Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the second day of December, twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show today. We're going to have John Tater on at nine o'clock and then at ten o'clock. Pro Se Mike talking about talking about all things pro se here. Let me get things adjusted here. I've been moving around my computer, John, and welcome this morning. I've been moving my computer around and doing lots and lots of work. So sometimes things have to be readjusted. Yes, indeed. How is your Thanksgiving? My Thanksgiving was wonderful. I had, uh, Thirteen people over, uh, relatives, um, from parts as far as Washington state, uh, Georgia and, uh, Michigan, of course. So we had, uh, we had quite a way to quite a shindig get together. Turkey was outstanding. We have a great house for it. So, you know, that's awesome, you know, and I'm sure we had a wonderful time. I'm perfecting sourdough bread. I cooked so much for Thanksgiving. We have a bunch of people who are actually gluten. They live the gluten free life. So I've been experimenting with making different types of dishes and substitutions. But what I did figure out is a non gluten or a regular bread, sourdough bread. And I'm having a riot baking, baking the sourdough. So that's kind of fun. So there's there's one of my new hobbies. Plus working on. lawfare, lawsuits, and that's going actually pretty well. And I think that's what we're going to talk about this morning. But let's start out with talking about this new bill that passed. This is absolutely crazy. You know, to all the whiners and sobbers and the naysayers, I mean, you see something happening like right now. Sounds like, I don't know, a child screaming. This is not going to be an easy thing to take down. And Just because we want it today doesn't mean that's the best plan. But a constitutional crisis erupted in Washington as Senator John Kennedy's Born in America Act passed the Senate in a razor-thin, fifty-one to forty-nine vote, sealed by the Vice President's tiebreaker. Well, I was kind of surprised by that. The legislation requires every federal officeholder to be a natural-born U.S. citizen who has never held dual citizenship. Effective, let's see. Past or present. Let me re-read that. The legislation requires every federal officeholder to be a natural-born U.S. citizen who has never held dual citizenship. Effective at midnight, the law strips naturalized citizens of their positions and permanently bars anyone with dual citizenship. oh yeah this is like happy dance going on right now this needed to happen and thank you to senator kennedy for seeing this through and every single person who voted for this you're fired get out we're done with this nonsense you know gotta keep reading though the next paragraph is even better Kennedy delivered the message with chilling resolve. The Constitution ding, ding, ding, ding, pay attention, says natural born for president. It just made it law for everybody. If you weren't born on this soil, you don't run this soil. period, he declared from the Senate floor. The follow-up was immediate. Fourteen House members, three senators, and two cabinet secretaries, all naturalized citizens, were escorted out by Capitol Police live on C-SPAN. Federal marshals were reportedly dispatched to enforce resignations among justices and governors. This is exciting. Current office holders had been given seventy-two hours to step down or face arrest. The political shockwave reverberated across the nation at eleven fifty nine p.m. President Trump posted biggest win ever. America first just became America only within minutes. A forty one second clip of Kennedy's gavel strike and declaration went viral, amassing sixty one point four billion views in just one hour. The hashtag. Born in America Act overwhelmed service worldwide, generating an unprecedented nine hundred and twelve billion impressions. And all Americans are saying, yay, who are truly Americans. Yep. This is great. So, oh, yeah. Love just said bye bye, Granholm. So bye bye. All of these people who have been in office. I mean, I'm kind of wondering of all the dual citizenship holders with Israel and Somalia. It doesn't matter. Israel. I just had to bring that up because it always gets whined about, right? Yeah. I'm excited. Somalia. Kenya. You're going to get the Kenya, aren't they? Go down the list. All right, so what are we going to talk about here today, sir, besides that very good news on Born in America Act? Well, that's part of the whole idea of lawfare. That's what the government has been doing both to Trump and to people like me and you that are trying to get justice in a court system that is totally corrupt. And in the Michigan court system, the Michigan court system is one of the most corrupt systems out there. I concur on that. Yeah, the judges don't practice law. They practice lawfare. And what is lawfare? Lawfare is the strategic use of legal proceedings to intimidate or hinder an opponent. the michigan courts are full of that the judges all uh on the district court city district court levels or state district court levels stand in their black robes raise their hands i had a judge uh solomony out of taylor when i started bringing up the uh uh, constitution and stuff. He raised his hands in, in his black robe. He looked like Batman or like a, like a bat. And he was saying, we're not going there. We're not going there. Fortunately, I had a couple of people in the gallery watching this, so he can't say he didn't do it. He did do this. This is, and so he was attempting to intimidate me. He didn't intend to date me. He just made me angry and I turned around and sued him. He eventually got out of office. He retired. But I'm not done with him. I've got other fish in the frying pan right now. Whales that I'm working on. And when I get done with the whales, I'll go after this guppy. But it'll just take a little time. He's going to get his unless he croaks before I sue him. But I'm going to sue him again. I'm going after him. And I'm going after the litany of judges that have practiced lawfare against me to keep him from going to jail or to keep him from getting barred off the bench. I tell you what, as a pro se litigant, going in and actually diving in and figuring out this process has been probably one of the most valuable things I've ever done. The reason being is that it's just like getting into office running for governor or any office. You think that It's going to be opposite of what it actually is. What I really found out with doing pro se is how absolutely uneducated the the barred attorneys are. They don't know how to write a case. They know how to do the administrative procedures and hit the courts, know how to catch you on a procedural violation because they're not interested at all in justice or seeing that the law is served. They just aren't. I mean, I'm sure that there are some people out there that are that are that are really interested just like i think there are probably some good judges however i don't think it's the majority i think the majority of them are incompetent negligent and and such and i think that if you first look at a case and look at did the attorneys themselves misrepresent the law That's the first question you should ask. And quite honestly, they're doing it all the time because what they're doing is they're running the cases through AI. They're not even checking the cases to see if it's pertinent. So if you go back and check their work a little bit, go over it, see what they've said and done, you're going to find out just exactly the same way you find out looking at our elected and unelected public functionaries. you were going to catch me on that. I thought I better make sure I bailed on that one real quick. And so, but if you look at what they do, they're just basically a puppet. The attorneys are controlled by the courts. They serve the procedures. They don't serve the facts over procedures. And that's how they knock so much of this out because it's their pretended law that they're paying attention to instead of the facts of the cases. Absolutely correct. Absolutely correct. I have a case right now against three judges. It's in front of Berg, and Berg decided that he's going to sit on my case. I filed the reconsideration in September, and it's December second. I still haven't had an answer from him. Now, what happened in my particular case is interesting because when I filed my case, my answer to the DOJ opposing attorney, the DOJ opposing attorney came up with this that they have absolute immunity. Well, I proved that they don't. And I also proved by Supreme Court decision that I have a right to a hearing because they're ignoring my hearing. And so the judge sat on that for, I don't know, three months, I think. two months for sure and then he turns around and then i had then i said what what am i going to do what what's my next step my next step was then to go to the appeals court and file a writ of mandamus which was a a writ to get the judge of the lower court to get off his butt and do it to answer the question well two days later he files and he files his order I lose. In other words, he files it against me. I didn't lose anything. He files it against me. And so I retracted my writ of mandamus. In the process of retracting my writ of mandamus, the district court closes the case. So I called a RIDA, I called the appeals court and I said, I didn't close the case. I just closed the RIDA mandamus. How did the district court end up closing my case? Well, they said, well, you have to take that up with the district court. So, so I called the district court and the district court says, Well, it happened, it's closed, but they're going to answer your reconsideration. Well, when? This is September the twenty fourth. I filed it. It's December second, sixty nine, seventy days already since they have not answered this writ or this reconsideration. They're just playing games. That's all they're doing. justice denied justice delayed is justice denied and that's what this is all about and so this is warfare or wealth or or lawfare that the court systems are playing they're gonna ping pong you around until you get frustrated upset or or call him up phone or or do something do something that they can say, see, you're a criminal. See, you blew your stack. You can't handle this. Well, I don't do that. I'm not that kind of person. I don't call them names. It's not me. But this is the game that they're playing, and they're good at it. They're good at it. They've been doing this for years. Now this whole idea of kicking these people out with dual citizenship, this is a start to fixing the problem. Do you know in Michigan that we have thirty nine Muslim public functionaries? Are they dual citizens? Yeah. Well, I don't know, but that's a good question. Do they have dual citizenship? However, this is a federal law and regarding federal public functionaries, not state public functionaries. So the state public functionaries can get with it if our legislature gets off their rear end and passes the same kind of law. Well, it said federal marshals were reportedly dispatched to enforce resignations among justices and governors. Yes. So that goes... This is federal. Governors are... Governors, I think, are different too in regards to they govern the state and they have to follow. But do House of Representatives people have to follow this law? I'm not sure. And that's a good question. I guess that's something I'd like to look into because how far down does this go? This really should be a systemic clean out of the insurrectionists that have decided to take over our country from within. Yes. That's, that's exactly what we have here. I mean, they, when, when you start seeing the structure, even in the state of Michigan and how people have been placed in, in positions, they they've absolutely been placed in positions. They're, they're, they, uh, they compile either their own people in office or they pick out useful idiots. One thing that I did become aware of is most of the border towns and our Southern border are literally staffed. The government is staffed with cartel members. They cross the border. And so when, when you look at that, that i don't know protocol this is a playbook they've done it over and over again exactly how they've done this and it's just like with nazi germany they you know i'm just going to say germany i'm i'm kind of like i'm kind of like on the outs with believing anything that's been historically presented to us at this point in time i'm question everything because i'm not so sure that it was what they're saying it was