Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the twenty seventh day of May twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show today. Today we've got on John Tater, the magnificent Republican John Tater. You're going to laugh in the background. is about at nine o'clock and at ten o'clock it's mike bambus is going to be on and we're going to be talking again about pro se now this thing this thing is really uh starting to blow up just just watch and wait and see what's going to happen here because there are several people that are holding elected officials public functionaries in the state of michigan in contempt including benson and brader And oh my goodness, it seems to me like somebody else might have some pro se cases against them right now that are going to come out. But she is waiting just a little bit longer to throw them out in front of everybody, which I think is a good process. And that would be me. But at any rate, there's lots of cool stuff going on. I did want to talk about something before I brought John on. Briefly, I did a TikTok video on this this morning, and I think that this is worthy of talking about. A lot of people are framing things and, oh, no, the apocalypse is here. Oh, my gosh. But just think about this for a minute. Walgreens is closing five hundred stores, which is a portion of one thousand two hundred stores, which means that they're about halfway closing down. Dollar Tree, three hundred seventy stores. Dollar General, one hundred and forty one stores. Joanne Fabrics. Eight hundred stores closing. Macy's, sixty-six stores closing. Kohl's, twenty-seven stores closing. Party City, seven hundred stores closing. CVS, unspecified but over nine hundred store closures. Rite Aid, one hundred thousand three hundred stores. GameStop, significant but unspecified. Big Lot, six hundred and one stores. Forever Twenty One, two hundred and fifteen stores. Advanced Auto Parts, seven hundred and twenty-seven stores. Foot Locker, a portion of four hundred stores. JC Penney's, eight stores. Liberated Brands, in unspecified numbers, but nine of them are in Hawaii or under negotiation. Neiman Marcus, one. Torrid, forty to fifty stores. Dick's Sporting Goods, thirty-five stores. Best Buy, fifteen. Seven Eleven, a hundred and forty-eight. Bargain Hunt, nine hundred stores. This is a partial total. And it doesn't really that I'm not giving you total numbers here. These are the ones that I pulled up. But however, there is there are fifteen thousand total store closures indicating a lot more additional store closures. Now, with that said, I'm going to bring John on here a minute because we're going to go ahead and talk. Good morning, John. How are you? Good morning. I'm doing good. OK, so we're closing this. I'm not closing either. This is the great thing about us. We just keep going. It's like the we're like the ever ready bunnies here, right? The thing that I want to bring to light with with what I'm seeing here, and this is a Donna Brandenburg exclusive assessment or analysis of this. Whenever there are things going wrong, it always means opportunity and people who are entrepreneurial minded, or can make something out of nothing like I MacGyver stuff all the time. That's my thing, right? Make stuff out of nothing. Whenever I see something like this, especially these big box stores and what they're doing is they're opening more Target stores, Walmart stores and that sort of thing. They're they're consolidating all of their they're consolidating the power or the the stores that are out there into smaller niches. But they're also going to a larger e-commerce type, you know, online commerce type situation right now, which honestly, in my opinion, makes it a great opportunity to start up a small business because this is the way it is. Whenever there's a lot of power consolidated in one area, The bigger they are, the harder they fall. One glitch and this thing absolutely blows up and flatlines. So if we look at things as opportunity, not loss or, oh no, it's the next scary apocalypse, whatever shall we do? We're going to find out that there's an awful lot of opportunity coming our way. Hold the course, realize that God is in control. I've got my faith in him right now, not in all of this panic crap that's going on, but look for the opportunities and you're gonna find hidden nuggets that are gonna be just amazing. So what say you? You're trying to dispel people from their fear. Oh my gosh. I'm so done with it. It's like afraid. The world is coming to an end. I pray to God that it does. I mean, in certain ways, you know what I mean? Because I had nothing to worry about. I'm not worried about anything, but also when the things go away that we're familiar with. Sometimes it feels really scary, but what, what have we got to lose right now? We're, we're truly in a situation where. The powers that be are so crazily tied in that if the economy goes bust, fantastic. This will be one of the greatest bits of news that we could possibly get because it's going to hurt them. It's not going to hurt us. It's not going to hurt the ones that can pivot quickly, who are light on their feet and who are. full of great creative ideas it's going to really hurt those big box stores and the ones that are in charge but us we're going to jump up like a bunch of you know I don't know we're going to jump up and we're going to we're going to run like there's no tomorrow because all of those things stopping us like regulation taxation which is unlawful and I mean all of it you can't just go after one part like like the headline issue x my tax which is one of the stupidest plans I've seen yet it is stupid it is about where it is about just shifting taxes and using people with a victim mindset oh no property taxes you know what I pay more property taxes as an individual than probably anyone I know I pay a lot anyone that stands to gain by property taxes going away would be donna brandenburg right now and it would be huge it would be huge win for me but I'm going to tell you what it's bad for the country and it's bad really they're trying to make people feel like I'm going to get rid of property taxes yeah budget you idiots they're gonna and by their own admission they admitted It's going to shuffle those taxes back on the people. So they're using people's emotional quotient. Instead of solving the problem, it's going to make it worse. Guaranteed. So anyhow, what were you saying? We were talking before we got on about some issues too, now that I've had my week off and now ready to tear into this again. Well, I just thought since yesterday was Memorial Day, we should just kind of breeze through that a little bit and talk about what Memorial Day was all about. Because there's a lot of people that celebrate the day off of work, but they don't understand why they're even doing it, what the purpose of it is. So I figured we ought to just kind of breeze through that, not spend a lot of time on it, but at least cover a few things. I've broken myself from saying happy Memorial day and saying blessings on Memorial day or blessed Memorial day or something like that. So that people really understand that we're celebrating deaths or not really celebrating. We're memorializing deaths and remembering the people who, who really were committed. They gave it all and they didn't come home and we get to be and live now because of that. First time this started was in May, thirty of eighteen sixty eight. And it was called Decoration Day. It's attached to the Civil War, wasn't it? Well, kind of, yeah, but not necessarily the Civil War by itself, because there were other wars that happened before the Civil War. But we do know that the Civil War ended in eighteen sixty five, I think it was. So this Decoration Day started in in and in it was changed to Memorial Day. The title was changed to Memorial Day. And it was for the purpose of honoring those soldiers that died in war and combat. And the sacrifice that they put out for our freedom, And that brings us to what we are fighting today. Our freedom is our battle today, which our founding fathers said, we're going to have to do this again. We're going to have to fight for our freedoms again. They said that back in the seventeen hundreds that eventually the evil will take over and we're going to have to stand for our freedom again. Well, there's a lot of people out there that don't get it. And the problem is that Memorial Day, which recognized the fallen soldiers that died to keep us free, now we are fighting a different kind of war, but we're still fighting a war. This is a media war, a war against the evil information that's being pumped out to us on a daily basis through the media system. multimedia system and one in particular point I was I was looking at just kind of trying to see what was going on and I went on to the internet and I looked up uh one of the articles that was written by the new york times they were actually beating up on trump at his memorial day presentation in at the um at the arlington cemetery and what they were saying basically well you know he was taking this time to bring credit to himself for bringing the olympics and and the soccer um world cup to the u.s and and he's now taking stripping harvard of three billion dollar grant uh and and uh putting the uh eu European Union tariffs, and so he was saying things about that. And also he spoke about the soldiers that didn't make it, that died, and he gave reference to that. But if you're going to give a speech of any length of time, you want to also bring some positive stuff out. So I decided to go to Memorial Day celebration or Memorial Day reverence to Joe Biden last year. And Joe Biden, of course, was talking about his, and he was giving a speech at West Point and he was saying, this is what drove me nuts. He was saying at West Point that these cadets were the guardians of our democracy. This guy doesn't have any clue what was going on and people are buying into this democracy nonsense. And of course, if you read Pacific states, Pacific says, if you ever see democracy, you annihilate it, get rid of it. We don't want democracy in this country. But he was talking about He was talking about his son who died, and his son Beau, who died not from being in combat in Iraq, though he was in Iraq. He died from a brain cancer because he was around the burning pit. How do we know that's even true? That's the problem. Well, we go all the way back to George Bush Sr., who was in Desert Storm and was having the soldiers use depleted uranium to shoot against the enemy. Well, depleted uranium doesn't mean the uranium is gone. It only means that they've used up some of it and it's still highly radioactive. And there were a lot of people that ended up coming back from Desert Storm and had radiation poisoning and died from that. So it's the same kind of thing. But you see, my point is that the depleted uranium process that George and George Bush purposely put it out there. That was part of the whole Desert Storm War was to get rid of the uranium and put it into depleted uranium format and shoot the enemy with it. But when you handled that stuff as an American soldier, as you handled that stuff as an American soldier, you're handling radiation. A little bit at a time, but when you're talking about shooting a machine gun that has DU, depleted uranium, toxicity to it, you're handling those weapons, you're handling the ammunition. you're handling the tank that was exploded by that DU weapon. So you were being toxic and poisoned on that. And of course the government turned a blind eye to that, to those soldiers that were suffering from toxicity from the war. And so my point was that Biden did exactly what George, what, what, Trump was doing, talking about, but Trump was at least talking about the good things that were going on. Biden had to bring in his son who died of the war and died because the government caused that to happen. He didn't die by a bullet. He died by toxicity, by the toxic chemicals that were produced and that had to get rid of through burn pits and stuff like that. That happened in Desert Storm and then in the Iraqi War. That was just the way government did business. And that's the biggest part of the problem. The government caused the problems. Anything the government touches just turns to crap. Say? I'm sorry, I missed that. I said anything the government touches turns to crap. Well, that's true. That's true. But point of I guess the point I was making is that trump didn't do anything wrong he was he he did what he was doing he honored the memorial day the soldiers that died and he of course said hey here's some of the positive things that were going that are going on but of course people uh news media networks like the new york times made it into a negative which is typically of the New York Times, and I didn't read some of the other articles, but I suspect that they're pretty much the same, that they pointed fingers at, what do they say, orange man band kind of thing, rather than honor the way that it was done. And that's what they should have done. it's really disturbing to see how quickly and people are you know it's like everybody was yay president trump is going to do these great things and then all of a sudden it takes a little while to work through issues and everybody turns on him Right now, I'm not going to say everybody, but so many people have shown how much disloyalty they really have. If we have elected somebody into office, what really needs to happen is people need to say, I'll help. What do you need help with? Instead of sitting back, armchair quarterbacking this, unless you're willing to get in the game and do something. you kind of made yourself irrelevant, in my opinion, not you personally or anybody out there personally, but when people refuse to act and they just want to criticize, it's so easy to criticize other people when you're not in the midst of of the war that's really going on in the heat of the battle or in the epicenter