9am Liberty Essentials - Bill Mohr, Karen the Riveter and Ralph the IT Guy will be teaching the perspective on religion in government. This is a continuance of study of the Constitution and lawful self governance. We will be learning together the relevance of current issues and apply the Constitution for guidance. 10am Greg Martini - Mr. Martini began studying and learning the IRS Tax Code and it’s Status and Standing for American(s), which led him during COVID in 2021 to studying the Law in America. By the end of 2023, he found a group led by David Jose and Mr. Martini began studying all of Dave’s law classes, along with other patriots that have published their works over the past decade. He has become an active Constitutional member of several groups that educate and assemble to learn and discuss our social/political structure in the United States. Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the fifteenth day of October twenty twenty five. Welcome to the show today. We're going to start out with Liberty Essentials and go into notices. So I'm going to bring everybody on right now and we're just going to get started. Morning, guys. How you doing? Morning. Good morning. Everybody have a good weekend and back in the saddle again here. So what are we going to talk about today, guys? I'm going to get right at it. And we have so much going on in the world. And talk about division that's out there. There's so much division. And I think we could talk about our national party a little bit because they need an education right now. We saw some bylaws. changes that they're proposing and not real happy with them, just so they know. And I'm sure some of them are listening out there. I'm not super happy with the clannish method of trying to centralize you know, power, but very much a federalist situation and stomping on the state's rights. And that's not okay. And so I think we should talk about that a little bit. And then some of the other things that we discussed right before we were online. And then we're going to go into notices. And I want everybody to know that I'm putting our job form a link up on my telegram channel and I'll show it on an X too. And I'll show it on here in just a little bit. So let's get going on and let's take the United States back. Yeah, liberty is designed that we can exercise our rights granted by God freely without interference, infringement, or as Thomas Jefferson put it, the narrowing of the operation of our rights. And part of that, not only exercising those rights, but part of that is, it shouldn't have gotten to this point, but it is now restoring the nation. At the time, as Benjamin Franklin had told the lady, it's a republic if you can keep it. They had the opportunity to maintain what they were given. And now we have the duty to restore what they were given. So looking at it that way. Everything we talk about here has a design purpose in that mindset only. I'm not looking to necessarily change a whole lot. I want to see restoration first and foremost. And then we can talk about change and adaptation later. to better protect our liberties, right? That's clear cause of the Declaration of Independence. If we can't do that, then let's abolish it. Let's set up something else for the preservation of the liberties of all future posterity. And such, we would hand it to them, and they would have to do the same things, as Ronald Reagan said. It's not passed down through the bloodline from one generation to another, but it's each generation's duty to fight for and protect it. And whatever we leave off here, our children have to pick up the mantle and take off of it when we're dead and gone. So let's get it right while we're on this earth so that they have a little easier path to follow as they have to progress. I'm looking for this email you were just talking about, Don, because I was going to pull up the wording of some of this. And for the life of me, I can't find it. Yeah, in programming terms, reverting changes due to a regression. Basically, we've gone backwards. We've introduced bugs. Well, and what we're talking about, unless somebody is talking nullification and I hear that coming out of their mouths, I'm done with them. And I wanted to bring this up because I'm going to bring this up, much to the chagrin of everyone out there, because quite honestly, people really have no idea what's going on in the townships. When we get to the notices, you'll see. But when I talk to the FBI guys out there, They said, watch all of your municipalities, townships and such are stacked with developers and realtors and builders. And they said, this is how they're building out this infrastructure to make us dependent on the system. So here you go. You got Carla Wagner, who would not answer questions to the governor candidate for twenty six, who would not answer questions from the U.S. taxpayers party when we asked her at. After she presented, Bill, you gave her six months and we heard crickets, but go right down as a qualified leader. Why is she qualified? Because she's a licensed real estate agent. Man, wrong answer. Residential construction contractor, HBA state board member. If you're not concerned right now, I can't help you. And then number two, land developer, business owner, restaurant, retail, tech preparer, associate. Three, former volunteer sheriff's deputy, former securities license holder. All three of them should immediately have disqualified her for any position whatsoever right there. Because if you look at the water wars that's going on, that's exactly what's happened here and why they drained more than a billion gallons of water out of our water table. And they're doing it over the state. It's all the builders, the developers. And who is that funded by? Have we looked into who's funding these people? They're not pulling this money out of their own pockets, not to do the amount of billions of dollars of infrastructure improvement that's going on out there. You know, it should be very concerning. And I'm kind of done with this. And then you go back, Mike and I talked about it yesterday. The trust attorney that helped write the language, or the attorneys that write the language on this, she didn't write it. She was working with an attorney and an economist. And that was told to me by one of her supporters. who was trying to recruit me. All he did was give me more ammunition to say, this is a bad idea, guys. We need to look behind and see what they're really about. Yep. And it goes deeper than that. Because at face value, what everybody is being told is that we have a... a potential ballot initiative to amend the Constitution to eliminate property taxes, right? That's the big push here. And absolutely, get it out of the Constitution. It doesn't belong there. But first and foremost, where have we been fighting this in the past several decades? Because it shouldn't have been there in the first place. The government has zero right to charge a direct tax on anybody's personal property. What's to prevent them? Well, let's put it this way. You live in a home and they tax your home. And if you don't pay the tax, they come and get your home at gunpoint and sell it to somebody else. That goes beyond even eminent domain. because they don't even give you the value for your home. There is no recompense that's given to you after they take it, right? Look at that in other terms, right? We do the same thing with vehicles. Not quite to the extent, but to purchase a vehicle, you get charged a sales tax. You sell a vehicle, somebody else purchases it, they get charged a sales tax. They're charging taxes on top of taxes for the same purpose, right? And not only that, besides the forced insurance issue, right, you have registrations. You have to register your vehicle to use it on public road. Now, there is some clause in there to say that if you're going to use public space for your personal commerce, your personal business, then you should have to pay the restitution for the damages caused. In this case, registration would kind of fit into that, except it's your personal vehicle and you're not making money driving down the road if you're just traveling. Right. You have a direct tax on personal use. If you get pulled over without your registration or without a plate or, God forbid, without a driver's license. Right. Because not because all of us are supposed to be drivers. We're all supposed to operate in commerce. Right. No, no, no. I mean, I'm just an individual traveling in my personal automobile down the road. It's not that hard to figure out. But if you get caught without these things and they want to push the issue, what will they do? Well, they're going to try to arrest you and impound your personal property, your vehicle again, right? It's a good mindset to get into to understand that the end of all regulatory measures and most of these laws, this legislation that they put in place, the end of it is the punishment of death. A lot of people say I'm kind of hard when I say that. But you have to realize, let's go back to the seatbelt issue. When they passed legislation saying that all people have to wear a seatbelt when they drive. Now, is it a good thing? Yeah, maybe. I'll tell you, I don't wear a seatbelt for the purpose that I've seen too many people trapped in burning vehicles. And I want to be the first one out to be able to pull my children out of my own vehicle. Sorry, Karen, it should be automobile, it's not a vehicle. But that's the reason why I don't, first and foremost, right? But nobody pushed back on the seatbelt issue. Well, what happens if you don't wear a seatbelt? You get pulled over, they try to write you a ticket, right? Cool. Why is the seatbelt legislation there to begin with? Supposed to be to protect public safety. Really, it's to protect their monetary interest, but it's supposed to be to protect public safety. Insurance companies, just like the fireworks legislation that they had for so many years. Yep. So if you don't wear a seatbelt, you're deemed unsafe, right? They write you a ticket. What if you think that you're still being safe? You resist that ticket. Well, then they try to arrest you, right? But if you resist arrest and defend yourself against a tyrannical government agent that's trying to imprison you, what's the end outcome? You will be shot if you resist far enough. If you believe that you are well within your right to travel down the road in whatever manner you please without infringing on somebody else's right to do the same, you resist them, and the end of that is death. That's just a seatbelt. So the end of all legislation, if you resist, is death. This is the issue that we have. And when we start believing that these things are actually good to do, we start giving them the power, them the authority to keep doing it to us. And legislation will continue on. All this pretended legislation will continue to infringe upon the rights of people. Well, why don't you think about what happened to Mike Bambus? He wrote up an arrest warrant for Gretchen Whitmer, which she should have been arrested for violating our rights. Took it to the state police and they said, you did everything perfectly. But they said, if you go forward with any of this, we will shoot you. And so it's like, it's like, I'm sorry, but who do these people think they are? Well, you know what? They're the governor's little private Gestapo going on in the state. and a unionized police force. That's a big problem when there are reports of state troopers following around the congressmen and such and the weaponization of our law enforcement. It's a problem. It's a huge problem. Go ahead, Bill. And I've got a comment from Webb. I want to talk about the township board refusing to apologize based on Karen's request at the board meeting the other night. But go ahead. Yeah. So Greg just put it in the chat. I was headed that direction. But Greg is absolutely correct. The Fourth Amendment gives it doesn't give us, but it secures our right to be secure in our own personalities, papers and effects. Right. And in the case I was just talking about, your automobile is your personal effect. You are in it. They have zero right to enter into that without a warrant based on probable cause sworn by an affidavit of an individual, right? So if we don't understand our rights, we don't have it, basically, right? One of the issues that happened we saw during twenty twenty twenty twenty one, the whole defund the police movement. Right. You want to talk about a huge division in the nation. Right. That gave a whole lot of power to this back the blue movement. Now, I am not a back the blue guy. I will stand with this perceived law enforcement is what they're called, though they're not. But I'll stand with them as long as they are doing the right thing. because they're currently usurping the power that belongs to the people in doing that, except for sheriff's deputies and such. Those guys have the absolute authority in what they do. via the Constitution by law. But the rest of the police agencies and such, the state police, they don't exist and they shouldn't exist. So I'm not a back to blue guy. But I stood back and watched this division and it was pretty much down party lines too. That was really interesting to see. That opened my eyes up a lot. but the defund the police movement. I stood back at that and I said, you guys, speaking of both sides of their little aisle, it's like, you guys are both crazy here because one side wants to get rid of police altogether, right? Narrow them down to where they're completely powerless. uh including the sheriffs the other side is like no no we we need to we need to add more funding we need to almost militarize these guys so that we can we can crush lawlessness really what they're saying is crush their political opposition but they want to crush lawlessness right I say, no, you need to eliminate a lot of these police forces, and then you need to redistribute the correct authority, the powers back to the county sheriffs that we elect and give it back to the people via their posse comitatus, be able to establish these militias, go in and enforce the law. It's not that terrible difficult. The defund the police movement was a real interesting one because that was co-opted. by both sides of that, that you brought up because the original movement was in opposition to the military unloading their surplus equipment to the local police forces and the, and involving the military industrial complex in the purchasing of the local police forces. That's what the original defund the police movement was about. And it had nothing to do with eliminating the police and, It was about this is a gross mismanagement of funds that you're now forcibly funneling into the military industrial complex from the local level, not just from the military. And then it got co-opted into exactly what you were talking about. So that was an interesting one to watch evolve. Yeah, how fast do people get divided on an issue, right? Bill, did you see the sheriff video that Donna shared yesterday? No, I did not. Or was that Monday? Yeah, that was yesterday. It was yesterday. And it was basically one of the sheriffs. You want to summarize it, Karen? I don't remember where it was from, but a sheriff was basically highlighting on a news piece that he was violating his oath by allowing his deputies to be paid servants of the government during public meetings and such. So they would pay them seventy dollars an hour to go and quote unquote police or service private security in a sense for these events. Yeah, let me see if I can grab it and I'll try to play it again because it was kind of shocking. It was very shocking because it was basically guns for hire. He said, you want them to be there, then open up your purse strings. And so it's like, wow, that was pretty bold. So the local governments were paying to hire the county deputies? Yes, the double deputy and the sheriff. Wow. Yeah. Let me see if I can, I'll bring it up here a minute. You can watch it, see why this is going wrong. Talk amongst yourselves, it'll take me a minute. Yeah, that is a gross misuse of not only authority, but that is a gross misuse of their funding as well. I mean, we all know where it comes from. Local governments are receiving certain grants and funding from all the way up into the federal government, right? And all government funding comes with some strings attached to it. And that is why I push so hard in my local township when they start talking about, you know, well, we could do this if we just apply for this grant. No, no, no, no, no. You just stay away from that grant altogether. If you want to do something, you ask the people. If the people want