in Germany or anywhere else for that matter, because the victors write the history. And then all of a sudden, somebody like Robert Maxwell comes in, who is a communist and a Jewish and a communist, takes over the publishing of all of our textbooks. And so guess what? You've got somebody who was an avowed communist writing our freaking textbooks. How can we count on any of this? This is all propaganda at this point in time. And the best thing we can do is question everything and read alternative sources to see if we're right or wrong. I mean, we have to question everything and check our biases because... I think what most people look for are things that agree with their biases instead of evaluate, put the bias away and evaluate things without emotions at face value. Because we all might be wrong. The republic cannot survive without the rule of law. It becomes a democracy. It becomes a rule by the seat of the pants, by the judge, by the mob. by the actually mob rule because they vote in and forty nine to fifty one and forty nine percent suffer over fifty one percent. That's a democracy. We don't have a democracy. We've never had a democracy. And the Constitution says we're guaranteed a Republican form of government, not a democratic form of government. So people need and that's Article four, Section four, if you want to look it up. uh, in the federal constitution, we are guaranteed a Republican form of government. And so all of these, uh, so-called people that come in from other countries and, uh, with dual citizenships and, or not American citizens and try to run their, what they're trying to do is change the character of the country, get rid of it over and over. You know, if they wanted that form of government, they should have stayed where they were. If they want to bring it here, why did they come here? Unless it was to destroy what was here. Well, we've got to understand that these people that are pulling the strings are the, well, we don't call them the deep staters or whoever, world government people, whoever you want to call them. Those are the people that want to destroy America. Because if they can destroy America, then they could turn the entire world into a feudal system where we, the people, are the slaves and they are the kings and kings. queens of of us and they can rule our lives and that's what they've been trying to do in america for many many years they've done it by the internal revenue by taxing the heck out of people so they can barely make ends meet and they have to work two jobs and they can't pay any attention to what's going on that's part of the process uh the other pro you know and if you went to back to the Soviet Union and back to Russia, back when the Soviet Union was involved, they had people in food lines. You'd stand in a line and wait for your meat for the day. And if they ran out by because you were one of the last people, then too bad. You go home and you come back the next day and try again. And so they kept these people chasing after their food and after their resources, such as they're doing in Byron when they're taking your water away. They're having you chase after your sustenance so they can control and keep you from doing other things and keep you from watching and looking at the government and seeing where the government is sticking it to you every single time to get a chance. and they've been doing this for years and years and years they've just been incrementally doing it over time so a lot of us haven't figured it out a lot of us didn't wake up there's still people out there that haven't figured it out uh they're they're living on the dole with the with the government uh they're living on subsistence programs or uh usaid programs uh food What's the other one? The food one that they have out there that keeps these people in line. If you don't do this, if you don't vote this way, if you don't behave this way, we take your food stamps away from you. It's not food stamps. It's something else nowadays. But this is the process. And so they keep us enslaved this way. We never get a chance to open our life and see what's new and learn and live like we're supposed to be living. We're chasing after our daily bread. The other good point that I honestly feel really bad for people who, you know, across the board, we're at about an eighty to eighty five percent tax rate. And that doesn't include inflation right now. And I don't know if you've watched what's happening in Japan. But the new prime minister there, I believe is her title, they really are in a sad shape right now, even though I kind of liked her when she popped up. But their bond market or the bonds are... are just tanking right now because nobody wants to take on the government debt. It's way too risky. And we're, we really have that in the United States. It's just that I don't really believe that, that the United States has woken up enough to know that how precarious of a position we're in right now. We're getting there because the focus on silver and gold and such. However, I mean, we, we hit fifty nine yesterday and, uh, I don't know where we're at right now. I didn't look this morning. But it's kind of telling that people are looking at tangibles rather than the money because the money's worth nothing. We've got a fiat currency that only works because we believe it does. Well, the whole system is a funny money system. It's fake. And as long as we have fake money, as long as we have a... unlimited credit card that the Congress can borrow and never pay it back because that's what they're doing. They borrow and borrow and borrow. And where do they get the interest and the payments back? Off the backs of the people because it's the people that make money and that produce something. Government doesn't produce anything. Government is a drain on the system. They're a big hole that you throw money into. So the government is using the banking system, which is a credit card which has no limit, And they are borrowing, borrowing, borrowing, and they're turning around and taxing the people to pay that interest and pay those those those bills off. And so we become more and more enslaved over time. That's how the system works. And it's been this way for years, ever since I can remember, ever since seventy two when they took so no, it was sixty four when they took silver out of the money system. When they killed Kennedy and they took silver out of the money, this became part of the downfall of everything that we've experienced in life. The American dream was going down the drain since sixty-four. And today, it is outrageously bad for new coming people, for upcoming people, for the new generations who are trying to make ends meet. And they're working, they're doing two, three jobs because the jobs don't pay well. The inflation is outrageous. They're losing on this battle, on the battlefield. And they're feeling that they've been cheated and they have. And part of that cheating has come because we have allowed the banking system to flourish in this country. So anybody that's out there that believes that the democracy and that the lefties and that the socialists have it correct, they're the ones that have caused this problem to begin with. You cannot earn a living in America without paying, like you're saying, eighty percent of it to government for his government's ability to survive. And this is through taxes and inflation. It's not just the inflation is a tax that we that we pay. So, yes, this is a bad. This is a bad situation that we're living in, however. I think it's good, honestly. I'm going to tell you, I think it's fantastic because there's motion there. And I think that, honestly, I really think that we're going to have to see some massive changes in our society instead of just continuing to go on the same path of destruction, really. I mean, how long can we actually stay at the rate that we're at right now? And it's just going to get worse because they keep, it's like feeding, I don't know, feeding an insatiable beast. No matter how much they get, they're going to take more. And we're going to have to, you know, something's got to change so that we can stop all this evil that's going on. And so for me, I'm like, let it fall. Let it free fall. We'll figure it out. You know, it is changing. What's that? It is changing. It's changing. It is changing. Trump has brought in the tariff system to fund government, and he is actually between the cryptocurrencies, the gold card, and returning back to gold and silver. He's destroying the banking system. It's just taking time. And you're right, it takes time. And, you know, people that are like, the sky is falling, the sky is falling and such. It's like, just sit back and relax. God's got this and let it go the way it's going to go. Hopefully this whole satanic system that we've got going on right now falls and we have something that's more equitable and better for all people, not just the elites. You know, one thing that, that I can tell you is that a lot of the people that show up at meetings and such, they're not, they never really made their own money as, as say, like we have that actually work. They, they use other people's money and so they can spend it like, like water because it's not theirs and they know how to get more. It's not directly attached to their, their labor and such. So it's kind of a, it's kind of an interesting situation to be, an observer in, you know, sort of like being an observer in politics or in the judicial system or any of that, just to observe. You don't have to participate, but you can observe it and be able to talk fairly informed. Well, the problem is, again, that a lot of the people that are not paying attention that are Trump haters do not understand what is really going on. They do not understand that the war is not with Trump. The war is with the banking system, with the funny money system. That's where the problem exists. We get rid of the fake money, and Congress can't spend willy-nilly, and that would reduce or eliminate inflation. Because what is inflation? Inflation is when you add more money into the system. When you pour more money into the system, you decrease the value of the money. So that's what's been going on for years and years and years. Now Trump is saying, we're not doing that anymore. We're not borrowing from the bank anymore. We have tariff money coming in. We don't have to do that. We've got investments coming in from foreign countries. Trump has done the greatest thing in the world by his process right now. And people need to look at what is really going on instead of being. Manipulated by fake news. Propagandized by the news media. That's right. Because the news media is fake. It's all fake. And the thing of it is, is that just because somebody says it doesn't make it true. You've got to look behind the scenes a little bit and see if there's some truth to it or if it's just something somebody's saying, you know? Something else Trump has done. Trump has terminated Biden's auto pen orders. Oh, that was amazing, wasn't it? that's a major major thing because kanji katanga katanji jackson supreme court justice who is out to lunch who can't who can't define what a woman is uh she's she was brought in by the auto pen guess what she's no longer going to be supreme court justice it's going to be you're fired he always does there's going to be a lot of people That's right. There's going to be a lot of people that have been brought in by Biden by the auto pen that are going to be kicked out. Now, what happens when they find out that Biden wasn't a legitimate president, that the election was rigged? What's going to happen with all of the other people that weren't brought on by the auto pen but brought on by Biden? because he was a fake president, they're all going to be null and void. They're going to all get kicked out of office. Now, let's go even one step further than that. Let's go to Obama, who was never a president because he was not a natural born citizen as required by the federal constitution. In his own words in the canyon. That's right. Therefore, all of his rulings and orders and appointments are null and void. We're going to get there eventually. We're going to get to where they're going to kick out everybody from Biden on down. And I'm not quite sure if George Bush Jr. wasn't brought in by corruption with the hanging chad. from Florida and this crap that was going on with that. And then what about Bill Clinton? He's another one. He's another one. So we may see a total reconfiguration of the United States sometime down the line. It's going to take some time because we have to prove, and