good morning and welcome to brandenburg news network I am donna brandenburg and it's the second day of september twenty twenty five welcome to our show today we're gonna start out today with john tater with lawful defense and then at ten o'clock it's mike and we're gonna be talking about pro se gonna be a interesting day today and we're gonna get right at it lots to talk about hey john how you doing I'm doing good awesome no songs today No. You're too busy as a newly married man right now. Yeah. I'm trying to figure out, I've got a picture. Oh, here it is again. Wanted to show everybody this because I had an interesting week last week and thought that I would share this just a minute. I was at the White House and ta-da! In Washington, D.C. It was a very busy week. and came home and pretty much crashed this weekend and such. But I tell you what, I think that the White House, there's a lot of conjecture on how long it's going to be closed. But at this point in time, I think the White House was closed for, I think, two years. And we were some of the last people to go through it before it closed. And it was quite interesting. Lots of history there. We got to meet some people and see some things. And it was quite an honor to be there. And then also met some White House counsel and such. And that was very interesting and such a privilege to meet some people who are actually doing the work that needs to be done. Which leads me into the next topic, which is that did you notice that they federalized the National Guard? Yeah, good. And I think that sets us up for all sorts of fun things, including the military coming and being involved. And, you know, you go back to the Q posts and such, and it's always been the military is the only way. And I think that that's true because the court systems are so corrupt. They are so corrupt that I guess I really am glad that I did this last pro se effort against the water wars thing. to see exactly how corrupt these people are. I've got judges that will not answer. They stall things out and we're learning. And I think that that's the best thing is the process of fighting anything in and of itself is not always to win. Sometimes it's to gain knowledge of what's actually going on. Because you can't, unless you jump in and learn to swim, you will sit on the sidelines forever going, well, I don't know if I'm quite ready, blah, blah, blah. You're never ready. OK, no one is ever one hundred percent ready for it. You've got to be able to jump in, try to swim, learn what you can make mistakes because you're going to learn more from your mistakes than you ever will. The successes and just keep going. What say you? Absolutely. I am glad the military is involved. Being an old military man myself. I understand that I swore an oath to the Constitution. I swore an oath to protect this country several times, actually, not only as a soldier, but as a teacher. And I think having the military involved in the ability to force the hand of the deep state is, you're right, probably the only way we're going to go. Well, I think that you're the only one that has a structure big enough in order to go after them. I mean, this thing, once you're in behind the scenes a little bit and you see exactly how many people are involved. So like in Byron Township here, this is organized crime. That's what I can tell you right now. And I actually talked to an FBI agent last week. You know, I've been calling everybody. I'm calling everybody. I'm telling them we got to have some help. And I talked to an FBI guy last week, which was really pretty interesting. And he said, look at all your municipalities and cities right now. And he said, you're going to see exactly what you're up against because they're full of developers, realtors, and appraisers or assessors. So what is really a point of interest that everyone should watch is look at what they're doing with the developments around, not just Byron Township. We've got a thirty four percent growth rate here. And all of these people that are on the boards, they moved out of Byron Township. They're kind of in it, but they're way off in the country and abandoned the downtown city area, which is a small town. But they're developing this thing like handing out Tic Tacs at a church service. And what is really happening behind the scenes is companies like BlackRock, these big equity firms as such, are literally buying and funding the entirety of these developments. And they sit on them for about a couple of years. And all of a sudden, they'll build some spec houses and they'll sell them back to themselves. But they'll put a price tag in an area where it's normally maybe three hundred and fifty thousand dollars a home. They'll all of a sudden sell one back to themselves. for eight hundred thousand dollars. And they're right. If they've got three of them, the comps of the entire area go up and now they raise the tax base. And but but the people that are buying them are probably not paying what they have, what they've got these things listed as. They're their buddy and people that are network mortgage companies to take out these gigantic mortgages and pocket the money. They sure do. That's exactly what they're doing. That's the game. And they're doing it by commandeering our resources and especially our water. And then jacking the prices up three to four times as much. I mean, in this area, when they force you to be on the water. So these guys are over a billion gallons of water that they've stolen from the entire from the area that we're in. We have twelve wells now that are failed. We've got three ponds that are empty. They have bought easements from these people, a lot of which are in with the developers or on the boards, like Steve Kilgore. And then what they do is they paid the engineering company a fund in order to buy these easements. But now after they paid the engineering company to buy these easements, you can't FOIA it because it's a private company. So the only way you can find out what these people have been paid for their easements is you're going to have to sue them and get into subpoena power. And so it's like the amount of criminality going on. And it's not just Byron Township. I just got a front row seat to it. And then not only that, Byron Township, I talked to a well drilling company and so did a couple of other people. Byron Township has told the well drillers not to drill any wells in Byron Township. And people that are without a water, they're bringing them IBC containers. of water because the the contract says oh this water is going to come back why are they not suing starting lawsuits why aren't they listening to you well they kind of are and uh I've tried I've tried to be a mr nice guy but today it ends and uh I've got a meeting tonight with with someone who stepped on the stage to help. And I think that's going to be fairly significant at this point in time, because when you look at over a billion gallons of water that they stole from all of us who have material damage, that they stole our water and we have no more water, right? And they ruined the wetlands. And then you know what they did? They put trunk lines in these wetlands in order to develop the wetlands. And the EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, I talked to the Army Corps of Engineers. I talked to the Drain Commission. I've talked to the FBI. I've talked to EGLE. Not one of these organizations will come out and put their eyes on the situation. They're all turning their back. The freaking court system is turning its back. It will not answer questions. The lawsuits and it's sitting there, which is what we're going to talk about this morning and how to get these people. They're all colluding in this. They are literally all in collusion. You did read U.S. versus Cosby. I'm familiar with it to a point. Well, about the taking. Well, you need to do that. That's your pivotal case. Okay. And I got to see if I've got that in your file here. I sent it to you two weeks ago, I think, or three weeks ago. I probably saved it. In fact, we read a little bit of it on the air. All right. Hang on a minute. Let me get to the... I got to get to the... I know you don't have a lot of time, but that's like a critical case. That's like Norton versus Shelby County. That's a critical case. I just... You know, the thing that is that I don't know if... most people are actually getting their arms around how criminal this is and how big it is. So what was the first part of it? U.S. versus Cosby, C-A-U-S-B-Y. Yeah, here it is. And, uh, I'm just absolutely shocked at how, yeah, we did go through this. I am literally shocked at how many people are colluding on this. And I'm just going to say it here. And I don't really care if anybody likes it or not. I have a question because when we got back the first or the denial on the ex parte, the word denial was written on it and circled. And there was just initials. It was never signed. It was initialed. And the clerk who kept hanging up on me and, you know, she hung up on me and she was very arrogant and very, very. You need to sue her too, because she actually hung up on me at one point in time when I was asking her questions. And I was very nice and very professional about it. But I was asking her questions and she hung up. So I called her back and she's like, We never received that. We never. I said, Yes, you did. Because and then you know what? I caught her. I got her off guard because I said, I've got a stamp copy right here that proves that you did have it. And then all of a sudden I get denied with a circle and two, two initials. I mean, is that even legal? I don't even know if the judge saw it. Probably not. I wouldn't bet on it. I wouldn't bet on it. One of our judge clerks saw it. The judges are a bunch of pansies that sit there and do nothing, and they have their legal aides do all of the work, and then they put their signature to it. They don't know the law. They didn't sign it. It was sort of initialed. I mean, don't they have to put a signature on it for it to be true? Yeah. Yeah. So it's not a lawful denial, then is it? Did you get an order? It should say an order denying your motion. I'll have to look at it. I just looked at the end of it. It just said denied, ex parte denied. It was an order, a TRO that we gave them. And then at the end, somebody just put denied with a circle around it with a CM on it because her name is Christina Mims. And the clerk's name, I got to think of the clerk's name right now. So you put in a TRO to stop them from taking the water from the... Yes. then it has to go to the appellate court and or to the Supreme Court. You could probably jump the appellate court, go straight to the Supreme Court, Michigan Supreme Court, and see what they do. Okay. Well, I guess that's what we need to do. Time is of the essence here. Every single day they drain more and more water out of it. Time is of the essence. Well, and then last week I caught them again, and this is what they were doing. I'll give you the video. This was right before the – They have to follow Supreme Court precedents. They have to follow U.S. versus Cosby. They have no choice. They have to follow Norton versus Shelby County. We have to press them to do that because they must follow Supreme Court precedent. Otherwise, they're a rogue, illegal court system, which most of the district courts in Michigan are. Well, I'll have to talk to you after we're done here today because this is just so – right before – let's see. I've got to think what day it was. It was the day before I went to D.C. I went out there, and I started taping again, and they were backing up to another area that was – that they're working on, and they pumped. They were pumping. All the neighbors were shocked because they kept pumping water through Labor Day, but there was no work going on, and they just kept pumping. The pumps were continuing to go on, and it was just kind of shocking, really. What are the neighbors doing? How many neighbors are there? Well, there's twelve that have had their wells, like, And then there's, you know- Are they showing up at the board meetings? Yeah, they are. And then the last time we had standing room only. And what they ended up doing is they they gaveled us out and wouldn't let us speak. So that's another that's another thing. But we're so overwhelmed right now with the amount of people that are involved in this that, you know, it's it's a it's like playing whack-a-mole with them as they attack us. Here is the video that I did. that shows that they came in and they were dropping off thirteen forty-foot pieces of pipe to go into the ground again, dewatering. They had no permit to dewater. They said they did in their rebuttal, but there was no permit there. There's still no publicly available permit. Listen to this. I want to show you guys what these guys are doing is that they're laying pipe on another area that they're dewatering. And I just got done talking with a guy that's from the dewatering company, which is the city doesn't know how many pumps to put. There are casings they're putting in the ground. This is a forty foot casing on the back of it. Plus one of the pumps that was rated at two thousand gallons per minute. And not only that, he said he didn't know how many they had, but I can walk right over there and count them. I'm wondering how many pumps or how many casings they actually have here. This is unbelievable. We are up to nine wells that are... And then right here, he moves the semi to disrupt my ability to tape. not working dried and they're bringing temporary water to people and thinking that this is okay because as we heard that the township is told uh that a well-draught digging company not to take any more wells out here because they're worried about having to pay for the damage that it appears they created There were thirteen of them. We've got twelve pipes out here right now on the ground and on the truck. And I just wanted to show you what they actually do here. They've been kind of like a little obnoxiously working out here. Every time I tape, every time I tape, they run a piece of equipment either to throw dirt on me or to silence me every single time. Amazing. And that's these people's MO. These people are such classless idiots. You can't even believe it. And yeah, so during the holiday, they were out there. They didn't work during the holiday, but they were still pumping the whole area down. They were stealing our water. Before that, they were over a billion gallons that we calculated based on the pumps. And then after that, they just kept