of this. The problem is so big that a snap of the fingers, though it would probably work, would bring down society in a way that nobody would want or start a civil war, which nobody wants that. We want to go through the process, find out what happens, have a good answer, and respond to it appropriately so it's a win-win for everyday Americans? Well, the thing is that we are constantly, even today, we're constantly being bombarded by the illegal news media. And they're not news. They're propaganda medias and people that can't discern the difference between the right and the wrong. We're in a war. There's no doubt about it. When you're in a war, all kinds of information is flying out there, the good, the bad, and the ugly. They want to confuse the enemy as well as they want to keep us informed to a degree. So people need to be able to listen and take the good from the bad, as my dad used to say, the wheat from the chaff. And so we have an idea of what's really happening and we can contain what they're trying to do. The deep state's trying to push us into a war. They need a war. So if they have a war and they destroy the world, then we're going to have to go back to them or we will go back to them because we'll all be frightened. Not all of us, but a lot of people will be frightened and they'll go back to somebody that comes out as a savior on a white horse. Yeah, we'll give up our freedom for a little bit of safety kind of thing. As I think it was Benjamin Franklin that says, if you give up a little bit of your freedom for safety, you deserve neither. And so this is the problem that we face, and we're in the middle of it, no matter what you do. You turn on any radio broadcast. I sometimes listen to a couple other radio broadcasts because some of the commentators are pretty decent, but then they have commercials. And those commercials are the opposite. I'm saying, why are you running these commercials? Well, they got to stay on the radio and they need the money and the whole nonsense about what's going on. But you got to be able to say, this is right and this is wrong and this is what's really going on. And I think that's a problem. Yesterday I was wearing my hat to my Trump hat. Trump's everything... what does it say trump's everything trump said was right or something like that and I walked by a guy at trader joe's and he says I like your hat he says but don't tell my wife so as I'm walking down the aisle he's coming in the other direction and his wife's in front of him and he goes That was so cool. That's funny. Well, you know, a lot of things that President Trump does is he likes to bait people a little bit to see what their reaction is going to be. And, you know, actually... how you figure out who's going to be loyal, who's a good person or who's a bad person. Throw the bait out and see how they react. And he may give us something that's just like we're looking at this going, oh, this isn't really something that I really want to participate in or I just don't. And that's also part of the vetting process is to be able to say, Well, I understand why he's doing it, but it's not the way it's supposed to be done. Or some of his picks for office. I have some questions, but however... You're not sitting at that table. How do you know? I'm not sitting at the table. And there may be a deeper strategy that they're employing. And so they'll throw somebody out there like Pam Bondi, who's got all kinds of connections to... Qatar, Qatar, Qatar, whatever you want to call it. And then you've got the plane that was supposed to be here. I don't even know where it's at. I've just kind of been looking at it and smiling a little bit going, okay, there's something going on here, but it's not what everybody thinks it is. Yeah, we really, we're not sitting at the table. We're not making the plans. We don't know what the general is saying. And I'm speaking to the general being Trump. We don't know what he's up to specifically. We've got a general idea because we're the low-level grunts, so we have only a part of that plan, and that's the part that we're supposed to carry out. Well, we don't know the major plan. We don't see the big picture. Right. We can't. Yeah, we can't. We can't expose it to the enemy either because then they'll have a leg up on the fight, and we don't want that. We want to keep them guessing. And that's what's really why we're winning this war is because the deep state has no clue what's going on. He's taken away security clearance. He's taken away a lot of different other information that they've been getting. He has fired a lot of people. They have no idea what's going on. And so that's the way it's supposed to be. That's the way the war is fought. And we will win this war, but people need to be strong and they need to understand and not be frightened all the time. And that's a bigger, bigger part of the problem is that people are afraid. I got to say something here. So this is why I like our audience that's here. You guys are fantastic because they're a little they're they're they're above average, like way above average. So Curtis made a comment and said about, oh, I need my morning being on fix. Thanks, Curtis. And he said, what is stopping BlackRock from taking advantage of this and buying up every home in Michigan? I've been saying that to Curtis there. Ask my tax should only apply to to primary home owners or people that reside in Michigan. This is opening up a can of worms that they've left a loophole in, which is why they always do it. But almost more than that, you don't fix bad legislation by more bad legislation. This is what they've done for years. They layer, they layer, they layer, they layer, they layer. If we went boom, right down to the bottom, the issue is constitutional. It's unconstitutional to charge These types of taxes, they have no right to tax us the way that they have been taxing us. But they're literally using X my tax and people that believe that they're wrong, which I also believe that they are they are wrong. You should not if they can take your house or your property, you don't own it. Okay, that's the way it is. They're granting on it. So I agree with it. But all they're doing is they're giving the opportunity, they're giving the benefit to corporations and they're going to start picking up more real estate like it's no tomorrow. Right now, they've got a fifty billion dollar tax liability. that they're going to get out from under. They're not going to be charged the local taxes or the taxes that they're going to shift this to. So all of a sudden, we've just become friends with BlackRock, Vanguard, Arabella by enabling them to further our demise. Well, the demise is going to come to a screeching halt when we return to a gold and silver-backed currency and we get rid of the Federal Reserve. It's going to stop dead in its track. And so the reason that we have the problem we have now is because they could print money out of nothing and take your house because you have to labor for your house. You have to labor to pay back a fictitious, phony, fake money system. that they create paper and they give you digit credits on your house. They say, oh, you want a hundred thousand dollar mortgage? We'll type it in the computer. You got now a hundred thousand dollars. There's no basis for that. And when we return to a gold and silver status, there will be a basis for that. And they won't be able to pull this off any longer. But we got to get rid of the Federal Reserve first. And that's going to take some time and some energy. And people need to understand that the Federal Reserve is the damage that's been created through our country. Because BlackRock couldn't be half of what they are if it wasn't for the Federal Reserve. Well, and look at all the municipalities and the counties and municipalities that are studying property values. They're literally studying property values not based on what you pay or value. I mean, let's look at the whole thing. The whole thing is just crap. It's based on inflation. It's based on the fact that our dollar is worth three cents. That's what it's based on. But how is it that they get to reassess and reassess and reassess us based on the – the values around them. Because that was John Engler. That was the Kirk John Engler. All right. And you want to know something? I am so done with everybody that wants to talk about how great the Republican Party is or the Democrats. Yeah. He's a Republican, by the way. He's a Republican. So is Snyder. Snyder was another one. Yes, he's another one. They're all in bed together. Yep. That's exactly right. They're crooks. they're part of the system we have to get rid of them that's number one but the only way we're ever going to get rid of it and clean up the system and clean up what's going on is go back to a gold and silver back currency that the people control you have the gold in your pocket and therefore you have the wealth right now you have pieces of paper in your pocket that isn't wealth it's debt And as long as you're carrying that piece of paper around, that's a dead instrument that the Federal Reserve taxes you on, that the Federal Reserve inflates the value of. And how do they inflate the value of? They put a billion dollars more and throw it into the system, and then your dollar becomes worth less. So we have to get rid of that system that Trump is working to get rid of the Federal Reserve. The people have to get on board with that and understand it. And unfortunately, people still don't understand the economy, the way the system operates and what inflation is. Inflation is a tax. Forget the ax, my tax business, stop the inflation. We'd have stopped the inflation years ago. We would still be paying a lot less on our property tax because our houses wouldn't inflated. I think it was, I built a house or my dad was contracting and we had a string of houses on one piece of property. I bought the house for thirty grand. from through my dad's company. And I put a garage on it. And two years later, I sold it for fifty six thousand. Why? Because the money all of a sudden we lost the silver and we lost the gold backing through Nixon and the price prices of everything went up. Well, that was great. I got fifty six thousand. I only paid thirty thousand. That sounds really good, doesn't it? except the property values jumped that much. And now they're still doing that. Property values are still jumping because inflation is out of control. And it's out of control because the Federal Reserve gives money to these private NGOs that are money laundering to people like Warren and Schumer and you name it, a whole ton of them. republican uh people as well as democrats in the system so and they want to keep the system going of course because there's a lot of money involved they're getting paid they're getting paid millions how do you become a congressman and only make a hundred and seventy thousand a year as a congressman and walk away two years to four years later as a millionaire Well, and I mean, all you got to do is look at the politicians and see how this works. I'm doing a study right now on Jennifer Granholm and the connection and the actual the reality of how they're doing this so that we can explain it easily to people who maybe don't research as much as, say, I do, is that they've really taken over the United States by monopolies of the energy grid and they continue to do a collectivist, to continue to centralize all of this to get it out of our hands and make us totally dependent. They want us totally dependent. If they raise the property value so much where people can't afford to have their own houses, well, now they're stuck at living in their, you know, their, uh, fifteen minute cities. If they take the energy grid and they, they distill it down to its transmission part of the energy grid is where they've got people pretty much roped, gagged, and, uh, and strung up on this. This is where we're really having problems. And some of this stuff, I wish I could show you the file I have on Granholm and Whitmer and how Granholm plays the game with and their tag team and each other. This is what it's real clear to me when you look at this. Granholm set the precedent for this. Whitmer kind of tag teams. Whitmer is heavy with NGOs. Granholm just gets appointed to energy boards. She's got one. She's got two of them that she just got put in place on the board of directors in California. And she has basically moved, it's in the billions of dollars that her administration and what she has done. And when she left office in January, you can see just a flurry of things that happened. right before she got out as energy secretary and the disbursement that went into the energy sectors, let's see, one hundred twenty five million dollars in state incentives and fourteen, let's see, we've got fourteen billion dollars went to Michigan energy companies. right at right right before leaving office in twenty twenty five. This is so disproportionate because out of I think she had twenty two billion dollars that was distributed right before she left office. Fourteen billion went to the energy companies in Michigan, which I can pretty much tell you where that money's going. I've got it. We've got it traced down to one company that's benefiting. It's all tied in with the DNR, too. I'm going to tell you. into the state of New York, and also there's ties to Venezuela, Maduro. It's money laundering, but remember, it's all fake. Remember, it's all fake. It's going to come to an end. So all we have to do is understand that this is coming to an end. We're going to get rid of the Federal Reserve. We're going to go back to sound money. And what's going to happen with all of the fake money that's out there? I suspect a lot of that fake money is going to evaporate. I think we're going to have to burn it to heat our houses. Yes. But once again, there's a lot of good things to do. focus on right now because you can't build a house on a bad foundation. Right now, we've literally kind