Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the thirty first day of March twenty twenty six and welcome to our show today. We're going to start out with John Tater with Lawful Defense and at ten o'clock pro say Mike talking about I don't know, you know, we always go off the rails on that one. And then at eleven o'clock with Don Beatty and we'll be talking about God and God and politics and God in our lives and how to conduct ourselves in a professional way when we're conducting business politically and otherwise. And I don't know, it should be a fun thing. So anyhow, let's start out here with my body. Hey, john, how you doing? I'm doing good. Cool. So what's happening in john world this morning? Well, we kind of got off on talking about behavior of public functionaries. and the problem that we have is the general public has to understand when you control the language you control the narrative and so what is the language when we speak to public functionaries that we need to understand and we need to know and as you brought out in your little blurb on what is the tick tock that said yeah outreach versus usurpation uh the people in government the public functionaries that exist uh some of them lawfully and some of them not believe that they can change the language water it down and get you and i to follow their philosophy and therefore when you talk about overreach you're just kind of it's a slap on the wrist you know you just you just stretched beyond your oath of office No, no, no, no, no. And it doesn't work that way. If you step outside your oath of office, you've usurped authority never granted. That's a big difference because usurpation is a legal term and usurpation is criminal. And when a public functionary steps outside of his office, and does something that he's not allowed to do he's usurping authority and that brings it into the legal realm and those people as far as i'm concerned are violating the trust of the constitution and therefore they are they are creating acts of treason and that's where it's at We have been too nice and too lenient, and I hate to use this word, too liberal with the language that we have been using over the years, and we've allowed these public functionaries to get away with it. First of all, people elected, appointed, hired by to work in a public in the public sphere are not official, not leaders, not officers, they're public functionaries. They have a function in government. And that function is in government is based on their oath of office. Because their oath of office tells you, as a citizen in the country, what they are allowed to do and not allowed to do. And what we have done is we have said, well, you know, when you step outside your office, you're just kind of overreaching. No, no, no, no, no. You are usurping authority. You are creating treason to the Constitution. That's where we got to go with this. And that's what we got to take the gloves off and stop being nice to these public functionaries who have been abusing us over the years. And it goes from the governor in Michigan on down. I don't know about other states. I suspect they're pretty much the same. And we have federal government or federal public functionaries in office that are supposedly in office, but that office doesn't exist. That office doesn't exist because it is not created de jure. And that word de jure means constitutional. It has not been created by the Constitution. Yes, in Michigan they have a provision in the Michigan Constitution that says the government can create up to twenty offices. The government can create the governor and create twenty offices, but those twenty offices cannot involve themselves with the public in any way. Can't arrest, can't pass on information. All they can do is get information and gather that information for the governor because the governor can have a staff and that's all it is, is the governor's staff. They have no other function in there. So we take a look at child protective services. That doesn't exist in the state constitution or federal constitution. That office is not there. And therefore, those people that work in that field and they stick their nose into the public, they are violating Number one, their oath of office, which I'm sure most of them haven't even taken, and they are violating the whole idea of Norton versus Shelby County. And Norton versus Shelby County is really the treatise of what the Republic is supposed to look like. We the people are in charge. We are in control. We are the sovereign, not the government. And I've had Judge Berg in the US District Court Eastern Division say that judges have absolute immunity. They do not. They do not have any immunity when they step outside their office, when they step outside their oath of office. And so that's where we've got to go. And I'm going after Judge Berg eventually. I'm going to have him in a lawsuit. and uh we'll see how that one takes off but the problem that we have is that all of these people that play in the government are there to protect each other they're not there to to work for the people as as you might believe they are there to protect each other from uh people like me and you that realize that they're usurping authority never granted and we go after them and they say no no no we got absolute immunity they don't have any immunity because if if we the people this is the logic behind it if we the people are the sovereign and we the people make up the rules then we the people can give ourselves immunity can't we How can we, that don't have immunity, give immunity to judges? They just stole it, you know? It's illogical. It's logical. And but the thing of it is, is that is that they I think if you're in politics, even for a short period of time, you can start a normal person will start seeing that this is an industry. And like a lot of industries that create cartels and alliances to protect themselves, it is it is a money making industry. And I mean, it's a big money making industry. Everyone's taking a cut of something all the time. It is a criminal enterprise. And it's extortion. It's duress. It's threat. It's all of those things that it was never intended to be. And quite honestly, whenever I see somebody that's in office, even if they're just doing, I'm just doing a job. I'm doing what I'm told to do. That kind of nonsense. Well, guess what? You're still responsible. You're still part of a criminal enterprise. You can't sit there and say, well, I only drove the getaway car. You know, it doesn't work. You're still part of it. And I'm going to digress here just a little bit on the Republican Party because and the Democrat Party's because the major parties, they are criminal enterprises because they've taken foreign money in our election. This is a criminal enterprise. It functions as a cult, not a cult, but a cult like brainwashed. And anybody that participates or stands with them is like saying, well, I only wrote, you know, drove the getaway car. I was trying to help, you know, I, I knew they were like stealing, but you know, I'm going to justify it and said it was a, you know, it was to help, you know, feed puppies or something like that, that they convinced him to do. That's what the political parties do. Yeah. If you look at the political parties and, that take money where does that money come from commerce comes from us government government doesn't create jobs government doesn't make a widget government has nothing to sell But their power that we, the people, have given them, the authority. And unfortunately, we don't understand that. We don't control the authority that we give to them. We put them in office, and then we turn our eyes away from them and don't pay any attention to what they're doing to us. and where they're getting the money and where they're doing all of this they're getting it from the government which is getting them from us which is getting it through taxes and through inflation and through all of the other processes that they have set up they're a criminal enterprise that has nothing to do with trying to protect the country from enemies foreign and domestic because they are the enemy They are. And I mean, think about this. If they keep us broke, poor, busy, broke, trying to survive, which is what they've been doing, we don't have time to fight them. And then they stick us in the government indoctrination camps with a signed school or education or university on it and brainwash people into thinking that they're superior or that they've got all the answers. They don't even realize that they've been brainwashed into a position of, and I'm going to say it, of slavery to that government. Did you know that the slaves in Egypt, and just in case anybody doesn't know that, yes, there's been slaves and slavery all over the globe for a very, you know, for forever, okay? One of the first populations that was enslaved was the Irish. And I mean, it's not just racially biased and like skin tone, color thing. It's just that people are evil and they like to dominate other people. But when you look at, oh, man, I lost that thought real quick. But when you look at the structures that we have out there, and I don't know. I mean, oh, I know in Egypt, they only paid. Part of their wages that they took as slaves was twenty percent. We are above eighty percent. We're above eighty five percent with all the different types of taxes, discretionary, this, that and the other thing. And then add in inflation. And that's why every generation is going backwards. And, you know, it used to be that you'd move out, you get a house, you do this, that and the other thing. Most of you can't even afford a house anymore. And part of that's due to these developers. And I got to tell you, we got a big problem with this development here. We're in the same position that China was in where the currency, the fiat currency became worth nothing. So they went ahead and they put it into housing homes, that sort of thing, doing the same thing. We're going to have so many ghost cities around because there's a six hundred thousand unit gap in between units for sale and the amount of buyers. We are at a deficit of six hundred thousand right now, as high as we've ever been. This is not going to end well. And it's those fricking developers who are taking foreign money to build. They're working with all the suppliers. They figured out how to extract profits out of people through homes, making it a subscription rather than ownership. I mean, I could go on on this for a long time. But we got a problem and it's a large one. And everybody's going to have to step up and say, you know what? We're throwing this off. We're not doing this anymore because these people are evil. This is the process of a failed government. And we have a failed government right now because we have a government that doesn't work for the public. We have a government that works for itself. And obviously, if they're using foreign influence. I'll be right back. I'm listening, but I'll be right back because this is going to be important. We need to take this in this direction. I want to get a book. Okay. The foreign influence on our country is for what purpose? For the fall and the takedown of the republic. We have people in our country that don't even know we have a republic that think we have a democracy. And therefore, when we have a democracy, we have a organization that can vote away the rights of others. And we don't have a democracy in this country. We have a republic in this country. The republic of this country is based on the Constitution of the United States, which has the power, which the government gets their power to rule from, the Constitution. However, we have kind of sidestepped that because we are not paying attention to what the Constitution says. We're not paying attention that if that office does not exist, that individual cannot fill the office that does not exist. And that's from Norton versus Shelby County. You must have a de jure office that is an office that is identified by the Constitution and that is not only identified by the Constitution, but spells out exactly what the duties of that particular public functionary is in that job and if there is no constitutional authority and when you go to the city and to the counties it's charter authority but there has to be an authority to set up that office and that authority has to be developed properly in other words when you have a ordinance in your city that ordinance has to be on in the constitution And that constitution, most of those ordinances, most of the ordinance officers have not been set up properly because they came in after the charter and they never went back to the charter to say, we need an ordinance officer. And the ordinance officer has the responsibility to do the following, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And if he doesn't, if that happens, issue is not written in the Constitution, that ordinance officer does not have that authority to do that. Breaking the law. I mean, this is, this is a, this is a usurpation as you say, and they're breaking the law. So, I mean, even people that are in offices now, if it's not constitutional, you better get out because you're breaking the law and there's going to be a, there's going to be a day, a judgment day for all of this. I think it's coming close. I wanted to bring something up that I think is interesting. Did you know that? Okay. So this is kind of an interesting book and I've been talking about this for a little while. about the fourth turning. And I think this is kind of interesting that we are at the two hundred and fiftieth year of the United States. Right. We're celebrating that. The fourth turning is about four generations. It's basically four generations and it's the cycle, the natural cycle for countries. And the first generation has usually liberated itself or come out of something that was really bad. The next generation, their kids, they didn't see it, they didn't participate. So they become removed from the situation that the first generation was in. By the time you get to the fourth generation or the fourth turning, It's the end of that civilization. And it works like clockwork if you understand that cycle. I am a little interested right now where we are with the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the United States. I kind of think we're kind of right on schedule right now because things have gotten so unhinged and it's not. We could be on. What's that? We could be on schedule. We could be. It looks like we're on schedule. Now we may change and that's okay. That would be okay too if it's the way it goes. I'm not part of that decision making panel or anything like that or committee. But if it changes, I guess everybody needs to get their mindset that this is a predictor of the future. And I think we've got some really good, real smart people that are fighting it. I think, you know, they're fighting destruction for sure. Doesn't mean it's not going to change. I mean, for certain right now, we need to have things change. When you look at how much usurpation there is in this nation that needs to go away. And it needs to go away through nullification, go back to what worked. I don't think anybody should be afraid of things changing. I think we need to be part of that and just run for office because I'm the chairman of the U.S. Taxpayers Party in Michigan, which is the Constitution Party, which has not committed any criminal money laundering like the other parties have. To a degree, I agree. But I think with what we have done so far by putting Trump and the White Hats in, I think we're turning it around. I think we're going to break the cycle of the fourth turning. I don't think we're going to fall. I think we're going to go the other direction. I'm very optimistic that we are winning this battle, not losing this battle and not quitting. More and more people are getting the idea of what Norton is. The problem is, over the years, over the decades of America, we have allowed criminal enterprises such as the bar, such as the attorneys and the judges, to get their own little organization set up in this country. And that bar organization and those criminals that are in the bar, the attorneys and the judges, are there to protect the system that exists today. They're not there to protect the people. They have violated their oath of office. I would venture to guess that there may be one or two judges, Eileen Cannon may be one of them, but there may be one or two judges out there that really understand what's going on and really understand the law, and the rest of them are just going along to get along. their their attorneys uh they wanna they wanna perpetuate the system because during the perpetuation of the system they put piles of money in their pocket and that's all they're interested in they're not interested in the country they're not interested in the future uh here's the here's the fun funny part about it they're gonna all be rich millionaires in a destroyed country That's where we're headed. They're going to be all millionaires on the Titanic. It's like being a king or queen over a manure pile. That's right. That's exactly what's happening. And they are perpetuating that to happen. because the judges are criminals, all of them that I have ran into. In fact, I have sent the letter to the Justice Department, to the FBI, and even to the Supreme Court, as well as those that call themselves Judicial Oversight Committee. Jim Jordan, Grassley, Cruz, and Eric Schultz. Those four people of that, because they've had a specific title that I figured would work, and they all got certified letters from me. This was back the tenth of March, and I haven't heard from anybody. I've even called them and left them a message. I haven't heard from anybody. What does that mean? It's scary that there are people out there that really, and I spelled it out for them, I spelled out who the judges were, what their behavior was. I identified court cases that I've been through. I've identified pages of court cases that they could look up and look at these judges. I have Judge Yonker. He's in your neighborhood. He's a criminal. He says that in his document that I believe in the de jure republic theory. And it's not a theory. It's a fact. And then, of course, he belittles me in my philosophy of what I've been saying about the de jure republic theory, what she calls it. He's a criminal. Well, that's