming you have. Have you seen what's been going on with Data Republican? Yes. So. There was a guy that wrote a very intriguing article, and now other people have duplicated, but the reality is he wrote a very intriguing article how data Republican, in my opinion, so understand, in my opinion, based on what I read, is being set up to be targeted, to be taken out because of her involvement with Doge. She was literally bringing in somebody that was underneath the State Department, so worked and was appointed by Rubio. And the whole thing ties back to and it brings out what they're claiming as now FOIA type information. So Data Republican claims X. She said she was handed stuff that she wasn't supposed to expose. She was going to get in a bunch of trouble. Then the person that handed it to her literally published the information on X. So it basically took all those legality claims that Data Republican was saying off the table completely. So it was erroneous. which is suspect to why they're saying Data Republican's a bad actor. She was brought on as a contractor. She now works for the Department of War. She clarified that. And what this guy said is this is a typical CIA setup to show and expose another layer within these departments that have now become FOIA-type programs. And the target is literally on now Rubio. Have you guys seen any of that? I have not seen that specifically. I always like data Republicans work and just to look at what's coming out there. It all ironically landed on after she'd already filmed with Laura Logan. So all this stuff gets exposed. And literally what they're talking about, what people fail to remember, and I've always been skeptical of Rubio, and I hate to say it that way, kind of like what we just talked about with DeSantis, but Rubio ran against Trump. Rubio was on the Intelligence Committee, sitting right next to Swalwell, when all of this stuff went down. Rubio hid stuff, and what they're saying that is actually now being exposed is Rubio appointed this guy named Thoreau. I don't know who he is, and I'm not maybe saying the name wrong. It's all based in the article. Rubio appointed him. He worked on the legal team that actually had something to do with Cuba. It was actually written about something. The article was identified as something Cuba. If I find it, I'll post it under your page when we're done. But the long and the short is it basically identifies that this guy came in. He was a lawyer on this. He was going to benefit Cuba. And he disclosed it that he would actually benefit anywhere from five to fifty million dollars when it's all said and done. So when he came on to Rubio's team, he identified it, but he never really disclosed it. He never recused himself. He just took himself as an awareness. And then he's going to. still be available if this thing goes through. Well, evidently that process just went through the Supreme Court and they're being awarded four hundred million dollars. Now, this guy used to work under Clarence Thomas. He worked. He did two stints as a legal aid under Clarence Thomas. Now he's in Rubio's department. He's like second in charge. Rubio's appointed him. And this guy is going to earn money. a lot of money, and he never really disclosed it. So they're saying is, okay, if they all knew this, who else is benefiting? What's actually going on in Cuba? So we've heard Trump talk a lot about Cuba and what they're saying. So here's the two sides of the coin. Again, bad actor, good actor. Is this bad actors targeting Rubio because he's done such a great job? Or is this good actors exposing what Rubio did because Rubio's doing such a great job so he can be the next coherent or next inherent selected president to just put us back on the bad path that we were on in the first place? There's some crazy stuff out there. I'll put the article out there. It's a long read, but it's a very interesting one. Is Rubio an American citizen? Well, he's a Cuban descendant. I guess his grandparents came here running from Castro. So suspect is suspect upon suspect. And the fact that Trump ran against him, the fact that all this stuff's out there, when you know he's directly tied to Cuba, remember what you said earlier, Robert, you have to listen to what Trump says. Trump says Rubio will eventually be running Cuba. Okay. Does that mean he's not going to get these opportunities? They're going to expose him and he's just going to become an ambassador to Cuba? Is he going to end up having to move back to Cuba? Who knows? But is it bad actors trying to keep J.D. Vance in the forefront for president? Or is it good actors trying to expose something else? The one in a short is the battle for the next tenure is Vance against Rubio. So these battles are going to be really crazy to watch. You can look at Vance. Okay, he was put in there with Teal. He's put in there with big tech money. All these things. What's really happening, which in my opinion is really crazy. And then I watched something that Trump just posted yesterday. on the twenty-fourth on Truth Social. And it's Jim Rickards. Okay, financial guy, gold guy, again, I'm not a financial advisor. Don't do what I say. But the long and the short is Trump posts this on True Social. And Rickards literally goes through all of the corruption that he's seeing. He's saying he's connected to the White House as he's selling his program, probably. So you have to take it all with a grain of salt. But why is Trump reposting it? He literally talks about every step that Trump's going to take over the next six months to to actually bring all these politicians and cartel to the courts through the system to try them, literally almost calling some of the people out by name. He then goes on to say these are going to be some of the best opportunities. There's going to be financial disruption. All on the eve of Besant coming out saying he's going to try and save the U.S. Treasuries. Trump reposts this. Literally, Ricketts is saying if you're in the right spot at the right time when the markets fall, if you buy right, you will succeed. Literally claiming that gold by the end of the year will be at ten thousand dollars and twenty thousand dollars an ounce is not out of the scope. Again, is he selling his proposition? Maybe. But why is Trump putting it out there? And he literally talks about the three scenarios that he talked about with Alan Dostoevich on what is the path for Trump to become a third president, third term. Okay. We've all heard the words before. Yeah, it's crazy. But literally, he says, and he lays them out. So is this what Trump's doing, is toying with society on this stuff? You never know. But he lays out the three steps. He's constantly doing that. I know, but he lays out the three steps so succinctly. It's like, okay, how many people have ever, before what is it, have ever known that Trump could be the Speaker of the House without being elected? How many people have ever known that the Speaker of the House would inherently become the president if the president and the vice president are gone? I'm sorry. I never heard of such a thing. He literally says you put Trump or you put Vance and Rubio. It doesn't matter who's on top. President, vice president, they both have to resign. Trump becomes the third term president. That's one scenario. Scenario two is whoever comes in as president can put him in as vice president. And the president resigns. Boom. Why would a president resign? We're at war, right? Something underneath is still yet to be exposed. And then, of course, the third one, again, that you never realize, through the republic, not the electorate, the vote, the true republic says, okay, we all vote for Donna. But the House doesn't certify the election, doesn't allow the electorate to come through, and they certify Robert as the president. Legally, they can do all three of those things. And Trump's posting this out there, talking about the corruption, talking about the next six months, talking about the financial crisis. Just Armageddon that we're getting ready to come into. Be prepared. Understand it's coming. And oh, by the way, these are the other things that may happen in the path. Holy cow. Why is Trump even putting that out there? Well, I think the big thing is, is everybody stop losing your mind over stupid stuff. OK, and I won't disagree. It's like things are going to change. It's great. We need to change. It may look like a really bad day, you know, and I'm saying that proverbially. It may look like a really bad period of time. But extra sure right now, we need to get off the system of corruption that we're on right now and get off that ride because they are stealing