Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the twenty ninth day of July twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show. First at nine o'clock, I'm going to be bringing on John Tater and we'll be talking about lawful defense. And at ten o'clock, it's Mike. And this is going to be kind of a fun show today because of the fireworks that happened last night. So morning, John, how are you doing? I'm good. All is well over on this side of the world. Oh, that's awesome. Well, I almost got arrested last night. Really? Yes. And definitely tell us about that. It was, it was actually kind of fun. I went, so you got to understand, I've been working with a group from Byron township because the township is infringing on our rights and violating their, their oath to the constitution. So I showed up at the meeting with my eight page report. And decided we kind of loosely organized a little bit. I've had a few meetings at the barn. I showed up last week at the zoning board and let them know that we were there and such. And it was kind of an epic situation. Well, this week they had the sheriff there. And I refused to stand down when they gave me the three minute warning. And I said, just so you know, you will not be giving me three minute limitation on what I have to say, because under New York Times versus Sullivan, you're breaking the law. So I will be sitting here and talking until I'm done. I have an eight page report to read to you. And it's my duty to the Constitution to instruct you. So I lay into my report here. We hit three minutes and I just kept going. I just ignored them. And we hit the second three minutes. And by this time, they are completely and totally losing their minds, like losing their mind, not knowing what to do. So they call the sheriff on me. The sheriff comes in and stops the meeting and is trying to get me to stand down. And I'm like, no, they're breaking the law. And not only are they breaking the law, they have entered into contractual duress and contract law on behalf of our private property without our permission. And nobody's listening to us. We need to handle this. And so she asked him to go on a recess. And I've got this all taped. They went on a recess losing their minds, though they wouldn't give us more than three minutes apiece to talk. They would take as much time as they would holding us hostage while they're on the recess. In the meantime, the sheriff is trying to get me to go out of the room. and have a reasonable discussion. Well, I said, no, anything you have to say to me, you can say to me here in public. The whole audience is just yelling at this point in time because they're watching this attack on me and this injustice that's going on. And it kind of gelled the audience. Everybody was absolutely furious about what was going on. And so finally I said, I'll walk to the door, but I'm not leaving this room. And they came and they, they, everybody from the audience, six, seven people basically came with me and I ended up, they, the sheriff's kind of called backup. They called two backup units cause they didn't really know what to do. And we stood out there and we talked a little bit waiting for them to come back in and decide what was going to go on there. And the board didn't come back and that was okay. And so, Finally, we went back in because they were starting again, and I stood in the doorway. I was not going to leave, nor was I going to be alone. I schooled the sheriffs. I said to them, I said, you have a duty to the Constitution to protect we the people. These people are stealing from us. They're stealing our property rights, our money, our property rights, and they entered into contract on our properties. And we cannot be heard. So at that point in time, I just looked at him and I said, you either stand with we the people or you stand with them. It's your choice. Choose. And she's like, the sheriffs were there, which I was glad it was the sheriffs. And it actually turned out pretty good. I was actually pretty proud of the sheriffs in the end. So anyhow, the sheriffs said, well, we've negotiated with them and we got them to give you another three minutes because you said you had something important to talk about. And that was the fact that they have no immunity because they've stepped outside of the law. They have broken the law. And so can you hold it to three minutes? And I said, I said, I'm not going to answer you on that. And like, I don't even know what to do here. She's like, I'm so confused. I said, so am I. So I tell you what, I'm going to go in there and we're just going to see how this plays out a minute. And so I went in there and I went up there for my time. And then as soon as they dinged me for the three minutes, somebody else in the audience got up. A young man who is terrified of public speaking was so inspired about me just handing everybody their asses, right? And I did it nicer than I, very nicely actually, but holding them accountable. He got up and he said, I want to take off reading where you left off. He took my report and this young man in front of the group of people that were so afraid to stand up because of the threat they saw me under stood up and I could almost cry right now thinking about it. And he stood up and he took my report and he started reading where I left off. And then other people started to get up because they saw somebody that was not going to be intimidated by police and watching all of them break the law, all of them. In the end, the sheriffs were a lot of help. And honestly, they actually pretty much did uphold my right. And they encouraged me to take further steps. I was so excited about how this ended up. And the people, when I got up and I left, pretty much just about everybody walked out with me and they were so stoked about this. And I'm like, now I fire hosed you for the last two weeks at our barn meetings because you needed to come up to speak because we needed to be here for this to stop this nonsense. And we found, I allege that they had conflict of interest, which they do. And they only took one bid on a capital project, never notified any of the residents, no notification. They took in one bid. And I'm like, I do construction. I'm like, a project like this should have had six to twelve bids on this. And I'm like, you got one bid and you assigned this to a contractor with one freaking bid? Are you kidding me? I'm like... Now we need to investigate this and your improprieties involved in this. And who's involved in that company that they signed up? That's it right there. What's the connection and who got the job and why did they get the job? And how did they get the job? That is basically a no-bid contract right there. That is exactly what Michelle Obama did. Even her sorority sister, the contract. for writing the Obamacare interface, computer interface. I don't know how many millions of dollars she got now. I used to know that. But she just handed it over. There was no bid. And so they handed it over to her sorority sister. This is the crap that's going on. So when I finally walked out the first time, I just turned around to everybody and I said, this is how these people work. They're criminals. They've taken our right. And they're going to continue unless you stand up and talk. You don't have rights if you're not willing to fight for them. And we're fighting in the lawfare battlefield right now. And you've got to know what you're talking about. And all I can say is thank God for you, for Mike, for all the wonderful people, for Greg, for we the people notices, for General Flynn, for all the wonderful people who have spent the last probably more than a decade. All my Anon buddies, all the digital warrior buddies I have out there. Thank God for each and every one of you, because we have been teaching each other to stand in what the law is. And guess what? They're screwed. Because we're awake and we know what's going on. So there were many lawsuits that were going to come out of last night. Many lawsuits. This is good. Individually. At this point in time, I told him, I said, right now, I have a suit against Jonathan Brader. He was caught perjuring himself. I was at that cross-examination with Stephanie Lambert in Hillsdale. He perjured himself on the stand and he admitted to destroying election evidence on the stand. And our clerk was sitting there and I said, we have evidence. The same thing happened in Byron Township. Evidence was destroyed on threat and coercion from the state. and under the doctrine of the lesser magistrate, you are required to stand against, and the constitution, you are required to stand against unlawful dictates from above. And that's how we take the state back. Local action equals national impact. We have to take our townships, our counties, our municipalities back and tell the state to go and the federal government and all these unconstitutional agencies to go pound sand. Absolutely. So would you like to hear some of my, I can read this to you part of it. Would you like to hear my defense I wrote? Go ahead. Okay. Introduction. And this is a citizen analysis by Donna Brandenburg, not to be construed as legal advice. So I can say, screw you to the private member. And I did bring up the fact that no bar attorney has a license to practice law. It's a private membership association that has asserted itself to have special privileges over the rest of us. They have no standing. Byron Township, Michigan has imposed a special assessment on homeowners to fund a sewer line installation under the street in front of our properties. This is to enable future development farther down the road, not to address any need or benefit to the citizens. As property owners with well and septic, we receive no direct benefit from the infrastructure yet are being charged. They're giving us a special assessment to pay for the dam project. Okay. The determination on value based on profitability seems to be the norm for Byron Township. It serves developers and for-profit entities over the township's duty and the board's duty to their oath of office to uphold the Constitution and serve the citizens of Byron Center. This raises significant concerns about the fairness and legality of the assessment potentially violating Fifth Amendment U.S. Constitution prohibits the taking of private property, including monetary exactions, for public use without compensation. Fourteenth Amendment, U.S. Constitution guarantees due process and equal protection requiring fair price procedures and equitable treatment in assessments. Michigan law requires special assessments to provide a proportional benefit to the assessed properties, which the sewer project fails to do for properties. This outline organizes evidence, legal arguments, and actionable steps to challenge. First off, the Byron Township Special Assessment for Sewer and its Water Lines II violates its fundamental duty to serve Michigan citizens subjecting property owners to coercion, contractual duress, and unauthorized commercial actions in breach of the U.S. and Michigan constitutions. The township's board's actions betray its sworn oath in an individual basis to protect our rights, prioritizing developer interests over residents' welfare, constituting maladministration, and they entered us into contract law. Michigan Constitutional Mandate, the Michigan Constitution Article I, Section I declares that all political power is inherent in the people and the government exists to secure their safety and happiness. Byron Township, as a municipal entity, is obligated to prioritize citizens' rights over private developers by imposing an assessment that provides no benefit to property owners, infringes on the property rights, and ignores prior meeting concerns. such as the developer's failure to post a ten million dollar bond to cover infrastructure quotes or costs, which I asked them to do. The township has failed its constitutional duty to serve its citizens. Breach of oath. Township officials swore an oath to Michigan Constitution Article XI, Section I, to uphold the Constitution and protect citizens' rights. By dismissing demands and imposing financial burdens without consent or benefit, the Board has violated its oath, undermining the public trust and exposing citizens to harm. People v. Ypsilanti, Twenty-Ten. Contractual duress. This is our strongest argument. The assessment coerces property owners into funding a project under threat or liens or foreclosure. constituting contractual duress by destroying free will through improper pressure, Clements v. McCord. This coercion violates due process protections under the Michigan Constitution, Article I, Section XVII and the Fourteenth Amendment, Matthews v. Eldridge. Unauthorized commercial action by entering the world of commerce through the sewer project's contracts with developers or contractors, the township required mutual consent from the property owners which was never obtained. And I listed a bunch of different case law, which I didn't have to do, but I'm going to beat them