pumping water pumping water and pump retirements that they need to be sued personally for taking. Oh yeah, it's coming. It is coming because I don't think that they understand the retribution legally that's going to hit them because it's like and they know what they're doing. They absolutely know what they're doing. This is not unintentional. This is intentional. That's right. That is intentional. It's criminal. It's intentional and you're right they will eventually but in the process you still have to have water you still have to be able to live on your property that you have uh and you know in in many of the cities if you don't have water on your property the property is condemned because it's non-livable that's what I think they're trying to do oh yeah and kick you off your land yeah absolutely Well, I went ahead and drilled a well because they were going to bring me water. And I'm like, no, you're not. You're probably going to poison me as much trouble as I've caused you guys. I'm like, you don't step one foot on my property because I don't trust them. You know, I don't trust them at all. And so the well drilling companies have run out of the bladders that they bring people with water. And so they just, you know, there are people that were staying in and um hotels there's people that couldn't stay in their homes and you want to know you know what's really got me on this I went ahead and drilled a well I'm like I'm paying for I'm I didn't say I'm paying for it but I said I'm I'm arranging this and you're not going to do it and they're paying for it because they caused this situation they just aren't smart enough to get this thing figured out yet and so and and we had we had two different well drillers come out there and tell us, yes, it was because they dropped the water table. And so anyhow, we've got that done and they're going to be paying the bill because they created this situation and they created it for the for the other twelve wells that that they pumped that much water down. They pumped it out of the water table so that our wells don't work. And so the the thing that's really got me, though, and I'm going to tell you, this is like a tongue to the face of everybody out there right now. What's really shocking to me is unless things affect people personally, they'll sit back and do nothing and they'll sit there. If my will goes bad, they really got a problem. You know what? That is pathetic. So pathetic. If we see some right now, I have water because I drilled a well and I, you know, I was like, you're not going to do one thing on my property. You will not be contacting the well drillers on my behalf. You will be staying out of this and you will be paying the bill plus trouble damages, plus other damages for the takings. They just don't know it yet. But what's really sad is how you people will actually go, wow, this is a problem and step up to defend their neighbors. Now, right now, I could do this by myself because I have water now because I took matters into my own hands on this. But to watch other neighbors sit back and refuse to help because they're not personally affected by this right now. But if they are, then they'll step up. I'm like... I'm kind of disgusted with people right now. I've been disgusted with it for several weeks and say, what a bunch of narcissistic, weak, pathetic individuals that don't step up when they see a problem, when somebody else is being harmed. It's a shame. It's absolutely pathetic, weak and shameful. You said it all. I said it all and I say it to their faces. Too many people are lazy. and selfish and self-centered and as long as they've got everything good for themselves they don't want to be involved they don't want to have somebody all of a sudden maybe disapprove of them you know because they want to be part of that club it's like the republican party you know same thing it's like you better get off your butt because guess what it's happening all over the united states you're not going to be able to escape this so if you don't stop it now it's coming your way know the old story about they came after the jews but I wasn't a jew and it didn't bother me so I didn't pay any attention then they came after the muslims and I wasn't a muslim and so I didn't pay any attention then they came after the christians and they got the christians and I wasn't a christian so it didn't matter now they came after me and there's nobody around to help yeah so same kind of story Yes, let them sit on their cans for whatever and eventually they're going to lose their ability to do anything because they will be in the slave system of the democracy. Well, and I think too, that people that aren't ready to step up now and fight for the freedoms now that we have, and they just want to sit back and watch, I would say they're disqualified for service because they have proven themselves to be only interested in themselves and their interests. And that's what we have. a epidemic of right now is that an epidemic of self-interest, only interested in what people can get out of the system. So they won't put time into it because they're transactional instead of standing up just because it's the right thing to do. They have no morals, no integrity, and they should never be entrusted with any form of public trust. If you can't step up when they're in the least of things or when small tasks can't be accomplished, how the heck can they step up into something and us know that they're able to stand under the heat when the bribes happen and this, that, and the other thing? Because that's what they're going to go for. They've already proven that that's their higher purpose. Yeah. Yes, there's a lot of corruption going on right now, the lawfare going on right now, which brings me to, before we forget, I would like to put a plug in for the Magnificent Republic and John Eastman, who is going to show up in our area in Detroit, brought in by the Magnificent Republic. as a speaker, and he will be in Oakland County on Monday on the twenty-second, and in mid-Michigan on Tuesday, September twenty-third, and in Grand Rapids September twenty-fourth, and at Wayne County on the twenty-fifth. Where is he going to be on the twenty-fourth in Grand Rapids? it's, it doesn't, it says details will follow. So that information is in here at the moment, but I recommend that you go to the magnificent republic.com and there's a flyer on it and the dates and pay attention. And it'll tell where he's going to be at any particular day at particular time. I know where he's going to be in Wayne County. He's going to be at the river church in Wayne County. And, uh, At Oakland County is going to be at the Best Valley Farm Barn in Metamora and in Mid-Michigan and Clare and Gladwin County Republican parties. It says details to follow. So that one isn't announced either location. I like John. I know John Eastman and he's an awful nice guy. I mean, he's just a very genuine down to earth and very humble man. And he sure got dragged through it. You know my attitude with attorneys. So I got to hear what he has to say before I make my decision. Well, they have attacked him like there's no tomorrow for standing up for the nonsense that are in the court systems. And they're still going after him. Yep. And he might be, and I might tell you that he's the greatest guy too, but... My attitude with attorneys are that, I don't know, they take this pill when they go through law school, and they go to the dark side for the most part. Well, I'll give him a person. I know him. I think he's an awful nice guy, and he's still fighting. Listen to him. I think that's important to know him. Uh, what he is saying and what he's doing and if he is actually, uh, gonna help us out and, and be part of the, a part of the fight or, or if he's just out there doing whatever he's doing. I don't know. So I'm gonna see if I can bring up your, your website a minute. Actually is what I said. I have in the past, uh, had friends that were attorneys or. not friends, associates that I knew that were in the fight and over time found out that they were on our dark side. There's a lot of infiltration that goes on. And I think that's another thing. I was posting something this weekend on being able to recognize a PSYOP. And I think that's really, yeah, he's such a nice guy. so there you go where's the where's the flyer oh here it is right there awesome so take a look at it uh everybody out there uh we hope to have a big crowd I there may be a like a ten dollar entry fee but I don't know that for a fact that was we were kicking that around to try to cover the cost of some of the, uh, stuff. I don't know. I don't know what's going on. All I know is that he's going to be there, uh, show up. I think it'll be worth your time. Uh, if you have any, any, uh, care about our Republic, if you have any care about where we're going with this country, if you care to fix the country for your prosperity or for your, uh, for the prosperity as well as for the prodigy that's coming up, your children. If you want an America that you remember when you were a kid, it's time to stand up and do something, not sit back and eat your Fritos. Yeah. I was at Mar-a-Lago of the Eastman Dilemma. It's a good movie and it just shows, it really shows exactly how corrupt the judicial system is. I mean, it is beyond corrupt. And I think that the thing with you and I and Mike and everybody else that's fighting pro se and or sui juris or, you know, there's so many different terms. They like to go in pro per to try to correct you. you know, in their, in what they say, which is kind of funny. But I think the incompetence and negligence within our court system is just absolutely shocking. Even when they write opinion, not even opinions, when the attorneys go and say, no, is that true? It's like watching a kid on a playground go, she's wrong, they're wrong, you know, that sort of thing. It's like, you know, if you're going to say, have an argument, at least try to sound semi-intelligent, you know? And they kind of don't. At least the ones I'm coming across, it's like, what do they do? Like put first year law students on it and run it through AI? I think a lot of, in fact, I'm thinking a lot of AI is a lot of deep state stuff. So if you're using AI and trying to get information from AI, it's good to listen and look, but verify it. Don't just take it face value for what Sari tells you on the telephone. Don't take that for face value because you don't know who's putting that information out. Right. Ninety nine percent of that information may be coming from the CIA and may be misdirection by the deep state. You don't want to be following misdirection and coming up with some philosophy. And that's what a lot of people are doing when they talk about the fringe flag, when they talk about Admiralty courts. We're all in Admiralty court. That's a bunch of crap. Because if you follow the Constitution and they're saying, oh, the Constitution doesn't apply in the courtroom. Yes, it does. Guess who swore an oath to the Constitution when they took their office? The judge. So how can the judge say it doesn't apply in my courtroom? It doesn't apply because you buy into that nonsense and you follow that nonsense, but it applies. It applies everywhere. The Constitution never bends, never yields under any circumstance in any time. And that's Downs v. Bidwell, one of our court cases that we use that states that actually in there. Our courts follow the Constitution, and if they don't, it's because the judge is a criminal. And if the judge is a criminal, he needs to be brought out on it. And I've ran into them. So they're out there. In fact, the judge that I'm dealing with, Judge Berg, he's a criminal. He's going to get his comeuppance pretty soon. Because we have, you know, I filed a writ of mandamus because he sat on my case since May twenty third. And when I filed a writ of mandamus into the appellate court three days later, he gives me a decision and he denies my complaint. And he denies me based on judges have immunity, but never proves it, just states it. And he thinks because he's wearing a big black robe that he has the authority and he has the ability to ignore the law. And that's what he's doing. He's ignoring the law. He zips up his pants like everybody else. He is nobody special. He just has a big black robe because uh obama put him in office but you know what obama is going to be kicked out of going to be proven that he was never a president and everything is going to become null and void that he ever did in office and that means judge burke you'll be looking for a job at mcdonald's because you're going to be kicked off the bench because you're a criminal and that's just the way it's going to happen but it's going to take time and they're going to create a lot of uh destruction in their wake, but we have to stand as American people and fight this battle if we're going to win it. We can't just sit back and in your case with the water situation, your neighbors are going to be kicked off their land long before this process ever goes through the system. And some of the neighbors are in on it that actually were sold an easement to their property. And all of a sudden during through these wetlands, they've got like trunk lines for development going through their property on the wetlands. Yeah, for a few months, the wetlands and and nobody seems to care. It's like it's like, oh, you know, I've got water, you know, I'm just going to sit here and watch that. And who cares? And blah, blah, blah. And it's like, wait a minute. If these aren't protected wetlands, why is an eagle stepping forward? Why isn't somebody stepping forward on this? They're mixing materials. They literally left all the sand and all of the other materials that they put down there as they drained this. They left it down on the ground. and then put some of the black muck on top of it just to top dress it. Where are the tree huggers? Yeah, there you go. Hypocritical, you know, hypocritical little worms. I mean, they should be up there actually trying to care about it, and nobody does. I called the guy that's the head of the Green Party. I thought, oh, maybe he'll help on this. and it's like it's like nobody really they've got their little echo chambers with their little clubs going on like the republican democrat parties all of them their little clubs can only sit together and when there's a real problem they will sit in their little clubs because just like most politicians they just want to preserve the power structure that's it right you know they want to try to they want