Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. It's the ninth day of June, twenty twenty six. And welcome to our show today. Today, we're going to start out talking about what's really going on and what are we seeing in this war that we're in? We're definitely in a war. So I think we need to process this a little bit. So we're going to start out with John Tater at nine o'clock at Mike, Mike Bambus at ten and then Pro Se Mike and then Tom Howe at eleven o'clock doing doing exploring the world of trust and how they cheat and how they're cheating the American people through trust work. Good morning, John. How you doing? I'm doing real good. I'm doing good. That's good. Well, last night we affiliated the U.S. Taxpayers Party, which is the Michigan affiliate of the Constitution Party. We affiliated the county of Leelanau last night. So we're seeing like explosive growth everywhere. You were affiliated last week and- with Washtenaw County, which is exciting. And so there is a lot of motion there in order to give people a real choice, not just the engineered choices of the parties. I wanted to show you something. I should have probably got this up before we got online, but I received, there was a shutdown or a suspension that Scott Pressler put out there of suspension of the at GOP account on Twitter, okay? And then a friend of mine, Enoch, and he is a friend of mine, that he started posting, he said, well, they went to the Republican Party site. And so I looked that up and they that started in two thousand seven. So there's some things that don't make sense to me in this narrative. And I'm just going to talk my way through it so that because the things are being said coming from different areas. And I don't have any special knowledge, but on this. But I can tell you that what doesn't make sense is so. The GOP has said, account suspended. Right there, account suspended. That is not just leaving an account and moving to another one. That is a suspended account from X. So my question is, is why? Because suspending accounts for accounts that violate our rules. So at GOP didn't just switch, it was suspended. And then all of a sudden they said, oh, we're over here at Republicans, which has a whole lot of other people in there. three point four million followers there but right down here you can say that it was started in two thousand seven so this wasn't a new account this is a this is a an existing account that they they switched to but they didn't necessarily switch count names they did go there but this has been there for a while and GOP was clearly suspended So I'm not really sure exactly what to think or believe on this. Don't really care. But I did think I would bring that up because there seems to be a lot of people that are commenting on it. And I thought it was it was a conflicted argument that everybody has. There doesn't seem to be a clear path to what actually happened there. More things to ask, but their account was suspended. So whatever anybody else is claiming, there still wasn't a suspension there. And why did they go to something that was there since two thousand seven, almost twenty years ago that that was around? Maybe they're going back to that. I don't know. But it's interesting at any rate. So anyhow, let's talk about what's happening. In the interim of confusion is where we're at. Everything is in confusion and in a state of flux, moving about not in any straight direction, not in any straight line. And well, after talking to a lot of people, over the weekend and through the months. And so I've realized that people really don't understand what this system or what's going on, what this is all about. They have an idea that while we don't want to put Democrats in, we want to keep Republicans in, or at least we want to keep Trump. We want to build a megaforce. But they don't really understand what's behind the scenes and what's going on. Trump's not here to get reelected, although he would probably like to get reelected. But that's not the purpose of what is going on. We are severing ourselves from control of the British. And when I say that, the British aren't in our backyards and doing things and pushing laws, but they are controlling the finances of the world through the international banking cartel. And in America, basically, we live in a fake system. The whole thing is fake from the very beginning. We have fake money. which create fake politicians, which create fake judges, which create the fake legislature and fake laws. That's the system we're living in. If you want to call it the matrix, call it the matrix. It's basically the same thing. But people in our country, for the most part, unless they've really dug deep and they've really listened to what's going on and paid any attention, They really don't have an understanding of the basis. You know, I sat with somebody yesterday at a function and I was talking to him and he's a mega guy. He loved my hat and he was really excited about all of that. But when I started talking about the fake world that we're living in, he was really like, What are you talking about? I don't get it at all. And so I'm seeing, yeah, Trump is doing things that are making the world better, making America better and making the world better by doing things that he's doing. But what is it that he's doing that's making the world better other than being not Biden and not Obama and not the criminals that are in office right now? What's he doing specifically that's making the world a better place for the rest of the world, for everybody? And what does it mean when it says make America great again? I mean, these are great slogans, but what does that all boil down to? What's the final analysis of what's going on? Well, if you look at what's happening, uh with what he did when he took office he went from country to country and basically stated and set up what he was trying to do what he's trying to do and uh and and he's doing it piecemeal as as i'm sure they've got a big uh board in their office over there in the war room and they and they're moving pawns around to try and figure out who's doing what one and where Well, when the deep state got involved years and years ago, hundreds of years ago, they've been trying to control the United States. Britain doesn't have any kind of production industries like the United States and like some of the other countries. They basically rely on stealing money from other countries. They don't have resources there. It's a rock. It's a rock sitting out of the ocean. It's not like they're going to have vast farmlands or, you know, not like the United States. They just don't have the land. They don't have the resources that the United States has. And they have been in control of the world for, I don't know how long, years and years and years. through number one military, through finances, basically. They set up the finance and what is it, Downey Street over there? That is the financial hub of the world. that's where they're making the money and when uh trump went in there and he shut down the strait of hermuz and said that lloyds of london you're no longer collecting a million dollars per ship that goes through the strait of hermuz we're going to fund or we're going to protect the ships or we're going to insure the ships we don't need you britain anymore and he took uh that power away from the British government, or I don't know if it's not necessarily the British government, but the people in Britain that have been controlling the system, he's taken that power away so they don't get the money from the ships. He's shut that part down. The Strait of Hermos was one of the big stumbling blocks, and they were financing the oil over the world based on this control of the of the amount of oil and the price of oil and so on and so forth. Remember when George Bush was in power in the office, George Bush got knighted by the queen. First of all, you're not allowed to do that as a public functionary in the united states but he did he was knighted by the queen of england i mean gee whiz because he was playing ball with the brits and uh he was part of that system part of that organization so First thing Trump does in his earlier years as president, he runs to the Middle East and he sets up the Abraham Accord. What is the Abraham Accord? Well, basically, it says cooperation through dialogue. We're not going to go to war over each other. We're going to cooperate and we're going to... speak with each other, dialogue with each other to to help each other out. And Israel's part of that and all of the other United Arab Emirates and Arabia, Saudi Arabia and so on and so forth. The only one that isn't is Iran. So why are we in Iran? Well, we're in Iran, number one, to open the flow of oil through the strait. and it's my understanding that we don't really use america doesn't use any of that oil that oil is for the rest of the world because we have our own resources we have our own oil so We're trying to balance the rest of the world and make the rest of the world self-sufficient to a degree and not to be controlled by a third world country. It's not a third world country, but by a third party, the Brits. And so we have been battling this fight for quite a while. And it is not about getting Trump reelected. It's about destroying the system that has been set up and running the world all of this time. And the fake money and the fake politicians that we have in the United States, fake public functionaries that have no idea what their job is. They're just collecting gobs of money. So they're playing the game. You know what blows my mind to that point is people will say, well, you know, if you, you know, Brandenburg, if you nullify a whole bunch of government jobs, what are the people going to do? Well, hopefully they'll be more productive than sitting in the seat half the time collecting a paycheck. That is our money, taxpayers money. And they're actually productive of something. Why are we paying people to do nothing but steal from us? I don't understand that. Well, the government jobs that they have out there, let's put it this way. Twenty percent, maybe twenty five percent, if you want to be liberal about it. Twenty five. And I don't like to use that word. Twenty five percent of the government that's actually in office are doing the work. The other seventy five percent are freeloaders. And that includes a lot of the politicians that are in the office, elected public functionaries, because they have staffers and this and that that are out there. Now, I don't know if you've ever tried to write a senator a letter and have them responding. They have attorneys. I'll get to that. They have attorneys. They have pages. They have... all of these other people that work for them in their office, and they're supposed to be dealing with this kind of stuff, but they don't. I mean, I've written letters to several senators and congressmen. I don't get a response from them. And why is that? That is because that's not what they're there for. They're there to steal from the system. We have somebody like Tanadar, I'm not sure where he's from. I think he's Ohio, but I'm not sure. He says he needs more immigrants in his city. Are you kidding me? Yeah. For what? To have an army to attack Americans and such. I mean, you look at the crime rate that goes up because it's like President Trump said, and everybody said, no, you're saying bad words. We don't like it. When he said, you know, we're not like getting the best in the best here. We're getting the, a lot of the people that are coming over. It's an, it's an engineered army of disruption and violence. You know, that's what it is. And it's like, Do any of us hate all the people from a certain country? If you do, you're ignorant. Because the battle we're in is against good versus evil. If somebody's committing evil acts, done. Game over, right? I don't care what country, what race, what gender. I don't care anything else about them. If their acts are evil and they are hurting people, they should have a target on their back for... um prosecution and depending on how violent the crime is you know permanent removal and i do believe that you know it's like it's like we can't continue on the way that it's going um at all you know um but anyhow i digress go ahead well when you invite people into the country and they and you don't see who they are and where they whether they come from and go through a vetting process you get anybody and everybody and anybody and everybody is a problem uh because you don't know if they're on drugs you don't know if they're stable you don't know if they're psychological you don't know if they're being paid to be terrorists in this country and a lot of them they're they're being paid in in their country to come to this country to steal from this country. How about what's going on with the Somalians? And I'm using a broad brush, but it seems like the Somalians of Wisconsin, is it? No. Minnesota. Minnesota. What have they been doing? They've been stealing from us. And now I find there's an attorney, and I don't remember where that attorney, what state that attorney from. I think it's from Ohio. and he's a somalian and he's got all kinds of uh companies that are attached to his law firm and he's stealing millions and millions of dollars now they're now he's under investigation and probably will get uh uh removed and but he needs to get all of his finances removed from him too same with all of the somalians that have been stealing from us if that money is not uh properly earned, it needs to be taken from them and they need to go home broke, not with five million dollars or ten million dollars in the bank. And I and I suspect that's what's going to happen. Trump did make that comment when you in fact, it came off X-Twenty-Two that when you rob a bank, and you get caught, you don't keep the money. You've got to give the money back. So this is the same kind of thing that I'm hoping that our system is working on, and I'm pretty sure they are. The funding mechanisms and the people that are funding it, they want to blame. Now they're trying to get everybody to look at the smallies. Yeah, they're part of it. But I mean, have you actually looked at these people? I'm going to tell you what. I'm not so sure that they're like the ones that are the masterminds here of this. So the masterminds are the ones that are funding this in our country. Our country is funding its own invasion through bad people in office. And if we keep voting for the same Republicans and Democrats, they're rigging the election through the Republican and Democrat parties, guys. It's all there is to it. They're taking foreign money in the elections. They're playing ball with all of these these corporations because the corporations are funding them. You know, look at look at Eric Nesbitt in Michigan. He's running for governor. He got a seven hundred thousand dollar contribution from DTE. And if you look at the energy companies that just look at energy, look at the things that they want to put in a monopoly to attack us. They're the ones that are funding a lot of this. you know, and the list goes on and on. Okay. It doesn't just stop there. The list is long. And I hope somebody else is keeping a list on this for the elimination round that needs to happen in the let's not play stupid games game. You know? All right. You brought Eric Nesbitt up. I'm going to beat up on him because he's a, he's a absolute disgusting piece of work. And I'm just trying to hold back the language here a little bit. But we were doing the smart meters back in two thousand thirteen and as Nesbitt was one of the people involved in the energy process in the state of Michigan and he was supporting the the rollout of the smart meters. He was the spearhead all of the letters I wrote to him. He didn't pay any attention to him. He ignored him. And he because he was being paid off by DTE. And now you know why he wants to or he's getting money from DTE to run for governor because He is absolutely a puppet of the DTE. See, this is what the politicians, to your point, the politicians have become agents of the corporatocracy and the monopolies that they've been allowed to set up. They've been allowed to set up because they have their agents in there. They're not politicians even of the people. They are literally agents of our own demise. Those people that were having issues from the smart meters being attached to their house, and a lot of people were because of the dirty electricity that was being created by the smart meters. Because of the smart meter itself, radio broadcasting information to other smart meters, this was affecting a lot of people's health. Not everybody's going to be affected by a smart meter or by the frequencies of the smart meter. Some people will be more sensitive to it than others. And because of this reason, those people were arguing and fighting the hardest because the sensitivity that they were feeling because of the smart meter was actually killing them. And so they were arguing and fighting, and I was one of the people out there trying to stop the smart meters and try to stop DTE from doing it. In fact, you could probably find some information on the internet regarding me and the smart meter business back when in in two in twenty thirteen. But I was writing letters to Eric Nesbitt. I got tons of letters that I wrote to him. He totally ignored it. He totally supported DTE. He totally did nothing to help the people. He is not only a puppet, he is evil. And now he's running for governor. People should be seeing who this guy is. This guy is absolutely the bottom of the barrel. pick for any kind of public office because he doesn't deal with the public. He deals for himself. He's a self-centered person. Wasn't he the roommate for Eric Prince, Betsy DeVos's brother? I don't know. He could have been. That's what I heard. I heard that he was a roommate for Eric Prince. Now, I might be wrong on that, but I don't know. It's worth considering, considering how, you know, how much damage has been done from, you know, many different people out there. We got to ask questions. They need a report card. That's right. Well, we, that report card idea is a great idea. Actually, John Birch Society has a report card on all, all people in office. And we're going to be adding that to the, I'm a member of the John Birch Society. And so the, we'll be adding that, the report cards to our, to our junk call to our US TPM website. We got so