of obfuscated the foundation, which is the Constitution, but we've got a fake foundation on top of that, which is the pretended laws that they put in place and their pretended systems and their pretended departments and that sort of thing. It's all got to go away. It will. It will go away. I am certain. One hundred percent. If we stay on course with what Trump is, Trump's team is. I can't when I say Trump, I don't mean Trump by himself. He's not alone. What his team is doing. It's going to go away. Nobody ever does. No, no one ever does everything, anything all alone. You have to have good people. One person. Though it's kind of nice to have someone that we can rally around and look at somebody who has incredible business skills, who's keeping an eye on things and making sure people perform. putting good people in place and then holding them accountable to perform the direction that the team has determined. He's got people in the military, he's got people in every sector which is advising him on what's really going on. And if you've got some if you've got a team of great people, you can you can sit there as someone who's who's the head of it and listen to what everybody's saying. Just listen. Just listen to what people say. And then saying where you're in your mind, you're going thumbs up, thumbs down, thumbs up, thumbs down, where you're assessing this for the the loopholes. for the risk, you're doing a risk assessment constantly. That's all when somebody is in charge of a company or anything, you're assessing risk constantly. And problems, your problem solver, that's it. That's it. Just stay focused. We'll get there. We'll get there. And going back to what you said, just a minute ago about people that have been criticizing president Trump. We elected him to be the president of the United States. And no matter what anybody says, too big to rig, he's in office. Even if people are not in office lawfully, it's our job to challenge that, which is why I think that the pro se process in notice is so important. We need to know how to do this. So no matter who gets in, whether they cheat their way in, whether they're elected lawfully or whatever, it's still, the responsibility goes still back on us to act. Yeah, speaking of pro se, I told, I think people know that I have a lawsuit against three judges, Nugent, Cole, and Yonker. And they danced me around the U.S. District Court time-wise, and they gave these three defendants More than ample time to answer the complaint. They didn't answer the complaint. But I got an answer from the local Michigan U.S. Attorney General. And I just wanted to point out a couple of things about this one, because this U.S. Attorney General is setting herself up for a liable suit from First paragraph or first sentence out of her argument, out of her answer was, the matter arises from a longstanding dispute about taxes. Plaintiff, meaning me, is a tax protester. Okay. And I am not a tax protest. It has nothing to do with protesting taxes. This whole complaint started back in nineteen ninety six when they used my mortgage money and they said that was income. It's not a tax protest. It's a law protest. So I already told her that she's, in my answer to her, that she's being set up for a liable complaint because I'm going to sue her for calling me a tax protester. Because she has no valid, no validity, no power to do such a thing, and she did it. And so she's going to pay for it. That's the first part about it. The second part, they said that these three named judges, officers, are thus barred by absolute immunity. And of course, I proved it wrong in a dozen different federal Supreme Court cases that they do not have absolute immunity. And they're not shielded. because of their position, because they wear a black robe, therefore they can do it, say anything that they wanna say. That's not true. That's never been true. And by all the Supreme Court cases, it's not true. So I've spelled that out to the court also. We'll see how the court responds to this. This just went in Friday, so it's a little early for any kind of answer back from these people. But she's saying, and then she misquotes, I think you just, oh. You're on here. Then she misquotes Judge Nugent. She says that Nugent dismissed my case, sua sponte, which means on his own accord, for failure to raise a substantial federal question. That's not what he did. He dismissed my case because he said I was incarcerated and I didn't pay my filing fee. She doesn't even have any idea what she's talking about. This is an attorney general who has people working for her and she doesn't even know what the complaint or what the arguments are all about. This is ridiculous. Well, they do it all the time. It's like the attorney general's office in Michigan, six, five attorneys on me to defend someone who I believe broke the law. And I've got a pretty good case written about this. We got to be sure that when you get to that point, when you're starting to answer these attorney generals, that you go, that you nitpick what they're saying. Are they accurate? And most of the time they're not, they're making stuff up. I'm not a tax protester. I'm not protesting. That's not what this whole argument was about in in . It had nothing to do with protesting attacks. They had to do with the illegal behavior of the two IRS agents that said to me on the phone that the courts will never rule against us. That's what this IRS agent said. That's what he said to me. They got the right to just be a thug squad. Yeah, yeah, that's what he said. And that's where the argument was. It was back to the initial two IRS agents that made this idea up that my mortgage that I was building a group home for, and actually I had to put out an additional twenty grand. out of my own pocket so I was in debt I didn't get any income I was in debt but the irs agent said oh no that mortgage money is income to you and we're going to tax it as as income to you And I have been arguing that ever since two thousand twelve. And I've gone through all of these fake judges, fake judge being Nugent, who said I was in prison and fake judge Yonker, who said that I never asked, never asked the federal question. These are the crooks. These are the are the imbeciles that run the program. And we put up with that. We put not going to put up with. And then we have an attorney general who's being paid for by the state of Michigan or the federal government that doesn't get it right, that says, I'm a tax protester. She doesn't have any clue what's going on. These are the kind of people that we, American citizens, are dealing with. Remember, we're the sovereign. They're not. They've been delegated authority from us. What I'm seeing them do is that they'll literally change your case without your permission because they know better. That's what they try to do because they know better. And the problem is, is that that's falsifying documents. So they've got a big problem. This is why it is so imperative for us to learn the law ourselves. So we're not dependent on people who are all playing ball together to rig the system. We have to know what is going on out there. And that's a personal choice that everyone has to make to put time into educating themselves. That's why painstakingly every Tuesday, John and I sit here and now Mike Bambus is on and on Wednesday going through Liberty Essentials and such. It is not headline. Paza, paza, paza, constant stuff going. It's that meticulous work of figuring out why it's broken. and how we hold people accountable that's not the fun work the fun work is going out there going woohoo I'm going to another event bring a package of cookies or something no it's sitting here day after day and going through this and then going through documents um I my my new blog site I I've been compiling a ton of information and I need a ton of information on stuff like Granholm, how Granholm has been working the system. in order to give, oh, I don't know, say favors to consumers, DTE. DTE needs to be absolutely grabbed by the short hairs and said, we're done with your nonsense because I hope once we, I'm gonna puke all this stuff out. It's gonna take a while to go through it because I have so much stuff chased down. but the reality is is until everybody sees what a large problem this is and meticulously goes through this to be able to explain to people exactly what they've done that and and I mean we can go back a long time we can go back to the angler stuff with property taxes and and you know what what snyder did I'm an equal opportunity political hater I hate them all just so you know I know god tells me to love them but I got a problem. I'm working on this right now because I literally hate these people with a passion because they have served their own self enrichment, their own interest. They're hungry for power and they do not care. about you, your family, me, my family. You know, they mischaracterize us. I've been called a billionaire so many times I'd like to puke. And I'm not even close to that. We get up and we work every day. I said goodbye to my husband this morning. He went out on a job and he's out digging in the dirt. And, you know, he comes home and he's caked to dirt with dirt head to toe because we actually work every day. We may run companies. that we own, that we built, that we didn't take money for, but we literally work every single day. These people do not work. They're not in the same class of people as what we are. We go to work. We're the ones that keep the country moving and hopefully provide jobs that aren't tied in to their global crime syndicate. But you look at what Granholm has done, you look at what Whitmer has done, they're spoiled little rich kids that never worked really a day in their lives. They show up, they stamp their name on something because somebody tells them what to do, and then they get put on advisory boards to give favors to their buddies. And I hope they sue me for it and say, oh, what did Brandenburg say? Go ahead. Make my day. That would actually be fun. And this goes back with standing without being afraid. Every single one of us has to take that opportunity to stand and not be afraid. If God be for us, who would be against us? It's God himself that wins the fight. We just got to be willing to stand and he equips us with everything we need. That's right. That's right. We need to understand our rights because if you don't know your rights, you don't have any. That's just basically the way it is. If you don't know your rights, if you don't know the Constitution, if you don't know the laws of the land, then you don't have any laws. Then you don't have any rights. Then you follow along with what the public functionaries tell you to do. And you are a slave to the system. And we got to get out of that. Well, and I'm going to, there I got one of my tools. And I honestly, I'm going to do a little short prop to you. I'm going to encourage everyone to join in John's Wednesday night meeting, because if you listen to people who actually know the law, you're going to feel a little lost for a while. I'm going to tell you that right now. When you jump in to some of these discussions, You got to make it easy on people because if people come in and they've never read the Constitution, they know something's wrong, but they know that they want to see this and they want to be informed about it. The fact that they don't know and are willing to jump on with us to fight, this is huge. It's just huge because we all woke up at different times in life. But I'm going to encourage everyone to jump in and just listen to what they're talking about. And all of a sudden, it's going to click and make sense to you that we have a way out of this. And it's a combination. I mean, President Trump is doing things to show us the way. We have so many people, good, good, good people who are fighting in different directions. And I just got to say kudos to everyone who's willing to step forward and do something, anything to fight the problems that we have in our society. Go to our website because we have some information on our website that you should start with. You shouldn't come into our group cold, although we don't mind. There is no fee, there is no attendance being taken, just show up. But if you went to TheMagnificentRepublic.com to start with and you read some of the background and some of the information, then you would get a better understanding, you'd get a little better hold of what's going on. What we're doing, because we have a lot of people that have been there already for two, three years, and that have issues. Now, if you don't have an issue yet with government, and I'm using that word yet, you probably will sometime. So how you deal with that issue is going to be based on what your knowledge is. Are you going to run and get an attorney and pay an attorney, you know, fifteen hundred bucks to take your case? And then after you pay him the fifteen hundred bucks, you lose in court and you have to pay that court case and court costs. Is that what you want to do or do you want to know what your rights are? And so you can stand on your own two feet and not hire an attorney because hiring an attorney is just hiring somebody in the system. If you hire an attorney, then you have given up your rights in our republic and you've joined the democracy. You don't want to do that because the democracy is what's destroying this country. We do not have a democracy. We have a republic. And so we want to stand and protect our republic. This is the war we're in right now. Yeah, there is so much we can do to educate ourselves. And I just want to thank you and everybody in your group for all of the hard work you've done and for showing up and making sure that all that information is out there. It's amazing. And, you know, standing with people to actually help them when they are in trouble. I just love that about what you guys are doing. We are doing that. We'll help you, but you've got to be able to stand on your own two