to be some little straw hat bureaucrat crap going on you know The interesting part about this whole process is that these people that call themselves or that stand for a particular cause, who are they? Where did they come from? Right. CIA. Are they the five eyes that are out there? Are they the people that are trying to destroy this country? And for the most part, they are. There are people that are out there to go after the fake dollar, which is fake. The fake banking system that has created this problem to begin with because they print all this fake money out of nothing and they go after your labor. People wake up. People are enslaved in the system and they don't get it. And even if you get your million dollars today with inflation and taxes, your million dollars is going to be worth probably as much as your wealth isn't going to be any better than it is today. Well, what do you think about the gold and silver stuff that's going on? What's your thoughts on that? What specifically tell me? Well, spot gold is up. I've seen two quotes. One was four thousand five hundred dollars. But when I when I logged in this morning, spot gold was about thirty six hundred dollars and silver was forty. And it's like, you know, that's a tangible thing. But that's all great because I tell you what, when the system melts down and it's going to, it's just a matter of when. I think pretty much everybody's going to be wondering, where do I get food from and water? Well, see, gold and silver are precious metals, and there's platinum and what's the other one? There's several of them, and then there's also the rare earth metals that you can invest in, but copper is another one. Copper is another one. The purpose or the value of precious metals is to kind of preserve what you have. If you have your million dollars in paper, then that million dollars is gonna be eaten up through inflation and taxation. If you put it into gold and silver and put the gold and silver in your basement or wherever on your premises, somewhere in the vaults, there's a hundred different thousand places you could hide it. put gold and silver in your, then you have a precious metal that no matter what the dollar does, it will still have a value to it. X-Twenty-Two does a great analogy of it. He says, if in nineteen forty you took an ounce of gold and you buried it in the ground, that was thirty five dollars an ounce. That wasn't back then, that was during Eisenhower. And then you took a thirty five dollars in paper and buried it in the ground. And twenty years later, you dug it up. The gold would be worth three thousand dollars and your thirty five dollars of paper would still be worth thirty five dollars. So what where would you rather put your savings? to a precious metal that will... And the precious metal doesn't fluctuate in value. The dollar decreases in value. It's a constant decrease. And with our inflation rate we have right now, it's pretty well worthless. And I mean, it is worthless, but the only reason why it works is because people believe that it works. What is... the dollar itself. It's printed out of nothing. And they take this printed out of nothing and they give you a mortgage in which you have to labor to pay it back. That's where you become a slave in the system. You have to put your time and energy into Making that dollar and they don't give you the interest that they're charging. They just give you a flat principal. So you use the principal. You have to pay the principal off and an interest. Where are you going to get that interest from? You've got to work harder for that interest. You've got to labor more. So they enslave you under their control. money system, under their banking system. And we've bought into it over these years, and we somehow don't get it. The people that sit on the council over there, they're going to get, what, a hundred thousand, two hundred thousand dollars, or maybe a million dollars for what they're doing to let the developers get in there and steal your land. It's the land that's got the value. The paper doesn't have any value. The paper is like you said, it's what people believe it to be. No, it's what the inflation and the taxation allows it to be. So that's why people are working four or five times harder now. And wives are working or women are working in the marketplace to make ends meet because the paper value is being decreased by the banking system. What causes inflation? Printing money. Another trillion dollars. Well, we'll have another trillion dollars here and another trillion dollars there. Do you think they're actually printing money, or do you think it's just like ones and zeros on a balance sheet type of thing? I don't even know if they're printing money anymore. I think they just go, okay, great, we're just going to prove another infusion of cash into the market. I don't even think they print it anymore. I think they just rig the numbers on the balance sheet. It's digits, but it's the same kind of story. A lot of people don't get the idea that it's just a digit on a computer. I got to tell you, I got to give people who have all their faith and money, I got to give them a little credit there. That's more faith than most people have in God Almighty. Well, what does it say? It's not money that's evil. It's the love of money that's evil, right? Oh, people do terrible things for money. Yeah. And dehumanize other people. And they think that they're just stepping stones to step over, unfortunately. But kind of an interesting time to be alive. I got to say that. I'm always amazed at what I see and just like, all right, I got to go read the Bible for a little while. Because otherwise, if I didn't, I'd just be one hundred percent always difficult to deal with instead of just some of the time, you know. Well, we have to understand if you're going to make anything in this world, if you're going to try to build your fortune in this world, and if you're basing it on paper, then you're a fool because the paper is going to be based on digits in a computer. You put your thousand dollars into the bank, that thousand dollars next week, you can't go get that thousand dollars back anymore. It doesn't exist. It's probably been loaned out ten times. That's called fractionized banking. And every time it's loaned out and the bank makes an interest on it, that's your value of your currency going down in the toilet. so you have to get out of the paper system yeah you got to have some paper to survive a little bit to pay a electric bill or a gas bill or whatever but that's not value paper is not value It's property. It's gold and silver. It's things that have tangible value and increase in value. Let's not say increase in value because gold never changes. It's the dollar that decreases and that makes the gold worth more. So that's what that's all about. in general need to understand that, and I don't think they do. They've been bought into the system that has been created by the banking system, and Trump's going to change it. Not Trump, but the Trump team is going to change it and bring this back to a gold and silver standard. That's the only way we're going to get rid of the deep state and the evil that's going on around us. Because they can print millions of dollars, pass it out to you, and you buy into what they're trying to do and trying to run their system based on being paid a piece of paper. Yeah, it's kind of a crazy thing. I'm looking for something right now because I want to show you. But I'm having to kind of, let's see, pick this. Keep talking, please, because this is like I'm like trying to find something to show you because I think they might have removed this. Interesting. Did you ever think about going to the grocery store and getting a big grocery? And this is only small, one of the small little sections I look at, but I get this whole big grocery bag or grocery cart full of food or whatever, or buy a car or buy gasoline. And I give them a piece of paper for it. Yeah. Receipt. And that piece of paper is worth the gas or the oil or whatever? No, it's not. That piece of paper is a piece of paper. And if you do any history studying and you learned about Germany during the pre-World War, you learned that they were using wheelbarrows of paper to pay for things. Well, that's where we're headed. Nowadays, what does a hundred dollars buy you? Not a whole lot anymore, that's for sure. That's right. Half a tank or a tank of gas in your car, fifty bucks, sixty bucks. So yeah, it has no value and it's losing value. Remember when you used to buy gas for nineteen cents a gallon? Now it's three dollars and twenty nine cents around my area right now. So what happened? Gas go up in value? No. Well, if you look at how they rig things by getting appointed to these boards and everything, and it's the banking boards, it's the township boards, it's the state boards, it's the NGF. It's unbelievable. Have you seen how many people have been arrested lately for bribery in the state of Michigan? That's been kind of crazy. So I'm just going to show you this as an example of this nonsense here. So we've got a board of review that nobody wants to talk about. Steve Kilgore is the chair, Joe Pitch and Mark D. Hollander. Steve Kilgore is a builder developer. Joe Pitch is part of the Pitch family of companies and they're like demolition and that sort of thing. Mark D. Hollander is an appraiser and a builder. And so Don Tilma gets to appoint these guys and Kilgore got an assessment that went through his farm or he got an assessment in a easement that went through his farm. And they're talking about the fact that they were talking about this for like, for like, twenty years. But when you get into this and you start looking at like, you know, board agendas and such, They only went back to like, let's see, I'm going to show you the minutes here. And they're telling us that they've been planning this for twenty years, but there's no publicly available information out there. It's like this just keeps getting stupider and stupider and stupider on the board. What's that? They've been on the board. Well, this guy, Steve Kilgore was in the planning ahead of the planning commission in two thousand fifteen. And then Tillman just appointed him on on the board of review, which I don't even know what the hell that is. And so he's on that and he got an easement that went through his property. But we can't find out what he got paid because the board, Don Tillman in charge of that, went ahead and paid the the engineering firm with they decided to give them a fund so that they could pay out for these these easements. But nobody knows what they were paid. But you know, it's like it's like you could you can't even make this crap up. And so let's see, here's the board. Let's see if I can get the township board because right now it's not publicly available on the website like it was. They've even disabled. I was going through this now and it's like I'm like looking through this going where all the they used to have a direct link to the boards on here. Now they're not on that. So let's see what I can do. See what happens. And now you have to put it in like this and find it through the search board or search. Here we go. Let's see if we get it here. Township board. I have no idea where it is anymore because the quick link, it seems to be gone. There you go. These two are the highest paid in the, in the township. They're getting about ninety plus thousand dollars a year, plus an expense account of like two thousand, you know, a couple thousand dollars. And you've got all the trustees decline as a builder. And Toburgan has an underground sewer company. And and most of these guys bought land out on a hundredth Avenue from what I hear. And so they don't even live downtown and downtown anymore. And let's see if we can get, let's see if I can find a, yeah, you can't even find this stuff anymore unless you put it in the search bar. They used to have a tab to it. So I think that, I think they're getting smart here that we're getting, holding them accountable. So they don't want their heads to pop up. Isn't that crazy? Yep, it is. It is what it is. It is criminal and it is crazy. It is criminal. It's absolutely criminal what they're doing. Maybe you should run for trustee. Trustee, I'd fire the whole bunch of them. I think I'm better off on the outside because I can sue them all. Well, that's true also. But if you got in there, you could fire them all. Let's see what we have. I'm still trying to find the zoning board. It's like, okay, what's going on here? Let's see if we can get here, see what's on this. Let's see if we can get the zoning board here. See if we can pop their names up too and see what they're doing here. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable. Unbelievable. I know that pitch is part of the zoning board. We've got a guy that heads that who absolutely hates my guts. Tim Newhouse absolutely hates me. And let's see. Yeah, you can't even find the, yeah, they're not even putting the board up there anymore. Isn't that interesting? Look, I can go here for read more. Where does it go? Google search. What the heck is that? They've got a Google search on that now for a read more because they couldn't hide it enough apparently. Isn't that wild? Well, it is. Let's see if I can get it. Oh, planning. Let's see. Let's see if we can get this thing figured out. I just am always, okay, let's see, planning. Let's see, planning department. Let's see what we have here. See if they decide to pop their heads up at any point in time. I'm going to say probably not, no. So you can't even find them anymore. They used to have a white place on there where you could find them. And now they've got kind of everything like they don't want their names out there, apparently, because that would be a shame if their neighbors knew who was involved in getting these easements and that they've hit who got paid what. And I don't know. Yay to the subpoena power. Yeah. Well, during the transition from and I'm going to go all the way back to George Bush and his thousand points of light when they started transitioning us into a true democracy. And actually, it's been going on way back for Roosevelt. Roosevelt wasn't any better. Roosevelt and a few others from that point in time, they were transitioning us to a democracy. But anyway, and bringing in lawfare and bringing in the illegal court systems. When I was fighting this battle for forty years ago against the Internal Revenue, we would lay out our stories, our narratives about what was going on. And of course, the court systems would rule against us. And the courts, the judges would say, well, you guys have a great narrative, but you don't have the authority to back it up. Now we have the authority to back it up. And the judges, what do they do? They ignore it. They ignore our authority. And they believe that they are immune and they don't have to have authority to back up what they do. which is totally incorrect and totally part of the lawfare system. These judges were brought in by Obama and Clinton and the resident, what the heck's his name? See, I don't even remember his name anymore. Biden. uh and and george bush senior and junior all of these people they were their whole purpose was to change america to a democracy destroy our country make us into a third world government a third world uh nation where we were the individuals were slaves where we are slaves right now we just have been fed a uh spoonful of of lies and we buy into it but we are slaves we are slaves to the system because we have to labor for a piece of paper that they control so it's go go back to slavery and find out where the slave owners own the slaves and they made them buy at the slave store So you could buy your goodies, but you've got to buy it at the slave store, and you're going to use our coupons at the slave store. So you never got ahead at that game. How can you get ahead when you got more coupons than you should have? Well, the price of the goodies went up, and so you had to pay more for the goodies. That's exactly what we're doing now. We're just doing it on a grand scale. And people aren't getting the message. If you own a house and you're paying a mortgage on a house, you're a slave to the house. Because the minute you stop paying the mortgage, you lose the house. The minute you don't pay the tax, you lose the house. So you're a slave to the system. That's not the way our founding fathers wanted our republic to be. And why the people don't figure it out or can't figure it out, I don't know. You know, it's like the frog that's in the pot of boiling water. You throw a frog into cold water and they swim around and they don't even realize that they're boiled alive until they are, you know, until all of a sudden the water's boiling and the steam's coming out of their ears and such, you know. And, you know, that goes back to I hope everybody out there that's listening right now decides to get in this fight. And it doesn't have to directly affect you. If you don't start fighting now, it's going to affect you. And as John said, there's going to be nobody left to fight because you burn all of us out that are fighters and sit back on the sidelines and go, yay, go team, go. You know, once they get rid of us, it's going to be too late. And there's millions of ways you can help. You can either join the cause and physically get out there and do something. You can support them by your finances, by your pieces of paper. You could write letters. You could do all kinds of different things. There's a hundred different areas that you could get involved in the system. Show up at the board meetings. Make yourself known. Get out there. Get out of your comfort zone. Because our time is, you know, we could, by God, if Clinton would have been in office, we wouldn't even be talking today. Yeah, or Hillary. Yeah, wake up, folks. Yeah, Hillary is another one. Have you seen the memes that have come out lately about Trump? Chelsea's dress and they use Chelsea's dress. And then they see a little kid who's got, you know, from, from Africa and they've got like rags on and such. And they're like, guess who paid for this? I guess, guess which dress USAID paid for. Yes. Yeah. Hillary's daughter. All right. We didn't do the writ of mandamus today, which we probably could have done. Well, it hasn't come through yet. I keep looking in my email. And for some reason, it hasn't come through. And I don't know why it's caught out there in cyberspace. But it's actually Mike just sent me something that came through, but yours still hasn't come through. So I don't know what happened. I will send it out again as soon as we're off the air. Yeah, send it out again. And we can go over that later. Yeah. What I want to tell people in general is the court system was built in a situation where they want you to be afraid, where these guys wear these big black robes and they sit three feet above you. So you have to look up at them. So they think that they are all powerful and they can do all kinds of things. They have to follow the Constitution like everybody else, and they have to follow the law like everybody else. You might have to, as an individual in that courtroom, force that judge to follow the law, but he has to follow the law or he's fake. And there are a lot of fake judges out there. But then there are tools to go after the fake judges, and that is suing them individually. And the more lawsuits we get against these judges, the more heat we put on them, the more they're going to wake up to reality that they can't be playing this game with us anymore. Even though they have been paid by the system, by Soros, by Clintons, by Obama to be evil. We can fix it, but we have to do it. We can't just allow it to happen. And too many people are just allowing it to happen. I remember that clerk's name, Chanel Guyden is her name, that hung up on me. We've got to make these people public too. We can't humiliate them in the court, which we will get to that, but we must humiliate them in the public. Judge Byrd is a criminal. Judge Batani is a criminal. These are federal judges that I've been running up against. Judge Parker is a criminal. Judge Yonker is a criminal. Judge Nugent is a criminal. These are all criminals. And they're all on the federal bench. I can do the state bench. I got a whole bunch of just state judges that are criminals. that, but I haven't gone over after him yet, but I will time. Just a matter of time. Yeah. Just time. Here comes John. Awesome. Well, um, I put your, put your website up there again and let's, let's look at, let's see, I'm going to try to bring, I've got Mike's thing here. Hang on a minute. Let me grab the, I'll put this out in front of it. Here we go. um oh man I must have clicked off of it I'll figure this thing out hold on give me a second here get john's website up so you can see where to go with this with the meetings with john eastman and like I said I love john eastman he's cool So good guy. Too bad I had to be out in Grand Rapids to see you and John Eastman at that time, but I have my hands full over here, so I'll be up with Wayne County. Yeah, there you go. Check it out. It's not always we get a semi-celebrity to show up. Yeah, he's really suffered a lot of persecution. And I think he's still, they went after his bar card and everything. So, you know, if you're doing the right thing, they're going to go after you. If you're not taking any flack out there in the battlefield of the war we're in, because with this nation, we are in a war right now, honestly. And I think everybody needs to wake up and get in the game. Yep, absolutely. All right. I'm going to go to a quick, you got any other last words here, John? Just goodbye, everyone. Have a great week. Thanks for being on today. I always enjoy talking with you. It's always enlightening. And I got to figure out how to do this mandamus at the Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court because it's like nobody seems to care. They just ignore things. I just don't want to look at this. So I'm just going to go over here and do something that doesn't matter. Hang up on Brandenburg when she calls. Yeah. Anyhow, we'll see you next Tuesday, John. Bye, everyone. Bye. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the second day of September, twenty twenty five. Got to get used to that new month thing going on here. And I'm going to bring Mike on right away. Hey, Mike, how you doing? Good morning. How you doing? Good. What's happening in Mike land? Well, it's September. And as you guys were talking earlier, we are at war and now the tide is to turn. Quick update. Yes. The attorney David Burris with Seward Henderson out of Royal Oak, they have defaulted on their notice of default. So has Genoa Township, along with Livingston County Board of Commissioners and Judge Susan Geddes. They will be receiving a final notice of default, at which time they will be invited to court to defend their actions. So the lawsuit, the first lawsuit will be going out probably, I hope to have it done sometime about mid-September. And that'll be against Dave Burris and his law firm. So I'm gonna be talking about some things in relation to what you're going through, what everybody else out there is going through. And I'm gonna show you today how to get remedy and the steps it takes to get remedy. They have weaponized everything. There is no one standing for we the people, not in the townships and not in the counties or the state. If they were, and I mean, that's every sitting politician at this moment in time. If they were doing their job, they could go, bam, and they could have this thing righted real quick. but they've all walked away from their oath of office, all of them. And they give us little crumbs. Oh, I'm going to give you a little crumb. Look what we found here. And they direct our attention to something else, but they're not doing anything that really matters at this point. Well, I'm going to connect some dots for some people, I think. And what this is going to do is I'm going to empower you to be able to put a stop to the corruption, including the corrupt judges. So right now, until this issue of absolute immunity is resolved, some of us are going to have to take this head on to get this resolved. In the meantime, there's a process that can be done to outflank the judge. And I'll explain that here in a moment. Right now, there's no accountability with judges. They are children running rampant in the candy store, okay, with no supervision. There's no oversight at any level. So how do we control this? Well, there's more than one way to skin a cat. First off, judges are really, at the state level, judges are not judges, they're administrators, okay? We know for a fact and I have foiled numerous judges' oath of office. Not one single judge has a proper oath of office pursuant to Article XI, Section One of the Michigan Constitution. They don't have an anti-bribery statement. They don't have a foreign agent registration statement, and they don't have a license to practice law, which is a requirement under the state constitution, Article VI, Section XIX. So are they judges? No. They're an administrator wearing a satanic black robe. When we go into court and they say, I'll rise. Oh, hell no. I don't rise for that satanic SOB. Because as a man, as a living man, we cannot rise. Only the dead can rise. And that's their satanic ritual. So we don't play their game. We refuse to. And it's gotten to the point where Last few court appearances, they don't even ask us to rise. The judge just walks in and walks out. They never ask us because they know we won't. And we convince other people in the courtroom not to do it as well. They get embarrassed. So the point of the matter is that we have to start looking at this outside the box. And in your situation with the water, in your neighbor's situation, there is remedy that can be gotten. And here's how. First, you need to put together a fee schedule. What's a fee schedule? I personally, I as a man, have a fee schedule. Every single one of my trusts has its own fee schedule. A fee schedule is based upon things that you will charge for any harm or damage. Harm and damage are two separate things. Harm is to you, the living man or woman. Damage is property damage. So I assess fees for all this. Now, why do I do this? Where's the authority to do so? Well, First off, if you ever FOIA somebody, a municipality, what do they do? Here's our fees. Well, wait a minute. Why are you charging anything to begin with? Okay. What are you charging for? Well, we're charging for the time to look up that information. We're charging you for the stamp to mail it to you. We're charging for the paper that we have to print it on. Wait a minute. Isn't that already bought and paid for by tax dollars? So you're double dipping. So there's fraud on its face right there. But the point of the matter is they have a fee schedule. Did you know about it? No. Was it ever recorded someplace? No. They just created it. Well, keep in mind that all these municipalities operate as a corporation. Okay, this ain't personal. This is business. Business is business. If you're acting as a corporate body, if you're acting as a corporation for profit, and that's exactly what they're doing, then so be it. If you're going to charge me, I'm going to charge you, and I have the right to do so. No law exists prohibiting you from charging for your time, for your labor. So you can charge them for this. When someone deprives you of your rights, what are your rights worth? Put a dollar amount to your rights. What are they worth? Mine are priceless. You can't put a dollar amount on it. So whatever dollar amount I do put on there is pittance compared to what it's actually worth. So for deprivation of my rights, it's one million dollars for each occurrence. And that is to be paid in lawful money, gold, silver and so on. Or I can grant permission for them to pay me in whatever the current fiat currency is at the time in U.S. at an exchange rate of twenty five to one. So you deprive me of my right. It's a million dollars lawful money. I'll grant you the ability to pay me in fiat currency. That one million just became twenty five million in fiat currency. That's how it works. I have, my fee schedule covers a lot of different things and I've looked at other people's fee schedules and some of them are like a hundred pages long. It's like, I need to simplify it. I live by certain philosophies, one of which is simplify the problem and the answer shall reveal itself. So with that in mind, what I did was I broke my fee schedule down into de jure, de facto. So any de jure department, agency, forms of department, public functionary in the de jure, any deprivation of right committed by them is one million. If they're de facto department or agency, if they're a usurpation on that side of the table, the fees are doubled. So it's two million. So I have all this fee. My fee schedule is probably about twenty pages long at best, probably less than that. But it covers all the different categories, identity theft, failure to properly identify on their side, things like