many things on there right now. It's amazing. So works really good, but so that people can see how poorly performing people are. Yep. And then you look at waters. Senator, I think she's a senator. Is she rep? I don't know. And she's calling. Yeah, Maxie, Maxie. uh she's calling for the uh twenty-sixth amendment to be used against the president right now and she's trying to push forth another impeachment process she's another scumbag that should have been removed long time ago from office but has probably been placed in office because the of the funding that she has around her in california the world is falling apart But she lives in a, what, five, six, seven million dollar mansion around the rest of the city, which is a disaster. Yeah. And now she's in charge for like frivolous lawsuits after they keep going after President Trump. This is so ridiculous. You know, they just keep at it. And it's like, you know, if you didn't get it done in one direction, why are these people continuing and being allowed to continue to weaponize the injustice system and waste our tax dollars for what reason? I mean, got a big show, got to show all the libtards out there that, you know, she's really something, you know, that sort of thing. I don't think she's very effective. So I don't really think much of her, quite honestly. I think She's terrible. She's not effective. She's just sitting in a seat. She's just a big mouth with nothing behind it. We don't have to go to California. We have two in our state. One is Slotkin, who tried to say to the military, don't listen to what the president says. Do your own thing. If he's giving you, and all his orders are illegal, and how does she come up with that idea? I don't know. But she is another corrupt person that shouldn't be in office, shouldn't be working with the public. And how she got in office in Michigan? Wasn't her background in the CIA? Yes, she was part of the CIA. That should be a concern for everybody right now. And then we have do-nothing Peters. Yeah, and then we have do-nothing Peters. He is as useless as they come. But who's running against them? I don't know. not a great choice either. But obviously, we have a lot of people in office that are creating problems, number one, for the president to do what he's trying to do and rebuild the world with a new financial system. In America, it's the tariff system. We're bringing in money so we don't have to tax the people through the income tax system, which is not paying for services in the United States, which bothers me. People don't get this by now. They haven't figured it out. When you pay an income tax, you are not paying for the services of the government to take care of things, such as Social Security, such as fixing the roads, such as any of those services. That is paying the interest on the debt. That's all it's doing. It's paying the interest on the debt. The debt is created because we have politicians or public functionaries in office that say we want more money to fund the education of a snail darter. I don't know, whatever they're trying. Yes, shrimp on a treadmill or something like that. Programs and therefore. They get the funding, they get the Federal Reserve to issue the money and to raise the taxes. And we turn around and we pay the taxes to keep the banking system in operation. Are you crazy? And then we're complaining that we have inflation because that's what creates inflation. Inflation is created by the printing of money. That's all. not necessarily printing because it's digital, but by the lending of money from a private banking industry that turns around and increases the value of the income tax and decreases the value of the money. So that's because it's like when you have a gallon of water and you pour another half a gallon into that gallon, jug that it overflows it becomes more than the gallon can handle that's what's happening in the united states with the inflation process it's just that we have more money chasing after goods and services that haven't increased with the value of the currency or with the the the uh the amount of currency that's out there that's what inflation is and people need to understand that. And so when I listen to my sister, bless her soul, and I love her a lot, but she says, I pay because I know that government needs the money for the services. Oh, my God, you're You know, you should know by now that that's not the case. Everybody always has that sibling. There's always one in every family. I swear to you, I have this conversation almost daily with people because everybody's got that, you know, that that brother or sister that makes the whole family go, oh, my gosh, the brains were definitely not, you know, proportioned equally here, you know. Well, and she's a very smart lady, but a lot of things, she just doesn't get involved. It's the old argument that you hear from everybody else. I don't want to get involved in politics. I don't like politics. So here's a statement. If you don't do politics, politics are going to do you. And you're not going to get away from this. It's like, you know, to be able to put your time in, you're either going to put your time in or you're going to pay the price. There's so much evil in this world. There's so much evil that if you leave just a little little crack in the foundation, it pours in and the people that run to politics are not the cream of the crop okay they're running these terrorist gangs that they're that they're importing into our nation they're making money off massive amounts of money off the corporations being their agents they're not who you think they are and i'm going to go back to stranger danger i don't care if these people go to your church i don't care if they go to your kids school i don't care you don't know them and until you get in and see what they do with the money or how they conduct themselves you have no freaking idea who these people are you know exactly the point and as ron is to run my sidekick has put it more than once uh you ask them are you going to be at the jury office or occupying at the jury office and if they have no idea what that means say resign because you have no idea what your job is And that's the case of ninety nine percent of the public functionaries that are in office have no idea what their job is, what they are there for. You're a lawmaker, but you don't know the law. You're a lawmaker, but you don't know the Constitution. You're a lawmaker, but sorry about that. You're a lawmaker. You're a lawmaker, but you have no idea what. Your responsibility is to the public. You have not read the Declaration of Independence. You do not understand that stuff. And yet you're sitting in an office that is responsible for that. So these are problems that we have to resolve. Now, not only is the inflation happening financially by, you want to call it the international banking cartel, which is what it is. if the inflation, but we have an inflation of people in this country too. We have tons of people coming into America that have no idea what to do. They're not skilled. They're parasites on the system. So it creates inflation of bodies, of human beings. Which we are saddled to take care of. That's right. That's part of it. That's the whole inflation part of what I'm trying to say here, that when you have somebody in the country that isn't pulling his own weight, then somebody is going to take care of them or they're going to starve on the road. And of course, we're Americans. We don't generally want people starving on the road. But you have people that come into the country that are parasites because they don't know what to do. They don't know how to do it. They can't get a job. They can't speak English. They're still from the old country where the old country treated them a certain way. They're not assimilating into the country. They don't belong here. Basically, they need to be somewhere else. They need to go back to their country where that's the way they were brought up, that's the way they live, and that's how they should be brought up. They didn't come to America to get a foot up. They came to America to survive. to steal, rape, and murder. Now, I'm not saying that that's all of them. I think there's a lot of puppets that have been in the human trafficking pipeline coming here that were promised things that were not delivered. I mean, you look at all the kids that were sent back from the United States, a lot of them never made it home. They put them on a organ donation plane and saying that they're going to take them down and give back to their parents at ten thousand dollars a pop that our country paid. They never made it home. They're gone. Poof. Gone. On a plane that was for, you know, delivering organs. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm not stupid enough to believe that that was what they said it was. And if you look at the fact that they never got back home, where did these kids go? Where's the accountability? And who was involved in this? Who touched every part of this besides the airline that was involved in it, besides the social service NGOs that out there or the nonprofits and such that touched this? And nobody wants to question it because it sounds good. We want to do those things that sound good. And that's, you want to lose your job? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know about you, but I voluntarily said, said, no, we're not going to be giving anybody the clot shot or forcing them to take the chemical weapon. The shots were chemical weapons and it has, it wasn't biological. It was chemical weapons and it's been proven out by a molecular a scientist who actually builds things through, you know, molecular engineering. And he said, it's a, it's a, it's documented that it was in fact a chemical weapon. And so, so I'm like, no, we're not going to be forcing anybody else and just shut her down. It was like, you can't do that. I'm like, I can throw stones in the ocean and be happy, but I don't think killing people is on my list. You know, randomly killing innocent people is not on my list as a good choice. Recently, there's a whole bunch of prosecution and I can't remember where it is right now, but there's been prosecution of companies and a bunch of them that were hiring illegals and the companies themselves. And this is in the last week that they've been prosecuting companies that for mass hiring illegals during COVID. I was really excited about that. I'm like, keep going. Let's get to the top dog who enabled us. Let's get to Congress who approved paying illegals and getting rid of American jobs by subsidizing the illegals in our factories. This is so much crap, it's not even funny, but it happened. Well, yes, and it will continue to happen as long as the funny money is there. Tyson's needs to be shut down because they were part of it. That was a large part of it was Tyson's where they were getting reimbursed for illegals. Oh, but the government said it was okay. So we're just going to do that. You know, it's okay. They said it was okay. You know, it's a personal choice moment for everybody. You know, you can't blame somebody else for your criminality or just stupidity. If you knew anything or did any kind of history about Billy Boy Clinton, then you would know that Tyson and Billy Boy Clinton were, back when Clinton was governor of Arkansas, Clinton had Tyson as one of the money exchangers, one of the processes that he had. There was a lot of stuff going on with Clinton. Clinton was a crook, a big time crook, time thief. Not a president. Drug trafficker. Drug trafficker with the building of weapons for the... Iran-Contra affair, MENA, Arkansas, a whole lot of stuff going on over there. Haiti, you know, getting, getting Hillary, getting Laura Sillsby, who was convicted of, of trafficking kids in Haiti and put her in charge of what? Hmm. The Amber Alert type system that's out in Idaho. It's not, the name is an Amber Alert, but the Child Protective Service, the The emergency service that reports that. Oh, wow. That was a great idea. You know, but you know who we really should be kind of upset with? It's not just the news. It's people that refuse to wake up to what's actually going on. You know, honestly, think about who voted these people in. There were people that voted them in that listened to their crap and didn't do any digging for themselves. Now, everybody is in that list at some point in time. We all had to wake up at different times and say, you know what? I'm not doing this anymore. But there's so much stuff out there now. There's kind of like no excuse at this point in time. If people want to know the truth, it's right in front of them. That's right. They have to do the research. That's the problem. They have to get on the internet and they have to start looking and reading and discerning which one is real and which one's not. And this is a big problem. I hear a lot of people argue about what is going on with the war, why we are not arresting people, why we are not... putting people in jail. Well, that's going to come. But you can't arrest people and put them in jail when you've got criminals in the judicial system. You got to clean the judicial system up first. How you do that? You can't fire the judges, although I believe you can, and I'm suing them. So I believe that, yes, we can go after the judges. But in reality, in the big picture, You have to have Congress being willing to impeach these judges, especially federal. We have the same problem with state judges, especially in Michigan. Michigan's judicial system is by far one of the worst of the entire fifty states. They enable and they are complicit in the crimes that are being committed here because they're not working for us. They're working to further enable the import and the enabling of multiple crimes to happen because they refuse to act on the law. Well, they don't follow the law, number one. They follow their own. They have their own fiefdom and they can rule based on what they think the law is or what they think it should be, not what it is. If a federal judge would rule on what the law is and not what they think the law is, one judge would make the same ruling as another judge. all judges would be ruling basically the same thing because they'd be ruling by the rule of law state same with the state of michigan judges the michigan judges would be ruling by the rule of law there wouldn't be any question there wouldn't be any problems because this is what the law says this is what what how you violated the law or or what you did to uh Try to go around the law and you're guilty or you're responsible. That's it. There's no second guessing, which is what the judge is doing. Yeah, well, you know, think about this. If we have repeat offenders, the punishment wasn't hard enough to either change their behavior or disable them from getting out and doing it again. Well, that's part of the system that's set up right at the moment that Trump is trying to disassemble. And that is getting rid of the judges that do not follow the rule of law, that do not make appropriate punishment for those that violate the law. We have people that are burning. I mean, let's go back to this nonsense about Waters saying, let's do the Twenty-Sixth Amendment. She should be kicked out. Or Slotkin saying, don't follow President Trump's. She should be arrested. That's a violation. That's treason. She should be arrested and tried right there on the spot. But we can't do that because we have judges that will allow these people to get away with it. uh for one reason or another and so the whole system is so bad so screwed up at this point in time that we have to fix it and and trump and his team is fixing it one one process at a time it's not a fast process you can't do it overnight I'd surely like to see them all arrested, but you can't do that because if they get tried and they get off the hook because they have a corrupt judge, you can't try them again. That's double jeopardy. You can't do that in this country. So you have to be sure that we have all our ducks in a row on the judicial system and that when that time comes and they are tried and they are found guilty, they face some sort of a punishment, go to jail, get hung, whatever. But that's the process we're in. And it's a slow process. Unfortunately, it doesn't go real fast. We've got too many people involved. You know the old story that they have committees. Why do they have committees? Because nobody's responsible. It's his fault. And so whenever you have committees ruling on something, it's somebody else's fault. It's not your fault. You can't be held responsible because the committee voted in that direction. Whether you believed in it or not, and you probably did, vote for it that way. but it's not my fault. So this is the process that's going on right now in this country and we have to get rid of it. The Republic will never survive without the rule of law. We have to have the rule of law and it has to be a hundred percent. Otherwise we're not gonna make it. As a country, we're going to end up with a dictatorship or some God knows what kind of country like most of the rest of the world that does what they want to do to people and get away with it. True enough. It's like we need to go back to what worked and I think that at the beginning of the country, people were, how do I say it, more convicted because they, I don't know, I think there were less distractions. They were just trying to survive. So when somebody did something that immediately affected their survival, they tuned into it and they knew about it. Now, because we have so many distractions, people just look away and say, I don't want to deal with that. I want to play. I want to play today. I want to go to the beach. I want to do this. I want to go to a coffee shop. Whatever it is that they're doing. Instead of saying, yes, we're going to run right into the fire and we're going to fix this now so that the filth does not spread to something else. You got to nip it in the bud. It's the bread and circuses thing. Provide the bread and the circuses for the public, and they will be distracted in that direction, and they won't be seeing you put their hand in your pocket taking your money. Well, isn't that monster Yuval Harari, you know, Klaus Schwab's right-hand man? Man, you couldn't have even made a better supervillain than these guys. It's amazing. You know, I mean, it's almost cartoon-esque, the way that they approach things. But at any rate, he