to do it, they'll find a way to fund it for you. You ever see how bad they've weaponized the Department of Transportation road maintenance funds? I really don't pay attention too much to the Department of Transportation. Oh, you should. That is where a lot of this gets handed down and a lot of the tyranny comes. financially motivated tyranny comes through is from the Department of Transportation, because they will threaten to withhold funds for maintenance of roads, which are then required to be maintained because of how much of the money flows up and then has to come back down to the local road commissions. And the way they've structured that is absolutely brilliant for federal tyranny. I'll let you hear this a minute so you can hear it firsthand, everybody, because this is kind of shocking. County Sheriff's deputies are being asked to join community meetings because of safety concerns. Elle Myers is digging into what those concerns are and what authorities are saying. It's not just community meetings where there's a hot-button issue that needs to be discussed. Livingston County Sheriff Mike Murphy tells me his deputies are increasingly being called to meetings to keep the peace. Some of them, frankly, have gotten to the point where we're there every meeting just because of the rift between the public and the particular board. In recent months, Sheriff Murphy tells me the department has gotten calls from Tyrone Township, Genoa Township, and most recently for Howell Township because of a meeting to discuss the possibility of a new data center. We live in a free country, but it needs to be done with some decorum. Murphy tells me for meetings like those, local officials often call ahead to ask for deputies. If they're going to make that request, they've got to open up their checkbook. Here in Livingston County, it's the municipality that pays seventy dollars an hour to have a deputy at a meeting. But the department is also monitoring any threats online, too. it's no different than we do with like school threats for example we try to vet them as quickly and efficiently as we can now murphy tells me he thinks social media plays a big role in amping people up but livingston county isn't alone data from the brendan center for justice found a seventy four percent increase in threats and harassment against local officials just between twenty twenty two and twenty twenty four The internet and social media is the devil's tool. Now, Murphy tells me having conversations face to face versus on social media can help Well, all I can tell you is what they did at our township meeting is it was the clerk trying to just brush away all of our arguments in a face-to-face meeting. I mean, I think we need to be able to absolutely have discussions out there. And for them, fake news trying to control the media, shame on all of them. I kind of wonder what that sheriff actually said when they had to cut it down to about one second sound bites to get it to say what they wanted. Yeah. Well, at any rate, you know, you've got seventy, you've got seventy dollars an hour for them to pay for the sheriffs to come there to protect the meetings. What the heck? You know, and it's really interesting because Livingston County is just on the other side of the state right here in Michigan. And they have a little township called Tyrone. And it's funny that they would bring that up because I live in Tyrone Township, but not the one in Livingston County. And our township was just wrongfully, we had, we were named the ones in a lawsuit And we had funds wrongfully taken from our township because of something that happened in Tyrone in Livingston County. This was just last month. So I'm going to have to look into that and see what all that was about. It's funny that that would all come up at the same time here. This is kind of funny because yesterday I got into the Byron Township or Monday Byron Township website before that meeting that we served that I served notices or served my notice. And when you clicked on the this is how connected this is behind the scenes. This is what I'm going to try to point out to everyone. You clicked on the meeting, and then you went to the location and such, and it kept bringing up townships from all over the United States. So it was given a false location for the township meeting. And they know what's going on because Peggy laughed when we told her in the past that it's not. She goes, yeah, I know. She just laughs every time somebody points anything out to her. She laughs. On my township website, I discovered yesterday when you go to click on the phone number, it will send you to a completely different phone number. Yeah. You try to call the township, you're not ending up in the township. You're ending up in some other area code even. So I don't know how that happened, but I did have a conversation with them about it yesterday. And, um, it will be getting remedied they know there's there's some serious issues with with the website but they're supposedly they're going to work on it and i i think that's what they're going to do you know everybody everybody should check their township websites yes it's it actually humors me um those townships that have their uh contact information listed on the website go through and find somewhere on there you'll have a list of who serves where and oh and they eliminate them by the way because they've done that here and the majority if they're listed on the website they will have a phone number that goes to the township office so you can't get a hold of them anyway you'll end up talking to the deputy clerk Or they will have an email address that's directly from the township as well. Oftentimes that takes several days to respond. And that's one of the things, when I was appointed in my township, And I mean, you can go there, you can go to tyronetownship.org and you could see what I'm talking about. When I was appointed, the clerk put me on there with the same contact info as everybody else. And I said, what are you thinking? It's like, you pull that nonsense off and you put my actual contact. So you will find my personal email and my personal cell phone listed on the website. And I'm like one of three out of over twenty people that actually have positions in the township. I have one of three that have their personal information listed on it. That should tell everybody something. It tells you that these people don't actually serve you. They don't want to talk to you. They don't want to know what you think. They just want to be there and to do what they're being told. Mind you, they all get paid. I say they on purpose. They all get paid to do what they're appointed or elected to do. And some of us serve because we understand the necessity of having to be there to be able, if anything, to stop a lot of this nonsense that's being promoted. And then every opportunity we get to nullify what's already been put in place and restore it back to where it should be. Hey, I was just taking a look at it. There's more than three people now on the township board that have non-tyronetownship.org email addresses, which is great because one of them is at freshcoastplanning.com. Fresh Coast. It's like, look at all these people that are connected between the township. Fresh Coast is employed to tell the townships what to do planning wise, because this is how they're building the state out into one big collective unit. They do it by public-private partnerships. They're part of it. So is VK Civil. You want to hear the crap with VK Civil? VK Civil is in eight other states, I believe, and they're the ones that are building the water infrastructure or engineering it through... Ottawa County, where they drained the water table and forced people to join. Byron Township, Caledonia, Thornapple Township, Door, Gaines Township. And it just keeps rolling. The more you dig into them, the more you find out. They were down in Kalamazoo on a project that I know of. So these guys are all over the place. And so all of a sudden, you can start connecting them together. And the planning, Fresh Coast for Planning. They're literally, these unelected people are running our townships. Let me tell you firsthand. Because when we established a contract with Fresh Coast Planning in our township, I fought against it because we had a zoning administrator who was a real tyrant anyway, so I was glad to see him go. But he stepped back to only do the paperwork side of things. So they needed to hire somebody else to do all the other, the footwork, which they did. They hired us Fresh Coast Planning. They never reduced the pay of the previous zoning administrator either. They were paying him full salary for less than half the work that he was doing. I had a huge problem with that. Eventually, we got that straightened out. People never got their money back, but at least we're not doing that anymore. We were able to stop that. The guy that serves on staff at Fresh Coast Planning, he is one of those that is marked by me. And him and I have already had public dissension right at the table. I don't care who's there. If you're wrong, I'm gonna call you out for it. We've had public dissension at the table because of a lot of the things that he pushes. And I had talked about a couple of ordinances before that we got shut down out here. They're seemingly very simple, but when you take them to their extreme and realize the potential of what is being put in, you'll understand that it is the baseline for tyrannical actions against the people. It just grants them the authority to go farther than what they're actually telling you. Narrow end of the wedge. That's right. So, I mean, I've been shutting these down every time they come up, and I've got another one to do tomorrow. This one, I'm not sure how it's going to go because I seem to be the only one standing on this line. But nonetheless, this is how your local townships operate. So I've said it before, as long as everybody's focused on the federal government, nothing's going to change. You have to get involved at the local level, right? You have to get out of this division, this red-blue two-party mindset. You have to start doing the work for yourself, putting in your own legwork to be able to get this nonsense to stop. I got to show you this because I just posted some pictures here so people can tell. So you can see exactly what they did. This, in my opinion, is maladministration and malfeasance because they know it. And we've said something to Peggy. She's like, yeah, I know. And she laughed. She laughed. The clerk freaking laughed. Okay. I couldn't believe it when I heard it. Yeah. I've heard Donna tell that story. But when I heard it, it really made an impact. I was like, wow. They played it, Calvin played it at the meeting, but we have other, we have other, hang on a second. She got, hang on a second. I've just, I got a horse problem here. That's what happens when you rescue horses. You've usually got problems somewhere around. So yeah, so I might have to go check on that one, which would mean you guys can sit here and talk for a few minutes. she laughs whenever anything is uncomfortable and it's like she has foreknowledge and she knows and she laughs about. So this was the township website and I clicked on the township board meeting, this area right here, and this is where it brought you to. And it's got a link to Tunk Hancock Township Office. I don't even know where the heck that is. Then the next one, and I have them a few minutes apart at register the time at the top. Brentwood Hall, Old Florida Bar and Grill by Jupiter, the town of Jupiter, Florida. So now they're sending you Jupiter, Florida. This one is in Matthews. I have no idea where that is, if it's in Michigan or somewhere else, but Matthews. And this one, Plain Township Board. of trustees, John's Bar and Grill. I have no idea where that is or what area or anything. This is kind of shocking. And that's on the township website. They keep hiding the meeting times. And then we had one thing before where you went to the township to look at the meeting the meeting that was coming up for their inaccuracy test, which Peggy Sattler was trying to soft-soap everybody, and the fact that it was accurate wasn't accurate. They did it in the basement, and they admitted it was a demo of what they allegedly did. We couldn't see anything or check anything. It was just all theater. So anyhow, when you clicked on it, it said one o'clock in the afternoon as the time, but when you clicked on it to bring it up for the calendar, it said five-thirty. You tell me that wasn't intentional or that they knew about it. She laughed when we faced her off with it. She laughed about it. This is the contempt they have for us. I got to take this call a minute to check in the source. You guys continue on, please. They see that as just simple errors, right? I've managed a couple of websites, and I do a horrible job at it, so I get it. And I've had similar errors like that that I was just unable to find. But that's just me as an individual and being very ignorant in today's technology, apparently. But when it comes to a township, a legitimate government function that answers to the people and is required to give proper notice if they are holding any type of meeting where the public has a voice, which should be all of them, it is their rightful duty and requirement that they post that correctly. So to see that is actually very interesting. And, Ralph, you can probably chime in there on what goes on with those kind of maps and such. It looks like a similar problem I had where the geolocation on whatever application that is doesn't work correctly, and it throws a random thing out there just to fill the void. Well, I see a lot of these places, what they do is they subcontract out pieces and parts to other like large companies that sell them a system. And then that way they can say, oh, that problem isn't our problem. That's because of the system that we contract with. And so they try and shift the blame. But who ultimately is responsible for that? Is it the person that's being hired or is it the person hiring them or rather the township hiring them? Who's responsible for keeping that information accurate? That's exactly what the... If they can't keep that accurate, how can you trust the clerk to keep any other information, such as your voting records, straight? Shifting the blame is exactly what the township was doing with everything else the other day, too. Oh, it's not our problem. It's not our fault. It's the contractor. Well, excuse me, who contracted with the contractor? So if you're contracting with a developer, a construction company, a well driller, they are then becoming an agent of the government. So they are responsible for the government's actions and the government is responsible for their actions. And the government that hired them is responsible for additionally holding them to the contractual terms that they've contracted with them. Yes. And that is the majority of what does not get done. And you're absolutely right when you talk about shifting the blame. That is their playbook because they think somehow it relinquishes them of the consequences of their responsibility that they signed basically their name to. And it's not just local levels. This goes all the way up to the top too. One of the things, I guess when you were mentioning the DOT earlier, Ralph, one of the things that always struck me funny, and I don't pay attention to the inside workings of the DOT, but I see things on the outside. And one of the things that we had, it was in Alpine Township. Alpine or Algoma? One of the townships, anyway, right around here again, they had several roads redone, which took them probably four times longer than they needed to. And they have a specific clause in either their ordinance or whatever they use for that. But they have a specific clause where the asphalt has to be within a quarter inch of the top of the manhole cover. And they finished this long section of road. It was about a mile and a half. That's long to me, I guess. But it was about a mile and a half section road they finished. We went out there and measured it. And there was a couple of manhole covers that were like two and a half, three inches off. And we brought it up to them. And it was the same principle, the same runaround. Well, you know, they did that wrong. And, you know, it is what it is at this point. And that doesn't work, right? If you're a government official or public servant or indentured servant that serves within that capacity, you need to understand you're the one that's held to account for that. The people in that township, the ones who contracted that company to do the road