feet. You're the best advocate for your own battle. You know better than I do what your battle is. I'll give you the tools, but you're going to have to take the tools and turn the nut on the project that you're working on you're the one that's got to fix it I can't fix it for you I can give you the tools to do that I can I can even tutor you and how to do it and show you how to put the wrench on that nut but you still have to tighten that nut it's that's up to you And so you have to gain some knowledge. You can't expect that over the years we've just given up our whole world to these so-called professionals. You have a headache, you go to a doctor. I mean, geez. Got to figure out what caused the headache. You have a traffic ticket you run to an attorney. He's not going to help you. He's there to make money off of you. Same with the doctor. He's there to make money off of you. Accountants, they're there to make money off of you. I'm not saying don't necessarily get their opinion. But you still have to discern whether you're doing the right thing and you've got the right doctor involved. You don't want to go to the first doctor you see and say, okay, yeah, I'll have heart surgery from you. You don't even know who this guy is. You got to get some information. You got to go to maybe two or three other doctors and get opinions. Same with attorneys. If you have to use an attorney for whatever reason, They're good for some things, not very many that I can think of, but you need to know how to stand on your own two feet and fight your own battles. That's how we're going to take this country back individually. True and true story. I'm trying to pull something up. You can keep talking if you want. I'm still pulling something up here. So I pretty much covered what I really wanted to talk about as far as I've got a couple other people in our group that are doing some major battles. We've been helping them getting the paperwork out. helping them, tutoring them. Ah, yes. So I wanted to bring this up because John, I'm volun-telling him, is going to come to this weekend. We have our Michigan Constitution Party, which the U.S. Taxpayers Party is. I'm the chairman of the Constitution Party in the state of Michigan. And we are inviting everyone to join us at the Central State Committee meeting and the Human Trafficking Conference that we've set up. It is a Saturday, ten a.m. at Leon's Family Dining. Eighty seven. Eighty seven. Telegraph Road in Taylor, Michigan. Here are our speakers, Irene Faziani and Karen Moore. And and we are also raffling off a tactical firearm because we do believe in the Constitution and the Second Amendment and encourage people, not discourage them from their Second Amendment rights. Absolutely. So there you go. So are you bringing cookies, John, or are you just throwing them? No, nobody has to bring anything. Just show up. Well, you show up and you have breakfast over there. Their food's not bad, so that's a good thing. If you're a coffee drinker, they have pretty good coffee. I like their coffee. Yeah, well, that's good. I'm going to add Mike Bambus on here a minute. Hey, Mike, how you doing? Hey, guys, how you doing? I wanted to bring you on with John here and just say hi. And we're going to go for a little bit of a break here. But, John, thanks for being on. Do you have any last words for today or you want to say hi to Mike a minute? Well, I said hi to Mike. Mike said hi. So that's taken care of. Mike's part of the group, too. So you get to see him and his smiling face when he shows up. and gives us his stories about what's happening. So we're all in this war together, and we need to keep the war going. We need to be sure that we are on the winning side, which we are right at the moment. I think we've got the Black Robes running, certainly are afraid of us, and we're going to keep it that way. So show up at our meeting on Wednesday nights on our Zoom. You don't have to do anything, just get to your computer. Even you could use your telephone and listen to us for two hours. If you can't give two hours of your one week every single week, then what do you do? Do you really deserve the republic? Or should you really stay a slave the way you are? Because that's all you can handle. And there you go. Sud from a kernel. All right. Well, we're going to go for the quick break and I'll be back with Mike Bamos. Thanks for being on today, John. You're just so generous with your time. And I really appreciate your time and your loyalty. We were talking about loyalty to just staying in the battle, not giving up, showing up every week and helping to educate every one of us. So I appreciate that. I'll be right back in just a minute, guys. I'm going to go. So long, everyone. Quick break and I'll be back with Mike. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the twenty seventh day of May twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show. And I'm going to jump right back in with Mike here a minute. We're going to talk about all sorts of things today. Morning, Mike. How are you doing? Good morning. How are you doing? Thanks for having me back. yeah I'm doing great well I really appreciate you being here and uh you know it's like I think we're learning so much about this whole process with everybody who's actually doing the process so what did you want to talk about today I know you sent me some some cases and notices do you want me to pull those up uh not yet let's get some uh some other good stuff All right, so what's going on? Okay, I had, for those who may not be filed so far, we've got three cases before the Livingston County Courts. The Register of Actions are showing all three cases as disposed, meaning that they've been resolved and closed. And the problem here is that Judge Daniel B. Bain, who is the district court, one of the district court judges there, after it was posted as such and orders to vacate and cease and desist were issued by the Office of Executor, Judge Bain turned around, issued three bench warrants against me. And so he is refusing to follow the Constitution. He's refusing to follow state law. He's refusing to follow even their own court rules. Okay, explain this. So he issued warrants for you. Yes. He originally, back in December of last year, he forced me to retain a public defender under the name of the estate owner. And the estate name would be the all caps name. When I presented in the court as the grantor, he didn't like that. I said, I'm a man. I can't be anything more. I can't be anything less. And he didn't like that. He acknowledged it, but didn't like it. And so under threat, duress, and coercion, I was forced to retain a public defender by the name of Timothy Mc... Oh, McDonald, I think it was, out of Howell. And I met with the guy the night before the next hearing. He didn't want to look at anything. He didn't want to copy any documentation, nothing. He didn't want to look at anything. So he wasn't defending at all. He was just working for the judge. He's a joke. And so we get into court, and he goes into chambers with the judge. Doesn't tell me why. Doesn't tell me what's going on. comes back, cases are called up. I never said a word, never identified who I was, nothing. And he proceeded to talk and tell the judge, well, according to how we discussed in chambers, I have three motions before the court and stated on and for the record that he didn't know as to whom he was representing, but he's gonna issue three motions from the floor. The first motion was for a continuance. Now this was in December. So Baines, I said, yep, sure, no problem. I understand your dilemma here about not knowing who you're representing because I don't even know who's before me. Okay. So they postpone everything till April, this past April. Then the second motion was for a forensic evaluation that the name, is to appear before a forensic evaluator to determine whether or not competency is sufficient to defend in court. And the third motion was for his recusal. So he wasn't my attorney or the estate attorney for twenty four hours. And so, again, I never said a word. um in the meantime I had taken possession of the court cases they were moved into a trust and so now it's a trust issue bain didn't want to hear it even say that on the record I don't want to hear nothing about a trust okay your choice so The executor of the estate issued orders to Bain to cease and desist, to vacate the cases that another order was for his disqualification. A motion for disqualification was filed back in the beginning of December of last year, never had a hearing. He never responded to it. He was in default. So Office of Executor issued another order stating that he was disqualified pursuant to Title Twenty, Title Twenty eight, Section four, five, five, as it relates to the Seventh Circuit rulings in the case of Taylor V. O'Grady, nineteen eighty nine upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in nineteen ninety four. He never responded. He's disqualified by law. All of this information was also given to the chief judge, Matthew McGivney, and he was given instructions on what to do. And I believe tomorrow is his deadline that if he does not comply, he can now face charges of misprision of treason because Bain has done everything unlawfully. And McGivney as chief judge is required by law to report him to all the proper authorities, the governor, the president, the DOJ, the FBI, the court administrators, and so on. And I don't believe he's done it. I don't think he's done his due diligence. He has not done his job as chief judge. And I'll explain why I think that here in a minute. So all of this has been going on. This is all over, by the way, coffee beans. Just to let you know that this is about coffee beans. So Bain is a rogue judge. And so all that's been going on. Then we had the case with Treasure, her case with her deck in Genoa Township, where the attorney, David Burris, from the law firm Seward Henderson, out of Royal Oak. He was the attorney of record for Genoa Township and the Township Zoning Board of Appeals. He filed a brief in March stating that sovereign citizens are extremists and terrorists when they challenge the authority of public functionaries, specifically the courts. and cited in his exhibits an FBI report from twenty eleven that explains how sovereign citizens are domestic terrorists and extremists and are demonized. And so I took immediate exception to this because under, uh, Congress public law, uh, we, and we have a copy of it. We're getting certified copies of it. Uh, we are not to be, uh, demonized like that. We, the people are the sovereigns and under that public law, we're actually supposed to be celebrated. And the president's supposed to designate a day here in may as we are an American day. And so we're not terrorists. We're not extremists. We're to be celebrated. That's the intent of Congress. So the FBI, when they issued this, and I believe the director at the time that this went out was, what's his name, Mueller, Mueller. This was all propaganda on the part of the FBI to demonize Americans, to threaten us, to force our silence. Because if you raise an objection to them, if you challenge their authority, oh, you're an extremist. Oh, you're one of those sovereign citizens. And we've got an anti... or agency here through the FBI that put out a report that says, if you do this, if you do a name change, if you chose the authority, if you do all these different things, you're one of those people and you're a threat to democracy. Well, if we, the people as sovereigns are a threat to their democracy, the equal is true in that they are a threat to our republic. Yeah. So now the intent is, is it their intent to wage war upon the people, the Constitution, and the country as a whole? There's the question that now must be addressed and answered. So what I ended up doing was I sent out a series of FOIAs. Here's the power of the FOIA. I sent one to the FBI. Are you still enforcing that bulletin? Are you still, according to that bulletin, instructing the courts and the bar on what to do, what to say, and how to deal with us? Because that means that the courts are biased. Flat out. There's no exception. So that FOIA went out to the FBI. I have its response, and I'll read that to you here in a second. I also sent a FOIA to Genoa Township and asked them the same thing. Are they enforcing that bulletin? Also, I wanted documentation as to whether or not they are instructing their attorney of record to use that bulletin against us. Now, I am not a party to this case in Genoa Township. I was a witness, I testified regarding the fact that the Zoning Board of Appeals, by their own admission through another FOIA, are de facto pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. Therefore, they have no authority to force someone to tear down their deck or do anything else. So Judge Geddes of Livingston County Circuit Court basically poo-pooed all of that, said, all that's all frivolous. That has no merit. That has no meaning. And it's like, judge. And they just need to make it up, don't they? Just because they don't want to hear it. So by their own admission, zoning board's de facto. But she wouldn't accept it. I also asked them, again, for the documentation as to whether or not they instructed their attorney of record to use that bulletin. Their certified response was, no such documents exist. Now, I want everyone to pay very close attention to how I worded these FOIAs. Are you still enforcing it? Which means you have been enforcing it. Are you still enforcing it? So how do they answer? The answer, no such documents exist. Well, does that mean you stopped enforcing it? So now they're in a catch-twenty-two because now by that statement, no such documents exist, they just threw their attorney of record under the bus. Basically, that means that he is acting on his own and not informing the township of what he is doing. And he's supported by his law firm in doing it. Now, Seward Henderson also happens to be