said something about just making sure that everybody will make them addicted to games and this, that, and the other thing so that nobody will fight. And that's pretty much exactly what they've done. Well, what they've tried to do. I don't think they're, I don't think they, they, they, they, they pull the switch too fast. If they would have waited another two, three, four years, maybe five years, six years, they might've got away with it. But, they pulled it too fast and there are too many people out there that understand what's going on and have put the brakes on and now we're in the other process where we're turning it around the turning around process is a long process but that's what we're doing we're trying to get people Back on track. Trump has been doing this marvelous job by some of the battles that he's been fighting right here in America, what he's been doing here. So these trying to get the people waking up to get out of the matrix, to get out of the brain fog, and to see what's really going on is happening. We're in the middle of it. I can see it. Our group is not growing really fast, but we do have people that are on the fringe that are listening. We are picking up new members here and there. Your organization, the BNN is picking up people. Taxpayer or the Constitutional Party is picking up people. So we're getting more and more. But like I said, it's an extremely long process. Yeah. People are running. I mean, the growth that we're having in our party is just absolutely insane. It's insane, the growth that we're having and people stepping forward. One of the best things people could do for us is just sign up for our newsletter so that I can communicate with people because we're being censored so heavily that the newsletter for us is a way to way to come forward. What they underestimated is they underestimated the John Taters and the Mike Bambuses of the world. The people out there that are going to fight this no matter what, that will not stop fighting, that there's no end to this until we stop the evil that's out there. They underestimated that American spirit of loving freedom and liberty. And quite honestly, if they ever tried to forcefully take firearms from people, they're going to have civil war right then and there. It will be immediate and there's going to be no coming back from that. I don't think that they've got their arms around that quite yet. They've lost that battle. That battle is over. They've lost that battle. They can't control that anymore because people understand why we have to have, you know, why we, they, you know, the founding fathers put that in there. Why they put that in there because they knew that, that the system, until Jesus Christ steps back on this earth, we are going to have to deal with the evil that's around us. Now we've got two choices, and the choices are we get rid of the evil and we totally disable it, or we keep just every day having to get punched one more time and then have to slam back. Punch, punch, punch, punch, punch. It's a never-ending cycle of of just, I don't know, confusion and disruption. But if we really want to deal with this, we're going to have to get rid of it. And that means there's going to be a lot of people that won't like the options. You know, they're a good person. They didn't mean to rape a child. Huh? Do you even listen? You know, it's like when I listen to people who are who have that mindset, that sappy emotional mindset, I'm like, you even listening to yourself, how absolutely ridiculous you sound at this point in time. And and the fact that it's not working. So we have to try something different. And and I'm kind of a fan of let's let's handle business here and get rid of it. I don't see a reason for any any more people to be harmed. be stolen from and that sort of thing than what we've already experienced. It seems absolutely absurd to me. Well, I agree with you and I agree that we are at a crossroads right here, but I think we are winning the battle. I think Trump is being very successful. I agree. Hoping that it continues uh in in the direction it is it's a long process it's a slow process but it is effective in what's happening and that's what we have to look at the uh effectiveness of what of this process that people are starting to see the light and starting to wake up because prior to this time It's like talking to the wall when it was talking to people. I think you would have been gone already had President Trump not been there because they had planned the demise of us. If it hadn't been, you know, the good guys, President Trump said in general that I adore completely because of his bravery and respect immensely, General Flynn and Admiral Rogers, you know, and so many other good people. If they hadn't stepped in and taken an oath, to fix this or die trying, we would be done. And they're doing a good job. Now, does that mean that we agree with everything they do? Probably not. But part of this situation is teaching people what we didn't know and what we needed to know, but what we were never taught. And so sometimes the only way to get people to actually fight and get engaged is get them pissed off enough to move. you know and and get them off their butts get get moving get into something that's for real and fight you know we're comfortable we don't do anything we sit there and drink more sangria yeah that's the problem uh we need to get more and more people involved more and more people to understand what's going on some of the information is rubbing off on some of the on some of the uh relatives and whatnot, uh, I'm seeing it in, in my, my area, uh, that they're not so, um, they don't have so much Trump. What is it? Trump, um, the, the Trump syndrome. What is it? TDS Trump. Derangement syndrome. Derangement syndrome. They're not so deranged over Trump anymore. They they're, they're at least listening. They may not agree, but they're listening. Before, they weren't even listening. So many people are starting to listen and hear what's going on, and there's a little more dialogue going on, which is good. But like I said, it's a slow process. It's not going to happen overnight, but we still need to stay with it to protect our freedoms, because the opposite. of our freedom is tyranny. And that's where we were headed. That's where the Brits wanted to take us. They wanted to destroy this country. They were doing everything they could, bringing in immigrants, bringing in Obama, bringing in the the financing system, the the funny money system and making this whole United States fake. uh from the top down because they were not following the constitution they're fake uh so yes we we have made significant change already uh and if you don't see that change you're not looking you're you're still have your head in the clouds and you still you have to start paying attention to what's going on I think they're doing a great job too. I really am pretty positive on it. And I know a lot of people are like, no, Donna, they're tearing us down. They're doing the wrong thing. It's like, wait a minute, wait a minute. You've gone right straight to panic and fear. know yeah let's have an actual discussion on the elements that we see without getting hostile or upset i mean that's the way we got to fix this thing we've got to be able to talk to each other not not not just say you know say this is what it is i'm not saying that i agree with absolutely everything i see as necessarily the right thing but if things were perfect we wouldn't need a government either i mean there's a balance of things that we're juggling at all points in time and you've got to weigh out the benefits if we have a population which is seeing things that are wrong that's a win in my category because that means that they're being educated and they're learning what it means to self-govern and the risks of sitting down and doing nothing that that's what we need how does president trump restore the government to the people if we've got an ignorant population And it's not that people necessarily are stupid. Ignorance means they just don't know. They don't know what's wrong. How many people keep flying with the Republican and the Democrat parties and saying, oh, it's the only hope. Yeah. You know why you say it's the only hope? Because they've done nothing for the past how long? And they're taking foreign money in our elections. Thereby, if you join with them or you stand with them or you vote for one of them, you are complicit in a crime. You have given your time and your treasure to an organization that is, by and large, taking foreign money in elections, which is patently wrong and illegal. Yep. I don't like the party system, even though I'm the chairman of the U.S. Taxpayers Party. I'm a fan of getting rid of all parties. But we have to take forward money in the election. And so I'll be darned if I'm going to leave a weapon that these people have left on the battlefield. and not pick it up and use it to beat them. You know, that's what we do. You can't you just don't throw in with them, you know, use use the weapons that they've got out there. It's just like private membership associations. They started the private membership associations in order to stay outside of the scrutiny, right? And so why wouldn't we use them in order to do the same thing? Because they can't rat you out if you have a private membership organization without exposing the entirety of the Clinton Foundation and all these other foundations to scrutiny. You know, that's right. And President Trump has done this over and over and over again. He uses their weapons to beat him. And it's illegal, which is they've made it legal. And he's taking them down. There's been so many arrests that have happened. People are like, there's no arrest. Why? Because you want to hear it on Fox News. Good luck with that. You know, where are you going to hear it? Where are you going to hear all this information? Brandenburg News Network. There's the answer right there. On the networks. Yeah. Not going to get it. No, because they're being paid by the corporations just like the politicians. They're all running cover for each other. So you got to step outside of the crime syndicate. Looks like Mike's having trouble getting in there. I see Mike. Are you there? Let's see what happens. I've got you. Can you hear us? I can't hear you. Back to the... Back to the microphone issue. So it's like Mike, Mike, Mike. So I have to join this phone or something. So, but yeah, I just really appreciate everything you and Rhonda, you know, everybody in your group, everybody in your group that all that you guys do is just amazing. And you have your let's see. Oh, here's Mike. We'll see if he's on. He says, no. How about phone? Does the phone work? Let's try the phone like you did last time. Maybe that'll work because you were able to connect with the phone, I think, last time. Let's see if that'll work. So let me see if we can get your banner up here. So is tonight a Zoom or is it Nicholas? Oh, it's Wednesday. Wednesday is Zoom. A Wednesday. Yeah, tomorrow. Tomorrow between seven and nine, we will be on Zoom again, inviting anybody and everybody to come on board and We are talking about Norton versus Shelby County. We're reading the old case. Actually, not the old case. We're reading the case from the Supreme Court. We're not reading the short version. We're reading the long version. And it brings into the other counties that were involved in the same kind of struggle that Shelby County was involved in. And so it makes it a little easier to understand. And so once we get done with that, we'll be working on some other cases, but it's a good time to get involved. And if you have any issues, bring them on to our meeting or talk to us. We have time. We'll spend a little bit of time with you and help you out. If you have some kind of problem or question that you want to talk about, or if you're being pinched by the government for finances, for money, for the funny money system, that constitutionally doesn't exist. Therefore, you're not responsible for it. Come talk to us. You know, I would really like to do something to on, you know, getting helping people understand what true harm is rather than imagined harm. You know what I mean? There's a lot of people that imagine that they've had a harm or they're just using it to grift. And then there's actual harm out there. And I know that you guys are pretty good at spotting the difference and being able to actually launch a good defense on whether somebody has done a true harm. Most of it's coming from within our government, honestly. It's not coming from the outside. It's coming from the inside of our government. They're using that. So let's see. I sent the link to Mike on his, I think we're getting somewhere. Let's see. Mike, can you... I was listening to X-Forty-Two yesterday. I was listening to X-Forty-Two yesterday. And it was being... Turn your computer off there, okay? It was being... throughout the entire program. I mean, every five minutes you'd have to get up and reset the computer in order for it to continue. So there's a lot of stuff going on right now in the censoring, in the AI process that's causing problems for the general public. So to pay attention to that and understand that's That's where we're at. That's what's happening. A lot of internet outages. We've been following them and watching the progression. It started last week, last week Monday, and it rolled right through the United States. And the first day it was bad. By Thursday, it was all the hubs were being affected. And then it moved from that. It moved over to China and India. And then India got hit harder. So you could see it like as a wave across the globe. So I expect we're going to see more internet disruptions, which I think is a good thing. Because when we disable these large networks, the ones that are really getting hurt, it's an inconvenience. Nobody likes to be disconnected or have a problem. I hate it. Okay. And it's a problem because we all want to have our conveniences and things work the way that they're normally working. But it really hurts the bad guys because if they can't communicate and they miss minutes on trades or things that need to go on, they lose so much money and they lose their leverage. So every time you see an Internet outage, just kind of sit back and go, huh. Looks like the good guys are doing some good work here. We've got some going on, and it's going to be okay. Just roll with it. Anyhow, any other words that you have today before you sign off, John? I know you always have to go at ten. Yeah, keep on fighting. Don't quit. This war is going to go on for a while yet, but we have to stay engaged, and we have to stay vigilant. Remember, our freedom is at stake at this point in time. We are at a point that we could lose everything if we allow it to go in the other direction. Yeah. Well, I got to let you know before you leave here, too, with the U.S. Taxpayers Party, one of the things that we're doing is I'm starting an ambassador program and also a group of investigator detectives. And so we'll be working on projects to bring the truth forward so people can actually see what's going on. Who's done what? Who's who in the zoo? and that sort of thing. It's going to be really fun. That's one of my favorite things to do. I like to go in and research and find out exactly what's going on, what they've done and how they did it and who's connected to who. And so your information that you had this morning on Slotkin and some of the other people, I think that would be good for people to be able to put their comments on there and then have them have them verified and then look into it and verify what people say, because people are People that are the closest to the news source are the most reliable. Like Renita that was on here Monday, their director, I believe it's the supervisor of elections, she hired her son who has no qualifications, and she didn't even make receipts, didn't even – deposit receipts for like six weeks after the tax bills were were due nothing happened they're they're hiring people to create jobs nepotistic jobs and such and this kind of stuff needs to come out because the ones you really got to watch the ones that are out in front are okay, but it's the ones in the second position that are really the problem. So if you're looking at the judge, look at their clerks because the clerks are the ones that are the problem. When you're looking at the elections, look at the deputies that they appoint themselves and the relationships. If you're looking at somebody who committed the crime, like say, oh, Sean Wilmoth that got convicted of felony charges for the signature fraud that they did in two thousand two. You need to look at the next person next to them, i.e. look at their spouses, because if they're going to hide something, that's where it's going to go. And they know how to do this sort of thing. So she was she was acquitted of all fault. That's fine. But she probably still got enrichment out of the money that he took. Yeah. You have to look at these things for what they are and be informed. Anyhow, I'm going to go to – thanks, John, for being here today. And I'm going to go to a fifty-seven second break. And I'll be right back with Mike, the man, the myth, the legend. So long. Hey, John. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it is June nine, twenty twenty six. Welcome to our show. And I'm here with Mike, the myth, the man, the myth, the legend. So what's happening, Mike? Morning. How you doing? Do you get any judges? Got any judges facing some legal challenges at the moment? We have some right now and a whole lot more coming. and um again our federal cases are pretty much uh sitting idle they're not moving on them um we do have court this thursday um in regards to them trying to evict my father from where he lives and uh we had filed a motion to dismiss the case because the plaintiff in that case initially filed against uh my grant my grandfather and my mother were both deceased So we filed the motion to dismiss. My father came as the executor of both of those accounts. And we also listed the fact that the house is in a trust, irrevocable trust. And I listed was, I was listed on there as the trustee on behalf of the trust authorized representative. The judge, denied the motion to dismiss on the basis that my father is not a party in interest, nor is the trust. So let's think about this for a moment. Okay. You can't make this shit up. It's all games. The judge in the written order states that the motion to dismiss filed on May seventh of twenty twenty five. The case didn't exist in twenty twenty five. The case just started two months ago. um states that the party uh that filed the motion is not a party in interest so the judge is admitting right there that my father is not a party in interest to the case so why are we here you can't sue a dead person you can't evict a dead person wouldn't that be something that you know they started evicting people out of the graves um So, oh, Jesus said it was going to happen. Everybody's going to rise on that day. So I don't know, you know, so, so what are we, you know, it's going to be like, what are we doing here? Judge? Now the order was never signed. It was never dated. So if we wanted to appeal it, how do you appeal an order? That's not dated and the clerk certified it. So the clerk is on the hook. for certifying a bogus order. The order is invalid because it's not proper. It doesn't state a fact of law that it's basing the dismissal or denial on. And so if my father's not a party in interest, who is? Why are we here? Now, the other scenario to this whole affair is that in the motion to dismiss, We lay the whole groundwork out that the plaintiff manufactured a default. And what they did was they refused the payments in order to manufacture the default. You can't do that. In Michigan MCL, four four zero point thirty six oh three. Refusal of a tendered obligation is tendered in full. so basically my father's going to get free rent out of this whole whole affair because with them refusing and returning the checks they're admitting that it's paid in full through through the state law which they're trying to ignore uh there's no party in interest in the matter because the judge said so uh even though it's a bogus order And so I don't know, I don't expect this hearing to go more than five minutes. It's a Zoom hearing and I don't see it going more than five minutes because if there's no party in interest, why are we here? Now you've wasted everybody's time. You wasted the court's time. We're going to be asking for sanctions. We also hit them with the fact that the attorney representing the corporation, the management company, is acting without, it's committing the unauthorized practice of law. so i believe that's uh people be california corporation in so why are you saying there why are you saying that exactly because an attorney lisa a bar attorney cannot represent a corporation because everything is hearsay the attorney has no first-hand knowledge on anything so how does he represent something that that's technically a void he can't he can't justify it so the other element we hit him with was the fact that the attorney doesn't have a license to practice law so how are they going to get around that one because we know for a fact that there's no such thing as a license to practice law so we don't expect this case to last more than this hearing to last more than maybe five minutes because as soon as the judge says identify yourself is going to judge according to your order Not dated, not properly signed, full of misinformation. You state that, and this is my father speaking, I am not a party in interest in this matter. I don't know why I'm here. Now the whole thing dumps on the judge. The whole thing dumps on the other side to say and prove that he's now a party in interest when the judge already stated in her order that he's not a party in interest. So this will be a fun three-ring circus. I believe the proper term would be kangaroo court. Yeah, sounds like it. Yeah. So there's that element. I'm sure she's probably going to try and prohibit me from representing the trust, which now she's going to have a little bit of a situation that she's now going to have to deal with on that matter. And just to let you know, I almost didn't come on the show today. I received a letter. I was extremely distraught and very upsetting. And I'm not really sure what I'm going to do because after reading this letter, I'm totally devastated because the letter that I received a few days ago was from the Michigan Bar Association. And they informed me. They're informing me that the investigation into my unauthorized practice of law is being closed. There's nothing to substantiate the investigation. And they're closing the case. They're closing the matter. And they don't want to play with me anymore. So I'm distraught. I'm really distraught over this. Mike, this is like amazing. So now I have that letter stating that there's no grounds to come after me for the unauthorized practice of law. So if the judge says, well, you can't represent the trust. Well, judge, according to the Bar Association, I'm not playing attorney. I'm not doing anything illegal here. I'm not practicing law. I'm not doing any of that because the bar sent me this letter saying so. So now what is she going to do? So, yeah, I'm going to have some fun with this. so um but yeah the the courts like you guys are saying are corrupt now i've talked about the flock cameras and how to beat those i mean you get yourself a biometric trust now they're taking your property your biometrics is your personal private property under the constitution under the taking clause if they take your property they must give you just compensation are they no they're not So there's that element. So you can nail them from the trust. Now the trust is the one that brings the claim and the suit in federal court. Don't do it in state court. And you can sue them. Now, if you've got a duly, if you have a proper trust in place, a biometric trust, you have a fee schedule attached to that. Everything is properly recorded and and everything and you can hit them with some substantial fines and fees for taking your property without consent and that's what they're doing. You can also bring a claim against the company running the flock cameras because they are in a sense a quasi law enforcement agency created by your local municipalities. As soon as they contracted with them, now they're acting as a law enforcement element agent, and they can't do that. They can't do that. So the flat cameras also being placed on the street corners or whatnot. Who owns that property? We do. Did they get consent to put something on our property? No. So now they must prove territorial jurisdiction, which they cannot do. So speaking of territorial jurisdiction, I have a project going on in Washtenaw County and we have to put in a driveway. So send the information over to Washtenaw County Road Commission and received a letter back stating that because the road is private, the county has no jurisdiction. Now let's think about that for a moment. If the county doesn't have jurisdiction over a private road, which is private property, then how does the rest of the county administrators have any jurisdiction? You can't say that this department doesn't have jurisdiction, but that department does. You can't be kind of pregnant. So it's either you do or you don't. And for the road commission to state that, and they didn't state it as the road commission doesn't have jurisdiction. They just said that the county doesn't have jurisdiction. So I'm going to use that. to show and prove that they don't have jurisdiction over the land to begin with. They only attach their jurisdiction to property, but they cannot attach that jurisdiction to the land itself. There's a difference between property and land. But they play the word salad, and that's a whole other rabbit hole that we're going to get into down the road here. Because I'm working on, and hopefully this week I'll be finishing up a process by which to eliminate property taxes. And so this will be something that will be made available to whoever wants to try it. It's not going to be I'm going to say right now it's not going to be proven, but I am going to try and prove it because I am going to basically be the point on the spear and I'm going to run with this and this process. And I'm going to probably hit some bumps in the road on this, which is to be expected. But it's been a long time since someone's actually done this process and actually won. So I've tweet, I've gone and reviewed a lot of different aspects of this. And I've kind of weeded out some of the bad points. I've added some new things to the process. And so I'm very confident that this is going to be successful. Not to say it's not going to have several roadblocks in it, but this is not a state issue. This is a federal issue in regards to property taxes. And they'll try and say it's a state issue, but it's not. The reason why it's not is because all the land is under some form of a patent, land patent. And that is an act created by Congress. And that is why it's not a state issue, it's a federal issue. So I will keep you posted on that process and how it goes. Now, back to the state courts. First off, if you get, let's say, a speeding ticket, who's the plaintiff on that case? The state of Michigan. Well, if the state is a party to the case, pursuant to Article III, Section II, Clause II, who has original jurisdiction? That would be the U.S. Supreme Court. So are they following the Constitution? Nope. So where would they be able to get the authority? Well, they're going to try and claim, well, under statutory law, that the jurisdiction falls now into the state courts, into the state courts. No, no, no, no, no. Since when can the legislators of the state create a statute or a code that amends the Constitution? They can't. They can't. So does that claim have any validity to it? No, absolutely not. So what I'm also going to be bringing to your show here, possibly next week, I'm waiting for the transcripts right now. But I have a judge who in one of the cases I had a few years ago, um, I challenged him in that they were bitching that I was had paid him in coffee beans. And they wanted, you know, they wanted the fiat currency. And so I said, you're acting nothing more than a third party debt collector for the state of Michigan. And he got upset. He says, I am not acting as a third party. He goes, that money doesn't go to the state. It goes to the court. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. You just stated on and for the record that the money doesn't go to the plaintiff, the state of Michigan. It goes to the court. So if the money goes to the court. That would mean that the court would have what a financial vested interest in the outcome of the case. If the court has a financial vested interest in the case, guess what? They're disqualified. That's an impropriety that warrants the disqualification of the judge. Now, they're going to argue, well, that the judge doesn't personally benefit from that. Where does he get his money for his salary? How is everything paid for? Yes. It may not be going directly into his wallet at the end of the day. But if he benefits in any way, shape, or form from that money, then yes, he is receiving a benefit, a financial interest benefit. So, yeah, he's disqualified. This is totally... And this violates the Constitution on so many levels, it ain't even funny. So, yeah, if you're going to court in one of these state pretend courts, and all they really are are tax courts. They're administrative tax courts. They're not an Article III court. They're a joke. You've got these men and women wearing black satanic robes pretending they're judges. And even Justice Gorsuch said that they're pretend judges. And so, you know, we can prove it. You know, where's your oath of office? Where's your anti-bribery statement? Where's your foreign agent registration statement? Hey, by the way, Article VI, Section XIX, where's your license to practice law? It's a mandate, a mandate that they have a license to practice law. They don't. They cannot produce it. A bar card is not a license. It is what it is. It's a membership card. It's like a Costco membership, a union card. That's all it is. so there is no license we've proven that in court i mean i disqualified that one prosecutor just for the fun of it uh just because you know he was a being a bonehead and i decided well let's teach this guy a lesson you know judge it's come to my attention that the prosecuting attorney doesn't have license practice law she swore him in he swore under oath i've got a license really well i employed his office the prosecutor's office asking for a copy of his license they said it didn't exist I foiled the AG's office. They said it didn't exist. I foiled Laura, the Licensing and Regulatory Department of the State of Michigan. They said they don't license attorneys. So where's the license? Uh-oh. What did he just do? He committed perjury. He gone. Next. Bring in the next one. Who wants to be next? Who wants to be the next contestant? Come on down. So... yeah this is why people like coming to my court cases i have i have too much fun with this so hilarious it's absolutely hilarious so yeah we have a lot of fun in court um the judges i get them to say and do things they are not supposed to say or do i had well judge bain came out from behind his bench got up walked out from behind his bench and started ridiculing and calling my court watchers sheep for coming and watching my court my court case actual sheep Yes. Oh, wow. So yeah, these, these guys, once you get them rattled, once you get under their skin and if you know how to do it, oh my goodness, they just, they come unraveled. They, they just get all right in the face or they start having a little temper tantrums, throwing things around, um, all kinds of things. I mean, it's, it's, it's entertaining. So, um, Yeah, it's you got to love it. Yeah. Make things easy for you. Yeah. You know, I said I can't make this shit up. I mean, it just you know, you got to know how to push their buttons. You got to know how to push their buttons. I've got transcripts of one judge who said that the law is a suggestion. And there's no one not and you're not bound to it. Now, when I got that ruling, and that was from— They can just do whatever they want is what they're saying. Yeah, pretty much. It doesn't matter. It's my opinion that counts. Yes. Now, here's the key on this. It was Teresa Brennan, Judge Teresa Brennan, Fifty-Third District Court. She was the judge that was removed from the bench, disbarred, and went to jail. So she stated, for the record, that the law is suggestive. She's not bound to it. And she's not bound to the ruling of the Supreme Court, unless she didn't think so. So I challenged that ruling that she made. And they ended up bringing in a visiting judge. I can't remember his name right now. But he went so far as to not only uphold that statement that she made, I challenged him even further, and he admitted that on the record that the rules the court rules circumvent the constitution and i'm like are you kidding me so i appealed that one and i went to the michigan court of appeals and the michigan court of appeals upheld it i went wow this is this is like you know the fox watching the hen house now i could have taken it to the supreme court But I didn't. And here's why. Because the Michigan Court of Appeals upheld those interpretations, those rulings, I put that in my back pocket and I waited. And sure enough, a couple of years later, I get before Judge Susan Geddes. I call her Dean Bat Geddes. If you've ever seen it, if you're ever before her, you'll understand what I mean by that. and so we're in a hearing and she issues this order from the bench and i looked at her was it ruling against me and i looked right at her and i said judge thank you for your opinion and she looked at me like what i said well thank you for your opinion and she goes my orders are not an opinion i said well sure they are she goes no they're not you are to follow them blah blah blah blah blah they are not an opinion i said well then we have conflicting orders She goes, what do you mean, conflicting orders? I said, well, according to Judge Teresa Brennan, the law is suggestive and not binding. And I said, I appealed that ruling, because I didn't agree with it, all the way to the Michigan Court of Appeals, and they upheld it, which is a court higher than you. Ooh, that stung, didn't it? And her rebuttal was, well, Judge Brennan's no longer on the bench. Oh, so what you're telling me then is when a judge is no longer on the bench, that those rulings are no longer applicable? And now I got this look of panic on her face, like, shit, why did I just say that? And her only comeback was, I made my ruling. She got up and ran out of the courtroom. So, yeah, some of the stuff that comes out of their mouth, some of their antics, it's like if you pay attention to what they say, you listen carefully, and you can just take whatever it is that comes out of their mouth and turn it right around on them. And now they're in a state of panic because, like, oh, crap, you're actually paying attention to what I'm saying. I can't get away with the word salad. I can't get away with BSing you and intimidating you. I mean, let's face it. When you go to court, and this is another thing we're going to raise up on Thursday, because she may say, well, why are you here then if you're not a party in interest? Well, because we're here under threat, duress, and coercion. Because what happens if we don't show up? What do they do? Oh, they send out, they issue a bench warrant. And then they have the guys with guns come out and track you down and drag you in under threat, duress, and coercion, under gunpoint. So it isn't voluntary that we're there. It isn't by special appearance. It isn't by anything else. It's under there by threat, duress, and coercion. Because if you don't, then they're going to come after you. And you can sit there and do all the administrative paperwork you want. Bottom line, if they want to drag your ass into court, they will. Case in point, I was in Tuscola County. I was to testify for a trial. And the day of the trial, I'm there as a witness. They arrested me on a bench warrant inside the courthouse. And it's like, you got to be kidding me. They held me until the trial was done before they released me. The magistrate, because they transported me from Tuscola County to Livingston County, and I got before Magistrate Sherwood. And he says, well, there was a court appearance that you were supposed to show up for. That's why the bench warrant. I said, really? I said, show me the proof of service. He went through the files, could not find any proof