work, are held in account. And everybody that receives suspension damage or tire or rim damage to their vehicle for driving over that pothole should all come together in an action lawsuit against the township and all of the servants there that knew about the situation and were notified of it. Right, Greg? that were notified of it and did nothing with it because they are held responsible. And that would be a very easy one to do. I'm going to run to the brunt a minute, guys, and you guys carry on. I'll be back in a little bit. Pretty much any of the social changes that I've seen tried to ramrod through the states from the federal government. Most of them that I've seen anyway where I've kept track of where the funding was came through the Department of Transportation. And this comes down to, I mean, like even gun control measures and such. Gun control measures, DEI stuff, a lot of that actually revolved around the Department of Transportation and the way that the funding was allocated from one place to another. Because if you look at the way that Congress puts, theoretically, budgets together What they end up doing is making funding back to the states contingent on whatever conditions they demand. Well, what they do, because it's the easiest thing to attack, is they'll threaten to withhold the road maintenance funds for the states unless they comply with whatever demands that are asked of them. And people don't fight it because, well, there's a constitutional authority there for for them to maintain postal roads. So, of course, you know, the national government is responsible for that. But the way they weaponize it is incredible. And it's also in such a boring department that most people don't even really pay attention to it. But it's a huge part of the leverage that the federal government has over the state governments or the way they wield it, not the way it's supposed to work. Yep. So I talked a little bit ago about falling into that mindset where you have division happen. Because even what we're talking about with the road commissions and the township boards, planning commissions, state, whatever have you, right? There's always a tendency of man to fall in and... not necessarily idolize man, though that is a tendency, but to fall in and create almost a good old boys club, right? Where these people are somewhat agreeable with me, so we're just going to work together and their ideas probably have some merit, even though I disagree with it. I'm going to go along with them just to maintain the order between us. And that's a really soft way of putting it. But there's always that tendency to do so. And that will only further divide the people in their entirety and create factions among everybody, which I'm going to let George Washington here describe what the end outcome of that is. I've highlighted this before, and this is just a small section of his farewell address, but it is always pertinent, and it's one of those things where... If you weren't taught that, you need to read it and re-read it and study it. If you were taught that, it's good just to refresh it from time to time. Because this was one of the men who served during our time of reformation of our rights. We call it a revolution, but in regards, it really was a reformation of the rights as Englishmen that they were being stripped of as well, no less than what we see going on today. So we need to take their wisdom from that time and look and see how they spoke about it. What were their baselines for doing and saying what they did? Because there's nothing new under the sun, Solomon said. Everything has this repeat history if we don't learn from it and attempt to stop it. Greg just put in the chat, he says, text history and tradition. I say it all the time in a little different words. I say, if we don't know where we've been, we don't know where we're going. That leaves it open for a lot of discussion. But I want to read this from George Washington's farewell address a minute. He says, towards the preservation of your government and the permanency of your present happy state, it is requisite not only that you steadily discountenance irregular opposition to its acknowledged authority, but also that you resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principle, however specious and pretextual. One method of assault may be to affect in the forms of the Constitution alterations which will impair the energy of the system and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown. In all the changes to which you may be invited, remember that time and habit are at least as necessary to fix the true character of government as of other human institutions. That experience is the surest standard by which to test the real tendency of the existing constitution of a country. that faculty and changes upon the credit of mere hypothesis and opinion exposes the perpetual change from the endless variety of hypothesis or expose the perpetual change from the endless variety of hypothesis and opinion. And remember especially that for the efficient management of your common interests in a country so extensive as ours, a government of as much vigor as is consistent with the perfect security of liberty is indispensable. Liberty itself will find in such government with powers properly distributed and adjusted its surest guardian." It is indeed little else than a name where the government is too feeble to withstand the enterprises of faction to confine each member of the society within the limits prescribed by the laws and to maintain in all the secure and tranquil enjoyment of the rights of persons and property. Everybody catch that? Pretty powerful. It is little else than a name if government cannot withstand faction. What do we have today? We have allowed this two-party system to creep in unawares, which the very next paragraph and consecutive paragraphs, George Washington actually goes in and describes the party system that was developing even in that day. But we've let this crept in unawares, and in fact, a lot of times, we promote it, publicly promoting it, and even sometimes silently promoting it. There's a phrase, your silence speaks volumes. Our silence is our consent in a matter as well as our giving consent. There's not a whole lot of difference there. And to allow it to continue renders the government incapable of dealing with it. The problem is that the factions that are allowed have become the government itself. People have come to the understanding that when the Republicans are in power, they have the right to do what they're going to do. They're their own law. They can enact whatever they want. But when the Democrats are in power, they're a law unto themselves, too. They can enact whatever they want. And somehow people have gotten in this mindset that it's completely OK, that it's completely reasonable to allow that. And then next cycle, we'll put the other party in and we'll try to correct the issues again. Right. Well, I had a conversation with somebody, boy, I think it was probably last week about this, too, that. The executive office was never supposed to be the executive branch was never supposed to have as much power as they do. It's a it's there as you know, checks and balances. But the way that things are structured right now, you know, is The guy I was talking to was complaining about the flip flopping of going from Republican to Democrat and back and forth in the presidential office in particular and how destabilizing all of that is. And what I brought up to him is, yeah, that's because we got rid of all of the time delays and we're not electing in the offices correctly. The president is not supposed to be directly elected. Even the Electoral College is not supposed to be directly elected by the people, just like how the National Senate is not supposed to be directly elected. And as you've brought up before, the Senate is supposed to be the representative of the government in Congress and the House of Representatives are supposed to be the representative of the people. But because we have eliminated, because we've turned it into direct elected offices, we have eliminated the time delay because previously you had to, if you wanted to change the presidency, you had to change the politics of your own state first. And so you would have, it would take at least two election cycles to change the policies of the executive branch. And it acted as, you know, in signal processing terms, it acted as a low-pass filter for the chaotic changes. And you have the same kind of issue with the National Senate. That was supposed to be a time-delayed version because you had to change your own state to change the representation in Congress. And so it was at least two cycles of elections to be able to change that. so that the federal government was supposed to be very slow moving. And we've eliminated a lot of those safeguards. And that's, Ralph, it's such an excellent point. And to follow along that same path, it is why our government does not make laws that affect we the people. They make laws to affect trustees and corporations that can affect the rights of we the people. And that mindset has been so perverted in the law. People believe when you elect your party into power that they can change the laws to affect your God-given rights. Well, they can never be abridged. They don't make laws to affect my rights. My rights are there in perpetuity in our Republic and we manage our government. And that's why the government should be slow moving, not just slow moving to change the laws of the corporations and the governments that affect our rights, but to go to war. to create war. They made it literally an instantaneous decision on the part of the executive. That is not how our constitution is written. Another thing that blows people's minds is when you bring up the, when you bring up that the vice president used to be the runner up, which was a moderating effect on the politics of both of them that we don't have now. Correct. Because now you've got the, the threat that if you go to extreme that somebody will forcibly change things in a way that you don't really want, but that would elect that that would bring the vice president into power. Well, that means that your president and vice president are going to have to have much more aligned views than divergent views kind of by, by, I wouldn't say it's by a good threat. I wouldn't say that's something to be promoted, but it is at least a threat in their minds to align closer at that point. And we've also lost that. Our founding fathers and framers of the Constitution, they had written and spoken several times about the tyranny that was happening to them and the parliament that was enacting and legislating them in all cases whatsoever. That's been brought up several times in our founding documents. And I will give you a personal example here. We have a representative in the state of Michigan by the name of Mark Huizenga. Everybody here probably knows who that is. But I've talked to several of the Huizengas, including him. Mark used to be my representative until our lovely Citizens Redistricting Commission changed all the districts around and really screwed up my layout. And I got tied in with a bunch of other districts now. And Kent County got split in our congressional district, which kind of screwed up the way we operate when we were running a political party here as well. But nonetheless, I talked to Mark Huizenga. when all of the nonsense in twenty twenty was going on he was my representative and i want to make sure that he knew exactly where i stood and i wanted to know what his thoughts were and we spoke on that regarding the health department And his words back to me were literally that the legislature has the sole authority to enact any legislation which would create a state department and potentially give them up to the power of life and death. Those were his words. And that is what they've done with the state police as well, right? You can see it being done. But just because it's being done does not mean that it can be done. That is the issue at hand here. And that's true, Bill, in a democracy. They can write those laws. We're not a democracy. We are a republic. We are supposed to be a republic. We are dangerously close to not being a republic anymore. And that's something that they take dual oaths. They take an oath to the democracy and the republic. And you can't serve two masters. That's something that always bothers me, though, is when people say, oh, but we're a republic. Well, we're supposed to be a republic. However, they have short-circuited so many of the things of the way this country was supposed to be laid out that make it a republic that so much of it has gotten to be nearly a democracy and a Republican name only. Not a Republican in name only, but that we are technically still supposed to be a republic. Well, Ralph, I'm going to say, repeat something I've said on the last couple streams, and I know you've missed a couple of them, but they have overlaid a democracy on top of the republic, and they overlaid that democracy so that they could have total authority. Absolutely. And they've made all three hundred and thirty million Americans dual citizens of both the republic and the democracy so that's why it bothers me because it's like it's one of those things that's like people have got to realize how how much of that we've lost and when you start looking back at history how much closer to a republic It is. And there are aspects of our government that have always been a Republican form of government. And there are aspects of it that have always been closer to a democracy. But we keep eliminating more and more of those things that make it a republic and overriding them with things that are pure democracy. And when people say, oh, but we are a republic, it makes me think, OK, so I just I don't want people getting complacent because they think that we are still a full republic. And we need to fight for that. And we need to fight for it, but we need to understand. And this is where education of our civics is required in the schools. But once we removed it. We don't teach in the schools the difference between a constitutional republic and a democracy. But the Supreme Court, for decades and decades, really probably over a hundred years, adjudicated cases without specifically identifying which jurisdiction they were adjudicating. And because they're the Supreme Court of the land, they're also the Supreme Court of the jurisdiction of the democracy and they adjudicate cases in both jurisdictions. And when they do that and they don't identify, people get confused because they believe that each and every one of those are in relation to their jurisdiction and they're not. And that gets very confusing. And it was extremely confusing for me for many years. I didn't understand it and I didn't follow it. But now, hopefully, with assemblies like ours and doing these sorts of streams, People will become educated on what the law is and what jurisdiction they live in. It all relates to your status and your jurisdiction. And I have the constitutional right to enter into assemblies, which is entering into contracts. And unfortunately, the democracy, our federal government forced us all and our parents to contract with them to be part of the democracy. At the same time, we're still in the republic. So effectively, we are dual citizens of both jurisdictions, and you get to pick and choose when you go into each jurisdiction, just like you get to pick and choose if I'm a you know, a dual citizen of Germany or, you know, Israel or wherever I am a dual citizen of, when I am in their land, I have to follow their laws, whether those laws are democratic or whether those laws, well, most of them are not, none of them are republics, but whatever their laws are, even if they're communist, I have to follow their laws. And unfortunately, all Americans are, are in a situation where we're being forced to follow two different laws. And a statute and a code is the law of the democracy, not the law of the constitution, which is the fundamental common law. It's God's law. And that's the way I look at it and hopefully explain it in a way that makes sense to most people. And I think everybody everybody in here, when we say we're in a democracy or when we are in a republic, we all know what that means. And I would say that pretty much everybody listening to this also knows what that means. But I hear that spouted off by people that are that will then turn right around and then talk about the democratic principles that have corrupted the republic as if they're good things, you know. Well, those democratic principles that have corrupted