with their own weapon. The absence of contracts or voter approval renders the assessment and all actions in unlawful imposition of private property. Improper bid questions, it is also our understanding that only one bid was submitted, which is suspect of improprieties requiring questions to be answered and an investigation to be initiated. Perpetual payment equals either contractual duress or an unlawful tax. The township's imposition of a mandatory perpetual payment and service without an opt-out option is either an unauthorized contract with an unauthorized municipality exceeding its designated authority or its own unlawful tax lacking legislative approval or public vote. Michigan law MCL for one point eight oh one and the Equal Protection Clause in the Fourteenth Amendment by targeting only certain citizens. Then I went into no immunity. The Byron Township officials as public functionaries enjoy no immunity when acting outside of the law as their imposition of special assessment and mandatory suit or hookup requirement violates constitutional and statutory limits. These actions taken without authority consent or legislative backing strip officials of any shield of accountability, exposing them to legal consequences for infringing on sacred property rights of Michigan citizens. Lack of immunity under Ex parte Young. The US Supreme Court in Ex parte Young, established that public officials have no immunity when they act outside their lawful authority, particularly when violating constitutional rights. By imposing an assessment that constitutes an uncompensated taking Fifth Amendment and denies due process for Fourteenth Amendment, Michigan Constitution, Article I, Frequence, and Seventeen, township officials have exceeded their jurisdiction, rendering their actions ultra virus and subject to chill. Now that's that actually, I like that term. I did it specifically. It's corporation. Oh, is it? Okay. Corporate. We don't want to use it. We want to use it. Well, you know what? You know what they did? They overlaid the township and with a corporation. And I just found out recently that they cannot even think about this. They can't turn townships into corporations. So the whole thing is null and void at face level. which is interesting. And I'm going to, I'm going to beat him with that one. It's not criminal like usurpation is. Usurpation is the criminal term. All right. So I used all the words that's going to make everybody happy with maladministration. And I did use usurpation and I used that term. And that's good to know. I'll have to do a little research on it. Like I said, I'm learning. I just am a mouthy. I am just a mouthy individual who refuses to back down when somebody threatens me. As soon as that happens. Brain shuts off, and I go into, oh, hell no, right? So anyhow, I thought you'd be proud of me for that. I am. Here's a little tidbit for you. Desert Storm. Yes. A war that was fabricated by George Bush. How was it fabricated? It was fabricated because— Undeclared. Undeclared. Well, no, whether it was, yeah, it was undeclared, but it was fabricated because George Bush told Saddam Hussein, when Saddam Hussein said, Kuwait is stealing oil because they're slant drilling under Iraq and stealing Iraq's oil, that Iraq was gonna go in and invade the country. and stop the slant drilling. So Saddam Hussein went to George Bush and asked George Bush, do you have any problem if we invade our, what's the country again? I forgot already. Iraq or Kuwait? Kuwait. And George Bush says, no, we have no interest in the Middle East at all. So if you want to go and do that, go ahead. So Saddam then gets his tanks and things and he starts invading Kuwait. And all of a sudden, we end up in war. George Bush, we have these... television actors going on and saying, oh, the Kuwaitis are throwing babies out of the incubators and making, you know, it's such a heart, you know, they're destroying the oil fields. They're doing this, they're doing that and putting the emotional stress on the American people to do something. And then lo and behold, the Iraqi war starts. This was started by George Bush all by himself and his cronies in office. This is our so-called, I don't remember, forty-first president, whatever he was, of our country starting a war in Iraq. This was Desert Storm. It took the United States over a year to send our military with any kind of strength and our hospitals and so on and so forth to Iraq to fight a war in Iraq. It took over a year to do that while Saddam Hussein was probably smoking his cigars and paying attention to whatever he pays attention to. But he wasn't paying attention to the United States build up in in uh arabia anyway he starts the water they just devastate iraq by bombs and so on and so forth and everything and then guess who gets hired to fix iraq after to rebuild iraq hello halliburton remember that name oh yeah halliburton Now Halliburton, it's interesting because Prescott Bush was the director of Dresser Industries at the time, which later became Halliburton. And George W. Bush did work for Dresser before it became Halliburton. Oh, it's just one big epic criminal family out there, isn't it? before he founded Zapata Oil. That's another whole story. Guess who was the CEO from nineteen ninety five to two thousand of Halliburton during the during the rebuilding of Iraq? This was the non-bidding contract. They just gave it to him. Guess who was the CEO? Fill us in. Dick Cheney. Dick Cheney, yeah. And Dick Cheney was what at that time? A criminal, but go ahead. Vice President of George Bush. So this is the game that was played. So Halliburton made billions of dollars rebuilding Iraq. in a bidless war against who is going to actually go in there and rebuild Iraq. Well, Halliburton, too, has the contract, I believe, for the military food supplies or part of that conglomeration. And that's another whole story. Yeah, I know about that. Food and waters that went to Iraq to feed the troops. Yeah, that's another whole story. We could get into that one someday when we have nothing to talk about. But that was a very interesting situation. I think it's a good situation to talk about. Well, you've got the same thing now in a smaller area in Byron County where you've got the People sitting on the board over there making decisions and doing bidless contracts to get their, who's behind this bidless? Who is part of the contract or whose brother or sister is sitting on the board or operating that particular contractor that's going to put in the pipeline? That's exactly it. And there's one guy there that has a company that does underground sewer work. There you go. And they've got one bid. Excuse me. They should have had twelve bids on that project. It's a big enough bid. And the fact that it's in the millions of dollars, I can't quote the exact price. Now you've got to go. uh and do a little homework and find out who's connected with that company because I'm gonna bet you're gonna find out that one of those people that are sitting on the board or maybe more than one several are connected with this company that's going to do the underground work, and they're going to get kickbacks from this. Or they're going to have buddies involved in it. I understand construction. I work in construction. We would never have bid this project, so I'm a good one to know what's going on. and be able to say, excuse me, this is what's actually going on here. And I want to see everyone that's associated with this. I want to see all the files. I want to see everything because we need to get to the bottom of this. And this is so much crap. It's not even funny. So we're looking and I've got some great people out there that are researching and digging into things. I really would like to say that probably if they're a little concerned, in Byron Township right now, they should be. Yes, they should. Yep. They should be more than concerned because we are not going to sit here and watch this constant nonsense that they have going on with in Byron Township right now. And the thing of it is, is this is going on across Michigan. I see it all the time. You have people in there that have conflict of interest. They're almost all of them, watch this, almost all of them are developers, realtors, builders. They did it in Westland. They did it in Livonia. I don't know what's going on in Ypsilanti because I'm new to the community here, but I wouldn't be surprised if somebody, if the board over here is playing the same game. I don't know, so I can't say that for sure, but I know they did it in Livonia. I know they did it in Westland. Detroit is probably rife with this kind of nonsense all the time. building tearing down buildings, building new buildings and so on and so forth. Somebody is on the contract list and making big money and some of the public functionaries have their hands deep in the cookie jar. Well, and it's like they, so you got to understand that they have trespassed upon my property. They have used threat and coercion on my property, which doesn't work well for them. Okay. Because I've chased a couple of them that came down the driveway and I'm like, get off my property and don't come back. You have trespassed upon my rights with threat and coercion, accusing me that I'm guilty of things that you have no proof. And I'm done with you people. And that's kind of how it works, but this is going on across the state. The other municipalities around us have been utterly destroyed by their pilfering of the land and they just keep building on, building onto the sewers, building on. And the guy that's a supervisor sat up there and said, building comes first and then commercial development. And it's like, because they're all making money off of this. This is what they do. And they're parasites. And then they go on from this area. Once they get it all pilfered, they go to another area. So it's like cancer that spreads. And they destroy it. They destroyed so many nice little towns around here. Once they get their claws into one spot, they sit there and make excuses for their lack of action. But what I'm doing right now is I've got a bunch of friends who work in different areas, common law people, people that are with the sheriffs. And I've got my fight on. I see guys on this morning. That's my mission here against the DNR, who is the biggest number one enemy of the people going right now. If you think the politicians are bad, the DNR is... will literally shake you to your core at what they're involved in. And they are on my list of dealing with unconstitutional tyrannical actions right now. And so with this process of fighting in different arenas, the really good thing is that the education I'm getting is just amazing, as well as being able to develop different strategies to go after these people and hold them accountable Once you start giving them a little bit of a bite, and I'm one of these people who once I bite on, I don't let go. Some people find a way to get out of that sort of thing, but I'm like a pit bull that absolutely will not give it up until I see some behavior improvements. And so the whole thing with what the DNR is doing and destroying, and they're stealing our land is what they're doing. They're stealing our resources. They're stealing our land. They're prohibiting Michigan residents from going on the land that we own. And I found connections to their clear cutting that they're doing, which goes to a bioenergy company that's making bioenergy. That's why they're clear cutting. They're burning the trees up. And that company is owned by a company out of New York, which is attached to all of them are attached to consumer's power somehow. And they have an island off of the offshore of Venezuela. And they're all freaking in with Maduro. And I'm like, are you people kidding me? When I get done beating up this issue with these proposals here, there's going to be nowhere for anybody to run either. Because the connections that we have with these proposal issues, and I'm not even going to say what they are, because this is just too fun playing with these village idiots at this point in time. Some of the people really think they're doing the right thing, but they are being misled. And I'm going to tell you, the poop is about to hit the fan on that. And anyone who's been involved in this is automatically disqualified from anything because they were jumping on to issues that Harvard, and they literally fell into people that have been trying to destroy the Constitution. And we have all the facts we need. So I'm just kind of keeping my eye open on people. I'm going to see who continues to pop their head up because they're going to be put in the basket with the other people that are breaking the law. And then we know exactly who's standing together. It's fantastic. Keep going, guys. We love this. You're just helping us to build our cases and get every one of the rats that are hiding in the corners who are trying to take the United States captive. You just got into a battle, you can't win. So it's