of service. He goes, oh, you're not supposed to be here. No shit, Shinola. But they held me until the trial was over with so I couldn't get back to Tuscola County to testify. And the gal was found guilty because I couldn't testify. I had evidence and documentation to show that she was innocent. And they held me so that I couldn't go testify. This is the crap they pull. This is the shenanigans. And we got to people got to wake up to this stuff. People have got to understand that. Yeah, we shouldn't grab our pitchforks and, you know, do it that way. But at the same time, damn it, we can't allow them to continue being the bully on the block. What do you do with bullies? You got to you got to shut them down. You have to show equal strength. OK, strength through, you know, like Trump, you know, has has told it a lot of times we we show we have peace through strength so the only reason why russia and the united states don't launch their missiles is because what one you're going to destroy the plan nobody survives number one destruction assured yes yes now these cops especially the fake cops The fake cops got to know their place, okay? They're holding an office de facto. Got proof of that. I've got them by their own admission. I send whatever city you live in, whatever township you live in, I don't care where it is, send your local law enforcement, your city police, your township police, send them a FOIA asking for their de jure documents. Okay. Pursuant to Norton v. Shelby County. And you spell out what the jury means. You spell out what de facto means in your FOIA request. And send them a FOIA request. I do that. I've got a whole onslaught of cities that I've done this to. I've done it to the Michigan State Police. They come back by their own admission, a certified response. The response is certified, which means it can be used as evidence in court. And they admit it. They admit they're in office de facto. Now, how do they admit it? What they try to do is play, again, the word salad. And per your FOIA request, the documents requested do not exist in our department or our city or whatever the case may be. Those documents do not exist. Therefore, your FOIA is being denied. Well, they're trying to double talk you. What did they actually just say? They said that their de jure documents do not exist. Well, if they don't exist, they're an office de facto. If it isn't one, it's got to be the other. So if they can't prove their de jure status, that means they're an office de facto. And they try and bury it in, well, we couldn't, you know, those documents don't exist and therefore your FOIA is being denied. They try to sidetrack you with the word denial and all that. They're admitting they don't have those documents. They're an office de facto. So you have that. You keep that in your arsenal so that if you're ever stopped by them, and I carry a binder in my trucks that shows that, you know, I don't have every municipality, but I have the ones I frequent the most. And if I'm stopping and saying, well, right here, according to your own department, you're an office de facto. Do you really want to continue this? Because if you're going to continue this, now we're in commerce. Now I get to charge you for my time. You're getting paid for your time. I get to charge for my time. Well, here's the cop. I just need to see your license and registration and proof of insurance, yada, yada, yada. Really? Are you ordering me? Yes, I'm ordering you. Okay, well, that'll be five thousand dollars. You want to see my license? It's five thousand dollars. You want to see my ID? That's five thousand dollars. What do you mean at this point? I mean, is it like I does it make him angry or do they get like they do? They they're taken back by it. Well, what do you what do you mean? You're fine. What do you mean by five thousand dollars? Well, you see that McDonald's over there on the street corner. When you go there and you place an order for a cheeseburger, what do you got to do? You got to pay for it. i just asked you are you ordering to see my id you said yes so you have placed an order with me we're in commerce here so because we're in commerce and you placed an order the price is five thousand dollars you got five thousand dollars on you now they're like well i i i just need to see it well are you ordering me or are you asking me uh now i'm asking okay that's different because you asked i can't charge you the five thousand dollars But because you asked, I'm going to say no. Now that totally just flabbergasts them. Now they don't know what to say or do. Well, why don't you get your supervisor here? Well, we don't need a supervisor. Oh, yeah, we need a supervisor because you don't know what to do at this point. You are totally lost on what to do at this point. Because you want to order something with me, it's going to cost you. If you're asking, I have the right to refuse. So now what do you want to do? So that just totally unravels their whole, you know, ten-foot tall macho BS. So you get the supervisor there and say, well, right here, you know, by your department's own admission, I have a FOIA certified response from you guys saying you're an office de facto pursuant to Norbury-Shelby County. You're bound by U.S. Supreme Court rulings, aren't you? Yes, you are. So now, what do you want to do here? Well, you want to write a ticket? That's called a securities instrument. If you're going to write a securities instrument, I'm going to charge you for it. I have some other forms here. You can read it. We'll fill it out. And I have a form here for federal court. What do you mean federal court? Well, I'm going to take all your names, list you as all the defendants in this case for depriving me of my right to travel, and I'm going to take you to federal court. And you have to explain to a federal judge why you stopped me because there was no emergency. Your flasher's on back there. You've got your flashers on. It's supposed to indicate an emergency. Because there's no emergency, your officer admitted so on his little camera there that there is no emergency. You just committed a felony. That's number one. Number two, you have no probable cause. Was there anybody injured? No. Was there any property damage? No. Was anyone deprived of their rights besides me? No. Uh-oh. So there's no element of a crime. So now what? Well, your taillight was out. That's not where you're speeding. That's not a crime. That is not a crime. An element of a crime must exist to give you probable cause to stop me initially. It does not exist. You just admitted to it on your little camera. So now what? So now I'm going to take you to federal court. I'm going to bring claims against each of you personally for deprivation of rights under the color of law. And I'm going to sue your damn asses. And by the way, put down your wife's name. What do you mean my wife? Well, your wife is benefiting from your fraud. That's an unjust enrichment. So she's going to be named as a defendant in this matter as well. So, yeah, if you know, not everybody can do what I do on the side of the road. So if you're not sure about that, then, you know, do what you feel comfortable, what you feel you can do. Now, I've already got a pre-written motion to dismiss. Now, there's those out there, well, when you get the ticket, you're right on there when you read, do not carry the contract, and blah, blah, blah, and you send that in. Well, that doesn't work, okay? I don't know of anybody where that actually worked. I've tried it four times. It does not work. They totally ignore it. They ignore the fact that you do not want to contract with them under the UCC codes, all that crap. So, What I decided to do is I said, well, okay, what will get their attention? Well, a motion gets their attention. That's what gets their attention. The prosecutor is going to get served with a motion and the motion to dismiss. Contained in that motion to dismiss is do not care to contract, right to travel, all that kind of stuff. But what's also in there is they're committing the unauthorized practice of law because the prosecutor has no first-hand knowledge, does he? No. He's representing a corporation. That's a dead entity. So how can a dead entity have any first-hand knowledge of anything? The prosecutor also doesn't have a license to practice law. We've proven that, haven't we? Yes, we have. So we hit them with that as well. We hit him with no foreign registration statement, no anti-bribery statement, all that stuff. We hit him with everything. Now, the prosecutor has twenty-one days to respond to the motion to dismiss. If he doesn't respond, that's a default. Case dismissed. Now, we're also going to hit him with the fact that Article III, Section II, Clause II, the state is a party to the case. Well, that means the original jurisdiction is supposed to be before the U.S. Supreme Court, not in this rickety uh pretend court so now we got to change the venue this is something they don't want to deal with it's easier to say you know what get it get out of here don't don't bother us and yeah you shut them down that way now you're not not funding them you know you know all this stuff about defund the police you know what i kind of agree with that we need to defund the fake cops Well, we're going to have crime. Crime is going to instrument. We're going to have looting and all this stuff because we don't have law enforcement. I didn't say that. I said defund the fake cops. Now, what would that mean? It would mean that all your city and township police departments, your state police are in one of two capacities. One, the state police could be there as an advisory position. Meaning that they could investigate a murder. They can investigate a fatal car crash on the highway. Okay. They could do that. And then they could hand in their report to the sheriff's department who actually moves forward with the case from there. So they act as an advisory position. That they can do. What they can't do is stop, detain, arrest, or issue security instruments, i.e. tickets. That's revenue raising by the executive branch, which doesn't have that delegated authority. It's strictly legislative. Only the legislators can raise revenue, not the executive branch. And the legislators cannot delegate that authority to the executive branch or the judiciary branch. So right there, you've already got they've already crossed the line and you serve their authority. So. the city and township police departments, what those would have to be, they would have to become sheriff departments. Now at one time in our not too long ago history, every town had a sheriff. Every town had a sheriff's department. What happened to them? All of a sudden they became county sheriffs. And now they want to get rid of the county sheriffs as well. So We got to pay attention to what they're doing, the shenanigans they're doing. They're trying to manipulate the whole system. And now they've got the flock cameras. So now the flock camera, it's for your safety. If your car is stolen, we'll be able to track it. Yeah, no, I don't think so. Because you're not just using it for that purpose. You're using it for other means and other reasons. Data collecting. Who are you selling that data to? Did you have my consent to sell that data? Who's using that data? Do they have my consent to use it? No. So, no. Flock cameras, absolutely not. All this text stuff where you've got drones flying over people's houses, uh-uh. As far as I'm concerned, knock them down. They've violated your airspace. You own, when you buy land, you own that which is below and you own everything above. You own that airspace. If they violate your airspace, bring a claim against them. Because those drones are probably not properly marked. They're not properly identified. It doesn't say Sheriff's Department on the side of them. They're just a white drone with maybe a couple numbers on it. But They're not properly identified. Now, last I checked, we are currently under a declaration of war against terrorism, are we not? So how do I know who's sending that drone? How do I know the intent of who's behind that drone, what their intent is? I have no clue. But what I do know is that there's an executive order that clearly states that we, the people, are to do everything we can to combat terrorist and terrorist activities wherever they may lie, foreign and domestic. As far as I'm concerned, that's a domestic terrorist threat, that drone flying over my house, because I don't know the intent. I don't know why it's here. Why is it here? Why is it flying over my house? To my knowledge, there's been no crime here. To my knowledge, I'm not doing anything illegally on my private property. So why is there a drone flying over my house? Why are they photographing my house? For what purpose? What is their intent? What are they using that information for? Why are they posting that on the Internet? Now, I don't know. Maybe I never raised this at a meeting. I said, you guys are posting all this crap on the Internet. You're a bunch of flipping idiots. Because what does that do? And how does that, you're aiding pedophiles. Now a pedophile can survey the area, see which backyard has a place at. Oh, there's kids at this house. There's kids at that house. He has the lay of the land. He knows the escape routes. And now he can go in and abduct kids. Child trafficking. You want to stop child trafficking? Shut down these drones and then photographing your properties. They don't have the authority to do so. none whatsoever did they regret your consent to do so no they did not have you committed a crime no you did not this is their this is an invasion of your privacy this is a taking of your uh information your personal private information you put up a privacy fence around your backyard for what privacy how are you getting your privacy when they're flying overhead and photographing they violated your airspace Everybody's got to stop and think about this and do something about it because they're not going to stop. If you don't, your silence is giving them consent to continue and escalate this. Have you ever seen them? What was that? Minority Report. You ever see that movie Minority Report with Tom Cruise? No, I don't really watch many movies or much TV. I'm kind of on the outside. The movie is about preventing crime before it happens. So they've got some soothsayer that can see into the future and know that this guy is going to commit this crime. So then the police go and they arrest him before the crime actually even happens. That's what they want to do. Well, we're going to stop all crime. Well, let's think about this for a moment. If you stop all crime, aren't you out of a job? If there's no crime, why do we need police? Well, it's just like, it's just like the cancer industry. It's an industry. Now they don't want to cure cancer because they make too much money off of people dying. Right. And that's why they'll never the, the, the, the, the rhetoric that, Oh, we're going to stop all crime. No, you're not. You're looking for more ways to raise revenue to say, Hey, You got a shed in your backyard that we didn't approve. Hey, you've got dandelions growing in your backyard. We don't approve of that. Hey, your dog isn't on a leash. We don't approve of that. This is them doing nothing more than micromanaging every aspect of your life because you've got big brother with their cameras watching every move you make. The next thing they're going to do is say, You're going to get a letter from your insurance company saying, hey, it looks like your roof needs to be replaced. We want it replaced in the next six months. Hey, it looks like the siding on your house needs to be updated. If you don't do it, we're going to cancel your insurance. This is where this is headed. Don't think for one minute this is just about law enforcement. The insurance industry is going to capitalize on this as well. And they already are. I can't tell you how many times I give calls from people saying, hey, my insurance company says I need to upgrade my windows or I need to put a new roof on the house or I need new siding or something. And they're going to cancel my insurance if I don't get this done. And I got six months to do it. I get calls on this all the time. Now, how does the insurance company, does the insurance agent walk out to your house and now I'm going to do an inspection on your house and see if we're going to insure it? No, they're using... The photographs taken by these cameras. Now, did you give them consent to do so? No. So what they're using is they're using that against you. You need to do this or else. Come on, people. We've got to get with the program here. You've got to shut this shit down. Yeah, we can't just keep going with just because it's the way it's always been done. And that's such a slippery slope. It's incredible. And people don't even see it. It's like a frog being boiled in water. They don't even see the threat until their goose is cooked, you know. And it's really too bad. Yeah, it's going to get way out of hand. And then, like I said, you know, it's not being used to do anything that's good. It's going to cause more harm and is causing more harm than anything else. And to be under a hundred percent surveillance at all times. Sorry. That's how, how are you living in a free society when you're under surveillance? How are you, how are you in a free society when that surveillance is dictating what you can and can't do in every aspect of your life? Is that what you call a free society? That's not by my definition. I like the good dose of reality. It's like dad energy reality that's coming out here today. You know, honestly, tell people wake up because they're like, they're like, I don't know. It's like we used to have this this little rabbit that would sit is adorable. Sit on the driveway. We just call them. We call them clueless bunny because clueless bunny would sit there and go, wow, that's a big cuckoo. car as you're, you know, approaching wouldn't move and just looked at things. Right. But wouldn't act, wouldn't do anything. So we just call them clueless bunny. And I'm like, clueless bunny is going to get smashed by a car. One of these days we watched out for him. That doesn't mean that everybody was. And the problem that we have with people is they're clueless to how much is wrong. And so they don't even know where to start. So I guess a good place to start is to absorb some of this dad energy and get our heads