Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the twenty third day of October twenty twenty four. Welcome to our show today. So today we're going to start out with Liberty Essentials with Bill Moore, Karen the Riveter and Ralph the IT guy. And then we're going to go to a friend of mine, John Stubbins, who does who does Indivisible, which I love, John. John has got quite a history of working in in media, as well as bringing truth forward. And he's just an all around nice guy, a good patriot and such. I went to, I think the first time I met him was at John Rich's house. And after that, we went to another event at at the Trump International Golf Club, which was really a lot of fun. But he is just a beast level patriot who is constantly networking people together, bringing the truth forward, telling stories about people's lives. And I really, really do like him a lot. But in the meantime, we're going to go to Liberty Essentials with my buddies, Bill, Ralph, and Karen. How are you guys doing this morning? Good. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. So, um, starting the day out, what's happening in everybody's life right now? I'll tell you, we, uh, um, we have been busier and I'll get out over here, uh, especially with, uh, with work. I learned something over the past several years. I think I mentioned it before that if you're going to, you know, pray for the Lord to bless work and bring more work, um, You can't forget to also ask for the hands to do it. We've been over-blessed and short of hands. So luckily there's a handful of people that have come up recently that are needing work. So I'm looking forward to expansion a little bit. Ralph, how about you? I know you've been really busy and somewhat stressed because lots have been going on. Yeah, just not... Not a whole lot to talk about with me other than just I've been just work, you know. A lot of attacks going on in the IT world. Yep. Long days lately. Long days. And there's a little bit unrelenting, but, you know, I have complete confidence in your ability to thwart any and all attacks. Karen, how about you? Adapt and overcome. Yeah. Yeah. I put in the last couple of weeks, I put down about thirty bags of mulch around my garden. And now I'm picking up walnuts. If you want walnuts, I have I don't use walnuts. I don't have the ability to, the interest to. I hate the tree. I despise the tree. Spreading walnuts all over my yard. And by that, I mean walnut trees all over the yard. And additionally, the walnuts themselves. So I picked up a whole ton of walnuts yesterday, and I'm maybe halfway there. You've got to feed the squirrels somehow. Yeah. Are they English walnuts or the black walnuts? Black. Yeah, those are a little tougher. My dad always had an English walnut tree and got some pretty funny squirrel stories out of that because he decided to spread them out and let them dry out and such on a newspaper. And the squirrels got in and ate his walnuts. And after that, it was like there was a war on varmints at our house. Yeah. We do have an occasional squirrel, but not so much because they cross the road to get to them. And then they eat the crows, right? Yeah. That's the good thing about walnut trees is you get to get in some small game. I love seeing people where English is not their native language try and pronounce squirrel. see what it's fun watching people who do not have english as their native language try and pronounce the word squirrel yeah it's got a complex complex thing so uh what are we talking about today guys I wanted to hit this again and bring up the fact that we are in a corrupt satanic system right now and you know we saw a correction what we're giving communion with a dorito to someone which that was just kind of like really evil but I wanted to read something because I thought this was interesting when adam and eve ate the forbidden fruit they were eating a communion meal with the devil this is what paul says that we must not do as christians first corinthians To eat a meal with a person's God, the person must be under covenant. This is why in many pagan societies or in Satanist cults and in Christian societies, pacts are made between local demon or Satan and the members of the cult. Let's examine the Satanist covenant structure. Transcendence or imminence, which is presence, hierarchy authority, which is submission, and Anti-ethics or pro-magic, which is manipulation. Judgment, oath, which is sanctions. Inheritance, continuity, survival. Not surprisingly, it's very similar to God's covenant because he is nothing more than a liar, thief, and imitator. He can't come up with anything new. The first point is a lie. Satan possesses power, though less power than he possessed before the death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. as the sending of the Holy Spirit and the sending of the Holy Spirit, Pentecost. Satan has never been God. He's never possessed omnipotence, omniscient, or omnipresence. He possesses delegated power for limited purposes. So we don't have to be afraid of him, which I think is really important. And as we're going through a very unprecedented time right now, if we can actually spot and look at what Satan's up to right now, we can lay his sorry behind out to everyone, point it out using discernment and say, this is why this is wrong. But we saw that last week or the week before with Gretchen Whitmer giving a communion with a Dorito. Well, you got to remember too that in first Peter, It's laid out very clearly. We're called to be sober and vigilant because your adversary, the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour. We know that Christ himself said that all power is given unto him on earth and in heaven. So he rules and reigns over all. I like the phrase I heard from a guy a few weeks ago that even the devil is God's devil. You can read that in the book of Job. He has absolutely no power except that which God will grant to him. So you hear a lot of people talk about this, saying that America or the nations or the world is under demonic control, that Satan actually is the... the king over the world. And I'm saying no, no. He's only given authority based on what God wills in this earth. He has no power of his own. And when you read that he is as a roaring lion, why is that? You hit on it a couple weeks ago, Donna, that he is a great deluder, the great thief, the liar. He comes to seek, kill, and destroy. But he has to do that to imitate Christ, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. That's why he is as a roaring lion. He manifests himself as an angel of light. And that is where a lot of people fall. They don't have the discernment to be able to recognize what is going on. It is not that... Satan is in control of all this and that we're defeated because he rules and reigns. It is the plain and simple fact that he is given authority over these certain things by the Creator because of the unwillingness of the people to stand up and do something about it. We're told as little children, the fresh in Christ, the newborns in Christ, the babes, little children, ye have overcome them. Let alone the more mature that should have the rootings in faith, be able to have that history and be able to recognize all this. He tells that to the little children of the faith as well. Well, and I think that's a good point because there's so much fear and fear mongering out there of being afraid of evil. And I'm pretty extra sure that we're supposed to charge right in there and set it straight. Jesus at Caesarea Philippi was talking to the disciples and he was on a ridge overlooking a kind of a little valley. And on the opposite side of the wall, there was a hole. a cave or a hole into the side of the ridge there or whatever. And in front of that was a dais where three cults were performing rituals. There was the cult of the ghosts. There were all kinds of nasty things happening down there. And Jesus's words were quite, it's quite often misquoted, but he says, the gates of hell shall not prevail against you. Not saying to be afraid. He's saying, you go in there, storm the castle and haul the captives out is basically that. So when we see people doing the wrong thing, instead of judging them and go, they're going to go to hell, they're doing the wrong thing. Let's have a piety contest. We're supposed to go in. And rescue and find those lost lambs as a shepherd would. And I think that that's a real important thing. And fear not. Go in there. You've got the power of Christ with you if you're a believer. And he's never going to let us down. If he tells you to do something, he will equip you. He will give you everything you need. You have no reason to be afraid because Satan's on a leash. That's it. And I think that that's an important thing. So now we got a job to do. And that's go in and bring the word of God, bring the power of Christ into all situations, speak Jesus into all things, and watch the demons run. We have two offensive weapons, and that's prayer and quoting the scripture. That's it. So go in and start off by praying. Pray for the biggest... Defeat to Satan himself. You know, know the word, be in the word, be able to quote the word and and live the word yourself. And and and you'll watch the enemy fall around you. And those people that need to be rescued, they'll they'll amazing and miraculous things will happen. Yeah, we fight against a defeated foe. You can read back all the way in Genesis about that when he talks about thou shalt bruise his heel and it shall crush thy head. He's a defeated foe. And it's about time that the church actually rises up and understands that again, that we have the power to do that. We are commanded to do so. And we are commanded to bring about His kingdom here on earth. Being the hands and feet. Feet go places, hands do things. If we're not going places and doing things, you are neither hands nor feet, nor are you of Christ. Agreed. Um, and, and it's been, been, you know, when you sit back and you watch people that they're like, well, we're just going to wait and see what the Lord does. Well, guess what? You just kind of failed the test there. We're supposed to be working and, and, uh, Are you not the body of Christ? Right. The body of Christ is supposed to be doing the work of Christ. He's giving us the privilege of doing his work here. He doesn't need us, just so to be clear. He doesn't need us. But it's just like mom and dad making cookies with the kids, right? We don't need the kids to help us make cookies. But we're teaching them how to make cookies as they spill the flour, as they spill the sugar, as they're getting it figured out. They're making a mess. And it's kind of a mess. And they can't even clean it up after they make the mess because they don't even know how to clean it up. So we end up cleaning up after them. I think God does the same thing to us. It's like life is like making cookies with God. And if you're walking with him in a way, I mean, a very simplified way, he doesn't need us to do this. He's giving us the privilege, the opportunity to work with him as a good father and learn to walk as he walks and learns the skills that he has as his children. Very simple. He said, take my yoke upon you and I will give you rest. And that word rest actually means comfort, right? He will give us a comfortable yoke. He doesn't say, I'll do all the work for you. I just pray for him. Pray to me and I'll do all the work for you. He says, you got to pick up that yoke and I'll go with you and I'll make it easier for you. I'll make it more comfortable for you. He didn't say, I want to make it perfectly easy and always comfortable. And Donna well knows that. Yeah, seriously, right? It's never, you know, we live in an earthly world where things are not always comfortable. But, you know, I mean, look at Paul for an example. He had suffered so much. He had a lot of times where he was in