one of many attorneys in law firms that are retained by the Livingston County Board of Commissioners. You're gonna love this bouncing ball. Because they are representing Genoa Township and made that statement on and for the record and published that on and for the record, now it's published, so now we've got slander, defamation, and a lot of other things. But because they also represent the Livingston County Board of Commissioners, that same tone and rhetoric carries over to the Board of Commissioners. And according to the brief that Burris had filed, the courts are being instructed, according to that brief, on how and what to do with people who they deem as sovereign citizens, i.e. terrorists and extremists. Courts are now biased, and there's nothing that was allowed to be used as a rebuttal to that. Now, Judge Geddes told the defendant in that case, you're not allowed to file a rebuttal. Any rebuttals are going to be considered frivolous. And as such, Burris is going to come up with his fees and he can charge whatever he wants and you're going to pay it. This is what she's telling the defendant. So the defendant has been deprived of her core inherent rights. They're supposed to be protected under the Constitution. So she's violated that. Now, as a witness, she, the judge, has an obligation to make sure that my rights are not deprived. Well, she just threw that out the window. She's now deprived me of my inherent poor rights by allowing this rhetoric on and for the record. And it's like, oh, man, this is getting good. So... So these FOIAs show and prove that, one, that they either are completely derelict in their duties. So this is malfeasance, nonfeasance, and misfeasance of duty, all of which hold them civilly liable and accountable. Now, again, the FOIAs are powerful because now I've obtained that information from them. And now I can use that information against them in that this is by your own admission. It's certified. We can use this as an exhibit in court. Now I can start what's called the administrative process. And that's what I sent to you. These are notices of liability. I think I gave you the the the rough drafts. They're not those are just rough drafts. So I still got to tweak them a little bit. But anyway. These notice of liability explains all the harm that they have done to I and what I'm looking for is remedy. Now I have a fee schedule. And so my fee schedule includes one of the things is that any use of the words or terms sovereign citizen in a demeaning fashion, contrary to the intent of Congress, I charge a fee for that. Because that's defamation, that's slander. It's a violation and an invasion of my privacy. So I attach these fees to that and that's what this notice of liability is. It's like a bill. It's a true bill that you've caused I a harm. Here's what I want as a remedy to the situation. So Dave Burris and his law firm both are going to receive one of those. Genoa Township, the Livingston County Board of Commissioners and Judge Geddes are all going to be receiving these. So they're on the hook for what they've done and there's no getting around it because you're allowing this slander, this defamation to take place on and for the record in the public I'm really curious to see how they're going to try and defend this. And so the FOIA to Genoa Township, and there's the response, where they threw their own attorney under the bus. Now, what does that cause? It caused them to fight each other. Because I don't think Burris is just going to sit there and go, oh, yeah, okay, I was running rogue. Now, if you hire an attorney, I highly doubt you have zero communication with that attorney. So now Genoa Township and the Burris are faced with this situation. Now, are they going to claim that, well, those communications were attorney-client privileged? Well, now you're admitting that those conversations did take place. Right. Okay. So that just compounds their problem. Now, because the Township retained Burris and his law firm, there's a contract, they're being paid, they're on retainer, the township is still responsible and liable for their actions. The same as the county. The county is also liable for the actions of their retained attorneys. So there's where the harm, and this is how you connect it all. Now, the courts, the courts are funded by tax dollars and who oversees the budget of the courts? the county commissioners. So under the Patriot Act, do we need to enforce the Patriot Act upon all of these public functionaries in that the county commissioners are now funding a terrorist organization? Now, how do I come to that conclusion? Congress has a definition of domestic terrorism. And give me one second here. I got to tell you, I think you're absolutely hilarious. I love listening to what you're doing because it's so out of the box and so smart. Now, the term domestic terrorism defined by Congress. Now, understand that the FBI put out this bulletin, this report, And Burris has now used it. He's put it into a brief. He has put it on and for the record, which means it's published in the public. It's a public record. So what is the intent of the FBI and the intent of Burris? Well, under the definition of domestic terrorism, it means involve an act dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any state. under Section B, appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population. Well, if everyone's afraid to say something, if everyone's afraid to challenge their authority, thus be labeled a sovereign citizen, extremist, and terrorist, aren't you trying to silence the people? Aren't you trying to change the rhetoric? We, the people, are the sovereigns. Always have been, always will be. So under section subpart two, to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion. Well, isn't that what they're doing? They're intimidating, coercing, and changing the opinion of the government to change the opinion of how we all act. They're changing the minds of the public officials in our local communities. They're changing the minds of the judges in the courts. Part three, to affect, the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or by kidnapping occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. So by that definition, they are committing domestic terrorism because it's all about control over us, to silence us. It's all a rhetoric. It's all propaganda. So if they're claiming that we are a threat to their democracy, And again, what's equally true is that they are a threat to our republic. Is it their intent to wage war against we the people, the Constitution, and the country as a whole? I gave them an out. I want them, if it is not their intent to do this, They are to go public with it, meaning I want to see it on two, four, and seven. I want to see it on CNN, Fox News, all the different podcasts and such on the internet. I want it public. I want it in the newspapers. I want it on the radio. You go public and announce to the public that you are not doing this. Otherwise, what other conclusion can be made here? And they're being funded by our tax dollars to do this. Yes. I think we need to enforce the Patriot Act until a full investigation has been conducted and to determine whether or not they are acting as domestic terrorists. All assets are to be frozen and held until such time that the investigation is concluded. And it should involve a civilian oversight committee, meaning no bar attorneys involved involved you pick out a group of uh of people that understand this under you know this information and conduct this investigation and they better not be paid because if there's any paybacks along the way right now now now we've got a bigger problem that isn't going to go away Yes. So we need we need oversight on this. And for them to say, well, we're oversighting, you know, looking we're looking into this matter ourselves. No, that's the fox watching the hen house here. Come on. So that said, I did put together a couple of other packages. One went to the Judicial Tenure Commission. And I did get a letter back from the Judicial Tenure Commission. Who is it addressing specifically? Judge Bain. Judge Bain. Okay. This is all about Judge Bain and what he did because I'm declaring that he is a rogue judge and that there warrants an investigation. I got one of their form letters. Of course you did. There's nothing to see here. Let me summarize it for you. Nothing to see here. Move along. Not true this time. Really? Saturday. I received Saturday morning, a holiday weekend. I received on Saturday morning an email from a member of the Tenure Commission that they want more information than what I gave them. And to set up a meeting, they want to discuss this matter and this investigation with me. Can I have that letter that you wrote? I would love a copy of that. Sure. I absolutely need a copy of this because I've got a couple people too that I think need to be looked into for perhaps breaking the law and tied behind a bar membership. Now, the package that I sent to the Judicial Tenure Commission, I sent the identical package to the DOJ. This is it right here. This is what I packed. This is the pack that I sent to them. This right here. This went to the DOJ. And I did that on purpose because if the deal, if the tenure commission says, oh, nothing to see here. And the DOJ goes, oh, no, we've got criminal activity here. Now we get what we do. We just confirm that the tenure commission is covering up on behalf of the bar and the judge. You know, they're protecting them. So this is a way of making sure that the tenure commission is going to do their job. Because there is no way that Bain is innocent of anything. He has defaulted out. He's disqualified. He cannot produce a POA, a delegation of authority, to do anything that he has done. And because this is a trust matter, trust law must be applied here, and he's not doing it. He's violating the trust laws. So he's in a lot of trouble. And because of what Burris did and because I can now connect that to the fact that how he has treated me in the courtroom is very similar to the other case with Genoa Township. So he's treating me as one of those sovereign citizens, extremists. and trying to punish me as such. Now, he still wants to put me in jail. Now, I also found out that back in September, he held me in contempt, charged me over three thousand dollars for a bond. He has now pillaged the bond. He took it. He took the bond. He took the bond. He had no authority to take the bond. He just went ahead and took it. And still trying to put me in jail. You got to be kidding me. You can't even make this stuff up. Welcome to my world. Oh, my gosh. Well, you know what? Your world is pretty funny and it's fun and I love it. So I'm now in the process of doing a couple of the things that are going to hold him. I mean, his feet are going to be held to the fire now. And so I don't divulge that information just yet. It's a work in progress. But yeah, there's some things coming down the pipe that are really going to escalate this situation to the point that something's going to give. Something is going to give. And I'm not going to back down. I'm not going to stop. There's no reason for me to do so. I've got them boxed in and they know it. It's just a matter of time. And this whole thing is just going to come unraveled on them. And now with what Burris did, now we can unravel it from the other side and come after them from the fact that they're acting as domestic terrorists, and so is the Bar Association, for enforcing the FBI bulletin demonizing us as sovereign citizens. And I had a meeting last night out on the east side of the state, and everybody's like, oh, I'm not sure if I want to say I'm a sovereign citizen. I said, I'm going to all day long. I challenge them to say I'm one of those extremists or terrorists. Please bring that up because that's slander. That's defamation. And I've got a public law that says I'm not. Congress said so. So therefore, who are they to say otherwise? They are bound by those laws. So they're the ones committing the crimes. And now we're going to hold their feet to the fire and call them accountable. I'm speechless. This is so funny. So I also have here. Here's the certified response from the FBI. OK. And their response is the FOIA does not require federal agencies to answer inquiries, create records, conduct research or draw a conclusion concerning query data. So in other words, they don't want to answer. Right. I'm sorry, Kash Patel, you're going to have to come clean on this. You're going to have to tell us whether or not the FBI is still enforcing that rhetoric that demonizes we the people. Because let's remember, what is the FBI? Let's see, maybe I should send them a FOIA asking for their de jure documents pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. I know what the answer is. They don't exist. They don't have them. So they're fake. So this type of rhetoric, this is where this all comes into play, that you have a de facto agency trying to change the, through propaganda, change the mindset of the people, trying to change the mindset of the government to think that we, the sovereigns, are a threat to this nation. We're not. We're here to uphold it. We're here to protect it. They're the ones threatening us. They're the ones demonizing. They're the ones committing the crimes. The codes and statutes are for them to follow. They're not for us to follow. We self-govern. Well, this is going to be fun. I can imagine that Judge Bain is probably going, What the loving hell, you know? I think that's a reaction from a lot of these people when you challenge them. They don't even know what to do with it. They have no idea. And falsifying documents seems to be their MO. They just kind of say, well, we don't like this, so we're going to just do it this way. You can't do that. Right. And that Judge Bain went on and for the record, I've got the transcripts and that's what the tenure wants to see. They want to see the full transcripts. Oh, man. Well, first