from us. And just because it's familiar doesn't mean it's okay. I'm going to give Scott Besson another shout out. Scott, we love you. You're freaking amazing. You're a beast, boss level. Go in and get her done. Fantastic. Thank you so much for your service. There you go. Captain America. The other thing that I'd kind of like to say, and I sent it to a kid. You've got just a few minutes because I've got Nick on the other side. So I'll try to finish this as quick as possible. But as a kid, I was trying to reference a lot of different bubbles. And I went all the way back to the eighteen sixties when the bubble was built on the railroad. The railroad was overbuilt. And what actually happened is they continued to raise money until they could no longer raise money. And as soon as the money started to dry up, the bubble broke. Same thing happened in the dot com bubble. So when you look at all these bubbles, the same thing happened in nineteen twenty nine. When you look at all these bubbles, they were all driven by the same thing. Overproduction of a dream. We look at the bubble today. And when you understand that NVIDIA NVIDIA has got their earnings today. I've literally said either they're ready to pop the bubble or they're not. I think NVIDIA will come out. They'll say everything's fine. They have great earnings. But oh, by the way, the outlook looks a little shady. So they're going to call out the outlook. They literally just launched with bankers to approve them five hundred million dollars to help other people buy their inventory. So now NVIDIA is a bank. Interesting. Well, that was the headline news. Then three or four days later, it came back and they said, They were only able to raise two hundred and fifty million. Well, there's no headline there. But if you understand the prospects of the bubbles of past, as long as people were willing to invest, the money flowed. When the money started to dry up, the bubble burst as well. So there we are right there, John, because I got to bring Nick on. But thank you. This is fantastic. I'm going to go to a fifty seven second break. Pause here with our intro and I'll be bringing Nick right in. Thank you guys. I just love you both so much. This is so fun. We'll be back on next Wednesday with some more great news for the fundamental changes that we're going to go through. So thank you guys. Good morning and welcome to the third hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the twenty-sixth day of August twenty-eight of August twenty-sixth month of your show and next month is your weekend. We've got an incredible echo right now. Hello, how are you? I'm doing great. I'm doing great. Here, I'm going to have to figure out how to help when you talk every minute. So anyhow, welcome. I got to figure out how to do this. It's going through your microphone. So here we go. We'll do it this way. So thank you for coming on today. We got lots to talk about. This is Nick Somburg and he is the Liberty lawyer. And we're going to talk about all sorts of things, including the Republican convention removal nonsense that were going on. And I'm just going to let you talk here and introduce yourself to everybody. And then we're going to go from there. Go from there. Yes, thank you again for having me on. So my name is Nick Somburg. I'm a criminal defense attorney. I've been practicing over ten years now. I'm a solo practitioner, been on my own since day one. I'm a trial attorney. I've had about forty six, my forty seventh jury trials coming up. And I've also been very involved in the political process. I ran for United States Congress in twenty twenty four. I was the primary Republican winner. I went up against Haley Stevens and was not successful. It did very good. I feel like if I had half the money she had, I would annihilate her. She would not be in the same room as me, let alone debate me or town hall me. But I fight for liberty. I've always had, I guess, a passion for people's rights and constitutional rights and standing up for the little guy. And I had nothing worse that I can't stand than a bully, especially government bully. I love that. I love that. Yes. So we're we I really want to get into what happened this past weekend on the Republican convention, because I got a lot of calls from a lot of different people. And it looks to me like just protecting the establishment, little crime syndicate going on there. And I'd like to hear what you have to say and what what actually happened with you. Yes, it it was very unexpected. I did not. go there to be kicked out or anything like that i am opposing judge cassandra morse bills for supreme court she's running for supreme court there's also judge warren out of oakland county who is a great candidate but for reasons maybe we can go into later i am opposing judge bills and i have been vocal about this online i have been to many state conventions and you know at state convention it's You can hand out flyers. This is very, very normal. You could say who you support, who you don't support. Maybe you're running for something six months from now or next year. You know, you hand out your flyer. Hey, here's my website. You know, whatever. Support, support this person. Don't support that person. So I bought my ticket to state convention. I paid for it on the way on the way there. And this is some like issue. Apparently that's like half the comments online. Like he didn't buy his ticket early enough. You could get him at the door. nothing i don't they're like grasping for straws because it's so stupid the whole situation um bought my ticket on the way there printed out about five hundred flyers and i was in the lobby before walking into the convention doors i'm just handing out papers uh pamphlets hey i'm supporting judge warren i'm not supporting judge bills i'm supporting judge warren i'm not supporting judge bills and This is more of a symbolic act. I mean, I want to inform the delegates that the chances of flipping that or for them not to support Judge Beals at that stage at the convention was very low. But I'm there to educate the delegates. People don't know who she is. Not a single person could say that they knew that they've known her. I've been in politics for since twenty twenty twelve. Ron Paul, twenty twelve. That's a oh eight sticker there. But I've never seen her at one one convention, one meeting, none of the Mackinac Islands, nothing. So who is this person other than claiming she's a Republican? So. um i go into the i go into the convention um convention hall and i'm looking for to get my actual lanyard my guest lanyard and as i'm uh walking towards the the guest um you know the right that's where you get your register to get your guests i went i went to the eleventh district first but they said no this is only for alternates and delegates so i had to go from the table to the left going back to the uh table to get a guest lanyard and a officer comes up to me goes i'm uh with the tribal police we're at soaring soaring eagle casino he goes i'm with the tribal tribal police uh can you please come with me I'm like, um, sure. I'm like, what, what did I do? You know? And we go out into the back into the main area. And this is what I have my, my video. And I'll, I'll send you this. I think I, I think I might've sent it to you. If I didn't, I'll send you the Google drive link. Um, but I sent, I, uh, started my video and the officer says, well, we have confirmation from the Republican party that you didn't pay for me to pay to be here. I'm like, well, I, I paid to be here and I'm recording. So if I stopped my video, the receipts on my phone. So I had to stop the video to show him. and i told him i go no i i paid to be here um of course and he goes they've confirmed that you haven't paid to be here i'm like well i'm gonna show you my uh show you my phone stop my video show him the phone he's like oh well he calls over um this lady i forgot her name jessica lady in yellow um she's like the vice chair of the republican party i don't even know who she is but she comes up and she's like well um okay you paid but You can't hand out literature. Yes, you can. I'm holding a John James sign in my other hand. I was handed this here. You can absolutely hand out literature. What are you talking about? So she pivots. Well, it's no negative literature. No negative literature? Well, that's just your perspective. This is going to be positive for Judge Warren. But who's to say what's negative and what's positive? She says, okay, well, we'll let you in, but you can't bring any literature. I'm like, fine, no problem. I'd like to join and observe the convention. You know, I'm here, I'm at every