I think proving will buy up, Biden was not a legitimate president. It's going to be pretty easy. And Obama was not a legitimate president. That's going to be pretty easy because he was not a natural born citizen. So I think things are going to have some serious consequences to what's going to transpire in this country very soon. And probably within our lifetime, we're going to see some major changes. that I, I really think that that, um, hang on a second. I was bringing something up here a minute. I think, I think it's going to be very, very welcome. And, uh, not to be afraid of changes going forward, but to look at what is happening, not at what the news says, but really, yeah, it's not, oh, no, something's changing. Let's go run around and panic. Well, because the Constitution is still there, it's still able to be used to bind them with the chains of the Constitution. We're still able to do that if people step up and do something. I'm going to restate this every day. As the chairman of the Constitution Party in the state of Michigan, which is the U.S. Taxpayers Party, I'm going to tell everybody, you have to run for an office. Everyday people need to run. We don't need any more political, institutional political people. We need people that will go in, serve their time, not for money, but to serve their time, and then go home. The perfect example of this, have you ever learned about Cincinnatus? You know who I'm talking about? No, not really. Okay, this is a very interesting person that was, I'm going to just read a little bit. Cincinnatus was considered the embodiment of the Roman ideals of leadership, sacrifice, and civic duty. Born at a time of political upheaval and military challenges, Cincinnatus' life journey from a simple farmer to the savior of Rome is a narrative that has inspired countless generations. His decision to relinquish absolute power after just And the story of how his mind works is really interesting. It's really amazing. He went, he served, he fixed things and he went home and then he wasn't planning to return. He went there to do a job. I think that this may be why people are intimidated to run for office. They think, oh, my gosh, this is going to take my entire life. Only if you let it. You know, we need to go back to a part-time legislature and we can't do that unless we have people who are willing to step up and help make those changes to constrain and cut back and nullify and cut some more back and get it into the proper form that was intended by our founding fathers. So please, by all means, I'm going to go put up my banner here a minute. call or text. It's a good idea to run for office. However, my problem with running, and I ran for a lot of different offices, the problem with running for office is that the media is against you and the funding that you don't have and the opponent generally has because the party system of the Democrats and Republicans is also fake and corrupt. That needs to be abolished. That's right. And the fake and corrupt party system that we have, and people support. People still support the, oh, I'm a Republican or I'm a Democrat. They still support that corrupt system. And by supporting that corrupt system, we get the kind of garbage in office that we've been getting. And those people stay in office because, man, they make a lot of money doing it. You want to know something that was very sobering? She becomes a hundred and eighty million dollar wealth because she ran because she was in Congress. How do you do that on a seventy five thousand dollar salary or one hundred and seventy five thousand dollars? How can you how can you become a multimillionaire? And she's not alone, Biden. And I mean, we could we could go down the list of how many people have stole money through the uh money system through the fake money system that we have now and have acquired tremendous amounts of wealth this is this is a problem and then of course you get somebody like granholm who runs in office and by the way she's probably kicked out because she's yeah she's a canadian yeah she's a canadian so that's outstanding But she ends up getting, how did she get into office? People voted for people like this Canadian? How do we know? I mean, we have a fake election system and it's been fake for a long time. I mean, we just proved it. And in twenty twenty, we proved it. But how far back did the fake elections actually go or the rigged elections? I would I would say it's been happening for decades. Oh, absolutely. Even John F. Kennedy got elected through corruption. The president, I mean, his his father made deals with the mob and and to to get into office. Fortunately, he changed. He saw what was going on and he had a heart and he had a mind and he tried to make attempts to fix it. Unfortunately, he didn't realize how deep the swamp was. Well, and the problem is that we want to look at a human being and say, look for them for perfection and you're never going to find it. Everybody has flaws. So no matter who we put in office... that we vote in office, no matter who we vote in office, if we have honest elections, we're going to need to stand together to make sure that they are not being swayed because somebody, even a good person, can be misled by bad information and such. But it's our duty to hold them accountable. It's our duty to educate them. That's what I like about the notices and affidavits process that we're doing here also in Byron Township You have to educate the people. We have to communicate to the people that we vote in office, even if the elections were rigged and we really didn't vote them in. We still have the process to hold them accountable. Oh, absolutely. And we can hold them accountable in office, but that takes a lot of work to hold them accountable. That takes a lot of time and energy. And if we're still chasing after our daily bread, it's very difficult to pay attention to government and to watch and see what they're doing and seeing how they because they make it more and more difficult for you. You're running through that same process with the water process, with the water people and stealing water from you. I find it kind of fun though, John, I really do because it's, it's, it's really, it's kind of like putting together a mystery and a puzzle and, and do an investigation all at the same time, because you, once you start investigating, if you've got any curiosity or bent for investigation at all, you will start finding things just like, you know, everybody that was in the Anon, the, the original Anon community, which I was kind of there, you know, And we would find one thing and then that would lead to a whole web of other things that connected to it. So once you go down one rabbit trail, you go down another one and the next and the next and the next thing you know, you're staying up all night digging up documents, looking at other things that kind of strengthen your case and such. And unfortunately or fortunately for us as pro se litigants, the attorneys are not going to do that because they don't do it unless they're on the clock. The majority of them, they're only going to do what they're paid for. And if you know something else that was really sobering to me is to listen to. people who had the ability to do the right thing, being a barred attorney and saying, I'm not going to lose my law license, even though this is corrupt. I just keep my head down. That's a bunch of bullshit. Yeah. Do you see something wrong? You have to oppose it. Sorry. No, you're absolutely right. And the problem that we have is most attorneys won't do that. In fact, I don't know of an attorney that will do that. Yeah, they want to get sanctioned. They don't want to lose their bar card. But guess what? Sanctions might come anyway. And grievances and such, you misrepresent the law, just saying. Yeah. Well, the problem with the grievances are the half the board of the attorney grievance board is our attorneys. So the attorneys protect themselves. The bar is the license by which attorneys lie by which attorneys misrepresent the truth by which attorneys take money from people. The whole system is corrupt and has to be. Actually, what we need to do is remove the bar, get rid of it. You want to practice law, you practice law. You hang your shingle up there and you do that. You don't belong to a private club and then because you belong to that private club, you have to follow their rules and their laws in order to be a member. That's the ridiculousness that we have established. The AMA is exactly the same, American Medical Association. The ADA is exactly the same. All of these so-called organizations that are out there. In fact, I would say the teachers unions are similar in nature also. Well, they're all there to protect the lowest common denominator rather than having things go to excellence. Because if you're great at your job, no matter what you do, you don't need that protection. You can stand on your own and you'll always figure things out. but they're protecting the ones that are incompetent, negligent, and basically the F students in the class or the ones that just skated through and such. They're not there to protect the best because the best don't need the protection. Well, the part of the bar association is when they establish the bar, they made it a closed system. You can't practice law. I can't come and represent you in a court because I don't have this BAR license, this BAR membership card. It's not a license. Attorneys do not have licenses. They have a membership card. Because I don't have the membership card, I can't practice in court and defend you or be your counsel in court. Can't do it. In Michigan, I'm pretty sure it's pretty much across the United States that way. It's not in the federal courts, but it is in the state courts that you have to be a member of the bar in order to practice law. practice law they don't practice law they practice conniving corruption uh and and and and twisting the truth that's what they practice in court they don't practice any law they don't know what the law is they have never never studied the law they don't know what the constitution is they don't have any idea what the constitution represents they represent their bar and what the bar tells them to do. And if you go in front of a judge and you stand up and you try to bring up the Constitution, the judge will say that Constitution does not apply in my courtroom, Mr. Attorney. And if you bring it up again, I will disbar you or I will go after your your bar license. And that scares the hell out of them because they don't have any guts. So they stand against they fall in line. with what the judge tells them to do. And the judge- Isn't that just another form of wearing a mask if you're not being honest, no matter what your profession is? Just go along, get along. Of course, that's what it's all about. Go along to get along, because if you don't go along to get along, you lose your ability to do what you spent, what, seven years going to school for, to get a law license, to get a law bar, to get a bar card so you could practice law in a state. The whole thing is ridiculous. Yeah, that's for sure. It's a, it's crazy. So what else, where else do you want to go this morning? I mean, we've talked about qualifying people to run for office and going in there to do a specific job and then going home and instead, this is the other thing I wanted to point out. And I think you've seen this too. When people run for office, you ever notice that they pick out one or two issues and that's all they talk about because they're trying to resonate with people also that want a personal advantage or favor in those areas? Well, it's running for office is an emotional thing. You got to bring them. You got to get people emotionally hooked on you that you're a good guy. You speak well, you look good. You're you're you're you know, you've got the you got the appearance of of being a good person. But the appearance is, and it's what you say, it's not what you say, it's what you do. When you get into office, it's how you behave when you get into office. Biden, for example, when he got into office, what did he do? He turned around and removed everything that Trump brought in. He stopped the building of the wall on the border. He stopped He created inflation problems, even though he was saying, oh, I'm going to fix all of this problem and we hate Trump. But it's an emotional thing. Why do you hate Trump? What do you hate about Trump? I don't like the way he speaks. Oh, he's too frank. You know, give me a break. What is the difference between a guy who stands up there and gives you