what they do. They put their glasses down on their nose and they're like, you're not a bar attorney. So we're not going to talk with you with respect. I'm going to go ahead and make a clarification when I said that they would be a king or queen over manure pile. I'm not talking about the United States being that. I'm just saying that they do this nonsense like no kings and create all of these disturbances and such instead of doing something productive. And honestly, let the criminals loose and that sort of thing. They would rather sit as king of a manure pile than for all of us to be able to be equal and have a good life where we actually have community and take care of each other. It's really sad. It's tragic. But here we are. You know the old adage, what the opposite of pro is con? Yeah. The opposite of progress is Congress. And that's where we're at. Yeah, there you go. our representatives who think they are representatives who think they are officials and leaders and officers are really nothing but representatives but they don't get it they don't understand that they're supposed to be representing the public and in fact we got those democrats out there that are representing illegal aliens as their constituents come on folks wake up what's what's what's the story here what's going on and why do we have Why are we even considering illegal aliens as anything but illegal? I don't get it. We know why, because that's what's going to keep these... public functionaries, these Democrats in office are the illegal aliens because when the American public wakes up, they're going to realize that we don't need these people. We don't want them. They shouldn't be here. They should not be in America. If they came in illegally, they should be removed forthwith as quick as we can get them out of here. Oh, but John, we can wordsmith it, make it look so beautiful by calling undocumented. Yeah, exactly. Well, that's what I'm saying. Control the language, you control the narrative. So we got to get away from that. We got to go to Norton versus Shelby County, where we actually spell out what's going on. Usurpation, when they're usurping authority never granted, that's a criminal act. They should be held responsible for that. De jure means according to the Constitution and the rule of law. When they're de facto, such as Obama, such as Biden, and a whole bunch of others that are in office are de facto, that means as a matter of fact, but not according to the law, they should be removed because they're usurping authority never granted. I'm on page, I think there's page numbers on this thing. I'm looking for yellow highlights. I'm on page six, which is yellowed. If you have yellow. Okay. I know it's there. There you go. Five. Five. What does five say? but it is contended that if the act creating the board deployed and the commissioners were not officers de jure, they were nevertheless officers de facto, and that the acts of the board are a de facto court are binding upon the county. This contention is met by the fact that there can be no officer, either de jure or de facto, if there be no office to fill. That's me right there. You got to stop right there for a minute. If there is no office to fill, they are officers that cannot exist. They're not there. They're neither de jure nor de facto. There is no office to fill. And of course, Eileen Cannon brought that out against the special prosecutor, Jack Smith. when she said that there is no officer of the special prosecutor therefore jack smith does not exist period she brought it up to to date i think her decision was in twenty five twenty twenty five um and so she brought it back into the limelight back into the current situation which validates it which gives it power. It's still valid. Norton versus Shelby County has never been overturned, can only be overturned by the Supreme Court. It's a nine to nothing decision. It's stare decisis. It is the law of the land. And she used the law of the land. So she just kind of brought it into focus because a lot of the judges and attorneys kind of say that we don't follow any laws before nineteen ninety. So if it happened before nineteen ninety, it's old law and we don't pay any attention to it. Why do they say nineteen ninety? What's the what's the big deal on nineteen ninety? I don't know exactly what it is, why they use that term, why they use that date, but that's what they've been saying. So basically they're saying the Constitution is old and irrelevant. Norton versus Shelby County is old and irrelevant. And all of the court cases that happened before the Civil War are old and irrelevant, but they're not. Our whole system of government is based on case law and based on the Constitution. The power of the government to exist is based on the Constitution. Without the Constitution having life and power, the government cannot exist. since the government gets its power from the Constitution, everything goes back to seventeen ninety two. I think it was when the Constitution was ratified and brought on board. So We are living with the Constitution, and we the people in general have to understand that. And if we the people in general understand that, today, the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of America will be a glorious time and we will move forward. If we continue to follow the philosophy of the public functionaries that are in office, we're all going to be part of the slave state. because that's where the deep state is trying to take us. This war is not against President Trump and getting President Trump reelected. This war is against getting rid of the deep state or getting rid of the banking system, getting rid of those people that have been in control of this country since, you know, nineteen thirteen and even before then. We're getting rid of those people. We're getting rid of the evil of our country. And if anybody, Democrats or Republicans, can't figure that out at this point in time, I don't know what to tell you. They're brain dead. Well, when you look at what they did with all of these unconstitutional agreements, giving our sovereignty away, and they really layered all of these agreements, like the La Paz Treaty that was put in place, that basically made our southern border into a hundred and thirty mile neutral zone, international zone. That's why we've had so many problems there. Now they're getting rid of those. And that's the one thing that gives me a lot of hope right now, is to see that President Trump and the White Hats, the good guys, are going after the structure. And you can't look at this without making some assumptions that the military is in control and that there's a lot more going on than what people probably are reacting to. And I don't know if everybody's been paying attention to this, but have you heard how many times President Trump says central casting? and the people around him. Lots and lots of references to central casting, which I find absolutely fascinating. So I really do believe that there's been a lot of people replaced. I mean, I met Pompeo, the new Pompeo, not the old one. And it's not the same guy. There's no way. And if you look at the people, I mean, really look at them, like Biden and such, there's no way that's the same guy. But I think it's on both sides. I mean, the Republicans and the Democrats, because there's so many of them that are just, you know, they're evil. And I look at even the politics in Michigan. I don't understand why we keep recycling these guys and gals here. It's almost like, well, we've picked this cast and crew to represent the state, the puppet masters have, and we're going to keep recycling, and we're going to run again, we're going to run again, we're going to run again, and such. But they never do anything. They just raise money. They're like a puppet show. to raise money for this industry that's out there. And they work with the stage managers, which is the political parties, the Republican and Democrat parties. And honestly, I think the other parties are involved in it, too. I can tell you the U.S. Taxpayers Party isn't because we don't ascribe to anything that's unconstitutional. So my opinion, the only one that's clean right now is ours. But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't say that it shouldn't go. I'm kind of a fan of what Washington said is that all political parties need to go away. It's a bad system. It's too easy. It turns into special interest. People hijack it. In fact, we've got some county parties that are setting up, and we were going over them in a meeting last night. And honestly, the way that the language in some of these, uh, county parties, um, and such, it actually allows for special interest takeover. So the people that are writing those, they're absolutely doing it to be able to enable the political process to be taken over by special interest. So got called out last night, pretty brutally. And, um, it was a, it was an interesting meeting. There was, there was a lot of, uh, discussion back and forth, but the truth prevailed. And I think we've got a very good system going forward, putting things that were that needed to be improved in place. And I feel, feel really good about everybody involved in it. It was, it was a great meeting. Do you want to go back to Norton here? Yes. Let's go to the next paragraph because that is very important also. The other part, the doctrine which gives validity to acts of office de facto, whenever defects there may be in the legality of the appointment of elections, it's founded upon consideration of the policy and necessity for the protection of the public and individuals. Here, for the protection of the public and individuals whose interests may be affected thereby, officers are created for the benefit of the public. Oh, the next sentence is really significant, though, too, that is not yellow. And private parties are not permitted to inquire into the title of person's clothes with the evidence of such offices and is apparent possession of their powers and function. For the good order and peace of society, their authority is to be respected and obeyed until in some regular mode prescribed by law, their title is investigated and determined. So don't be a rabid badger. That's right. Well, number one, you have the right to ask one of these public functionaries, according to this right here, you have a right to ask your public functionary to prove his de jure authority. Because if he doesn't have any de jure authority, see, you have a right to investigate and determine that title of that office. And if that office doesn't exist, and if they can't prove their de jure authority, they do not exist. So guys, think about this. What if we challenged everybody who is in an unconstitutional office or function? Think about how many people and jobs that are sucking the lifeblood out of this nation would just kind of go away. It would be amazing. It would be totally amazing. And then guess what? They'd have to get a real job instead of just trying to capture their neighbors, their communities and money, launder away from people that produce. That's right. What an extraordinary move that would be reading on. But the idea of an officer implies the existence of an office, which he holds. And people need to let that sink in. Somebody that comes to your door as an official, if you want to use that word, a public functionary that comes to your door and says, I'm from Child Protective Services, that question should be do you have and i'm questioning your office can you show me where you are the jury where you are created the jury and what is your authority here but people get all shook up when they see these people come to their door and they're concerned oh my god you know they're going to do this they're going to they can't do anything unless you allow them to do it And the problem is that we as the public are afraid, we have fear that they've been pushing on us all these years, that they're trying to control and keep us under their thumb, keep us under their watchful philosophy or watchful thinking that they got the control over who we are. No, they don't. They're like a prison guard shack. Exactly. You get out of line here and they're going to take us out, you know? Throw us back in the solitary confinement or something until we become good little obedient prisoners. But the idea of an officer implies the existence of an office which he holds. It would be a misapplication of the term to call one an officer who holds no office. And the public office can exist only by force of law. So, you know, the police officer that comes to your door or that gives you a ticket on the street can only be held by force of law can only exist because he has the gun and because he can cause you to go to jail and because he can threaten you and cause all kinds of situations that are uh against what you believe in that he holds no office he only exists by force of law And we have a lot of those people that are in public office at this point in time that are doing that. IRS is the greatest example, the greatest example of force by law. They have no office. That office never existed. There is no such office as the Internal Revenue in the Constitution anywhere that you can read. And I challenge anybody to go to the Constitution and find where it sets up an Office of the Internal Revenue. It does not. That office does not exist. They only exist because they make you frightened that if you don't file your taxes by April, that you'll either go to jail or that they'll file a tax return for you. They're criminals. They're a criminal enterprise. They're extortionists. They're not the only criminal enterprise that exists. There are tons of them out there. But that's the problem. We, the public, don't get it. We, the public, have allowed it to happen, and we just go along to get along. We don't want to ruffle the feathers. So the last part of that paragraph, which we want to get to because it's very critical, an unconstitutional act is not a law. It confers no rights. It imposes no duties. It affords no protection. No protection. That means no immunity. to these public functionaries who call themselves judges. And it is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it has never been passed. So these public functionaries that exist out there, EPA, What are some of the other ones? FCC, you name them, all the alphabetical organizations, not one of them exists in the Constitution and not one of them has authority over the general public. because we haven't given it to them, because we are the sovereign and we create the government and the government rules for us because we give them permission and authority. We delegate to them their duties and their functions. And we haven't done that to these public functionaries. They just exist out of thin air, just like the dollar exists out of thin air, the Federal Reserve note. It is it it doesn't exist. And so our new the new people that we've elected and I and I say President Trump is the head of the sphere here. He is not the entire battle that are not the entire army, he's got the force and effect of, you want to call them white hats or patriots or whatever you want to call them, behind him. And the Democrats and those no kings rally people, they need to wake up. They need to wake up. Yeah, they're getting paid and maybe that's the only money they make is to become provocateurs, but they need to wake up to what they're doing. They're destroying this country by the very essence of their stupidity. You know, I have a philosophy and this is something I see a lot, especially in the political arena, is that if you complain, you just got yourself a job because it's up to you to fix it. So somebody criticized something the other day and I said, that's great. I appreciate you stepping up to handle this job that you have pointed out to the rest of us. What's your plan to fix it? And I think that us looking at the people that are in office right now, the answer to this is yes, to get behind them. But what are you going to do to help them? Are you going to instruct them? Are you going to say, what can I do to assist you? Are you going to run for office? When I ran for governor, I'm like, well, I know I'm the only one I can count on to be honest all the time. That's why I ran, because it was my conviction that, you know what I mean? That was my conviction that I didn't know anybody else in politics that I thought was honest, because I thought they're all a bunch of liars, cheats, and thieves. I'm like, well, I guess it's my turn, right? Try to fix it. But I think everybody should think that way. Well, when I ran for office, I ran against Whitmer. Who was that other guy that was the AG at the time? Starts with an S. Snyder was a governor, but that wasn't Whitmer. It wasn't Snyder. It wasn't Snyder. It was Mike Cox. Wasn't Mike Cox in there? No. I don't know. Gilchrist is with her now as the lieutenant. Yeah, no, I can't think of his name. But he's the guy that owns the island from DuPont. He's the one that married a DuPont woman and ended up getting an island from DuPont and allowed the pollution of the Michigan waters to happen. I can't think of it right now either. I can't think of its name. Somebody may send you an email. Yeah, somebody put it out there for me in the comments. I really wish you would have run because then I wouldn't have run. Well, I did. Well, I did run. No, I mean not won. I wish you would have won, not run. I wish you would have won. Because I would have been like, go get them, John. I'm going to sit over here and, you know, drink my coffee and play with my chickens in the garden and the horses and such and go, go, John, go. Yeah. Didn't happen. They didn't. They did not want anybody in office that was going to upset the political structure of Michigan, the the socialists, because nineteen sixty three constitution is not a constitution for the republic. It's a constitution for the democracy. So they did not want to interrupt the democracy. And I was certainly going to be a pain in their side. And yeah, part of it was the smart meters that I was fighting to stop, lost that battle. But we did put on a good fight. And we did create as much problems for DTE as we could get. We just didn't have the following, just didn't have enough people that thought that it was a problem, that, oh, my God, they're going to get away with it. So we might as well just let them. And they did. And