convention anyway. I go into the convention, I'll go back to get my credential. And she's with a woman behind the desk, looks me up, finds my name, finds that I've paid. We write my name on the credential and then she's literally, you know, about to put it on me, about to hand it to me. When another person, Erin Tuckfield, shows up and stops her, says, no, no, no, we need to confirm this is okay. And the police officer who was with me the entire time is still with me. And I'm like, sir, you know, please ask this officer. We've been through this whole thing. It's been confirmed. We had a three-way conversation. I'm allowed to be here. I just can't bring the literature, apparently. And everything's good. It was no, no, no. We need to confirm. And basically, I identified this quickly as I say, I call it indefinite delay tactic. So there was never any intention to let me into the convention. This was like, oh, well, I don't have cell phone service or I can't find the person. It's like, what does this have to do with anything? Yes, you can. First of all, you have a freaking walkie talkie. But that was it. And then I was there for another five minutes, took a picture of John James, told him what was going on. I go, hey, they're kicking me out of the convention for only supporting twelve out of the thirteen candidates. And then a older gentleman, I think his name is Matthew Wilk, came up and told me I wasn't a Republican and physically removed me and then told me I asked him, like, so why am I being removed? He goes, I don't have to tell you. So thanks guys. That's what you get for being a team player for twelve years and running for Congress is you can't support ninety two point five percent of the slate. It must be one hundred percent or you're gone. And that's it. So the whole thing is the whole thing. And I'm still getting that reverb here. The whole thing is insane and how they control who can talk, who has an opinion. and who gets to play ball based on their own. It's never from the people. It's always from who is controlling it. But I wanted to bring up your videos here. Do you want me to play this one or tell me which one you want me to play? Because I think I can do it. I think I can do it. Yeah, I'm going to look at your screen. Oh, here it is. Or those of it. Yes, that's my Facebook. I mean, you can scroll down to the beginning. That's my look at the comment on that. Show your show your viewers the where's three of them there. No. See the three people. Yeah. Yeah. Keep scrolling. Look at look what I wrote above the above the triage of pictures. so one works at mcdonald's we got rhonda mcdonald one eats at mcdonald's and one doesn't brush his teeth after mcdonald's so these are the three uh cast of characters that removed me and yeah like five hundred twenty four times um is this the video right here right here that's not the video so let's go so scroll down so there's there'll be actual videos Tell me when I get there. So you can do that one. That's Matt Wilk kicking me out, but just scroll down all the way. Keep going. So if you scroll down, you're going to get the beginning of the saga here. What's that? You passed it, so go up. There's a delay. I'm sorry. Okay. Okay. So the one where it's like me and the officer, not the picture, but why don't you start with that? Yeah, that bottom left. So bottom left one there of the three videos. There must be a delay. Okay. See if I can get some sound here a minute. Yeah, this isn't working so good at delay. So let me do this here. I'm going to share you my Google Drive. All right. Yeah, I'd like to. Yeah, I'd like to. I apologize. Read me your email out loud. I'll share my Google Drive with you. I'll put it in. I don't read it out loud. I don't read it out loud in the chat. I don't know. There you go. Now I can't get... Oh, there's the... There's the microphone. Hang on a second. Yeah, this is... There's a glitch here. There's a glitch here. Okay. Here, I shared to you my Google Drive. Okay. I'm going to have to get somebody from tech on here to look at this a minute real quick. Somebody doesn't want this to come out. Somebody doesn't want this to come out. Click the link that I sent you. Maybe that doesn't work. I can't get out of the Facebook one right now. It's frozen right now. It froze up the screen. Yeah, let's see. Hang on just one second. We'll get the result. Continue on a second. I'm going to get checking. Yeah. Well, I mean, they essentially just kept changing the explanation for kicking me out. And it's like, listen, just if you just you know, it is a private event and I do respect private property. So if you don't want me here, you have to go ahead and say that. But don't tell me I didn't pay. Don't tell me I was late. Don't tell me I can't hand out literature. You're allowed to do all you're allowed to hand out literature. I paid I paid to be there. And it's just a shame. And I did receive a phone call. I've received probably more phone calls this week from. important people yourself one of them um ever i mean uh senators state representatives uh an ambassador um people in the republican party uh jim roonstead the chair of the michigan republican party called me and apologized like i didn't know these idiots were doing this i mean he didn't use the word idiots But, you know, he's a friend of mine and we're good friends. We've done shooting competitions. And, you know, he's like, I did not know this was happening. And I wish, you know, you would have called me or whatever. And I didn't want to bug him. I did send him a text after I left. But kind of your point, who who are these Republican underlings that can just kick out people or just because they feel like it? It's going to take tech just a minute to figure it out. We're having a couple of glitches here. But yeah, there's the question. It's like you never really know who you're talking to at any of these political events because you have people that are chameleons that are coming in from different areas and different organizations and such. And because we're into so much with identity politics, they just walk right in the door and you really don't know who you're talking to. Let's see. There you go. I'm going to. I'm sorry. This is crazy. This is crazy. Can you see my screen? I can't. I might be able to share that. I can. I can. Yeah. Yeah. Perfect. Okay. Well, here's the first one. I'm going to play the first one first. You can still see. The vice chair of the party. I didn't get his name. What does he look like? Color guy, glasses, short hair. He said you have not paid to be here yet. So he's asking you to leave. Can I show you the receipt? Sure, if you got a receipt, let's see it. I want to keep, it's on my phone. I screenshot it, but I actually sent it to him. Yep. So I'm going to go get my credential. That's okay. Let me go back in there and talk to them. Thank you so much. I'll clarify what they want. Is there a timestamp? Yeah, is there a timestamp? Yeah, I just want to stop my video. I'll stop the video for a second to show you. So then I show them my timestamp, which is at seven thirty three in the morning. So they can't say. Oh, well, it wasn't it wasn't. It was eight Oh one you're late, which is a made up thing anyway. So let me go back here and then I get a big bird. I'm not an activist, but I paid to be here. Were you the one who told him that I didn't pay to be here? Watch your face. Okay, okay. Do you acknowledge that that's not true? Do you acknowledge that that's not true? Okay, okay. This morning? Okay, so you did provide false information to the police officer. Okay, okay. So I paid to be here. I'm sorry that you don't like my literature, but you should support free speech. I haven't bothered anybody. I haven't bothered anybody. You're agitating. We're at a political event. We're at a political event. Me too. I would love to have Nick stay. I would love to have Nick stay, but the literature has got to go. Why? I mean, if there's a logical reason, I'll follow it. Because we're not having any negativity here today. There's competing candidates. If you want to go outside with it, that's fine. We're voting today, right? So we're allowed to say who you support and don't support. I think we're on a civil. We're civil, right? Sure. What I don't see happening is the literature. You don't seem to want to give it up. I have not made that assertion. I'm just saying that Look at everyone walking in with literature, right? No negative attacking literature. No negative attacking messages. We're here in peace today. We're all in peace. What's your position in the party? I'm the executive director. So as the executive director of