off, the September thirtieth and October seventh hearings. Judge Bain doesn't show on the transcripts as the presiding judge. It's Matthew McGivney. They got the wrong judges, the wrong court information on the transcripts. What does that do to the transcript? They're null and void. And all orders associated with it are void. Yeah. Now, the December hearings, they changed and went to a different transcriber. Now, oh, that reminds me. I got another little side story here. Just keep going on the side stories. This is fun. Now, I sent funds to tender the payment for the transcripts. And apparently after she had done the transcripts, sent me an invoice that there was another eleven and change still owed. OK, fine. So I put the tender into an envelope with a copy of the invoice and had it hand delivered by someone else to the court and when she came out and received the envelope and she asked, well, what's this for? And the person said, well, this is for the transcript. She was, oh, okay. She right then and there opened the envelope. And in the envelope was a fiat currency in the form of eleven dollars. And there was some change. I also included some coffee beans and she accepted it. So Just coffee beans is partial payment there. Well, she saw the coffee beans. It just started. She burst out laughing. And so it must be an inside joke there now about coffee beans. So, um, just a little side story, but, um, uh, where was I going with that? Um, The transcripts, Judge Bain, on and for the record, stated that he did not know who was before him. Well, if you don't know who's before you, if you don't know that, then how do you have jurisdiction? You just admitted you don't have personal jurisdiction. You just admitted you don't have subject matter jurisdiction. So there's no jurisdiction. He has no jurisdiction. He just admitted to it on the record. He just showed up. royally screwed up. So how did you issue a warrant? How did you do any of that if you don't know who's before you, if you don't know what's going on? Now, the April hearing that he is basing this on is supposedly where the forensic evaluation was to be brought before the court. The problem is, is that I had sent a FOIA to the facility under the Department of Health and Human Services asking for their de jure documents, came back certified. No such documents exist. Well, obviously they're fake. They don't exist. They have no authority. So whether I or another entity, whoever it is that is the defendant, because we're not really sure, why would anyone go to a fake doctor before a fake department and agency? They... There's no reason to. Further, under the court rules, when there is supposed to be a hearing, they're supposed to, by their own court rules, issue a summons. Now, a summons cannot be put through the mail by Pitney Bowes' stamp. It must be by their own rules, by in-person service, or by certified registered mail return receipt. That's the only way I do it. I always do a certified mail return receipt when I do anything. And I've even gotten to the point now where I will double register things and do like, say, my files as well as the certified mail just to make sure that they can't catch me on some sort of technicality. Oh, we had a computer problem, you know? Yeah. Well, they never send notice. There was no notice given, nothing was served that there was a hearing in April, nothing. Now he's gonna try, I already know his game plan. He's gonna say, well, I said it on the record. Sorry, your orders have to be in writing. Verbal orders mean nothing. They have no authority. There's no substance to them until they are in writing. It has to be signed. It has to be dated. It has to be certified by the clerk. So there are no orders, there is no summons, there is no nothing. And if he doesn't know who he's talking to, who's he issuing the summons to? The only thing he can go off of, the only thing these administrators can do is deal with the dead. That means the all caps name. I come in there as a man. I'm living. You have no jurisdiction over I. And now that everything is in a trust and he didn't, he stated on the record, I don't want to hear this. I don't want to hear nothing about a trust. Well, you know what? Now you're violating the trust under the trust laws. So now you can't even serve me as a man. You can't serve the estate, anything. You can't issue a warrant. You can't issue anything without federal or state violations under the law. So he's just compounding his problems. He can actually seriously now go to prison for what he is doing because he is warring against the Constitution. And Let's broaden this a little bit more. I got to get a refill here a minute, so keep talking. I can hear you. I'll be right back, but just keep going. I'm not going away anywhere, okay? Okay. I mentioned earlier Title XXVIII, Section four, five, five, and a court case of Taylor v. O'Grady that was before the Seventh Circuit in nineteen eighty nine, upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in nineteen ninety four. Now, though the judges opined in that case that if the possibility of impropriety exists and the possibility need not be proven just that it may exist, a judge is automatically disqualified. So the standard is set by the high courts that The possibility of impropriety doesn't have to be proven, just the possibility. Now, also under their opinion, it states that no motion needs to be filed, no affidavit needs to be filed, it is automatic, it is self-serving, and no judge has the authority not to recuse themselves under those terms. If a judge continues to issue orders, those orders are null and void with no force or effect and with no bar of recovery. Further, if they continue issuing those orders, they are interfering with interstate commerce, a federal felony. They are also warring against the Constitution, which is also a felony because it's treason. So now let's look at the possibilities of impropriety. What are we talking about? Well, what's an impropriety? Impropriety. I'm getting tongue tied here. Yeah, I had to go. I had to go fill up too. I was like, water wasn't cutting it with me right now. So let's see. Let's start with the fact that they are required to have an anti-bribery statement on file. They don't. That's an impropriety. You know, they've got to have their oaths of office, too, and a lot of them don't have those signed either. It's amazing how much paperwork is just not there. Yes, I was going to get to that here in a second. Okay, well, you and I are on the same page on this stuff, which is wonderful. Sorry. So the other thing that they're supposed to have is a foreign agent registration statement. They don't have those on file. Now, this case, the one case, now understand that this started back in twenty twenty one. We're four years haggling over coffee beans. So the case originated before Judge Shauna Murphy of the district court in Livingston County. I foiled her oath of office. I received a certified copy from the county clerk. Her oath of office was not signed. I immediately contacted the Judicial Tenure Commission, said, hey, oath of office, not signed, got an issue here. Anything she does is void, not just for me, for everybody she's touched. The response, no wrongdoing found. Of course, because they said it, so it must be true. So long story short, she ended up, I ended up having her disqualified. The case was moved over to Bain and he picked up the ball instead of just saying, you know what, case dismissed. That would be the smart thing to do. No, he decided that he was going to try and run with the ball and try and further this. And here we are four years later. So. Yeah, no oath of office is another impropriety. So you got no anti-bribery statement, no foreign agent registration statement, and no proper oath of office. And based on my research, I have yet to find any judge anywhere in the state of Michigan that has a proper oath of office pursuant to Article XI, Section One of the Michigan Constitution. None of them. So impropriety. But that's not the best one. And I got to pull something up here real quick because I want to read this to you. I want to let everybody hear this because a lot of people question when I bring this up that regarding what I'm about to talk about and I want to bring this up because I have several Supreme Court cases on this. And where is it? Where is it? Where is it? Here it is. And I've used this in court. I did this in a case in Ann Arbor. And when I brought this up, man, this judge turned white and she did not want to go there. This was taboo, big time taboo. Oh no, somebody's actually going to hold them to the law. So here's the biggest impropriety you can come up with. And I've actually had a prosecutor removed for this. is that on Article VI, Section XIX of the Michigan Constitution, in order for an elected public functionary to sit as a judge, to sit on the bench, one of the requirements is that they have to have a license to practice law. Well, let's look at what the U.S. Supreme Court says. In Sims v. Ernst of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, of, I did a FOIA to the licensing and bureau of the state of Michigan, Laura, asking them for the copy of their licenses. The certified response I received back from Laura was they do not license or regulate attorneys. So what state department or agency issues a license to practice law? None. The Supreme Court, I've got a list of Supreme Court cases here that say a license doesn't exist. So when a bar attorney says, oh, I'm licensed, would that be, I don't know, false and misleading information? Wouldn't that be false advertising? What they're trying to do is monopolize the system to where attorneys have full control. Whenever you get in the court, oh, you need an attorney. You should consult with an attorney. You don't understand the law. You need an attorney. OK, that's their rhetoric. They're in violation of the Sherman Act because they're trying to monopolize the system. And we don't need them. We don't need them at all. We know the law probably better than they do. And so, yeah, that's an impropriety. They don't have a license to sit the bench. So what are they? They're not a judge. The only thing they can be is an administrator. Well, where does that come from? Where do administrative judges come from? Well, if you look back, you go back to the Administrative Procedures Act, revised, . All these departments and agencies created rules and guidelines, administrative processes, and the courts are enforcing them as laws because they're administrative judges. They're not who they claim they really are. It's a false narrative here that they're projecting. And so, judge, I want to see your license to practice law because it doesn't exist. You have no authority. You're an imposter. You're a trespasser upon the bench. You're committing a felony in my presence. Is it your intent to commit a felony in my presence? Because my understanding under Michigan law, MCL, seven six four point one six, is that anyone who commits a felony in my presence, I have the due authority to replace that individual under arrest. Because you committed a felony in my presence. Is it your intent to do so? See, you cannot be held in contempt for asking questions. So you put everything into a question and you can't be held in contempt for that. As much as they'd like to, They can't. And they also have to give you a warning first. I'm going to hold you in contempt if you do that again. They have to give you a shot across the bow. Well, if you're asking a question, how can they even give you a warning based on what? What do they say? They don't want to hear it. They don't want, we're going to move on. And if you ask that again, I'm going to hold you in contempt. So, yeah, they try to manipulate the court. They're manipulating the hearings. by doing that. They're legislating or litigating from the bench. You never hear the prosecutor step up and say, oh, judge, hey, you know, I object to this or I want, you know, you never hear the prosecutor open his mouth. It's just the judge. So they're practicing law from the bench. They're trying to manipulate the hearing. They're probably they're going out of their way to deprive you of your God given rights. Because what this is all about is money. That's all this is about. A case number is an account number. And they open up bonds in that number. Now, if you look at what's called an AO-FOR-THIRTY, it's a ledger that they're supposed to be filling out. If you look at the ledger, it has two columns, one for a prosecutor and one for the defendant. It actually states on there that the defendant is the creditor and that they are the debtors. But when you get into court, what the judge does, play the word game, they manipulate you into being the debtor. So now you have to pay the fines, go to jail. and they're reaping the benefits. They're supposed to report the case to the treasury to let them know that this is a taxable event and that there's taxes due, and they're not doing that. So there's a lot more to this. This is all about money. This isn't about justice. This isn't about anything. If my accuser is the state of Michigan, I wanna meet Mr. and Mrs. State of Michigan. I wanna cross the, don't I have a right to meet my accuser? Prosecutor is not the accuser. I want to meet the actual accuser. Now, in my one case, it was the Michigan State Police. They're claiming, oh, the state police are the accuser. Oh, great. Fantastic. Can I see their de jure documents? They're fake. It's a fake department. They're created by the governor, executive order. Just like the DNR. They're fake. They shouldn't be carrying guns. They're not supposed to be doing anything but in an advisory position. That's it. Right. And the DNR, that's my number one beef with the world right now is watching the DNR and how they're literally clear-cutting the state of Michigan. They've claimed mineral rights. They've claimed property rights, basically. They