this was the problem. If we were to have had an uprising of the public at that period of time against smart meters, they would have never happened. So I have a question to you about this, because we've talked about that. Nineteen sixty three unconstitutional constitution because it was only installed by one tenth of one percent. What would you do as governor to get to get that remedied? Well, first of all, we were coming up on a constitutional, a possible constitutional convention. And so. My process is, and I'm not necessarily in favor of a constitutional convention on the federal level, but on the state level, that constitution that we have is antithetical to the republic. It is a democracy. So we need to really destroy it. So the time is coming for us to go through and rewrite that constitution. Problem is, we have a lot of people out there that are brain dead. They don't understand what the republic is. And so when we elect people to go as delegates to the Constitutional Convention, we could possibly have something worse than we have. On the other hand, I think it's very likely. Well, on the other hand, we have people that are waking up. So it's a possibility that we're talking about a year from now. It's a possibility from now that we'll have enough elected or republic-minded people that could go to that convention and make a difference. And the other option and the other process is that we can vote on that Constitution also. When it comes up, if it's not what we want, we can vote it down again. They pulled the sixty three constitution out of their hat by one tenth of one percent to make it a democracy in Michigan as much as they could, rather than force the people to go back to the drawing board and rewrite it. But most of the people in sixty three and what was going on at that time? The people were not paying attention to government at all back then. They did. Most of them didn't know what a republic was. I know my dad didn't. My dad was not really tuned into what a republic is and how it's supposed to operate. And I was a kid. So what did I know at that age? I didn't know very much. I couldn't argue and fight. And a lot of the people just finished the war, you know, in in forty eight. and uh and then the korean war afterwards and and then vietnam war and and so they really didn't have an idea of what was going on on the political spectrum so that's how we ended up pulling and getting the sixty three constitution passed but i think the war issue is over and we don't have that process And so people are waking up. I think maybe a constitutional convention in Michigan would be a positive thing, not a negative thing. At least we have a shot at it. I don't know if there's enough integrity out there right now with the preponderance of special interest and such. It's a little concerning to me because until we get people educated, I mean, we're trying our best here to educate people on what the law is and what our rights are and what the Constitution is and what was intended and what freedom looks like because none of us alive right now have ever lived truly free because the destruction of our rights happened the minute that the documents were signed. They started the tearing down right there. Look at the positive aspect. We've got Trump destroying the deep state. He wants to eliminate the banking system. He wants to get rid of the federal reserve or bring it into the treasury and bring us back to a gold and silver backed currency. When we end up with a gold and gold backed currency, then they cannot print money out of thin air like they're doing right now and can't pay off their minions that are fighting to protect themselves. So if we get rid of the banking system, which is I'm thinking it's going to happen, I'm really positive that it's going to be successful. Do you know that in the Strait of Hormuz, that the reason some of the ships that don't go through there are because of the insurance company, the insurance company that's created in England? They pay the insurance on these ships, million dollar insurance policies for these ships to go to the Strait of Hormuz. And if Trump grabs a hold of the Strait and gets it free and energy to flow freely through there, what that would do to the international banking cartel and the insurance companies, they would go down the drain. And so it's moving in that direction. and so if he pulls it off and not only he but if the if the american uh patriots pull it off and and clean that mess up uh we are well on our way to the republic uh however we do have a still a battle ahead of us and there are still you know i just read an article on my cell phone that they're going to institute the draft come on people Come on. Are you going to even believe that? Are you going to even think that's a possibility that that could happen? That's not going to happen. What's the matter with you folks? But you know, that fear creates animosity. Oh, Trump is going to war. We're going to a big boots on the ground war in the Middle East. We're not. Wake up. Wake up. You want what Trump is doing more than anything in the world. because he is trying to clean up the system and get us out of that fourth cycle. That we are a failing country. We're not a failing country. We can bring it around and make it right. Well, I actually believe that that's exactly what's happening. But my point is motivating people to say, that's great. What does it mean to be self-governed? That means you've got to get involved. You can't wait for somebody else to save you. And you've got to make an impact. You've got to say, you know what? This is my country. This is the future I want. And I'm willing to work at it instead of just looking at somebody else and complaining and wham, wham, wham. I want this, that and the other thing. It's like, OK, wham, wham, wham. Cry me a river. Then I guess you better get off your butt and run for something or be part of the process. The minute people start complaining, they lose all respect because honestly, if they're complaining, It's just time to be quiet and get in and work. There's no point to sit there and complain about it. Do something. Let's look at one more part because we are talking about that right now. Our conversation is developed into this point. When a government is entirely revolutionized and all its departments usurped by force of the voice of a majority, then prudence recommends and necessary enforces obedience to the authority of those who may act as public functionaries and in such a case the acts of de facto executives a de facto judiciary we have a de facto judiciary uh and i think we have a de jure executive right at the moment and a de facto legislature which i believe we have must be recognized as valid but it is required by political necessity there is no government in action in action except the government de facto because all the attributes of the sovereignty have by usurpation been transferred from those who have been legally invested with them to others who sustain by the power above a form of law uh claim of act claim to act and do act in their stead But when the Constitution or form of government remains unaltered and supreme, and which it is, the Constitution is still unaltered and still supreme, there can be no de facto departments or de facto office. And so they have been revolutionizing our country ever since the Civil, even before the Civil War. But the Civil War was a great turning excuse me, turning point of this whole process. So we have been revolutionized or been partially revolutionized by the judiciary, by the by the people, by the judges and the attorneys. They have been doing everything they can to revolutionize us. And the legislature has been doing everything they can to revolutionize us. And if we would have allowed kamala harris to be in there she would have revolution it would have been complete but it's not we are not completely revolutionized uh either by force or by the voice of the majority and the constitution still has life and power and we can still turn it around but we have to be involved as you've said well that's just it it's a participation sport did you want to read that last paragraph then also Uh, we can, I think so because it's very encouraging. Okay. When there is a constitutional executive and legislature that cannot be, that cannot be any other than a constitutional judiciary. That's true. Uh, when our legislature has been turned around and obviously we do know that the executive branch is trying to clean up things. The FBI has changed. The DOJ has changed. We've got good people in those positions that are trying to change the system. And the only problem is we still have a corrupt judiciary. And, of course, that is obvious if President Trump, as well as others, have pointed that out, that the judiciary is corrupt. Without a total revolution, there can be no such political solidism in Kentucky, and this is because it was in Kentucky, as a de facto court of appeals. There can be no such court while the Constitution has life and power. and that's where we are at. The Constitution still has life and it still has power. There has been none such. Thus, there might be under our Constitution as there have been de facto officers, but there never was and never can be under the present Constitution a de facto office. So under our constitution, there can never be a de facto office. And even under the state constitution, there can never be a de facto office. And the court held that the gentlemen who acted as judges for the legislature tribunal were not incumbents of de jure or de facto offices. nor were they de facto officers of a de jure office. And the order below was reversed. And so it points out here very clearly that as long as the Constitution has life and power, there can never be a de facto office. And there can never be de facto officers occupying a de facto office because de facto office can never exist. So, yes, very clear. Very clear. And thank you to all the white hats out there that are actually fighting for this nation and to return it to a constitutional republic, which it was intended to be. So anything else you want to say here today, Mr. Tater? No, we'll be back on the air on Wednesday as the Magnificent Republic. You can go to themagnificentrepublic.com and find out how to join us. You can call me on the telephone. You can, of course, we're showing our little thing there, myjtatertoatyahoo.com. Send me an email. I'll send you an invite. Join us. Find out what's going on. We do have a couple of people fighting the pandemic. speeding tickets. So we're going to be talking about them. We're going to put them under scrutiny to see if they've read the documents and understand what's going on. And so it'll be an interesting Wednesday. Join us and see what's going on. Awesome. Well, I'm going to move here to a little fifty seven second opener and then I'm going to bring a pro se mic here. And then as soon as I think this is going to be fun. because I believe he's got a very interesting story to tell. Oh, he does. He's got an interesting story. I love it when people actually have the fortitude to, say, poke the bear a little bit to get a response that was necessary to make the changes. And that's all I'm going to say right now. So there you go. There's your teaser. Come on back in fifty-seven seconds. Thanks, John. Have a great day today. And we'll be right back with Pro Se Mike. Bye, everyone. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. And here we are with Pro Se Mike. How are you doing, Mike? Good morning. How are you doing? Good. So I'm going to go grab myself a diet here. Yes, I do drink Diet Pop once in a while. And so but I'd like you to tell everybody what happened. I'm dying to find out what happened here in the last couple of weeks. Yeah, it started on March seventeenth, Saint Patty's Day. And I want everybody to pay very close attention. This should be a wake up call for everybody. OK, and I mean this in the earnest, most in a way that you best pay attention. Because I've got information through this incident that everybody needs to pay very close attention to. They better understand because now they've revealed their mindset, their philosophy, and exactly what it is and to what extreme they're willing to go. And I raised this with several other groups that, you know, what's to prevent these people from doing whatever they want. And I'm going to give you an example because it started on March seventeenth. They're doing it. They're doing it all the time. But nobody has ever really been able to correlate it to the extent that I can now do. OK, it's all documented. It's all recorded. There's no hiding it now. So there's nothing that they can do to sweep this under the rug. Now, again, this started on March seventeenth, a couple weeks ago, and what ended up happening was I had to pick up my dad from the airport and I was at his house making him dinner and his house was raided. Now we're talking about an eighty three year old veteran and his house is raided by Sheriff's Department and the Green Oak Township Police. OK, wait a minute. Your dad's house was raided. Yes. And what did they think? Why? They were looking for me. They were looking for me. They had his house surrounded. They had a someone on a bullhorn out in front calling my name out to come out with my hands up. Uh, which I refused. And, uh, so they stormed the door and I'm coming through the door. They manhandled my dad. Oh, you're kidding. No, the, uh, they came into the house, sheriff and green Oak police. And I stepped out into the hallway and they had guns already drawn. They came in with a canine unit. The only thing missing were the black helicopters. So they're yelling and screaming, you know, for me to get myself up, which I stood my ground. And I demanded to see the warrant. And they're like, well, it's in the car. Go get the damn warrant. We're going to stand still here until you get the warrant. And they're yelling and screaming, and I yelled at them back, and I said, everybody shut up. I want only one person talking. So one deputy, sheriff deputy, said, I'll be the one talking. I said, okay, fine. So everybody else shut up. And I told them to get the damn canine unit out of the house, which they refused. Oh, so just intimidation. It was. It was. And I told them, I said, I want all the fake police, all the fake cops to get the hell out of the house. Because Green Oak's fake. They're an office de facto pursuant to Norton. By their own admission. They have a certified response and a FOIA. Because I had asked them for their de jure documents. They said they don't exist. They're de facto. They're fake. So long story short, I finally let him take me into custody. Now the entire affair was recorded because we had just gone into the Tuesday night zoom and I had everybody on the Tuesday night zoom listening to everything that was going on. Well, that was about beautiful. Yes, it was well-timed. And so, and that zoom, we've got people all over the country tuned in on that zoom. So they're all doing their affidavits for what's coming down the road. So take me to the police station or to the jail, I should say. And first thing they want to do is put you through a body scanner. Sorry, no, not happening. Why not? Because I have a biometric trust and it prohibits that action. So they had to take me into another room, had me take off all my clothes, put on one of their jail garbs and put me into a cell by myself. So the cell I'm in, three D, has the access panel for their plumbing and all the cold air comes through that. So the cell is cold. I'm forced to sleep on the concrete floor. Ask for a blanket? No, it's against policy. So this was on, that's Tuesday night. Wednesday, I requested, you know, to be able to make a phone call. I was denied all day. Not until one o'clock in the morning was I able to call my dad to check on him to see how he's doing. the whole time they're they're bugging me about photos and fingerprinting sorry not happening biometric trust and that's all they would do every time they came by my cell they would harass me about it harass me harass me so this then they want to try and put me into process well they can't process me until I'm fingerprinted and photoed. So they can't process me. So I'm in no man's land, so to speak. So I'm being held there. And I kept asking, what crime have I committed? No response. Wouldn't that tell me what crime I had committed? On Thursday, I was finally able to get another call out to my dad. And I said, contact another one of our associates. And I said, I want to retain an attorney. Now on Wednesday morning, I had a Zoom conference meeting with Judge Bain, Daniel B. Bain, Fifty-Third District Court, Livingston County. And the only thing he did was rant and rave about coffee beans. Let that sink in for a moment. I know where this is going. So he was pissed that, and the reason why the warrant was issued was because I paid him in coffee beans. Now, gee whiz, is that a crime? Last I checked, no. During that meeting, he indicated that I would be held indefinitely. Oh, really? Yes. Hmm. And I had better get an attorney because I just don't know what I'm doing. Okay, fine. Let's see how this works. So on Thursday, when I put the quiet request out, the attorney I requested was Tarnoway Downing. I don't know if you're familiar with who he is. No. No. He is an advocate attorney that's going around right now. He's got multiple affidavits where he's putting local municipalities on notice for the crimes that they're committing against the Constitution. And he's looking to take all this to the US Supreme Court. I need his phone number. From that moment on, after I had requested him that I wanted to reach out to him to possibly be my counsel, All phone privileges were then revoked. I was not allowed to contact my dad. I was not allowed to call counsel. I was literally told by deputies, you are not allowed to talk to counsel. What the hell? What country are we in? Right? So Friday, I'm not allowed to make any calls. And the whole time, I'm being harassed by every deputy that comes by the cell about the photos and fingerprints. but it began to escalate. So from Tuesday to Saturday morning was nothing but harassment. Later that day on Tuesday, or I'm sorry, Saturday, they got the biggest goonie guard they could find on payroll. He came by my cell and he started in on me about the fingerprints and the