out and start thinking and fight. Yeah, don't worry so much about the gaslighting and everything that's going on in Washington. You turn on the dummy box and you're watching Fox or CNN or any of them, and all you're getting are the opinions of the supposed newscaster and how they interpret what's going on. And they get you all riled up and everything. Oh, Washington, this is what's happening in Washington today. Don't pay attention to that crap. What you should be paying attention to is what's going on in your own backyard. And what I mean by that is your local municipalities. What are they doing? Because I guarantee what they're doing is going to affect you more than what's happening in D.C., What's happening in your own backyard, you have more control over than you realize. Okay? Now, I was going to those township meetings regarding the one township trying to put in place ordinances pertaining to private roads and private driveways. And I went to those meetings and I spoke up and I played the groundwork out there. Well, now I find out that the zoning official has now quit. Now, was it something I said? I don't know. But I just find the timing interesting. Now they don't know what to do and their ordinances are on hold. They don't know why they can't proceed right now. So did I do something? Don't know. I probably never will know. That's okay. But the point of the matter is that now I put them on notice that they don't have the authority to do what they're doing. Their moratorium to stop construction and land splits has no merit, has no standing. Why? Because a moratorium has to have an end date. Theirs doesn't. It has to be based on an actual lawful statute, which it's not. And according to some of the people I talked to, this issue has been going on for twenty years. For twenty years, people can't split their property? For twenty years, they're being held hostage by the township and their so-called ordinances. Sorry. So I don't know if that official quit because of what I said and what the groundwork I laid out that they'd be dragged into federal court and that the answer for it. I don't know. But all I know is that people people I think I woke a lot of people up to the power and the authority that they have over their own local municipality. Yeah, and I think that's important. I mean, everything that you teach everybody is just fundamentally how many ways they break the law from within the system. I mean, the system, it needs a good house clean. From top to bottom, it needs a house clean. And I think that that's becoming more and more evident. People are waking up for it, but we need to wake them more up. You know what I mean? Right. No matter how aware you think you are of things going on, myself included, we're on a journey to finding out how deep the corruption is. and how bad these people are, what bad actors they are, and what they're capable of doing. It is really sobering when you start seeing more and more of the harm that they've done to just everyday Americans. People just get up every day, go to work every day, try to live a good life, try to take care of their families, and you are number one target. If you own a business, you are in the crosshairs. They're either going to try to buy you or they're going to destroy you. If you let them. If you let them. Yes, you got to know your rights. You got to know your rights. You know, it all comes back to the same thing. You know, I've been to a lot of different meetings, whether it be county meetings, local municipalities, township, city. There's a common denominator in that they will not make a decision without first consulting the attorney of record. Well, the attorney of record, he's not an elected official here. He's not elected to the board. Right. And why are these attorneys running our townships and everything else? Yes. Yes. So, again, I say it before, I'll say it again. The bar and bar members is an organized domestic terrorist organization. I challenge any judge sitting or retired. I challenge any bar member. to come on to this show and let's talk about it. You come on the show and prove to me you're not committing an act of domestic terrorism. I challenge anybody from the bar. Well, like I said, I got that letter. They don't want to play with me. Yeah, let's see what happens. So are you going to be at the U.S. Taxpayers Party meeting on Thursday in Wayne County? I have court Thursday. You have court? Well, that's kind of a bummer. I was hoping you would be there. No, I got court on Thursday with my dad. So this is the, yeah, we got Thursday's the hearing where we find out, you know, who's the party in interest because we don't know. Oh, that's funny. I wish you could be a mouse in there. You know, let me know what time it is. Maybe I'll scoot over there and just kind of jump in the courtroom and check this out. Well, it's a Zoom. It's all done by Zoom now. They definitely don't want me in that courthouse. They don't want to show what's been done. Yeah. Yeah, they have more control of doing the Zoom because then they can just push the button and mute. No, we don't want to hear you. Wait a minute. That's a deprivation of my due process rights when you do that. I have a right to object. I have a right to say something here, and you're hitting the mute button. I can't even object? No. That's a violation of due process. Yeah. So, you know, you want to play that game? I can, you know, go ahead, play that game and see what happens next. Huh. So this is, it's all very interesting. Curtis Clark is off to the side here. I can't get his comments up, but, um, he's saying there are no township peace officers anymore. It's a closed loop system of justice. And, uh, there's a, there's a bunch of, of, of, uh, comments there. I'd like to get you on, on X and see if he'll accept your comments there. Uh, Curtis, because it's always fun to get point count point going on. So. Well, thanks for being on. I'm going to bring Tom on just a second and say hi. Hey, Tom, how you doing? He got on mute. Hi, how you doing this morning? Doing great. Doing great. So any last words here, Mike? And then I'm going to go to a fifty seven second break and just got to get out there, pay attention to what's going on, get engaged. You got more power than you think and you got to get engaged in what's going on in your own backyard. Could fall on all the gaslighting in Washington, because really you don't have much you can do there right now. That'll come, though. But if you get your local municipalities to start guaranteeing and operating under the republic form of government, that will spread, and eventually that will affect Washington. So clean up your own backyard first. So that's got to get engaged. Got to pay attention. Thanks, Mike. And I'm going to go to a quick fifty seven second break and I'll be back on with Tom Howe. And we're going to be talking about trusts and stealing trusts through the government and them stealing stuff from us all the time. That's all they do is they steal. They don't produce anything. Be right back. and welcome to the third hour brandenburg news network i am donna brandenburg and it's the ninth day of june twenty twenty six welcome to our show and i'm here with tom how how you doing tom I'm good. Good, good. So, well, I got to tell you, this is going to be a fun conversation. We've been talking back and forth and about trust, trust law and how they're really messing with all of us through manipulation rather than just, just paying attention to the law and how they steal things. Would you introduce yourself a little bit and then give everybody a, a quick rundown on what we're talking about today and then we'll just get right into it. Okay. Um, I'm Tom Howm over in Genesee County, where Flint, Michigan is, where the water crisis, the lead poisoning water crisis was. I lived in Fenton, south of there, but I'm still in Genesee County. And this whole thing that we're gonna talk about here today, this part of it, was due to an illegal guardianship of my mom that was started by a family member. And what happened was is that this particular judge in Flint Jeannie Barkey, I've talked to the Attorney General about, she's probably one of the most notorious, in my opinion, she's probably one of the most notorious criminals in Genesee County. And she steals assets and she, in my opinion, she has a RICO theft ring operation going on with multiple attorneys. And they're all her friends from Cooley Law School that she went to college with. And there's pictures of them all, reunions and everything. So She called them all in and they committed fraud and they were there to steal assets and put my mom in guardianship. And on March third, after being held hostage in a COVID infested nightmare nursing home and being poisoned to death on Seroquel at ninety two years old, she didn't wake up in the morning and we tried to investigate it and she refused to let us. There's a whole bunch of procedures and a wrongful death and And this whole thing turned out on a Friday afternoon. We were in court with this Judge Byerly, who was a temporary judge on this case. And he's from Eaton County, which was in Charlotte. So just to give you an idea, it's just not the big city. So this guy is the state of Michigan judge who is the highest ethics judge in the state. And he committed fraud on the trust and issued an order to sell the house that's in the trust And with no finding of fact, no conclusions of law, and no agreement from any of the beneficiaries, which is required to pierce a trust. So with that court order, within about a half hour or so, mysteriously, my mom falls against a brick or a cement, not cement, a stone wall, an interior stone wall, a decorative actual real stone wall that's, you know, half these stones are cemented to, drywall and they had a window there and then she was in the cafeteria. And so she mysteriously, they say fell against this wall and broke her neck and her pelvis and was taken to Genesis hospital. So they gave her fentanyl. She went flat face. They dragged her back to nursing home on Sunday. And she kind of laid there until Wednesday morning where they found her dead. And we tried to investigate her pacemaker and the, a doctor wouldn't allow us to do that. And I think what they did was they, I have suspicions. They dropped a magnet on her pacemaker and killed her and they needed her dead because without her being dead, they couldn't possibly sell the house. And now this comes down into this first American title company who here's in grand blank, Michigan. They're all over the state of Michigan. There's offices by Mike and, and Brighton and, what what it appears is what they're doing is that when these court orders they find up or they have a cash buyer and when they get a cash buyer then they give them title insurance but they don't do a title search of a verified title search which is required by banks so that's why they always want a cash buyer so they don't have to produce a certified title search and then in this case These attorneys had also put a fake non-court order. Nobody issued this, allowed them to do this, but they put a title out there on the record, which is a fourteen year felony that said this fake guardian was in control of my mom's house and had taken it out of the trust illegally. And it was sitting out there and a title search would have shown that and they couldn't sell the house. So they didn't do a title search. So they proceeded anyway. And she died on a Wednesday, March third. So we're talking from Friday, five days later, she dies. And then the following week, six days later, they sell this house that I owned because the trust becomes irrevocable the moment of death. And I was the beneficiary. I own the property. And it was, there's things in trust, which are called spendthrift provisions. And it's a state law at seven hundred seventy five oh two. And you can't give third parties monies from trusts. It's not breakable, that's why you have a trust. And so nobody can ever break into it and only the money can be given to the beneficiaries. Now, in this case, we went to the appeals court on an appeal of right. These people who were involved in this, they embezzled all the money. The fake trustee from the court, this attorney, he embezzled the money. He paid thirty thousand five hundred dollars to pay his personal bill off to Bella Vita Nursing Home in Grand Blanc, Michigan. And then and I say personal because he signed the contract as guardian and he pledged my mom's house when as guardian, he had no legal authority to pledge my mom's house. And then he and this attorney from this Bella Vita filed what they call a future mortgage contract the day before my mom died on the title, which says, my mom's house pledges this, pledged the thirty thousand hundred plus dollars or whatever it turns out to be, to be paid. and this in joint willful participation, which is what's the requirement for a, uh, forty-two USC, nineteen eighty-three civil rights violation. First American title company stepped in as a, what they call a state actor. And normally State actors are agents of the state. They're employees of the state, a judge's employee of the state. Actually, an attorney is an officer of the court. He's an automatic state actor. And these state actors then got willful joint participation and First American Title Company dropped their guards. Now, in this court case, they claim that all we did was follow the court order. We're just a third party in this, and we don't have anything to do with this. I love how they blame everybody else. They told me to do it. I just did it. This is industry standard. This is normal. This is what we just do. This is not our fault. Eagle offered a permit. The Health and Human Services established the policy of theft. All of this stuff. It's such a bunch of crap. Yeah. And so under the Michigan Uniform Valuable Transaction Act, five, sixty six, thirty four, there are specific badges of fraud that they have is what, you know, suspicious timing. inadequate consideration to the trust, concealment of the beneficiaries in the trust. One of the things with the concealment was, is that this attorney, he rewrote a brand new certificate of trust. The day after my mom died, my mom died on March third, the next day afterwards, they wrote a brand new certificate of trust threatening anybody who would question their certificate of trust or the trust. They mentioned this First Amendment of trust, but they didn't provide it. And then they took the original trust and tore off the first four sections of it and only put the trustee powers. So this is just blatant, just, there's so many red flags in this, in this manager at the title company. And we don't know how many other people who were involved in this, We have no clue if she got approval from their attorneys or she did this on her own. That's still yet to be happening in future discovery. So we move forward. They sold the house. They kept the profit. Normally in a situation like this, the title company would have to call the beneficiaries, make sure they agree with it because they're the owners of the house. Trustee is just agent and the money should have been cut to me and It wasn't. And so all the money got spent on Craig Sipple's attorneys for ninety thousand dollars out of one hundred and eighty two thousand dollars. And then I had a lot of money to him. There was there was some questionable like none of the number, none of the none of the numbers add up in their accounting. And then when we came into court two and a half years later, they just held up and wouldn't do anything for two and a half years. go into court with this Jeannie Barkey and she just gave them the money illegally violating the state law because these people were so far in debt from this fake guardianship. She just tried to pay them off and use this irrevocable trust to steal the assets out of it. And they ended up right now with the money. So now I have to reverse engineer the whole entire procedure in federal court. And this case is in front of Judge Susan DeClercq, who was nominated, I forget which president, recently. And she was the Department of Justice Eastern Michigan District Prosecuting Attorney from the government prior to this assignment. And so I'm hopeful that because of her previous position, she is the right kind of person to be in charge of a case like this. And it gets selected, I think, by random draw. And so maybe that's a good thing that's with her. So there's, I guess, for people to understand this better, there's a short video. First off, I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom and what you and your family have gone through. I mean, it sounds absolutely horrific. And the amount of crimes that's committed in our government, it's unforgivable what they've done. And I'm so, so sorry. The pain that you guys have suffered, not just like the theft of our materials and such, but the loss of your mother is... i'm sure very heartbreaking but more so knowing that there was probably nefarious actions involved in that too so which one would you like me to to play i've got the can legally happen six days after a death that's that'll give people a good basic understanding okay i'll Okay, I'm going to start here, guys, and we're going to just let this play a minute. And this is actually a good way to add it to the screen. I couldn't get them to download for me in your download link, and so Telegram is a great way to transfer files. So here we go. Can a legal property closing actually happen just six days after the owner dies? Seriously, think about that timeline for a second. It's a massive, glaring, factual anomaly, right? But believe it or not, that exact scenario is the burning question at the center of the legal mystery we're looking at today. Welcome back to The Explainer. I'm so glad you're here. Today, we are literally performing an autopsy on a post-death closing. And yeah, that is exactly what it sounds like. There's no real estate transaction. We're talking about a property owner. her past away. We're going to dissect this incredibly dense survival story of a lawsuit. We'll be untangling revocable trusts, vested property rights, and even federal civil rights law. If you're the kind of person who loves seeing how finding that one specific fact can totally save a feeling lawsuit and turn it into an absolute powerhouse of a case while you are in the perfect place. So here is our roadmap for today's explainer. We're