interesting. Well, the fact that a lot of the people in your audience stood up with you, which is starting to show the cracking of the nonsense and the fear that people have been given and told all these years that you got to be afraid, you can't fight City Hall, all this other nonsense that's out there. this is good this is good I was at the gun show on the weekend uh pushing our magnificent republic and uh ran into several people that understood what a republic is and understood that we have a republic but there were a lot of people at that gun show that thought we had a democracy or didn't know the difference or had no idea what we had And I'm saying, you've lived in this country for twenty, thirty, fifty years, and you don't know that we have a republic form of government? And you have no idea what the difference is between a democracy and a republic? Where have you been living all these years? Under a rock? Because it doesn't make any sense why people have never been able to figure out what our founding fathers have presented. Yeah. Some of them weren't taught this in school, but that means that your education stopped at high school? Well, actually, it's indoctrination that stopped them from even asking questions and getting their own information. And so brainwashing has to stop on like all levels. If you go to a five or one church, you're probably part of the problem. OK, brainwashed. You were brainwashed, but you know the difference. I was brainwashed, but I know the difference. And what what happened to the sixty year old or fifty year old that was brainwashed? Never figured it out. Fifty years later, he still hasn't figured it out. That's the that's the scary part of this whole thing. That people are growing through life, I don't know, as a zombie or mentally unemployed. I can't figure it out why people haven't figured out what's going on and that they've been lied to all this time. And there's a lot of people out there that haven't figured it out that they've been lied to all this time. Oh, and there's so much propaganda out there. It's amazing. And I'm just going to say it right now. I'm going to say this. I'm going to actually say this. Anybody who is out there in this petition thing for Ask My Tax is a saboteur of the Constitution. That's not the only one, though. They're all sabotaged. I agree. What's the other one that they're trying to push, too? It's an education one. What is it? It's the one about voting. There's a couple of them out there. They like to throw these out there and people read the headline, but they don't read all of the ballot language. The ballot language is never about the headline. And the headlines are being corrected by the criminals in Lansing, the Board of Canvassers, the Board of Elections, so that they can manipulate you to vote with a headline. But you got to read the whole petition and you'll see that it's sabotage upon the Constitution. These people are traitors. They are committing treason and sedition. And guess what? There's going to be nowhere for them to hide because the attack is on we the people, which is every single one of us out there who is a citizen of Michigan. I agree. Debate me on it, anybody. Now, that brings me to another one. We've been lied to all of our lives. Yes. And so... I'm not really necessarily a flat earther that I believe in a flat earth, but I wanted to bring this up because we were told by the media years and years ago As you remember when you were growing up, all of a sudden they had these globes on the television where they show a picture of the earth spinning and an airplane flying around this globe. And that was their mantra or their identity as to CBS or NBC or whatever. And the question was, how come all of a sudden we started to see these globes? on television and how come all of a sudden we were starting to be pushed? I remember in high school where they had this earth in a circle as the flat earth people showed it. That was an original map when I was growing up. And then they also, then they had one that where this globe was flattened out, like, you know, when you take an orange and you put the peels side by side by side, this, this goofy looking thing. And it's trying to get rid of the distortion and distortion attempt. Yeah, so the question was why all of a sudden, as I was growing up, did we start to see this stuff? This was black and white TV where they had the earth revolving around as a part of their mantra for the CBS or NBC or whatever. All of a sudden, we started to see this. So the question was, why were they pushing the globe theory? Why are we a spinning globe, spinning at some tremendous speed, floating off in the universe, as many millions of other planets and millions of other entities that live out there. We're just one little entity on earth. Once upon a time, I was taught that we were the center of the universe, we the people. God created us as the center of the universe. And so they were trying to break this phenomenon that we were the center of the earth and that we're not anything very important. In fact, we're kind of a virus on this planet that they call the earth that spins off into millions of directions. So what is the truth? The fact of the matter is that there is no photograph, honest to God picture of the earth. so if we've been to the moon why don't we have a photograph of the earth but if you go on the internet and look up uh the the pictures of the earth they're composites that were generated by computers So why don't we have a photograph of the earth? Why don't we have a photograph of this circular thing, airplanes out in the sky, shooting a picture of the horizon? It's a flat horizon. It's not a curve. so there's a lot of questions that brought my attention to this flat earth theory possibility possibility that maybe we are living on a flat plane and of course hillary talked about the uh the firmament someday we'll break through the firmament she said on one of her speeches what does that mean what's the firmament well according to the earlier bible the filament firmament was a cover over a dish that we lived under I don't know I don't know the difference I don't know the truth um because I don't I I'm I'm not a spaceman or anything like that I haven't been out in outer space well you gotta you gotta explore the possibilities Because the Truman Show had that dome over the top. And it's like, you know, they always tell us what they're doing in the movies. I believe that there's some truth to it. I don't believe or disbelieve anything anymore. I'm like looking at everything as an observer. It's like, all right, could be CIA, could be whatever. I mean, we don't know. And, you know, all I know is to try to make the world a better place every day just by trying to do – random acts of kindness and actually giving a crap about the world, which most people walk through as NPCs, and that's as good as it gets. Now was this earth developed, this circular thing floating around in the space, moving at tremendous speed, developed to kind of get us away from God? Because if we on one hand are the center of the universe living on a flat earth and on the other hand we're just kind of not very important. We are just existence on this earth like there's millions of other planets that have other people that live on that earth. Are they trying to break us away from God? They took prayer out of the schools. Then they took out of the court system. You don't say, I swear to God anymore. You say, I swear to tell the whole truth, nothing but the truth, and that's it. To whom are you swearing this? You're not swearing it to God. You're swearing it to what? To the court? To the prosecutor? To the judge? What? They took that out of the... all of a sudden these things start disappearing. No more nativity scenes on public grounds. You can't show, you can't... some people get accused or abused by showing their nativity scenes where uh where the first amendment says congress shall make no law how can congress make a law saying you can't have a nativity scene on a public thoroughfare something's wrong it's completely completely closed minded crap. You know, people have the ability to say what they want to say. And, you know, honestly, being able to approach it with a thought in a thoughtful manner. And saying, oh, that's their thing. That's their right. That's their thing. Let them do it. Right. And as long as as long as, you know, there's some there's some absolutely natural laws that we have to be be aware of and that sort of thing. But that sort of thing just boggles my mind, because why is it? that anyone who wants to fly an American flag or actually believes in God, serves God, or walks on the planet with God, I'm not saying everybody that says that they are is who they say they are. There's a lot of hypocrites out there that just use God's name to further whatever agenda it is, right? But the point being is that why is it that certain sectors of people are so attacked? I have a friend on here right now that I can see and I love this person intensely. And she was attacked by an entire community for wanting to put up an American flag. Exactly the point. And there is the point right there. Then the community went after her to close her business. At some point, I'm probably going to ask her to come on here and we're going to lay all of this out and the people who did that, because I know the names, I know who did it, and I know how they tried to destroy a person's life who has a child they're taking care of, going through treatment, and did not care how much they abandoned these precious individuals. and tried to harm them in a personal way. Exactly. Totally deranged mental illness. What's the function of government? Yes, to protect the rights of all people. Protect our life, our liberty, and our pursuit of happiness. You don't just protect the rights of Republicans. You don't just protect the rights of Democrats. You've got to actually listen to and protect the rights of people you disagree with. That's when you really find out that you've got somebody that is – that holds the blind scales of justice. Now, I've got to throw one more thing out, and that is the democracy that we have been fed all of our lives. Love you, Maggie. You're amazing. From the very beginning. Ever since talkie television came on, and you could hear, I wonder how many people have watched a program or a programming, program yourself, watching a movie or whatever, and the actors or actresses say in there, we have a republic. Zero. Everybody says democracy. That's right. And we don't have, well, we kind of have a democracy that they overlaid the republic on. That's a fake. But we are a, to keep it simple, we are a constitutional republic. Constitutional Republic is repeating the Constitution and the Republic together is like saying sweet sugar. It's the same thing. I just want to make sure everybody understands that this report where I almost got arrested last night was based on the Constitution. So just make sure it's clear, it's constitutional republic. So some of these people aren't real bright. So sometimes you have to say it a few times for them to get it. We have a republic that is presented and supported and in law by the Constitution. So we can do that and people say we have a constitutional republic, but like I say, it's like saying sweet sugar. It's saying the same thing twice, like they're using this sovereign citizen nonsense. You're a citizen, therefore you're sovereign. You don't have to say sovereign citizen. You're one or the other or both. You're actually both, but saying you're a citizen always covers the fact that you're sovereign. That's Downs v. Bidwell. So you don't have to say sovereign citizen, but they use that against us in the court, as Mike has pointed out in the past, that they've used that and they make it sound like we're some sort of evil thing. No, it's not. It's the same thing. You are sovereign and or a citizen. Because you are a citizen, you are sovereign. That's Downs versus Bidwell. That's a Supreme Court case. No more has to be said. If you're a citizen, you're sovereign. or you're sovereign, period. You don't have to say sovereign citizens. It's again, the use of the language that we have to be more aggressive with and use the appropriate terminology, just like you used ultravarious, which is really not against the individual it's more like a corporate when a corporation is screwed up or a corporation is in trouble you're not going after the corporation you're going after the individual and that individual is usurping authority never granted that's the difference and it's about language and the way we use language uh that we we can control the narrative by that by the use of the language so we have to be very um more intelligent and in tune with what the language should be in this country. Like when, you know, when those morons that are on television call us a democracy. We know better than that. We know we have a republic. We know what a republic is. That should, that irritates