photos. And I said, no, got biometric trust, not happening. He then proceeded to start to threaten me physically that they were going to take it one way or another. Okay. So I know he has to go through and finish his rounds. So while I know he's still on his rounds, there's a little button that you can push with a little speaker in there. So I pushed the button, get another deputy on. I said, yeah, I see. I need an emergency ex parte hearing with the magistrate right now. Why? What's this about? I said, one of your guards just physically threatened me. And I said, I need an emergency ex parte hearing with the magistrate. So it was either going to happen on Saturday or it was going to happen on Sunday. Never happened. I don't even think they put the request in for me. They withheld it. But from that moment forward, that particular deputy never spoke to me again. And no other deputy harassed me. They stopped all the harassing on it. So I requested to see clergy. Denied. Couldn't make phone calls. Couldn't call counsel. All denied. Kept requesting a blanket. Denied. I finally got a hold of one of their medical people that came by. And I said, look. And I pointed out the access panel that's freezing in here, freezing my ass off. I said, can you prescribe to me for a blanket? She goes, yeah, I could. She goes, unfortunately, it wouldn't go very far. I said, what do you mean? She goes, well, the lieutenants have the final say. And she went so far as to say she prescribes a prescription for an inmate that needs something, some medical attention that the lieutenants can deny medical treatment. Oh, you're kidding me. According to the policies of the Sheriff Department. I had numerous Sheriff Department deputies tell me that their policies, their rules and guidelines usurp the Constitution. It right out there. Right out there. So. I'm thinking to myself, this is beyond what we thought was a normal problem. This is well usurping their authority. Monday, we go before Judge Bain again. And he's ranting and raving about the coffee beans again. And basically indicated that if I don't pay him, something other than coffee beans, that I will basically be in jail indefinitely. That I'll be in there for ninety days, and if I don't pay at the end of that ninety days, I'll be in for another ninety days. So my dad had shown up and agreed to write a check, which he did. Now, my dad makes this agreement with Bain in the courtroom on the record. He walks out of the courtroom and walks, I don't know, fifty feet down the hallway to the clerk's office, clerk's window, to write the check. Who's there waiting? Judge Bain. Of course, because they're revenue-raising courts. That's all they are. So he wanted to make sure that the check was written. Come back to the court. Yep, yep, we got it right here. Okay, there's nothing else to talk about. Now, wait a minute. Originally, there's three cases, three bench warrants, and he had set on Wednesday for all three of these cases to be heard on Monday. Now, let's think about this. Wednesday to Monday, how many days is that, that we're going to have a show cause hearing on each one of these cases? He allows a bond on two of the three, but the third one's a no bond, which means that even if I paid the first two, I was still not going to be released. I'm going to be still held. He then goes on the record to say, well, that other case, you know, which happens to be the one regarding the biometric trust that I won't back down on. Oh, that case, now this is Bain. I dismissed that on Wednesday. Well, wait a minute. I got the paperwork right here, signed by him on Thursday. So he lied on the record. So he also goes on to say that I have six days credit. So if I'm ever arrested again, I already have six days of credit for jail time. So they're like banking your jail time. Yeah. I didn't know that was a thing. So can they pick any of us up and say, we're just going to put you in jail for a while. So in case you get ever do anything, we're just going to use those days. Yeah. We've already spent six days in. So we'll credit you six days. If something ever happens down the road. That is insane. So this is a normal practice for them. At no time from Tuesday to Monday. Was I ever Mirandized? Oh my goodness. Never. So what do we have here? We have a rogue judge, a rogue sheriff's department, a rogue system. They're off the rails. So what do we do about this? Well, what did Bain just do and admit to? He admitted he's running a debtor's prison. Now, is that allowed under the Constitution? Absolutely not. But he just admitted to it, didn't he? So over the past weekend, some arrangements have been made. And here in April, the wheels are going to start going into motion. And there's going to be a series of events that are going to start taking place. we're going to hold or I'm going to hold with hopefully others, we're going to start holding them all accountable. They want to act as a corporation, we'll treat them as a corporation. They want to act rogue, we're going to treat them rogue. Now, Sheriff Murphy went on the record sometime back that he was a constitutional sheriff. Really? This is how a constitutional sheriff acts? These are the policies of a constitutional sheriff? I don't think so. He's anything but constitutional as far as I'm concerned. He just destroyed his political career. His political career is now over. If he was thinking about running for reelection or any other office, he's done. He is completely done because we're going to destroy his political career. And I'm gonna drag each and one of these deputies, each and one of the Green Oak police, the sheriff, the judge, their spouses, I'm gonna drag them all kicking and screaming like little bitches they are into federal court, and I'm gonna sue them for everything they have and everything they will have. Because this needs to end. Because if they're willing to go to this extreme over coffee beans, What are they going to do to a group of people or even as an individual who post a like to something you see on Facebook or make a comment on Facebook or Twitter or whatever other platform that's out there? Okay. What's to stop them from raiding your house, taking your kids or your grandkids? What's your plan? This damn well better be a wake-up call for everybody because they don't give two shits. They don't care about the Constitution. They don't care about your rights. The only thing they care about is their money, power, and control. That's it. And now I'm going to take that from them. And anybody who wants to join me in that fight, you're welcome. And we will take back. That is ours. They're done. I don't care what level you're at. I don't give a shit. They've all been notified. Livingston County is now ground zero. And we're going to take them all out. I don't care. I've notified all the way up the chains. Okay. The chief judge knows what was going on. Murphy damn well knew what was going on. We've contacted the board of commissioners. They've all known for some time. that they have been out of line, that they have been doing things they're not supposed to be doing. This is the last straw. They're done. Federal lawsuits will be filed. We'll be dragging them into federal court. And I don't care if I win or lose. I'm going to keep dragging them into federal court. I'm not going to stop. And there's others that are going to be with me doing the same thing. We're not going to stop. If you want to fight, you got one. They declared war on the people by doing this, by violating their oath of office and doing what they have now done. And it's all on the record. They have declared war on the American people and the American way of life. We have the right to defend ourselves against all enemies, foreign and domestic. This is a domestic threat. The Bar Association has now sent me a package stating that they're going to come after me for the unauthorized practice of law. I welcome it. Bring it. You want to bring me into court? You want to go to court over this matter about a license to practice law? Please do. I won't give me better, more pleasure than to expose the Bar Association and all the bar thugs out there for who and what they are, a fraud upon the American people, and nothing more than domestic terrorists. It's a terrorist organization. And we're going to expose you. And you want to know something? Your buddies on the bench aren't going to be able to help you because they're all going to be disqualified. We're going to destroy the Bar Association. We're going to destroy what they call their little utopia. Because I got it all on the record now. Their arrogance is their stupidity. And now they put it all on the record, all out there for everyone to see. And we're going to expose it all. They're done. No more. What's really shocking to me is, you know, this is one example of the problem with our prison systems and with law enforcement. It is when we got into prisons and jails for profit, we really opened up a can of worms. And people become, in their lives, just become a commodity to extract profit out of. And they don't care. How many times over and over again have we heard stories where people's rights were violated and there was no legal or lawful process going on? And this is pretty abusive. It sure sounds that way. It's the abuse almost to the full extreme. Okay? This is human trafficking. What they're doing is human trafficking for profit. Yes. Now... Are we going to tolerate that from some illegal alien? No, we don't tolerate there. Why should we tolerate it here? Did you know the J-Sixers, because I interviewed a lot of the J-Sixers that were in the gulag there, you know, and the people that were guarding those prisons, they were not Americans. They said they were all foreigners. We should all be very concerned with this because the whole system is nothing but thuggery and off the rails. Yes. Yes. And for them to openly admit this on the record, that means that tells me one thing. They don't think the American people are capable of doing anything about it. They don't believe anybody's going to be able to stand up to them. They've reached a point in their arrogance to sit there and say, what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about it? I'm a judge. What are you going to do about it? I have absolute immunity. They call that all the time. How in the world did they get all these special privileges that the rest of us don't have? They delegated to themselves. Sure did. And they control the courts. They control by threat, duress, and coercion, using the police as their muscle with the guns to force people into compliance. Well, gee whiz, you know what? Last I checked, we have all right to bear arms. Maybe we all should start carrying our side pieces. If they're willing to come onto your private property, armed, then why can't we come into the courtroom armed? That's public property. If a cop comes onto your private property armed, tell him to get the hell off and disarm. Otherwise he will be traded as an enemy combatant. And you're there to protect your property. So you have a right to arm yourself if they come onto your property armed. They want to escalate this. This is how it's going to get escalated. This is full admission that they don't care, that they're not following the Constitution. I got deputies telling me that the policies of the Sheriff's Department override the Constitution. What does that say right there? Who approved those policies? Gee whiz, that's probably Sheriff Murphy, isn't it? Who told him to create these policies? Probably members of the bar, the legislators. So why aren't we doing something about this? Are we just going to sit here and let the water continue to boil more and more while we sit in it and boil to death? Time to wake up, people. Time to wake up. Time to get into the game. There's no excuse now. Yeah, well, the thing of it is we can't sit here and just complain and whine and sob. If you complain and whine and sob about anything, guess what? You just earned yourself a job to fix it. Mm-hmm. So what else happened there? I mean, I'm sure there's a lot of other nuances and things that happened when you were in the jail that would be very interesting to people to hear. Well, one day they served something that I think it was supposed to be meatballs. I'm not really sure. And I had dropped a piece of it on the floor. And after about an hour or so, the thing was surrounded by a bunch of ants. And I could see a couple of ants crawling across the top of it. Didn't pay much attention to came, you know, look back at about an hour later. And I'm looking and all the ants that were around it were gone. And there were a couple of ants I saw that were on top of it. And I'm looking at them. I'm like, they're not moving. They're dead. Now, what does that say about the food? You know what? There was a couple of the J-Sixers that I interviewed talked about having and finding raw chicken that was stuffed up into their faucets and they were all getting sick. They were getting sick. So the one guy stuck his toothbrush up in the end of the toothbrush and started pulling out raw chicken meat that they had stuffed into the faucets. I don't think that you're probably off base with this. I wouldn't trust them for anything. I was not from Tuesday to Monday. I was never given any clean garb. I was not allowed to take a shower. I was not allowed to even have a toothbrush. Now, I don't know. Is that a human rights violation? Is that a health code violation? Were you in solitary? No. Oh, no. That's another whole can of worms that they use improperly. I was in a cell by myself, but I was in the holding area. I was in a row of cells that basically the other inmates were on suicide watch. I was not on suicide watch, but I was in that row with the other suicide watch inmates. Wow. So basically they check on them every fifteen minutes. Apparently Livingston County Jail was sued because their policy was to check every half hour and they got sued. Now they had to bring it down to every fifteen minutes because they had an incident there where somebody, I guess, injured or tried to kill themselves or did kill themselves and they got sued for it. So, um. So, yeah, I had guards coming by every fifteen minutes, and it was just constant harassment about the whole picture and print idea. So while I was in there, I don't sign anything. Here's your paperwork. You need to sign this. I don't sign anything. I do not contract with them. That's a contract. They want you to contract. I refuse. I'm here under threat, duress, and coercion. I was brought here a big gunpoint. Why would I sign a contract? So you don't sign anything. You don't give them any information. They're like, well, we need to ask you some questions. I don't answer questions. Why would I answer questions? I don't have to answer questions. So you don't answer questions. What else? Yeah. It was just, you know, it was, they definitely didn't want me talking to other people. Cause I, there was a couple of times where I was able to, uh, have a brief conversation with others and I would tell them information. They started yelling at me, stop talking to other people. Don't tell them anything. Yeah. What is it in their business? If they're, they, they, they don't have the right to do that. Right. And then, you know, their, their ideology is that because they, you are there in their custody, I'll come back to custody here in a moment, that you don't have any rights. You are a slave. Now, the warrant, let's go to the warrant real quick. The warrant was a search warrant. And they were, yes, it was an arrest warrant. It was a search warrant. So how did they move from that to an arrest warrant? I'm going to come to that. Okay. I'm not real curious now. This is important. A warrant has to have an attached affidavit to make the warrant valid. Okay? There was no affidavit. They used a search warrant as an arrest warrant. And I was listed on the search warrant as property. What? Yes. So I guess we're now slaves. Well, isn't this interesting? Yes, they are now deemed us as slaves because they use a search warrant naming us as property for an arrest warrant. Okay, this is really interesting. So again, this is their mentality. They treat us as slaves. They look at us as slaves. So the signature, the judge that signed the warrant wasn't vain. It was Shawna Murphy, Judge Shawna Murphy of the Fifty-Third District Court. We are examining the signature. It doesn't look authentic. Oh, I had one lawsuit. There was no way that Christina Mims signed it. It was just said denied and put a CM. Somebody scribbled a CM and I pulled her signature. It didn't match. So they're off the rails on every single procedure, but they just don't care. No, they don't. They don't care at all. I don't know. If people haven't fought in court at all, you would be absolutely shocked. at how bad the courts are in the state of Michigan. I don't think you can get justice in the state courts. You can't. There is no justice in the state court because they're not real courts. No, they're not real courts. All they are is revenue generators. And they take a cut. They take eighteen percent of every money judgment and it goes to their Benny's package. I challenged Bain on the on the fees that they wanted. I accused him of being a third party debt collector for the state of Michigan because who's the plaintiff? The state of Michigan. He said, no, the money doesn't go to the state. It goes to them. On the record, he admitted it. So if a judge is sitting there admitting that the money goes to them, then doesn't he have a financial vested interest in the outcome of the case? Isn't that an act of bias? Isn't that grounds for disqualification? Hell yes. And permanent removal. Yes. So now you've got a money laundering operation. You've got human trafficking. You've got everything, all the elements of a RICO charge. This is ridiculous. I love it when a plan comes together. This is fantastic. So, yes, every officer that raided my dad's house will be sued independently in their personal capacity. Why? Because they never had the authority to do what they did in the first place. The warrants are bogus. They're fraudulent. And we find out that the signature on the warrant by Murphy is not valid. She's going to be dragged in because she's now responsible for it. Bain's going to be dropped. And I'm coming after their spouses as well. Why? Why the spouses? Because under