forcing you into contract against your will. Just different things like that. And the fees are primarily based on either their own codes or statutes or case law. So it isn't numbers that I'm just picking out of thin air. I'm finding some basis by which those numbers come up in the real life. So because otherwise you're going to get, you know, I've seen some people, they're like, oh, I'm going to charge a million dollars, you know, because you looked at me the wrong way. You've got to be realistic about some of this. So the fee schedules were attached to my notices that I sent to Dave Burris, Genoa Township, Livingston County Board of Commissioners, and Judge Geddes. And I showed them, based on my fee schedule, the harm that they had committed and what I want for remedy for that harm that they had caused. So they know exactly how much I'm asking for. There's no surprise in all this. And that's all part of the lawsuit. These are the stepping stones. So what you're going to do is when a harm has been taken place, like in your case with the water, you're going to notify your public functionaries that were involved. You're going to send them a notice of liability. And in that notice of liability, you're going to explain what the harm or damage is. You're going to give them twenty one days to remedy this. And if they fail to do so, then you move on to the next step. The next step is a notice of non-response because they probably won't respond. And under the notice of non-response, again, you raise all the same issues. You show them the fee schedule that you're charging, whatever parts of it. And you also ask, is it their intent to cause a trespass upon your core inherent rights? So again, more likely, like in my case, they didn't respond. After that, you give them a fifteen days on that one. And then we move on to the notice of default. Under the notice of default, same thing applies and you give them ten days. And then I'm doing a final notice of default in which I'm going to give them five days. After that, they've defaulted out four different times. These are all exhibits in your lawsuit that you can now take to federal court. These are all federal issues. Everything is a federal issue now. Why? Because Article IV, Section IV, they're supposed to guarantee a Republican foreign government. They're not doing it. They're not acting de jure. They're not doing anything they're supposed to be doing. They're acting as corporations. And under a corporation, under the veil of a corporation, are they really bound by the Constitution like we think they are? No, they're not. And that's the problem with them operating as a corporation. Again, my opinion, but I think all this crap about being a corporation needs to go bye-bye. They can't be operating as a corporation. We're in the Constitution. Now, we talk about democracy. And the fact that democracy does not appear anywhere within our founding documents. When I say founding documents, it's the Declaration of Independence, Northwest Ordinance, Art of the Confederation, U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights. Nowhere does democracy appear. Where does the word corporation appear? Where does the word corporate body appear? Nowhere. Where did they acquire the delegated authority to turn everything into a corporation and operate as a corporation versus a government under the Republic? See, there's a fine line there and they crossed it. So my opinion, this corporate status crap needs to go away and it can. And by doing so, you're going to eliminate all the bloated bureaucracy that we have in the system. You're going to get rid of a lot of the wasteful spending that's going on and get rid of all these clowns that are holding titles in all these different departments and agencies that should not exist in the first place. Now, back to your water. not only would I go after the local municipality, I would also go after the company itself. for the harm and damage that they have caused to you. The contractor. The contractor. Yes. Yeah. Because they're, they're, uh, that contractor keeps kind of like, well, he threw dirt over myself and one of my friends one day when we were out there trying to tape and show people what they were doing. And he went and got a sweep down at the end of the road. He was just kind of like lurking around like the cockroach he is. Right. And, uh, went down to the end of the road and got a sweep and came and went right past us and just like, you couldn't see two feet in front of us. And I'm like, I'm a farm girl guy. If I'm not covered in dirt in any certain day, it's not a good day. Right. So big deal. But the point being is, I think that a person who's not a farm person would have been really horrified by it. And they'll go up and they'll bring their trucks right next to me. Or the one guy, when I was taping one day, he brought his pickup truck and he sat there beeping his horn as I was taping. He kept beeping his horn. Wow. This is the childish mentality that happened with Montgomery excavating. And that's who did it. Well, I watched some of the videos that you did filming what they were doing. I was on the street. I wasn't even on the right. I wasn't in anywhere but just on the street. I noticed a couple of things. They had a bunch of dirt on the road. Yes, and they had no barricades. What's that? I saw no cones. I saw no flag man. I saw absolutely nothing on the road, anywhere in the vicinity thereof. Now, wait a minute. Where's, you know, unfortunately, I don't like using them. I think they're, but if you want to give this guy a headache, where's OSHA? Well, you know, I, I just, that, that's a good question because anybody that I called, they wouldn't come out there. When I called Eagle, this woman picks up the phone and she's like, well, I need more information. And I said, well, I'll tell you where it is. It's in Byron Township. It's on the corner of Ivan Rust and sixty-fourth street. Well, I need more information. I'm like, this is your freaking job when we report this I'm not supposed to investigate this though I I could do you a favor mika meyer which is the township's attorney came back and the entire rebuttal was basically to sit there and just slap brandenburg in the face and say I'm not qualified I'm like I'm one of the only female pipeline company owners in the United States. We build critical infrastructure. I would never have bid that project because we're overqualified for that project. But I understand it. And so I look at this and go, oh, I'm unqualified. I'm pretty extra sure that I'm more qualified than anyone that's sitting out there on the job right now. So that was their argument. Well, they're doing you a favor. I don't know if you realize this or not. By them, you give them notice, film as much as you can of what they're doing, Note that there are no flagmen. There's no cones. There's no signs giving warning that that lane is closed. All that information. And now you can go after every single person that refused to do their job. You can go after the attorney and his law firm. You can go after the contractor. You can go over the municipality. You can go after OSHA. You can go after every single one of them now because they all failed to do their job. And they've now caused a harm and they could even cause damage. You know, is the road been damaged by what they're doing? Heck yeah, they have. They didn't even, you know, when you move, when you move equipment that has tracks on it, this is what you have to do. You either have to put down plywood or tires, depending on the gross weight of the vehicle. Nada, nothing. They tore the road up and their little patch job. you could ramp your car over that. If you were going even close to the speed, they finally put up a sign that says bump, but they, that took them a while to do that because they just, there's, there's, there was no, there was no real, when we stood out there on the job site, They had a, you know, road closed construction sign down on the ends, you know, about a quarter of a mile away from this thing. But cars were going over the top of the hill there and coming down on the other side. I'm going to tell you right now, they were going fifty five, sixty miles an hour on a one lane road because all the materials were on the other side and no one was watching this. There was not a time that they had somebody out there that protected this. And there was a whole bunch of us saw this. It wasn't just my ability to see this. And then they mixed materials into this wetland. And then they just took some and dressed the top of it to hide the fact that they had put down, I don't even know how many yards of of materials there that they put in and mixed into the wetlands. And then they didn't, they didn't, I don't, they didn't remove it. They just went ahead and they, they gave it to the guy at the end of the road who, and they gave him a, it looked like they gave him a bulldozer to play with. This old guy out there is they're dumping all of the, of the materials in his yard and he's out there spreading it over his land. And that was supposed to go back to the wetlands. So they took all that peat out from the wetlands and dumps it on this guy's property back there who got seven trunk lines put on his property and paid for the easement so they can develop on the wetlands. And where's Eagle? Where's OSHA? Where's the EPA? Where are the tree huggers? Where's anyone? Not because nobody's getting paid. They're getting paid on the other side. And I've got a concern that they've got contracts going on behind the scenes with maybe somebody like a data center. They're either going to put houses in there or they're going to put something that has a huge water need. In the meantime, three ponds are down bone dry and twelve wells. Well, they're stealing natural resources. Those are mineral rights violations. Yeah. So there's another harm that needs to be raised. So where were the environmental impact studies? They never did one on the wells. They don't have one and they never did it on the wells. And not only that, they weren't supposed to be dewatering at all. They did not have a permit and it's still publicly not available for dewatering. They claim they did, but we've never seen any evidence. It was Mika Myers that claimed that they had a permit. We've never seen the permit and it's not publicly available. I don't think it exists. And so that's that's the other way publicly available. It has to be public. It's public information. It's not available. You can't find it. We've had other people look for it. They can't find the dewatering permit. And not only that, it was really weird that when when we filed the when I filed the emergency injunction, they used my numbers in saying that that's what their permit said. I'm like, how could you be dead on for those numbers? And the numbers that they use by they actually condemn themselves because they said it was two hundred sixty nine million gallons of water because that was on August thirteen. They're over a billion now of what they pulled out of the ground and they have continued to pump. Right. And so so the weird thing was and then the permit, their alleged permit that they alleged they had said that they could only pump a thousand gallons of water a day. They had at least nine pumps out there working full time rated for two thousand gallons a pump. And so by their own admission, they failed the permit they alleged they had that I don't believe they had because it's not publicly available. You can't find it. This all goes into your notice of liability. This all sets up for your federal lawsuit against them and for the harm and damage that they have caused. And you sue them. Now, go back to, let's regress here a little bit, like in John's case with the corrupt judges. Well, how do you outflank this situation? Real simple. You bring a notice of liability and administrative process against the court clerks. Well, I think that Chanel is going to have to get something because I'm looking at this one where they denied the TRO. They wrote denied with a circle around it. And then the judge, Christina Mims, they just said CF. That's not a sign, denied. And so what standing is that? She didn't sign it. I don't even know if she saw it. Where's the blue ink signature? It has to be a blue ink signature. There wasn't one. So now what do we do with that? What do we do with that? How do I even deal with that? Because they don't even follow the processes that they're supposed to. You bring the claim against the court clerks and against the judge's clerks. They're the ones behind the scenes processing the paperwork. that my question is, is that, is that, um, you know, the thing of it is, is that she, she said, we said, well, we never received your, your TRO. And I'm like, yeah, you did. No, we didn't. We never got it. You know, the judge has been on vacation. She said, and she said, and I've been working remotely from home. Well, you're not working if you're not getting the paperwork that we filed. And then she kind of got a little annoyed with me. I wasn't, I was, I was very nice and reserved. And, uh, said no you do have it because I turned it in I turned it in on this day and she's like no we never got it we never got it and then she hung up on me and so I called back and I said look I said she she literally chanel literally hung up on me I I called back And I said, look, I've got a stamp copy. I always get a stamp copy with the date and time because I don't trust them because I know they're a bunch of lying bastards. All of them are. So I went ahead and I said, what's your email? Well, I ended up, after she gave me her email, sending it twice. And then I realized that there was an extra dot in the email. That's why it wasn't going through. I don't know if I wrote it down wrong or if she gave it to me wrong. I'm pretty good at writing things down and not making mistakes is all I got to say. I went back into previous emails and looked up an email address for her and it was the wrong email address. So I sent it out again and then no response until just a denied CM. I don't know if the judge even saw it. I'm going to guarantee you that she didn't see it because nobody signed that paper. I would go in, I want to see the file, I want to see the wedding signature on this order of denial. It has to be blue ink. It can't be a stamp or anything else. It has to be an actual, the judge actually had the blue ink sign it. Would you like me to bring it up here? I've got it in my email. I can probably, I know I've got, hang on, I've got it on file here. They