Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the fourth day of June, twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show today. Today, we've got a lineup of Liberty Essentials with Bill, Karen and Ralph. And after that, Greg Martini is going to be on talking about notices and as it relates to the tax structure. Once again, I really am liking the direction that being on is going right now. into more of the lawful, legal area so that we can understand exactly what's happening as well as the Constitution and all the documents. And I think that this is where we need to spend some time. But I'm also going to cover a few things that need to be talked about newsworthy because we still have to understand. how they're playing this treason out in the open. General Motors is headed towards the inevitable collapse, and they engineer their own destruction. After receiving a fifty billion taxpayer bailout, GM made a series of catastrophic decisions that handed control of their future to Chinese state-owned company SAIC. This isn't just corporate mismanagement. It's a systematic dismantling of an American automotive icon. In this investigation, and I put a video up online on my Telegram channel. I'll post it over to X later too. They're going to uncover how GM's partnership, public-private partnership, with SAIC became a slow-motion corporate execution. From technology transfers that eliminated billions in royalty payments to the systematic closure of global operations, GM transformed from a global automaker into SAIC's distribution arm for Chinese vehicles. The shocking truth is that GM is soon going to have to face a critical deadline to determine their fate. And it really comes between two different forms of corporate death. I think we need to watch this sort of thing because what we're seeing is the corporatocracy, which we always go through on Monday morning with Vicki, The corporatocracy and the capture of our supply lines, as well as our manufacturing and the dismantling of the United States, it always goes through money. With that said, every single one of them in Congress right now, the worthless Republicans, the worthless Democrats, they seem to me to be working like the CIA. and taking orders from somebody else. But we have a lot to unpack here, so I'm going to invite everybody in. Hey, Bill, Karen, and Ralph, how are you guys doing today? Good morning. So what's your thoughts on this? It's like the taxpayer-funded dismantling. I mean, I don't know why General Motors, you know, I've called it government motors for a long time, And they pretty much, government motors, because it's our tax dollars, that bailed them out and just kept them afloat. Now, you know, once the government gets into anything, it just goes to crap. You have to have competition in there. When the government owns too much of things or public-private partnerships, they own our assets and they use them for the undermining of the highest bidder and whoever pays the most amount of money. That's exactly what we're seeing here. That's why they get into fundraise to fundraise. That's why they start off giving you fake promises that they never intend to keep. They don't intend to keep any of these promises. They're just what we want to hear, which brings us perhaps to our next subject, which will be, I think we should talk about human trafficking and how a lot of this has been engineered to lead us astray, and we saw something this past weekend that was really disturbing in the Constitution Party, really, really disturbing. Thankfully, God is truly opening people's eyes, and I think everybody, almost everybody caught what was happening there. Would you like to address this, Bill? Yeah, so we know that there's many organizations out there that are fighting child and human and sex trafficking, especially just trying to help the victims, right? And for the most part, I believe the intentions of those that founded such organizations and those that work or are volunteers within them, their intentions are pure and honest. However... yeah yeah that's why I said I believe that to be true um however when you see the connections that a lot of these have it becomes very disturbing and you begin to question their motives and and I don't mean just connections with other organizations or political figures I mean connections with with government funding donna you just mentioned how the government bailed out these automotive companies pm and specifics They don't have the authority to do that, right? That's called theft. They take from another and give to someone who didn't earn it, right? That's theft. They have no constitutional authority to do it. We've never delegated them that power at all in any sense of the word, right? If you want to help an organization or you want to help a business out or you want to help an individual out of your personal property or your personal revenue or income, go for it. That is your absolute responsibility or your absolute individual prerogative. And in some cases, it's even your responsible duty to do so. But when government does it and you end up with this public-private partnership, what you have is a fascist government. Everybody needs to understand that. It's a public entity acting within the private sector, right? They don't have authority to do that in almost every case. It's China. That's exactly what the CCP has done was to any business and through regulation and et cetera. They've done the same thing in the United States of America. Don't kid yourself. We have already lost that sector, and now we're going to have to bring it back into compliance with the law. And to be clear, you're talking having the U.S. adopt the CCP's model, not that it's a problem with China gobbling things up specifically, even though that's also a problem, correct? Well, it's