the maxims of equity, they are earning an unjust enrichment. The spouses are getting an unjust enrichment. Therefore, they are just as a culprit as their counterpart in who did it. They committed a fraud. And therefore, everything that they gained by that fraud names them in the lawsuit as well. That's why a lot of times they move money into the spouse's name. when they're, they're doing something wrong. I always look at the spouse because the spouse is where you'll find the money go to in the foundations, the Clinton foundation, all of those foundations did it kind of the same way. Yeah. They try to hide the money. Now what's interesting is, is that two of the three cases were the only ones that had to be paid on. The third case was dismissed. Now, what's interesting is that I stuck to my grounds regarding the biometric trust. And they could not get past it. Now, I did have one deputy. He did come by. He goes, look. He goes, explain to me why us taking your prints and photos is a violation of this trust. I said, you know what? I'll be happy to explain it to you. Four main reasons to start off. Number one. You're looking to take my photos. You're looking to take my fingerprints. Under the taking clause of the Constitution for you to take personal private property, you must give just compensation. That's number one. Number two, I don't know what religion you are. I don't care. I don't judge people by their religion, but I believe that God created man. I am God's creation. Therefore, the trust is there to protect God's creation. For you to violate that trust, you're violating God's creation. Therefore, it's a First Amendment violation. Number three, for you to just sit there and state that your sheriff's department's policies can somehow interfere with the operation of the trust, that's a violation of Article I, Section X of the Michigan Constitution. Can't do it. And I said, number four, I said, all of this all of this, what you're doing is a violation of the equal protection clause of the constitution. So there's four main reasons right there, right off the bat, why you cannot do and enforce what you're trying to do. And he kind of shook his head. He's like, Oh, okay. And I don't know if it penetrated. I don't know if he, if he was just milking for information to go back to a Lieutenant to say, you know, but you know, be what it may, um, Hopefully that made sense to him and it got through to him. When I got through to anybody else, I have no idea. But the Biometric Trust seems to put a foobar on their administrative process. So there's some other things I'm going to try here in the near future and see what happens there. But yeah, the federal lawsuits are going to happen. They're in the process of being worked on, and we're gathering more information regarding all this whole incident. And we're going to put some ironclad cases together before the federal courts. They're going to be dragged in there. And we're going to fully expose this at levels that nobody has thought to do yet. Well, I think this is a wonderful story, actually. I'm glad that we're able to put that out there for people to understand how bad the court system is. It's not just shameful, it's horrific. And when you go sit in court, everybody should go sit in court sometimes. Just go sit and be a witness. Go sit there and observe, an observer, right? You're going to be shocked at what you see. Absolutely shocked. Yes. Now there was one guy, apparently my dad was telling me that there was a case before mine and the guy was charged with speeding and Bain charged him two hundred dollars for going three miles an hour over the speed limit. What? Yes. So why do you have it out for this guy? What happened? I have no idea. I don't know who this guy was or what the circumstance was, but that was the, the, the fine was two hundred dollars for going three miles an hour over the speed limit. Okay. I got to see what this guy looks like. I don't know what the guy's name is or anything else. So I have no idea other than that. So, but you know, it's all about the money with them. It's all about the money. The honorable. I like how they do that. The honorable. All right. Well, this is kind of interesting. But yeah, I mean, another interesting thing that came out of this was my dad basically brought up the issue that what Bain was doing in this whole matter was elder abuse. And as soon as he brought up about the elder abuse, Bain jumped out of his chair and was removing his robe before he even got to his exit door. Didn't want any part of it and was getting out of that robe very quickly before he even got through his back door. So I don't know if that had any significance, but I think it does. I'd like to look and see if we can get some other photos here. Well, there he is right there, guys. Yeah, that's Bane right there. Well, this is going to be very interesting. I wonder how his future is going to look as a judge. Probably not too bright and happy. No, no, and neither is Murphy or McGivney. Huh. You want to pull those photos back up? I'll show you which one's which. Yeah, let's do this thing. Maybe they want to be famous or something. I don't know. Okay, who is it? Okay, right in the center, down the bottom row. Yep, right there. That's McGivney. He's the chief judge. He knows everything that's been going on and has done nothing. So he's complicit. To your left is, that's Shawna Murphy. She's the one that signed the warrant. Interesting. Now on the second row, far right is, up, up. Right there. That's the one I call Dingbat Geddes. That's Susan Geddes. Now she is not running again for reelection. Rumor has it that she has a brain tumor. So if that is true, why is she sitting the bench? Because now her mental abilities are now questionable on every case that she's involved with. But they don't care. They just don't care. Now here's the other element to this whole matter during both proceedings, the one on Wednesday and the one on Monday. Now, mind you, I was not given seven days notice for a hearing. I was not allowed to prepare for a show cause hearing on three different cases. Show cause hearing means I should be able to bring in documents, proof of evidence, being able to bring in witnesses to testify and all that kind of stuff. I was denied all of that. I wasn't even able to file an objection. So all my inherent core due process rights were destroyed, all of them. Now, again, what was the crime? Has to be an element of a crime. What are elements of a crime? Well, one, did I injure anyone? Physically harm someone? No. Did I do any property damage? No. Did I deprive someone of their rights? No. So there's no element of a crime. So there is no crime. I was never Mirandized. But they did. I was there about money. That was it. Both Wednesday and Monday. There was no prosecutor in the courtroom. What? No prosecutor. Carolyn Henry, the chief prosecutor, was supposed to be in the courtroom handling these cases. She was MIA. Judge Bain litigated from the bench from beginning to end, both on Wednesday and Monday. Okay. This is how they operate, folks. They don't stay on the rails. They just go do whatever they want to do. That's right. Because they believe they have all this immunity that they can do whatever the hell they want. To hell with the Constitution. To hell with your rights. To hell with it all. You are not being a good sheeple when you question their authority. Therefore, you must pay the piper. Guess what? No more. How's that going to work for him, Mike? They're going to regret everything they have done. They're going to regret every bit of it. Sheriff Murphy, his career is done. As far as I'm concerned, we're going to be probably taking out full ads in the newspapers describing their antics. We're going to destroy their political careers. It sounds like justice needs to happen, you know? I mean, it sounds like it to me. I'm kind of shocked that they would push it this far. It really does. He's a friend of mine. What would happen if they're going to go to this extreme for coffee beans? What would happen if we were at a restaurant? having one of our meetings at a restaurant, they surround the restaurant, they bust in and arrest everybody for insurrection. What's your game plan? What are you going to do? What steps are you going to do to defend yourself here? Because it can happen that easily. Because if you start doing things that they don't want, they don't like, Well, you're saying things that will make them look bad. What's to stop them from coming after you? What is your contingency plans? Do you have one? Have you thought about it? So people need to understand this, that these people are, you know, I don't want to be too, you know, but I have a habit of using explanations that may be too graphic or too harsh, but you know what? It's the only way I get a point across. They don't care about you. They just as soon put a bullet in your head to look at you. They do not care because if they did, they wouldn't be doing what they're doing. Do you ever wonder how many people, I mean, if they had that person that committed suicide in the jail, do you wonder if they really did or if somebody else took them out? I wonder because, I mean, all we have to do is look at the stuff that was exposed with Epstein. And the cameras that they shut off, they shut the cameras off. They hide things because they can, because there's no oversight. There's no oversight. There's no accountability. They can do whatever they want to do. And there's no justice because they've delegated to themselves immunity so they can do whatever they want. That is the characteristics of a crime syndicate. Because it's not one person. It's a whole bunch of them. And they protect each other. Now, roll politicians in with this and you've really got a problem. And back to your point of them litigating from the bench, they're doing it or legislating from the bench. They're doing it every day. That's why our court systems are so bad. They take they take case law and they apply it to other cases. But the things in the case may not even be applicable to the different cases. That's why constitutional law is so important and why there's such a difference between a constitutional court and administrative court. Administrative is what we have in the state of Michigan. And that is just revenue raising. That's all they care about is how much money can they extort out of people. And to say, I was in... the Seventeenth Circuit Court in Grand Rapids, and I was filing papers there. OK, there was a guy that they jailed for ninety days and he was trying to say, well, it was an illegal incarceration. I mean, this is what was coming out. I mean, I'm standing in the hall listening to him argue with him. They admitted it just like they did with you or they said, well, we'll just put an account for you. Right. The guy the guy sat there and said, but I don't owe any money. Well, yes, you do. And it's like, well, it was an illegal incarceration. This argument went on for I don't even know how long where he was trying to defend himself. There was no offense. They they were not going to listen to him at all. And he sounded reasonable to me. You know, they literally admitted that it was an it was an unjustified unlawful incarceration for ninety days. They're doing it all the time when they come into our houses, that is unlawful. They can't do that. This is, they can't just walk in there. They can't do it with, you know, the, what they did to you with a search warrant and then all of a sudden arrest. No, that doesn't work that way. And even if they have their search warrant, they have to have specifics, specific rooms, specific things that they're looking for. And I don't know, this, this whole thing is just completely off the rails. Yes, it is. It's beyond the rails. I mean, this is... A person can't be property. A search warrant is, I don't know, this is crazy. Yeah. We need more accountability. We're the ones who have to hold them accountable. And the only way to do this is to start dragging them into federal court and exposing them for what they've done. And that means suing the clerks. That means suing the sheriff deputies, the officers from Green Oak. I mean, how's a Green Oak officer gonna defend himself in court? Oh, you're an office de facto. You don't exist. You're fake. So where's your justification here? Where do you have any authority? The test is gonna come in the federal courts as to whether or not the federal courts are gonna follow the constitution. Because if they don't, if we don't get remedy in the federal courts, if the federal courts support the actions of the state courts What's the next step? Well, let me tell you. I'll tell you exactly what my experience was when I got kicked off the ballot for the Republican Party illegally. And I want you guys to think about this. This was a rigging of an election. And as stated by the Assistant Attorney General Chris Kessel in court, this changed the history. Of the United States, not just Michigan, but the United States, because it tipped it was a fraud. It was fraud and it was ruled as fraud and in court. Well, what happened is I sued in the circuit court and they wouldn't rule on it, got kicked to the Supreme Court of Michigan. Supreme Court of Michigan is a bunch of gutless cowards. Well, we don't have jurisdiction as it in over this. Like hell they didn't. They did have jurisdiction. It was the right court to be in. Went up to federal court. The judge in federal court ruled that it was an illegal removal. Nobody would hear of this, of course, because the fake media won't cover the truth. It was an illegal removal, but refused to give remedy to an unconstitutional illegal act to me by putting me back on the ballot and making sure that I had remedy. No, because of what? What, what, what, what? Absentee ballots. So they basically just rubber stamped the whole process all the way to absentee ballots all the way through and justified it by upholding the absolute fraud in the elections. There is no remedy when that happens. That's no remedy. There should have been a remedy. There was none. Basically, yeah, it was an illegal removal. Okay, move along. We've got to get ballots printed. That's exactly what happened. Yes. The only way to get accountability is to start holding them financially accountable in their personal capacity. You sue them in their personal capacity and hold them financially accountable. I want to tell you something too. I'm not a fan of non-profits. I'm not a fan of any of this. However, sometimes you pick up the weapons of warfare that your enemies lay down. I'm starting a non-profit to help to help fund lawsuits to just everyday people who can't get into court and do what you do or do what I've done in the court system and help them get remedy, help them move through the process, have the courage to do it. And so that's something that's a journey that I have started on. And I think that we have people that are really excited about this in other areas of the country of what I'm putting together right now. And I think we're going to get some pretty decent backing on it to be able to help people to move through this system. And get that remedy that they need. Because it's a scary thing when you go in there. I mean, I had Christina Mims. Absolutely. I don't think she read the last case that was dismissed. I don't think that she even read it. And sure as heck, what I was told by another attorney that was sitting in the courtroom, the opposing attorney, according to him, was misrepresenting the law. And this is the these are the games that they play. So you've got to have you really have to have some people with you that can help you. And it's it's not necessarily practicing law, but getting you into the right the right mindset, the right mindset. people that can help you along the way to understand your rights. That's what we're doing right now. We're not practicing law here. You know what we're doing? We're showing exactly what we did. And hopefully, you're getting up to speed on this a little bit. It's an education process, you know, and, and I think that if this is an important thing, but at any rate, there's going to come a point in time where we're to, we're going to have to stand together And and one of the things I think, too, with nonprofits that I figured out is it's a great way to give direct and get your taxes out of the hands of the government in order to put it into something that you want to support. And I think that that might be a different way to look at. I'm pretty stubborn. That was a long pull for me. But but if we can help people get remedy. And in the way that you are helping people, if we can work together on this stuff, I think we can make a big, big difference holding these criminal bastards accountable. I'm just going to use the word because they're illegitimate. They're illegitimate. We have to hold them accountable and we've got to disable them from ever having a position of power again. Well, I'm kind of looking forward to the Bar Association coming after me. You want to know why? You want to have cause to go after them. Well, I already do. But you have to understand the practice of law is a fundamental right. Okay. It cannot be turned into a privilege and charge a fee or have a license. Well, even in our Michigan Constitution, it says that you have the right to counsel. Counsel doesn't mean a barred attorney. Correct. It means anyone of your choice. That's right. It could be a spiritual counsel, a financial counsel. It could be your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, a cousin twice removed. It doesn't matter. It's whoever you deem to be counsel. That's your choice. Push it. Push it into like an emotional support turkey or something like this. You know, he speaks your language. So, you know, you guys are turkeys and he speaks your language. So that's what I'm going to bring to me. He's a translator. Now, I don't know if I told this to John, but one of the responses I got from the Bar Association was because I questioned their authority via Norton v. Shelby County. Their response to Norton v. Shelby County was, well, that was back in the eighteen hundreds. It's not applicable. Yeah, where do they get this from? So if, wait a minute. If that's true, then the Constitution is dead under that logic. Yes, the Constitution doesn't exist. The Bill of Rights doesn't exist. None of it exists. You can't pick and