me now. Never when I was a kid it didn't irritate me, but now it irritates me. What's the matter with you people? On, I can understand, but we're nine, we're in and you're still calling us a democracy. There's something wrong with your brain. Well, it's, it's the, it's the lack of a lack of knowledge. You know, my people will perish for lack of knowledge. And if you don't take the time to study a little bit, you know, you know, one thing that when I got the groups together at the barn and I was, you know, I was teaching, we had a really good turnout, by the way. And our neighbors are the sweetest people you can ever possibly imagine. We've got one guy that that came to America from South Africa. And I just love this guy. He's just amazing. And he's a gardener by trade. He went from South Africa to the Netherlands and And lots of knowledge, great, sweet, generous man, him and his wife. And to realize how few people actually know what their rights are and how to put them in check. And just so everybody knows, if somebody threatens me or puts me in check like that, it's a guaranteed lawsuit that's going to come their way. Because what I've finally come to the conclusion of is the only way to hold them accountable is to start hitting them with lawfare and never stop until their behavior improves. You know, it's like the funny meme that's out there. The beatings will stop when the behavior improves. Exactly. Exactly. Hey, so everybody out there, one of the things before Mike gets on that I wanted to talk to you too is that remember that little, I posted a picture of a little baby bird that I saved last week. I don't know if you saw it, John, but I found this little baby bird. It was stuck in the corner of one of the stalls, and I pulled this baby bird out, and he got in my hand. His heart was beating pretty hard at first. No mom. He was pretty close to dying. expiring at that point in time. Heart was beating pretty hard. But as soon as he got in my hand, he started, because I like to rescue, you know, he started to calm down and started feeling safe. I made a little nest for him in a box and I got him some water and then tried to let him stay inside overnight. Then I found a good place where the mama could come in and feed him. Well, guess what? I named him Samuel and in with a salute to one of my friends, Samuel, who brought up the first thing that we should he should have a name, right? So Samuel is doing well. The mama is coming down to feed Samuel. I left him some soaked dog food and the mama is coming down and taking care of Samuel and Samuel is doing just fine. So so one baby bird saved another another victory for the goodness of the planet. I've found three dead robins, big ones, on my backyard, and not on the same day, on different days. Don't understand why they're dying around here. Can't figure that out. Probably because they're spraying the skies. You know, the United States lost two-thirds because you guys know I'm a beekeeper. I have got hives. We lost two hives that we started this summer out of six. And the entire United States lost somewhere between two-thirds and three-fourths of all of our bees across the United States. I have a theory on this. I don't think it's just that they're spraying the skies. I think it's the nicotoids that they're using as a pest control on the – because the pest control of nicotoids are going to kill the bees too. So because they've eliminated so much of the natural food supply – And, um, I have, I have a pretty, pretty good area. They fly about two miles away from the hives bees well, but if you give them enough food right next to the hive and make it easy for them by planting things that they can, they'll stay close to home. So you gotta, you gotta out think some of this global manipulation a little bit and it's, it makes it kind of fun. But yeah, did you know that a hive produces a hundred and fifty pounds of honey a year at max? No, that's quite a bit of honey. A lot of honey, and honey is heavy. So what else did you want to talk about? Mike's backstage. We deal with the law. No uprising, no stupidity, no craziness out there. You know, I don't even believe in the protests at all. I think they're stupid, they're just laughing at us. If you really want to fight, you've got to do something that hits them in a legal way. That's the only way to fight them. You can't do it just by going out there and screaming like an idiot and watching them laugh at you out their windows. I agree with you. The law is on our side. Law is our pitchfork. And the law works very well when you understand it. When you've read the court cases that we've talked about, that gives you a lot of power. And there's a lot more out there. I mean, you can do more homework and come up with more court cases. Mike ever so often throws a new court case at us. So when we get them, I get them from X-Twenty-Two. I listen to somebody else, and they come up with a court case. We read it. Lo and behold, it's a good court case for us, so we add it to our list. Did you know that Dave on X-Twenty-Two called me out and gave me a nod? Not called me out a bad way. Anyway, he gave me a nod. I was like, wow, I'm on X-Twenty-Two. That's pretty cool. It's like, I love Dave. Well, the point of the matter is that we have the pitchforks on our side. They do not. They're totally disarmed. public functionaries have no power at all if we know the law and so it's got to get back to we have to know what the law is and what our rights are and that the fact of the matter is downs once again states that the laws that are on the books are to limit the powers of government not limit the powers of the public not limit my powers or your powers We have the power, but we have to learn. We can't be growing up and being fifty years old, sixty years old and still think we have a democracy because there's something wrong with that thinking process. You've been brainwashed. You've been controlled all these years. And you're probably afraid, afraid of anything and everything. So you got to get out of that fear mode and you got to start learning the differences that we have going on in this country and why America is different than the rest of the world. And the last name that everybody is so accustomed to using is primarily used for tax purposes. That's the tax name. Have you ever noticed that the last name comes first? Well, they're using that as a reference to the debtor, your tax name. And so what we've learned is that back in Roman time when... They were going around trying to collect taxes. They go into a town and, okay, I got John to pay. Well, John, John, John who? Well, John the carpenter, John Carpenter. Or John the blacksmith, John Smith. So they started creating the last names as an identifier for collecting taxes. So they knew which ones, which John. or Tom or Dick and Harry that they collected the taxes from, they start using the last name. So that's where that comes from. Now, we can associate with a family name. I'm part Scottish and Irish, so the family of, or make that type of reference to the family that way. It's a family name. That's where our fight comes from, the scotch in our background, you know? I said that's where our fight comes from. We both have scotch in our background. Yeah, I'm a mutt. So am I. Yeah, I'm Polish, Ukrainian, scotch, Irish, French, and French-Canadian. So I got a lot going on here. Yeah, well, mutts are the toughest dogs in the pack. It's like I'm a mutt, too. So, yeah. Yeah, so I heard we talked about what you did last night. Congratulations. That was awesome. I wish I was there. Well, I got the tape of it. And honestly, I'm going to start breaking some of this out, including the supervisor looking at me. And this guy is so arrogant. It's unbelievable. He's losing his ever-living mind and going, I've had enough of this legal mumbo-jumbo when I was talking. I'm like, really? Yeah. So you get to talk back to us and say stuff like that. What a great tactic is for everybody out there, if you're getting into these public events, public meetings, and you get the mayor, the supervisor, whoever it is, giving you an attitude. What a lot of times I'll say is, wait a minute, let me understand something here. Didn't you at the beginning of this meeting, the whole board stood up, put your hand across your heart and pledged your allegiance to the Republic for which it stands? Are you telling me that you are lying about that, that you have no intention? Is that what you're telling me? Your intentions are contrary to what you just pledged your allegiance to? Now they got to stop and think about what they just did because by asking what their intentions are, you are actually deflating them because you're taking the wind out of their sails because now they got to stop and think, what did I just say? What did I just do? Is it my intention? Do I want to, you know, how do I answer that? Most of the time, they'll just remain silent. But I would hammer them, ask them the question, what is your intentions here? Is it your intention to violate the pledge that you just made for the record? Is it your intent to violate the Constitution and your oath of office? Because I have to advise you right now that if it is your intention to do so, That I have the duly authority under the state law, MCL, seven, six, four point one six, to police anyone that does so under arrest because you've committed a felony in my presence. You've committed treason. That's a felony. Now, so the last question, is it your intent? Now you've totally deflated them. You've totally deflated them because they don't dare start arguing with you. Keep in mind, when you use the Constitution as your argument, anybody who argues against you is a complete moron. Because now we're arguing against the Constitution. They had no idea. They didn't even know how to answer any of this at all. And they just got angry. They got really angry. And then they threw a little tizzy fit. And then they called the sheriff on me to come in and remove me. I think, like I told you earlier, that speaks volumes. When the sheriff shows up, when the deputies show up and agree that you have the right to do this, that speaks volumes. She was actually doing a pretty good job. I point blank told him, I'm like, who do you stand with? I said, I know everything about your office. I have a lot of friends who are sheriffs, Star Leaf, Sheriff Mack, many people in CSPOA. And And I said, so I understand what your obligations are. And I said, your obligations are to we the people, not the people who are violating our rights. These people are stealing from us and they're violating. And I started quoting the different areas in the Constitution that they were violating. I said, so so choose who you serve. I'm like, are you serving them or are you going to help us? Because none of them will listen to us. They're not listening. They don't care. They do no bid contracts. They've got conflict of interest. And when we talk, they shut us down and do whatever they want. So the last two meetings ago that I was at, we brought up the fact that these projects, no one got notification for it. They're just spending money they don't have. Like, you know, like they're like money fatty going everywhere. And nobody agreed. And then they added in contract into our private property without our permission. They went into contract with another municipality without our permission. They just did it. And there was not one notice that went out to any of the residents on their intentions on this. So I brought up the bond. And there were many people that there was not one person that gave them permission that showed up. And what did they do? They ignored it, all of it, and rubber stamped it for the developer. Do you understand they just opened a door for you? Oh, they did a great job. I left there last night. I was like in my car doing the happy dance going, oh, yeah, oh, yeah, we're going to get them. This is going to be fun. And I love this. they open the door on your property taxes. Do you realize what they just did? By them attaching your property into a contract without your consent, Absent a contract, there is no obligation. So they put a contract on your property. Okay. So they're admitting that a contract must exist in order to be attached to the property. Therefore, because the taxes, property taxes are based on services provided by that municipality. Where's the contract? Let's reverse the roles. I don't have a contract for these services. So where am I obligated? You've admitted that there has to be a contract. You've even put my property into a contract without consent. So without further application, where's the obligation for me to pay you property taxes absent a contract? You've just admitted there has to be a contract. You know what? The stuff that I'm doing right now, I am literally going to put this into a way that I can teach people and show them across the state of Michigan. And just so everybody knows, as the chairman of the Constitution Party in Michigan, which is