the Republic were meant for the corporations that get a license to do business in our society. And those licenses are meant to be controlled by the government so that they don't infringe on my rights. That's all they are. But yet. Because we're dual citizens and they've made us a citizen as a corporation, they have infringed on those rights because we have not educated ourselves on what the rights are. I do have to hand it to the Democrats, though, for one thing on this, in that both sides keep advocating for trying to shift us toward a democracy and away from a republic. At least the Democrats are honest about it. The Republicans, they're not pushing for a republic either. Yeah, you're right. Truth in advertising, I've got to hand it to them for that. Exactly. You're right. That is truth in advertising. Well, Greg, you said something that needs to be promoted in every aspect of everyone's lives, and that is the constant instruction of the people. It's a constant reminder of who we are, and it's a constant education of what we are to be and what we should be doing about it. I mean, that was the beginning of the founding of this nation. Samuel Adams was clear when he said that it doesn't take a majority to prevail, but an irate, tireless minority keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men. What is he talking about? It's a handful of individuals among the masses. that are constantly keeping the people educated and keeping them aware of what's going on, setting those brush fires, keeping them awake so that they don't become complacent in the everyday mundane things that they have to deal with. Because there is an ample amount of opportunity to open your news feed and see all of the corruption and the evil and wickedness that goes on on a daily basis and get worn out over it. That's very easy to do. But it takes that irate, tireless minority, things like this podcast, to continually announce and continually awake the people up to their God-given rights and what needs to be done about it. And at this point, everybody should be knowing at least who your local elected servants are and what their names are, how to get a hold of them, what's going on at that level. What the occupations are. That helps. Think about it. Your local servants at any time could all bind together and say, we are going to hold fast to our Constitution, the oath that we've been given. And if another... government entity intrudes into our township, our County, our state, wherever it ends up, if they intrude into our jurisdiction, we will arrest them on site and hold them for trial among the people. I mean, indict them first and foremost, bring the people together, uh, issue formal indictments against individuals and turn them into your local, your local servants, have them acknowledge it. Right. That is, that is one thing I wish, uh, they would have done in Nuevo, Michigan. We were actually there when I can't really take credit for it, but I like to. When I say we chased the governor out, she actually had a large event that she was going to up there. And there were several of us that were there, if anything, just holding signs. But a lot of us were actually making the appeal to the people. And her entourage got close within range of being there. And they promptly turned around and went home. They never held the event there without notice. So it can be done. It's a matter of the people being willing to do it, right? And with that, I still have work I have to do and a job I have to tend to. And I took a lot of your time up last week, Greg. No, no, no, no. You can take my time anytime, Bill. I know. I'm going to move on to my work, and I'm going to leave you to your notices here. All right. Have a great day. All right. Take care, everybody. Bye, Bill. Well, and I would say that for the issue of the governor not showing up to that event and talking, that is a failure of the governor then, because he didn't specify exactly when this was, so I don't know which governor it was. It's a failure of the governor to exercise his or her First Amendment and actually speak at that. I tend to be a First Amendment nearly absolutist. And that I want to know where the snakes are in the grass. You know, I want to hear the other side talk and not have that speech squelched. In this case, it wasn't actively squelched by the people speaking up against it. It was squelched by honestly sounds like cowardice. Yeah. You know, I, I was thinking earlier this morning, listening to bill, um, It used to be, there was a time during the COVID era where people who were getting awake about it and angry about it would say, all we have to do is stand up. And then a lot of people would say, well, we just have to not consent. Do not consent. We do not consent. Stand up. All you got to do is stand up and don't consent. What happened to that time? Because if we did the same thing now, all we have to do is not consent. Like I was talking to Greg about ordinances. And if there's an ordinance that's unlawful because of the way it trespasses on the rights of the people, it's already unconstitutional. Then it doesn't exist in that sense. And so if the people got together and just said, we don't consent. then it gets enforced but it can't get enforced if the people are not doing their job to here we go in the dual jurisdictions craig because you gotta you gotta you have to stand up on your constitutional rights in the de facto and say no you're crossing over and we're not going to accept it. And there's a lawful way of doing that, but you know, I'm getting a delivery now too. So I might have to mute here for a moment. All right. You might be by yourself for a second, Greg. Good morning for all of us. I'm having to stay on mute because there's a lawnmower really noisy nearby. I can hear it. I can hear it. Um, Well, I think we have to go back and learn the fundamentals and learn the common law, God's law. And it starts with reading scripture. And if we we've lost that and we took the Bibles out of the schools, you know, the Bibles were in the public schools up until the early nineteen sixties. We took them out of the public schools. This whole idea of separation of church and state is a democratic one. It is not a Republic one. And the reason the Bibles were in the school is because people would learn what Psalms and Proverbs were, and they would learn the maxims of law, which were lifted from God's law and the common law, which has been around for thousands of years. So. We've got to go back, educate our children, educate them in civics, educate them in the Bill of Rights, and what the differences are between a republic, if we can keep it, obviously, in the words of Benjamin Franklin, or a democracy. And the government uses democracy so fluidly now that every american believes we are a democracy and they are happy being a democracy so they've been placed into the democracy they've been all of their rights have been converted from constitutional republic rights in michigan outrightly in their constitution michigan outrightly calls them civil and political rights well that's because they're nothing but privileges and they can control privileges they can't control rights they can make laws to affect privileges they can't make laws to affect rights so they change the wording of the constitution now the beauty is They can never make a law, and they can never change the Constitution to affect my constitutional rights that were given to me at the origin of our country by our founding fathers. Well, I understand what you're talking about there, too. We need to be studying the Bible for the history there. and how that's supposed to be set up and how we are instructed to set things up. I love looking at the example of the way things were supposed to be set up in book of judges i love the book of judges because it has so many patterns of here's how you're supposed to set it up and then it gets followed up by uh first and second samuel first and second kings and you see the breakdown of what happens when you don't follow it when the people beg for a king okay here you go you know and what happened with that but Then too, I think people need to also look at the failed democracies and republics of the past. You should be studying what happened in ancient Greece. You should be studying what happened in ancient Rome, because a lot of our principles came from those two cultures. You should be studying what happened in the government in France around the time of the formation of the United States. You should be looking at the Swiss government from about that time and the British government because there are aspects of all of those that were like, that they looked at and looked at the failures in each of them. Our founding fathers did. They looked at the failures in each of those and tried to put safeguards in to keep that from happening here. And they did a marvelous job at a lot of it. If you actually look at, What about them didn't work? And it's I mean, almost any time you have a democracy, you're going to end up in tyranny. You're going to end up in mob rule. You're going to end up in a situation where you're electing a king. And we don't elect kings in this country. But we also forgot to do our job of managing the trust. And that responsibility falls on we the people to educate. So with notices, I mean, we're preparing now. And Karen has done a marvelous job with the three notices that she's worked on. One of them, which we'll read when Donna gets back. I'm back now. Do you see me, Greg? Oh, I do now. Yeah. Yeah, I'm here. And so what's really kind of amazing is, you know what, we've been talking about this because there's a team working on all of this. And I know that we've got to realize that that there's so many people that have done so much work on everything. And it would be really a shame not to recognize everyone because there are so many people that have put so much time into this. You know, you, Karen, myself, all the people. I think you've talked to Dwight and there's some other people that I remember the names behind the scenes. And this is the way that the United States is supposed to work as a team. And we've talked about this so many times, and I think this is important. What the important thing to remember is that It's human nature to want to set somebody above everyone. The president's office right now has way too much power. And Ralph and I have talked about this at nauseam. It's like you used to be able to walk into the president's office because he was basically a representative. However, it wasn't this protected celebrity status of people. And this is going to have to include everyone. And the problem, I think, that if we don't make sure that this is a team effort, is that people want to have somebody to worship. And that's why Moses was taken out and wasn't allowed to go in the promised land. God knew that they were going to try to worship him and what he did. So he let them make the mistake because if he had crossed over to the promised land, they would have they would have started worshiping and worshiping him. And we've got to be very careful to make sure that the team is unified on these efforts going forward, because I'm afraid what will happen, and I know I talked to you about that last week too, Greg, is that people will see our team, we did this, or we've got this all figured out, or this person or that person has it figured out. People aren't going to help because they'll say, oh, I can sit on my lazy behind and just let them do the work, and I'm just going to sit here drinking my sangria and watching them happen. And we need to remember that this is a very serious problem. You are not going to find one person or two people that are going to be the rock stars to fix this, myself included. There's no one that's going to fix this. It's going to be all of us standing together. And that's got to be very clearly stated because we need everyone. You know, each one of us can only do so much work. And I think that that's very, very important to remember that. that we bring the pieces of the puzzle together. And as we do that, that's very important. Anyhow. Continue on, please. I walked in in the middle of the conversation. Horse is doing fairly well right now. I had to get her out and lunge her a little bit because she is colicking. And so the vet's on the way. So I expect a good outcome. She still has gut signs. But when you have a crisis, you want the person with probably the oldest, most experienced skill set on the ground. Amen. I digress. Go ahead. And we do exactly what you just said. I mean, we, the people notices assemble Dwight and Diane kind of lead, but we've created other sub assemblies all over the country. And anyone that wants to learn, there's just a few basic classes that you need to take, and then you can join the assembly and you can just listen until you're comfortable where you're going to be contributing. And it is everything we do, you will find in the history and the tradition of the law. Karen and I have had long discussions about this in the last, and it was Karen that brought it up, you know, too. She's like, I want to make sure that, and I mean, you can say what you said, Karen, you know, I know that it was bothering you. And so it's something that was bothering you. That's why I brought it up because she brought it up and she was bothered by something. And in, you know, in the typical communication, you want to, you want to address that a minute, Karen? Oh, well, it's just, um, My experience thus far in in my awakening process is that there's lots of and I've talked with Greg about this, too There's lots of grassroots efforts one of the things that I appreciate so much about the people Greg is working with and now I'm working with to just learning and learning and learning. That's all I'm doing but there's The group of people and we say group because or assembly because there's no name to it It's just it's just people and I love that Everybody I've talked to that's involved in that has made it very clear in every conversation that I've had We don't have a leader We don't have a guru. That's been something that in my experience, there's always somebody that when you have a mouthpiece or somebody that you commonly use, they're the one that communicates most effectively. It may not be the most brilliant person. It may not be the most effective person in applying the principles, but it may be somebody that can speak well. And so people start to refer to that as, man or woman as I'm trying not to say person, I just didn't practice that, um, that they become the guru in a sense, whether they want to be or not. And they're trying really hard. And so am I not to, because, because I'm carrying the river and people see, they don't see my face most of the time, but they, they hear my voice and they, Oh, that's Karen. We've heard a lot from Karen on the Donna show. Well, it's, I don't want celebrity status, right? I want to be a worker for the Lord is a better way to look at it. You know, I want to be a servant of the people. I don't want to be somebody that becomes the go-to, the one that everybody looks up to. Because what happens is, even to humble Karen, I have an ego. And I know that it's easy. If you've seen the Lord of the Rings, the Fellowship of the Ring, for example. When in the movie, they portray Boromir as... because of his ego, he wants to get the ring from Frodo. And then he immediately apologizes while Frodo runs away because the ring takes over Boromir's humble spirit and he wants the power of it. There's one depiction of it there. That happens sometimes and you get people in that position where suddenly their head swells a little bit because everybody's cheering them on. And it can happen really subtly. I don't want that to happen to me. I want to retain that humility. And I don't mind being a teacher. But as long as everybody knows, like Donna was saying, Donna is looked up to a lot, too, because she's bold and she doesn't mind being out front of the battle. But she has also reiterated time and time again, I'm just the person cleaning up after the horse in the barn. I just want to be me and I don't want to be a guru. I want to get in and do the job and get out and let somebody else take over. And one of the things that I've been hearing from Greg's group also is that And it's not like Greg's group is a name. See, you have to watch that. They talk about it in my phrases, parts of the body, because that's what the biblical concept is. And they express the same thing. And I know they're watching. Guys, you're doing a great job. Keep that up because they recognize that everyone has a different role to play. Everyone has