a whole story about what's going on and how he's going to fix the thing and then goes into office and does the absolute opposite? Whitmer example. Granholm example. Half of the congressmen and senators that are in the state of Michigan are a prime example of that. They have an agenda that they're following. That agenda does not have anything to do with what America is and what the Constitution is all about. They have an agenda to follow. Somebody put them in that position, gave them the money, and now they've got to follow that agenda. So that's what we have to watch out for. We've got to stop being emotional over this thing. We've got to look at them for who they are, and we've got to judge them based on what they have done and who they are and where they're going and what they're going to do to the country, not what they say they're going to do, because they're two different things. I'm looking for dual citizenship right now. Let's see who's going to be on the list. What? It's going to be a long list. Let's see what we have. We put in a person, Slotkin. We put her in office. Not that I'm saying the guy that ran against her. I think it was, what was his name? I didn't have any respect for him either, but Slotkin came from the CIA. And, and if you're, if you're born bred and raised with the CIA, you probably brought in by the CIA to do a certain job for the CIA. And that's, we don't get that in Congress. And how did the Democrats ever pick that person? Because you go through, supposedly, you go through a campaign at the lower level before you even get the opportunity to run in that office. And how did Biden get there? How did Obama get there? They didn't check their background out? The Democrats did not look in to see who Obama really was? And they ran him for president? Come on, give me a break. This is the party system running the show, and somebody's running the party system. Are those names? Yeah, these are names, but these are current and past. And so this one just pointed out Israel, which I just grabbed this one because this is the first one that came up. But it does say in his list that it's past and present. Yeah. It was focused on Israel. I want to see the ones that include all the countries, not just that one. Somalia. Somalia is one of them. But it's not just Somalia. She was arrested and taken out. Other countries. Let's see what we have. Coldstream skeptic. I don't know this one. Do you know that Obama brought in a horde of Somalians into Wisconsin. No, I did not know that. The population is huge of Somalians in Wisconsin. And they were all brought in by Obama. Okay, this is interesting. So surprising international connections, you should know, on travel and global thinking. A hundred and thirty recent Congressional members were born outside the U.S. Twenty-eight members of the House were born outside the U.S. have dual citizenship. So I'm getting there. I'm going to look this up because now I want to see exactly how many people we have that are going to be affected because I think they're just going to go for the heads of the snake here rather than, you know, rather than let's look at all of them. Let's go right down the list. No, I think they're going to go down the whole list of all the federal. I don't know how it will apply to the states. It should apply to the states, but I'm not quite sure how the law will apply with the states. Yeah, we'll have to see which way that goes. That's exciting. What an exciting day to find out that we've got some motion going. We've got auto pen plus this all in a very short period. Wow, this is happening. It's happening. This is cool. Yes, it is. Yeah, so I'm going to bring Mike on a minute, see if Mike's ready. All right. Hey, Mike, how you doing? Good morning, guys. How you doing? Good. You want to join the party here? We're sitting here talking and celebrating the reversal of auto pen and also dual citizenship, either arrest or stepping down or resignations and such. The marshals are out after them. This is kind of cool. What a great way to start the day today. We need to start with George Soros. and his family. Well, you do know about the John Kennedy ruling that went on in Congress, do you not? Or do you? Just come out. Check this out. John F. Kennedy made a ruling or had a razor thin vote in the House of Representatives that anybody that is not a natural born citizen Uh, basically anybody that carries a dual citizenship, past or present, um, and they are barred from serving in Congress, uh, the cabinet judiciary, or even a postal inspector. And they're, they are given seventy-two hours to get out of office or face arrest. So that's for Born in America Act. Yes. Has it been repealed? They're actively removing people right now, it sounds like. Yeah, they are removing people right now. They got a whole bunch of them resigned and got out of Dodge. Good. Need to clean house. Yeah, big time. This is a major cleaning. Let's do an early spring cleaning. I don't care when the cleaning happens. It needs to happen, though. And it needs to be thorough. So, okay. Generations. You got to have a house cleaning. All right, John, you want to talk about what's happening with magnificent Republic this week? Yes. We're going to be covering a couple of different things. We'll talk about the lawfare that's going on with me and my court system and how they're playing that game. We've already kind of talked about it a little bit here, but we're going to talk about it with the group because not everybody in the group listens to your broadcast, unfortunately, or fortunately, whatever. They don't. So we're going to give them a little bit of that. We're going to also bring out the new trend about getting rid of people that have dual citizenship. I'm sure that's going to excite a lot of people in our group. Plus, there are some other rules and laws and things that are being handled right now or being talked about. So if you want to come and join us at the Magnificent Republic on Wednesday nights between seven and nine, and if you have some kind of case that's going on in your own life that government is picking on you, bring it to the group. Let's talk about it. Let's see what we can do to help you. We are a self-help group. We will help you find the right laws, rules, and regulations to get you in the right direction. But you still have to do the work. You still have to learn those things. Because if you don't learn them, it isn't going to matter. It isn't going to matter. Just to get you off the hook for one day, I think God put you on that hook for a reason. And so you have two choices. You can fight or you can cave. And I don't think he likes the cavers. No, hang on a second. I want to pull something up here because I've got, I'm going to add on to this as long as you're here. And I know that you've got some people out there that are watching this. Let's see. It's not coming up and I don't know why, but that's all right. I'll just put it up here for a minute until we get the right one up here. Um, this little guy right here, I'm looking for, I'm looking for a new home for this guy right here. And so if anybody wants to help rescue a puppy six, six months old approximately, and he looks like an Aussie Corgi mix, give me a call because I think that, I think that we're going to try to try to rehome this guy. How's that? All right. He had to put him up there. He's got really, if you look closely at his eyes, he has really nice eyes. So I think he could be a real blessing to people. I might put him back up again. So, all right, John, well, thanks for being here. I think what I'm going to do is go for an exactly, oh, Matt Walagora. Do you know who that is? He says, good morning, Mike. I think it is. Okay, so there we go. I'm going to run here for a quick break, and we will be right back with a second hour of Brandenburg News Network with Mike, Pro Se Mike. And thanks for being on today, John. So long, everyone. Have a great week. Fifty-seven seconds. We'll be right back. See you, John. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and I'm here with Pro Se Mike. Good morning, good morning, good morning. Welcome back. I missed you when you were gone. You know, I've been on this fast track for learning pro se litigation, which I'm really enjoying, like tremendously enjoying this. It can be a lot of fun. I mean, I'm always accused of having way too much fun in the courtroom when the judges turn red in the face and start screaming and yelling and jumping up and down like a bunch of... you know, lunatics. And yeah, I have fun with that. I think there's a few good judges out there, which is a positive thing. I think there's a lot of really, really bad attorneys out there, but it's a mix. You got to figure it out as you go. You know, the whole system isn't worth a crap right now. So you got, it's sort of like, I like it, or I say it's like being in a game or playing a game of Frogger when you're in the court system. It's like Frogger. The problem here is that they all know what's going on. They all know what's going on. They've been taught to stick to script and narrative. And they will not deviate from it. We've proven that already in court. But They're sadistic. They have no morals or ethics or standards, plain and simple. You got to know your enemy. And most people do not understand their enemies. They don't know who their enemy is. They don't understand how they think, what motivates them. And they don't know how to counter what they do. And that's where everybody lacks that education. And that's what we're trying to do is educate everybody on how, what, where, and when to do things to counter what they're doing, because they don't care about you. Not at all. Corpus Juris Circundum, volume seven, section four. First obligation of all bar attorneys is to the court, not the client. So it doesn't matter how much you pay him, doesn't matter how well you know him, could have been your best buddy for thirty years. His first obligations to the court, not you. So what does that tell you right there? Where do their loyalties lie? I was forced to take on, under threat, duress, and coercion, a public defender in a case last year. We get into court and he recuses himself. Why? Because he doesn't want to get in trouble. And he stated it on the record. He does not want to get in trouble with the Bar Association because he's not clear as to whom exactly he's representing. Because I refused to admit under perjury, threat of perjury, that I was something I was not. And the judge kept hammering me to answer a question a certain way, which I could not do. And because I'd be committing perjury if I did. So I refused to answer. And so they forced me into this public defender and he recused himself right off the gate. I mean, within the first half hour and he's staying over. I don't want to get in trouble with the bar. I don't want to lose my my license with the bar. And so where does his loyalties lie? Not to the client, not to me, not to who he's supposed to represent. No, not to truth. Yeah, it's all smoke and mirrors and lies. So these people, that's why I say there are no good judges because we don't have judges. They're administrators. They don't have a license to practice law, Article VI, Section XIX, under the state constitution. They are to have a license to practice law to sit the bench. None exists. So how can they be a judge? How do they qualify? They can't. They're not. They're administrators. This all falls under administrative law through the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of This is all a fraud placed upon the American people. Simple and to the point. So you think a judge is going to do you any favors? No. Oh, we'll waive the points, but you got to pay the fine. It's all about the money. So start paying them in coffee beans. Seriously, we have Eugene Glaser, Montgomery Ward, Eugene Glaser, in nineteen eighty two payment coffee beans. And if they refuse, They return your coffee beans. Guess what? Under state law, MCL four four zero point thirty six oh three. Refusal of a tender of an obligation is tendered in full. So if they don't want the coffee beans because they didn't like the blend or something, I don't know. Hey, you know what? Thanks. You know, you gave him back. No problem. You know, that obligation is tendered in full. Plain and simple. The judge, Judge Bain in the fifty third district court. Openly admitted because it kept hammering me because I paid him in coffee beans. And they're like, you owe the court, you owe the court, you owe the court. And I'm like, judge, you're acting as a third party debt collector on