shipwrecks, he was beaten, he was jailed, but he didn't mourn that because of his faith. and that's where we should be. It's one of the reasons why I'm in a pretty decent, comfortable in that sense, natural state right now. I'm not in a panic. Um, a few days ago, someone, someone was talking about how, well, if we don't solve this problem, we're going to this or that. And, and, I said, I don't, I'm not worried about that. I think we'll have all fifty states. And they said, what do you mean? Because they were talking about the election. And I said, well, We have a lot of time between now and then, but I'm not worried. I think it's more important. The election results really don't matter. It's already an illegal election. It's already a fraudulent election. Whoever wins by that count doesn't really matter. What matters is the hearts and minds of America. And we're winning that battle. I think we've already won that battle. But we're just watching it play out in front of us. And if you have that view and if you have faith, even if everything goes to pot and America is destroyed, if your faith is where it should be, you're like Paul sitting in prison, praying and singing and, you know, the burden is made light. It's made easier when you're yoked with Jesus. Well, and think about this. What happens now? Everybody's counting on President Trump getting in office. I love President Trump. I support President Trump. If Bill Moore was in the same position as President Trump, I would support Bill Moore because his rights were violated. Period. That's it. And in my opinion, we cannot go on until we defend the rights of not just President Trump, But in the president, the rightful president of the United States, but President Trump, an American, a fellow American who had his rights egregiously violated in so many ways. And every single voter had their rights violated. If we do not defend him, we cannot claim to be either Americans or constitutionalists. Because the Constitution lays out what needs to be done. And I'm going to go back to this one day voting thing on election day. There is a day there. And I want to go ahead and put the warning out there again. I think this is a test on the American people right now. Are you going to follow the law or are you just going to go along with what somebody tells you to do, no matter who it is, no matter if it's President Trump or whatever? How do we know? that this directive is actually coming from him. We don't. There's so much manipulation out there that and people around him that, you know, I'm not saying he's got bad advisors. I think he knows exactly what he's doing. However, he might just be letting people run with this and let them coerce people into the early voting and breaking the law because breaking the law on voting outside of Election Day is breaking the law. Period. Over. Game over. Discussion over on this. And so it's up to us on an individual basis to stand with the law. We are a nation of laws, not men. And further, what happens, not if, but when President Trump dies? He's an old guy. All right. Close to eight years old. What happens? If all of a sudden God calls him home, and I'm not talking by assassination, I'm just talking natural death because everybody dies. What next when we put all of our eggs in one basket with President Trump? You know what? It's our responsibility. No matter who gets in that office, it's our responsibility to help them, to hold them accountable. Not in a smart aleck kind of way. Well, he did this wrong. I'm going to go after him. I'm going to fry them because they did it wrong. It's like, first of all, that's a child's mentality. We have to reach out to them and help them and instruct them. Now, the taxpayers are U.S. Taxpayers Party, which I'm the I'm the vice chair. Bill's the Bill's the chairman. OK, who I got to tell you. And because I know Bill very, very well, is probably one of the greatest teachers and patriots I've ever known in my life. And I will literally put that down in writing, write a contract, make out a certificate, whatever you want me to do. Because he knows the process. He's bullheaded enough to stick with the process, unwavering on this, realizing this is the greatest fight of our lives. I have more respect for Bill than probably ninety nine point nine percent of the people that I've met out there. And that's no kidding. You want an answer on how this nation is supposed to work. Bill is your first line of defense phone a friend right there. And and it's it's just it's an it's an amazing thing. The point being, though, on this election is this is a test on us. If this election gets thrown out on absentee ballots, guess what? Every single also person who voted ahead of time, your vote doesn't matter. You have just been proven to be a lawbreaker, someone who doesn't know the Constitution, who is not who is not stood there on the principles of law. Think about the implication of this. You know, I don't know what's going to happen with this. Should people be stripped of their citizenship because they didn't follow the law also? Because it's really easy to point at the politicians or the people in the seats. This whole sword goes both ways. Both at them, but also it's pointing right back at us. Yep. Yeah, and there is the call for not necessarily absentee ballots because I stand against ballots the way that they've been pushed on the people, but there is a call for a necessity to be able to vote without having somebody go in. However, they're very few and far between, one of which are our servicemen. The servicemen have to have a way to vote. They are still citizens. Let me put it this way, a common misconception. Our servicemen are supposed to be the militias of the states that have been organized to fight off declared wars or insurrection, rebellion, or to enforce laws, et cetera. So they are not property of the U.S. government. I've talked to too many people, even those in the service, that say they cannot do things because they are property of the U.S. government. I'm telling you, you are property of your fellow man when you put yourself to that service. I think every serviceman understands that to the most extent. However, they still get to the point where they believe that they are beholden to any unconstitutional agency that's been set up by the government more so than the people. But beyond that, not only are they just people, But they are our fellow citizens. So they still have the right to vote. They still have the right to speak, right? Their freedom of speech can't be violated. They still have all of the rights that are listed to the normal citizenry of America. I've been over this many times with those in our military, and a lot of them honestly believe that they cannot do or cannot say certain things because of the position that they have, being that of the federal government. And it's a usurpation. At worst, it's a usurpation. But I would take it even farther to say that... the government is just squelching the speech of the people who have firsthand experience in most matters. I went over this with a family member of mine who serves as well, because she was unable, she says she's unable to say certain things. And in a way she is, because if she says them, she'll probably be court-martialed over it. However, she still stood up and using the Department of Defense regulations against them, using their own regulations against them, she was still able to say the same thing she wanted to within the manner that they prescribed. She is very smart in that regard, and I love her for it. But So absentee ballot, there is a cause for that. However, even in that sense, in today's technology, there's absolutely zero reason why we can't have ten thousand people somewhere across the pond be able to cast the ballot, be counted through their chain of command and relay that response back on Election Day and have it counted. It's a number. Just like a precinct-level reporting. It's precinct-level reporting, but they can do it through the military. Yeah, so cases like that are very feasible. There's also cases of the homebound, right? And I'm not giving defense to absentee ballots here. I'm just saying there are cases where people have to be able to exercise their vote that may be incapable of doing so the normal way we process things. So there are people that are homebound, right? Well, what do you do with that? Well, there's a possibility that you could send a proxy, a person in your stead, certified by you to either collect a ballot, bring it to you, and then bring it back, or send them in your stead to actually cast your vote for them. We see this being done in all sorts of other avenues. We see it being done in the legislature. We see it being done in political parties. Good grief. A lot of people don't understand the power of a proxy, right? Being able to send somebody to be your voice when you can't be there. We use this in so many other aspects of life, yet we can't get it figured out for the most simplest of democratic procedures, and that being the individuals coming and speaking their voice all at the same time. It's not that terrible hard. We have made it so convoluted and people have bought into it for so long thinking that these are necessities that are going to be required and have been abusing the system. Another one. Let's go another one because I come from this type of family. Think of truck drivers. These are guys that are gone. A lot of them are gone two weeks at a time. They're gone for for twelve, fourteen days and come home for two. Right. What are the odds that every truck driver can be in their home precinct and the day of election? I'd say that's pretty slim. I would dare say it's an impossibility to get that many people back to their home to be able to cast their ballot. So what do you do in that? You move election day to Tuesday from the original day so that people working on their farms can actually get there and not interfere with their Sunday churchgoing services. Right. So there are certain instances where you have to be able to not necessarily make exceptions of the law, but be able to extend a lawful duty to those who can't normally get to it. It's going to fall under the Constitution. Right. Yeah, I will say for one, I was a truck driver. I've got about a quarter of a million miles. So I understand that principle. However, I was also the guy willing to tell my boss, hey, I have to be here at this time because I have this duty. And one of them was elections and some others were holidays and such. Um, it's like, I have to be here at this time. And he's like, no, you can't, you gotta go deliver this load. And I was like, well, then bring another driver because on this day at this time, I'm leaving, I'm walking out of this truck. Right. Um, and I was never fired for it. The guy, the guy understood my position. He was just willing to test me to see how far I actually believed what I said. Uh, But I'm not going to make excuses for not getting something done. There's always a way to do it. And the people are smart enough, if we bring the minds together, the wise and the honest minds together, we can make anything work in America. Just look at what we've accomplished in two years. Look at what we accomplished in a hundred years and then look what we've destroyed in a hundred and fifty, right? But if you look around, you see how much we have been able to advance, not only in civilization, but in America as a whole through economy, innovation, machinery. I mean, America has led the way for the world. There is no other place where you can do the things that we have done here. I mean, they can do the things that we have done, but there's no other place that has done what America has done over the last couple of centuries. So we can do it. We just have to put our minds to it and put in the work to get it done. Well, I think we need another point