sort of like the same thing when you look at Mossad, CIA, GCHQ, all of these intelligence organizations and such that you can't tell the difference from one to the other because they're literally kind of sort of working together. Well, the same thing is happening with our politicians in the United States and China and such. And I think that's what President Trump stepped in to help fix at this point in time. Cause I have a problem too, with not just, you know, the bailed out automakers being sold to China. Cause this has happened before too, with, uh, Fiat Chrysler, and then now into Stellantis with the bailed out automakers being bought up by a foreign entity. In this case, it's just Europe, and they're also running things into the ground there. Well, look at what they've done to the World Health Organization and all the funding that they've done through NGOs. It's just a covert way to fund bad stuff. And so when you look at the funding that goes into these companies, and into these efforts and such, it is literally the subversion of the American people and what we own lawfully to take it to use for their own unjust enrichment. Yeah, and I mentioned on a show previously about China's involvement in private business, where they help fund private businesses with the anticipation of raising them up, and then they have kind of a tax profit off them, right? They get a profit margin through the government. And I mentioned that. Yeah, I don't endorse that, though I can see some good in that. Definitely not at the federal level, however. But that is kind of what we have going on, but it's not necessarily the government funding it to start, though through a lot of grants and such, people are taking this on and becoming slaves to those. But they're doing it more so in... in the taxing of the people and stealing it from you and giving it to them, right? Yeah. So you mentioned this. The human trafficking thing. Let's go back to that because this is going to be significant. Yeah. You mentioned this this past weekend that we heard, right? An organization, they came in and were talking specifically about what they do, right? And one of their quotes that they gave, and I'll leave it in part so that it's not out there in the public too much, but in part, they're looking for women survivors of human trafficking to train them to return to the workplace. That is one of their main statement goal. It's right on their public IRS forms, in fact, and it's all over their website. Now, is it a good thing? Not to the other workplace, but to the general workplace. To the general workplace. Okay. But that shouldn't be their specific goal. If you're in it to stop human trafficking, I already question the motives as to why you're pushing women specifically and driving them into the workplace and not teaching them as the scripture talks about training them up to be good godly women and good godly wives or good godly servants to the Lord specifically. So you have that on top of everything. Now, Ralph made a good point in the chat. before we go too far, you made a good point in that we should be teaching people how to look these things up, right? Not just telling you about them, but actually give you the tools and show you how to do it. So before we even talk about what's actually on their papers, Donna, if you can pull up that IRS website, you can go directly to this website. It's app.irs.gov. Right. Apps dot IRS dot gov slash app slash EOS. That will give you a Web site where you can look up all the tax exempt organization. Right. That are filed with the IRS. Not only can you look them up by name where they're at, but who they're who they're. filers are. Normally it's president or CEO, sole proprietor, anything like that. You can see who they paid to prepare such paperwork and you can see their income and expenses. Okay. And when you get somebody who can actually go through nine nineties, like I did with Bethany Christian services years ago, you will, you will be able to find out what the real story is by following the money. And ideally, by watching this show, everyone watching should be one of those people that can go through nine nineties. That's right. That's right. Try it. Go, go through and try it sometime. Just look, because it's, it's interesting. All of us need to be on, on watch. This is on all y'all now. Yeah. Yeah, there's really no excuse not to. If there's a questionable organization, just take ten minutes out of your day and look them up. Odds are you will find some red flag. If you question them, you will find some red flag. And then you can dig a little bit deeper. You can find out where the money is moving from and moving to. This one specifically. Before we actually get to the money portion of it, a couple of things were said this weekend, right? Again, we're talking about human trafficking, sex trafficking, such like that. It was mentioned by them that they are working with local, state, and federal law enforcement, right? Point number one. We did a whole show about this regarding... where the constitution states that law enforcement is to come from, right? Who is responsible for law enforcement? And our federal constitution only grants that power to the militia or to the people, right? The president in second, he is to make sure that the laws are faithfully executed, but the people are the true law enforcement. So when you're working with agencies like police who are hardly anything more than policy enforcers for local municipalities, already there you have a problem because as Donna can dive really deep into, the police force are often, not often, but the police force are also entangled with sex and human trafficking. A lot of times you'll find these people go in and then they disappear somewhere. There are stories you can look up all over the place, and