get in the habit, they get a signature stamp and that's what they use and that's not proper. Yeah, it's like really, I mean, these people are so arrogant. It is just unbelievable. That's why we're going to have to start suing everybody else. You sue the clerks. You sue the bailiff. You sue the cops that pull you over and deprive you of your rights, especially the de facto ones. State police, city police, township police, they're all de facto. We can prove it. We've got the certified documents by their own admission. They're de facto pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. They are depriving you of your rights. Therefore, you have now grounds to hit them with a notice of liability and administrate them out and take them to federal court. Let them go into federal court. See, the state judges protect these fake cops. Take them into federal court and let them answer to a federal judge where they have the delegated authority to do what they're doing. They don't. The U.S. Supreme Court's ruled numerous times they do not have the right to obstruct the right of travel. Well, let me show you this. Then what they did is we filed a clarification because of the weird signature we have. So here's our clarification. We have still not gotten a... We have still not gotten a clarification on the ex parte because we had an emergency ex parte which had a TRO. We also had an emergency injunction that I filed, okay? And I say we because I have a couple of friends that are reviewing this kind of stuff, right? And so we can talk through this and we can bounce because I don't, you know, I'm not an attorney. So it's like I'm trying to figure this court system out. But it's it's everything is here and we never got an answer back. And so now that there's another one that was a problem. And that was not last Friday. It was the Friday before that, I believe. I have to look at the look at the date that I have on that because I've got it stamped and absolutely no response. The court is not responding at all. Not at all. So I'm going to hit them. I'm actually you're going to you know, there's going to be people that are going to be horrified that I'm going to say that out there that only do pro se. But but I'm going to hit them. And I'm not kidding you. I am going to hit them with everything that I can throw at them over this case. And it's going to be using every single lawful legal method I can. I'm going to literally just throw everything I have at them. And, you know, remember what they did with President Trump. Guess what? We can all play that game. I can paper them right into oblivion. And they're failing because they can't seem, they can't answer. The only thing that they do, it's like with the one I had against Jonathan Brader. They sent a reply back in an email that I was not looking for and it slipped past me and I got past the appeal process date and time. And so I don't know if I can go back with that. And I think I can go back and do it through notice and, you know, because court system failed and do that through notices. And I may do that next, but it's like, it's like they hide things and they're playing games. This is another thing that they did recently is they said that they gave me notice on the the twenty seventh for something. But that's the day they mailed it. So it wasn't the day I could have even gotten it. So they play the game through snail mail, too. Yes. And so, I mean, these people know exactly how to cheat. All of them do. And it's and it's just like, oh, no, this is not right. There was an exhibit in this that we proved that's true. It's like, no, you didn't. And I've got video to back all this up. So the other thing we have to start learning to do is defund them. How do we defund them? Fire them off. I don't care what your ticket is that they issue. You pay it in coffee beans. Pay everything in coffee beans. Well, they're not giving me a ticket. It's damages. It's like the damage you're taking to water. What I'm saying is to everybody out there, we start paying the courts in coffee beans. because state law specifically states what type of tender is to be used for any obligation. They're asking us to break state law using any other form. and declaring that as illegal. No, no, sorry, I'm not gonna break the law for you. Sorry, you specify a specie of payment. You can't. Therefore, here's your bloody coffee beans. If you reject it, state law, federal law stipulates that when a tender of payment to an obligation is made and it's refused, that tender is made in full. We're done here. All done. So I got to tell you, it's like everybody's going to have to get a little bit more gutsy on things. It's just like going through the township meetings and such. What really shocked me is when they tried to detain or arrest me for not sitting down because they would not listen to us. And there is no redress of grievance. Like, okay, children, I'll give you your three minutes now. And then when you're done, you go sit down and be those good kids and shut up and sit down. That's what they did. And I'm like, no, I'm not going to do it. And the second time they tried to do it with Karen and the sheriff sitting in the back of the room because I had already put them on notice. I'm like, you decide who you're going to serve because right now you clearly don't know your job. And are you standing up for those that stole from We the People or are you standing up for We the People? And then a bunch of people came up there and signed their names and said, I yield my time to Donna because I had a whole report written. and tilma goes you can't do that I can run this meeting any way I want this is the way it's going to be blah blah blah blah blah blah blah because they're he's a little you know they're set up there like a bunch of little tyrants and it's a tribunal it's not a township meeting there is no redress of grievance because every one of them is on the pay because they're either developers as appraisers, assessors or builders, or they're connected to them somehow. You know, it's it's the craziest thing. I mean, this is a crime syndicate. This is Rico. Yeah. All big time. The courts are Rico. The courts are Rico. The townships are Rico now. But here's the thing of it is that what is the underlying common denominator? Okay, that's the other thing we need to look at. What is the common denominator between all these municipalities, the state, the courts, everything that happens out there? What is the common denominator? Now, I'm a big advocate for putting everything in trust. Own nothing, control everything through trust. Learn how to live through a trust, okay? And I want to read something to you that's going to probably alarm everybody. And if it doesn't alarm you, you better wake up because right now the legislators have been changing the Michigan trust code. Okay. Now the Michigan trust code is one hundred percent repugnant to the Constitution. It is a deprivation of our rights on multiple levels. But let me read this to you. And this is probably going to shock a lot of people out there. I got to show you something real quick because I found the order here. Let me pull this off to the side. Hang on a second. See if I can pull this out of here. And there you go. And I'm going to show you right here at the bottom. This is what the order was signed. There we go. Check that out. Black ink denied. See ya. Hmm. And that's how this TRO was signed. And that was passed on to me. And that was like, they've got their little sign, this on there. Well, I've got a copy too, guys. And it was when I did file it that they denied that they received it. And it's like unbelievable, unbelievable to me, the lack of professionalism that goes on in these courts. So anyhow, I'm sorry. I wanted to just show everybody what it looked like. So what I'm going to read to you are a couple of bullet points that are going to be part of a presentation this Thursday at our American Equity Group presentation on Thursday night. And the two bullet points are stated as follows. The following is based upon the Michigan Trust Code, MTC, signed into law on June eighteenth of twenty two thousand nine. It was created by the Michigan Trust Code Committee of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. And in close consultation with the Michigan Bankers Association's Trust Council Committee. On April first, twenty ten, notice what day they picked there for this, April fools. On April first, twenty ten, the MTC took effect and according to the bar, applies to all trusts whether they were established before, on, or after this date. Now, this is a direct violation of Article I, Section X of the Michigan Constitution. No ex post facto laws. But this is what they're cramming down everybody's throats. Because they don't care. They're not following the Constitution. They have no intention of following the Constitution. And they don't even follow their own rules and guidelines. They don't follow anything. They do whatever the hell they want. Because they have absolute immunity. They're supposed to be following what we want done. And they absolutely despise us. They absolutely, every one of them. absolutely despises us is just just something to in their parasitic mindset to devour and get out of the way now um I'm gonna read something else to you here and this is extremely damaging for them okay I came across this by chance. And what ended up happening was there was a conversation that took place regarding the original Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. And in researching that, I came across where the Historical Society in Montana has an original copy of the Thirteenth Amendment. Oh, really? This prohibits bar attorneys from holding public office. OK. So what ended up happening was the legislators, HB nine three three House Bill nine thirty three. States in part, I'm going to read this for everybody to hear and see. Now, this is this is important and I'll explain. I'll go into more detail. Purpose and findings. The purpose of Section Two is to recognize, ratify the original Thirteenth Amendment prohibiting titles of nobility with the intent that it be properly included in the United States Constitution as the law of the land once ratified by the required number of states. Section Two is also intended to end the infiltration of the Bar Association, and the judicial branch into the executive and legislative branches of government and to end the unlawful usurpation of the people's right guaranteed by the Montana Constitution to elect county attorneys who are not members of the bar. The legislator finds that the unlawful usurpation described in section one gives judicial branch control over all government and the people in grand juries. The legislator further finds that as long as the original Thirteenth Amendment is concealed from the people, there will never be justice or a legitimate constitutional form of government. This was written by the legislators. That was in Montana? Montana. The legislators wrote this. Can you send that to me? Yes. Okay. Now, this died on the vine. It didn't get past committee. Gee, I wonder why. Yeah. But it doesn't matter. We have legislators recognizing that the Bar Association in itself is a threat to our way of, our republic and our way of life. That the Bar Association is, by my definition, by the evidence that I have put together, a domestic terrorist organization. Absolutely. And any bar attorney who claims to be a constitutional attorney better step up and start stating and say they need to come clean. If they know and have information about the bar and its activities being unlawful to the Constitution, they need to step up and say it because otherwise they're complicit in this. I don't care who they are. I'm using this in my federal lawsuit against Dave Burris to show that even the legislators recognize that the Bar Association is harmful to the way that we do things. And with the other evidence I have, I can show and prove that through law enforcement, the FBI, this is all a conspiracy to deprive us of our rights. It is a power grab. It is meant to silence us from challenging their authority. And this is, by their definition under Congress, an act of domestic terrorism. So this, to me, is extremely damaging. I was fortunate enough to find and come across this and find this. And so, yeah, to me, this is extremely powerful in that even our own legislators are recognizing that the Bar Association is a detriment and harmful to what we do. There's where the corruption in the courts come from. These are not judges. They're administrators. They're administrating everybody through rules and regulations proclamated under the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act, of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the APA, the Administrative Proced No such thing. This is all administrative BS. Well, they're all a bunch of parasites. They don't produce anything and not at all. They just want to run us around and try to get us to pay all of their nonsense so they can justify their jobs. Yeah. Yeah. You know, just like the regulatory capture. They're all about regulatory and asset capture. And then you get into the public private partnerships, which destroys local business and makes it state owned business. That's exactly what China did. We are no different at this point. Again, all these corporate bodies need to go away. Yep. At all levels. I'm sorry. I know there's people out there that don't believe that. They don't think it's a big deal. It is a big deal. Show me where they have the delegated authority to incorporate. Show me where they have the delegated authority to do any of the things that they're doing right now. They don't. They never did. So if you want to get back to a republic... I'm sorry, but you know what? It's time to put an end to this crap. And we, the people, have the authority to remove them, to fire them. And it's time we do that. It's time. It's got to come. It's got to happen. And I'm going to use these federal lawsuits to put the foot in the door for everybody else to follow along and do the same damn thing. And this is what we need to do. We need to start going after our local law enforcement for their acts because they're working in conjunction with the FBI in that report from twenty eleven to flag you as a sovereign citizen, which is under their definition is an extremist and terrorist. That's in contrary to Congress and what they put together under public law of May third, nineteen forty. I mean, that means we're we're not sheeple. That's what it means. Right. Yeah. So