behalf of the state of Michigan. He stated on and for the record that the money is not for the state. Now, the state's the plaintiff in the case, but the money's not for the state. Who's the money for? He said the court. Think about that for a moment. If the fines and fees aren't going to the plaintiff in the case, i.e. the state of Michigan, and they're going to the court, that means what? That the judge has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Hello, that's grounds for disqualification. Title XXVIII, section four, five, five. It gives me an idea for another lawsuit, in fact, because we were looking at, we, I was looking at a case yesterday that is very much related to this and proves out that they are in fact revenue raising and working within the government for unjust enrichment. Yes. And the more cases that you become aware of and read, the more informed you are at how far We have fallen from anything that looks like justice or fairness or honor or ethics. It's just a game. Well, I got some information today that I received on my vacation. Spill it. And I sent it to you on Telegram. So you have a copy of it. And so we're going to talk about that. Might as well get into that right now. Let's do it. I received a response from Sheriff Michael Murphy of Livingston County, the constitutional sheriff of Livingston County, the constitutional county of Livingston. Well, let's see how constitutional they really are. I had sent a FOIA to Sheriff Murphy requesting certain documents. And I finally got a response. So let me give me one second here. Let me pull that up real quick so I can read it, everybody. Because I want everybody to understand what it is I asked, how I asked, and this is in regards to guns for hire. So my FOIA that I had sent requested the following. And it states this in the FOIA. On October six, twenty twenty five, CBS News Detroit did air an interview with Sheriff Michael Murphy, whereby statements made by Sheriff Murphy detailed the fact that the county municipalities can hire or contract lives to county deputies at a rate of seventy dollars per hour and where said deputies will attend public meetings in uniform as added security for the board members conducting the public meeting. So. Number one, provide a copy of the contract or rental agreement that is used by the municipalities to hire sheriff deputies at seventy dollars an hour. Number two, provide a copy of how the seventy dollars per hour is dispersed in detail, starting with how much the deputy receives. Second, how much does the sheriff department receive? And third, a copy of the sheriff department budget that accounts for this income. Third, Provide documentation that grants the delegated authority to the sheriff of Livingston County to subcontract the sheriff deputies by private contract using tax dollars. That was the FOIA that I had sent. Now, the response that I received states this. This is great. This is this response I received from the Sheriff's Department. And it states the following. Livingston County received a public information request from you on November fourteenth, twenty twenty five. Your request is mentioned as I just stated. It goes on to say Livingston County has reviewed its files in its possession and located responsive records to your request. One. Attached are the blank contract agreements for public and private entities approved by legal. Next, see below, Part A, deputy receives their overtime rate from the seventy dollar base, seventy dollars an hour based on years of service and wage scale. Under the second, the remainder is benefits, vehicle related costs, fuel, etc. And the third one was it is reimbursement for wages, equipment, benefits, not considered income. And the last part, contracted fees are what are used to fulfill the contract services. General fund tax dollars collected are not utilized specifically for private contracted event. So what we have here, and I have a printed off copy of the contract. It's a private contract that you can, you, we, any of us can fill out and send into the Sheriff's Department. And you can now contract your own deputies for what you want, for what you need them to do. So I'm going to sit down and think about this, OK, because I got a long list. You want to know what happened here in Byron Township? The last two meetings after I made such a big stink out of the sheriffs and the deputies there, and then first they got rid of the deputies that were showing up, and then a sergeant showed up and he was there, which was kind of interesting. And then all of a sudden two meetings, two meetings, the last two meetings, no sheriffs at all at the meetings, which is the way it should be because they were carrying out the wishes of the criminal sitting in the seats and the public functionaries and did not protect the residents of Byron Township. They absolutely were there to make us shut up, sit down, not have our voices heard. And guess what? They went away. Yeah. Yeah. They are violating their oath of office. Yes, they are. This contract. It's a most appropriation of funds. It's tax evasion. There's a long list of violations that are occurring here. But more importantly, it shows and proves that even the Sheriff's Department is usurping its authority pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. And the fact that they're acting as a private corporation for profit. They're not here as an actual entity of the government. They are a corporation acting for profit. This is not in our Constitution. This is not how the Constitution was set up. And, yes, I know that if you go, well, the sixty-three Constitution, the nineteen oh eight Constitution all have where they can become a body corporate. Well, guess what? Go back to the eighteen thirty five Constitution and nowhere does that to be found nowhere. Hey, keep talking. I'm going to get some more coffee, Mike, okay? Yeah. The U.S. Constitution does not have anywhere in it where they can be a corporation. Matter of fact, if you go back and look at our founding documents, that's the Declaration of Independence, Northwest Ordinance, Art of Confederation, U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, nowhere, anywhere in any of those founding documents is the word corporation. Nowhere, anywhere in those documents is the word charter. Now, you hear us talk about the fact that, well, democracy doesn't appear in any of our founding documents. Well, neither does charter and neither does corporation. This is something that they instituted as part of the British control back before the country was founded. And it just kept on going because it's pushed through by these bar thug attorneys. So we need to get away from this. We need to stop this in its track. You want to get back to a republic, you got to get rid of this entity of a corporation. You can't operate as a corporation because that means that we don't have anybody legitimately sitting in the seats of government because they're operating as a corporation. They are corporate board members. You're not voting for someone who can sit in the seat of government. You're actually voting for someone to sit on the board of directors of a corporation. Hence why, where is it allowed in our Constitution under the enumerated powers for them to unionize? It's not. The only way they can unionize is if because they are a corporation. They don't have to follow the Constitution. How many of you out there either do or know someone who does have a business? Do they run their business and follow the separation of powers of the Constitution when they have a board of directors, they have a C Corp? No, they don't. The townships have admitted that they don't have a separation of power because I've exploited them and asked them who sits as executive and who sits as legislative. They're the same people. So you've centralized the government. So the question is, are they truly a government? No, they're not. They're a corporation. We are completely, one hundred percent run by corporations. Here's the proof. Here's a contract. We need to cease and desist this problem. And that's what we're going to start doing. We're going to start calling them out. If they're going to act as a corporation, that means what? They can be sued. They're liable and accountable for their actions as a corporation. Treat them as such. If they're asking for money, where's the contract? Property taxes are based on what? Products or services provided by the municipality or the government, right? Okay, where's the contract? You're a corporation. You've declared yourself a corporation by calling yourself a charter. Charter is a corporation by definition. Or if they have an EIN or if they have anything else, even if they don't declare themselves as that, or a hybrid? Well, it's a quasi-government. We're not allowed to have quasi-governments. Yeah, there's no such thing as a quasi-government under the Constitution. The state of Michigan has an EIN number for the state of Michigan. You look under . What is the definition of United States? A federal corporation. Where is that? I'm sorry? Where is that? And it states in there that the United States, by definition, is a federal corporation. So they put it right in your face. It's right there. They say it. They're all corporations, which is reputed to the U.S. Constitution. because we're not supposed to be operating that way. Which one was, what was the sub? Uh, fifteen A. Oh my. Okay. This is the first time I've seen this. So, you know, they don't hide it. You just gotta know where to look for it. Right there. Wow. Well, that's interesting, isn't it? Yes. So words have meanings in the way, and like I told you, they play the word salad, constantly playing the word salad. So you got to pay attention to how they spell things, how they say things, how they're using them, and what reference are they using them in. So if this, if they're gonna consider themselves a corporation, and this is a contract that I can enter into with the Sheriff's Department, well then real simple, here's what I want. Because it asks you in what capacity are these deputies to be used? Because they want a description of services. Real simple. I want them to attend either a court hearing or some sort of municipal hearing. And they're there to arrest any public functionary that deprives the people of their rights or that violates the Constitution and their oath. Real simple. Judge Bain, I could hire a couple of deputies, walk into the courtroom with two deputies. I know what Bain will do as soon as he sees me. He's going to order them to arrest me. Well, they're not there to arrest me. Here they arrest you, Judge, because you violated your oath of office. You usurped your authority. You have been disqualified as a judge, and you're still issuing orders. So guess what? You are under arrest. You're going to be placed in cuffs. You're not taking off the black robe. We're going to parade you right down the center of the hallway in your black satanic robe in handcuffs. And we're going to stop in front of the clerk's office. And I'm going to let the head clerk know that he's being placed under arrest and that the rest of the administration is under investigation. And let's see where the chips fall now. What was really shocking, one of the first times that we talked was about your arrest warrant that you had written and that was proper and in order to Gretchen Whitmer. And what the response was from the state police. I think everybody needs to hear that story again because that's pretty telling on how bad this system has gone in to protect the ones who are in office. They protect each other. They're not interested in protecting us at all. And, you know, look at the the drugs and the fentanyl that have been pouring into our country. You think this can't be stopped? It can be stopped. It can be stopped in a heartbeat. In a heartbeat. You and John were talking earlier about, you know, this may take a long time to get, you know, get things. No, no, no, no, no, no. I can elect me president of the United States and within twenty four to forty eight hours, I'll get us back to a republic. I'd vote for you. Okay, here's simple how. Okay, I would convene Congress. I go on a Congress assembled on primetime TV. And I'm going to go in there and I'm going to have files on everybody in there. I'm going to ask one simple question. Raise your hand if you've been holding an office du jour and acting in a du jour manner. Not one single one is going to raise their hand. Excuse me, I live in the growth of office. So I have the proof that they violate their oath of office. Sergeant of arms, take