choose. Yeah, which means they don't exist. Please tell me the Constitution doesn't exist because guess what, Judge? You don't exist. That chair, that office doesn't exist. None of these offices exist. This nation doesn't exist, which means what do we have? We have anarchy, which means I can do whatever the hell I want to you now because you've declared the Constitution doesn't exist. That means there's no law of the land. If there's no law of the land, I can do whatever the hell I want to you and never violate any law. How about that, Judge? How about that, politician? Dude, if that wasn't your mom, you would be a nightmare as a child. That is a slippery slope where, you know what, we'll do to you what you've been doing to us. We'll never have violated the law because you've declared the Constitution and our founding documents don't exist. They're not applicable. Please make that statement. Yeah. I don't know if you heard me say this, but I'm like, I'm really glad I wasn't your mom. You're wonderful as an adult, but you had to be like this little four-year-old attorney sitting there debating about cookies with your mother. Tell me I'm right. No comment. Yeah, there you go. Well, thank you so much for being on today, Mike. I think you're just you're amazing. Every time we hear from you, you know, everybody's learning so much. And I really I appreciate the time you put it into this. And that and besides that, I think you're hilarious. I mean, this is this is one of my favorite segments just because I never know exactly what's going to come out of your mouth or what's happened lately. This is fun. And I wish you great success in everything that you do. You do an amazing job. So we'll, we'll be doing this again next week. I think that I've got enough staff now replaced. We had a little bit of an off the rail situation here. And so, so now that I can come back and do this a little bit more, I've got a lot of people asking me to be on every day again. And I'm like, well, I got to get a few things like buttoned up here and I think I'm there. So we'll plan and see you next week. And now we're going to go to another fifty seven second break and I'll be on next with Don Bedia. We're going to be talking about the role and I'm just going to say it, the role of politics as it relates to God. And so I think this is important because what we have seen is so disgraceful. in our political arena, I am shocked. And I'm going to go over what happened last night in our U.S. taxpayer party meeting. And it ended up, being really really good because you know it's like you know as chairman of the u.s taxpayers party i'm not going to put up with this nonsense that we're seeing in politics of tearing other people down you can't tell me that you're a christian that you're god believing following individual or spiritual and and act the way that these freaking deranged badgers act like in their pursuit of destroying other people's lives just to go yay we win we knocked him out with a hockey stick you know we beat him up we beat up his family or her family that's not okay and i think every single one of us needs to be speaking out on this and holding these people accountable that are doing it and say you just disqualified yourself from a seat at the table because you don't know how to conduct yourself as a statesman. So, fifty-seven second break here a minute, and I will be right on with my friend, Don Beatty. Thanks, Mike. We'll see you. See you, everybody. Good morning and welcome to the third hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and I'm on today with my friend Dawn Beatty. And I got to tell you, Dawn is one of my favorite people on the planet because she is authentic. She will say what's on her mind and you never really have to guess what's going on there. And I got to tell you, I appreciate that so much because so many people are playing games all the time and I absolutely hate it. like hate it in a big way. And so anyhow, how are you today? I'm doing good. Yeah. I'm ready to do this. You know me, I'm not normally like a camera kind of girl just because I am pretty forward and I want to be kind. So I want to stick on track and just speak the truth. And I'm happy to be on because you two are a very good friend of mine. And we're like, you're my spirit animal. I get you. You get me. We are direct, but we try to speak truth and grace. And sometimes truth hurts. our nation is under attack. And the really sad thing is, is that I don't think people understand the threat, you know, the threat of what we're facing right now. And you know what, I think you and I are the poster children of what happens when people don't comply to the system in place of capture within the party system, within politics, within the grooming of people to go along, to get along and how that, what that looks like, how that ostracization looks like, what, what, what has, what's happened. So, you know, I, I, I'd like to talk wherever you want to go with us because we've been both of us front and center. Basically, you know I'm a woman of faith. I've always followed politics. I remember sitting in my car at lunchtime in high school, listening to talk radio, politics. I just didn't get involved until twenty sixteen with President Trump. And I've always been an independent thinker. I've always been a strong conservative, but I didn't, even when I was younger, really comprehend the parties. You know, who was what? And it wasn't the same back then as it is today anyway. So I got involved with the Republican Party back in twenty sixteen. Now, I've always been honest about this. I didn't vote for President Trump twenty sixteen because I figured he was two sides of the same coin. I've been down this rabbit hole for over twenty years, you know, that the parties are just kind of a divide and conquer type of deal. But when he started building that wall, I was like, all right, this is my guy. You know, because for me, it's always been who's the most conservative, who's going to stand by what they say and who has the most integrity. So I got on board and I got on board to support President Trump and to help conservatives get elected. But unfortunately, since that's happened, people are starting to turn on President Trump and they're fighting each other. So I didn't join. I mean. I didn't get involved to fight other Republicans. I didn't get involved for any other reason but just to, as I said, most primarily to support President Trump. So, I mean, I don't even know where to go with this. But basically, I've been saying for a while, so as part of my faith, As a Christian, I believe that we need to put Christ front and center. We have to have a biblical lens when we look into anything and everything. You have to be Christ centered. And when I started in politics, I was very Christ centered. And I always said, if politics starts to change me, I'm out. And over the last couple of years, I've seen the change in me. I've become angry. I've become bitter. You know, I even started cursing again, which I wasn't doing before. And, um, Long story short, God kind of rattled me over the last couple of months and set my priorities straight again. You know, I believe that this was my season. That was my mission for the time. But he's trying to redirect me and I wasn't paying attention, wasn't listening. And it was changing me and I wasn't seeing it because I became so engrossed with politics, party politics, which can become, I'm sorry, like a cult. And for me, it was always whoever's the most conservative, not whoever had the R or the D or the L or whatever the party was. I've got to ask you a question here a minute. When I got kicked out of the Republican Party and such, you still supported me as a friend. General Flynn did too. And some other people who knew who I was, they weren't buying this nonsense of this created... You know, this created fraud that happened to me. They actually looked at, you looked at me and everybody else did. They know what happened and said, you have had a crime committed upon you. And I, and I care about you enough that I'm going to stand with you because I know you're innocent. Whereas people, they wouldn't even come near me. They wouldn't talk to me. They wouldn't be in the same room with me. Because it's like, you know, and even people that knew I was innocent did that. How did you get treated? You know, you wore my T-shirt. We marched in the parade together and said, how did you get treated? Because this is going to go off into another little tangent that I want to get to in the manipulation, the psychological manipulation that happens when people just want to win and they don't want truth and justice. It's so funny because it's hypocrisy. How you're treated depends on whose side you're on at the moment. So, you know, when we had a battle in Macomb, it was all, you know, one of... I was an officer for the Macomb GOP or something at the time. And it was like, oh, one of your officers, she supported a taxpayer party. And I'm like, she was a Republican that... was illegally removed from the ballot and then no one from the Republican Party even defended. And so, you know, she just went off to where she was going to be accepted and appreciated. Now, again, coming from someone who's always I've always voted the most conservative and nine times out of ten until twenty sixteen, it wasn't the Republican Party. It was The Constitution Party, a.k.a. I didn't know at the time they were a U.S. taxpayer here, or a libertarian. Because I've known for the longest time that it's a good old boys club. Look at Republicans, Democrats, same difference. Sorry, not sorry. So I see them in the little back rooms with their cigars, and I'm like, all right, you come over here and pretend to be the party of God while leaving him out of it in your actions. And we're going to be over here for the party of, as far as I'm concerned, we got less or, you know, do whatever makes you feel good. But in the end, we're not going to do anything. But we're going to keep them fighting each other so they're not looking at the guy behind the screen. So when I came out in support of you, people were like, don't do it. You're a party leader and all this other stuff. And me, I'm like, I don't care. It's not about party leadership for me. It's nothing like that. It's who's the best for the job. And I believed in my heart it was you. And so I voted that way. Sorry, not sorry. Over the years, you know, I thought maybe I can try to make change from the inside, you know, and over the last year or so, I haven't really had much to the district of the county and that's a whole totally different story, you know, but I really enjoyed being on the state committee. Okay. So I ended up running for secretary of the party and that is a means to, you know, to try to see if I can, you know, change from within. Well, yeah. This is where things started to change. You know, of course, I was, you know, very instrumental of the removal of Christina Cromwell, which I would do again. And Trump even said if we did not remove her, he was going to bypass Michigan and have Illinois run his campaign. That was a fight that was just because there was some things that were going on that that were going to tank the party and Trump. you know, getting into office. So I became heroes to some people and we became friends and everything. And then other people hated you. So it depends on whose side you're on at what time of how people are going to treat you. You know, and then when it comes to these recent elections, I was, I didn't support, you know, the establishment candidate that a lot of my friends supported. And then suddenly anybody who didn't support that person was, you know, crazy or retard or idiot or whatever. rhino or whatever, you know, name had to come up. And I just, it was just like a wake-up call to me that it was just like, this is, politics are dirty, sure, but you make them dirty. And we're supposed to be on the same team. We're all conservatives. But first and foremost, we're Christians. So we can't pretend like we're the party of God and slander and attack and tell lies and be deceitful to other Christians. You know what I'm saying? Like that halo doesn't come off because of politics. And I saw a part of this party like it was like God finally woke up my eyes like, OK, I need you to see what's really going on because I need you over here now. So after this most recent campaign, especially between Attorney General and Secretary of State for the party, and all the lies and slander, and I mean, the evilness, the wickedness I saw from people, and honestly, that comes from fear. Okay, if the slinging is coming from a candidate, it's coming for power. If it's coming from their supporters, it's fear. What do you fear? Like, I have no fear. The Bible tells you three hundred sixty five times not to fear. You're fearing because, God forbid, if a Democrat gets an office, you're going to lose everything. Christians, where does your help come from? Your help does not come from the governor. It doesn't come from your secretary of state. It doesn't even come from President Trump. It comes from God. And he has already predetermined every single election from last weekend to the time that Christ returned. And there's no spinning and deceit and lies and cruelty that you can spread that's going to change his will. And I think this has become the devil's playground and it changes people and it makes you mean and bitter and angry. And it really shows a lot of lack of faith. Well, and I think that's a really good point because, you know, God's got it all kind of in his hand and we don't really have to worry about it. But it's a good thing to go through things and see the deficits in systems and in how people can behave better so that it's a process improvement. We should not be acting this way, and I don't care who you are, because the respect for each other to have choices, to move away from something else because you feel convicted, that ability to lawfully, legally, constitutionally, uphold individual rights and not coerce or threaten or anything else like that and i i don't know what i see is the party removing people that doesn't go along with group think is that something you've seen and why do they do that this is what's hilarious okay it's like a vicious cycle of stupidity So and for the record, I have this week stepped down after the convention as I resigned from secretary of the party because I really don't want anything to do with party politics anymore. I will still help some friends that are running a racist because I believe in them. But as far as the party, it's I don't align with them, you know, because they can claim this is their platform. But it doesn't mean that they adhere by it. I say all that to say this is the vicious cycle. We need somebody to run for office. We need somebody good in this seat. We don't have anyone that's electable. So then people stand up, they come forward, they're willing to run or they're willing to support. And what do they do? They chase these people out of the party. For example, Carla Wagner. Whatever you think about Carla Wagner, you know what I'm saying? She's a conservative. She has her beliefs. They may not adhere to what the traditional Republican platform may stand for or what you as an individual. But to go after someone in your own party that hard to where they drop out of a race and just go somewhere else. And then when comes November, they're going to be like, we got to win over the independents. Where do you think the independents came from? So many of these independents are not undecided. They're conservatives. But they've got kicked in the teeth so many times, like you, who end up having to leave the party because they didn't appreciate you and what you brought to offer. If you don't fit into their little mold of go along to get along, then dude, to hell with you. I'm not bringing up any names in that. I did bring up hers. But, you know, there was a Secretary of State candidate who, for the last five years, has given all her blood, sweat, and tears, not only for her constituents, but for the party, you know, for parents, fighting for parents during mask mandates. She started a five-oh-see-three and a five-oh-see-four to help candidates get elected two years ago. decides to run for, you know, a secretary of state seat. And because she wasn't the chosen one of, you know, some of those that believe they're, you know, they're political influencers in the party. She was absolutely attacked ruthlessly. And tried to assassinate her character, people who liked her before. And I'm just thinking, this is absolutely insane. And if I were her, I probably wouldn't do anything for this party again, but this is what she gets in return. All she did was her civic duty. People want people to run, they run, and then they destroy them. So I don't want to be part of that. I understand. So what do you think? Okay, I'm going to just ask some questions because I'm curious. Do you think that there's still good people in the party? I know the answer to this, but I want you to talk about it because there are a lot of people that I believe are trying to do the right thing. But also because of the scare tactics that's used within the parties and the ostracization, it's a painful process. What's your thoughts on that? You know, the thing is, is there is absolutely, it's kind of like in, let's say in Lansing. I think a lot of these people run for office because they have good intentions. You know what I'm saying? Then whatever ends up happening to half of these people, that's between them and God. I have no idea. I think they get threatened when they get in there. I really do. Well, I mean, I know they were signing non-disclosure agreements after COVID, you know, and I know someone who ran, got in and refused to sign that. And that man was ostracized until they were able to get him out. And that's the way the game's played. And again, it goes back to a biblical perspective. You know what I'm saying? If your faith is in Christ and you know your money comes from Christ, your home comes from Christ, everything you have comes from Christ and not from man, then you're not easily manipulated. And I don't care what people think about me. Today is not the day. You know, I stand in the audience. You know what I'm saying? Like, I put you on the calendar for three weeks from now. I'm still not going to care. But