the Michigan Republican Party, you're saying that I cannot oppose a candidate at convention. You can't oppose a candidate. You can go around and talk to people and share your message, but we're not going to be passing out negative literature on candidates. She is an endorsed candidate of the Michigan Republican Party. So as an endorsed candidate... Yes. Our bylaws make us support you. So I cheated. You are not an endorsed candidate. My bylaws do not support you. Do the bylaws say that I cannot hand out literature at conventions? It's a private event. That I paid to be here. I have a ticket. As it gets. But we also, at the private event, I can refund your money. So is it anything negative? Okay, nice to meet you. Thank you, thank you. So based on that conversation, what would it look like for me? So no negative literature. I have no say on what the literature is. That is not my place to say what is negative. I'm here to enforce the peace. And if that's what they're asking as a private event, They are allowed to do that. Okay. Yeah, I won't bring my negative literature into the... Again, I'm not calling it that. That's what they're calling it. I know. I agree. That's what they're calling it. I'm just here trying to be the middleman to make sure both sides are safe and figure something out. I'm peaceful and safe. I've never said you weren't. I'm just a general disclaimer. I get that. For sure. So, with that being said... out here if you carry that i can't stop all right thank you but the business you made your point okay i'm i've digested everything okay sure burned it off okay no like you got a coffee coffee coffee oh i don't drink coffee oh okay i was like i was like what's that he didn't get it all right thank you sir this isn't this is insane Was I shouting? Was I agitating? Yeah. You hear the executive director of the Republican Party say, yeah, we're happy to have Nick come in here. He just can't bring his literature. So that's what I do. And then I go in there and I'm stopped again for just existing, just being there. I walked up to get my credential. The lady found me, wrote my name on it, and then Eric Tuckfield stopped her. So and by the way, as I'm walking in, people, hey, hey, Nick, how's it going? Oh, good to see you. Like stopping for selfies, people giving me hugs, you know, like you're kicking me out. What did I do? Oh, you're muted. You're muted on it. I have known you to be a much less savage person than I am. You're the nicest guy ever. I can't even imagine why they would have gotten hostile with you. Is that Jessica Barefield there that kicked you out? Is that her last name? It's her name. That's her name. Yeah. I call her big. You call her what? You call her what? Big Bird in the yellow. That is fun. What else happened there? That's what happened. I posted about it. For the people that wanted to stop my message, it certainly backfired because now I'm on podcasts and now I have people reaching out to me left, right, and center wanting to meet with me, wanting to offer me all sorts of things. Now it's on fire on the internet. If I just... they just allowed me to do it and this is a very normal i didn't go there expecting to be stopped like you i at every convention ever you can hand out literature about candidates that's just very basic so you know this could have been very contained um but now everyone knows about it um i also have a massive amount of literature that i'm now handing out when i go to courthouses all over the state of michigan like Thank you, Chris Long. I call it the Chris Long tour that because of Chris Long, I now have all this extra literature I just have to get rid of. And I'm a statewide traveling attorney. I'll be up in Oscoda County this Friday for a trial if they don't move it. So we got to hand it out to the people now. I don't know what else to do with it. So what's your opinion about the Republican Party in general? Is there any hope there or is it just become a censorship crime syndicate? You know, my opinion of the whole thing. I am a non-political party person, quite honestly. And I think that the Republican and Democrat parties have taken foreign money in the election and should be abolished and prosecuted those involved in this. But what's your opinion? Well, where'd you go? Well, when I first got involved was because of Dr. Ron Paul right there in the Republican Party. And I'm definitely part of the Liberty Wing is what they call it now of the Republican Party. And now it's, I don't know, I feel like it's been infighting forever. It's kind of why I spend less time on the local level because I feel like I would just go to all these meetings and It's all this infighting. Everyone's fighting and it's the same stuff and nothing gets accomplished. I don't like the blind allegiance. You know, I'm not there because I don't know what I'm talking about. I mean, I'm a practicing ten-year trial attorney who's been in front of the candidate I'm opposing. My AI ran my calendar eighty-six times. I've had thirteen jury trials and there's not somebody I've been in front of one time or I don't know anything about like every other person arguing with me. Um, I know this person and the fact that the blind allegiance to say that, well, she says she's a Republican, so let's not know anything else about her. Um, that stuff that's going to push people away from the party. I mean, you gotta at least look in the candidates and there's two Supreme court spots open, but I think the Republican party should be getting behind one candidate. and get them in one at a time versus getting in a genuinely bad candidate for Supreme Court and that's getting ran over next time. We're also supposed to be the party of free speech. The Democrats used to be about free speech and then Elon bought Twitter and saved free speech, but we're supposed to be the party of free speech and allow people to speak their minds and to follow the constitution, but you're going to stop somebody for engaging in the most like milk toast, like here, I support judge, this judge, not that judge. And you're going to stop me from doing that at convention when you claim to support free speech. Yes, you're a private organization, but just going against the very principles like that, again, push, push more people away. And when people see that online, it's not a good look. Seriously, seriously. So another question I have is, since you're working in the courts and such, can you speak to the weaponization in the court systems that I think all of us have been have been really sadly experiencing and or observing? I don't I don't believe we have any way to get true justice in the state courts right now because they're not constitutional courts and their administrative procedures under that act. And so that's my opinion. But, you know, it's like I feel like I'd like to hear your opinion on it. Maybe there's something I don't know, but it's deeply disturbing to me to see how they weaponize the electors that you were involved in that. They weaponize the court system against them. They weaponize the court system against people who there's no victim in the cases. The state can't be a victim. So can you talk about that a little bit? Oh, my gosh. well where where do you even start so everywhere everywhere everywhere so let's talk about victimless crimes number one yeah it always rubbed me the wrong way you know at first so when you're sentenced some people have not been sentenced on a crime but you get what's called a uh you meet with probation or mdoc and you get a pre-sentence recommendation and there's a section called the victim impact statement and There's a lot of crimes where that statement is left blank or not applicable. Now, I am somebody who feels like just by the very definition for something to be a crime, there must be a victim, an actual victim. And a victim can't be the dignity of the state of Michigan or whatever. And that's how this is framed. That for anything, just by definition, and I'm not saying... um you know most of these fall into like drug drug categories um maybe driving maybe permits maybe um uh prostitution charges that i'm not saying any of these are are good things or you should do them and there could be other ways to to handle that in society and deter people from doing doing such things but For something to be a crime, it means there's a victim. And a victim means a human being body that you either harmed them or their property, property being literal or money. I guess your body's your property as well. But victimless crimes hurt so many people. They hurt poor people the most because they can't afford a lot of times, if they're right, in the