have deprived the residents of Michigan from being on... The crimes just keep going on and on and on with these weaponized agencies. Well... I'm currently working on getting people's property rights back. Okay. I've looked over a lot of different cases, not just in Michigan, but across the country as it pertains to land patents and allodial titles. That is so important, those allodial titles. Doug Forrest, who just died, is a friend of mine. He just died about a month and a half ago. And he was... He was strong on the fact that we just have to keep going back far enough. You can't add more to it. You've got to go back to the way it was supposed to be. Right. And the problem is, and what I'm finding in these other cases, and I'm having a hard time finding any wins. on the subject where property taxes were removed from the property and such. They're not making the right arguments. So I'm putting together a position where the argument that has been made in the past is not what I'm going to do. I'm coming up with a completely new approach, a new argument to all this. And I'm going to get them to admit through the FOIAs that they have no authority, never did have the authority. They're in violation of the intent of Congress because this is a federal issue. This is not a state issue. This is a federal issue. And there's one of the mistakes. Everybody's trying to fight this in the state courts. It's not a state court issue. It's not a state issue. It's a federal issue because who set up the state of Michigan? Congress. through the Northwest Ordinance. And the properties were sold off to the people in blocks and under the control and supervision of the federal government, not the state, because the state didn't exist yet. So again, this is not a state issue. This is a federal issue. And I think that's one of the mistakes that everybody's making, that they're trying to fight it in the state courts. We gotta take those public functionaries, move them to the federal side and say, okay, you show me where you have the delegated authority to do what you're doing, because what you're doing is a violation of the intent of Congress. So where did you get the delegated authority to do this to begin with? And they're not gonna be able to prove it. They're not gonna have any standing there. And that's where we turn the tide on them in regard to the property rights. So that's something I'm still working on. Yeah, that's awesome because the real concern, too, and how deep this goes is that Canada was never properly federated, but neither was the United States. And when we look at the train of events that happened, I think it's going to really shock everyone. Yeah, I mean, uh, queen Victoria was involved in it with Canada, the steel and basically the steel in the United States goes back to the articles of confederation. and how they were, none of this was properly ratified. Our constitution in the state of Michigan was not properly installed in sixty-three. We have an illegal and unlawful constitution. They didn't follow the rules. Therefore, it really needs to be nullified. Once that's nullified, so is the bar because that's when that kind of became canonized was the bar in nineteen sixty-three. It's nullified on its face under Marguerite v. Madison, . Anything repugnant to the Constitution is void, automatic. And for them to do what they did is a usurpation of authority. So on multiple levels, the Sixty-Three Constitution is void. We just have to stop consenting to it and consenting to their rhetoric and say no. Now the burden upon is you to prove that the Sixty-Three Constitution is enforceable. Because here's where it's not. We have to start enforcing that. Well, we didn't have the vote. We didn't have the vote to install it. And then you look at everything involved in it, inside of it, or included, which is unconstitutional. And we have a real problem. And I'm going to tell you what. Doug Force had this thing figured out, and he was told to leave the United States and never come back. And he just died a couple months ago, about a month and a half, two months ago he died. And I've got some real questions about this because we were talking. He was on the show here, and we were talking here, there, and everywhere. And I've been working with a bunch of people up in Alberta between them and some of the people on the Trump team. And I'm going to tell you what. They know what's real. They know what's going on, and they know what they did to bring us to the, you know, foundationally to bring us to the point that we're at right now. it's going to be hard for people to swallow. And of course, we don't have the mainstream media is never going to tell the truth. And most alt media is not going to tell the truth either, because they were all being paid by USAID. Somebody's funding the freaking bill on this. There's so much money that's being passed back and forth through the NGOs, through appointments. It's a whole organized crime network, which is hiding this stuff. But You know, Doug Force, may he rest in peace and all of his friends that I considered friends also. I'm going to tell you what, we got the same thing in the United States of America. Yeah, that's why when I first started going to city council meetings and city hall and that to their public meetings and all that, I always made it a point at the end to state that just so everything's clear, so everybody understands. I don't do drugs. I don't believe in suicide. And I'm sure as hell not accident prone. Something happens to me. Everybody knows who it was. So, yeah, they kind of used to not like it when I did that. But, yeah, the information that I've acquired and all that, am I a target? Sure. Yeah, I'm a target. But you know what? I want to meet they. I want to know who they are. I would love to have a little meeting with they. You want to look them in the eyes and have an actual discussion. Yeah. Yeah, and I'm not sure how the conversation will end exactly. It depends on them, but yeah. Probably the tears on their side, the walk of shame for being ignorant of the law. Yeah, I don't think, you know, their ignorance of the law, I don't think they're ignorant of the law. I think they know how to manipulate the law, and I think they know how to manipulate the system. And so. So intentional, intentional. It's an intentional act. Yes. Yeah. They're there. You know, we used to you used to see movies about the mob and how they used to manipulate the system and such. They're doing the same thing. They're doing what the mob used to do. Yeah, I can't I can't I can't say I. I disagree with anything you're saying right now. When you see the amount of dollars and money that they're trading back and forth, we the people cannot even imagine the amount of money that they're trading back and forth under the table, these backroom deals. It's really incredible. How much I'm going to put the finger on Jennifer Granholm because Jennifer Granholm in cahoots with Gretchen Whitmer because they're all working together. And this is not a Democrat thing. You look at what John Engler did with property tax. You look what you look what Snyder did. All of them have had their, you know, their hand in the cookie jar. And watch, they'll get appointed to boards where they're getting paid. But it's not really the amount of money that they're getting paid. I think Granholm just got appointed to two boards in California, Energy Boards, Edison is one of them, to the tune of about one hundred twenty seven thousand dollars. That is peanuts compared to the other stuff that is happening, you know, in the dark and around the corner. including having influence and all that sort of thing. It's unbelievable. I met a guy in D.C. and he admitted to it. He said, first of all, I'll tell you exactly what he said. It was interesting. He's a little on the crazy side. I'm going to tell you that. He's like, I have no bank account, but yet all my bills get paid. If I want to be on a private plane somewhere, I just jump on a private plane. He said, I'm completely off the grid. He works right in D.C. right next. I met him in the Senate building is where I met him. And and I frustrated him intensely because that's the way these people are used to playing ball. They're all of them doing it. And it's not one side or another. It's both of them. And as long as they can keep that Hegelian dialect going on where they just pass the ball back and forth, We have two choices. That's it. We're dead in the water. And I'm going to be shameless right now and do this because hang on a minute. I've got because I have to because it's part of who I am. The the I'm going to invite everybody to this, which I'm chairman of the of the U.S. Tax Department, which is the Constitution Party in the state of Michigan. And Jocelyn Benson, who is currently having a legal problem with Donna Brandenburg, is refusing to let us change the name to the National Party. And they're doing it as one can only come to the conclusion or ask the question, are they doing it intentionally? And when you see what's happening behind the scenes, the answer to that is pretty clear. But anyhow, if you're out there, please come and join us Saturday, May thirty first at ten o'clock a.m. at Leon's Family Dining at eighty seventy seven Telegraph Road. And hopefully Mike will be there. And I know John's going to be there and such. But the point being is that I'm not particularly a party advocate. I don't think we should have political parties. But we have ballot access. And the fact that we have ballot access, I would like to see every single person who's listening to this to come to Donna Brandenburg with her hand up and saying, I'll run for office. I'll run for office. I want to get on the ballot for the Constitution Party in Michigan. How can I help? I would love everyone to show up at this and say, Donald, let's talk, and we'll put you through the vetting process. We're going to retool that a little bit because I want to know if people have even read the Constitution, Michigan, as well as the federal Constitution, how much they actually know so that they can stand by it. I just had a ridiculous comment come across to my TikTok channel. uh yesterday by anthony hudson who's running for governor saying I'm going to introduce a bill for this and I'm like the governor doesn't introduce bills So, therefore, he doesn't know his job. How do you run for office without even knowing something like that? Like, that is so stupid easy at one-on-one, government one-on-one. That's right down to the local municipalities. I met with Genoa Township Supervisor. He could not make a decision on his own without having to get permission from his bar attorney for the township. And they all have one. They all have that barred attorney there. And not only that, most of them across the state have companies like Fresh Coast, which is a developer, a zoning development company. company who tells them how to develop. And I've heard the words coming out of their mouths that development comes first, meaning residential, and then they move in with all of the big box stores. But that's how they do it because they're getting the people in the townships and the municipalities to build out their infrastructure on our dimes. In order to have these companies and developers come in and just grab whatever they want. They don't have to do a damn thing. I said to our township, if I were going to move into anything and have to put a project together pipeline or otherwise we're going to have to put up a bond in case there's an extra cost and I said that to byron township I'm like you guys should be charging these people or making sure that they put up a ten million dollar bond for this one development project that they did and it was just it's about a hundred and twenty seven units that were going in there make them put up a bond because we're going to have to build out the roads the pipeline the schools and such And what did they do? They just rubber stamp this right on through. And guess what? Recently, we got notification that they've they've overbuilt the system. So now we got to put more pipes in the ground and they're going to charge each one of the homeowners along this and require them try to force us because it's on one of the roads that my property is on. to pay the bill. Guess what? I feel a lawsuit is going to be coming on this because they literally are handing this over. And I said to them that everybody needs to be able to. The reason why I talk about this stuff is so that people understand plain language. You need to understand this is the same method that China uses. They are literally handing this over and requiring us as their slave class to pay for their build-outs of the infrastructure so their buddies, of whom they're getting favors from in the big box stores, the corporations, BlackRock, Arabella, Vanguard, all of them can walk right in and it's built out for them on our tax dollars. And why is it? that our taxes are going up. Why is it that the utilities are going up? Well, guess what? It's pretty easy to see when you do the research on it and you see someone like like Granholm, who gave out twenty billion dollars right before she left, right before she left office at twenty fifth of January, right before that, twenty billion dollars. Forteen billion dollars went to energy in the state of Michigan, consumers and DTE. DTE is funding campaigns. Funding the campaigns like Whitmer has gone through the NGOs they set up. I'm going to tell you what, we need an army of us out there like you, Mike, and myself who hold these municipalities accountable to this. and sue them into a little smoldering pile of ashes for absolutely violating their oath of office, their public trust, and everything else on a personal basis. I'm glad you brought up the Army. I want to read something to you real quick. Because it's unconstitutional to a standing army, so keep going. I love this because I can have a real discussion with you. One of the reasons why, and