a different set of skills, a different set of talents, a different way of looking at things. You might have somebody that's really, really good in understanding historical grammar, the way it's supposed to be, the way it's been used in law. Other people may struggle a lot with that, but maybe they have skills in recognizing history. Bill's really knowledgeable about historical documents. There are people that are experts in certain types of things because they're interested in it that way. All those parts of the body become that assembly together. And it's it's when when you get in any kind of grassroots organization, when the first thing they tell you is, oh, you're going to like this person because they are so smart and they are so good. Blah, blah, blah. That is a big red flag to me. Well, and it doesn't always not always deserve, but I can tell you because it was really bothering you. We've over the last week. when we were talking and it's like, you know, we were talking about it and I'm like, I think it's a good time to bring this up and make sure that this is, you know, that we're clear about intentions. It's like, you know, for me, I fricking never wanted to be governor. What a crap job that is. That's a shittier job than shoveling stalls out. And I mean, think about it. You go to these events and the events that I go to, do you guys think I actually enjoy these events? I'm an introvert. I look like an extrovert, but I am an introvert. I go there and I have a job to do. I collect people's phone numbers and I try to make a lot of connections for people behind the scenes to get work done. But it's not something that I can tell you I enjoy. It's something that I do because it's a job. And as soon as we get a way to replace this or fix the problems, I'm out of here. OK, this is and Karen is the same way. I'd rather sit there and spend the day with Karen and research things or Ralph or Greg or something like that. But to be a public persona, who would want that job? I mean, think about it. Think about how horrible people are out there and the attacks. that you get in the slander, in the libel. I have had everything said about me on the planet. Most people would have curled up and started having had to be on psych drugs just to get through the brutalness of it. And, you know, it's like, it's true. And so, you know, it's like, be careful what you wish out there. If you want to be some sort of a guru or a star, I'm pretty extra sure that that's a poison pill that's just exactly like money. But I'm sorry, I wanted to make sure you got that said. And when I walked in, I'm like going, yeah, I'm going to, we're going to do that right now so that we can, you can say your piece because it was really bothering Karen. Cincinnati's. Well, it's also, too, like... The right to privacy is another important aspect that gets lost. And that is one... I know, Leb, you want to go back to Leb, so I'm going to kind of bring up your township meeting because you said there was something that she wanted to talk about. She was there. And... I don't know why Don didn't offer an apology to you. Yeah, well, I'll tell you. Well, the first thing that happened when I walked up to the lectern there is the clerk tells me I must register. There's a paper in front of me that says name, address, address. I don't have to tell you any of that. And sometimes in my township, they prefer that. They have it at the back of the room, but they don't tell people to do it anymore. I protested that a long time ago and they just know my name and they write me in if they want to for their records. They don't even ask me anymore because I was like, the law doesn't compel me to. You can't make me. And so I'm not going to. So there. So did they put your name down or do they just write you down as persistent troublemaker? Which would be a proud title. We have a new board now and they're just learning about it. They're going to hear more from me now. They kind of put their foot in it yesterday, but that's okay. They're not too bad. I think they're trying to do the right thing. They're nothing like Donna's board. But so she says, I said, I don't need to do that. I'm a private woman. you don't need my name or anything. And she says, you must register in order to make a public comment. Well, I wasn't there to make battle with the clerk. So my compromise was to mark an X in those two columns. So I did that and she saw me writing. She saw me writing and she goes, okay, thank you. And just moved on and she would probably be pretty furious when she saw it later because I'm sure she wants to know exactly who I am so what I heard yet it's incredible and she literally when you ask her a question she literally laughs in our faces in her questions I mean I I got to tell you that's not a person I would ever go out for coffee with just because and then she spent the rest of the meeting trying to explain why way why we were wrong on the wells and such and I'm going to post another picture because I'm assuming that the people that listen to this have above average ability to have common sense. OK, I don't think that we have any stupid people here that actually hang with us. OK, that's that's really. So there's the kudos to the audience. OK. but they had this discussion on it's not the water table though. They drained over a billion gallons of water. All of a sudden we got all these wells that have gone wrong. We've it's the wells, it's the pumps that have gone wrong. And I'm like the pumps, I'm like, Haven't you people ever heard of cavitation? And do you actually know what's happening here and why all of these pumps have gone wrong? These people are so stupid. And not only that, they know what they're doing to guard a duck responsibility. It's crazy. Hang on a minute. I'll show you this map now. And I'm going to tell you, I want to see how smart the audience is. And while I'm doing that, Ralph, let's talk about cavitation a minute so that if any of these morons pop up in your townships, they're coming all over the place. When you saw that video earlier of Livingston saying save our water, I'm getting calls and reached out to daily from people across the state that are – uh, complaining about their water rights being destroyed. And VK civil seems to be behind almost all of it on the Western side of the state, because somebody is telling them to drain the water. The entire board said, we take our orders from the state. I'm like, no, you don't. And we, uh, it's like Houston. Yeah. Tell him what he said. What Tillman said. Tillman said, and Donna and I looked at each other, and we're just like jaws dropped. And I'm like, I'm writing that one down in my notes. He says, we have lots of bosses. We have the county. We have Lansing. We have lots of bosses. They're called the people. They're called the people. They're not called the county. They're not called Lansing. They're not called the state. They're not called the developers. They're called the people. Get that right, supervisor. So just so they know, this is the amount of wells that are within a one-mile radius. And a lot of people, they said at the meeting, too, that there's a lot of people that haven't called in because they're being threatened, coerced. And Scott Tabergan literally called. One of the residents here, a liar last night, he didn't use the exact word, but he pretty much said it. He said it. She was so mad. She was still mad last night. I called her at eleven o'clock and she was still mad last night. Monday night. Yeah, Monday night. I want you to look at this here because there's a pattern here. You can see a water flow pattern. There's four. There's four lakes or four ponds and that have been destroyed here. They they cross the drain, the creek here multiple times. But this this is what's kind of interesting is the creek doesn't go like this. It goes down here. So there's there's another branch here or there's a creek that goes to the whole damn thing is wetlands. We had four thousand five hundred acres of wetlands right here that they have literally destroyed. And I know there's more wells on here that they haven't they haven't brought up. But my, my, my. Look at this. It's like all of all of the patterns are right here. You've got people whose wells went out on the same day. It's because of cavitation. And so they pull the well out and say, well, look, the pump. Well, look, there's water in the well. Yeah, for how many minutes until the pump goes dry and now you burn the wells out. That's exactly what's going on. So they're telling people it's not the water table. All of the wells are bad. And then if the pumps go out, oh, it's just that you got a bad pump because they don't want to pay for it. And Renee just went out this week, and they've got rust in the water. She said sludge is coming out of the water. That's a new one this week. So the ongoing damage and their ongoing pumping continues, and they laugh at us. And for the way that cavitation works, too, basically if you get an air bubble – the line there's there's a couple of different ways you can do well pumps there's jet pumps that are that are typically for a shallower water table and then you've got submersible pumps which sit down in the bottom of the well so a jet pump basically sits above ground and sucks out of the well like a straw whereas a submersible pump sits down further in the well well below the water table and pump and pushes water up um however when you get air that enters the line. And this is part of the reason why you need to prime a lot of pumps for them to work. When you get a bubble of air that comes up in the line, while the air rises to the top of the water, right? So when you get that in the line that hits the pump, the pump can now spin way faster because it doesn't have the resistance of the water. And then once it manages to get the air through there, because most of those pumps are not even really built for air, they're built for a more dense liquid. Some of them can't actually pull enough air to reprime themselves. And we'll just sit there and burn the motor up. However, If it's just a bubble and you've got air that comes through and then water that comes through afterward, now you've got the impeller that has been spun up to high speed on the air with very little resistance that gets slammed into by a heavier, or I should say more dense fluid. What the heck is going to happen when you've got that much force being applied to a high speed object? And now you do that over and over and over again as it cycles between sucking air and sucking water. What do you think is going to happen? And they talked about having impellers in there that are broken off because they're slapping the water as they go around to it. I mean, I can't even believe it. And then, of course, they try to make all sorts of excuses publicly like we're going to believe them. They're lying. They're ever living behinds off because you know what happens? They lose this here. Every single township and municipality across the state, They got a problem. And it's a big one. And it goes back to commerce and all these people that are funding it. All of them have a large problem. And this is the way you fight it. You don't fight it from top. You fight it from bottom. So let's go back to what Tillman said. So I offered him an opportunity because I'm not talking about the wells, the wells, the water, all of that. I mentioned, hey, last time I was here, I tried to instruct you regarding Michigan Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and New York Times versus Sullivan regarding the time limit rule. It's unconstitutional. You you trespassed on my rights to speak. Everybody else's right to speak. And then you unilaterally shut down the meeting. So you trespass on the duty of the rest of the board members and you all sat there and let him do it. Would you like to offer an apology to myself, the other people who were there that night, and your fellow board members for your actions that I just described? He looked right at me and he said, no, because the attorneys instructed me to. So between the two of you, I would say that I would know who I would bet on as to who has actually read through the Open Meetings Act. They throw that out there like, like Tic Tacs in a church pew. You know, it's like, oh, they never read it. Love said too. But did the well driller say what Peggy said he did? Question, question. She said, I know him. And I can't imagine he said it was the well pumps. And we have a signed document for mine that said it was because they dropped the water table. So they just make crap up as they go. It was like Jonathan Breeder in the Bureau. He said, Jonathan Brader in the Bureau of Elections said, we're just making it up on the fly when they kicked me off the ballot the first round with a Republican ticket over the signature gathers. They're all lying. It's like they just make it up and they expect us to be dumb enough to believe this stuff instead of checking into it. Donna, can you hear Ralph? He's asking you a question. No. Because you dropped off for just a couple of seconds and he couldn't hear what you were saying. And I suspect whatever you were saying was something they don't want everybody to hear. So it might be good to repeat that. What I said is that Love said is, did the well driller actually say what Peggy said he did? I know him. She said, I know him. And I can't imagine he would say it was a well pumps. And then I said, I have a signed document by a well driller. that said that our well went bad because of the water table being dropped and said the well was in cavitation. And if we didn't stop the well immediately and get a new well down there, it was gonna burn out the pump. Well, because they haven't done anything to any of these other people that have been out of water, And they let those pumps go. Of course, the water table's already dropped. We can prove that. They were drilling those casements, forty feet in the ground. And I saw it and I can tell you almost every violation they have out there on that right away because I'm overqualified for this sort of monkey work because I own a pipeline construction company. And so it's like to look at this is it's absurd. They had the they had the diesel tanks falling into the creek bed area again last week. They're sinking because they're not stabilized. And there's there's there's diesel. You had another guy saying there's diesel all over the place out there. Where the hell is Eagle? They're sitting there because they don't do anything. They won't come out. They're just permit issuers. And so I guess the point being on this is that we have this from a well driller, and then the township had the audacity to go to that well driller because I wouldn't give them the name. I'm like, you're not getting in there and screwing up about my process. You figure it out. Went to the well driller and told them not to drill any more wells in Byron Township. And I have two recorded messages that prove it. I want to throw out there, too, my response to the supervisor when he told me he was not going to apologize because the attorney instructed him to do what he did. Just for a moment, I was just stunned as I paused. But then I said, well, when an attorney tells you to do something which trespasses on the rights of the people, I suggest you ignore what the... attorney tells you to do because that's not right and then i looked at the board and they didn't have anything else to say either so that i thank you i'm done How can you look at this map and say, okay, we've got all of a sudden all of these wells within a two-month period of time, plus more, there's a few more on there, and people are scared to bring it forward and won't contact them. And they explained it all the way, oh, the wells or the pumps are all broken and such. How can anybody look at that and say, with the size of Byron Township, this is a very small area. I want you to think about this. For Byron Township. And all of a sudden, all the wells dry out and all of the pumps stop. I mean, a person would have to have absolutely no critical thinking skills to believe their crap. Zero. Well, guys, I'm going to have to get going and get to work. So, Greg, I love what you have to say here with the future God-given inherent rights. And thank you, Ralph, for being on today. We're going to continue to beat this issue up because this is just outrageous. And what we saw this week, you know, it's like Karen and I've had time to process this and it's just been like. It's amazingly frustrating. I mean, they're literally destroying the value of your property on purpose and they're infringing on your God-given rights. And They need to be corrected. They