is that we need to have an election day as a national holiday. Okay. Oh, yeah, I would agree with that. That is the most important of the citizens' duties. I wish I knew who said it, but it was often quoted that there are three boxes that preserve the American republic. Karen, do you know what the three boxes are? The election box. One. The jury box. Two. And the coffin. I was going to say... But I'm testing myself first. The third one would be that of the cartridge box. That's it. I give it the fourth one because we're all going to die at some point in time. So, you know, that's kind of one of those things you got to resolve with God before you get there. And yet there are so many other forms of burial. That's another reason why I hesitated. Yeah. I think that wasn't quite right. He got it right. We start by making proper and righteous changes at the ballot box. That is our first and foremost defense. When that becomes corrupted to the point where we can't guarantee our position in there, we can't guarantee our vote, which I believe that everybody should understand that's where we're at, the next step is the jury box. The power of the citizen's jury is incredible if people would understand it and be able to put it to the courts. The courts are not going to recognize the people's right to an actual citizenry jury, let alone a grand jury. Karen can talk about that quite a bit. But a simple citizenry jury, is the most effectual way to correct the laws, to correct improper judgments against people. And that can also be a way to correct the ballot laws, right? But since that's not being recognized at the judicial system, at least not completely, we still have the power to use it and it's still being used. So I believe we need to remain in that box for right now and try to fix the others. But when that fails, what did our founding fathers have left to go to? Oh, in the name of God, they had to protect their liberty. They had to protect their posterity. And they had to pick up the cartridge box and fix the first two. God forbid that day ever come. I'm not a promoter of that in any sense. These guys that do so are... Pretty much white jobs right now, right? If you want to talk about it, go ahead. If you want to prepare for it, do so. Because to have peace, you have to prepare for war. That's understood, but don't promote it, right? I do not want my children to have to stand up and take arms in defense when they see their father fall. But I will in their defense if I have to. Right, and it's like once a kinetic war starts... It will not end. And it's like until there's so much pain and loss, that is the dumbest last defense that we could possibly run to. And just because you're mad and don't like what's going on, the power of the pen is greater. The power of holding people accountable, talking to them, getting out is way greater if we can stop fighting. If we can't stop fighting on an intellectual and a political level, how do you think we're ever going to stop fighting in a kinetic war? It's going to be you think the Republican Party is in Michigan is divided now. In a political war, we can't even get him to sit down for coffee. I talked to somebody last night that was at a Michigan Republican political event, and they said, wow, you can't even walk into a room without people absolutely going after each other and attacking each other verbally. What do you think is going to happen if we go into a kinetic war? You know, never mind the enemy. We'll never get to them because we're so busy fighting each other that we would never even be able to hit the target with that right now. So we've got to get past this and we've got to learn to get along and work together. And a much better way is doing it in a peaceful way. This is another aspect of where I've been the last couple of days, especially, where I've seen it. I've seen it even within an assembly of people who supposedly know the law and what is right more than anybody else. I've seen the emotions take control of the objectivity, and what is right went right out the window, and a lack of due process was forefront there. and it it that is something that takes time and practice and that's why I posted the other day about um this thing it's a it seems like a small thing but I said okay let's exercise the concept of due process here because this falls right in line with our conversation really so camilla was heard at an event and she said you need to go down to the other rally what was she responding to The video shows someone said Jesus is Lord. So people emotionally grabbed onto that and said, she's evil, blah, blah, blah. What was she actually responding to? Was there somebody in the front row saying something else that we'll never know? I heard somebody else in the crowd say, lies, because they were opponents of her in the crowd at her rally, challenging her when she was talking about abortion. Was she answering the lies, and maybe she never heard that Jesus is Lord? Those are the questions that I asked. And my point was in in bringing this out, if you're going to be a jurist and we all are, in a sense, even if we're not serving on a jury, we have to use our judgment and our careful, critical thinking discretion to to discern what is right and what is wrong at all times. And instead of jumping on that bandwagon right away and saying, look at what she said, that Jesus is Lord is a bad thing. I don't know that that's true. I have to examine all the evidence before doing that. Maybe maybe the entire country is wrong and acting, reacting emotionally instead of objectivity, objectively reacting. She captured asset. And now if you if you grab bad information and you really don't know what's going on because your emotions are triggered, you now become part of the enemy camp, which they can use to spread bad information or to target people. Yes. And see, the other problem with that is now. I have as an American, the duty and obligation to defend her. She is an American also. And so I, and even if she wasn't American, I should be able to and willing to say she has a right to free speech, just like the rest of us. Even if I don't like what she's saying or what I think she's going to say, I have the right to be in the duty and the obligation to defend her right to do process. And if we jump down everything, everybody says and make, decisions without all the evidence in hand and we react emotionally yeah we're going to end up in that war that you were talking about donna but if we think peacefully and lawfully all the time like like you and bill were just saying if we think we need to look at this from how can we answer these questions and solve these problems peacefully and lawfully We'll solve the problem with the tell and not the make. I trained with law enforcement. There's a concept of ask, tell, make. That's what the Declaration of Independence was like, too. First, we asked ten years prior. Then the Declaration of Independence was the tell. We're telling you what we want to do now. And then the war was the make. We don't want to get to the make. Well said. Ralph put this in the chat about the Election Day. Why we have Election Day, I will put this in my Telegram channel. Yeah, it wasn't always on Tuesday, and it was actually moved to Tuesday, basically for convenience sake. Okay, and back to the topic. And yet it still fell within the obligations of the Constitution. So I'm wondering... if we were to go to let's say the supreme court because that's that's where we're at and we say harris is a unlawful candidate and why are we why is congress passed unconstitutional laws allowing for early voting What would SCOTUS's remedy for that be? Would they throw out all the votes that happened early and just count the ones that were done on the day of? Well, Karen, now you're asking somebody to stand up and take action. Additionally, you're asking for a reasonable decision out of people who are not necessarily enforcing the Constitution like they're supposed to at all levels. Amen. So let's look at this because you like just gave my entire preamble to what I was going to say. Hang on a second. I'm going to throw this out here as our countdown to election day. Thirteen days left. vote President Trump the rightful president of the United States, because his rights were violated. You don't have to like him. I don't care, but your rights or your duty is to defend an American who had his rights violated. There you go. And I still uphold your right to disagree with me, but there you go. Yeah. I'll publicly state I'm not the guy that's going to vote for Trump. I know you are. I put that in there because we can disagree and still be friends. And there are other reasons. If anybody ever wants to discuss it, feel free to get a hold of it. And part of that- You've got the ability to do it right here, Bill. I give everybody the right state of opinion. Yeah, it's a long topic, right? It's a long topic. I understand a lot of people disagree. But that also falls under justice that I'm going to talk about. So when you had mentioned, Karen, that we have the duty, and Donna, that we have the duty to defend those whose rights are violated, including Kamala's right to free speech, one thing I want to mention is that the freedom of speech does not extend to the freedom to promote lives. Right? Right. It has never given man the ability to do that which is normally unlawful. We have the liberty to do that which is lawful. And knowing that we're a nation built on common law, one of the things in common laws is that thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Broken down, simple, thou shalt not lie. It is important that we tell the truth. If we fail to tell the truth, just like Alexander Zolzenitsyn said, if I got his name right again, we did that story, Live Not by Lies, a letter that he had written. That explains it very clearly. Once we get into establishing and promoting and disseminating lies across people, there is no foundation based on what the people can take action on. And one of the things that we are called as Christians to follow, in Micah six, eight, everybody should know this, when he says that what is our duty before God? There are three things that are listed there. One is to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God. It's the justice part. A lot of Americans want to focus on the mercy part, but it's the justice part that lacks. Justice is what guards our liberty. And Noah Webster correctly talked about that when he went into talking about the purpose of laws, the purpose of justice is to punish the wicked for wickedness that those who see it might learn not to do the same things and to actually obey it. Right. This is a man that taught taught taught millions how to read and not one man to transgress the laws of God. It's known of Noah Webster. Right. He says justice, justice in eighteen twenty or eighteen twenty eight. was the virtue which consists in giving to everyone what is his due, practical conformity to the laws and to the principles of rectitude in the dealings of men with each other, right? Or honesty, integrity in commerce, or mutual intercourse. It's also impartiality, equity, vindictive retribution, or metered punishment, right? Which is where we have our clause that... A swift trial. Sorry, I'm losing the word there. But I had a guy come up to me and bring up Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew, Matthew If your first instinct is to take somebody to the court system, to the law, because they've done something against you, if that's your first instinct, you might want to examine yourself. Because that is not what we're called to do. There's zero reason why we would have to do that when we have a complete government of church set up that should be able to handle everything within itself, right? Self-governance. Matthew, Matthew says that clearly. A lot of people take Matthew, it