not everyone feels that way. And I think sometimes politics becomes almost like a club, a social group. You know what I'm saying? You know, you got to follow, you know, it's like the bullies on the playground and I'm not playing football. I'm too old for that. I don't need that. And the thing was is so, you know, these people, sometimes people just forget like I did. I went in here with a biblical perspective and at some point I lost it. And it became like the game. It's all about strategy. We got to win. We got to get people in. And it was like, if they're not an R, they're a D and all this stuff. And it kind of overtook my way of thinking. It became almost like an idol. And, and I think that happens to a lot of people. I believe they're good Christians, but what, you know, they're somehow like to justify that they're doing this somehow for God, or this is God's will. But if you read the word of God, it's not as well for you to attack other people. You know, you know, we're in this world. We're not of it. You know, the devil is. Doesn't the Bible tell us that we're supposed to go to that person if we have a beef with them. And then you don't just sit there and, and create teams of like predatory teams to destroy people. This is wrong. You can have your beliefs, but to do something like this, I mean, this is, it's, that's almost a war, you know. What I was saying though, you know, on social media and stuff, you know, even before this election is the thing that, you know, the Bible says that if you have a problem with your brother or sister, you go directly to them, you know, and, and these people knew these lies. were lies but they have to use it as part of a strategy to remove an opponent or therefore an enemy and somebody again that they had respect for you know fifteen minutes ago so they they utilize it by saying well this is what it said or this is what i heard i say did you go directly to her i don't have to i know she's lying I am not a saint. Lord knows that I am a flawed individual and I'm saved by grace. And every day is a day that I have an opportunity to grow in Christ. And so I am not like sitting here like I am, you know, St. Dawn, because anyone who knows me knows that it's not the truth. But again, God slapped me upside the head. And, you know, and Jesus is at the door, whether people want to accept that or not. And we don't got time to play these games. We're playing the devil's playground. He's sitting back. The devil is laughing his butt off as he watches the church fight each other over things we have no control of. I don't care how much you steal, you cheat, you manipulate, you strategize. If it's not God's will, that person is not going to win. You know, we've gotten too involved in things of this world while forgetting what's really important. Well, when you destroy a human soul, I'm pretty sure that's on the top of the list for and is equated to murder. It says so in the Bible, so I have to believe it. I know that we have a mutual friend, too, Terry McCoskey. And I know he didn't sign anything and betray people. And, you know, there are good people in there, but you got to look for them. And quite honestly, you got to get in there long. And you got to get in and you've got to talk. You've got to actually talk to people. When I had a guy call me not too long ago and he wanted to run on the U.S. taxpayers party, really excited about it. And then he said to me, he said, I've realized that I absolutely can't win and I want to win. So he said, I went to, in his exact words, he said, I went to the specific people that you have to kiss their ring, basically, in order to get in. An outsider doesn't. And Governor Engler actually said to me directly, he goes, who do you think you are to run for governor? He goes, you should have gone and worked for Mike Rogers first. And I'm like, no, I'm not that kind of a person. And he literally said that to me. So, you know, like if you look at the people that are out there, you know, that that are in the structure of this kiss the ring structure. Are you disturbed or, you know, I'm sure you know who they all are. But, you know, how is it that, you know, why can't new people be actually accepted into the party? Why is that? What's the structure and how do they get rid of new people that come in? I mean, I know how they got rid of me, but, you know. part of the structure unless they're going to comply to the demands of the powers that be. If you're willing to look the other way, you know, if you're, you know, do what you're told. I mean, Macomb County is a prime example and Terry McCaskey, now that you brought that up. You know, there was somebody who believes they're pretty powerful in Macomb County that when Terry decided that he wanted to run for office, asked to speak with him and pretty much said that, you know, he wasn't happy because he didn't, Terry didn't ask for permission. And Terry was like, dude, I'm not going to repeat what Terry said, but he's like, I don't have to ask you for permission for anything. You know what I'm saying? Like, who the heck do you think you are? And they did everything they could to slander him. I mean, they voted for a Democrat for sheriff. And even after he ran for sheriff the first time, a former deputy clerk came to his wife and said, listen, your husband wants to do an audit of this election because it was stolen. So anybody who says there's no funny business in Macomb, they're lying or they're ignorant. But it was ten thousand dollars. You know what I'm saying? And then he ran and he got a seat in a special election in the House. And they pretty much were in furlough until he was out. He only had the rest of a year. They didn't even go into session. you know, and to make sure that there was nothing that he could put through or try to do. And, you know, even his own party, you know, didn't support him and he wouldn't sign a nondisclosure agreement. And, you know, and then it boils down, you know, a lot of times as supporters. I mean, I'm seeing some of these young kids get on and they're like little Alex B. Keaton's, you know, they're not ready to volunteer. They want to be leaders and then they're going to sniff around and follow and wear their suits and do whatever it takes, you know, for them to climb a ladder. You know what I'm saying? It's very much a cult type of a structure. You don't get asked to sit at the table unless you're part of... The rigging and the corruption. I mean, you know, it's like ask everybody needs to ask, why is it that nobody has really in office has really done anything of a sizable effect to actually help or stand for something? Why aren't they putting themselves out there as a leader should to take those actions? you know, slings and arrows and such. Like, honestly, they don't want to lose their seat. That's right. They don't want to lose their power. Well, look at what President Trump has done. I mean, he is like a freak of nature. He is an anomaly, you know, and I mean that in a good way. I mean, look at the attacks. If somebody's not getting attacked, they're not doing anything. And if they're hiding behind an office or a title or something else like that, They're part of the system. You're going to rock the boat. They don't want you on. You're a person of integrity. They don't want you in there. You know what I'm saying? And it's sad. But the thing is, and again, I mean, even back in the Bible, you know, wicked nations had wicked rulers. And you're going to get who you deserve. And as long as... You know, the Republican Party is going to act ungodly in the name of Jesus and justify their behavior of destroying people and destroying their reputations and stuff. Do you think he's going to hand over? righteous leadership, you know, they're not praying for God to change our hearts and our nations. They're doing what they can to protect what they believe themselves and they can justify it because they're not Democrats. And again, like I said, so when they're looking for, you know, I've always been a conservative, but it doesn't mean I've always voted Republican because I vote for who I believe is the most aligned with my personal beliefs. And which is based off of the Bible. OK, so if I think you're sketchy or I think you're compromised, I'm not going to support you because you have an R after your name. And that's the thing they want. And I've been hearing that for years, even when I didn't vote for Trump in twenty sixteen. But I did the last couple of times. they'll tell you, but if you don't vote for us, it's a vote for the Democrat. Oh my gosh. I don't care. Again, these guys are just figureheads. God is in control. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm like? They're just, They're nobody. You know what I'm saying? Like they don't have any power. You shouldn't worship a political leader. They're public servants. I put my trust in God. They're not celebrities. This is who I vote for. My vote is for Jesus. God, you do what you got to do. Because in the end, I know that he's got me and he's going to protect me and I'm not worried about it. No matter how bad it's gotten, I've got a roof over my head. I got money in my bank. I got food on the table. And like, if we're going to be straight up honest, which is how I roll, I love me some Big Daddy Tea. Trump's my boy. I don't worship him. I believe God is using him. I don't believe the enemy is going to reveal themself. I believe that, you know, I've been drawn to eschatology most of my life even before I was saved. And, you know, the Bible talks about Mystery Babylon and it says that we're not going to understand this until, you know, the end days. And I truly believe that's being revealed before our eyes through President Trump. And I believe that Mystery Babylon, if you read on it and you see the characteristics, it is this deep state, demonic, globalist entity. It is a one world government that is manipulating. We live in the Truman Show. OK, it's been manipulating our lives for centuries. And it's finally starting to come out. And I believe he's using president Trump. However, we have the majority in DC and I don't know about you, but my life ain't getting any better. You know, I still got like twenty seven percent interest rate on credit cards that I can't pay down. I still have a mortgage that's incredibly bloated for what I have. You know, fifteen dollars an hour is now the minimum wage and people can't live off that. Well, we thought it was crazy five years ago. So don't tell me if we get a Republican in office, things are going to change because they're going to change unless God says they're going to change. And he's not a Republican and he's not a Democrat. He's the Lord. He's got it. It's like you look at all of us are God's children. We were all created equal. And in a political process, we have to follow the law and we have to uphold each other in our rights to have differing opinions. That's what America is about. It's listening thoughtfully, letting people express things, and then not listen just to respond and say, you're wrong, that sort of thing, because we have our confirmation biases. God gives us free will, but parties don't. Yeah, we want to listen because we want to learn and learn something new because somebody else sees the problems from a different lens. They've got their wisdom that can add to ours. And when we all get together, it's a really beautiful thing. Now, we've both been to some events and such. at say Mar-a-Lago and, and different things. I mean, I mean, and I got to tell you guys, Dawn is a delight. She is so much fun and she is just a delight to hang out with. And I just got to tell you, I love you and I'm so proud of you for taking this stand because your stand wasn't against the Republican party. Your stand was a stand to have godly behavior and to stand with people that would actually act Like, you know, God would want us to act with integrity of a statesman and such. What can you say? Because I'm going to tell you right now, I don't really think I've seen any Republicans that are seated in office. I haven't really seen many of them. And the events. What's your thought on that? Have you gone to events and you haven't seen like elected officials there or people that were part of the Republican Party so much? I mean, have you seen them? What do you mean by events? Like going to Mar-a-Lago or going to, you know, rallies or something like that. I mean, what did you see? Because there's differences in the rally. Like the first rally. Rally, I went to the rallies that they're going to get recognized. I mean, if they go to anything, it's to market themselves to show that I'm Trump's person. But I mean, there's people running for governor, Republicans that were team DeSantis trying to bring him on. You know what I'm saying? When Trump was already running, you know, what you're saying is they use them. They just use him for his name. I spoke to you the other day, and I said I would come on, but it was never to bash the party or any individual people. That is not my goal. That's not why I'm leaving. I mean, from the state party down, it's just a hot mess. But that's because people are a hot mess. People are freaking out, and they're forgetting who their first love is. And my point of walking away and my point of calling out is to bring everybody back to Christ. You know what I'm saying? Right. Don't put your hope in man. Don't destroy. This is not who you are. This is not who Christ is. This is not what he wants. Are you there fearful of a Democrat that you're willing to sin against God? Something just popped up. I'm like, thanks. I don't know what's going on. And I guess to my point is that we never see any elected officials at things that are around President Trump. I really haven't. They don't show up at them. And so, I mean, when when we when we look at, you know, it doesn't it doesn't matter what party it is we're talking right now. This is what I see. I see it's the establishment against we the people. They're not responsive. They don't listen to us. They don't care. And I kind of feel like they're using people with good intentions. in the political parties that are trying their best to help. They want to do something. The platform comes up. They go, yes, this is what we believe in. But they don't follow that. Not the people they try. The people are trying. But the politicians are just like, We do what we want because the donor dollars, the lobbyists and everything that they're hit with every day, it just somewhere gets lost in translation. Well, Martha Rota watches your shows from Michigan. So, you know, the point that I'm saying with this is recently, you know, we had an endorsement convention for the Republican Party for who we wanted to put on the ballot for the general election for Secretary of State and Attorney General among some of the school board ones. um so that's what i'm talking about and for example like the big push for the establishment is it was not based on what they did or what their plan was it was experience they have experience and they can win that was all they didn't run on their merit and then while like their supporters went absolutely Wicked crazy on the opponents, just totally destroying, trying to pull. I mean, saying one of them was a Democrat, despite the fact she's given everything she had to the party, especially over the last five years when she got involved. It was absolutely insane. But the thing is that it's manipulation and fear. If you do not vote for this person in this primary process. it's going to be your fault when the democrats take over and you get voted off the island in the game of survivors out there you know it really it's really brutal it's it's so brutal and i just don't think that any of us should behave that way i mean if somebody disagrees instead of saying you know you're wrong you're wrong maybe maybe well tell me what you think because maybe you've got a different way to approach it what i found with talking with different people is that we actually are a lot closer together in what we want. We want to be able to have a great life with our families. We don't want to see people – I mean, Americans are very generous. We don't want to see people that are hurt. And those of us who are Christians believe that when God says, give the shirt off, you're back to someone in need. We'll take people in our homes. We will help them. We're not going to be stupid and be taken advantage of. But you know what I mean? But it's like if somebody needs help, I don't know anybody who truly lives as a follower of Christ. would turn their backs on those people and and and that that is that it keeps getting washed away because it's like what what are we are we republicans are we democrats are we this are we that no we're children of god i have to have a label it's children of god yeah it's like a child of god first and foremost and that has to When you have that type of mindset, before you make any decision, you look back and say, is this what I'm about to do or what I'm about to say or how am I going to act? Is this going to glorify God? If it's not, then I'm not going to do it. And I'm not going to be afraid to do it because, again, my help comes from the Lord. I fear him more than I fear any person on this planet. So when the world is telling me you have to do this or you're going to lose everything you have, but the Bible tells me that that's not true, I'm going with the Bible. All day long. You know, and it does talk in the Bible to pray for our rulers, pray for those who are in authority over us. In America, my opinion is, is that it's a greater commission, because if we have somebody that's in office, whether they were. in a rigged election or whether the people voted them in and it was too big to rig and they got in anyway. Our job is to communicate with our leaders, to instruct them, to tell them what we're concerned about and such, but it's not to go out there and try them in the media to blast them, to try to spread all this gossip. And I guess this is where I'm going with this. The gossip that I see coming out of the mouths of people who profess to be followers of Christ is in It really it to themselves, not not to what they're saying. I mean, I mean, if you if you're evaluating something, we're the boss, we're charged to evaluate and have the receipts. But you better bring those receipts if you're going to talk about something instead of just