the police are hands in in the matter. Not only that, but you point me to one police agency that holds a constitution, and I'll recant every word I just said. I don't know of one. Well, and to the point, I've got a friend, Ruth Rondon, who worked for Governor Snyder, and she was passed around by the cops by the time she was eighteen years old. So, If anybody wants to have any validity to any one of us anymore in organizations, in the government, in any, whether you're elected, unelected, NGO, regulatory agency, unless you're willing to clean that organization out, I don't even want to talk to you. It's like the adding legislation to our government. No, no, no, no, no. We're done with this. Go back to nullification and let's stop this pretended nonsense that's out there. Yeah, and I'm not... grouping all of police officers in one batch here, right? I'm grouping the police agencies in a batch because there are decent people on the inside of police agencies. However, if you're not standing up against the corruption of your fellow police brethren, then I have a problem. That's my point right there, is that we have to stand up and clean our organizations out like you did with the Constitution Party, the U.S. Taxpayers Party in Michigan. Bill cleaned out some people that have done some questionable things. And that's what we have to be willing to do. And a lot of times, it's not so much them themselves, but it comes from their higher superiors, their higher supervisors, and they get their hands tied in the process, right? So I get it, but that's no reason not to do what you swore an oath to do, right? That's my point. That's just local police, right? That was my five-minute local police. Now, if you go to the state police, right, I have an even bigger issue with state police. And I've got a family member. He actually lives right down the road. I can throw a stone at his house. But he's a state police officer. And I'm actually glad he's right there because it allows me to do certain things to test how far he's actually going to push his authority, his perceived authority. But the state police have no authority to exist, at least in the state of Michigan. I don't know how y'all other constitutions are written, but our Michigan constitution, we granted them no authority to establish a state police department, okay? We left it up to our county sheriffs who have their authority long before the constitution even exists. So when they say they're working with local state and federal law enforcement, You see where I'm going with this, right? Now let's delve into the federal law enforcement. Who are they? Can anybody point to any agency and say, yep, they have the authority to enforce law in the federal government? I think the marshals do, don't they? Or is that pretended too? Well, I would have to say that's more or less pretended nowadays because the marshals were originally designed for territories who have not organized into state nations. Which brings us to a great point that the only way to fix this whole mess is to shrink the federal government down to about five percent of what we have right now and treat the states as nations. Yep. Yep. We were just talking about that. People got to understand that the federal government was designed by the states. It was a compact with the states so that they could uniformly establish justice. Right? Read our preamble. To the U.S. Constitution, they could uniformly establish justice, right? To ensure domestic tranquility and to, and I'm paraphrasing here because my mind's kind of blank this morning. I've been all over the place. But to secure the rights and liberties to themselves and their posterity, okay? It's very clear why they established it. But at this point, I believe it has gone way beyond its intended or even needful purpose, right? So law enforcement at that point, if you're working with them, I have a problem. I understand why you're doing it, but you need to understand what goes on behind the scenes, behind the curtains of what they call law enforcement, these LEOs. But then they went a little further, Donna, didn't they? Because they just didn't stop there. All right, now again, their intents might be good, right? But when they start talking about how they will work with CPS especially when it comes to children, you know, sex trafficking of children. It's rampant, okay? And I'm going to say it, the federal government and the state governments both are responsible for it. There was a documentary done years ago, I think it was in the eighties. The guy that helped design the computer systems for the state governments, namely the state of Michigan, He was going back over the source code doing some maintenance, and the stuff that he found on government servers... was exactly what we're talking about today. They were the ones responsible for bringing it in, not only bringing it in, but helping to fund it and hide it from the public. Well, look at what they did with the border. I mean, we have institutionalized child trafficking, weapons trafficking, drug trafficking, and we've got a real problem here. If they wanted to stop it, they could, but there's way too much money in it. There's too much threat and coercion on organized... It's kind of like an organized crime network, but it is institutionalized in the United States. And to your point, in the meeting when they started talking about we're working with the FBI, we're working with CPS, and I'm sitting there going, you've got to be kidding me. And in true Donna form, I had to say something. I was like, how can you even say call CPS when you've got a problem when they're their largest human trafficking network in North America? How many kids have they lost and how much have they paid for these kids? It's about a million dollars per legal kidnapping from children