I want everybody to listen, you've got to stop being afraid about being engaged. You have to get engaged. You have to get involved. Now, I want to make sure that everybody understands this. An American national... As an American national, every sovereign citizen is an internationally protected person as defined by Congress pursuant to eighteen U.S. Code one one two subsection A. And as such, for any public functionary to use threats, threats or coercion in any context of the word is a violation of said code and is subject to fines and imprisonment. In addition, For any public functionary to violate said code, the Attorney General, and I'm talking about the U.S. Attorney General, is authorized pursuant to U.S. Code-A-B-F in the course of enforcement of Subsection A, may request the assistance from any federal, state, or local agency including the Army, Navy, and Air Force, any statute, rule, or regulations to the contrary notwithstanding. That means that when they violate our rights, when they do and act as tyrannical overlords over us, we have the authority to bring a claim against them to the U.S. Attorney General to come in and, if necessary, bring in the military to shut them down. Well, there's so many of them in the state of Michigan. If you just started with the state of Michigan and looked at the threat and coercion, start with the head parasite of this thing, which would be Benson, threatening everyone. She threatened publicly every person in Michigan that says, if you question our elections, we're coming for you. She needs to be locked up for the rest of her life. You want to threaten me like that? Bring it. Bring it. You bring it to me, too, on the same way. Bring it. Bring the threats. And let's have this thing hammered out because we're going to have to take a stand. There's no getting around this. And I got to tell you, I'm going to have to leave in just a minute here. But, Mike, I absolutely love sitting down and talking to you because you and I are on the same page on everything. And this is the way we get it done is actually educating people who want to do something, but they don't know what to do. I'll bring it back up here again. I'm going to be shameless. Come to this. Come to our meeting this week and let's talk because I'm going to tell you what, as a chairman of the Constitution Party in Michigan, we need good people to run. And I'm telling you right now, somebody comes up and they're a career politician, they're going to be like, out of here, you're fired. Because if they have been sitting in the seats and they've done nothing, they're disqualified. We need to have everyday Americans that are willing to step up. And and stand with us together to right this ship. And I think that if we get enough people that are willing to do something, anything, you don't have to be afraid of it because you're not going to be alone here. Not like you are with, say, like the Republican and Democrat parties. They will they will vet you. They will peel you out and say you're not quite ready yet. We're not going to let you you know, we couldn't buy you off. We couldn't compromise you. You will not get to the point of getting on the ballot. And if you do, they will around the backside torpedo you so that you'll never, ever get an office. That's how it works. It's a big, happy club and we're not in it. So we're going to have to do it in a smarter way, a different way, like what Mike's doing and what I'm doing. the the lawsuits are piling up against these people we're not going to stop and if we have to do this pro se I guess that's the way we're going to do it or you know there's there's several ways of holding people accountable but we have to get in the game and not be afraid and I just got to say um you know god is with us and when we when we move into these areas We're not perfect. None of us are perfect. We don't have all the answers. But what we can do is stand and never back down on wavering. That's what it takes right there. God will equip you with whatever you need. Pass that. Because he will never leave us nor forsake us. Yeah, we just got to stop consenting to their rhetoric. And one of the ways to hurt them is financially. Now, how can we hurt them financially? Stop the courts. The courts are in the Bar Association and judges are bar members. Start holding them accountable. Start hurting them where it hurts most and start bringing claims against these fake judges, these fake public functionaries in these other offices in your local municipalities. They are usurping their authority. And as such, they have no immunity to prosecution civilly or criminally. So start filing complaints, start getting them to use the FOIA. Again, I use the FOIA to get them to admit the things and expose them for who and what they really are, a fraud. And by their own admission through those FOIAs, now it gives you the ability to bring a claim. You start with a notice of liability. They don't answer the notice of liability. You hit them with a notice of non-response and an opportunity to cure. And, you know, the notice of liability, you give them twenty one days. The non-response, you give them fifteen days. If they don't respond to that, you give them a notice of default. And if they don't respond in ten days to that, now you can take all this and you can take it to federal court and say they're in violation of X, Y and Z, starting with Article four, Section four, because they're supposed to guarantee a Republican form of government. They're not doing it. They're acting as usurpers. Here's the proof. Supreme Court's already made decisions on this. They have no immunity. So, boom, I want, you know, cash out their bonds. If they don't have a bond, they can't hold public office. So and you can hold them personally and civilly liable for this and their spouses because their spouses are benefiting from this as well. So you name not only the main public functionary, but their spouse as well, because the spouse is benefiting from from all of this. So you name them both. Their assets are both tangible in this event. So yeah. And I just want to I want to warn everybody, give you one warning just so that we get smarter. This is not a warning not to do something, but we FOIA something that was publicly available. And guess what? Secretary of State's office, they decided to hide the report. And so but it's there because we already had the information. they are so screwed, it's not even funny. But you just got to get in and you've got to keep going. And if you don't know what to do, everybody should have my phone number out there at any rate and the ability to get a hold of me and to make connections and such. And I think that as we go forward more, you're going to see more of us coming together who are working together. And if I have a question, I'm going to go to Mike. and Mike answers questions, or when other people come and they want to know, well, what does it look like when you file? What's the process? It's actually pretty easy to file. The first time you do, it's going to be a little scary. And that's just the way it is. If you need somebody to go with you just to stand there and say you're doing it right, there's plenty of people that I'm sure will do that. And maybe that's another push that we need to make to to have a network where people aren't standing alone with us. So I don't know, lots of good things coming. But at any rate, thank you for being on, Mike. I look forward to you being on next week, Tuesday, same time, same place, same bat channel. Do you have any last words? And then I'm going to say a prayer and we're going to go on our day, fighting bad guys and building the United States of America in this wonderful time of opportunity. When things go wrong, Don't look at the things that go wrong. Look at what opportunities come with us because they're huge. You never have the opportunities when things go right that you have when things go wrong. You just got to be looking for them. Yep, just don't give up. Just keep persevering on and get engaged. If you're not sure, take little steps. Just do something simple. Do a FOIA to your local municipality. Ask them to produce their de jure documents under Norton v. Shelby County, showing that the Zoning Board of Appeals is a de jure office. That's simple. That's easy. Um, so, uh, that's a simple step to getting, getting involved. And that's the first step you can take because you know what, if they're creating ordinances that says what you can and cannot do on your own property and they're fake, they're, they're, you know, they're, they're de facto department. Well, guess what? They have no authority to do that, do they? So that's a way of protecting your property rights. And then guess what? Well, there's penalties to doing things like that. Large penalties. And so, you know what? I don't mind looking at somebody who's made the United States and the people of the United States, you know, who have made people paupers while they gain. I don't mind watching them lose what they've stolen. Not at all. And I think that none of us should feel too sorry for them. Well, one last little ditty. The Genoa Township case where they made that gal tear down her deck. Yeah. Yeah. She acquired information that one of the board members bought a house, renovated the house inside and out, and never pulled a permit. Oh, that's going to be fun. So if they made her tear down her deck, I guess they're going to have to tear down their house. It stands to reason now, doesn't it? I guess she might get a brand new deck from them, from them, uh, destroying her property. It's a win-win. Let's say a quick prayer here, and then we're going to get onto our day. Dear heavenly father. Thank you so much for Mike and John and all the wonderful people who are always willing to put in their time. the brainpower you've given such special people. I'm so thankful for each and every person out there who puts their time into holding these people, these usurpers accountable and finding ways to help us restore the United States of America, the wonderful republic that you gave us. We're so thankful for all the gifts you've given us for food, for provision, for our friends, our family, our pets, as well as the gifts of the spirit that you give us when we ask. We want to make sure that we're following you, the things that are eternal, not the things that are temporary here. We know that this is a temporary work visa that we're on. So we want to do what it is that you put in front of us. Please give us the wisdom. Give us the eyes to see the world that you do, whether it's people or situations. Please give us your eyes to see the world, your hands to do work, your feet to walk the path. that you set before us. We're not asking for an easy road. We're asking for the strength, your strength to walk whatever it is that you put in front of us. And we know that you are so faithful in equipping us in all situations. We have nothing to worry about because you're in control and you're good all the time. And you've made a way for us when there seem to be no other ways. You've done it over and over again. and all to you be the glory in every single thing. We can only take the gifts that you've given us in any way and just lay them at your feet and say, we're just thankful and we want to thank you for everything that you've done for us. I hope that everyone out there that has problems with healing, that you would heal the people that are out there that are asking that they would turn to you and ask for what it is that they need this day and provision. So many people are struggling right now. Help them to have hope. Help them to keep their eyes on you, knowing that you are the way in every situation in our lives. And we love you so very much. We want to be a friend to you as you've been to us. In Jesus Christ's precious name, we pray. Amen. So there we go, boys and girls. And now it's that part of the show, boys and girls. We go to go to ding, ding, ding, ding. This is my twenty twenty two protest. That's never going to end until we write the election of twenty twenty and twenty twenty two. And all of them that we know that they were cheating their ever living behinds off. Go ahead, Benson. Make my day. At any rate, have a. Have a great day today. And here we go. Sorry, I lost track of it. Go to brandenburgforgovernment.com because I'm the best non-conceder who has ever not conceded in history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump about that, wearing cowboy boots, who wears them better. I win that one. Now we'll get to go talk about things that really matter. So with that said, everybody, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. If you want to see things change, Every step, every moment of your day can be put to that effort smile at people when you're out and about uh boy scout hand uh handbook uh uh follows or follow that with put a smile on your face great great people with a smile and if you don't feel that way fake it till you make it and uh and you know bring the people around you make sure you that everyone knows that you care that you if so many people feel like they're alone right now be that person that steps in and pauses your day whatever we have going on in our own minds God has an amazing way of derailing that and saying, no, I really don't want you to do that. Let go of your plans and go with what God wants you to do. And you're going to see miracles happen in abundance around you. Things you never thought you were capable of doing or that you would do. All of a sudden, you're going to be doing that and you'll be doing it with God's help. So anyhow, have a great day. I'll be on tomorrow with Liberty Essentials and Greg Martini. We're going to go through notices again. I'm going to continue to absolutely just beat this drum until we get it across the United States and the fact that we can't hold them accountable. Have a great day. Thanks, Mike. And we'll see you next week. All right. We'll see you. Bye.