them all into custody. I have a special plane ticket for all of them. One-way trip, vacation trip to Gitmo. Well, they'll be processed and they'll be tried. And if found guilty, we'll deal with it according and by the law. And then you, the American people, are going to have a series of special elections. And you're going to reinstitute and fill these seats like they're supposed to be. Like they're supposed to be. Not this corporation crap. That ends. And all the departments and agencies that are de facto, you're shut down. You're defunded. Immediately. You want to change the way things are done overnight? Boom. That fast. It can be done. That's what I said about Michigan with running for governor. I'm like, the clock starts. Give me two minutes and things are going to be radically different. Yes. Every single appointee by Gretchen Whitmer needs to go. Every single one of them needs to go. You want to fix the budget? Get rid of all the dead weight and pork belly spending and all this nonsense that they put out there. Get rid of it. We don't need it. What good does it do? Think about it. People think that because they become real dependent on the government. I don't really know if anybody could even envision what life would be like without them because we interact with the government on a daily, hourly basis in our lives. They have made us so dependent. But if this was gone and the eighty five percent plus tax burden that we're all under. Think about this. Think about being under a tax burden. that they're taking eighty five percent plus from what you create in life. They're parasites. You're already a slave. It doesn't matter. You are already a debt slave and a tax slave to this elite group of globalist parasites. What would it be like if they were gone? Think about what it would be like if you're gone and you could keep everything you have and you've earned. You don't need to be dependent on them. Think about the swing in income. It would be unbelievable. The national debt is not money that we, the people, your grandkids have to pay. No, no, no. They have to pay it. They borrowed it from us. They borrowed it from us. Under an act of Congress, they borrowed it from us. They have to pay it back. Yeah. So you get rid of all the administrative crap. You get rid of all this excessive tax. All that's gone. Property taxes are gone too. And now they have to pay that money back. They have to convert back to the gold standard. They have to convert back to the gold standard. The Federal Reserve, it gone. It's a private corporation that should not exist. How many presidents have either been assassinated or assassination attempts made on them for trying to get rid of the Federal Reserve? Yeah, it's not. Research that. Two attempts were made on Andrew Jackson. So go back and research. Every president that attempted to get rid of the Federal Reserve or make changes with the Federal Reserve to make it better for we the people were either assassinated or there were assassination attempts made on them. So keep that in mind. So the other thing is that we got to get rid of these bar associations. Bar associations need to be gone. We need to reinstitute what was part of the original Thirteenth Amendment. No one holding a title shall be holding office. Well, it's kind of already in the Constitution. It is, but not like it was originally in the Thirteenth Amendment. And how do we know this? Because was it House Resolution, was it nine thirty three? out of Montana, the legislators there were trying to reinstitute the Thirteenth Amendment. Now, it died on the vine, obviously, because the bar thugs didn't want to get through, but it died on the vine. But we do have public functionaries out there who recognize, and it's stated right in the House bill, that the Bar Association is a threat to the constitutional government. It states it right in there. Nine thirty three out of Montana. What is the resolution or not a resolution of bill or what? It was a proposed bill. So. They know it. They know it's out there. They know the system is broken. They know who's behind it being broken. They know how to fix it, but they won't because it's not profitable for them. They lose their money, power, and control over we the people if it's corrected and fixed. Now, to get into my next part of what I was going to talk about today. I'm not sure that's the right one. It's Montana. It talks about railroad crossing. What year are you on, Mike? I want to say it's one. It's twenty twenty five. Yeah, you're on the wrong one. OK, I can send it to you. I can send you. I got it. But the other thing I want to go over here is. Oh, Mike's device got disconnected. Let's see if he comes back here again. This is all very interesting to look at these original documents and see what was done and also now what we need to do to get out of where we are. Let's see what happened to Mike here. Might have to pull him in by phone. Sometimes that happens. You know, when we get talking about things that the powers that be don't want us to talk about, every time I launched into China, we usually have some problems eventually too. But Let's see what happens. He is disconnected right now, and I don't know why. Let me see if I can bring him into, we'll just do it by phone. He might be trying to connect, but we will see. So I really find all of this so interesting. It's amazing. It's amazing what we can learn every day if we just apply ourselves. And watch what we watch. Hey, you disappeared. You're on live right now. You're on the phone. Let's do it this way if we have to. Well, give me one second. I'll try to plug it back in here. All right. Well, we're probably talking about something you didn't want us to talk about. That's okay. All right. Try again. Okay. Let's see if Mike can connect here. So I really think it would be interesting to look at that original nine thirty three bill. about the titles of nobility. If you haven't looked into the original Thirteenth Amendment, which included the titles of nobility, that was the first time I saw that was actually years ago. And I thought it was incredibly interesting in how that just sort of disappeared. And I believe it disappeared around the time of Lincoln. But the history of it is fun to look into. So there's a rabbit trail you can go down right there. So let's look back at, I don't know if the people that are here saw what we were looking at before with John, but let's go there a minute. I'm pretty excited about the auto pen reversal, but I'm also very excited about this born in America act where they are exiting people from office that have had at any point in time, dual citizenship. I think this is really important and what a, what a great thing that they passed and are acting on right now. Okay. Mike's back. Go ahead, Mike. Okay. I don't know what you heard because I was talking away and I don't know where I got cut off at. So I think I was starting to talk about sovereign citizen, the term sovereign citizen being two different definitions. You didn't get to that. It cut you off before that. Oh, okay. So back up a little more. Rewind. Okay. I don't know what I was thinking. So, yeah, I mean, you know, the Bar Association is a threat to the way our government operates. It's a threat to our everyday way of life. They've taken over every aspect. Genoa Township right now, they're self-destructing right now because of their bar attorneys. They can't operate or make decisions. And you'll probably find this in every administration. We can't tell, you know, you go in there and ask them questions. Well, hold on. We got to go talk to legal counsel first. Why? They're not the elected official. You are. Why do you have to get their permission to say or do something? Okay. So Genoa Township right now is self-destructing. They are coming unglued with themselves. They're turning on each other because their bar attorneys got them in such a deep fix over the sovereign citizen situation that now they're in trouble. They're in major trouble. And that's where I want to turn this right now is regards to the term sovereign citizen. Now, a lot of people say, oh, no, that's an oxymoron. We're not sovereign citizens. Yeah, we are. It's a political status created by Congress, not the FBI. The FBI rendition of the sovereign citizen definition that we are extremists and terrorists and we're anti-government, that comes from the FBI. That also comes from a mandate from Obama. Keep that in mind. Isn't it interesting how they try to shut us down as groups of people so we can't have an opinion? Yes. That's what this is all about, is shutting us down. See, they don't want us challenging their authority. You challenge the authority of your public functions. You challenge the authority of the courts. Oh, you're an extremist. You're one of those sovereign citizens. You're a troublemaker. You're anti-government. No, no, no, no, no. That is not what Congress said. That's what the FBI said in the start in nineteen ninety seven under their anti-terrorist division of the FBI. Obama pushed it further into what it is now out of that report from twenty eleven, which is what Burris David Burris used in the court case in Genoa Township. He actually cited that in his brief. So this is where this whole thing now unravels. Because of what they've done in Genoa Township, this has opened up Pandora's box in a good way for us. Because under Congress, under public law from May third, nineteen forty, we as sovereigns, and they describe and define what a sovereign is, we are men and women having reached the age of twenty-one who can self-govern in the Republic. Hence the word republic, not democracy. So the president of the United States was granted the authority to proclaim a day to celebrate we the people, the sovereign citizens. U.S. Supreme Courts have numerous Supreme Court cases have addressed and defined us as who, what we are as sovereigns. We are the sovereign. Government is established by us, the sovereigns. They work for us. We don't work for them. Okay. Very important to understand this. So the FBI, which, by the way, is an office de facto pursuant to Norm E. Shelby County, has no authority to do what they did. This is all propaganda to demonize us, to silence us. Oh, you don't want to say that because they'll come after you. They're going to demonize you. And they're going to try and destroy your reputation. You know what? Come and try and destroy my reputation. I challenge you. Good luck. So I don't care about my reputation. It is what it is. I am what I am. I don't care about anything else because I know what I say is truthful. I have the documentation and the proof to back it up. They don't. So I want to make sure people understand that there are two different definitions of sovereign citizen. The one the FBI is pushing, which is to demonize us, to make us silent, and the one created by Congress, okay, that we have a political status as such. Now, that was May third, nineteen forty. On May seventh of nineteen forty, that document, that public law was published in the Federal Registry and archived in the National Archives in Washington, D.C. In nineteen fifty one, Harry S. Truman came out with this document here. And this is I am an American Day, nineteen fifty one. And it talks about the sovereigns and how they proclaimed a day to celebrate us. OK, now there's public laws on this as well. But here's the interesting part. This is where it gets fun. And this is, you know, leave it to a bunch of attorneys to foobar the system. I love it. Because we're going to start off with this one. Okay. And this is Proclamation nine six three nine dated twenty seventeen. This was issued by Donald Trump, president of the United States. And it was September fifteenth of twenty seventeen. And I'm going to read just a couple of segments here. Our Constitution establishes a system of checks and balances designed to preserve liberty, promote prosperity, and ensure the security of our beloved country. Our Constitution is founded on a fundamental trust in American citizens. We, the people, the Constitution proclaims, are the source of all governmental authority. That's Donald Trump in twenty seventeen. This is under a proclamation of the president of the United States. So if someone can please tell me where the FBI has and acquired the delegated authority to tell the President of the United States you're full of shit, that we know more than you, and your proclamations don't mean squat because we've decided that anybody that's a sovereign citizen is an enemy of the country. Hmm. Let's see how well that goes over. Just because they say so. Making up policies