says, We like to take that verse, pull it right out of there and use it for whatever we want, right? namely when we get together in worship, when we get together for any religious practice, we like to take that verse out and say that Christ is right there in the midst. And I'm not saying he's not. Don't misdrew my words there. But in context, it's talking about if a brother trespasses against thee, you go and tell him his fault between you and him. between thee and him alone, with the purpose of what? For him to hear and repent. If you read the same passage in Luke, it talks about if you turn and repent, then you have gained your brotherhood, right? But if he doesn't hear you, you take one or two witnesses with you. That way you can establish all the words. You can record the words. You have witnesses of them, okay? If he still neglects to hear the three of you, the two or three, I'm sorry, three or four of you, then you bring it up to the whole body. Then you make it public. You make a private matter public if it cannot be resolved one-on-one. If he fails to hear it in public with the church, what do you do? You take them and you cast them out. You treat them as a heathen man. The words of Christ help. But if you continue on, Matthew, Matthew talks about whatever you bind in heaven will be bound in heaven. Whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. And that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. And then you have Matthew, verse, What is it talking about? This whole thing is talking about judgment. It's talking about justice between two individuals. When you gather together for that purpose, Christ, the ultimate judge, is there to judge the matter. That's the context of Matthew, verse, And why is that? Where does that come from? A lot of people ask. And it comes from the law. It comes from Deuteronomy, right? The second giving of the law. In Deuteronomy, he says, when he's talking about somebody, this is specifically regarding idolatry, the abomination of idolatry. But he talks, I should move this over so I don't have to like twist my head around. That would help. He's talking about improvement. Yeah, isn't it? I got a good profile here. He talks about in verse five that you take that man, you bring him forth who has committed that wicked thing unto thy gates, right? Unto the seat of judgment. And that man or that woman, thou shalt stone with stones till they die. That's proper judgment here. In verse seventeen six, it says at the mouth of two witnesses or three witnesses shall he be worthy of death, be put to death. But at the mouth of one witnesses, he shall not be put to death. Right. That is the context that Christ was just talking about in Matthew. And not only that, bringing it into proper justice in America, who is responsible for doing that? The people are responsible for being the witnesses, which means you have to, one, be there, see it, account for it, record it, and you have to be willing to stand up against the guy, right, against the guy or woman, against the crime for all practical purposes. Same principle with Christ and the woman caught in adultery, right? The hypocrites of the day bring this woman, says, hey, we caught this woman in the act of adultery. All right, how many people, pop quiz, how many people does it take to commit adultery? This is a trick question. I'm not going to answer it. Oh, come on. It's not a trick question. It takes two to tangle, right? Right. Okay. I was going to say, okay, there's got to be something more to this because this is just way too easy to question. So they brought one. Say they caught her in the act and they only brought one. There were two people committing a crime and they brought one. There's your first clue. The second is that as Christ is writing on the ground, you read in Jeremiah about things that get written on the ground. But as he's writing on the ground, the accusers start to leave one by one. Starting with the old, the wisest, and then going down to the youngest, who may have taken a while to catch on, but they did. Which is left with only the woman. He turns around and what does he say? He says, woman, where are thine accusers? They're all gone. It says, neither do I accuse. Go and sin no more. It was because of the lack of accusers. There was nobody there anymore to stand and say, this woman committed this crime. You can't prosecute it without somebody there to say they did it. That is one of the problems we have with the thought process that the state, and this is listed in our platform as the U.S. Taxpayer Party, the state cannot be an aggrieved party. They cannot step in and be the aggrieved party because judgment is done between Americans. The state can never step in and be the accuser. There has to be somebody there to be the accuser. And then what is responsible for that person? If you go to the very next verse, Deuteronomy, Deuteronomy, Deuteronomy, the hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death. That's a hard cry. If you're willing to accuse somebody, you have to be willing to cast that stone. Right. That also kind of goes into the biblical concept of sanctuary cities, that that term gets used completely wrong nowadays. And that the sanctuary city was a place that people could not to escape justice from. but to go there as a temporary reprieve until they could actually be tried by the judges properly under the law, rather than having local vengeance taken before proper due process was served. Correct. Yep. That way the avenger of blood or the vindictive party is not going to come after you and just slay you if, if not murder, but if somebody died by an accidental force. Yeah, it was effectively a similar concept to the way that we have jails set up now, in my opinion. Far more so than, I mean, it's a little different, but way more applicable to the term than the modern concept of sanctuary lawlessness cities. You are correct. That same thing extends later on the laws concerning witnesses in Deuteronomy, in Deuteronomy nineteen. It says one witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity or sin and any sin that he has sinned at the mouth of two witnesses or at the mouth of three. The matter should be established. Right. Why am I saying all this? This is so weird for somebody to just come in here and say it. Right. Well, this is my daily stuff. Let's look at. The Michigan Constitution, if you go to Article I, Section XXII, we're talking about treason. Treason is still punishable by death in America. Maybe not in the state of Michigan because we added that clause back decades ago thinking that it was okay to get rid of the death penalty. To get rid of the death penalty, you have injustice in a lot of regards. But Article I, Section XXII, treason. Treason against the state shall consist only in levying war against it or in adhering to its enemies and giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless upon the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act or on confession in open court. Same principle applies. We have taken common law, biblical principles, the Judaic Christian principles that this nation was founded on, and we have incorporated them into the aspects of our human law. And there's a lot more to it than that, but this is just one instance. In treason, it even takes two people. One person is never able to accuse somebody of treason in this country. So those principles of justice, of judgment, have been retained all throughout American history. And even into a lot of people, they come back with the clause, well, you know, that's Old Testament stuff. We have new ways of doing things. Yeah, everything is not applicable when we want to justify our behavior. And Jesus came to replace the law, not fulfill it, correct? Oh, good. How long do we got here, Donna? Can we go for another two hours? Open up a can of worms here. Actually, John Stubbins is on at ten, but he's not here yet. So keep talking until he shows, you know, until I can see him on the. on the dashboard here. So keep going. So the same thing not only applies in biblical standards, in common law, in American jurisprudence, But it also extends all the way to local governments and that being like church governments, right? You can read in First Timothy even, five nineteen, where it uses the same phrases talking about judgments happening. And they say against an elder, right, an older man of the church, one that should should command respect from the younger. You are not allowed to receive an accusation even. You don't even listen to an accusation against an elder but before two or three witnesses. So I ask the question often with people that come across and say, well... Something needs to be done about this. Or, hey, this, and not even injustice, in almost every aspect, when somebody has a thought process and they require an action on it, they say, hey, we need to do something about this, right? Well, one of my first questions is, okay, what are you going to do about it? Oh, well, you know, I'm looking for people that will take this up and take care of it. I'm like, well, you're not going to find them if you're not willing to step up and put it to the test. And that it's the same principle. If somebody is fighting for a good cause and it's well within lawful authority to do so, it is their duty to do so, and they come up and say, this ought to be done, and they're willing to do something about it, but are incapable of completing it on their own, by all means, I'll be one of those guys, for lack of a better term, I'll be one of those witnesses to stand up and to help you out. If I am able to do so, there are some things I'm just not able to. Like if Ralph were to come up to me and say, hey, can you come in here and fix this server for me? Because I don't have the time to do it. I'm going to be like, nope. I can unplug a bunch of wires for you and leave you a big pile of mess, but there ain't no fixing servers for this guy. So it goes back to the principle that this is all local. It is all on an individual basis. If we want to be self-governing in this country, we have to understand there are certain things that have to take place. And if justice has been served over even my lifetime, even in the last decade, If America and the people would call for proper judgment and justice in all cases, we would not be where we are today. We wouldn't have to talk about people potentially stating, you know, you're at the wrong rally because somebody may have said that Jesus is king, right? Why is that? That is actually a repeat of what happened in Obama's presidency. When somebody was doing that in Obama's presidency, this is the small test of how far America will be pushed. Because even in Obama's term, he was the first president to actually say we are not a Christian nation. In the history of America, he was the first. And a man had come into a rally as a disruptor and did the exact same thing. He stood up there and shouted, Jesus is king. To which Obama, from the bully pulpit that he held, turned around and said, yes, Jesus is king. And then the very next week, he went into destroying the commandments of God listed in Deuteronomy. He talked about them individually in several aspects. Right. And then now we've progressed several more administrations down the road. We see the exact same things happening. But are they getting the same responses? No, they're getting they're getting one step farther. They're saying, oh, now, you know, you are completely you may be completely wrong. You need to go to this other route if that, in fact, was the case. And I'm with Karen to say, I don't know. I wasn't there. Right. I can only make a call based on what I saw in a video. If that's the case, America is being pushed one step farther down the road, and we're continuing to kick the can of justice further down to the point where we will have none. And, Ralph, you