the U.S. Taxpayers Party, I'm going to try to seat every single seat in the state with a non-establishment candidate, with people who have never held office. If you're honest, you're qualified. Step up and help us. But this this sort of thing, I'm going to put this into a into an easy to to understand. and parse this out into bits that people can get their arms around so that one at a time we can walk through this and take this nation back on a county-to-county, township-to-township basis because they've done it everywhere. If they say that the state has given them the orders to do it this way, they're already violating their oath of office. Mm-hmm. The attorneys, if there's an attorney in office, they've already violated their oath of office because they've sworn an oath to the courts, to the civil action jurisdiction. They're not constitutional. None of this is constitutional. They're all breaking the law, top to bottom. The whole thing has to be cleaned out. And that's why I stand by the position, and I will stand on this position until someone, either Kash Patel, Pam Bonney, Trump, somebody better step up. Somebody needs to grow a pair and step up. Because as of right now, my position is the Bar Association and the FBI are domestic terrorist organizations. That's what they are. And every bar attorney that goes along with this is complicit in that crime. If you're a bar attorney out there and think that you're not, I would love to have a conversation with you. Let's have a forum. Let's have a conversation. You show me how when the FBI put out their report in twenty eleven stating that they're influencing the courts, the Bar Association is enforcing it, that law enforcement is participating in this in all aspects. We have the emails from the chief of police to his officers. stipulating how to interact with sovereign citizens. I'm sorry, who gave you the delegated authority to use propaganda in that manner, that form, to demonize a series of people? And now they want to get rid of, under the Ask My Tax, they want to omit Article I, Section X, regarding the bill of attainer. That means, folks, that if they deem you a sovereign citizen under the FBI report, then you are already guilty before you even have a trial. You're automatically guilty of anything and everything that they want to declare you guilty of. And I said it this morning, Mike. I said anyone who falls in with any of these proposals that is set to change the Constitution and destroy our rights is also a traitor. And they better get figured out real quick who's telling them the truth and who's lying to them. Because they've stepped into a whole different realm by backing this, by putting their signature on the line for this. They are literally signing up for something which destroys the rights of citizens of the state of Michigan. This is a serious problem. Now, here's some good news. The Bar Association accused me of practicing law without a license. Yeah, they accused me too, Mike. So they have now defaulted on that. by their default means that we can represent others in a court of law as their counsel, advisor, interpreter. We can go in as an interpreter of the law. If you understand the law better than someone else, you can go in there as their interpreter. We're now able to do that. And if the judge says, hey, You don't have a license to practice law. Well, guess what? You're right. I don't. One, I never lower my standards to that level. But two, your own bar association never responded to this. So their tacit agreement is that I can represent somebody else. I can help them in court if I so choose and if they want me to. Because in Article I, Section X, you judge if you're really a judge. um don't have the constitutional authority to interfere in a contractual agreement as an outside third party to that contract nor do you have the constitutional authority to change the terms and conditions of a contractual agreement as an outside third party to that contract therefore bugger off because you don't have any authority here in this and I want to see your license to practice law if you're really a judge Because in order under Article VI, Section XIX of the Michigan Constitution says you're supposed to have a license. Show it to me. I want a certified copy of your so-called license. I want to see where did you actually retain that from? What executive branch, department, or agency issued that license? Because it doesn't exist. Yep. There's no such thing as a licensed attorney. Right. And if they're advertising that, that's false advertising. Now, what I want to see happen here is because they're doing what they're doing, Dave Burris of Seward Henderson out of Royal Oak, the law firm, went on and for the record to state that the FBI, through that terrorist division of the FBI, put out the report regarding cyber citizens being terrorists and also stated in there that they have and are advising the courts. Well, if they're advising the courts, that means every court is now biased. automatically biased. That means they're all disqualified. Title XXVIII, section four, five, five, in conjunction with the ruling of the seventh circuit in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, upheld by the US Supreme Court in . Therefore, I wanna see there's an executive order that has not been rescinded I want to see it enforced. I want to see it enforced right now against the Bar Association, against every bar member, against all the fake cops, every city and township department. The executive order is one, three, two, two, four of September, twenty fourth, two thousand one issued by George W. Bush. What does it say it again? Executive order one, three, two, two, four. September, twenty fourth, two thousand and one. Issued by George W. Bush, it has not been rescinded or repealed. That is part of the Patriot Act, which means that because they are doing what they're doing and by definition of Congress under federal law, they are committing domestic terrorism. All of their assets are to be frozen and or confiscated, period. Let's defund the bar. And now get order back where it's supposed to be. Hey, Mike, do you know why they didn't want me to be in as governor? This is why. This stuff was going to happen because you've got in the executive branch, Whitmer, the queen, Nestle, the squire, and Benson, the court jester, are all barred attorneys. Jonathan Brader, who just perjured himself on the stand as a cross-examination in Hillsdale, which I was at, perjured himself and admitted to destroying election evidence or election data publicly. without the authority to do so. He's done. He is done. Has he been arrested yet? What's that? Has he been arrested? I'm not sure. I'm not sure. They may be toying with him a little bit just to squeeze some more blood out of the turnoff. See, this is why the country is a powder keg right now. Oh, we're doing an investigation. Oh, they admitted to these crimes. When the hell are you going to arrest somebody? I agree. When are you going to prosecute them? What is the delay? They don't waste any time charging us with a speeding ticket or your taillights out. Let's go to court and have a trial. Bing, bam, boom. Pay us X number, a hundred dollars. We're in and out real quick unless you object to it and want to fight it. Where's the speedy process for them? They're admitting to major felonies and no action is taken. They're not even indicted. They're nothing. Nothing. You turn on these nighttime so-called reporters, entertainers, Hannity, LaVille, Levin. I mean, great. You're out there showing us how, oh, we've exposed them. We've exposed them. We've got the truth coming out. Great. Indict somebody. Arrest somebody. Do something. What happens? I'm going to be the devil's advocate here. What happens if they're not only investigating, but because the ongoing investigation includes so many people that they keep bringing more people into the investigation and the lack of arrest allows them to pull more people in? Because I believe President Trump is the bait. I do. He says things that we all look at and go... Okay, we're going to take over Greenland. Okay, let's talk about this a minute. And then all of a sudden, you know, nothing crazy happens. He just throws things out there as a bait. Arrest a few of them. Arrest some of the lower ones and watch them start squealing like a pig and open up on the ones up the chain. You want to cut the head off the snake? Start arresting and indicting the secretaries or the clerks or whoever down the chain They're going to start talking when they're facing a life sentence behind bars. We'll grant them immunity. Give us the head of the snake. And that fast, we can cut off the head of the snake. So can I tell you something that I really need to say right now? Okay. And I haven't said it for a long time, but I'm going to say this. Years ago, before I got nuked off of Twitter with all the Flins and all my other Patriot friends and Anon friends, we all got nuked off the same day. And I found an article that said that Obama had been picked up. And it seemed, I was like, oh, this is kind of cool. So I saved it because I was told to save everything offline, which I did. And it said that Obama had been picked up. And I was like, oh, my gosh. So I posted it. And then all of a sudden somebody came on my channel and said, take that down right now. And I took that as somebody that was probably, oh, a person of great importance because I knew who it was. or had a good idea who it was. And I'm like, okay, this is somebody that is probably one of the good guys working behind the scenes. And from what I've seen over the years, I mean, even look at this. I mean, look at the fake Biden out there. Does anybody still believe that that was even Biden at all? Or was it some guy with a weird wonky mask that was CG'd most of the time. Or I think a lot of the stuff we see with President Trump is CG'd. How in the heck is this guy, eight years old, going to four events a day? Does anybody actually really believe in this? And I've been all over the place. I've been to D.C. and Mar-a-Lago and Turning Point and seen where he's been And whoever is there is not six foot four. They're barely six feet tall and they can't hold the R. That that is his natural dialect. And it's like, is anybody still believing this for real? Have you looked at Whitmer lately? Is this actually Whitmer? I ain't buying it. OK, I'm not buying this. I think that there's something going on. And we're going to find out that there's been a lot of good guys working behind the scenes already. And I'm pretty sure that when President Trump said, I caught them all, he met them all. And so, you know, with the abilities they have, I'm just waiting to see how this plays out and how many people they already either have gotten or know and that they're working down maybe into these townships and that they're getting it figured out. But in the meantime... Our job is to know the law, uphold the law, and figure out how to do this without the criminals that are posing usurpers of our nation. The ones that have launched a coup against our nation. As we go through this process, we're learning because even if President Trump and everybody else out there, everyone that was criminal was removed. What do we do next? The whole country's been brainwashed, been given a life for decades and decades of what's going on. Right now, we're learning how to replace them. And once I think we get more people in the game here, it's game over for them. And I think we actually have already won. So I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm as frustrated. I would love to see this over every day. I'm like, dear God, let this thing be over. Okay. We're done with the criminality and all of it. I'd love to see this thing blow up into the arrest of, oh, I don't know, maybe a million sealed indictments that we've been hearing about for eight years. Do I believe that they're there? I don't have any reason to disbelieve it, you know, or to believe it. We don't know so much. Oh, agreed. Agreed. But we got to know what, do you slowly pull the Band-Aid off or you just rip it off? I'm a rip it off kind of gal. So let's just rip it off. Let's rip it off. And those who don't understand or are confused, they'll learn. They'll be forced to learn the truth. I agree with you. And it's like they need to get out of the corners, out of the fetal position, out of being afraid to speak up and dip your toe in a little bit and stand up for yourself. And you will see that these people are very afraid of what they're doing. They aren't as brave as you think they are because they know they're breaking the law. And the majority of them are already blackmailed. The ones that are left are blackmailed. And so they're being told what they're going to do, how they're going to do it, and what they're going to say, what they can't say, who they're going to take the money from and such. Those of us who have never taken the money and told them to pretty much shove it, we're not