need to be educated. And that's done with notices. And that builds your groundwork for your affidavit and your future case against them if they don't start protecting your rights. Thanks for being here today, Ralph. I know you got to get to work. So I have a great day and we'll talk to you another day. Thanks, Ralph. Bye, Ralph. Have a great day. Okay, go ahead, Greg. You're right. You know, it's really kind of cool to come along. And I mean, because you and your group have the group of people you work with on these notices to take somebody that... like myself who had some knowledge of it because of John Tater and I've been talking to him for two and a half years. But it was very, and I've been telling people, you have to show people on a step-by-step basis or they're not going to get it until you popped up here and actually had a process. And of course, you know, I'm looking at the, you know, I'm looking at the structure at first and saying, okay, wait a minute, we've got two people that are sitting on top of this that are getting all of the recognition for it. And immediately a red flag goes up for me. And I wanted to address that before when you said this, because at the end of the day, I want everybody to understand. I am just one small piece of We The People notices. I didn't start it. I just joined it. I have my. gifts that God's given me and I contribute those to we the people notices. And it was, you know, it was started by you per day up in Michigan. But yet now people all over the country. all over the country. And there's Craig Schneider's up there. We have a huge Michigan contingent. Diane, Dwight, Susan, Kitty, Dave Quintero. There's just such a massive list. I couldn't possibly name everyone that participates on these calls. And we've got people that have joined us, you know, in the last year, Shanna and Debbie and just a ton of us. And we all do our piece. And it's such a beautiful thing because we are assembling And we are assembling for the common good and we are assembling in God's name and educating each other on our constitutions and on our constitutional rights and how we address our government and do our job of. managing our government and we are the beneficiaries of our trust. Greg, I love this and I love mentioning everybody's names and I really want to meet everybody in the group because this would be very difficult to put together the training that you guys have done with one or two people, it would go nowhere because you'd have a power structure. The only reason or power struggle. The only reason why this works is because you guys are more of a family type of a group. And that's why I gave you guys credibility, because honestly, I have had so many people come to me and talk about, you know, jumping into something with no ties, you know, no, no prior, no prior, experience with this kind of stuff. And the fact that you have stayed with me in my ignorance of the subject from the beginning, I mean, I find is just extraordinary. And there's not many people that would do that. And every day that I've known you and the people in your group, your credibility has has grown with me. And I got to tell you, you know, I never give anybody a pass. They kind of people earn it with me. And there's reasons for that. And I think it's because, you know, I've seen all the crap going on with the Jural Assembly and that whole fragmented, splintered off nonsense. It's in the election integrity groups, even though I fight for election integrity and I'm in several of those groups and I work with them. um in in different capacities there's pop-ups that come up every day and you've got to vet people to find out if they're real and i'm going to tell everybody out there i very very rarely give endorsements on groups or people and say i'm going to tell you watch what these people have to say but i'm going to tell you right now you guys have really proved yourself out to me in the fact that you work as a group without a without um It doesn't appear that there's a power struggle there. It's just everybody wants everybody out there to know. You're one of the few groups that I can say have achieved that kind of a structure and seem to be sticking with it. And I got to tell you, you know, you bring up everybody's names. I'm going to tell you, it just warms my heart to see that. And and I just got to thank everybody out there because it is really extraordinary what you're doing, what you've done, the education, the time that nobody's getting paid for any of this. It's like it's like what we do. We don't do it for the money. And so I got to tell you, it's extraordinary because I am assaulted on a daily basis with people I dislike. And I'm going to tell you, I dislike a lot of them. OK, they come here and I'll talk to them and I'll be like, you know, I'll sit there and I'll talk to them and I'll let them say their piece. And I walk around and go, what an asshole. Well, well, well, well, well, well. I'm like, I had it a couple of weeks ago. This guy comes over and he's online and he's talking about water on demand. and how great this water on demand was going to be and i'm like going great maybe he's got a solution to help people this is fantastic journey on the phone with them and all he talked about was his financial genius and looking for investors because they're going to make a killing and i'm like screw you I was so done with him. And it's like, so when I say I vet people, I vet them heavily. And it's not that I want to close the door on people, but I will when they come to the table with that sort of thing. If somebody keeps dropping me breadcrumbs that they're on the right trail, I'll stick with them. But if I don't, broom them. Lots of wolves in sheep's clothing. And I got to tell you, your group has been amazingly consistent. And I got to thank you because I did not have the knowledge that you have. I still don't have the knowledge, but I'm working on it. I can present and I can present in a very, very compelling way, shall we say. you know, on things. I'm going to tell you right now, I'm not the best at anything that I do. I'm just willing to do it. And it's just fantastic to see the development that I've seen with my knowledge, with what you guys are presenting. And it's not that at any point in time that I didn't want to learn it. It's just like, oh, you have no idea what I get pelted with on a daily basis. Yeah. And we really are. And Karen's done a phenomenal job and she's going to continue to to help us create some of these notices but this list that that that i just sent you um and it would be tough to pull it up i know but um i'll have it in better form for us for next week but i'd love to see that i'd love to have it call it you know what would be great is to have a lightning round with your group and have everybody come in and say everybody just come in and i'll do the big panel like i did after charlie kirk's alleged death And people come on and talk about it and say what you want to say, because every single person is important, you know, and they're great speakers out there. Karen is a compelling speaker. I'm going to tell you that right now. She's a fantastic speaker. I've seen it. We've talked about it. She's got the training. We're going to go back to I don't want anybody sitting back and looking at anybody and saying, oh, great. This person is going to solve my problem. That is that is not OK. I want to say people that are going to solve the problem is we the people as a body, as a body. We don't elect kings, so Trump's not our king. Trump is not going to solve this problem. The Supreme Court's not going to solve this problem. The legislature's not going to solve this problem. We, the people, are going to solve the problem. That is what a trust is. We are the beneficiaries, and we have to enforce the trust in the republic so that it works to our benefit. And unfortunately, that is not happening right now. It's working to the benefit of the people we elect. And they're giving us lip service as it relates to them trying to protect our rights. And they're not even doing anything to protect our rights. They're doing everything for their own economic gain. The sooner we begin to understand it, the sooner we all join our local assemblies. You can join the We the People notices assembly, and then you can break off because we literally have people in almost every state. Don't you guys love this? Don't you guys that are listening to this love this? This is one of the very few groups that encourages this kind of behavior. This is the reason why I think this is a phenomenal, phenomenal effort and group of people out there. They're not trying to capture and anything. It's the only group I've seen that's done it effectively. And I'm going to say the only group I've seen. I want to say something. So I was a part of an assembly for a few years. I learned quite a bit, but I also learned some things that I think were not quite accurate. And I'm filtering through that as I go along. And I don't know that some of that is at fault. Some of it is just other people were learning too, and maybe people make mistakes. But I think I feel like I have learned more in the last... few weeks maybe or even days um definitely months than i did probably during the last few years because the one one thing i like about what i'm learning through the notices pathway here is that everything is substantiated this is something i was talking with greg about recently too um I say, okay, I hear what you're saying. I hear the points that you're making, but I want to see it on paper. And that's exactly what the notices are. So even that first notice, Donna, that you just put up, what does it have? It has the proof right there. Michigan Constitution is what we're quoting. And then we're asking them, do you believe what it says? That's it. That's what that first notice is. Do you believe what the Michigan Constitution says here? And there's a quote. Other notices will have maximum of law. They'll have other documentation. They'll have Supreme Court cases. They'll have quotes out of those things. So every point is substantiated with historical record on paper, written. It is written. And that's one thing that I need. I always want to see, because I've learned from that other experience, that when things are said repeatedly but they're not backed up, I'm not, I don't need to believe it. I can't believe it sometimes because there's no backup proof. There's no, where's the foundation. If this is your foundation and it's empty because you can't prove it to me, then I'm going to lose any interest in this and I'm just going to move on. And with what they're doing, They're substantiating everything. And so this is why I say there's members of that body that are experts in certain aspects of history, because you need to have people that are really interested in those things, because they're constantly researching. And when they find something they think is applicable to a current situation, they're going to be able to quote you. They're going to be able to tell you what book to go to or what historical record to go to. And it may take them a minute to go through the research to find it, but there's so much there that they can back up everything that they say. And that is vital because as everybody knows, everything that we're getting thrown at us in this de facto side of things, is not substantiated. You know, look at the Charlie Kirk event. I don't believe any of it because none of the information that I've gotten comes from a credible source. So why should I believe any of it? So the process of notices is so sound with what they have. I can't find any fault with it. And that's what I do is I blow holes in things. I want to see if there's any failings in this that is... that I can knock it apart before I actually get into something, I'll blow it all full of holes. And if it doesn't stand, then you got your answer right there. So far, everything that I've seen is it stands. It's a good process. And I can't find any fault with it, which that's kind of a huge deal because That's the process. That's the Brandenburg process right there. And I just want to thank everybody. So Karen, why don't you go ahead and read the notice here and then let's talk about it because I would like every single person out there, I posted the link of JotForm just now on my Telegram channel and I will post it on X. And I would like to have everybody, if they will help us, I think that the people here you know, in Byron Township, if we've got to hold them accountable on a local level, because that is kind of like a nice little, it's like pulling a hose out. You start with the dirtiest part or a dirty spot, and then all of a sudden you try to dilute it or it spreads. You've got to get a target. And I don't mean grab your torches and pitchforks. grab something that you can bite into. And I have damages here because the guy had a sense of humor. We're still dealing with the, with the damages and the insurance companies that are still trying. They called yesterday, wanted me to talk to him about it. I'm like, I'm not telling, I'm not going to have a discussion. You're going to get the invoices and you can figure it out from there. You know, goes back to in the written language. So go ahead, Karen. Can you blow it up a little bit? Oh, good luck on that. Okay. It's not just, I can read it, but it's tiny in my phone, and so I know. I think I can do that right now if I can. Well, everybody, put the link on your scroller, too, and then anybody at home who's listening now or later can read along with it that way, too. Would it be easier, Karen, if I read it for you? I can read it. Okay, go ahead. Do you want me to, I'll talk about it a little bit as we go. Point of clarity regarding Michigan Constitution Article I, Section I. Notice to agent is notice to principal and notice to principal is notice to agent. Now, I know if you're unfamiliar to this, this is the one thing that I wanted to talk about because I had seen that read many times. I asked Greg to just teach me what it means because I never really understood it. The principal is the person being addressed to. And so when this gets served, there's a list of names. All the people that went on the second page are those people who should be receiving this. The agent in that case is the one handed the notice. So in this case with Donna, she handed it over to the clerk. The clerk is thus the agent who's supposed to make sure that all the principals get it. If She goes to somebody's house and serves them and the spouse answers the door and takes it. They become the agent. So if you notice them, if you serve them, just like you're serving dinner on a plate, it's not I'm giving you a lawsuit and now you're having to fight for your life. It's just I'm giving you something. You are receiving this notice and you're responsible for making sure that the principal receives it. And that is also explained on the second page. So somebody else that gets it is going to look at that line and go, what the heck does that mean? So they'll get that explanation right there at the top of the second page. Notice to agent is notice to principal, and notice to principal is notice to agent means that any person receiving this document shall be responsible for distributing it to the addressed government servants. Any attempt by any elected official, legislative assistant, attorney, or any other agent or employee to suppress or ignore this notice will be considered a trespass of constitutional right to redress of grievances, maladministration. So I want to do something here a little bit. Another point of clarity here is that when we were going when Karen and I were going over this, there were a lot more names because there's a lot of other people that we could have served. And I'm like, let's just make this easy. And I just want to do this with Byron Township because, you know, you got to think about, too, when you're doing these notices, how you're going to get them to them. How are you going to serve them? And so if you could be, it's like anything that's lawfare, because like today I've got my scheduling conference on my pro se. I've got about five different lawfare groups going right now that I'm working with in order to find ways to fight them. And every one of them is, I got to tell you, is winning at this point in time. We're actually moving. We're moving the bar. The only one that's failing is the barred attorney that I hired to see if he would get off as dead behind. And he's failing spectacularly. And that and that's OK, because, you know, like I said, I will find find where the failings are in any in any system. And if you don't do a risk assessment or if you don't check out what's going to fail, you're going to be blindsided somehow. So we talked about it. And I said, I really think I want to just stick to Byron Township. But we could have served the contractors. We could have served all of them. And that may be coming. But, you know, we'll see what happens. Yep. So their attorney is also I mean, if the clerk just goes straight to the attorney and he says, don't give this to anybody, that's a problem for him or her. So, yeah. OK, so let's get into the notice then. I and then anybody can participate in this through this link. Anybody anywhere in the country can click and put your name in there, autograph it online. It's not hard. It's so easy. And it stamps the date and you can look at it before you send it. If you want to participate and you do that, it will send Donna your name and a copy of this notice that you autograph so that she can later submit that list of names to the township and serve them again using your list of names to say, look, here are the other people that agree with this notice. and they want to know your answer too. Okay, I, in your name, one of the people, as seen in the Michigan Constitution, wish for you to give a point of clarity based on your position as an agent or substitute of one of the people. Michigan Constitution, Article I, Declaration of Rights, Section I. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection. Please give a point of clarity. Do you believe that the state constitution declares that all political power is inherent in the people and that government is instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection? I mean, pretty simple question. We're quoting the Michigan constitution and then asking them, do you believe it? Please respond in writing via notices at Donna for mi.com and publicly by pointing your response on the Byron Township offices building main door within ten business days of receiving this notice and leave posted for thirty days. So in that we decided that we we didn't want to just tell them to post it there because they could post it in the men's bathroom where nobody would see it or in the plumber's room. Wherever they wanted to behind closed doors. Now, we said the main door because we want to see it there. And we want you to keep it there for thirty days. Now, if all of them were to start responding to these, we might have to tell them to put it on a bulletin board in there that they put up on the wall just for this purpose because they're going to probably have more notices. And there's nineteen people on that list. But, you know, it would be great to see nineteen notices on the door next week. But we shall see. This notice in the last line is sent to you in the peace and love of Jesus Christ that you provide. Wait a second. Now I can't see. Sorry. My bad. I didn't know I was going to bring up that list. I told you I'm not the best at anything. I can just make things work. Right. This notice is sent to you in the peace and love of Jesus Christ that you provide due care to those who have all political power, the people. And then there's an autograph and date. So we're saying we're coming to you in peace just to make sure that you know what your job is. Do you know what your job is? Here's step one. Do you believe the Michigan Constitution? We're not coming for battle here. Um, although when Donna was reading it, she had a little bit of a spicy attitude. So, um, maybe she was just a little hot under the collar and didn't come quite as peacefully as she could have, but you know what? These are tables, you know, you get what you get. I mean, they called one of my friends a liar and, and, uh, I don't do real well when people, when I hear a bunch of BS being spewed from people's mouths. And like I said, in peace becomes, you know, there's sometimes you just got to take care of business. And that was it. It was a lawful. It still applies, though, because we're saying I'm not coming to you in war. I'm coming to you in peace. I just want to know, can you answer this question? And this is why I take a different idea. I took a different tack with my approach to the supervisor. I was a little anxious and I couldn't, I didn't want to look at him right in the eye because I knew he's going to be staring me down and that could have shifted my attitude. So I tried to soften my tone when I was speaking to them because I want to give him an opportunity. I always want to give them an opportunity to make the right choice. So if I'm always on the attack without having a willingness to, to hear what, a positive response from them, they're going to get their back up all the time. And so like in talking to them afterwards, I was talking with a couple of the trustees and I was, you know, taking that kind of tone with them. I'm like, look, no, your job is, Government is instituted for what? One duty to protect the rights of the people. You guys have to understand that your duty is to protect everybody else's rights because he's telling me the attorney told us all this. We were not supposed to be talking to the people. two months ago or the other night but they stayed and they shifted how they were handling the public comment period because normally and this is common across boards they do not have a back and forth with the people because it takes longer they just are supposed to hear that's what they've been trained to do they decided to go ahead and answer questions The public noticed the shift and they appreciated it, even if they're still angry with them because they feel like they're being heard a little bit more. Agreed. It alleviates some of the tension. You can still be in battle mode without being nasty. You know, you can be angry with the trustee and even talking with them afterward. I think you're doing the wrong thing. Here's why I think you're doing the wrong thing. Do you hear what I'm trying to tell you? No, I said, I'm not going to argue with you any further because he was telling me it was okay for the supervisor to unilaterally adjourn the meeting again. I said, do you understand that? that he is removing your duty to participate in a vote. Why don't you consider, just consider it, right? Consider making a motion that you all have to adjourn by a vote. This seems like a small thing, but I told him, He thought it was in the law that the supervisor has the lawful duty to end the meeting unilaterally. I said, I want you to show me that in law. He said, I noticed it years ago. Well, find it for me then because I'm not going to find it. What I do find is in the OMA handbook, The attorney general, our current one, explained that you can't do that. So show me in the law or it doesn't exist. And if you can't find it, I would suggest that you all every meeting take a few seconds to have a motion and a vote. It could be all in favor. I OK. Now you've adjourned your meeting properly. The people will notice it. And that's why I told him is most important here. If you're trying to show the people that you listen to what they say, even me from another county. You're letting this guy run the show or you're not. And if you do your duty, the rest of the people are going to know that you're trying to do the right thing. Or let him continue running the show and continue to look like a fool who's not doing your duty. Your choice, you know. I didn't say that to him. But I think it's really important to give them opportunities to show up for the people and And even if they're still doing it in a de facto sense, You can encourage them while you're also in battle with them. Because some of these people, I think one of the things I felt from the meeting was they don't all have access to the same information. They don't know what's going on. They're looking at Donna like, what are you telling me? They don't know the truth about everything going on. And some of them, like one of the trustees was telling her, look, I've been here all my life. I'm not the enemy. You're shouting at me and I don't understand why. And maybe he didn't say shouting, but I wasn't shouting. I was absolutely I'm I'm an intense personality, no matter what's going on around me. You know, anybody that knows me will know I'm pretty intense. And definitely intimidated. And he was like, I'm just trying to do a good job here. I don't understand. Well, so he's he's confused. And now he's seeing the difference between the people's instruction and the attorney's instruction. He's confused. So we're going to unconfuse him. Well, you know, Greg's got to leave here. You want to go on your phone or do you want us to end? Karen and I can keep talking about this for a little bit. I was going to try to end it early, but I think that I want to point out the individuals involved in this because from what I see, oh, we can have two Gregs. Here we go. Here's Greg and Greg. So there we've got Greg one and Greg two. But from what I see going on up there, see, this is the way that I see it. They know exactly what they were doing, which they you can. It tells me all I need to know. by what they did with laughing at us when we brought things up there. That is a psychopath that does things like that and laughs in your face. There are people out there, and I'm not saying they're rapists, but I'm going to say if you have a rapist that knows what they're doing and they're a repeat offender, they know what they're doing and they don't care. And so for me to approach them the way that I do to hold them accountable, I'm not going to talk to them like a kindergarten teacher. I'm going to talk to them like a CEO who's sick of their shit. And, you know, it's like it's like because they have literally. destroyed this area, have tried to get out of responsibility on all of it, have refused to bring water to people who have blamed things that are not true instead of their lack of responsibility, poor planning, and have an investigation even for two minutes to see what's going on. They've rammed this thing through, which means they know exactly what they're doing. And it's like, you know, I know you've got a softer delivery than I do, but I'm going to tell you what, when somebody attacks people that I feel are innocent, I'm going to come out with bare teeth and I'm not going to back down from it, especially with them laughing in our faces. And we've got multiple recordings of Peggy Sattler laughing when she was told what was going on. Yeah, I know. And she laughs. She laughs. And so to me, that's like that's like that's like telling a repeat offender. that there's a problem and they go, yeah, I know, but I'm going to go out and do it again because I don't care. And that's what we have here. I'm not cutting any. They may not know the law. I don't care. They have continued to harm people, whether they know it or not. the internal ethics that's involved in this you know is is what is what i have a problem with starting with the fact i mean tilma says right out there in the meeting you know well there's somebody in the community one lady that said don't come on the property that's why i'm like Yeah, point the finger right at me and we'll have a discussion here, a big dog up there. Because what happened was they told me to fix my water problem, the first well that failed, because they dropped the water table signed from a well driller, right? They told me to go hook up to my neighbor's house with a hose. Now, there's somebody that was out of water for two months here that was going to the cemetery to get fifteen gallons of water a day. Mind you, his wife was starting chemo the day they're well filled. The township completely failed and abandoned them. He went out. Now, you can't tell me that these people didn't know what they were doing. They were not there to help. He was going to cemetery to get the water. And finally, in the last week, he decided to hook up to his neighbors with a hose. and the township has still denied any wrongdoing they have given no help they have all they've done is like a kid whose hand is in the cookie jar explaining this away i am not going to give these people one second of of uh of uh Because at this point in time, I don't even care about the law that's going on there. Anybody that can't see that for what it is, is absolutely a person without morals or ethics to see a family that has been irreparably harmed. yeah you know that and and so i said to don i said well let's just be clear on who that person was and why that told you to get off their property i'm like why don't you just say it's donna brandenburg it was me and i said it's because of your negligence complicity and total incompetence And what's going on here? I'm not going to have lawbreakers stepping on my property and telling me what to do with your ridiculous incompetent solutions already that you have proven to the entire area to step on and fix my problem with the well, get off my property. I'll figure it out and you're paying the bill. And Donna, can I just add, because I think it's incredibly important, but it's pretty amazing that God at this time with us working together has given us this specific problem and we can solve it and we can educate our servants on how to solve it and we can do it in the Constitution. And I mean, it's the conflict that we need because the only way for us to solve the conflict is to have it locally and directly. And now you're gonna solve it in that town. And the problem you're having has already gone on in California, in other states, and it's their model that they're rolling out everywhere. These public private partnerships are unconstitutional. unconstitutional in the republic they are legal in the democracy so i'm glad they attacked me if you really want to know the truth it's like i'm the perfect person to attack because most people will curl up in a fetal position they attack me the blowback is going to be absolutely brutal But that's my point. My point is God literally laid this at your feet so that you could attack the government back and show the hypocrisy that we've lived in for one hundred and fifty years and get us back to our republic and get our rights back secured. And which is water. I mean, the key to life. And I think it's ironic. township and we're going to be able to take this to a different level. So I look forward to the rest of these notices and the education of our servants so that the sheriffs and the trustees and everyone involved in that township starts protecting our rights like that's their only job. You know, it's their only job. As you said, it's extraordinary. And all I can say is that it's a God thing that we were talking about this before. When you look at the time, the timing on all of this, honestly, it's like I've been talking to John Tater for two and a half years about how he does his notices and such. But. It wasn't anything that was practical enough for me to get my feet wet and know what's going on and see what he's done. But to put it into practice and then all of a sudden, Greg Martini shows up. And it was like, holy Moses. This is amazing. Let's give Summer Cook the credit first because I came on because she came on. So I wanted to follow her because I wanted it to continue with you based upon the books. And you gave her an incredible shout out yesterday. Yeah, I told everybody, I said, when I find somebody that's, you know, a group of people or something that they're just doing it for no money and they're doing it because they've got a passion for, man, I will give them all kinds of support because they're just an everyday person like me that just wants us fixed so we can go back to just living life. That's it. Okay. It's like I will never, ever be a person who steps in to the crap world of governance or politics on a larger level. I'll do a local level, do this kind of stuff all day long. you know, my little podcast going on here that, you know, that, I mean, this is like one of those things. You guys think I want to be sitting in a seat here every single morning? I got a horse or several horses to ride. Dude, I'd rather do anything than be sitting here in the seat. This is a duty, okay? And it's like, we get this thing fixed. Bye-bye, Brandenburg. I put my time in. Now I'll do notices and hold people accountable, but this ain't going to be it, okay? So somebody better be ready to step up Donna, that's never going to happen. Yeah, I don't know. I'm going to be doing my thing in a different way, but I can't be doing anything like this full time. But we'll see. We'll see. It's whatever God wants me to do. But Summer, yeah, I gave her a huge shout out yesterday because we were talking about who's going to educate the kids. I had somebody this morning that I was talking about. And