law, but to be right is going to take time and effort in filing motions, that's hard to get with a public defender most of the time. Now, there's some very good public defenders. I did that as well when I was a third-year law student and in my first year of practice. But you're not going to... For the massive and massive amount of people prosecuted, victimless crimes hurt poor people. They keep people down. But it just... it's unjust, it's something that should be completely eliminated, that there must be somebody, it goes against your right to face your accuser, that there must be a person to show up to court to say, this man or woman harmed me, stole my property, defrauded me, whatever, for something to specifically meet the definition of what a crime is. Now, the legal process in and of itself, and I have to walk a Within boundaries, you know, there's people who can say a lot more than me because I am a lawyer. I operate within I'm a state licensed state bar, Michigan lawyer. I therefore have agreed to follow to also be bound by certain ethical rules. There are ethical rules that I cannot talk bad about judges or court process. I can sometimes it's very gray. And you know what? It's very annoying when a judge will grieve you. And then I now take my time to respond to this and take time out of my life. And there are people out there who can just say anything and everything they want. And I encourage those people, your listeners, your people have been on your show that are not lawyers and can say anything and everything they want. You guys keep, keep doing the work. But the process is the punishment a lot of times. And, and, you brought up the elector case. So this, the, the, our attorney general Dana Nessel calls this the false elector case. This is her, um, her words. And this is a, a, a case where we had, we had a case where we had a case where we had a case where we had a case where we had a case where we had a case where we had a case where we had a case where we had sixteen originally one man turned on everybody. He should have never been a coward. He should have stuck, stuck around because he was also innocent. I actually told him to, um, not turn on everybody else and I will represent him for free, which I never heard back on, but. Sixteen turned in the fifteen Republican electors that tell people what they did is that after the twenty twenty election, when there was massive allegations of fraud, confusion, votes being found in boxes and all this stuff, decisions had to be made quick. And these people were given advice by lawyers, by Trump lawyers, by people in the Republican Party. They say we're going to submit an alternate slate of delegates. Now we're going to write this up that That says literally is a contingency plan. If there is voter fraud in Michigan, if Joe Biden was not the true winner, if it was in fact Donald Trump, that we are the slate of delegates to go to Washington, D.C. to be those at sixteen electoral votes for Michigan. Now, if if there was no fraud, then this paper is useless. But they were also told if you don't sign this piece of paper and there is fraud. And Donald Trump was the true winner. If you don't sign this, he still does not get the sixteen electoral votes. The votes won't count. So everybody met up. They signed a piece of paper. They took a picture around the piece of paper around the table. They post about it on Facebook. You know, I had a courtroom, even the judge laugh because I was cross examining one of the investigators in court. I'm like, well, in your experience as a police officer, how many times do people commit fraud and then gather around the table and take a selfie and post it on Facebook. What are you talking about? It's like, you know, and this is a crime used that what they were charged under is, like, if you write a fake check, or say you vote twice, or say your kids at college and you take their you take their absentee ballot and you vote how you want to vote and not for them like this is voter fraud. This is what they're essentially charged with. I'm sorry. That's okay. This is the beauty of live broadcast. Yeah, I don't want you to hear that ringing. I hope you don't hear the ringing. I just told my intern to make sure nothing rings on my side. So this, what they essentially did is not even a crime. And I filed the motion before the preliminary exam. And the judge yelled at me and said, well, you have to have testimony first. It was actually essentially, you know, in normally in court, you when there's a preliminary exam, you have the hearing, you establish the court or the government has to establish probable cause that a crime was committed. And these people were the ones to committed by probable cause standard, extremely low. That is, as long as a witness shows up to court. talk about victims you know as long as the witness comes up comes court and say that's the guy he he robbed me you know he he broke into my house that's the guy as long as someone comes there to do that that's it's called there's a and you could say you don't have to put any witnesses on and generally we don't but you say um no no i didn't well just that back and forth he said he said he said situation creates a question of fact as long as there's a question of fact for a jury you're not arguing search issues you're not arguing constitutional issues at that level at the district court level as long as there's a question of fact to the jury that case goes from the district court to the circuit court level um headed for trial unless there's a resolution what um that's a very low standard to me but i filed a motion it was kind of scolded by the judge and i had some you know liberals uh Talk bad about me on the Internet on Twitter. Oh, he's so stupid. He didn't know that you need testimony first to file a dismissal motion prior to the preliminary exam. But my motion wasn't actually that my my motion was that if you take everything that is being accused of these people by the attorney general, this is simply not a crime. So it's not that it's not just like was a crime. Well, I guess it was a crime committed where they were. Were they the ones to do it? They said, listen, if you take everything in every police report you wrote here as a fact, there's no crime that's being committed. And you got to take it to like your logical, absurd argument. So if you write on a piece of paper that I declare I am a delegate for Donald Trump and you mail it to the White House, did you commit a crime? if you write on a piece of paper i declare that i am the president of the united states i am the elect i was elected in i declare i'm president and you write it on a napkin or anything you sign it and you send it to the white house did you commit eight felonies because that's what they that's what they're essentially they're saying for these people that because of your one signature you have committed eight felonies um So the judge scolded me and she kicked that motion. But we had six days of testimony after the first day. And by the way, this judge. This is a Whitmer appointee. This is a lifelong Democrat. This is something that, you know, I feel like Dana Nessel lined up to have the Democrat judge, you know, Whitmer appointee. And to her credit, you could just see her facial reaction after the first day. out of six. There was two groups. We split them half and half. We had a group of eight, a group of seven. I was in the first group. And our first set of testimony was just before Christmas. And these people had bond conditions. They weren't allowed to leave the state of Michigan. One of the lawyers after the first day said, hey, my client would like to travel for Christmas to go see your family. Can we lift the conditions? That's the travel restrictions. And the judge said, after what I've heard, I chose after the second day, I should say the first, the first set, we broke them into two days each. She goes, after what I've heard these last two days, I'm lifting all travel restrictions on all defendants. And it's kind of like, Whoa. And that is a big waste. Oh my God. You can see on her face. Like she's like reading the paper. Like this is not what I thought. I thought they tried to steal the election, you know, like that's because that was like what the media said. Oh, the false electors are trying to steal the elections. Like, no, they literally were just following directions and doing what they were elected to do and signed up for their patriotic duty was to be the electors for Donald Trump. And it wasn't like this clean election that happened. And quite frankly, I was I was there myself at the TCF Center for the vote recount. I was