blackmailed. And that's something to remember. Sometimes you win by losing because you retain your power. Yeah, you know, some of my court cases are people like, oh, you didn't win this one. Oh, yeah, I won. But you don't see the win because I get a judge to say and do things they're not supposed to do. I get them to file paperwork they're not supposed to do. So I'm getting them to do things that nobody on the surface really understands and sees. They say, oh, you lost the case. No, I didn't. Didn't you hear what the judge said? Did you see what he did here? Did you see? Well, yeah, but I didn't. And I explained it to them. And now they see, well, see, I may go into court. I may actually lose on purpose. I'll ask questions in court and do things in court on purpose just to get a reaction out of the judge. And draw them out of the shadows. Sometimes you want to do what, say, like President Trump or some of the rest of us have done, who have intentionally done things to be the bait to these people. And you know what? It's a great way to collect all kinds of information and evidence. Right. And that kind of leads to what I was going to talk about today. Before I get to that, what time is it already? It's already ten thirty. You can stay on as long as you want. OK, but I'm glad we got a chance to talk to this today because everyone, I hope, is inspired to see people like Mike and John and all the people you see on here who go in without a reverse gear and are taking this nation back. And for those who want to understand more about this and the property taxes, look. The Northwest Ordinance, Article IV of that stipulates there are no property taxes. There is a process that can be used to eliminate your property taxes. I am writing a step-by-step what to do, not to do process. I have got property right now that I'm working to do this. I'm going to take this to federal court, not state court. And I'm going to go through everything that I'm explaining. I'm actually going to go out there and do it. I'm going to win this case. And that way it will set a precedent for everybody else. I'm not sitting here advising anybody to go out there and try this on their own without having the proper knowledge and education on this. because you're going to lose. I'm going to do this. I'm going to take this to court. I'm not going to back down on this. And that way, everybody will have a working model by which to follow. So be patient. It's a work in progress. It's not going to happen overnight. So you may have to pay your property taxes for maybe a year, you know, maybe two. But after that, we shouldn't have to pay anymore. I'm hoping that I can get this into the courts here this year. We'll see what happens. I'm still, again, it's a process. There's things that have to be put in place before it happens. We're working on it and we're getting there. We're getting close. So just be patient. We're going to get there. If a constitutional amendment to eliminate property taxes, no, we don't need that. No. It's already in there. Why are we adding legislation to something that's already in the Constitution that doesn't even, you can't fix it by adding more crap to the pile? That's the bar talking. That's the bar talking. They want to create... a layer after layer after layer of legislation on things. And in doing so, what they're also doing in that process is they're legislating the Constitution into nonexistence. Because every layer of legislation that these bar thugs put in place is another layer that mucks up the Constitution and buries it. And what they're trying to do is legislate the Constitution into non-existence with all their crap that they put on us. Where, good example, Second Amendment. Where does it state anywhere in the Second Amendment that bump stocks are not lawful? Where does it say anything regarding that? Where does the state then limits us as to what forms of arms we aren't allowed to have in our possession? It doesn't. Or requirement for a CPL. Or yeah, you have to have a little permit. You have to have this. Where does it state any of this? It does not state it anywhere. So what are they doing? They're creating legislation that does what? It clouds the title. It clouds the title of the Constitution, the enforcement of the Constitution. Quit consenting. Stop consenting. Who are they to place these burdens upon us? We are their employers. They are the employee. If they got a problem with that, I suggest they resign. Go become a greeter at Walmart for all I care. But we are the boss. Start acting like it. How many of you are business owners out there? Does your employees tell you what to do or do you tell the employees what to do? Come on, let's get things in perspective here. I mean, when I get a judge that, you know, gets way out of line and starts giving me the attitude and crap, it's like, wait a minute here, you know, maybe we need a reality check here. We need to understand the pecking order. Judge, we the people are the supreme authority under the constitution, making we the people, the employers and all public functionaries, the employees. You work for the people, which I am a part, making me one of your superior employers. You got a problem with that? Resign. But you're not at the top of the pecking order. You're at the bottom. They do not like to hear that. No, they get a little hot. They think they are the authority, and they are not. Yeah, last night, the hysterics that was going on from the people that were sitting in front was kind of amusing to watch. And the pushback from we, the people that were in the audience was, that were sitting out there in the room was just unbelievable. How many people were so outraged by seeing their unjust treatment. They stood up, they were yelling, they were telling them to shut up and sit down the whole ten yards. I mean, they were getting it. It was fantastic. People found the bravery. It's good to see that those deputies understood their position and understood the process that they allowed and recognized that this is your right to do and didn't try to shut you down or arrest you or remove you. Well, they did try to they tried to get me to leave and I refused to do that. And they tried to shut me down. And I gave them a lesson on what their jobs really were. And that was it. One of one of the deputies that was there was getting a real bang out of it. He was kind of laughing because he knew I was never argued. He knew that I was talking the truth. And so it was it was it was interesting. Yeah, they all need to be educated. They're not properly educated. Ask any cop. Ask any cop. Just walking down the street, see a cop, ask him, hey, I've got a quick question for you. How many amendments are there to the U.S. Constitution? He probably does not know. He has no idea. Lawful ones or unlawful ones? Well, just that simple question, okay? Because he probably won't know the answer. Because if he doesn't know the answer to that simple question, how is he able to do his job? How can he do his job if he doesn't even know how many amendments there are to the Constitution? So, come on. How are you qualified? You're supposed to be a law enforcement officer. Well, actually, you're a policy enforcer. That's what you are, is a policy enforcer. You're enforcing the policies. Not the law. You're going to laugh because I said that to the sheriffs that were there last night. I said, so are you guys just here to be policy enforcers like most cops are? Or are you here to stand up with your under the authority of the Constitution, which you swore an oath to protect us as these people up here are stealing from us? Choose who you serve. Yeah. Yeah. And they better choose wisely. Yeah, they didn't really know what to say. The one guy was kind of smirking and laughing because he knew I was right. And after that, one of the deputies was like, I'm so confused. I'm so confused here. And I'm like, well, I'm confused too. So, you know, I'm just going to go in there. We're just going to see what happens. And then the confusion will end. Right there, when they say I'm confused. What do you have to be confused about? You took an oath to the Constitution, or you're supposed to have taken an oath to the Constitution. So where's your confusion? The confusion is somebody instructed you to do something contrary to what your oath is. That's the simple plain truth of it. And more than likely, it was some form of a bar attorney somewhere involved in that meddling that put together your educational programs that your department adopts and uses in the training rooms. It's certified by a bar association somewhere along the line as to this is what you're going to do. This is what you say. This is how you interact. And that's the problem. I keep coming back to that. The Bar Association is the crux, the root of that problem. Well, see, the town decided to hide behind that. Said, well, we'll have a meeting. We'll bring in engineers. We'll bring in the bar, our attorney. I said, I don't give a crap about your bar attorney. He's a traitor. And so it's like, I don't want to talk to them. It's talking me to you. And we're going to get this thing hashed out. Why do they need a bar attorney to make an executive decision? Who's the elected official here? You, John Doe, or your bar attorney? Who's the elected official here? Well, they keep telling everybody that they're taking orders from the state. They're taking orders from the attorney. They're just sitting there and they're being told. They literally admit that. Well, they just gave themselves. They gave me so much to work with last night. This is like somebody chipping you a joke, right? Handing you an absurdity that ends up being the joke and they don't even realize they're the butt of it. That's what happened last night. It was actually couldn't have gone any better. But a certain individual there said, you know, it would have only been better of it is if they would have actually arrested you. But the sheriffs actually were more helpful than not helpful. So we'll get we'll give them we'll give them one point for that. All right. They get they get a star out of the truck. I mean, yeah. I'll give them a star. I'm going to have to have a star chart next to me where I'm like looking at if people are like getting stars or getting stars away, taken away. But they got a star last night. That's good. All right. Maybe a point system. I don't know. So what else you want to talk about today? I sent you an email of some talking points for today. And I did not talk about, you know, I've gotten a lot of people talking to me about, you know, the right to travel. And what do we do when we get pulled over and how do we interact? And you know what? There is no right or wrong on that interaction on the side of the road. Some people encourage, well, don't hold court on the side of the road. Wait, just get the ticket, go to court, fight it that way. Or get the ticket and fight it with your paperwork. It boils down to what you feel comfortable with based on your knowledge. Personally, and this is me per talking, if I get pulled over, I see that as an opportunity. Okay. And what I mean by that is I now have an opportunity to do several things. One, I can educate this officer. Now, again, it depends on their demeanor, but I have an opportunity to educate them. I've had two hour conversations on the side of the road with officers and their supervisors and such. And I use that as an opportunity to teach and educate. I also use it as an opportunity to get information from them. Yes. Okay. Now I got pulled over by a state cop, claimed that I had a taillight out. And I thanked him for it. You know, I stopped on, I was on the freeway, pulled over off an off ramp. And he said, you know, I pulled you over. I said, I have no clue. The first question I have for you, officer, is what's the emergency? Well, what do you mean? I said, well, your lights are on. That indicates an emergency. Is there an emergency? Do you need my assistance? uh for something you know in regards to this emergency he goes there's no emergency oh there's no emergency oh because you know your lights are on so so what's your ras well what you know what do you mean ras well reasonable articulate suspicion of a crime or you know that has happened or is happening well I I just need to see your license and registration you know your your your insurance and all that and I said oh so are you ordering that from me Yes. Yes. I'm ordering you to give me your identification. I said, OK, no problem. I said, that'll be five thousand dollars. What? I said, well, you see that McDonald's over there across the way. I said, when you go there and you place an order for a cheeseburger, you got to pay for the cheeseburger. You're placing an order with me. So therefore, it's five thousand dollars to see my credentials. And they have to pay it right now. uh now he doesn't know what to say I I just need to see your your right your id your right your license and all that I said are you asking or are you ordering uh