brought up a good point with prisons. What is the purpose of a prison? If you go back all the way into the late—oh, you can go back farther. Going to the fifteen hundred, sixteen hundreds, all the way into the early eighteen hundreds, what was our prison system like? And I think, too, there's a thing to be said there about a distinction between a jail and a prison. Yeah, I was going to make that point. So we had large prisons that were set up for violent offenders, namely murderers, right, outlaws and such, that when captured, they would be taken to the larger prisons to be held until due process could be completed. And you're right. Locally, we had jails. And how many jail cells did we have normally in a community? I would say the average was probably four to six in the average community. Some were even just a couple, right? I like using Mayberry as the example. I was going to say. And then now you go into any larger community, namely that of a city, and what do we have? We have large jails that were probably still twice the size of that which the prison system was in the early eighteen hundred. Right? Remember a couple of shows ago I had said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in eighteen fifty had said the destruction of morality renders the powers of government invalid. when you slowly destroy and demoralize the people, you're able to control them, right? This is another one of those communist points. You're able to control them. One of the means in doing so is an injustice system where violent offenders and even nonviolent offenders can be put behind a cell, offered no way to pay off their restitution, or very little, right? They're paid nothing. paid mere pennies up there, no way to pay off their restitution, have many of their rights and abilities to be able to work stripped from them, and violent offenders, murderers, child traffickers is on that list, pedophiles, that kind of thing, they are often just put in these large prisons. And they are paid to stay there by we the people, given a fairly comfortable life. You know, three hots and a cot. Many of them have the ability. Still, you can sit down and watch TV now. You can get on the Internet, do what you need to do there. But all at the taxpayer's expense. And that is an injustice. It is a money-making scheme that makes billions of dollars a year. When proper justice and judgment is already listed, given to us by our Creator, and it should be expected to be upheld in every righteous nation. So when we leave that off, we get what we got. When we want to get back to it, we'll get what we have. If you want the results you used to get, you have to do the things you used to do. And that's a great place to take a break. I see John is in the house here. So last thirty seconds. Karen, Ralph, and Bill. Well, like I said at the top of the hour, stay encouraged and faithful. Stay peaceful and lawful. Examine all things carefully. Use your discernment. Practice that. Recognize that other people are not maybe where you are in that capability. They have to practice it and you might not be as good at it. And it might take some patience on your part to help them along and not get emotional because they're not where you are. Ralph. Well, I think kind of backing up a couple of subjects when Bill was saying that the freedom of speech doesn't extend to lies. I'd just like to make a point that the government does not have the authority to make that decision. That is something that can be enforced using libel and slander laws by the damaged party. But that's somewhere that we get hung up quite badly anymore is, Oh, the government has the ability to restrict misinformation when they're, they're not an injured party. No, you know, the CIA was once quoted as saying that our disinformation campaign will be complete when the American people believe everything that is a lie. Right. And that extends to a lot of that. And, and Ralph, you're correct. You're correct. And, and much of that, um, But the government should still remain to enforce the laws. It is not their job to step in and be that, but it is our job to step in and be the accuser or the aggrieved party or to redress our grievances and force them to do what we told them they ought to do. Perfect. Thank you so much, guys. And we're going to go for a quick break and we'll be right back on with the John Stubbins. Thank you. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the twenty third day of October twenty twenty four. And I want to welcome my next guest on the great John Stubbins. How are you, John? How are you doing? I'm great. It's so nice to see you again. Nice to see you, my friend. I thought I'd bring this up a minute. You can go to John Stubbins dot com and get more information from John on what he's working on right now. So what's what's going on in John world? Well, we had spent quite a few days. We had breaking news on Friday night on OAN with our Adam Schiff investigation. And so that's going viral as we speak. And so I've had a lot of my focus over the last few days on that investigation and the breaking news itself. Then I had my show last night. I had Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson talk. from North Carolina on the show. Great show. So that's what's been happening the last few days. I've got a, I've got a big event coming up this weekend down at the Ohio Kentucky border. I'm going to be speaking down there in front of about, I don't know, seven thousand patriots. So getting ready for that and getting ready for next week's show and you know how it is. Yeah, I sure do. So let's talk about this Adam shift investigation you have going on. Can you tell everybody? I mean, that, that guy, that guy is a, is a real, real piece of work. So I just, where do you start and where do you end with that one? I mean, you'd go to the standard hotel. You can go to all kinds of nonsense that was going on there, especially in his, you know, the, the in politics and outside of politics. Very concerning. Yeah. He, uh, When I think of Adam Schiff, I think of somebody who has caused a lot of pain to the American people, both in terms of time spent, also emotions, and then financially. You think about all of the Russia hoax, for instance, comes right to mind. Think about all the money that was wasted just on the Russia hoax, right? And we come to find out that this guy is a criminal. He's not even allowed to be sitting in Congress right now. So this whole time that he's been causing all these problems, he's been illegally sitting in Congress. Explain that. Well, he committed mortgage fraud and voter fraud to obtain that position. And therefore, we've discovered that that fraud and those lies we have all the evidence and so therefore how do you reconcile that if you're falsifying documents to get a position and then we discover that you falsify those documents to get that position then do you have the position I'd say no okay I say no as well so he's sitting there as a member of congress causing all these problems for the American taxpayer and Congress. Okay. Causing president Trump problems just on and on and on with this guy. And he's not even allowed to be there. So yes, I have a problem. Big, big problem. Well, are there anybody else? Is there anybody else in Congress that's calling this out? Yes. Yes. Thank God that it was actually Byron Donald's, Congressman Byron Donald's that initially sent the, because we had to file with the House Ethics Committee, the House Oversight Committee. So we filed a complaint against Schiff. And at first it was really slow. And so I eventually reached out to Anna Paulina Luna's office, Byron Donald's office. I tried to get in touch with Jim Jordan's office. We finally got in touch with Byron Donald's office, and he sent us to a couple guys that worked there that helped us get it going, get it flagged, get the investigation flagged. So that was kind of the beginning of the complaint. And then the other shoe to drop was we needed to obtain some additional evidence on his voting record and things like that. which we now have. And so we have all the evidence that we need now to take him, to indict him, to criminally convict him in a court of law, and to take to the American people. So that being said, me, Chris Bish, Darren Ellis, who helped draft the complaint, we have spent the last few months working with uh peter schweitzer's team uh seamus bruner who's one of his head researchers over there been working with those guys to get everything lined up perfectly to check everything confirm every source uh confirm all the evidence make sure we had everything locked down before we went public with it and and then Sheamus also got in touch with John Solomon to help us break the story. So we broke this story Friday night, a couple days ago, with Chanel Rion on OAN. So Sheamus went on the news show, broke the news, and then John Solomon released his article. Several other articles have come out since then, several other talk shows. I'm assuming we're going to be doing quite a few shows on this subject. So the next shoe to drop will be to come in and testify before Congress. Wow. This is just huge because I think this is something that everybody wanted to see is when are these people going to be charged or held accountable? And it sounds like you've got a great team that's doing exactly that. Well, I mean, look, you're absolutely right, Donna. We hear, and look, most patriots out there, they know that there's people working behind the scenes. They don't necessarily know who they are. They don't know who I am necessarily, but we're working for you and we're doing it behind the scenes. And we've been on this one. I've got ten investigations right now, ten open, active investigations. The Adam Schiff investigation is just one of my ten. OK, we've spent two over two years on just this one investigation. So, you know, you know how it is running a show. I'm running my show. I have events. I've got our new coffee line. I'm traveling. I'm doing investigative work for the show. Running it all is difficult. It's a lot. And I'm only one man. So every bit of help that I can get is really Really appreciate it because I don't have anybody funding me. I'm a disabled veteran who does this because I want to help save our country. And I'm not getting much help. And, you know, thank God I've got Chris and Darren and Seamus, Peter Schweitzer, John Solomon, Chanel, you know, just a few of us here. But, man, I tell you, it's been like pulling teeth. And it shouldn't be this hard to bring someone to justice who that's breaking the law, especially someone sitting in Congress who is filthy dirty. We know it. We've got the evidence. Why is he there? What are the biggest roadblocks that you're running into in the investigations and getting these people, you know, in a position to be held accountable or prosecuted? Well, the biggest roadblocks were, number one, We needed to get all the evidence, okay? I wanted to make sure there was no stone left unturned. And thank God for my friend, Chris Bish. Chris is running for Congress out in Sacramento, California. And she won her primary. It's coming down to the November election. She's doing very well. She's a pit bull like I am. And we work really well together. So she was able to secure... the last piece of evidence that we really needed to kind of cross the T's and dots the I's and make sure we were completely ready to do this. That's one aspect. So that held us up for a little while. That's done. Now, the next part is getting the story out to the American people. So what do I need for that? I need people like John Solomon or Sean Hannity or, you know, you know, Brett Baer, people like that to bring the story forth in a national way so that everybody hears it. Okay. That's OAN. That's Newsmax. You know, that's White House chief correspondents asking questions in the White House