also kicked out of there. I don't know why people kick me out of places, but. All the best people are kicked out. I was kicked out by Homeland Security. And that's an interesting story. It was for breathing air. I committed the crime in Okay. So it was actually a funny story. So I go there. So I was, I was asked to do one of the recounters at the, at the TCF center to recount the twenty, twenty votes. And I said, well, Nick, you're also a lawyer. So be like a standby lawyer for anything we may need. So sure. Okay. No problem. And, you know, I guess I'm a little naive. I go there thinking like, We're all there to recount the votes. We're just doing our job. Democrat, Republican, I don't know where you come from, but we're just there to recount the votes to make sure democracy has happened. Right. And so, you know, I go there and this is like a mandatory mask thing. And I don't wear masks, but, you know, I agreed to be there. And I'm like, I'm not going to throw a fit or anything right now. I'm just I will wear a mask to go count the votes. So I go in there and I'm counting the votes. And I wish I had I don't got any masks, you know, but. let's see so i just kind of like i just kind of like i kind of go like this like not even thinking i just kind of take a breath with my mask for like a second and i'm going going there counting the votes whatever and this uh young man it says uh he goes do that again watch what happens i'm like me like what What did I do? I didn't even process. I just breathed without even thinking about it. I just need a little bit of air. I'm in a room with hundreds of people recounting votes. He's like, do that again. Watch what happens. I'm like, do what? He's like, you took your mask off. I'm like, no. I was just getting some air. I went like that. I was just getting some air. He goes, you did it again. I go, oh. Oh, I see. I go, that's what upset you? And I... So I go, hold on. Hold on. Give me a second. And I'm... I take the mask off. I go, hold on. Give me one second. I take the mask down. I go... And take the biggest breath ever. And this guy, like... Like, he wrote, like, you, like... just brain malfunction burst right you broke him and he runs and he runs the homeland security and they come up and like did you take your mask off did you take your mask off and the whole thing's on video and um i'll leave it at that but um yeah it felt good to make that guy so upset because i breathed air But I just didn't like the way he was talking to me. You know, like do that again. Watch what happens. Like, OK, maybe I'll just take a really big breath. The amount of threat that's going on is absolutely shocking. One of the things that's got me a little torqued is how is it that attorney Jocelyn Benson and, you know, Dana Nessel and Whitmer, how is it that Benson can oversee her own election? This is totally off the rails, insane. I don't understand this. Can you weigh in on that? Yeah. Honestly, I don't know much about that. She's the secretary of state and she's still in charge in election. She's running for governor. And it's like, I look at this and go, how in the hell can this happen? I don't understand any of this. I mean, I would think that she would have to like, uh, resign, get out of the way. She can't administer her own, her own election. I don't understand this. So that was an unfair question to ask you, but it's like, it seems the whole thing is off the rails. From a common sense, uh, just conflict of interest perspective, but I didn't, I'm like stuck in lawyer world constantly. I've had six court dates today. I've had, I've trial on Friday. So there's things I learned that I did not know that, that she is overseeing her own election. I mean, it sounds like a conflict of interest to me. Yeah, and Brader is talking about what Brader has done, too. He's like a fourth grader that's jacked up on Red Bull all the time, squirming in his seat. And he's up there with the clerks up in Mackinac, and there's alleged reports that somebody asked him a question, and he said, oh, I'll talk to you about this later, and takes him off into other rooms by himself to talk to. Sounds like some mafia crap going on in the Bureau of Elections that we need to – We need to absolutely attend to as responsible citizens because they just keep breaking the freaking law. And it's in the Justice Department, the Injustice Department, as well as the Secretary of State. The whole thing seems off the rails today. to me, but, but, um, well, I really was, I'm really thankful that you were able to come in and talk about this, this craziness in the Republican party, because I don't, I don't get it. And I don't get when somebody does bring something to their attention, why everybody sits there twiddling their thumbs going, we can't say anything because it's the Republican party. I don't understand this mindset, this mindset. Right. And, and it shouldn't be. And I feel like if you, They call for unity, right? But is it ninety two? So what's twelve divided by thirteen? Ninety two point five or so. That's pretty good. I like I'm friends with people that agree with me. Ninety two point five percent of the time. I mean, you could agree with me half the time, you know. So to kick somebody out for just not having this mindless, absolute hundred percent allegiance. I mean, what's next? I mean, what you know, so somebody think just the worst person ever somehow gets in an uncontested election and they're and they're i'm a republican oh well get on board everybody you know vote for this person no it's it's ridiculous and especially for a supreme court judge position like for a judge position you want people democrat or republican you want people that are um logical logical thinkers and like are are even-mannered and um you know, have a lot of experience in deciding law. And the judge that I'm opposing is just this judge in a small little county that her family, they own the town. She's never been seriously tested or opposed. She kind of just walked in there and became judge. And for to elevate somebody like that, when there are so many more better candidates throughout the state of Michigan, to elevate somebody like that to the highest court in the land where she can sit there until she ages out. Um, I think there's an age limit on some Michigan Supreme court. Um, it just is, is ridiculous. Can you tell us more about her? Yeah. And it's where I gotta be careful, but I it's, If you really want to know about her, the things I can't say, go look at the people from Mayo and Oscoda County's Facebook pages and their comments and what they're saying. What I can say truthfully and by my own observation is that she says she's very unfair and treats people poorly. um i've just seen her make decisions that are just like what are you what are you thinking and um she's also not a good steward of resources um the amount of time that is wasted um directly attributable to her um whether it's just causing unnecessary delay extra court dates um she's allowed a, she, she treats people. I'll give a good example of her just treating people unfairly. I was, I was cross-examining a witness in her, in her courtroom on an attempted murder case. I was defending a guy who defended himself, found not guilty at trial on the attempted murder, by the way. But this guy I'm questioning him about his, his whereabouts. And she's not answering the question. So you can't ask, you can't, it's called asked and answered. It's an objection, but I was asking questions. They weren't being answered. And he holds up his middle finger. at me in court just you know straight up stop i'm like your honor and she doesn't do anything about it so keep asking your questions and there's actually somebody else from the audience stood up and says i'll beat his ass and then she shut the court down and it was the whole thing Um, she didn't have any issue with that, but when one of my client's friends who is there to watch the proceedings was exiting. So with the proceeding has now stopped, you got a guy putting the middle finger up in the middle of the court hearing, the proceeding stopped. We're done for the day. And on the way out, this young woman with one hand on the, on the exit door, holds up her middle finger, leaving the courtroom. And the judge sees it, stops her, brings her back, sit back in, holds her in criminal contempt. And she gets a three hundred fifty dollar fine. And you're kidding. And, you know, I wish I would have made a big deal about it and like represented her for free in federal court back then. But that's just the type of thing, the type of favoritism that that happens in that courthouse. It literally could