away from their parents that they get. This is not a, this is not a good credential to brag on, but you know, even if let's say somebody is a little naive, but they want to help and they started an organization like this and they start working with law enforcement because they think, well, that's what you should do. And then they, you would think that they would discover at some point what's really happening, that if they are studying this subject and they, Really trying to help the community that it wouldn't take long for them to realize that these other agencies are actually part of the problem rather than the solution. Well, I'm going to point out the organization over here and I'm going to name them by name because I already have it's women at risk. And I went in there when I was running for governor to see what they were doing, and they were supposed to be helping people overseas, specifically the Middle East, to get out of poverty. And as I'm walking around this place, they put an addition in because I'd been in there years ago, and it was real small. There was an addition on here that I couldn't believe. It had to be probably an eight hundred thousand to a million dollar addition they put on this. And as I was walking around, I'm looking at this going, There's two people in this entire office. Two people. Glass front offices, expensive. Hand carved wood furniture in there. The glass fronts in the office buildings. I know how much this stuff costs because I've done construction and design on those kind of improvements. And it was absolutely shocking. We get upstairs and they were making, they were selling crafts that allegedly these women in foreign countries were making. And I get upstairs and I'm on, I start seeing they've got a craft room there and they're making crafts there. on, on the premises. And I'm like, well, I thought that your stuff was coming from overseas. Well, some of it is. And I'm like, okay. And I said, this is kind of interesting. And they said, yeah, most of this is made right here. And so my quest, my, my spidey senses are getting, are getting more bristly right then and there. And I'm like, well, I'd love I'd love to see, maybe I would be interested in being involved here a little bit. How are your finances? What do you raise? And this woman started getting a little nervous at the questions I was asking. And so I kept pushing it a little bit and I was not probably her favorite person for the day because I actually asked some questions. And finally I said, well, with this big place and you've got at least probably twenty offices in here plus a huge conference room and a gathering room and where her fatal mistake was on us and I said what do you use this big area for well you know one of my kids is having a shower so we're gonna do a baby shower up here and we gather once a year with the donors up here and once a year and it was just like kind of shocking and I'm like how many people are you actually helping uh about ten I'm like ten people And the shock that I had was just kind of this was what they said. That was exactly what she said. I can testify to the fact that this was what was said. Probably we get into he said, she said because or whatever. But but that was what was said. And I was like, this is how these NGOs work. Yeah, I went to a local conference yesterday. where a certain wannabe candidate sheriff did speaking about his program to fight human trafficking. And there were a number of organizations there. So I was going around before the events, the speech part started. And I started asking questions of people at tables. And it was funny because some of the questions I start right off with. And I want to know, are you working with local law enforcement? You know, I wanted to know, was the county sheriff's department participating with these organizations in some way? Because the speaker was from out of our county. He's a sheriff in another county. Our county sheriff was not present. He didn't have a deputy there. So I started asking these types of questions and they look at each other and they're like, you're asking good questions. They did not expect me because nobody asked them questions. They're just full of smiles. And, you know, this is what we do. And why don't you participate, volunteer or give us money? That's what they're thinking to do. And here I am going, is our sheriff helping you at all? And the answer was, well, if we have a specific, you know, something to report. No, our sheriff's not there in any way, shape or form. What does that tell you? You got to ask those hard questions because then nobody, nobody, it's not always comfortable, but we have to do that. I know Ralph wanted to see me go through this process. Do we want to do this or do you have something more to say? Let me give one more point specifically on this organization, right? They had a risk that I named in another situation, by the way, this is a different organization on the East side of the state. Yeah. You'll find, and you're looking up tax organization search, so you'll be able to see how you do this. But when you look at theirs specifically, you'll find that, and they haven't filed for the last two years. So I'm not even sure if they even have a taxes on status. So anybody donating to them may have problems in the future. Seriously. So there's another big question. Twenty twenty two was the last filed nine ninety. But anyway, in twenty twenty two, they claimed a revenue of six hundred thirty seven thousand dollars. Right. They have eight people that are employed and eleven people on the board, which means there's three people on the board that that don't take an income at all. It's doubtful, but I have seen that before. But their salaries alone for those eight people they claim is three hundred sixty four thousand