well I'm asking I said okay well that's different because you asked I can't charge you but because you asked I get to refuse and I'm going to refuse now he's totally discombobulated he doesn't know what to say or do next So one thing led to another. And so these are the types of interactions you can have with them. It's to the point now where we put together what we call a travel package. And we have several documents contained within that travel package, one of which is the certified response from the MSP stating that they're de facto, showing and proving that they're a de facto agency. So when you get stopped on the side of the road, you can use that as an opportunity to educate. You can also use it as an opportunity to acquire information. Because remember, they're supposed to have a body camera on. I always ask them, is that camera working? Do you have a body camera on? So I got my camera on. So that we don't have any issues. In case your camera happens to have, I don't know, a malfunction, which seems to be par for the course. Every time we get to court, your cameras seem to have malfunctioned. I would upgrade your cameras because I can't tell you how many times that happens. So fortunately for you, I have my camera rolling and we're going to have a full recording of this interaction. And so, you know, these are the different things that you can do. You don't have to do this. You can just say, give me the ticket, see in court and do that. Now, the other thing is, is that a lot of people don't realize is, OK, you're, you know, officer so and so. I don't know if you're really an officer. Do I? No. So I need to see your driver's license because you're in commerce right now. You only need a driver's license for commerce. I don't need it to travel. So you're in commerce, you're committing the approach here. So I need to see your driver's license. I need to see your identification. Well, guess what? They don't carry a driver's license. Oh, you're driving without a license. Are you gonna write yourself a ticket? I'll go to court and be the witness. So a ticket also is a securities instrument. Okay. You're dealing in securities. So the ticket has a value to it. It's a contract. So another question to ask, do you have a license to deal in securities? No, you do not. Oh, you know what? That might be a problem because you don't have a license to deal in securities. You know, we may have to take and investigate this a little bit further. And so now you've given me the ticket. Now, under federal law, a contract, you have a seventy two hour right of rescission. meaning I can rescind the contract within seventy two hours. So I put together a response. I write it on the ticket. I send a brief with it stating that under the Republic, I have the right to rescind contracts within seventy two hours. I've sent it to you within seventy two hours. Certified mail. That's my proof of service. I rescind the contract. I do not carry a contract. I don't want a contract, don't care to contract, all rights reserved, yada, yada, yada, and we're done here. The judges don't like this. Why? Because they're not extorting any money out of you. So one of the things, if you want to pull up that first, if you got that up there. I'm working on it here. I didn't have, I've got codes and statutes, Department of Travel. The very first one. Checklist. No, the Codes and Statutes should be. Codes and Statutes. Okay, hang on a minute. Let me see if I can get this open. So one of the things everybody has to learn are the definitions of words. Everything's a word salad when it comes to the courts. And what you think a word means really isn't, not in their world. It's up to interpretation for them. And then they change it. They manipulate it at all times. They try to catch you. They try to manipulate you into saying certain things. All right. Having a problem here. Hang on a minute. Working on this. Keep talking. We'll get it. So, yeah, there's different ways you can approach this on the side of the road. It's whatever you feel comfortable with. It's based on your knowledge and understanding of the information. And, you know, if they ask you where you're going, what you're doing, all that, you don't have to answer. You do not have to answer any other questions. I'm sorry, I don't answer questions. You have to answer questions as the officer, but I don't have to answer anything. Oh, you got something to hide? Well, wait a minute. Have you ever read the Constitution there, officer? Do I not have a right to remain silent? Do I have a right to not self-incriminate? So are you telling me that you standing here, my rights are no longer applicable to this situation? So these are the things that you can go after them on. Yeah, I can hardly see that. Let me see if I can blow it up here a minute. All right. Is that better? Yes. Okay, let's see if I can get up one more, one more. all right let's try there okay I'm gonna I'm gonna jump around here a little bit all right um because we're we're running out of time here next one let's go down a couple more person oh that's a good one okay us code section seven person defined the word person or persons whenever used In sections one through seven of this title shall be deemed to include corporations and associations. Well, wait a minute. Corporations and associations, those are fictitious entities. They're not living men and women. So how can we be jumbled into the same category as an artificial entity? Because they put us into commerce. That's right. And they use your all caps name. Your all caps name is not a proper noun. It's an artificial entity. It's a corporation. You notice all corporations put their names in all capital letters. Your name that you think is your name in all caps is on your driver's license. It's on your Social Security card. It's on your birth certificate. It's on your insurance certificates. It's everywhere because they're dealing in the corporate fiction. Existing under or authorized by the laws of either the United States, the laws of any of the territories, the laws of any state, or the laws of any foreign country. So here's your definition of person or persons. Are you a person? Well, you better think twice about answering that. No, I'm not a person. I'm a man. That's how you should answer. Now you're really messing with them because they can't tell what a man or a woman is, so they are totally confused. Well, this is what happened with Judge Bain in court. He actually threatened me with ninety days in jail if I come into his court as a man. I can't come any other way. How else am I supposed to come into this court? What are you trying to make me be something that I'm not? And you know what that is? That's inciting perjury. Yes, it is. He's trying to get me. He's trying to incite me to perjure myself, to say I'm something I am not, to say something I am other than what I really am. So if you scroll down again, the next one. Eighteen U.S. Code thirty one definition of motor vehicle. Oh, this is a good one. The term motor vehicle means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes. Commercial. On the highways, in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property or property or cargo. The term used for commercial purposes means the carriage of persons or property for any fair fee, rate, charge, or other consideration, or directly or indirectly in connection with any business or other undertaking intended for profit. If you're traveling from your home to work, that is not a motor vehicle. If you're traveling from your house to the grocery store. That is not a motor vehicle. There's another definition yet that we're going to get to. I'm going to scroll down some more. I think it's in this one. I can't remember. Nope. I think it's in a different one. Yeah. Everybody should carry that with them at all times. Deprivation of rights under the color of law. Yeah, everybody should learn that one too. We're going to go back up because I think I hit the bottom here. What am I looking for? Let me think. What's the second one I sent to you? Maybe it's the third one. Hang on. Let me see. This is great. This is real news for real people by real people at the kitchen table. Second one was checklist for traffic stop, Department of Travel, failure to identify. Let's go to Department of Travel. All right, hang on. All right, here we go. This is from Now, I want everybody to pay attention to this. This applies across the entire United States. This is from the Department of Travel in Washington, D.C. And it states, Dear Governor, We are sending this correspondence to make you aware of the unconstitutional acts committed by your law enforcement agencies and state courts against the people of North Carolina. These acts may or may not have been committed knowingly or unintentionally, but... But we are writing to your office to ensure that these violations are brought to your attention so that they can be addressed and corrected. As you may or may not know, there are people in your state whose status, this is what I've talked about before about changing your status, is... I can't read that. Ostensibly different than the average US citizen and are considered foreign nationals or American nationals with certain safeguards and protection under the law. Our primary concern is that their travel rights in your state are not infringed. So this clarifies that Once you've changed your status, you declare yourself a non-U.S. citizen under the definition that they're using as a corporate status. And you show you that you are a national. You guys talked about this, I think, with John earlier. When you are born, you are a free national. It isn't until later when they pervert it through the birth certificate with the all caps name. So you're born free. You are born a national. And you're a national first before you're a citizen. They make you a citizen through the birth certificate. So this document, this is part of the travel package. You keep it in there. You let the company out there. Want to have a conversation on the side of the road? Let's have a conversation here. Here's from the Department of Travel from Washington, D.C., stating that what you are doing is unconstitutional. Because the Motor Vehicle Code here in Michigan, where does the Motor Vehicle Code come from? It's approved by whom? Who approves the Motor Vehicle Code? The director of the Michigan State Police. The legislators delegate that authority to the director of the Michigan State Police. The director of the Michigan State Police. The Department of Michigan State Police is one of twenty departments created by whom? Governor Nitwit under executive order. So is it lawful? No. The municipalities then adopt the approved motor vehicle code from the Department of State Police, and they enforce it as a revenue raising scheme. They don't have the authority to do so. I hope everybody sees, like, if you're a programmer and you understand how trying to unravel this is like unraveling spaghetti code. It's like you start pulling from one, and it's tangled, and you've got to disentangle it all the way across. This is crazy what they've done to this nation. Yes, yes. So this is a document that you keep with you. This can be used in court. This can be used in an exhibit in court to show that, hey, as an American national or a state national, just a national period, your codes and statutes do not apply to I. I think this is a really good time to bring in the fact that when you say you're an American citizen, they've taken that into being a citizen of the ten square miles of D.C., yes we need to remember we're citizens of michigan right we are michiganian michiganian I'm a private citizen I am a national. I'm all those things. I can wear multiple hats. You can be a brother. You can be an uncle. You can be a husband. You can be all these different things. Those are different hats that you can wear. I can wear all these different hats. Some at the same time, most not at the same time, but you can wear these different hats. Okay. So yes, you can be all these things. I'm a man first. I'm also a national. I'm a Michiganian. I can be all these things. but I'm defining who I am, okay? So when the judge says, well, who are you? Well, wait a minute, judge, I'm not you. I'm I. I'm not a you. You is a plural. So I'm not gonna allow the judge to say that I'm both the man and the corporate fiction at the same time. Now he gets to pull a double down on the jurisdictions. So it's a word salad. You got to understand the terminologies and you got to understand the word salads that they're trying to use against you. And very easily, I mean, even the best of us out of reflex can answer a question the wrong way, say the wrong word and the judge will go, gotcha. And, okay, here we go again. Next round, we're going to fight this out some more. But they do it on purpose. They knowingly, with malice, do this on purpose. And there's where I've got a real damn problem with this that I don't care. I get people say, well, we've got to show