be a Netflix unbelievable show of just small country town people. My family's in charge. I know everyone. I can do anything I want. I have no oversight. The things that I see happen in that court and she gets away with would never happen in Oakland County. It's because we have oversight and people in charge of people. She is the district court judge and she's a circuit court judge. So when she makes the decision, when you appeal, it goes to herself. Yeah. I mean, I think that, um, It doesn't. So she's a circuit court judge and the district court judge. And then they have the same prosecutor. And this town is a small town three hours north of me. And the entire town calls me to go up there and win cases. And it's because they feel like they can't get a fair shot up there unless they have an out of town attorney. And I keep getting called and I post about the trials that I win. And every win is stupid. It's like, why was this even a trial? Why did they do this to this person? You have I've endless stories of that. I mean, it's it's not just the judge. It's it's the prosecutors, too, that if you're not buddy buddy with them or if you don't have a certain last name or I'll say if you do have a certain last name or if you are buddy buddy, you're treated one way. if you are somebody that they don't like or you're you don't like they don't like your family or whatever you're treated another way it's not equal there's a million there's many many examples of this of this happening and now you want to elevate this judge bills to Supreme court. I mean, I laughed out loud when I seen that, uh, when the, the original announcement, like this is the last judge, this is the last judge in Michigan who needs to be given any sort of power. She has too much where she is right now, but you can't do anything in the town. Um, but it, this Mayo is a place where like the town appreciates me so much. When I go up there, I can, I stay at hotels for free. I've met more than once been in a restaurant. or I've stayed the night some of the times for trial, and people pay my bar tabs and like, let me eat a restaurant. And I'm like, Oh, my God, like, I like, so appreciate that so much. And this is because I'm up there fighting someone who that people are scared of. And they know that they can't speak out, they can't move. And there's not a lot of wealthy people up there. And, you know, it's not worth it to speak out. And I'm doing it on behalf of a lot of people. That's just awesome. So I have a question to go to a minute. Just comes to mind. What would you do? Because right now the injustice system is so corrupt and so bad. How do we change this? Is there a quick answer to that? Or where do we start? You know, a lot of people will say, you know, we need to go back to common law or they'll say, We need to start with the prosecutors because the prosecutors are only prosecuting things that end in money judgments or destruction of people's lives or targeting. I hear that a lot. So what are the core things from somebody who is a constitutional attorney such as yourself? Because I can tell it by talking to you that you actually have a focus on that. What do we do to fix this? yeah there's a couple there's a couple easy ones i feel like number one and i just spoke um in front of a judicial board the michigan supreme court board monday michigan judicial public meeting so number one is that just like we're doing right now with a webcam and an internet connection every single court by default should be live streamed that is part of our right to a public hearing for court to be public and everything the government does to prosecute people should be public now we didn't have webcams back when the constitution was written um but even twenty years ago you need serious expensive video equipment uh maybe it's thirty years ago time flies um to to do this now it's a webcam and an internet connection by default every judge you should be able to go on youtube and Like live court TV. And there should be exceptions when there are exceptions, when there's a child witness, when it's a child CSC case or other reasons where you got to protect somebody. It's usually a child or some sort of victim situation where you close the courtroom doors and it's a non-public hearing. And okay, of course, it shouldn't be an absolute thing. But by default, the default should be that every single court, you should be able to click on the judge, click on their YouTube channel and watch it live. every single day every single court in michigan it would cost us nothing next to nothing to to be able to establish this i mean just think about the um when they're watching you when you have when you have the entire public watching you maybe you'd act better it's just common sense for any any job you know if the boss isn't there the employees are going to act up and we're supposed to be the bosses of our elected people um that that's an easy one add live streaming of every single courtroom and then it should be also um either you're allowed right now you can't screen capture or you can't You can't record for yourself a court hearing, which I think is preposterous, has copyright arguments, First Amendment arguments. That's a whole nother thing. How do they copyright on something that is ours? I don't get this. And it's like I've been stopped when I've gone in and he's like, oh, you got to you got to apply for three days before the trial to let us approve you on whether you're an approved media source. But they let everybody else in. And so it's a selective this is selective targeting. And I think anybody that walks in there should be able to pull that camera out and and record. So it's documented because they lose the court. They've lost the court files on this. And also I've had to go back and say, well, the judgment is in that is in the court record, but they don't. turn it from video into a record so now you got to pay them for that court record that's in a video format the whole thing looks like all it is is a for profit for them no justice for us and a way to obstruct is that fairly correct or does this resonate wasn't it yeah yeah i'll comment a lot a lot of things to there so what one is um yeah trans i just paid five hundred dollars For a transcript of a preliminary exam, that was like an hour and a half, like five hundred. And this is like the latest, like not even expedited or anything, a twenty one day turnaround. Why is this so expensive? My. My A.I. can perfectly transcribe things and they're very, very good. But they got to pay their buddies that are in there. It's why it's extremely high. It should never be that high or. But one thing I'll slightly disagree is I don't think that just anybody should be able to come into a courtroom and pull out their phone. And that just goes to like, that's maybe you and I are, easygoing professional people, but a lot of people are not. And I've seen people get in fights and in each other's faces. And I don't just the physical act of everyone having their own personal camera in a courtroom. The better way is that everything's just automatically recorded by default by law and you can just download it. And it's perfectly preserved. Every courtroom, by default, they have to do it. And that's a way where there's no courtroom disruption. This is a first-time argument that the higher courts made to not allow people to record in the courtroom. They said it's because of the potential disruption of the courtroom itself. And I do see that logical argument. The way around this is that have cameras, judge, witness, other party, in every courtroom, all recorded by default, unless unless agreed otherwise so everybody has a video of everything okay what else did you change what else did you change that there's just there's there's no consequence there's no consequences for bad charging um the process is the punishment There's no Dana Nessel who wasted millions and millions, millions of dollars on this political witch hunt that I knew from day one. Like, this isn't even a crime. How do I know that? But the highest law enforcement official elected attorney of the state doesn't know that unless she does know that. And she's just wasting everybody's time and money. There's no consequences for bad charging. What if you win? You get your legal fees paid. then maybe they think twice. What if there should be a higher burden of proof at the preliminary exam? Probable cause, but it's a waste of time. Okay, yeah, he did it. Well, what about all my evidence? That would also deter bad charging and dragging people through the mud for years. So... raising the bar to charge people having consequences, civil