dollars. Right. That's about forty five thousand dollars a year. Not bad, but that's fifty seven percent of their total revenue goes to pay the people that just worked. OK. And not only that, but they didn't spend ninety one thousand dollars. So they spent, what, a third of their income to help the people that they claim they want to empower and enter back in the workforce. There I have a slight issue with. It seems that there's some ulterior motives going on there. But that's the stuff you can find on a . Now, I want to read one thing from their website because you'll love this, Donna. You will absolutely love this, right? I was completely done with it at the meeting. Bill and I are looking at each other, and I had all I could do to not stand up and really make an issue. Well, this is from their January newsletter. Okay. And like I say, you pull this up, find their websites, dig a little bit deeper, and you'll find all sorts of things about organizations that you think are actually good, but in fact, they're working behind the scenes in other manners. Their January newsletter, they sent out, this is the main point on the newsletter, right? And you'll love the person involved here. It says, collaboration with Michigan Attorney General. I love the newsletter right there it says it goes on says the state of michigan has been collaborating with law enforcement agencies like I said ngos like we talked about survivors and other key stakeholders which I'm curious to know what the other stakeholders are stakeholders to combat human trafficking. This January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month and the perfect time to review what we've learned to improve our plans for the coming year. Attorney General Dana Nessel, right? There's a nice picture of her and her board administration with all the people that work here, invited them to join a broad panel of service providers, healthcare professionals, remember those from law enforcement, and lived experience experts at the Human Trafficking Awareness Day Roundtable, a wide representation of the Michigan Community Advised Michigan State Police and the AG's office on the state of human trafficking in our community. I'm going to tell you, the AG has ties to a lot of this. The AG has ties to DTE. They've been funding things through, there's ties to DTE. You've got Grand Home that's been involved with consumers and DTE and the corporatocracy. This whole thing is connected together. I'm sorry. It just, all of these organizations are so close. It's crazy. Where did you get that on the website? Under what tab? Here, I'll put it in the chat here for you. Let's just do that a minute because I think this is interesting. And I'm not saying that they are, in fact, doing this, but there's some questions that before I were going to invest or contribute to this, these are questions I would want answered. How's that for a disclaimer? Yeah. Yeah. That's all we can desire is to look for answers, right? We have to ask questions and really hard questions. Oh, yeah, there's the attorney general involved right there. So this is the same attorney general that is not doing her job with Benson, who just had impeachment articles filed towards Benson. And also you check out the money that goes to the NGO that she started and her wife has contributed to signature gatherers, etc. We have some big questions to ask for answers. And this is one I would want to have some questions for this. So we're going to go back to this and let's go through. I want to go through just curious. Okay, so here we go. I'm going to go to copies of nine nineties here. Let's see if it's letting me do this. Oh, nice. So that brings up another window. Well, I've got my cursor on it and I'm I'll see if I can bring something up. I'm going to go to, if I go drag down here, another pop-up comes in. You can't see it, but it's organization name. And I'm going to go to Bethany Christian Services because I want to show you, there's a couple other ones that I want to show you how this stuff works. So here's Bethany Christian Services. We've got all sorts of different states. I think I found thirty-two of them the last time that I looked. Yeah, that list seems a little short there. This is a short list, so I'm not sure what's going on here, but let's just kind of take a look at this. Let's see what we have. Bethany Christian Services. Oh, that one ended in twenty twenty one. There's another one twenty twenty one that they've got filed. Here we go. And this is there. Did you know that in twenty twenty, a lot of the state reporting that was going on, including the reports that the state was supposed to be filed, disappeared. Like like between twenty twenty and twenty twenty one, very few organizations actually filed returns. All right. And this is their nine ninety right here. I got to remember what year it was that I beat up their nine ninety. But but and I beat it up fairly, fairly heavily. I was asked to do an analysis of this for a refugee house and they were involved in it. It came up with two hundred million dollars. No, it was four hundred million dollars and half of that went to immigration and refugee services. But if you go down here and you start reading, and I'm not going to go ahead and go through the entire thing, but I've got the one that I did the analysis of. I had it all screenshotted and laid out on pulling together why this was a problem. So when President Trump reduces and potentially eliminates illegal drugs, into the country, suddenly these people have no use for funding directed toward helping people who are illegal immigrants. Let's check this out. So they put sixty two million dollars is their largest category for refugee and immigration services. Now go down the line here and see what else they did. That was, you know, foster care. Thirty