I'm sorry. Everybody's got to get in the game here. I mean, you can't sit on the sidelines because this affects you. It affects your kids. It affects your grandkids. Wake up. You've got to start doing the thing. And if you've got a will and a trust, you better have it reviewed. Because I guarantee I've reviewed over a hundred different trusts. When I created my template trust for people to use, I reviewed over a hundred different trusts. And the common denominator in every one that was done by a bar attorney is Was they had a little clause in there that says this trust follows the laws of the state of Michigan. Well, which laws are we talking about here, boys and girls? Are we talking about the administrative laws or are we talking about actual lawful laws? Yeah, the ones that they can take all your stuff and give it to their own, put it in their own pockets and tie you up in court. That's the problem I see with class action suits, trust, estate trust, and all that sort of thing. It has nothing to do with protecting the rights of the people who are involved in it. It's how much can they take and throw into their corporate structure, which is parading or identifying as our government. We don't even have it anymore. The whole de facto government that's going on right now, it's a fraud. It's a fraud from top to bottom. Under the current trust code laws, a judge can remove your trustee and replace it with a court-appointed guardian. And determine how much that guardian gets paid. Whatever they want, right? Exactly. This is the fraud. This is the scam. This is the power grab. They're seizing assets through this manipulation through their codes and statutes. Your trust, if it's not properly done, is subject and vulnerable to their shenanigans. And you need to make sure you have the right language in there You've got to make sure you have all the roadblocks in there and they understand that this trust code is completely unlawful. It is repugnant. It violates the Constitution on multiple levels. But yet the courts, the probate courts, are enforcing it. And they're seizing assets through this process. Yep. And in the the other problem that I have is because because there's not enough people fighting this. Even if you think you've got your trust and all the language figured out, you've got to keep an eye on it because they're going to continue to come at it from another angle. You know, sort of like having a having a farm this year. The flies were terrible. Never seen this species of flies before. None of our pesticides worked on the flies that we've ever used. So we had to change and do something else. You have a trust. These two are like flies. They're like parasites. You're going to have to keep an eye on it unless they're all of them removed. tried for treason and or jailed if some of them get away with their lives. And you're going to have to keep an eye on them because they're relentless. They are not going to stop. And they're going to continue to go after what you have because they're not smart enough to make anything on their own. They won't work hard enough. Look at all the buildings we have. A lot of the buildings are empty. Because these people, it's just like Chanel Guyden that said, who was the clerk, said, well, I was home, you know, working remotely, but didn't have access to see the paper that I filed clearly. It's like, are you kidding me? It's like, so this is your excuse to not do your job or to say it didn't come in? Yeah. It's not okay because they don't make enough money. All they do, they're pirates. They pirate all of our work, what we do, what we own, our children. Look at the children. They put them in their government indoctrination camps. I don't understand this. I just don't. Parents that are out there, man, pull your kids out of that. If you don't think you're qualified, what qualifies them? Where's the oversight? Where's the oversight? How do you know what they're telling your kids? They've got all these laws now that they can go ahead and take your kids and have your kids transition or use other pronouns or do all of these things that you may or may not agree with. That means they've claimed ownership over your kids. They have absolutely usurped your duty and right as a parent. And when you take on an attorney, because they're always pushing, well, you need an attorney. You need an attorney. When you take on an attorney, the attorney is now your guardian. By taking on an attorney, a bar attorney, you're actually agreeing that you are incompetent and unable to make decisions on your own. And that attorney is your guardian and he makes all your decisions for you, whether you like it or not. I might consider doing both just because I want to hit them from different angles. But I think that the whole notice thing sounds like a really, really smart way to go about this. I just got to figure out how to do it. You're giving them an opportunity to make remedy before you go to court. And by their silence, they're acquiescing that everything they've done is true and factual. So by going through that whole process of all those notices and now you take all that and you go into court and say, Judge, you know, I tried to remedy this before we even got here. They refused. They doubled down on this. So the next step for me is I have to file, I believe, a mandamus or something else at the appellate court or the Supreme Court. What would you do? I would do both. I would file the mandamus and then start also do the administrative process and start hitting everybody that's involved on this. With notices? Yeah, with notices. Hit them all with a notice of liability. Get yourself a put together a fee schedule and then hit them with a notice of liability. Here's the harm. Here's the damage. How do you want to handle this? Is it your intent to continue causing a harm? Is it your intent to continue causing a damage to I? And when you do these notices, you wanna write them. A lot of people have hard time with this. You write them in the present tense. Everything is in the present tense, not past tense. So you don't use words like was or had. So you write is. Send me if you could send me a bunch of these things that are pertinent, you know, that I can base this on that I can look at and then I can I can look at and go, OK, try to, you know, really figure out the process and the language and how to do that, because I'm willing to do the work and I'm not scared of anything. So, I mean, I can I can take that in. and start sending these and do the work on it. People cannot believe how much time this takes. When you get into this, you are going to have to realize that this is not just a part-time job. You're going to have to watch your email. You're going to have to, every step of the way, and you've only got like seven days to answer stuff when you put it in the court system. So you have to, you got to kind of be on your toes a little bit. Now, when they just sent me something else that was by Mika Myers, that they responded to the emergency injunction, we... filed a clarification, got nothing back from the judge. They ended up filing something else on us that says, no, denied, denied, denied, denied. It reads like a child wrote it. And no, this isn't true, you know, blah, blah, blah. But there's no, there's no proof of anything. It's just a statement of opinion. And so I guess, I guess my, my question is as though they sent that and we got that on the twenty seventh. Do we have seven days to answer that? Or is it, or are you just. Don't work accordingly. Is it a response to a motion or what? Yeah, it's an answer. I'd have to look at it and tell you what the title is because we've got two things from them. Yeah, it depends on what it is as far as timeline, as far as response. Usually you have fourteen days to respond to something. Is it fourteen days? Yeah, fourteen days from when it was actually filed. I know there's fourteen and there's twenty-one. So they said that they were serving us notice on the twenty-seventh, which the notice came in the envelope, dated the twenty-seventh, after they sent it snail mail, and we didn't get it on the twenty-seventh. I mean, this is how they play this game to stall you out. Oh, yeah, I've had the same thing happen, you know, even judges, you know, oh, we issued an order. Really? Where's the order? Show me the order. Show me the proof of service. They can't. All your stuff is void. I got news for you. It has nothing. Well, I told you that in the courtroom. I don't care what you said in the courtroom. Until you put it on paper, it's not an order. Orders have to be in writing. What you tell me in the courtroom don't mean squat. You put it in writing. You put your name on it. You date it. The court has to certify it into the record. If you don't do all this, it ain't squat. It's toilet paper. I don't even know if it's in the court record because it's like the stuff from Mika Myers that they sent us. The first one never had a notice included in it. There was no notice, nothing. So I don't even know if it was entered in the record at all at this point in time, because it just seems like there's a lot of bluffing going on here. Southpaws just said, do you have a link to the meeting? And also Donna, get on the predator program with Spalding. No flies, no kidding. I used to raise livestock. We actually used them for years. And I'm going to tell you what, this year, they didn't work on the flies. And I've used them every other year. We've had them for, we use that, we use three different methods of getting rid of flies. And this year, Predator didn't even touch them. And I've been a believer in that for many years. It's just, it's almost like it's a different species of flies. And they're not like a normal barn fly. They're like a heel biting fly. And they're not the real small ones. They're not the normal flies. There's something in between and they're just relentless. And everybody that has horses right now is talking about that whatever species of flies that are out right now, even the fly sprays have not been working on the horses. And so the first year that we've ever seen this, and I've used vinegar, I've used different fly sprays. The one spray that is, you know, usually you use, I got to think of the name of it. There's a few of them that have always been effective. But right now, the only one that's working is the gold spray. And that's it. That's the only one that seems to be mildly working. And it doesn't work long. These things are just absolutely horrible. I went out there one day, and one of the horse's legs were just bleeding from the stupid flies that we have right now. So I ended up getting the fly boots or the fly socks, you know, that you velcro around their legs to try to give them some relief from these things because they're just absolutely brutal. Hmm. Never seen them before. So if you got any other message or any other information, please. When I'm out in the woods, out in the field or whatever, and I got, you know, if the flies and mosquitoes are real bad, I get a fresh lemon. And I slice up some fresh lemon and rub that on me. And they bounce off you, but they don't stay and bite. That's a good idea because I use lemon oil, but I never did it on their legs. I should try it. That's what I do for mosquitoes because mosquitoes won't touch you. Nothing will touch you if you have lemon oil. So I might need to go. That's a good idea. I'll get some of that in a spray, and I'll see if I can spray that. I know limonene works pretty good, too. That's from orange peels. But these things are just horrible. Never seen anything like them. I sent you an email of our link and information for Thursday night. It's a free open invitation to anybody who wants to join in. We're doing overviews right now on different topics. Right now we're doing trusts. And we're going over the Michigan Trust Code on this Thursday. So if anybody wants to see the information, yeah, if you want to pull it up so everybody can get the information. I will go ahead and I'll put this out there on my Telegram channel so that you can certainly join in with us. I think this will be, what time is it? It starts at seven o'clock. We go from seven to nine. Seven to nine. Okay. Awesome. You got that Southpaws? Yeah. Yeah, well, I appreciate all the work you do with this. And, you know, I wish you live closer because I think I think that it would be a valuable thing to sit here and go through these documents and have somebody such as yourself go through them. I mean, I've got a few other people that are going through them, too. And I'm going you really need to have more people working on these things together. Let's see. Michelle Shepard has got a. There you go. Wide awake media. Bill Gates creating insects in the lab. I wouldn't doubt it. I've never seen anything like this in my life. And it's everywhere. Everybody's talking about it. You can see about catching a couple of them and taking them up to the university and having them identify them. That'd probably be a good idea. I've just been trying to kill them at this point in time with, with minimal, minimal luck. And, you know, you, you usually get into September, you'll have like a cycle of flies during the year when you have livestock and you'll have different ones hatching out and they hatch out and they die off and they hatch out and they die off. We use bait bags and we bait the, we do fly baiting the whole time yards. And these ones, these specific flies came out in like, I'm going to say the end of May. beginning of June and they're still going strong, which is really unusual. Yeah. The flies that will not die. I'm praying for a hard frost here soon because I think it would be a real helpful right now. So can we put the link in the chat? Yeah, I will. I will go ahead. And Michelle, I'll put you know where I'll put this. I will. I'll put this on my X channel because you're coming from X. And I'll put it on X and also my Telegram channel, which is at brandenburg the number four m I there's a lot of imposters out there that are are you know posting stuff and it's it's not me they'll they'll have they'll have like one letter off or something else like that and I know that one of my friends looked one day and it's like there's like like or channels out there that that are out there using your identity And I'm like, I can't, you can't stop them. You absolutely can't stop them. Cause they just, they'll just pop up with something else. And they're usually selling something. I don't sell anything. So if they're selling something or saying, Hey, I