somebody said to him, because he started to go to our township meetings. His name is Jim. He's a wonderful guy. And somebody said to him, man, your life's got to be pretty boring to show up at these township meetings. And he goes, I finally got it why it was so important to go. And I'm like, we all get that when you step into politics or governance of any type. All of a sudden, you're public enemy number one for trying to fix the system. And then the village idiots out there that just want to play all the time, refusing to get in. Now you're the last person that they want to talk to. And it's like you're killing off the people who are here to help. And it's like, you got it. You got to know who you're talking to. Go through a Brandenburg process. See if you can fail them. See if you can fail them. Like I tried to with Greg's group. I honestly tried to fail you guys. And it was like, which is great. We don't mind to be challenged. So it's a test. Yeah, that does not bother us. I mean, yeah, it doesn't mean either. I love it when people try to fail me. Yeah. We test each other daily. So it's nothing that we haven't already gone through as a group. This is something else that let's come back to the concept of parts of the body. Because Donna was saying that she took a very different tack the other night, like I said. I didn't interrupt her. I didn't tell her to slow down or to take it easy because she going to do what she going to do. First of all, but Donna has her own role to play and she's different than Karen. She's going to do it differently than Karen and everybody else involved in this effort to restore this Republic form of government, to bring our people closer to a God led, um, Christian moral fabric government and way of life has value. There's some people that are not going to have anything to do with government, but they'll be teaching the children how to live in a, in a godly way. Everybody has a role to play and, uh, everybody's going to be taking a little bit different route with it. And everybody is also somewhere in a different place along the way. So we were talking about this too recently that, um, Not to pick on, and I mentioned like the pure blood concept during the COVID time because people were like, well, I'm better than other people because they're stupid. They took a shot. No. We're all victims in this. We were all not taught properly. We're all victims. We're all going to start figuring things out. So there's some people out there who will start questioning the JFK shooting for the first time. Don't pick on them for it. Encourage that. Encourage the curiosity. Because you were somewhere on that path before you got to Donna Brandenburg's show where you are right now. If you've never heard of Notices before... Great. If you're well involved and you've been doing it for a while, great. Nobody needs to pick on somebody else because they're in a different stage of learning. And as long as you're learning something, you can teach something to somebody else. Even if you're making a mistake in that, say, I'm not really sure on this, but this is my understanding right now. And then you iron sharpens iron along the way. You learn from each other. And that's where I feel like I'm learning so much from people right now. And at some point I'm going to be teaching somebody else who's not heard any of this and they're going to surpass me within a short amount of time because they're going to get it faster than I did, better than I did. Maybe they communicate it better than I do. Maybe they have a higher level of intelligence or capability of memory than I do. Whatever it is, I don't care. Like Donna said, somebody can do this better than I can. I'll go back to the barn and shovel horse poop. Yeah, John. Game over. Fantastic. You're hired. You know, it's like it's like, you know, I just you know, we just take our talents and do with them what we can. You know, when there's a problem, you know, there's there's going to be people out there that are phenomenal writers. There are people out there that are phenomenal speakers and and all that sort of thing. Some people, there's some people who are better teachers, but they pair up with somebody who behind the scenes is teaching them more than they know. You know, you might have somebody who's really, really shy, but they are an expert at something. We're going to have to do a hard stop here in about five minutes because I've got to get ready for my scheduling conference. You know what one of the coolest points is that I want to make in the morning? I had to literally, this is how it's supposed to work. I had a horse that was colicking, okay? And I'm like, got to go to the barn, carry on, and I'm out of here, right? You have no idea how liberating that is. You want to know some of the people that I had in the past? They wanted to do a segment of the show. the one gal, the first person she wanted to be on was a transgender person. And I'm like, And then I watch how things are going. The next thing she's got on is she's got somebody on that was talking about getting out of a cult. They weren't getting out of a cult. They were pushing the cult. In fact, having screenshots up there that were saying crap like our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And then underneath it, which I won't even say it together, the same thing, is a pedophile. And I was watching this and all of a sudden, you know, this was what they were had allegedly had been taught. No, they were putting it out there. And after about Karen watched it and I sat there after a while, I'm just like, we're on live. It's like y'all are going to fry and it's not going to be too long either because you're lying. You're not here talking about getting out of the cult. You're here recruiting. And putting doubt in people's minds about Jesus Christ. Guess what? Jesus Christ is God's only begotten son. End of story. He came here to die for our sins. End of story. He is the atonement and the way to walk with God. End of story. Done. Over with. If somebody puts out something like that, they're done with me. Because this is blasphemy, stupidity. an absolutely subversion of god's children out there to put thoughts into their heads that are not true stay true get some discernment ask him forward he'll give it to you it's kind of one of those easy gifts to get right and so and then then walk forward without confusing other people or subverting them and so this is what this is what's kind of cool about this This group of people is so bomb proof right now. I've got freedom. I don't have to sit here in the chair getting up and being sixty one years old and stiff, you know, for hours at a time and running five screens in this. I was good enough that I could I can literally leave and I can literally go to the barn if I've got a horse that's struggling. I mean, what a great gift. It's amazing. So with that said, I have to. OK. It was better than being by myself. Yeah, I've done that with Karen before. I'm like, um... Hi, everybody. Yeah, that was so funny. I didn't think you ever went back and watched it, did you? And I'm like, I can't talk on the phone right now. Karen, you're on. And she's like talking and trying to do a play by play. It was absolutely hilarious. Hilarious. Karen's like, hey. Guess what? I'm the host of the show today. And you were spectacular. Every ten minutes or so, if you're just joining us, and I'm talking really quietly because I didn't know if it was coming through your speaker. I think that's when that story you just told like last week about Dana Nessel. Was it that one? Yeah. Yeah, I was with the one where she stuck her butt in my face in the room. She comes on and takes her nasty behind and sticks it in my face as she's shaking hands on the other side. She made sure she bent over to stick her tish in my face. I'm like, what a class act. Good job, honey. Unbelievable. I don't even have horses that are stupid enough to stick their butt in my face because we would have had a discussion right there that would establish you don't do that, right? your feet move your feet move your feet the doom is coming you know so i'm like i was just training us now this is the donna brandenburg show and she is there at this time and and this is what's going on right now we're just gonna listen in then i'm like the thing of it is you realize how much i want to have a replacement but i have gone through so many wackadoodles out there that'll bring on practicing freaking satanist on my show there ain't no way that i'm gonna be here and i'm brutal enough to not sit there and go well i guess we might want to move under another segment i'm like going what the hell's going on? You know, you, this is, this is done. And I think you need to have therapy here because, you know, you're literally pushing Satanism and calling them out for it. And I was, I was totally done, you know? And it's like, no, the failure was, you know, over the top egregious and, and, and inex, inexcusable. So now I can go to the barn. Fantastic. I think I've just replaced myself. So let's say real quick, real quick. So next, next week by next Wednesday, hopefully we'll have, it would be fantastic if we had some answers from your township board people with, with what they have to say. to say with regards to the point of clarity, do they agree or not? And it'd be awesome if they participate. Things would go a lot better for them if they do. So we'll find out, but we will certainly let everybody know if they opt in or not. And fully expect silence because that is agreeing. So that's an answer. That is an answer. So and the problem is we know the answer. It is the law. And we cited it in the notice. So they'll be they'll be well prepared for the next one and the next one. And eventually they're going to realize you have just boxed them in. to the law of the land and they must follow it and they must protect your rights. And that's when you hit them with the water war issue. So. Sucks to be them. That's all I got to say because the one thing about it is I got no reverse gear and I think they're going to get this thing figured out and it's not grab your torches and pitchforks. It's by a legal process, which they have failed at. I'm going to. Ding, ding, ding. Yeah, let's let's do it. Let's do the prayer. And I got to go because you got to prepare for the scheduling conference here. I'm pretty prepared for it. But please, everybody, you know, keep me in your prayers today and such. I think it's going to be kind of fun in a way because another process, you know, like I said, I've been called into some. large, large lawsuits over the, over the years and testify. And I, I'm, I'm, I think I'm too stupid to be intimidated. Maybe that's what it is. I don't know, but it's just like more guts than brains here is what it is. So anyhow, let's say for dear heavenly father, thank you so much for Greg and Karen and all the wonderful people in that group. And I would love to have the list so I could go one, two, three, four, five, six, because it's just amazing how many people you have brought together for this time and Your timeframes are shocking. Just all of a sudden, Greg shows up, Summer shows up, Greg shows up. I don't know any of these people. And all of a sudden, we start working together the way that you wanted us to. You provided the answer, the solution, the attack, Everything we needed, the attack upon me and my private property rights, no due process, anything. You provided us with everything we needed to have to hold them accountable and watch them spectacularly fail at your hands. It's not even us. We just happen to be here. It's just extraordinary. kind of gets the pressure off us a little bit too, I got to tell you. And I thank you for that. I ask your favor, your favor to be upon each and every person out there, that you would give them a voice, you would give them strength, you would give them provision for everything they need to do to stay in this fight, that they wouldn't get discouraged, that you send them encouragement and help to each and every one of them on whatever the issues are in their lives that you have either allowed to happen to strengthen them or that they're dealing with right now. I ask you for health and that you would strengthen the relationships around them with their families and their friends and in and groups of people that are here for service, not for self-interest. We thank you for that so very much. And I just want to tell you, I love you today. It's a great day and we love you. We love you so very much for everything that you've done. And all the Satanists out there, please, please just confuse their plans and shut their mouths up. They're just as annoying as Satan himself. And he's just a little puke and we're kind of sick of him right now. We want to walk with you We want to walk with you upright, following what it is that you tell us to do, because you're always right, you know, and we're always wrong. So help us to lay ourselves aside and to follow you, trusting you in all things. You're amazing. And what a great, what a great friend you are to us. And we want to be a friend to you in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray. Amen. So that said, we're going to go to that time, boys and girls. And I just think it's time to just tell Satan in the name of Jesus, just sit down and shut up. We're sick of you. Okay. Jesus Christ has authority over all powers and principalities. Satan is a little miserable puke. in the name of jesus christ he needs to sit down and shut up he's the blamer and the accuser of the brethren him you're gonna listen to anybody gonna listen to him like the biggest screw-up in the history of screw-ups okay we don't need to be afraid of him tell him to sit in the name of jesus tell him to sit down and shut up okay we're done with this nonsense And so with that said, what is amazing is that God's children, His creation is amazing. God is walking with you every step of the way. Satan has no power. Satan has no power in the presence of God. He gets told what the terms and conditions are. And so you don't have to be afraid. You can walk right through it. You can walk right through the conflict. And it won't even come near you. It is totally amazing. In fact, I did a post this morning. I'm just going to read it because I know not everybody reads and watches things. And I get that. And I want you to think about this. I posted it was during my time of spending with God this morning. And it's Leviticus twenty six, one through thirteen. Read that today and read all of it. Go down and you get to six. And it says this is the conditions of the covenants with God. I will grant peace in the land and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. will remove wild beasts from the land i'm pretty sure this is our our elected officials and the people in commerce right there and it's not i don't think he's talking about animals he's talking about beasts these people are beasts the and the sword will not pass through your country you will pursue your enemies and they will fall by the sword before you five of you will chase a hundred and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand and your enemies will fall by the sword before you. He's not saying to pick up the sword, sword. What is the sword? Sword of the spirit. They can't even stand in front of us. Just step up and talk, say the word of God and, and know the word of God and speak the word of God. They have no power here. They have no power at all. And, um, I think this is pertinent to this time. Thirteen, I am the Lord your God who brought you out of Egypt so that you will no longer be slaves to the Egyptians. I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high. Hold your head high, believers in Christ Jesus. Hold your head high. He is here with us. He's walking with us. He's providing with us. We've done nothing. It's all Him. Literally, we have done nothing except accept Him, accept His terms and conditions, and walk for it. None of this that we own is ours. It's all God's. We're here to serve. That's it. Once we get that figured out, it's going to be righted, and it's going to be amazing. So at any rate, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. It's going to be a great day. You are walking with God. You have the power of God around you. Let's make that a daily practice. And I think it's going to be a great future. So thanks for being on, Karen. I got to go right now because my next meeting is at the door. So I have to leave and get prepared. Love y'all. All right. Bye-bye. Bye-bye, everybody. Everybody's going to take me and make me absolutely perfect day. Please make it today.