consequences. So in civil court, if I bring a frivolous motion against you and make you hire a lawyer and defend yourself, um, I can ask for attorney's fees and, and sanctions. And in a criminal case, the government can bring in the most ridiculous case ever. And I get cases dismissed all the time. Um, or if you win a jury trial that, um, there should be consequences for those four for bad charging. One more thing that has to do with trials, and I'm actually thinking of submitting this as a bill to the Michigan House. But when you're in a jury trial, and say when there's a felony trial, you get twelve jurors. It's a misdemeanor trial, you get six jurors. But when you pick the jury on a misdemeanor, you get seven, you get one alternate. On a felony, you get fourteen, you get two alternate jurors. And this is remote multi-day trials because they say we only had twelve and say, God forbid you leave here. And we've had three days of testimony and someone gets in an auto accident. Well, now we've gone below twelve. We have eleven and we have to start all over. So having alternate jurors makes sense. But it's what they do at the end that I think is illogical. And I would use the word superstitious and barbaric that when it comes after closing arguments, the way that we select removing two of those jurors to get back from fourteen to twelve is that they draw numbers from a hat literally and this is the we're supposed to be in this modern you know society and we are still deciding people's fates by casting lots and to say oh so you could that means that by by by chance by roll of the dice by casting lots if juror number two stayed on instead of juror number seven, they would have been not guilty. They would have been set free. But because the two jurors that were like the most on your side and making eye contact and nodding on it with everything you say, and just by draw of the hat, those are the, those boom, boom, you know, you roll the double, the two worst rolls ever and you get the two people you needed removed. And now the whole jury dynamic has changed. And now someone can be convicted because of a, roll the dice and that is something that i think should be completely removed from um that that the way of deciding alternates by drawing a number it should be completely removed there needs to be a logical repeatable um predictable process to this and i think the way to do it is to we also in a trial enjoy the presumption of innocence So that means that the state and the state has the full burden of proof to prove their case beyond the reasonable doubt that when you're, when you're taking jurors off that, why don't we, the juries already go back and they select a four person. So they select one person who's like leading the jury in the back room. And then they are the ones who ultimately read the verdict. Well, I think the process, this is just one way, maybe there's a better idea, but to go back there and by a show of hands, who here is already, against the defendant who here is an automatic that i'm guilty who here isn't who here's on the innocent side and to most comport with the presumption of innocence and they hold the state to their high burden the two people that should be removed are two people that are against the defendant pick those two and maybe draw a hat in the back room to get those two off but to just pick randomly from the entire group you're going to pull people that are on your side You're going to remove people that are on your side off the jury to make the ultimate decision. So how this was decided, I've actually done a little research, just something that just came about. I'm like, well, okay, that sounds pretty good. Pull a number out of a hat. I just think it's ridiculous every time. It's got to go. We've got to have a process. Yeah, I think we start with that. That is fantastic. That's pretty absurd to do it that way. I would think that there's a lot of, I'd love to sit down and talk with you at length about this when we get a connection where we can talk without the delay and such, because I think it'd be great because I know so many of us are so frustrated with the process and have faced judges that literally have ignored the have ignored the law or haven't read the case. And it's really pretty sad right now, the state of affairs in that. But at any rate, we're going to go ahead and I'd love for you to come back on here again. And let's say this is the first time that you've been on my show. So I think that it'd be great to have you on here again and get like a legal update on things. so that we can talk about what's really happening out there in Michigan and what you face as a Liberty lawyer, the Liberty lawyer, an attorney, and somebody who is actually fighting for the people. There is a lot of pushback right now against everything in the legal arena. And I think it's fair to give all sides a chance to talk about it and so we can come to an agreement in unity. Do you have any last words here? I always end with a prayer and that sort of thing. But do you have anything else you want to talk about right now? Just thank you for having me on this show. I mean, we just all got to keep pushing back. It's it's it's people. Liberty needs to be fought for and constantly. And the moment that we let up is when you give them an inch, they take a mile. So we all got to keep fighting. I'm doing my job. We need people inside and outside the system to keep fighting for what's right and for liberty and transparency. Well, thank you for everything that you're doing for everybody. And right now, let's see, guys, I'm going to go to prayer and then we're going to stay on a minute. We'll talk when we get offline. Just a second. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the wonderful people that are fighting for the rights of everyone, not just picking and choosing and using it for an advantage or because they want to be part of the club, because it looks like to me that, you know, when when you choose when you choose people to serve God, the people typically don't like the outcome very well. And when the people choose to you know, the people, then I know you're upset about it a little bit because they don't always make good decisions. So I guess we're asking you today to guide us, direct us into the things that we need to do to uphold your will, not ours. We screw things up every time we touch things, and so does our government. So we ask that you would guide us into your ways to see the world with your eyes. Give us the words to say, the hands to do the work, and the feet to take us where we need to be. And We ask for your favor upon all who are fighting for your good purposes, that it would rest mightily upon them, their families, their homes, their businesses, and all of their efforts that you would continue to guide and direct us. And we just want to let you know we love you so very much. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. And with that said, it's that time of the show boys and girls go to ding, ding, ding, go to BrandonBurperGovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, Commander-in-Chief, President Donald J. Trump in cowboy boots. We'll see who wears them better. I'll win because I wear them every day. And then we'll talk about real stuff. Right. And and so we just want to let you know that, as you can see from today's show, there's a lot of really good people fighting for the right things in life. They're not in it for commerce. They're not in it for self-gain. They're in it because they love liberty. They love this nation. They love God's word. his world and they're willing to fight for it not just sit in the seats for free coffee and cookies to have an opinion but actually do the work and very very thankful for all of that so with that said next day on the line god bless you all god bless all those whom you love and god bless america make it a great day look for those things that you can fight look for those things that you can make a contribution in other people's lives. There's a lot of people hurting out there. And so you just have to go and talk with them, meet people, find out what the problems are, and then work together to right the things that are wrong. So anyhow, I will not be on tomorrow or Friday, but I'll be back on Monday. So have a great week. You'll see me around Thursday night. I'm speaking in Calhoun County. I will also be meeting with the Secretary of Education this week, as well as I may show up somewhere unexpected tonight. I've been getting my phones blowing up right now. So we'll see where I end up today. But at any rate, have a great, great day. And we will see you shortly.