going to hit the six day post-death window. Look at the moment of irrevocability, and see what it takes for surviving the motion to dismiss. Then we'll cover the duties of a closing agent, do some tracking of the badges of fraud, and finally wrap up with federal claims and state action. Let's get right into it. Part one, the six-day post-death window. Okay, we are dealing with a timeline here that is frankly incredibly tight and highly suspicious. Let's map this out. Back on December, there's this fraudulent guardian title change. Fast forward a bit to March one, and a probate court issues a defective sale order. And it's defective because it literally had zero findings of fact or conclusions of law attached to it. But here's the major pivot point. Just two days later on March three, The property owner, the settler, Beverly M. Howe, passes away. But despite her death, a mere six days later on March nine, the property closing still happens. Six days. This unbelievably tiny window between her death and the closing is the central factual enhancement that's going to impact every single legal standard we talk about today. Part two, the moment of irrevocability. So legally speaking, what is an irrevocable trust? It's a trust that becomes totally unalterable upon the settler's death, and it immediately vests full beneficial ownership to the successor. I want you to visualize this legal concept like a massive, heavy iron gate. While the owner is alive, you know, the gate's open. Things can be tweaked, moved around, altered. But the very second they pass away, bam. That iron gate slams completely shut. The property is instantly locked down and protected. Ownership completely bypasses probate court, invest straight to the designated beneficiary. And this isn't just theory. It's strictly rooted in the Michigan Trust Code, specifically Statute MCL. Seven hundred seven six zero two one. It clearly states that a revocable trust becomes irrevocable at the precise moment of the settlers death. So, when Beverly Howe died on March third, that iron gate slammed shut. The terms of her trust immediately took absolute control. And because of that iron gate, that pre-death March one probate court order we just talked about, it instantly became what the law calls void ab initio, meaning it was totally null, void, and inoperative from the absolute moment she died. Part three, surviving the motion to dismiss. Now over in federal court, surviving a dismissal means you have to meet a super strict Supreme Court standard known as Twombly and Iqbal. Think of it as the ultimate legal version of show don't tell. If your original complaint just says something vague, like defendant acted improperly and illegally, a judge is going to toss that right out the window as just conclusory speculation. But listen to how the first amended complaint changed the game. It said, on March nine, employee Amy Price notarized a certificate omitting the First Amendment. See the difference? That is a concrete, specific, actionable fact backed directly by documentary evidence. Courts call this factual enhancement. It basically means you need specific document backed details to take a legal claim from just being merely possible to being highly plausible. By injecting these hard facts right from the defendant's very own closing package, we're talking exact dates, specific employee names, and the actual fraudulent certificate of trust, the plaintiff totally satisfied those brutal federal pleading standards. This smart maneuver completely cured the flaws of the original lawsuit and transformed a speculative claim into an undeniable legal theory. Part four, duties of a closing agent. So you might be wondering why on earth is a third party contractor, the title company, on the hook here? Well, under a Michigan precedent, specifically the Wormsbucker case, Closing agents are not just passively pushing paper around. No, they owe independent, affirmative duties of due care. They are required to properly perform a title examination, actively verify the authority of everyone involved, detect and prevent fraud, and appropriately disburse funds. And here's the kicker. They owe these duties to whoever's vested property interests are affected, even if there isn't a direct contract with them. When you look at the internal red flags ignored during this March nine closing, it is honestly staggering. Let's recap. The settler had literally just died. This was the post death transaction. They were relying on defective trust documents that completely omitted key amendments. Plus there was obvious third party control. But what really elevates this to the level of gross negligence at least according to the plaintiff, is that the defendant's own internal training manuals explicitly warned their agents to watch out for elder financial abuse and these exact red flags. They were strictly trained to put a stop to this kind of thing, and yet they plowed right ahead with a closing just six days post-death. Part five, tracking badges of fraud. Now let's talk numbers. One hundred eighty three thousand two hundred ninety seven dollars and ninety seven cents. That incredibly specific amount of trust proceeds was diverted right away from the rightful vested beneficiary and paid out to a totally unauthorized party. The sources even note that this diversion included paying off someone's personal Bella Vita debt. Just wild. you look at it this march nine closing maps absolutely perfectly onto the michigan uniform voidable transactions act or muvta this act looks for specific badges of fraud let's check them off suspicious timing yep a closing exactly six days post death concealment absolutely the whole transaction was hidden from the vested beneficiary defective instruments for sure they accepted a fraudulent certificate of trust that deliberately left out the First Amendment. Diversion of proceeds? That hundred and eighty three grand was paid straight to an unauthorized trustee. Literally every single box on that fraud checklist is fully checked. Part six, federal claims and state action. OK, let's look at the legal puzzle here. How exactly does a private real estate transaction transform into a full blown federal civil rights violation? Well, to make a federal civil rights claim against a private company under sections nineteen eighty three and nineteen eighty five, you have to pass what's known as the Lugar test. This legal standard determines if a private party's conduct can be fairly attributable to the state itself. It's a two-pronged test. Basically, you can't just be a passive paper pusher. You have to prove willful joint participation and active coordination between that private entity and state actors. like, say, a probate court. And the plaintiff actually brought the receipts. They used really specific evidence of willful joint participation to satisfy that Lugar test, proving First American went way beyond just passive acceptance. By pleading overt acts like personally notarizing false post-death documents, relying on a fraudulent certificate of trust, and coordinating the actual disbursement of those funds, The plaintiff proved the title company was actively entwined with the probate court's unauthorized process. They didn't just casually stand by and witness someone's property rights being stripped away. According to the sources, they actively facilitated the whole thing. So what is the ultimate takeaway from all this? The first amended complaint is a masterclass in how to transform a legally deficient case into a robust, fact-backed victory. By meticulously pulling specific document-backed facts straight out of the title company's own closing package, the plaintiff completely rebuilt their entire case. They successfully pivoted from vague sort of conclusory accusations straight into undeniable chronologically mapped legal violations. Which leaves us with this final provocative thought. When a legal iron gate slams shut at death to protect an estate, who is truly accountable if the closing agents just pry it back open? Thank you so much for joining me on this explainer today. I really hope this deep dive into trust law, factual enhancement and federal pleading standards has been as fascinating for you as it was for me. That's awesome. Great video. It gives you everybody a good understanding of these kinds of cases. First American title company is out of California. They're nationwide. They, They incorporate subsidiary in every state. When I filed the claim, I took the claim over and dropped it off in an office in East Lansing where they have an agent over there. Tons of companies and started this lawsuit back a year and a half ago and ended January of a twenty five. And this went through a year of the appeals court and the Supreme Court. on an appeal of right that was denied on the spendthrift provision. This is where the fraud comes in with the state of Michigan. And these are elected officials by us. And the appeals court is, in my opinion, and I think in other people's opinion, are nothing but criminals for the Bar Association. And when the Bar Association has stolen your money, then your appeals are denied. And on an appeal of right, they actually have to write what is actually legally right and wrong with your case and come to a conclusion of law, which they didn't do. They just said denied. And then on a reconsideration, they denied again, went to the Supreme Court, Now, your chances when you go to the Supreme Court, people think, oh, that's easy. It's not. It's like you can apply, but there's eighteen hundred cases that go there and only about sixty or seventy of them are ever selected annually, which is about four percent. And so how can they even justify this? You know, you know what I mean? Our court system is so deficient in their choosing who gets to be heard, who doesn't get to be heard instead of them all being able to stand. That's why the grand jury process is so important. And so they got denied and motioned for reconsideration at the Supreme Court. Now we're talking about, this is state law and they're denying state law. And it wasn't like this is the first time this has ever happened. There's multiple Supreme Court cases in the last twenty-five years or so that have gone to the Supreme Court previously upholding the Spendthrift provision, state law, seven hundred dot seventy-five oh two. and they had to retroactively give back the property or the assets and everything else. So, but now things, you know, the court system to me has been revolutionized against the public. And part of this is, as we go into this fall, I suspect there's going to be a lot of appeals and Supreme Court judges up for reelection. This is where I'm not really certain even if you try to really understand these people, they've all been preselected to harm the public anyway. So who you vote for probably isn't going to help the situation at this point. At least if you vote for somebody on the Republican or Democrat parties, that is a no-choice option. You're going to get who they have preselected and pre-groomed for these positions to preserve the power structure. But there is another way. Yeah. Right. So this is where you are in society. And this, this, you know, again, a lot of these situations happen from defective family members who start these kinds of situations. You know, I've helped people who have escaped guardianship in other States and they're living happily in the United States after being put under guardianship. And they're now out of that. They're not under out of guardianship. They're still fighting in their state, but they can't go back to their home state. And I've got a, This is so crazy. This whole guardianship thing is crazy. It is. And so the issue is that there's two classes of people they're looking for. And that would be high net worth families. Okay, that they can steal lots of assets to and create a large bar card profit for themselves. And there's not much you can do other than you get into the slugging fest. And part of the deal is the normal situation is that they control the body. And with the control of the body saying whoever would fight to get their parent back. that person is banned from ever seeing their parent again. And so that, that just let's go to court and let's start fighting. Well, the judge is part of this crew and what, what the judge is doing is he, you got to remember, he's a Michigan bar member, unlicensed bar member. He doesn't have a license to sit on the bench. According to the state constitution, judges must be licensed. And Laura doesn't license judges. And they, if you look, look at any bar card that says membership card on it. So there is no license. And they sit up there and their job, in my opinion, and the facts kind of basically show this and all these bizarre guardianship cases, they were done to create profit for bar members. And the judges up there with two attorneys on each side, And it's like, this is great because all I'm doing here is creating huge profit for the Michigan Bar Association membership. And we're going to fight. These people are going to, you're going to fight to the death and to the last penny to save your parents. I mean, anybody would do that. And they know that, and that's just, and you're going to lose all the way through this. Everybody in the state of Michigan has lost all the way through this. I mean, there's, of course, there's always a rare exception. I haven't heard of one in the last five or six years that ever has been fairly successful at all. We have one lady that, you know, there was, that got her parent back, but she had a stroke and now she's needing lots of care and it was all caused by this problem. And then another lady that's over, she's actually this Judge Markowski that's over in Kent County. And we've seen him. He's been over at the House and the Senate committees and the judicial committees. And he says it's all the public's fault, every last bit of it. But in this case, this lady's perfectly sane. She's living in a different county. She doesn't live in Kent County. And they put her under a fake guardianship because she has a lot of assets and a lot of property that's inside Kent County. And they just want to steal all the assets. And so we're asking them to, I'm asking her to move out of state instantly. I mean, just because you can't afford to stay in this state or any other state. Because once they get a control of you, they're going to drug you and put you in a nursing home and hold you hostage and nobody can get you out of these places. And the nursing homes themselves, I mean, you know, I think a lot of them are in bed with the courts to get people in them. And at the same time, they should be helping to rescue people, but they don't do that. Money's more important than doing what's right. Yeah, this seems to be the, That seems to be the normal MO of so many people is that it's always money and they don't realize and they don't care if they're hurting anybody on the backside. It's really, really a shame. And even family members, how people treat each other during these processes, it's just really a shame. Very, very sad. Very, very sad. The thing about this is that First American Title Company is one of the largest title companies in the United States. And I'd recommend you not use them ever and protect yourself with a local. Sounds pretty awful. Yep. And so the issue is that with a mere, let's say one hour transaction with people coming in and they got an elderly couple, they'd sold their house. It's kind of suspicious though, because they showed up, the house went up for sale at six o'clock at night online on the MLS listing. And at ten o'clock in the morning, these Black Suburbans showed up and they made an offer for two thousand dollars more than asking price. And the asking price was set. basically targeting what they were owed and the house was actually worth about forty thousand dollars more so it should have been sold for around two twenty and today it's worth about two fifty and and so they instantly bought it and i don't have the background because it's not in the closing documents uh whether they, I doubt they had an attorney, they trusted these people. So they actually were elder abused because they bought a house that they didn't own. And I, and even to this day, because of that fake title that's out there, I still own the house because the deceased, the state owns it. It's closed. I can reopen it, but I'm leaving it there for the moment. So these people have to be evicted. Now they've got title insurance and they'll have to get paid back. And it sounds easy, but it's really not. I mean, you're talking about, I mean, if I would have hired an attorney to do this so far, I would have spent probably more money so far in the last year and a half in federal court than what the house is worth. And that's the whole rub on this deal is that because the attorney general of our state fails to do anything about any of these kinds of crimes, she's actually eating and abetting them. And we've gone through this with her and she ignores these facts. The only people that she ever prosecutes are family members who independently cause financial harm to their own families outside of the court system. But when the court's actually doing it, that's off limit because she's a bar member, And she was bought and paid for to sit in that seat to protect these people. And they know it. And you think you're protected. And the issue is, is the Judicial Tenure Commission, you file a complaint against the judge and say, hey, they've got to do something about this. Well, they say, we can't do anything about this because we don't have any authority to do anything about what the judge ordered. We don't find any problems with anything, even though he's committed fraud, we can't do a single thing about it because that's not our commission. This is where the state constitution is wrong and we need to address this this fall. We get a constitutional convention. Everybody gets the vote this fall in November and you go, hell yes, I want to have a constitutional convention. Doesn't mean we're going to get anywhere with it. It just means, yeah, we better have this dialogue and that particular Judicial Tenure Commission There's no meat behind it. It's just a fake bunch of people that do nothing. Like Mike was saying previous to this, this Teresa Brennan who was taken off the bench. It wasn't because of her bogus rulings that she gives. It was because