five thousand. Well, that's another problem because our foster care system is completely crap. And, uh, I, my, my daughter, my special needs daughter, I was talking to her psychiatrist just to find out, you know, if there was any options as she continues to age and decline, he said really nothing. He said, uh, if you look into the foster care or something like that, that could be, that could be the next job. And he said, I can't even recommend one. Did you see that in comparison though, to how much, uh, was there for adoption? Yeah, that's the other thing that you have to really look at. Thirteen million for adoption. Sixty-two million for refugee and immigration services. Wow. When you go down these nine nineties, it's really telling on the NGOs or the five or one C threes or whatever it is there that however they they but check this out. Fifty nine million dollars for salary and wages. It's the same thing that you see over and over again. You start adding this up and then you've got a million dollar pension plan, nine million dollars and other employee benefits. This is this is nuts. We the people that are contributing to this, which the majority of it is probably coming through our tax dollars. Well, if you look, just about every one of these organizations, the large organizations that are there supposedly to help children and help victims of trafficking, or with foster care, orphanages, something like that along those lines, the majority of funding comes from none less than the Catholic Church. And I'm not knocking the Catholic Church in its entirety. Once again, individual basis is different than the group as they are presented publicly. But even our founding fathers warned of what they called the Papists, the Catholics who swore the allegiance to their king, namely the Pope, because their allegiance didn't lie with the country. They warned of that then. And even the one we were just talking about, the website you pulled up, if you look The majority of their funding and the majority of their partners are all of these local Catholic churches, right? Bethany Christian Services is no different. You look at a lot of their ties and their sponsors, the majority of it's the Catholic churches. Now, when you hear all the reports of things that have happened in the last four decades with Catholic priests and what goes on sometimes there, and I know a lot of it may be just for the money, people making false claims for money. But there has been numerous accounts of truth being told and convictions happening against those committing crimes against children. So why would it be that they are some of the largest funders of these organizations? You've got to ask that question. Here you go. We've got Sub-Saharan Africa and Central America money out. Well, I think, too, people conflate the term nonprofit organization with an organization which does not generate any profits for anyone and everyone is involved in it as all volunteer and all of that kind of stuff. And that is absolutely not the case. Well, remember, remember there, Ralph, that can't be true because the NFL itself is a five or one C three nonprofit. Obviously, they're not making money. I want to see the nine nineties for them. I didn't realize that was, I didn't realize they were organized as a corporate, as a regular corporation. Yeah. I say five, one C three, I might be wrong on the C three part, but they are registered as a nonprofit. There is so much money to be had in nonprofits. It's ridiculous. Yeah, one of the things that I saw years ago when I was working with hospice, and I got to see how that actually worked. The guys that were on the hospice, the national hospice, I don't remember which organization, there's a couple of them. But they were selling products to the nonprofit. So when somebody else came in with another product, oh, we've already got somebody that does that. He ended up sitting on the board. He had another company that they were purchasing from. That's another way that they divert funds out of these nonprofits. And nobody really asks. About how that goes, you know, and and this is this is a real problem. It's sort of like, you know, we've got a real problem with casinos. We were talking about that yesterday with somebody who actually does quite a bit of investigation. Let's just put it that way. And how many people will walk in there with just bags of cash, bags of cash. That's how they launder it. walk in there with bags of cash it's on a foreign nation uh soil that's what they did with the the native lands is they made a foreign nation so you can't audit it you can't do a thing they walk in there do whatever they want and all and it makes it all right you know they can change they can it's it's a bad it's a bad system they're taking advantage of every single one of us not just the people on the native land but every one of us yeah Oh, this is good. Ralph's got another thing up here. Let's just beat this thing up some more. This also points out that the benefit of doing things in a godly way is God has instructed we are supposed to help the widows and orphans. And if we do so locally... at every turn you don't need money from outside entities because the local community supports the need locally and that's the end of it everybody knows who everybody else is and there's no question about how the money is being used because everybody knows it's out in the open if you do it appropriately okay to your point there karen uh that was kind of the case to a certain extent, with one of my grandparents. My one grandpa, he grew up in a small town. His dad died when he was fairly young. And he told stories of the other people in the town that helped out his mom. And he remembered that he remembered that pretty much forever, what those people did for their family to help support them