on the fly again. I see that that's been canonized in how the government runs. Yes. Now, I have another one here. This one's dated September, September the sixteenth of twenty sixteen. Who was president on that day? Do you remember? Some guy by the name of Obama. and his states in part. The vision of self-government laid out in our Constitution is dependent on Americans doing the hard and sometimes frustrating, yet always essential work of citizenship. Being a citizen is a responsibility that challenged each of us to stay informed, to speak out when something is not right or not just, and to come together to shape the course of our country will take. Citizenship is a commitment calling on us to stand up for what we believe in and to exercise our rights to protect the rights of others. The Bill of Rights and other amendments added to the decades that followed have paved the way for progress. And they embody the truth beheld since our founding, the simple but powerful idea that the people who love their country can change it for the better. That was Obama's proclamation. What was the date on that? That is September sixteenth of twenty sixteen. That is proclamation nine four nine seven. But wait, I've got more. How about we go to September sixteenth of twenty twenty four? Who is president in twenty twenty four? Well, do they allege who was president in twenty twenty four? Well, the zombie that was in office, okay? Okay. There's all these alleged facts. You know, you have to say, call it out for what it is. Allegedly, Biden was in office. Yeah, yeah. Allegedly, Obama was in office. So this proclamation states, in part, it has been said that when... He was leaving the constitutional conventions. Benjamin Franklin was asked whether the founding fathers had given America a monarchy or a republic. And he replied, a republic, if you can keep it. The founders put the power to decide our nation's future in the hands of we the people. The Constitution Day and Citizenship Day and during Constitution Week, we recommit to preserving our republic. Our Constitution established that our nation would be a democracy, now Harry switches the terminology, meaning that the rule of the people, not the monarchs, the moneyed, or the mighty. It gave us the separation of powers and checks and balances so that we could be a country that respects the institutions that govern a free society. And it remains the bulwark to prevent the abuse of power and ensures that we the people move forward together under the law. We are all responsible for maintaining our democracy, not only by adhering to the Constitution, but also by our character and the habits of our hearts and minds. All of us must join the march to perfect our union by protecting and expanding our rights with each successive generation. Does it make you want to choke just a little bit when they throw that word democracy in things? Yeah. Well, I know he switches from republic to democracy, but he's got to keep, you know, that's his political narrative. But the point of the matter is this proclamation, this is proclamation. Again, this was September sixteenth of twenty twenty four. This is proclamation one zero eight one two by Joseph Biden. Biden issued this proclamation. Where, anywhere in there, did you hear that we the people are a threat? Where did you hear that we are terrorists? Where did you hear any of that kind of rhetoric? Instead, what did he say? That we're to be celebrated, not just for a day, but for an entire week. Holy moly. Now, where's the FBI telling Biden he's full of shit or Obama that he's full of shit or every president since nineteen forty that every year has issued a proclamation like this? How come the FBI is arresting the president of the United States for inciting terrorism? Hmm. Well, maybe the FBI is the problem. Maybe the FBI is the one that needs to answer and atone for their rhetoric because this is nothing more than a political stunt. This is propaganda. And guess what, boys and girls? It's going on right now as we speak. I have received confirmation from a very, very reliable source. who attended an FBI seminar in Lewiston, Michigan. And the FBI was still promoting this rhetoric that sovereign citizens are an external threat and terrorists. So what is going to happen is Kash Patel, Pam Bondi and Donald Trump will be receiving interrogatories And they are now considered material witness in my federal lawsuit that I will be filing. And they must explain themselves as to why this crap being pushed by the FBI is still going on. Because according to that FBI report, according to the narrative of what the FBI is pushing, they have openly admitted. that not only are they informing all of law enforcement of this to push this narrative, which they are because we have in departmental emails showing and proving that. So we know what's going on. We have the proof, we have the emails. But in addition to that, they're also instructing the courts on how and what to do with anybody who raises that opposition. So what does that mean? It means that every single court is now biased. Where they're all weaponizing, they're weaponizing. They weaponize the judicial system. Now, Peg, very close. Why is this important? Why is this? Why am I telling you this? Because every single so-called black satanic moron that sits up there who doesn't have a license, who doesn't qualify as a judge, who's an administrator but calls himself a judge. Okay, you want to call yourself a judge? Use that against them. Use it against them. Hey, judge, you want to call yourself a judge? I'll call you a judge because now you're stuck because you fully took an oath to the Constitution. So if you're following that FBI rhetoric, you, sir, ma'am, whatever you are these days, you're automatically disqualified pursuant to Title XXVIII, Section four five five in conjunction with the Seventh Circuit ruling in Taylor v. O'Grady, nineteen eighty nine, upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in nineteen ninety four. Why is that case important? Because the judges opined. That if, and this is a quote, if the possibility of impropriety exists and the possibility need not be proven, just that it may exist, a judge is automatically disqualified. No motion needs to be filed. No affidavit needs to be filed. It is automatic. It is self-serving and no judge has the authority not to recuse themselves. Any orders issued by a disqualified judge are void with no bar recovery. If a judge continues issuing orders that they've been automatically disqualified, then they risk being in violation of the Interstate Commerce Act. They are warring against the Constitution and committing treason. These are all felony offenses. Why is that important? Because under state law, MCL seven six four point one six, you have the power and the authority to arrest anyone who commits a felony within your presence. It's called a citizen's arrest. So if they committed the felony in your presence, you now can place them under arrest. You contact the sheriff's department and this is where you can get a One of these contracts, hey, look what we got, a private contract. I can contract for some deputies now. Go in there, go get them. Here's the arrest warrant. Go arrest them. He just committed a felony. And guess what, deputies? You witnessed it. So you'll be called as a material witness in the trial to testify against that judge who just committed the felonies in your presence. Oh my, how the tide has turned. It's amazing when you do a little study and isn't it? Yes. It's that simple. It sounds like a lot, but it isn't. You go through and you read these things. You understand with the language. It comes all together. All the pieces start falling into place. Well, honestly, when I started doing pro se litigation and I started reading and reading the cases and looking at what they actually create, they don't even know the attorneys. Most of the people that are in these positions have no idea what the law is. They really don't know. Somebody just gave them a badge. Somebody just put them in office, swore them in. They don't even know what they swore into. They don't know the jobs. They don't know the laws. They don't know the rails that they're supposed to stay on to do their jobs, which is really sad. And quite honestly, I think it was by design. They go to these classes and they're instructed on what to do and how to do it. Well, where are those instructions coming from? Who's actually instructing them to do this? Right. And you know damn well it's the bar. Well, you know what happens in Byron Township here? They can't lift a pencil off the counter without saying, we've got to talk to our attorney before we can respond, just as you said earlier. The entire thing is all being run by, by city attorneys and they're not none of them really have city attorneys or a few of them do the bigger ones but most of it all comes from one or two law firms that are running all of these townships the same thing with the planning commission and the planning the planning uh They're planning person. They're outside contractors. Same thing with city engineers. They don't work for the city per se. They're an outside contractor. You know what I found with our city engineer, allegedly city engineer? They were paid by our township for an expense having to do with a florist. When you go down and look at what they've been paid, how they've been paid, what they're being paid for, hotel rooms, all sorts of things. There has to be a very, very thorough financial audit into every area of our government because they know nobody's going to look at them. Nobody's going to be thorough enough or, you know, to look at what they're actually being paid. That goes with the sheriffs and everybody else. It's all a sham. You know, I've been a contractor for thirty five years. OK. If I were to put if I were to come work on your house. And there was a line item on the invoice that said miscellaneous, ten thousand dollars. Or a florist. Even a florist. But let's just go with miscellaneous. Wouldn't you question that? Yeah. What is miscellaneous? What does that mean? Well, just miscellaneous. No, no, no, no. What is miscellaneous? Well, it's just miscellaneous stuff. Why does everybody I mean, you'll go out and you'll get three estimates on car repairs. You'll get umpteen estimates to do a simple repair on your house, but you won't question them. and what they're charging you why you know what you know why it is i i think i've got this figured out because people see the people that are in their communities they see them on tv they see they see their presence there and it's just like branding for mcdonald's or any other corporation They get used to seeing it and they start trusting these people. Oh, I know they're a good guy. How do you know this? How do you know who these people are? Stranger danger. You don't know who any of these people really are. You don't know where they go. You don't know the secret meetings. We don't know where they go. In fact, a friend of mine kicked up something that looks like there were some big meetings up in Charlevoix. And the individuals involved in this, I've got a lot of questions. Why were they meeting? Why are they meeting at these remote locations? I don't understand that. And who are they meeting with and why? Right. Yeah, they have to have transparency in all this, and they don't. No, and why do they have expense accounts that they get to hide this stuff under? Oh, it's an expense. And nobody sees the receipts. Nobody sees what they're actually putting into it, as you said. It's shocking. Now, I want everybody to, if you can take the time, read it. If not, whatever. But Obamacare. The U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling regarding Obamacare, whether or not it was a tax or a fee or what it was, okay? Justice Scalia, as well as some of the other justices, stated in their opinion that That under the Commerce Clause or even the proper and necessary clause, we the people are not obligated, we are not mandated to buy products or services from the government at any level. Whether federal, state, doesn't matter. We are not required or mandated to buy a product or service from the government. Period. So, that in mind. Because our municipalities do not provide us with a contract, we've never signed a contract. We didn't even sign an agreement for the products and services that they tax us on, i.e. property taxes. then we're not under obligation or mandate to buy their products or services. Why can't we just walk into the municipality and say, you know what? I'm not paying for a fake police