briefing as to why Adam Schiff is allowed to be sitting there. Okay. So that's another aspect of it, getting the word out. The third aspect of this and this is probably the hardest part, is getting Congress to bring us in to testify and then for them to do their job, to do their job and do away with this guy. Are you getting a lot of pushback from them? No, no, no pushback. I'm not going to say that. I just want to see action and I want to see it faster. Because we got an election coming up here very quickly, and this should have been done months ago, okay? And it's been a slow process because partly them not, you know, again, the investigation was flagged, you know, a long time ago by the House Ethics Committee, by oversight. So what are they doing with it? What does flagged mean? So you flagged the investigation. You've got the complaint. What is the problem? This guy is dirty. We've got the evidence. I want to see justice done. And I don't want to see any backroom deals. I don't want to see, oh, you know, we better not say anything about this Schiff investigation. Why? You got dirt on you too? So, No more excuses. It is time to hold our elected officials accountable. Do your job. Bring us in and testify and then take action against Adam Schiff. Do you have anything that you can give to the viewers so that they can jump on this and be able to reference this complaint and the investigation that's going on so they can contact their members of Congress and say, hey, we want you to look at this because, you know, standing together, we can get anything done. And having having everybody jump on to help help with this and hold him him accountable. I mean, I just I'm just shocked at what the and I think everybody is just shocked at what these people have gotten away with. It's it's sickening what they've done to this nation and to other Americans. And I bet you've heard tons of stories of people that have been affected by this. Well, again, Donna. This is only one investigation. What are your other ones? I'm not going to get into those right now. We're going to keep those quiet for the moment. I had to ask. I just had to ask. I want to keep those quiet so that we can do our jobs behind the scenes. Let me just say this to you. People can go right now to TwitterX. On TwitterX, you can find me at John... M, like Michael, Stubbins. That's my handle. Okay. Also, you can find the story under OAN, Chanel Rion. You can find the story under Just the News, which is John Solomon. And both of them have also tweeted this out as well. So you could go to Twitter right now. And by the way, I posted this on Facebook. I posted this on Instagram. I posted this on LinkedIn. I posted this on Truth Social. So it's out there. If somebody wants to find it, they can find it. Let's see. Go to my media. If you're on X. No, no, no, not on my website. On Twitter. Oh, you're on Twitter. Go to my media on Twitter. Go scroll right there. Right there to the right. Click on that. Let me do it here. That's okay. Look, anybody can do it. All you got to do is go to your Twitter, your ex, and go to my page. Click on media. Scroll down to our post. It'll link you to everything. You can see John Solomon's tweets everywhere. You can see Chanel Rion's tweets, all of us. So it's all there. We're not hiding anything. But I can tell you right now, we need your support out there. Go to my website for this, johnstubbins.com, and you can donate there. Look, again, folks, I'm not Fox News. I'm not OAN. I'm not Newsmax. We do this self-funded. And I'm a disabled veteran trying to help save our country. So if you could help us, please do. I don't care if it's a dollar, five dollars, fifty cents, doesn't matter. Please help us. Because everything that we're doing to take these people and bring them to justice, it requires me to bring a team of people together. And I got to pay these people. And I'm going broke to the point where... It's going to bankrupt me to try to help save my country. And I've got a whole other life besides this. But I'm trying to do this because I love my country. But it's a shame that I have to, you know, end up three shades of the wind, dust in the wind, because I want to help save my country. That's not right. It's not right. Well, a lot of people are sitting back and they make a lot of comments, but we need to get them moved into doing the work and standing with good patriots to get things done. I'm really excited about your investigation and also the complaint. Do you have the complaint posted anywhere on your website? I mean, the complaint is it's public information. Again, it's Congress has the complaint. But I mean, as far as the complaint goes, we're going to be posting and sharing this for days this is just the beginning I literally the story broke friday okay it's tuesday it's wednesday so it's just a couple I'm getting ready to share another article uh today when I in fact when I get done with the show I'll be sharing that on x as well but look this is all public information there's nothing anybody can get their hands on this You just got to dig. Now, there's a lot of people out there that don't have time or the ability to do this stuff, the work that we're doing. So fine. If you can't do it, we will do it, but at least help us. Yeah. You've got like, seventeen thousand subscribers on your X channel, which is pretty respectable. It's not as respectable as it used to be. The first year I started my show, I had one hundred and fifty thousand that I built. I built it in eight months and Twitter took them all away in about an hour. Oh, man. Did you get nuked off of Twitter by the same time the Flynn's got nuked off? Absolutely. I did, too. I got nuked off of Twitter. And then then it took me a while to get over my my annoyance at that to come back. So I just got back on Twitter, you know, several months ago because I was kind of I it's always going to be Twitter to me. I don't even like calling it X. You know, I know it's. Yeah. In fact, it's where General Flynn and I are actually listed side by side. on the lawsuit against the big three, big tech, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter. And there's a hundred other journalists that you would know that are listed in that lawsuit. You know, Tucker Carlson, Hannity, Laura Ingram, Dinesh D'Souza, you name it. They're all listed there. My name just happens to be right next to General Flynn's. So yes, yes, they did that to me. And they've been censoring me ever since. On all three, again, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube took down, I don't know, sixty one of my shows. Those were full one hour shows when we used to live stream. Well, we don't do that anymore because of their censorship. That's why we moved to digital television about twenty months ago. And I'm happy there because we don't get censored. What digital service are you on? HuntChannel.TV. HuntChannel.TV. And I've been working very closely with Keith Mark over at Hunter Nation, Ted Nugent. Donald Trump Jr. joined our board of directors about, I don't know, three or four months ago, right before the RNC. Uh, right before his dad was shot. So, uh, we're moving, we're doing our thing. We're going to be adding an additional, uh, digital service through pursuit and pursuit up, which will put us at about a hundred and fifty million more homes roughly. Uh, so we're growing over there. Uh, now again on social media though, I I'm very pointed. about what I do on social media because they're constantly flagging me, constantly giving me community standard notices. I mean, it's just, it's ridiculous. And there's nothing, nothing that I've said since I started this show four years ago that I retract. What are they flagging you on the most and which one is flagging you or giving you community strikes the most? Well, I mean, YouTube and Twitter were the worst. Definitely. Like I said, you got to think about it. I used to do a one hour streaming live show that went to Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and twelve other platforms. Well, when they started sending me these notices that I'm going against their community standards, whatever that is, they don't agree with what I have to say. But again, I want to make this very Understood. There's nothing that I've said that I retract. There's nothing that I've said that I regret. I would say it again. They don't believe in what I have to say. Well, guess what? I don't believe in what they have to say. Yeah, and let's go back and say who died and made them God to tell everybody what is acceptable or not and what standard do they have? It sure isn't God that's their standard. It sure seems like it's more of a Marxist-Communist mentality trying to push us towards socialism. Donna, there's nothing that I've said in the four years I've done this show, whether it was at an event, whether it was on television, whether it was on someone else's show, another podcast, my show, there's nothing that I've said that is untruthful. There's nothing that I've said that I feel bad about. Nothing. Well, and, and, The point being is that you're allowed in the United States to say whatever you want to say. And nobody has the right to tell you not to say it or believe what you're believing right now. Everybody has that right. So, yeah, I think this whole community guidelines nonsense is just a bunch of commie nonsense. bull crap that really needs to stop because they've got way too much power to censor people and eliminate opinions or what people have to say other than just what they want to push forward. Well, I'm going to say this too. We run a very clean show. I watch a lot of other shows. People use cuss words and they'll show up in their pajamas and all this other nonsense. We run a professional show. We don't cuss on my show. It's family friendly. It's God friendly. I have no regrets about how we conduct our business. None. Look, you don't agree with me, that's fine. But you don't have the right to Censor me and shut me down just because you don't agree with me. Again, I don't agree with them because, you know, again, there's nothing that we say that we feel guilty about that I would take back. We're just telling the truth. That's all we're doing. And they don't like it. So they're going to run and take their ball home because they don't like it. They're like stopping toddlers who stop up the stairs because they don't like something. True enough, true enough. Can you tell us more particulars about the lawsuit that you have going on or the complaint rather about Adam Schiff and the investigation? We're waiting, like I said, we're waiting on a call from Jim Jordan's office, somebody's office, To come in and testify. We want to testify. We want to show the evidence to the American people. We have nothing to hide. Adam Schiff is the one who has something to hide. That's why he won't comment on the investigation. Because he's hiding. He's trying to run the clock out so that he can win his senatorial bid in California against Steve Garvey. That's what Adam Schiff's doing. He doesn't want to talk about this. He's playing Joe Biden in the basement right now. He's trying to just stay out of the limelight. Adam Schiff knows he is busted. He knows it. Okay? All we've got to do is testify before Congress and get them to do their job. That's it. And if they refuse to do their job, I'm going to make sure that everybody knows about it, that they refused to take action against Adam Schiff when they knew he was a felon, when they knew he did not belong in Congress, when they knew that he lied. to everyone in America, especially all residents of California and Maryland. That kind of makes them kind of complicit. If they're not doing their jobs and they're hiding things, then the next step is, is what are they complicit in? And are they all standing together? Sure seems like one great big organized crime syndicate going