compassion. We've got to forgive them for what they do. Horseshit. I agree with you. They're doing it on purpose. They do it on purpose. They did it with foreknowledge. They have destroyed our elections and turned them into a joke, their selections. And they're installing who they want, who they've already vetted, and who will be compromised. And if they aren't, they compromise them later. This whole thing is absolutely one big criminal enterprise to strip us of our time, our property, our money is our property, our families, our ability to live with liberty freely on land. The whole thing is a sham. Yes. And this travel package is one of several things that we're looking to use as an educational program. We're getting ready to launch a PMA for educational purposes. The membership, we're going to open up on two different days, Thursday for the general people to come in, take a look, see what we're about, have discussion. If you want to become a member, The memberships meet on Tuesday. It's a twenty five dollars a year membership just to cover costs of running everything. And so we're going to provide a library for educational videos and documents and such for for everybody to use and learn from. We're have these educational programs all the time. And we hope to educate people through this process. And this is going to be one of probably two different PMAs that we're going to have going. This one's going to be strictly educational. And so we're looking to open this up shortly. So I don't know how many viewers you've got on an average. Quite a few. We're on thirteen different venues to get it out there besides Brandenburg News Network. We go out on about thirteen different ways. We're on the blockchain. We also have two tour nodes. We're on Rumble, two Rumble channels, two Next Channel, YouTube, Facebook. Anywhere I can put this thing, I put it out there so that people can actually have... information which is not being paid for by USAID or some other hack organization. We're all here just doing this in order to help people be informed, to empower them to defend their rights and know that the law is on your side. more we educate the more people understand this information the more we can turn this back to a republic the way it's supposed to be it's about educating everybody and how to self-govern and that's the key is teaching people how to self-govern and that's hard it's hard because everybody's been so used to this other process that we've been indoctrinated on since you know we were little our parents were indoctrinated on it and so you know it's it's hard to deprogram and then reprogram a lot of people. It's difficult for them. But you know what? We'll get you through it. It's a learning process. Everybody learns at a different speed. We'll get you there. We will get you there. But this is just some of the information. I mean, we're going to go over trust. We do over this travel package. We get a lot of different areas, including fighting and doing court cases through equity, which in equity, there are no codes or statutes. None. You can have a bar attorney standing over there, jumping up and down on his desk, screaming and yelling at the judge. And guess what? The judge can't see him and the judge cannot hear him. It's fun to watch. Yeah, we're getting this thing figured out and it is a lot of fun. This is, you know, because I understand how many people are afraid to stand up for themselves and they're afraid to try this and it seems overwhelming. Well, you know what? You just got to jump in, you know, just jump in the Jordan and you're going to get this thing figured out with God's help. Because the rest of us did the same thing. There was a point in time when all of us had to, we started learning. There's nobody here that didn't, that came into this world knowing all this. Didn't happen. We grew into this. All of us had to grow into where we're at right now. And we're going to continue to grow until the day we die. We're going to learn from each other. We're learning. You know, we might pick nuggets that we find ourselves and we throw it out there to the group so that everybody knows and we grow and we learn together. And this is this is quite honestly the only way forward for this nation. everyone's going to have to stand up, be inspired. There's some amazing things that have gone on. I'm going to play a little video and I know people have mixed feelings with it and on what we see out there. I want to play this video for everyone. I'll see if I can pull it up or if I'm going to mess things up here. But there was a video put out, President Trump put this out there and General Flynn also reposted it and I thought it was just outstanding. So I put it out there too. And the reason being is that it's so inspiring. This is inspiring. Things aren't what they appear. So if you think you've got things figured out, I'm going to tell you what right now. You don't, okay? You just don't. For whatever reason, none of us have this completely figured out. None of us do. And we've got to be okay with that. We've got to be okay with looking back at yesterday and saying, wow, I wish I would have known that yesterday what I know now. But that's how life is. Life has to be lived. And we build on what we have in our past and the people around us and our experiences. And every day, hopefully, we can look back at the day before and say, wow, I've improved since yesterday. It's not that I'm stupid. It's that we're learning. And this is the process. Don't ever feel ashamed that you don't know something. Because you know what? Nobody knows everything. Every day that goes by that you don't learn something is a wasted day. That's right. And we're going to learn this together. I'm going to go ahead and play this. This is about three minutes and and thirty six seconds. And just just listen to this a minute and be encouraged because we have a lot to be thankful for. They've been trying to define us by our failures in the United States. Guess what? We're not defined by our failures. We're defined by those great moments that we get it right. And against all odds, just remember that don't ever let anyone put you down. You're defined by your great moments and you're learning from the others. And that's a beautiful process. I think it's an incredible video because you know what? In a way, it's very, very balanced. He's putting traitors out there in front of people. He's the bait. He's always been the bait. And he's laying them out. If you're paying attention to this, did you see the focus on the cops there around the Kennedy assassination? Mm-hmm. They're all going to get bled out because, you know, sure as I'm standing here, they were all involved in this. Nobody that tries to buck them has got a target on their back. And I don't think that should make any of us afraid. We need to just run right up the middle and run right in the fire and and and that goes for legal for you know this kind of fighting that we're doing or anything else never be afraid they're counting on us being afraid we've got to go right up does that mean that anyone in those videos is perfect no we're human beings every single one of us woke up at different times we have all we have all made mistakes And none of us is particularly stupid. It's are you willing to stand for what's right before God? Or are you going to fall in with these traitors and make it the mantra of your life to worship the material world and forget humanity? Done. Game over right there. Yep. Yeah, they rely on threats, duress and coercion to get you to be compliant and to be a good subject, to be a good slave. And you have to choose. Do you want to be a slave or do you want to serve? The question is, is who do you serve? Who do you serve? It determines everything. right there. And yeah, you're, I just love having you on here. I could sit here all day and just talk with you because first of all, I think you're funny. I think you're hilarious. And second of all, I love the amount of knowledge that you have invested your time to acquire that you can help so many people. It's just really, it's really incredible. And you know, Everyone out here who's listening to you truly should get on your knees before God and pray for this man. He has had death threats. The state police have threatened to shoot him. He's got bench warrants out on him and he keeps going. And he keeps just handing their tails to them and refuses to stop. I love it. I love you. You're a great friend. You're an amazing individual. And I'm just so grateful. for the time, energy, and effort, and your graciousness of time that you've given us all. It's just incredible. Do something simple. In the time it takes to watch the halftime show of a football game, do a FOIA. Do write a letter, something. That's how you start, with something. If you've got kids and they're in sports or something like that, there's another avenue to which you can get involved. Whether or not doing projects around the house. There was something else I was going to bring up today, but this will be, we'll do it for another show. I just had an interaction with the city of Ann Arbor where I have documentation that they are instituting extortion, ragateering, and money laundering upon the people and the contractors because you have to pay the city a fee to work in the city. Think about that for a moment. They've got money grabs going on all over the place. I've been trying to tell people you're at an eighty five percent tax rate right now. And that doesn't include inflation. Right. And so don't look at your income tax. It's not the only one. They're all doing it. They're all doing it. It's unconstitutional. It is. It is. It's extortion. It's a form of extortion. And people got to wake up to the fact that the building department is a de facto department. It has no authority. They can't come take your house. They can't tear your house down. They can't do squat. Why? Because they have no authority. Never did have the authority. They're supposed to be advisory. That's all they're supposed to be is advisory. The building code. The book is a suggested way of building something. It is not a law. It's only a suggestive way of how to do something. And generally, it's a minimum standard based on trial and error over the years of how to build things. They've learned that, oh, yeah, we should do this. Instead of using a two by six, we should be using a two by ten. This is the code book. It's a minimum standard by which to create something and build something. It is not a law. And they make it as if, oh, this is our law. It's a rule. It's a guideline. That's all it is, suggestive at best. That's it. And for them to charge what they're doing, I've got a gal I'm doing. She had some foundation work. She had a little deck on the back of the house just at the entry. It's four foot by five foot. And the city of Ann Arbor wants two hundred dollars for the permit to build a four foot by five foot on the ground platform, little deck entryway. It's ridiculous. It's just a money grab. That's all it is. That's all it is. Yeah. so yeah I'm going to probably end up you know getting them because I've I've you know you wonder why contractors don't pull permits anymore though I asked the homeowners do you want a permit pulled because if you do okay I'll do it but understand that they're going to raise your taxes they're going to snoop around your house I've had inspectors come into people's house the projects at that end of the house and they'll wander the rest of the house going oh I see these other code violations now you bring that bring the rest of the house up to code No, that's not how that works. That's not what's supposed to happen here. But I've seen it. I've encountered it. These inspectors think they're God almighty. They're not. They're a servant, just like everybody else at the public level. And they have no authority to tell you what you can and cannot do on your property. It's private property. Show me where the state or the county or your municipality has... equal or superior equitable title in your property. They do not. If they do, prove it, show it, bring it forward. They won't. Their rights and the sidewalk. Because here's the thing. If they're claiming to have an interest, a vested interest in your property, if they're claiming to be the owner of the property, remember, a certificate of ownership has what? Usually the state of Michigan at the top, right? So who's the owner? That must mean the state of Michigan owns it. Well, then let them pay the taxes. Let them pay for the maintenance and upkeep. same thing with your car you get a certificate of registration right the state of michigan's at the top well then I'm sending the bill to the state of michigan for the maintenance and upkeep and the gas and the oil changes and everything else I maintained it for you here's a million dollar bill for the maintenance and upkeep of your car so who's the owner do you guys then Do you guys see how fun this really is to unravel their spaghetti code?