recommend this. You'll thank me later. I don't talk that way. I'm that's not me. That's somebody else spoof account. But, uh, Yeah, Lev says, I want in on Mike's Zoom and so does Southpaws. I think you need to get a bunch of people in there. I want to be in on that one too. So I appreciate that so much. So plant lemon grass everywhere. Sounds like a good plan. Going to have to do something if these things come out. Kind of hard in the barn where the horses are because they trample the grass down, you know, in the paddocks and such. So things that grow there probably will be eaten, you know. So... Anyhow, well, anything else you want to talk about today, Mike? I think we're out of time, but, yeah, that's probably about it right now. Okay, so if you can send some stuff over to me, I'd appreciate it. Okay. So I can take a look at that again and keep it current in my mind. Right now, too, I'm processing so many different things. You know, it's like I'm trying to take in as much information as I can from many people. You know, it's at the White House. this past week and ended up meeting, um, white house council. And that was, that was pretty exciting actually. And, you know, just kind of, kind of connecting the dots a little bit and then seeing the national guard federalized they're out there. And I got a feeling that we're, we're pretty close to seeing some things really start rolling out here. And we'll be thankful to see that. I will say this. One of the things that, um, back when we were putting together this PMA, I came out with what was called the three-year plan. And I called it the three-year plan. This came out just before the election. And I knew Trump was going to get elected. And I put this out there and people were like, well, what are you talking about? History, if history repeats itself, you need to be ready. And that's where I came up with this three-year plan, okay? Grover Cleveland was the first non-consecutive two-term president. He used Norton v. Shelby County to clean the deep state out of Washington. When he left office, when Woodrow Wilson came into power, he flipped everything back around. So I'm hoping history does not repeat itself. But in the event it does, I came up with what's called the three-year plan. And part of it is getting everything and protecting yourself through trust, living how to live through a trust. Because if history does repeat itself, we could be worse off than we were with Biden or somebody else. I mean, you got these socialist communists right now trying to get into public office in New York, Minnesota, a few other places. Guess what? We need to shut them down. But we also have to take it and realize what if they do get into the White House somehow? They cheat, they steal, they do whatever they do. So we need to be ready. So the three-year plan was designed to get you ready in three years. We're now down to two and a half years to be ready so that you have a one-year buffer to learn and get all the kicks out of the system in the event that the next, whoever comes after Trump, isn't a repeat of what happened when Woodrow Wilson got into office, which was followed later on by FDR. He's a socialist and created all this nightmare that we're dealing with now. So this is my trip to the White House that was outside the Oval Office. And I think we were we were among the last people in the White House and they're closing it down for, I think, two years, which is something else that I think we can connect the dots here. that we are in for some radical changes ahead. And I, and I think that that's a good thing. We have to be, we have to be ahead. You know, I got to show you something. I'll see. I'm going to see if I can get down. Oh, this is the one I wanted to show you. This is pretty cool. So I took this video the other day and I want you to notice this little bird here. I rescued this little bird and he came back and he was following this horse. I'm trying to leave people with some good feels here because very serious subject, but the world still goes on and God is still in control. And anyhow, I rescued this bird and this bird stayed out there by this horse for like And it kept wanting to be about two feet away from this horse. And it followed. You watch at the end. I think it's kind of fun. Follows the horse. The horse goes to go say hi to another horse. And the bird follows the horse. Like, where are you going, buddy? I think this is fun to watch. But see, look at her stomp. It's because of those stupid flies that are out there. Yeah. Yeah. And it's just, you just can't, they can't get rid of them. And I spray and we do everything, but hopefully it gets, it's been the whole year's been like that. Talk to anybody who has horses, they're all disgusted with it. But watch the little bird here. Okay, now the bird's over here. His name's Samuel, by the way. And the reason being is that a friend of mine named Samuel asked me what the bird's name was when I rescued it. Well, I guess because you're the first one that asked, the bird's name is now Samuel. What kind of bird is it? I'm not really sure. I really don't know. I didn't identify it. It was a little brown. A starling? No, it's not a starling. But it just followed her everywhere she went. he followed, he followed her. And then the other horse there that she went to say hi, hi to, which I thought was pretty cute and just kind of stayed no matter where she went, the bird followed her, which was kind of fun. So some, something to think about, you know, I've been really pondering this whole thing lately too, about, you know, when we see all these things in the world that go wrong, you know, I'm, I'm a pretty, pretty, I don't know. I base everything in my life in service to God. That's not, not what we do here. Cause this is temporary. Everything here is temporary. You know, one thing that's assured you're gonna die. Okay. It's going to happen. And so if you, if you can't come to terms with that, then you haven't even started the journey to actually, um, growing and becoming. You've got to come to terms with that. And so honestly, to come to terms with the fact that we're here to serve God in everything that we do, and that means serving each other. That doesn't mean sitting on a Scrooge McDuck pile of gold. It's not what this is all about. The treasures that we have here are the ones that We have been able to participate in good works that benefit others. And that's the only thing. I think one of my favorite stories that I was told years ago, and it's just an allegory, similar to something C.S. Lewis would write. But guy dies, goes up, gets through the pearly gates and God wants to show him both heaven and hell. And so they walked down the hallway there and the first room, people were trying to, you know, they're trying to feed each other with, feed themselves with these four foot forks and they couldn't reach their mouths and they were all starving to death. And they did this huge banquet table sitting in front of them, but they're starving to death. And people were mad and angry and fighting. And it was horrible and didn't look like a good place to be. So guy takes off with with God again and walks in the next room. And the next room was to depict heaven. And there were people sitting at the same table with a full banquet in front of them. But they use their forks to feed each other. And I think that that's something that if people don't get this figured out, you know, that they keep like the city administrators that we're looking at, if they keep trying to take for themselves, I'm pretty sure we all know where they're going to end up because you don't mock God. You don't fool God. He can see through the hardest heart. He can see through all of the lies and the deception. And you are absolutely naked before him. And I mean that with everything in your mind, your intentions, what you've done. You're not going to fool him. And on that day that we do pass on, I'm pretty extra sure that we want to be on the side where he can look at us and say, well done, good and faithful servant. You did the right thing without regard to the Scrooge McDuck pile of gold. Somebody... You know, you gave the shirt off your back. You were there when somebody was alone or dying or they needed help or a place to stay or a job or something or you shared your food with them or you smiled at them when somebody had a bad day or you just sat quietly or you got into the fight and you started trying to work through holding people accountable and putting a stop to this evil behavior to protect others. whether it's the protection of the unborn or the protection of the older people or anything like that. There's a million things to do and there's no excuse to sit there and do nothing. No excuse whatsoever. And I don't know how many people sit there. They know all the stats on the players on their home team, but they have no idea what their rights are. Yeah, in Newsflash, it's all fake. They have that all arranged before the game started. It's all driven by money. The whole thing is driven by money. And so why would a person spend time in fake news fake sports, fake entertainment. It's all fake. It's all curated. And what, what a waste of a life when, when every minute could be put into something that's positive, turn it off and learn, you know, go to Mike's, go to Mike's, you know, go to Mike's Zoom on Thursday night and start learning. Showing you how to do a trust, how to structure a trust, how to live through a trust. It's not that hard. People, it's amazing. Once you understand the concept, it's very easy. Very easy. Yeah. And I think it's important. Well, let's say a prayer a minute and then we're just going to go about our day. But I really appreciate your time, Mike, so much. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Mike and for John and for all the wonderful people who are willing to give of themselves. benefit others they got their fork out and they're feeding other people and they ask nothing in return it's really inspiring and I'm so grateful to know such wonderful people that you put into our lives that are selfless that are warriors and fighters who stand in the gap when other people may not have the knowledge and and or the ability to have the courage to stand because they just don't know. Thank you so much for every good thing that you've given us. And we ask your protection for General Flynn, Admiral Rogers, President Trump, and all those people that are standing before us that are... Standing against the evil and or exposing it. I really kind of love the way that President Trump throws things out there to help us learn to question things and also throws people that need to be questioned right out in the light so that we see exactly what they're doing. He's not looking for agreement. He's looking to educate us and to teach us to stand on our own two feet instead of being dependant. to the next corrupt system that's going to come if we don't learn this. Thank you so much for walking us through this. We love you so much. And we want to be your best friend. We want to do whatever it is you ask us to do. We're willing to walk the path. Just give us the feet to walk the path that's before us. and let everybody know that they're loved today. Give them encouragement. There's so many people that are so discouraged right now, and I understand why. It's just one after another, bad news, bad news, bad news. Give them the nudge to get into your book and into scripture so that they can see that there is always hope where you are, and that your faith will never leave us or abandon us, and that we know that, and we can count on that, and we put our faith in you, not in what we see or what we hear. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. So there you go. Okay, boys and girls, here we go. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to brandenburgforgovernment.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And like a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, wearing cowboy boots that weren't better because I wear them every day. And then we get to some real stuff going on, right? And, and such. And, and all the good guys that are working there, you know, Some things aren't exactly as we see. And the way that things are being played right now is that we're in irregular warfare. If you think you got things figured out, your biases are going to betray you. And so ask a lot of questions because there's not one of us that knows every part of this puzzle. We're very flawed. Human beings are very flawed. Have grace for people that are really trying, but they just don't have it figured out yet. And be merciless to those who are attacking you. the innocent. And when I mean that, call them out. Say what's on your mind. If you see something, you have to say something and you have to get in the game and act. And when I say that is tell people when you see somebody that's attacking or hurting people like the people in Byron Township. I'm telling you right now, Byron Township is staffed with people that have absolutely attacked through land and water rights, the people of this township. It's going on all over the United States. You have to step up and do something. Michelle said, Governor, I need a sign for my yard. Well, we're still pondering things here, and I'm sure that that that there's going to be something at some point in time. But right now, we have to fill all of these seats in this state. And I'm chairman of the U.S. Taxpayers Party with Jonathan Brader and Jocelyn Benson have engaged in an obstructionist behavior and not let us change our name to the national party. It's going to happen. But realize that we have ballot access and I'm going to encourage every single person out there who has a heart to fight to give me a call. I have had My name out there, I have made myself supremely accessible to everyone. And you need to get in the game here. Run for office. Replace these issues. usurpers that are in your township and you don't have to know everything, but you got people like Mike and myself and John and people that will help you with what you don't know. You just have to stand up and run for something. We can't replace them if we don't have people there to replace them with. And we have ballot access. So give me a call, text first, because I'm kind of a busy person and I can get back to you that way. But anyhow, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. Do something. Okay. Just do something. Essentials with Bill Moore and Karen and Ralph. And then after that, Greg Martini. Have a great day.