on that's running not only the United States, but the world. Well, look, if they're not willing to take action against him, my question is, why not? Why not? What are they hiding? It seems like they're all hiding something. Okay, look, if there's people there that are hiding stuff, let's bring it out. Enough. We've had it. Okay? The gig is up. It's going to come out anyway. So let's just do it now and let's flush it. Because the bottom line is, is that Adam Schiff has no right, none, to be sitting in Washington, D.C. in Congress right now and dating back. He's been there illegally. He lied. He lied. It should be shocking, but it's just not. You know what I mean? Because there's so many of them that are playing that game right now. But I really, really think it's extraordinary that you're going forward with this and that you're holding them accountable. I really think everybody out there should jump in and help you on this because we need to go after some of these people and remove them and hold them accountable. What other things do you have going on right now? Tell us about your show and the stories that you've been telling on there, things that really have touched you. Well, we do a lot with our men's ministry, which is separate from my show. But the first hour for men is everywhere. We take our thirty day challenge everywhere we go, whether we're working on film business or TV show business or whatever it is. We take that men's ministry everywhere we go for many reasons. It's it's to bring men back into the home, bring God back into the home. We've got to. We've got a, I'll call it a pandemic. We've got an epidemic of loss of fathers. The fatherlessness issue in America, it's a big deal right now. The black community, for instance, eight out of ten homes have no father living there. The white community is about half, fifty percent now. Same with the Hispanic community. And those numbers are off the charts. And it tells you a lot because if you go back to the nineteen seventies, those numbers were all, all three demographics were under three percent. So in the nineteen seventies, the nuclear family was thriving. It was strong. People were going to church. Family mattered. People ate dinner together, families. And that's going by the wayside. I mean, half of the country in the white and Hispanic community, no father. Black community, eight out of ten homes. That should shock you. It really does. I didn't realize it was that bad. Oh, it's terrible. So we use our men's ministry, and it's a men's ministry for men, to get men back into the home, get them back into establishing a relationship with their kids, their wife. If they don't have a wife, you know, with the rest of their family or just their kids or whatever, everybody has different situations. But bottom line is, and this is also for all those black youth that have no father, we want to bring them to Jesus Christ. We want to show them the way. so that they can see that there is another way, that it doesn't have to be the way of the great society. Life is not all about the welfare check or food stamps or all this nonsense that's been created to defeat black men being in the home. And that's what they've done, this welfare state. It encourages women To get rid of their men. And not have them in the home. So that they're eligible. For that welfare check. And those food stamps. And when you weigh those two. What's more important. Having your father in the home. Right. Or the food stamps and welfare. I mean. That's why we're in this state. That we're in right now. If you look on TV. All these youth. That are committing crimes. There's no guidance. God's not in the home. And the strength of a father is just an incredible, incredible thing. I was very blessed because I would arguably say that I probably had the greatest dad ever. A very, very strong dad. And, you know, but he was strong in the way that, you know, when the kids play piano, he would cry, you know, just because he was so touched at the beauty of his grandchildren and such, you know, that incredible protective love of a dad. And it's just been really sad, you know, as a real woman who is not confused at what a woman and a man is, you know, nobody's confused here on what a woman is and a man, you know, what we are. And the incredible importance of the men in our society can never be stated enough. And all of us real women really do love all the men in our lives. And we love We love the way that God created you. We love everything about you. And I just really thank you for doing that. I'd love to see what that looks like because, you know, I can really support, I can absolutely support that. And, you know, for right now, it's like, you know, I want to go to the women out there and say, you know what, you may not like what men say, but you don't attack them as a group because, you know, it's like, they may not like what we always say, but we have to respect each other. And also, you know, um, There's nothing better in a home than to have strong parents that hold the line with their children and set down the fact that you do not do this. And dads are really good at consequences. You know, it's like, I remember, it's like, oh man, when I was a kid, wait till your dad gets home. Nobody ever had to do that to me because I would take care of business. But it's like, dad comes home, everybody's out of the pool and behavior starts changing. improving immediately and it's it's huge you know and I just want to thank all the real men out there who are standing up for their family in the country because it's it's an incredible thing and we are thankful for everything you do look no man is perfect right but neither is any woman none of us none of it we're all flawed okay we're sinful we are sinful we are fallen that's right but They're trying to replace men and masculinity with this transgender crap. Okay. And something else that's artificial. They're trying to say that men can have babies. It's utter nonsense. It's insulting as a woman. I'm sitting here going, there ain't no way because, you know, I've had babies. I know, you know, it's like, it's like, it is an insulting thing to the, to the, to women in our society and men. If you want to talk about being a woman, I want you to get out a hole saw and start working on your pelvis a little bit, you know, because they're going to dig a man up in a thousand years and they're going to say that's a guy no matter how much makeup you put on him. Right, exactly. That pig can only stand so much makeup, right? That's right. Here's the thing, okay? Again, none of us are perfect, women, men, but when it comes to healthiness, healthiness in our country, right? In every phase, whether it's at school, at work, in society, at the grocery store, it doesn't matter. When it comes to a healthy society, America was built on God, okay? So under God's plan, it takes both parents. When you eliminate that, you've got something else, not America. Right? So we need to get back to America roots. That's what matters here. Because we're losing our families. Our churches have been split. You either want to go the way of Marxism or you want to go the traditional word of God. And that's where we are. And it carries over into every aspect of our society. But it starts right there at home. And we've got to fix that. And that's why our men's ministry is so important. And everybody. What do you tell men to encourage them to get in their homes? And how do you help them to know even since this has been so broken? What we do with our men's ministry is we ask them to take the thirty day challenge. What does that look like? Well, if you go to thefirsthour.com, thefirsthour.com, you will see a copy of our Thirty Day Challenge. Okay, I'm going to see this. I think this is important. Yeah. Again, we take it everywhere we go. And you can get your book free sent to your door. That's markcook.com. He is my partner, and we do this everywhere. So if you go onto that website, you can order your book free. It'll be shipped to your door. All you pay is shipping and handling. That's it. And that thirty-day challenge, and you scroll back up a little bit before you come down. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Too far. Too far. Too far. Go back. Right there. You see those? Okay. So those are people that have ordered online, but we've given away over seven hundred thousand copies of that book. Given it away. That's amazing. Okay. Now scroll back down. Scroll back down this way or the other way. You're good right there. So that's Mark Cook. And we do. I mean, we take this. Like I said, we take this men's ministry everywhere we go. We work in film, motion pictures. You know, that's what we also do. But we don't do anything without putting on the armor of God first and taking our men's ministry everywhere we go. It's numero uno, God first. So everything else follows after that. So that is the website to get your free copy of the Thirty Day Challenge. That's amazing. I'm just going to, you know, it's like this is this is really, really amazing. I think everybody, you know, if you everybody knows men that that, you know, all the men I know have truly been feeling like they've been beat on by society a little bit. And I, and I can tell you like my husband's a man's man's man kind of guy, you know, it's like, I always say, bring on the toxic masculinity. People say, Donnie should be carrying all the time, which I have a CPL, but I'm like, this guy's standing here and he's just waiting for somebody to, to go after his family and, and he'll handle business without an apology. You know, Hey, you know, you, you bring up a great point, which was, it reminds me of the last point I wanted to make on that. And that is when I was talking about the healthiness, um, for a child uh in a home anywhere I don't care what race black white hispanic it is healthy healthy for that child to have the male and the female influence as a father and a mother that is natural it is healthy and that that influence starting right there is one of the things that makes america great it's one of our shining gold medallions that we can take pride in but that we've fallen from and we need to get back to family matters family is important and when you take when you take away uh the level of importance that should be placed on that, then you're hurting everyone out here. Everyone. Because that kid who doesn't have a father in the black home or the Hispanic home or the white home that goes out and decides to be a criminal, maybe fight the police or burn down a post office, maybe he wouldn't have done that if he had a father figure. It's true. And they tried to replace that with Hollywood and all of these fake, fake superheroes and these fake stars and such. And you know what? We have heroes right in our own homes. Children look up to their dads. They look up to their strong dads and they go, you know, I want to be like him when I get older. And, you know, if we fulfill that role to, you know, our children and show them how to grow up and what to stand for and what's important in America, that's the greatest superhero of all is it's our dads and our moms. Yeah, we've really lost our way, Donna, with the people that we put up on a pedestal. Absolutely. The people that we admire, the people that we, you know, try to imitate, you know, First of all, God should be number one, period. And that's why our men's ministry matters so much because we teach you that. We show you that. God first, family second, right? So now you're going down the hierarchy of what matters and how to compartmentalize these items on importance and how they all fit together, okay? But if you don't have that, You have a bad head start. I can tell you that. And if we don't fix this, America, I don't know how long it'll take, but at this rate, another thirty years, this won't even be a recognizable place. It'll be