saying, oh, this person did that because my my cousin Agnes over here told me that as she's knitting or her, you know, orange cats or something like that. Or, well, we went to the cigar bar over here and everybody said that this was going on. Is it true? No, it's an opinion. And unless they've got the receipts and you act like, I mean, if we want the courts to be honest, why aren't we practicing that ourselves? Why aren't we bringing the light of Christ into things? which is truth and justice and honor. You don't treat somebody on the campaign trail any differently than you're going to treat, you know, Gladys next to you in the pew. You know what I'm saying? He sees it all. He knows it all. And even when you said too big to rig, that wasn't something that the Democrats did. That's something God allowed. You know what I'm saying? We can ask. We can fight. We can steal. But if it isn't God's will, girl... Newsweek already had Madam President. Hillary was supposed to win. I don't think most people truly believe Donald Trump was going to win that election. But God was like, hey, not today, Satan. I need this guy in here right now. You know what I'm saying? So it doesn't matter how many votes God has determined. He allows it. We could ask or we could pray for something we can. But he knows better. He already knows what what's going to happen five years from now and how his decision is going to affect it. And you look back, you're like, wow, I never saw it that way. I'm glad for that unanswered prayer. I got to tell you, you know, I think that when we talk about being tested and we're testing these public officials all the time because we just know they're going to fail because blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Y'all need a job when you go into that arena. You know, I think the real test is coming at us to see if we are going to be worthy And it's God's test to see if we're worthy of self-governance. I've always said that the rewards that are talked about in the Bible, the rewards, it isn't what we think it is. It's not the material rewards. It's rewards of the spirit. And the reward is being put in a position to do good works. That's the reward. It's not, we're going to wake people up. You know what I'm saying? Because more for others, we're being prepared for battle. And sometimes, you know, you gotta, you know, you gotta be tested by fire to make sure that you're prepared. And like I said, I was going out on a, on a road that wasn't, know pleasing to the lord i was getting kind of you know i'm guilty of that so i don't i don't judge anybody who's still in that mindset just because i got out of it fifteen minutes ago and woke back up you know what i'm saying so i don't want anyone to think that i'm holier than now or i'm judging you i'm just saying don't something i'm not going to get into it something very traumatic had to happen to me for god to get my attention and say, listen, I need you. Things are going to get ugly. I have created you for a time such as this, and you're focusing on all the stuff that is not important. I need you to get back on track. I need you to be looking through things through my lens. And he got my attention. I don't want to see other people have to go through the hardships and the tragedy that I had to for God to get my attention. But he is always good and he is always right. And he has blessed me with peace and strength. And I'm ready. You know what I'm saying? And this was like the last step. He put me through one last battle in this world with these elections. And now I have a testimony. You know what I'm saying? And now I see what I saw before. And if I could come through this battle, so can anybody else. You just have to strengthen your faith. Politics is a side gig. Politics is a distraction. Politics makes you feel like you're doing something when you're really not doing anything but causing chaos. Quit with the crazy. Get back down to who your first love is, and that's God and Jesus Christ. Read your word. Pray for discernment. Pray that he gives you whatever it is that he has for you because he is at the door. And the Bible says that the world is going to be like Sodom and Gomorrah. I mean, we can see how ugly it is. And it's going to be a battle because when you're standing out against wickedness, wickedness is going to come at you hard. Now, they can't take me out. I'm not worried about that. It's the weak ones that they're trying to grasp back down. And I just need everybody to be strong in their faith, trust in God, stop trusting in man, stop destroying each other. For what? You know, what is the Attorney General or Secretary of State going to do to better your life at the expense of somebody else's? It's sick. And think about the destruction of the human soul. Every single person is so precious to And to go after anyone to destroy them in a seminal way, this is so wrong. We are better than this as a nation. We are better than this as a church, as human beings. And this isn't okay. We're supposed to be light in the world, not adding to the chaos. God is not the author of chaos. But when we do that, we are. And this is a lifelong pursuit. We are all fallen. We are not perfect. We're like little kids that we walk for a little bit, boom, we fall on the ground again, right? We're going to do something stupid. Every single one of us is like that because we're learning. We are children of God. We're not God. We're not God. And in his grace and love, he goes, you're kind of cute. You know, you're kind of like a puppy that pees on the floor here. Not happy with a pee on the floor. But guess what? You're awful cute. And I love you. And you're mine. So let's get up and try this again. And he picks us up. He hugs us because he adores us. This isn't a test from an angry God that's trying to throw fireballs at us. They want us to believe that because it keeps you coming back again to the guilt and the grief altar. Instead, he holds us, he loves us, he welcomes us. God opens his arms and says, "...all who are willing." are welcome all who are well i mean it's a battle it's much like the military you got to go through boot camp and that is not fun and you're going to get pushed and you're going to be tested and you're going to see how strong you are you know i'm saying because it's no joke you're going this is a spiritual battle oh yeah i'm saying and this is where ephesians six tenths or eighteen comes back in if you're looking at democrats or fellow republicans or any other human person as the enemy then you're out of step with the word of god everything like they say with your family my husband we might fight he's not my enemy the enemy is going to come into your life into your relationships and try to create havoc because that's what he does and he is doing this and using the church and the name of politics to drive a wedge between us to weaken us to divide us and anything that is divisive is not of christ You know what I'm saying? And so the thing is that he comes in here and he tells us that this person is the enemy and that person is the enemy. In the end, it's a spiritual battle and you're not going to win a spiritual battle by earthly means. So that's why God doesn't say fight the Democrats or destroy people running for office. He says to pray for your country. and I will heal you in your land. He said, pray, because praying is one of the spiritual weapons. The word of God is a spiritual weapon. Prayer is a faith. These are all spiritual weapons that people are putting down and they're fighting with harshness and weapons of the enemy. And they're attacking people. And that's not what they're making us fight each other. So I just going to make a statement. Are the Republicans the enemy? Are the Democrats the enemy? Are the libertarians the enemy? Are the taxpayer parties or the Constitution Party people the enemy? No. We should all be standing together and the best candidates need to be in office who are there to serve the needs of the people. That's what this nation was founded on, not the corporations. We got to get rid of the parties anyway. I think so too. You know, I mean, there's the part, the nonpartisan parts of, you know, the ballot. You don't know who they stand for. You actually got to do some research. Get rid of the party. The parties were designed to divide and conquer. That's why the first time I ever voted was I was twenty. My hair, sorry, is driving me nuts. I wish I could see myself. Anyhow, I digress. You look beautiful. Bless your heart. You're so sweet. But anyway, it was Ross Perot. I voted for Ross Perot. I did, too. I thought he was amazing. And I was like, this guy, why aren't these guys saying what this guy's saying? Stay out of my business. Stay out of my message. Go over there. I don't need you to rule my life. You know what I'm saying? You're here for whatever reason God has you here. And he came in second place. I'm from Macomb County in Macomb County. And the powers that be, you know, your swap or whatever you want to call them, they couldn't have that. So then they got rid of third parties. You couldn't be, you know, and with their buddies in the media. You couldn't be on debates anymore. You had to get a certain percentage, you know what I'm saying? And it was a way for them to control. And they're doing that within the party. So if you come with that mindset into these parties, and I can only use the Republican Party, for example, because it's the only major party I've really as an adult been part of, you come in with that mindset and They can't have that either. They don't want you running as an independent, but they don't want you to bring your thoughts with you. You know what I'm saying? Because they have their platform, but they're not as conservative. Again, it's two sides of the same coin. So once people realize that and you're playing a freaking game, like stop, get off the crazy train. And I'm off the crazy train. Now I have some friends. I love them. There are still a lot of people that I still love in the party. You know what I'm saying? I think I'll be on the crazy train the rest of my life because I don't do anything formulaic. Well, you know, the Bible says that we're a peculiar people. You know what I'm saying? And we're a nation set apart, you know, and we're peculiar to those that are lost. And we're peculiar to those that are not strong in their faith. And I'm cool with that. I've always been a little different. So bring it on. But the thing is, is that, you know, I have friends that are still going to be running. You know, I'm going to help them. This is important to them. You know what I'm saying? And they're good people. So we do it. We do have to. There are people at the same time that will go way over here and say Christians should be involved in politics. Now, that's not true. Because how do you have a righteous leader, which the Bible says, when the righteous, you know, are reigning, then the people are joyful. How do you have righteous leadership without the Holy Spirit, without the church being involved? Without having having God's authority over us, you know, people will just do whatever they want to do and justify it. You can't justify things to God. He goes out, you know, and it's it's sometimes a little painful. Let me tell you, you know, but he's the one that keeps us on the rails. And will you ever walk away from something and you thought it was the right thing at the time ago? Oh, no. I don't think that was the right thing to do. And he'll tap you. He'll say, uh-uh, let's go in. And that wasn't exactly well. You just did the puppy thing and peed on the floor here. I love you, but let's go back and clean this thing up a little bit because we're not perfect. And that higher authority, he's our guide. He tells us everything. And he does talk to you. If you listen to him, he will talk to you. I'm going to give everybody a challenge today. Go get your Bible and just let it fall open. Just let it fall open randomly. Approach this randomly. That's what you do with relationships. Dawn didn't know what I was going to talk about today. I didn't know what she was going to talk about today because we don't script anything here. This is all from our heart. And it's terrifying. I love that you mentioned that Bible thing. Again, without getting into too much information because that's my business. But I was struggling last year with something just very devastating. And I had a very raw experience. Honest prayer with God. I was not happy and I was afraid, you know what I'm saying? And I needed to hear from him and I and I was bawling and I was like, I need to hear from you. You know what I'm saying? I'm not playing like now, not forty years in the woods, but now. Please. And I got done praying and I looked over and my son-in-law's Bible is laying right there on the couch. And I open it up. I'm like, how many times have you done this? And there's nothing right. And I said, God, I'm going to tell you what, I'm playing this game. I'm going to open this Bible and wherever my eyes land, I want it to be what you're speaking to my heart, what you need me to hear. And hand to God, boom, I see a twenty seven. It was Psalm twenty seven. And if that word wasn't exactly not only what I needed to hear, but over the next coming weeks, exactly what I was living. And it gave me the strength. to get through an incredibly difficult time because I know that God's got my back. You know what I'm saying? And I know his promises in that word to me are unfallible. So no matter what the enemy comes up against me, I'm going to win. I'm going to have victory. And so no matter what, I don't care if Mussolini is running Michigan. Nothing can harm a hair on my head outside of God's will. They are not my provider. You know what I'm saying? And just like, you know, he protected those during Pentecost. But, you know, just put it right over the door and just went right over them and took care of everybody else. He's going to protect me. And I don't need a party to do it. And this is how we have the strength to go into battle. It's because our trust is in God. And just like so many times. people have walked right through the middle of tragedy and not one hair of their head is harmed. We have that with God Almighty. Well, I have another meeting coming up here, but would you come back on next Tuesday? This was delightful. Yeah, it wasn't that bad. I can do this. I know this is one of the, you're like going, oh no, it's going to be, you know, it's fun. Let me talk too much because I don't say something crazy and I can't take it back. This is the way we need to talk with each other. It's authentic. It's like sitting down and having coffee. It's talking about whatever is on your mind and being able to say it and say, that's great. I just uphold the fact that you can say whatever you want. That's why this is no censorship. I talk about Jesus all day long. As long as I don't have to work next Tuesday, I'll be back. You want to pray or you want me to pray to end it? I can pray. Go ahead. That's great. your heavenly father lord in the name of jesus i praise you and i thank you for your goodness your kindness and your tender mercies lord god i thank you for this opportunity lord to speak your truth lord god and i pray lord that you will touch the hearts of those that need to hear this word lord god i pray lord that you will become the center of everyone's life once again lord for those that have walked away those that have backslidden those that just haven't been paying attention lord god i pray that they will make their ways right because you are at the door lord god and there's nothing in this world that is more important than our salvation lord We were put on this world to speak your truth, to glorify you, Lord, to bless others by knowing that your truth and your wisdom, Lord God, please let the things of this world slip away, Lord, as we concentrate on you. Thank you so much for Donna, Lord, for this platform and her willingness to speak truth, Lord, to the people, despite what they think about her and her beliefs, Lord God. I pray for every person here and here today, Lord God, that you will renew your relationship with Jesus Christ, Lord God, that you will open up that word, Lord, And that you will draw near to them and that you will let them know what it is that is their will for their life that you have for them, Lord. That we all be prepared for battle, Lord. That we concentrate on Ephesians six, ten through eighteenth, Lord. That we remember that our brothers and sisters in Christ are there to be loved and nurtured and supported and not drug down and through the mud, Lord. That we don't make the things of this world a priority in our lives. I praise you and I thank you for all that you have done for me, Lord, and for the goodness and kindness in your tender mercies. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen. In Jesus we pray. Amen. Thank you so much. Well, it's time for that part of the show, boys and girls, where we will go to, ding, ding, ding, ding, go to brandenburgforgovernment.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, in cowboy boots, see who wears them better, Italy, me, because I wear them every day, of course, you know, and then we go and fix stuff and we talk about stuff, you know, and just fix things and it'll be great. And and at any rate, I just want everybody to know, remember that little picture. You're not going to get it right. We're God's children. All of us are. And that's OK. You know, we learn and you learn the best lessons by screwing up sometimes convicts you. And then you gain a little wisdom along the way. He loved us enough to give us the choice to make mistakes. And it's his plan, his sandbox. Guess what? We're going to go with it. So with that said, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. It's here. It starts here, here. Your connection to God will let you and help you as he carries you walk through anything and everything. No enemies out there in the parties. This is nonsense. Okay. This is where I get to be mom, right? Mom of the planet here. You know, these people are not your enemies. Sometimes the programming is, but not people. So, so have a great day. And thanks for being here today. And I don't think I'm going to be on tomorrow. I've got a couple of things I've got to go to, but we'll see the rest of the week, but keep your eyes open and keep your powder dry. Okay.