her boyfriend was one of the witnesses in front of the court. And she got disbarred because of that issue. It wasn't because of her corrupt court rulings that she does. And she's, from my understanding, she, her, You know, she had a very poor reputation to begin with. So, but that's in the last ten years. So these people of, I don't know, it's been, we've been revolutionized and by the Bar Association and We, a year ago, we were over at the bar association and one of the things they said over there, it's open to the public. It's four times a year. You can go. And they said, you know, we were trying to maximize the amount of money for our, our membership and that's our goal. And so they they've been the ones putting these judges up for election. They vet these people according to their, what they want. It's like, if you, if you want us to help you run for judge, then you're going to do things our way. And. Well, what you described is like all of these industry cartels, it's a cartel and they exist only to protect their members and, and the victimization of the people that they have to, you know, to take advantage of is always, is always it's always in their favor. And that's the unfortunate. They write the rules. So now they're writing the rules. They're sitting on the bench. They're controlling the entire thing. And if they're only out for being revenue generators for the state, for themselves, we got a big problem there. And we've been talking about it here for a long time on how bad the bar is. The, uh, uh, constitution for the state of Michigan, it was unlawfully installed. We only had one tenth of one percent. So that isn't an even a lawful constitution, but I can honestly say right now, I don't think that we have enough control of who would be weighing into it, that the criminals would get in charge of, of, uh, destroying it even further as a protection to the people, a guarantee. And I'm really concerned about that. The change, if we had more integrity, I would be more open to it. But right now, even that in this unlawful manner is at risk. If we went back to the organic constitution, then I think we got a fighting chance. But we can't continue to add, add, add and an alter the original constitution, which is what they've done. The nineteen sixty three constitution pretty much canonized the Bar Association. Right. And that's the problem. But how many people actually know that this is exactly where they're not getting justice? Right. And so they see you see on TV, you know, Figer Law. you know, advertising in the tigers and Bernstein law, help advertising on tigers is a great thing. Now that's a whole different subset of law. And that's not what we're talking about. That's, that's accident law. That's personal injury. And we're not talking about that segment of law. I don't know anything about that. And, and I don't want to bring those people into this. I want to bring in, we have a probate court system in the state of Michigan here. That's really de facto fake. It was instituted in nineteen seventy eight and it was voted by the legislature without constitutional authority to create a fake court. So people think it's like, oh, you're going to Oakland County Probate Court. It's part of Oakland County and it's not. And when you talk to the clerk of Oakland County, we say, you know, you need to make sure you're clerk of the court when they enter orders, their constitutional orders. And that would be finding a fact, you know, What else do they call it? Finding a fact and conclusions of law have to be on each order to be constitutional. They don't do that, they just enter the order because they work for the judge. And the reason why this is going on is because this probate court is truly not a county court, it's a state court, it's a standalone state court. And when you look at any org chart, you will see this on the Oakland County website or any other county's website. It's a subset, it's standalone off to the side. And every court you go to, like district court, you appeal to the circuit court. So you would say every court subservient to the circuit court and obviously probate court should be subservient to the circuit court but it's a state court so you appeal directly to the appeals court and nobody questions this and that's not in the constitution and so you know you just it just makes this whole situation compoundedly worse um and Over the last, wow, forty years, they've systematically kept pushing the envelope and now they're human trafficking people, elderly people, disabled people. Anybody with money or the opposite side of this, if you have no money and we can make money on you on a Medicaid issue, Now we'll defraud Medicaid and we'll put you, you know, these indigent people in a nursing home under Medicaid, they'll give them this guardian. And there's all kinds of these companies that are out there. There's lawyers that specialize in this and they have several hundred words. And basically that's just a revolving financial statement until these people die and they collect ninety dollars a month if they They might be, who knows what's really going on behind the scenes with these people. Well, it's just like mental health. I've got a, well, I'll just say it's a friend. He's a friend who actually has infiltrated a mental health institution in order to document what they're doing. And it's a local one here for me. And the reports that he has, you know, he calls me every once in a while, is very, very shocking. The same thing is happening in the nursing homes and such. They're basically pill pushers for the government. And Corwell Health, I was talking to two people who have, they're involved in a five one C threes. And what I found out is that Corwell Health is giving them supplies to get in their van and drive down to Mexico. down into Mexico with these supplies because Corwell can't use them because, but they're still good. So they load them in the vans and they take them to the south part of Mexico. And they want me to believe that this whole thing isn't involved in human trafficking. I don't. I believe that it's all bad. But people are not getting in there to see and reporting it on what is actually going on. The entirety of the system of the state of Michigan, it would have to improve just to suck. It has hit the bottom of criminality, the very bottom, bottom feeder of criminality in every single category if you actually evaluated it. to see what's happening and how they're using it to victimize children, adults, people in between. Every part of this is set up to victimize everyday normal people and to use every method they can. And the Bar Association is the one that's slapping everybody in the face multiple times. Well, they're holding us down and picking our pockets. Think about it. Hopefully this fall, when you're governor, and January first, then you'll be looking out the front door of the Capitol building and to your right across the street, across the block is a Canfield Miller and so long in the same building in this monster giant high rise building right in front of the Capitol. Why? Can you imagine what would happen on, oh, thirty seconds after being sworn in as governor of Michigan for Donna Brandon? Can you imagine the fur that's going to start flying and the people that are going to start running? And I'll help you. I'll absolutely help you. Send me over to the Attorney General's office and I'll start doing some kicking over there quickly. I'm kind of liking this because honestly, you know, and just so everybody knows, Tom is going to be part of the Genesee County Committee. for the US Taxpayers Party, which is the Constitution Party. This is the caliber of individual that is running to the Constitution Party, the Taxpayers Party, because we are actually about upholding the rights of the individual and sticking to the law, not like these people that are in there now. This is an extortion. This is a threat, coercion and duress and a money laundering racket that they've got set up. And I'm sorry, you know, people keep saying, but they're going to lose their jobs. Oh, boo hoo. How many Americans have lost their jobs because of their criminality of just go along to get along? I don't feel sorry for people that have broken the law. I do not feel sorry at all for those that have stepped on the rights of the individuals and others. Not for one second do I feel any bit of guilt. of concern for them because they do it knowingly. They know what they're doing. You know, listen to the story about, you know, the story about Whitmer putting people into the COVID, allegedly COVID infested nursing homes and such. And how they use these things as an excuse to murder people. They've been doing it for years. They're doing it with Ebola. There's been people over in Africa that have literally kicked out these scientists for faking Ebola. a pandemic upon the people or cambodia has done the same thing where they've they've called in doctors they can't find one case of what they're saying it is this is a global fraud upon the population and when you see what it is it's the chemical weapons that they've been using against their own people and people gotta wake up man this this is not conspiracy this is documented fact they're they're ignoring all of this Can you imagine being ninety-one years old and being dragged out of your house and put into this nursing home that's with, I think it's around eighty beds in there, but they only had about thirty patients at the time and almost all of them had COVID. And then my mom doesn't have COVID. This is how criminal this Judge Barkey is. She court ordered my mom into this COVID infested nightmare. And then they locked her in a room, a white room. You know, you have a bed and a TV and that's all you get. And they don't want her out of her room. Now, this is a ninety one year old person who. who has had a stroke and she walks and you know, this is all new to her and she doesn't know anything about COVID. And then they said, she's bothering people. And so you have to have the doctor give her a prescription of Seroquel, which is a poison, which liquefies your brain. And it took over six months from middle of July to January with at least three or four different hospitalizations where she just completely collapsed. And then in McLaren Hospital in Flint, they just said, oh, well, she seems fine. And after a few hours, she comes back. We'll send her right back. Keep going. I watched the same stuff happening with my mom before she died. And they were going to give her remdesivir when she was in the hospital. And they're like, well, we're getting ready to give her remdesivir shot. And I'm like, no, you're not. She's not going to take that. Well, at that point in time, I don't know what they did or didn't do, but they refused to treat her and left her there and just watched her die. And I said, I want to try this, this, and this on her to try it. And they just, you know, the care just wasn't there. But to everybody, my mom was kind of a difficult person to deal with. I'll give you that. And she was very difficult to deal with. And when she was in the nursing home, I told her, I said, I did have a guardianship for my mom. My mom was suffering from, I will say, some... serious problems. She had some serious problems where she could not make the decisions that were really in her best interest. She never really had it, but it really was real evident to us with people taking advantage of her and stuff when she got older. And I paid, I paid the bills, you know, people, people think that, you know, family members going to steal with them. Are you kidding me? It's like my mom and dad didn't have that kind of money, you know? So I paid the bills so that she had, so she had the, or that they had care that was, that was a good care and such. And so what, what was real interesting though, is that I told them they knew I had a guardianship. I said, no, no vaccines, no shots. My mom calls me one night at one thirty in the morning. I'm I'm headed to the hospital. I can't move. I'm paralyzed. What happened? Well, they lined us all up and they gave us all the shot and everybody here is sick and such. And I know that she just they just did it. And I'm like, I can't protect. You can't protect people. One hundred percent of the time, even if you try, when somebody is willing to commit a crime and. That's exactly, the story's been out there and people know exactly what happened with this story, but it is a horrific thing to go through to watch what happened to our parents during this time. And you know what? With all of the quarantining that was going on, they could do whatever they wanted to our loved ones. And they did. Because you had no oversight. And whenever there's no oversight or you can't question anything, you have a problem. We have a big problem because they're hiding stuff. If you can't question Israel, if you can't without Anti-Defamation League jumping down your throat, we have a problem. Because if you can't question their hiding stuff, if you can't question things in the church or Islam, or they love to do this over religion or taking care of children or in the schools, while the schools are there for the right thing to teach our children. Really? Really? Have you looked at their track record? We've got forty percent of the kids that can't read. We're like one of the first eight. We're like one of the worst states in the nation for performance in our schools. We're one of the worst states in the nation on so many different categories. But we're still going to keep voting these morons in because they've got a label. It's incredible because people want to trust things that they have been conditioned to believe in instead of get the damn facts and figure out what's going on. and deal with this stuff. No, can't do that. We got to continue to live in fantasy land here. But I'm really sorry. I'm really sorry. Is that basically, you know, people need to realize and everybody puts this off, you know, everybody's procrastinator and I get that, but you can't afford to go into these criminal probate courts under any reason for anything. And so I implore people, please do anything possible to stay out of them. Do your proper paperwork on your house, your Lady Bird deed, your trust, all your properties are properly titled correctly that go to your trust when you die. everything happens correctly and then it's you know in my case we had a defective family member who caused this you have to have an escape plan and the attorneys don't want to talk to you about this escape plan and part of this escape plan is one being able to change titles to property move to sell things you have to leave the state because there's no remedy they're coming to steal you and your property and there's no way that you're going to beat these people up front. Not in the state courts. You have to go to federal court. Forget the state courts. They're just revenue raising for the court system in the state of Michigan. And with an elderly person, maybe with a two to three year lifespan, they'll be dead long before you ever get out of it. And they're going to have several hundred thousand dollars in their pocket before you ever... ever get remedy if you ever get remedy. Because they're all on the same team, the appeals court, the Supreme Court in Michigan, they're all on the same- Circuit court, district court. I mean, it's not district court, but all of the district courts, federal court, but circuit, appeals, family court, all of it is all about destroying you and taking what you have because they're vermin, they're parasites. Right, and so we're technically at war with these people. And these people are traitors to the United States. They're traitors to the state of Michigan. And the penalty for that is up to death. And they've caused a lot of death in Michigan and a lot of theft in people. And you have to understand, you know, when you're over at the Lansing, when you go to the south side of the Capitol, you'll see the federal court building and the post office. And you'll see the Senate building for all the senators. And right down that street, right behind the federal court is the Michigan Bar Association. And basically they become the fourth branch of government because we let them over the last fifty years since the sixty-three fake constitution came into play. they you know before that we had judges like you and i would run for judges all of these people now are state bar members and they're here to defraud you for state bar profit and the bar association in their own meeting a year ago that's what they said they want to increase bar membership profit It's a cartel. Just think of it as a drug cartel. It's the same thing. When you have a cartel out there that protects or sets itself up as a racket, you've got organized crime, and that's what it is. So, Tom, I'm really glad you came on today. I've got a class I've got to get to here shortly. But let's say a prayer. Would you like to pray, or would you like me to pray? Go ahead. Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Tom and for Mike and for John and all the wonderful people out there that are standing with them and helping them fight for the rights of everyday Americans, just regular people, not the criminals in the seat. And I ask that you would give everybody the courage to do what's right, even if it goes against the things that we've been programmed or become accustomed to. We're willing to follow you out of the captivity that we're in right now, out basically in the desert, realizing that you are going to be providing for us. You always, always provide us with everything we need when you ask us to do something, and we trust you with everything. Our lives, our fortune, our family members, All those things that we hold dear, our property, the things that you've given us and blessed us with in this beautiful land that you've given us. And we're willing to do what it is to serve you waiting upon you. It's got two meanings. You know, it could be waiting upon to see what you're going to do and not run to our own our own goals yet. But it also means waiting as a servant to you and your good purposes because you're good all the time. Please give everybody out there comfort knowing that you're in that you're in charge. We love you so very much in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray. Amen. With that said, boys and girls, it's part of the show where we go to ding, ding, ding, ding.