nothing like the America that we once had. And people will say, well, what went wrong? Well, what went wrong is we let a very small minority of people that want to burn our country to the ground and destroy it we allowed them to have all the say so about what goes on here and we did nothing we sat on our hands and said nothing did nothing we just thought somebody else would take care of it and guess what they didn't because you out there refused to do a thing You wouldn't lift a finger. Yeah, it's important to get that work done. Well, I'm doing a countdown right now on showing up to vote on election day and voting for President Trump. I mean, I think this can't be stated enough that we have a duty to step forward and stand together as Americans to protect our families and to protect this nation and to defend his rights that were just incredibly, incredibly attacked and violated. So we're doing the countdown on the elections because the first thing that we have, that's one of the, besides prayer, this is the most important thing that we can do for our nation is to focus on election day, getting out there to vote and doing our duty to restore this nation. We need to pray and we need to actually get, go forward and do what needs to be done. Amen. And to answer your other question, I went off, I went off sideways a little bit with the men's ministry, but. No, it's great. Cause that is important. And I mean, God first. It's crucial. Now you asked me about upcoming shows that I've got. I've got Keith Mark. uh, who is the CEO of Hunter nation, who I mentioned to you earlier, uh, Ted Nugent, Craig Morgan, a couple of our national spokesmen, uh, Don Jr. Joined our board of directors about four months ago, roughly. Um, so I've got Keith coming up. Uh, I've got, uh, I had Mark Robinson last night running for governor of North Carolina. Uh, we've got, uh, James Rosen, Chief White House Correspondent from Newsmax. He'll be coming up. We've got Sheriff Mack coming up. I love Sheriff Mack. He's great. We've got Pastor Dave. I've got Mark Cook with our Men's Ministry. We've got the great Archie Griffin coming up in November. Only two-time Heisman Trophy winner. So we've got some amazing... shows coming up and uh we're excited about it that's fantastic you're doing so much good work john and just an all-around great guy and wonderful patriot your events that you put put um out there are absolutely wonderful and it's just truly an honor to know you and and all the wonderful men and great patriots that you stand with I mean it's just an honor Same back to you, Donna. Thank you so much. Well, I tell you what, since we're both people of faith, I always end our show with a prayer. Would you pray for us today? Absolutely. That's great. Dear Lord, I just want to come to you now, Donna and I together, standing in solidarity. We want to pray to you that we know you're there. We know you're watching. We know you've got your finger on the pulse of everything that's happening down here. And we just, we lift up to you all these issues, dear Lord. Everything that we've discussed today, you know where our heart is. And you know what has to be done. But dear Lord, we give it to you because it's overwhelming to us and too much. We can't handle it on our own shoulders. It's that overwhelming. But you know what we're trying to do. We're doing your work. We're doing the Lord's work because we know how important that is. and that it matters to you. So dear Lord, as we put up to you these issues, we pray to you not only for the upcoming elections, but for America in general. We pray for healing. We pray for all the damage that was done even by the presidency of Barack Obama and Biden and Harris. We pray for racial healing so that we don't have these issues. We pray for healing in the ways of these diseases like this COVID and other things that are going to be coming up, as we always know there will be. We pray for our border situation. Everything that's going on down here, you know what they are, dear Lord. I don't have to mention every single thing. We pray for the victims of the floods and hurricanes that we just recently had. Florida, North Carolina, all down the East Coast there. But dear Lord, most of all, we want to give you all the praise, honor, glory, and love because to you, you know our hearts. And we love you. And we give you all of that glory because you deserve that. And we just ask you to defend us, dear Lord, as we put on the armor of God every day when we step into this battlefield doing your will in the matchless name of Jesus and by the blood of Christ. Amen. Amen. Thank you so much. It's so nice. And I really appreciate all the work you're doing. I mean, this is really an encouragement to me personally today to hear about the work that you're doing, because I just, you know, so many people talk, but there's few people that actually step forward to do the amount of work that you do. And I'm just truly grateful. I hope I, I hope my health holds out Donna. How are you doing health-wise? Are you okay? You know, because of how spread thin I am, I'm not the best of health. It's hard to take care of myself. I'm just at it nonstop. I mean, from the time I rise in the morning, so sometimes midnight, one a.m., it doesn't, I mean, it just depends on the day, but, you know, a thirteen, fourteen, fifteen hour workday is, pretty much the norm for me seven days a week. And I'm putting it all on the field. Nobody will ever be able to say that I didn't leave it all on the field. That's fantastic. Well, I just appreciate everything you're doing. And of course, you're standing with the People's General, our friend, General Michael T. Flynn. And we love General Flynn so much. And I just love everything that he's done for this nation, that you've done for this nation. The rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, has done for this nation. and so many other brave patriots. I mean, what a time to be alive, really. You know, it really is. Because, you know, even though we have all these difficulties, look at what's happened. God has brought us all together and fighting for what matters. It is an incredible time to be alive. Yeah, there's no doubt about that. And I can definitely say this. I'm not bored. I guess so. That's for sure. But you brought up an interesting thing. If you could pull up my website again, johnstubbins.com, there is one other thing I should point out. If you click on coffee, this is, look, if you won't donate, if you won't donate to help us, do you drink coffee? If you drink coffee, go to the website. There you go. That's our mission statement right there. And you'll see everything that we're doing and why this matters. You'll see General Flynn's name listed there. Our new licensing agreement with General Flynn as our new affiliate. And you can order coffee. And let me tell you, I am a coffee snob, guys. So all three of those blends there at the bottom that you just passed by, those are amazing coffees designed specifically for us. It's a hundred percent veteran owned, a hundred percent veteran run right here in the United States. And I'm going to tell you, all three of these blends, if you're a Java fan or a Java snob like me, these are going to make your day. That's John Ferguson, isn't it? That's roasting this? John Ferguson is my partner. I love John. John's a good man. And General Flynn is our licensing agreement affiliate. So we couldn't be in better hands. That's cool. I see the general, the people's general right there sitting right next to President. Yeah. And by the way, the bag on the left-hand side that's called a pound of coffee, the breakfast blend. Yeah. Me and my friend Harold designed that bag. Did you really? I wanted it to remind you of something you might buy in a general store in the eighteen hundreds. Well, it's got a horse on it. So you got me right there. Right. Right. And then the American Anarchy blend is for my documentary. So we branded that logo. And then the Indivisible blend is named after my show. And that's our medium roast. So you got a dark roast, medium roast and a breakfast blend. And all three, I promise you, because I've taste tested them all, so has General Flynn, all three are top shelf java. What's your favorite? Do you have a favorite? Man, I love the American Anarchy the best because I love dark roast. But the breakfast blend, a pound of coffee, is really good. Okay, well, that's awesome. And also, John Ferguson is just an all-around amazing gentleman. He's such a nice person. He's my partner. He's my partner. And I'll tell you, like I said, we ship it right to your door. What else can you want? You make it easy for everybody. You make it easy. Yeah, you help us. You help the country. You get your coffee. You're going to be a happy camper. And how's that not a win-win-win? Right, and awake so you can do the job. That's it, you know? Yes, absolutely. Awesome. That's so cool. Well, boys and girls, this is that time of the show where we go to, ding, ding, ding, ding, go to brandenburgforgovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I want to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump. And discuss this non-conceding stuff because I think he's a non-conceder too. But we're going to do it in cowboy boots. And with that said, everybody, thanks so much for being on today, John. And God bless you all out there. God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Make it a great day. It's a choice. It is such a choice. If you don't have an example, a good example, be one. But I'm going to stop right there because I always say that because, you know, honestly, we have people like John out there that are good examples of what to do. There's no excuse for not being a good example or having one. because there's so many good people out there that are fighting for this nation. All you got to do is look and stop and talk and stop the bickering and find people you can work with and do something. Yeah. Everybody can do something. Everybody has to do something. It is our duty to step up and help restore this nation. It's not a, it's not an okay when I have time for this anymore. It's a, you better make time or we're going to lose everything and everyone needs to needs to put their back you know their shoulder into this a little bit and uh and push back against these commies that are trying to to destroy everything we love and we fight for what we love that's why we fight you need to fight for your kids find your purpose and then fight with everything you have in you to to help us write this nation and remember Election day, election day, the most significant election in the history of the United States right now is in front of us. We can't, you know, in order to do change what's been ruined beforehand. And the other bad elections like Obama, and I mean, I can go back, Bush, I can go back to all of them. We've had bad elections, right? But we have a chance to right this nation. And we need to take that opportunity and treat that like it has the most importance, like the third monkey trying to get on the ark, okay? This is a matter of survival. So... Vote like your life depends on it. Defend President Trump. He was deprived his right to that office of the president. And we need to fight for him as an American, not just the president, the rightful president of the United States, but as an American who had his rights violated. And every single voter, every single American had their rights violated. in that twenty twenty election. We need to do what's right and write this thing and stand with each other as Americans. So thank you so much, John, for being on today. I just love you to pieces. And it's just an honor, such an honor. And we'll be back on tomorrow, everyone, with Jonathan Cagle is going to be on tomorrow and we'll be doing off the grid at nine o'clock. Jonathan Cagle. I love Jonathan at ten o'clock.