force anymore. I'm not paying to put these unions, school unions, more money in their damn pockets. You want to know why the assessors are inflating homes to the degree that they are? Oh, it's unbelievable. They're there to cover the school bonds that are faulting. So the real estate, the tax assessor, they're inflating the numbers on purpose. You can't tell me and justify. I mean, I've been doing this thirty five years and it's something I've gone rounders with them on. How and how do you justify the numbers? I know what it cost me to build that house. And you're telling me that this thing is worth how much? Come on, you can't justify it. You know what they're doing and how they're doing this? Because I've got a front row seat to see how this works in Byron Township. These big developers come in and buy big tracts of land and they start developing it. They will build one to three houses at the entrance of the development and they sit on it for about a year. And then all of a sudden they will put a price tag on it that's three to four times the value of the surrounding area. And they will sell it to themselves and or to one of their other NGO organizations or ones that they're associated with or ones that they have partnered up with, with these public-private partnership crap. I mean, but it all runs under the economic development policy. category, but they will literally sell it back to themselves or somebody that's an associate at the alleged price that they paid. They're not paying that price, but that's what they turn in. And the appraisers will go with it because if they have three comps, all of a sudden, anything that sells in that area, they've got the engineered comps to change the taxable value and the property value of all the properties in the area. That's what they're doing. And the mortgage companies jump right in on this, and it goes with mortgage fraud also. The whole thing is a fraud. Yes, it is. Who's in the center of it? It's the developers. It's the appraisers. It's the builders are in most of our townships. And I was told this by an FBI, somebody that worked for the FBI that I called. He said, look at all your townships. They're all staffed, all of them, with people that are in that realm or who are doing deals with people in that realm. Look at Byron Township. We've got a sewer guy on. We've got developers on. We've got an appraiser that is on the planning board as well as on the oversight board. It's incredible. It's all a coordinated fraud upon the American taxpayer property owner on all Americans. It's complete fraud and fraud. You're not a property owner. Look at your warranty deed. The corporation we're not, but what's that? Look at your warranty deed. Your warranty deed says you're a tenant. Understood. Now, where did that come from? Well, they changed everything over to this fee simple. Fee simple, you sign anything that says that your property is under fee simple regulations. That means you're agreeing to paying property taxes and you agree that your property is subject to eminent domain. Now, when did they do this? It was the Bar Association, the banks and the title companies that got together in nineteen forty seven and made the switch over to the warranty deeds from doing the patents. Now, nineteen forty seven, what else happened right about that time? Oh, yeah. The Administrative Procedures Act in nineteen forty six, where they change everything over to an administrative process. And that change included changing from patents to warranty deeds in nineteen forty seven. And everybody's been hooked on this ever since because everybody was coming back from World War II. It was ending, and everybody just wanted to get on with their lives and get back to normal. Nobody paid attention, and they weren't able to push this through. Well, guess what? We now know about it, and we know how to fix it. Well, you know, look at the distractions, all the distractions going on to take our attention away from what really matters. And that's why nothing gets fixed. Everybody's like this looking at shiny things instead of sticking to fundamental law and how things are supposed to work. the Constitution, the maxims of law, the way to run things properly. It is a lawful process to run a country, to run a state, to run a county, a township. There's lawful processes. And honestly, I think so many people are so overwhelmed about it that they just run the other way because it seems so overwhelming. It's not overwhelming. You just got to get in and stay away from the distractions. Keep your focus and continue to go forward. And it's going to take everybody to change chasing the fireflies, the crazy stuff out there, just because we want to be in the know on something new. A lot of this stuff is just absolutely CIA ops to distract people so they can't stick to the core and fix this. Now, Slotkin's telling the military, don't listen to the orders of the President of the United States. Hello? Why is she not arrested? Seriously, right? Why is she not being arrested? She's inciting what? Oh, insurrection? Where have I heard that word or term before? Yeah, she should be arrested for what she's done. She took an oath to the Constitution. She doesn't get to say those things. She doesn't have the authority to say those things. So, you know, it's selective prosecution. Got to stop. Got to stop. So what has your group got going on this week? We're getting into how to do federal lawsuits. Ooh. Is that the Thursday meeting? Next year – The primary focus that we're going to be looking at are this, debt discharge, land patents, getting back to the land patent and taking ownership of your property, and then basically the federal lawsuits, the progress reports of all the federal lawsuits that we've got going on. And there are multiples going on right now currently, and there's more to come. So just everybody's got to get out there, got to pay attention, quit watching the three ring circus in Washington, pay attention to what's going on in your own backyard, get educated, get involved, clean up your own backyard first, then worry about Washington. And if it seems to be too overwhelming, pick something small and simple to start with. Hey, go do a FOIA and get a copy of the contract and hire a sheriff deputy. So look into the proclamations of the president regarding sovereign citizen, educate yourself on that information. I guarantee if you, if you let them, you know, if you start understanding this process and everything else, things will change for the better and it'll help you understand what you need to do and how to do it. And we'll help you. We'll teach you. Well, let's see. I'm going to, I'm going to scroll down here just a little bit here. Let's see if I can get us down. And show this forum. It's AEG Visitor Forum on Telegram. I'll post something from here on my channel. See if I can grab it. Yeah, there's a whole thing right there on the APA. All the information that we put out there on the APA to educate everybody on the process and what it's all about and how unconstitutional it is. And this is if you go here, you can see they're posting this information in the links to be able to join them and get educated on what they're doing. I really appreciate everything you have done and everybody else has done in your group. It is amazing. Yeah, come check us out on Thursdays. If you want to get into more of the deep dive stuff, we do accept applications for that for the Tuesday group. I've got something else I've got in the works right now that's going to be coming out and have more education at a different level. And, you know, it's all about education. Simple and, you know, don't worry so much about the Lions or the Spartans or the U of M and all that. I mean, you can't control any of that. You know, it is what it is. But in the time it takes to watch the halftime show, do a FOIA, write a letter, do some research. Don't say you don't ever have time. That's right. It takes to do a halftime show. You can do some research. That's right. Here, I'll give everybody a thing today. Go here to Brandenburg and say you want to run for office. That would be like an outstanding thing to do today. A good text to Donna Brandenburg would be outstanding. Hey, I'm willing to run for, say it, whatever it is. So got to do stuff. So I love that, Mike. Well, let's go ahead and end the show here. And then we'll have you back on next week, Tuesday, same time, same place, same bat channel. And go through this all again. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Mike and John and all the wonderful people out there. And I ask that your favor would rest mightily upon them. You know, we're going into a time right now where I think a lot of people are feeling uncertain. They don't really know what to do. They don't know who to trust or who to believe. And all I can say is I trust you, God. And I know that you're walking with us. You're walking us through this difficult time where we're learning to stretch our wings a little bit. We're learning how to take our government back and to do it. the way that you had asked us to do it under your rules, your sandbox, things just work better when we listen to you instead of thinking we're smart. I can't even imagine how you feel about people when everybody seems to say, yeah, I'm just going to do it my own way. You know, I don't have to follow God's rules. I mean, I've heard it over and over and over again, and it just doesn't seem to work well. So please help us to keep our focus on you and to listen to you, to get into your word, to know what it is that you instruct us to do, governance is in, isn't judges and Kings and the, the, the, um, the setup and how we're supposed to be doing it. We just need to pay attention. You've already told us how to do this and make it work, right? Please help everybody to look at each other as human beings and brothers and sisters that, that share this, this, uh, your sandbox and, um, and help everybody to play nice together and, and call it out when things don't go wrong and try to correct each other so that we become better human beings and better servants here in your world. Thank you so much for everything. We love you in Jesus name. We pray. Amen. So boys and girls, this is where we go to ding, ding, ding, ding. Brandenburgforgovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceived in history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president, United States president, Donald J. Trump, cowboy boots. I wear them better because I wear them every day. And I got a new pair of cowboy boots too. I'm really excited about, by the way. And, uh, So with that said, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. This is our personal responsibility. This world is our responsibility and we all should say, send me. I'm willing. I'll do whatever it is you put in front of me. Just ask God and I'm willing to do whatever it is because I know you're going to equip me. You're going to put us in positions that, that, uh, that you've chosen for us that match what we do, our gifts that you've built in us. And every single person is in the same boat. We all have gifts and talents. I would love to see Mike. as President of the United States. It would be an absolute riot. I would be riveted to what's going on there every minute of my day. I think it would be a riot, you know, Mike, or someone who knows how to take the nation back. I mean, I've got some plans too. And I think, honestly, if we approach this as a group of people, not necessarily as one person, but as a whole bunch of us, we could solve a whole lot of problems real quick. And so it's just, we just have to have the desire, the responsibility and the motion. It's not what we say. It's what we do that counts at this point in time. Anybody can say anything. I don't believe anything anybody says anymore. I want to see what they do with their words. Are they carrying it out or are they just lying to us again? The works matter. It tells us what their faith is. what they actually believe and what their character is. So with that said, I'll see you. I believe I'm going to be on tomorrow. So you know what? I may or may not be on tomorrow. Pay attention to my Telegram channel and you'll see what's going on because I'm getting ready for a hearing this week. And so things are kind of like being juggled around just a little bit to make sure that when we do go in front of a judge that we're prepared and ready to basically take no prisoners. but take back this nation. So have a great day. Love to you all. And I'll see you sometime, either later this week or maybe not. We'll see.