and, and keep them going, keep them fed. And a lot of it was stuff like they would give the kids, they would give the kids jobs to do and give them food, you know, as payment for like, you know, go, go pick some apples and then you can, you can take a bunch of them home with you. or that kind of thing. So it, they, they didn't just, you know, give them a bunch of stuff. They had them actually do something. So they felt like they were being, they were participating and, and it really, it taught the, the, the kids, you know, my grandpa valuable lessons too about, you know, really about work ethic at an early age. But, It helped them immensely. Yeah, and that's the point. You have to get people involved. This is the thing I have with what we would call panhandlers, right? Especially in the Grand Rapids area near me. Oh, it's gotten disgusting. They're on every corner sitting there begging. If they can stand up and walk on a corner all day, guaranteed they're not disabled. I like to call it the begging industrial complex. Yeah, it is. They're actors. Yeah, but you cannot just give... give to the majority of people like that because they are content to remain where they're at. I know a lot of them. I've employed a lot of them. One classic example, and this all ties into human trafficking as well, but one classic example of that is I was painting a house over there on the west side of Grand Rapids one time, and this lady, she come up, and she was sloshed. She was completely sloshed. out of it right but she started uh harassing all of my workers so I told her well if you're going to be here you're going to work right to which she complied so I handed her a paintbrush I said go paint that window well she painted the window and I gave her a little bit of money to do so right The most terrible paint job I've ever seen. I ended up having to redo it. But I sent a message to all of those in that community to say that you're not going to harass my guys and try to just extort money from them. If you want money, you can come here and work. And I've offered that. I mean, Donna, you've probably done it. Ralph and Karen, the majority of people who actually care have done this. And that's when you see somebody out there in a begging situation who is just trying to take money. I offer them a job. The majority of them, I would say ninety eight percent of them turn me down on the spot. They don't have time to work. All they want is the money. Right. Well, I don't know about you, but my Bible tells me if you don't work, you don't eat. And I'm not going to help you in that situation. I'll be there to keep your life. Right. I'm not going to let you die, but I'm not going to help you remain in a situation that you don't want out. And that's one thing that I had to learn the hard way, even among family members, is that they have to want to change before they will accept somebody to help them. It's a hard thing to learn. We just want to help people. But they have to want the change. They have to see the problem. The same reason goes into the modern-day gospel that comes out of American church. You say this prayer and be saved kind of thing. That's not the case. If you don't understand that you're lost and condemned, you won't see a reason to get out of it. And that's the whole purpose of the gospel message is to show you the law and show you how you're condemned within it before you will actually accept a way out of it. Otherwise, everybody is content just to remain where they're at and maybe better themselves physically. But all the while, your spirit is dead inside you, right? So that all, that all ties into the human trafficking as well. It's that a lot of these people understand their situation and want out, right? But they go to the wrong places to get help. My question is, where is the American church to stand up and do something about this? Where are the men in the community to stand up and do something about this? I, uh, when I, when I spoke there last weekend, uh, I, I said my piece very bluntly and very quickly. Um, to which I was amazed by how many people actually applauded that. But I made that point very clear, is that if you want law enforcement and you want to end this absolute abomination of trafficking children and adults for purposes where I'm not even going to talk about on this show, then you men need to stand up. And when you hear of it, you form together and you go find them and you take care of the situation, right? You bring lawful justice upon the heads of those people that want to commit these acts of abomination against children. I don't need your special LEOs or government NGOs or organizations to come alongside and help me. I am easily capable of handling that situation. And I made it very clear with another lady there who had a child that is currently in the system for the last nine years that she's only been able to see twice a week. This is your government NGOs. I made it very clear to her that if she was in my community, this situation would have been handled. Our men out here do not play games with this when it comes to children. We will gladly take care of the situation and gladly stop any threat that we see against a child or somebody that wants to kidnap or potentially use for sexual deviant purposes. We'll end it. And we won't ask questions about it. But we don't need your government funding and grants and people telling us how we need to do it. The law is on American side, and it's about time we understand that and actually take it into our hands like we're called to do in our Constitution and hold these criminals accountable for it. Not just criminals, right? Let's bring it to political figures. I mean, everybody should know how many people within the federal government are tied to child trafficking, right? Anybody that's sitting in the seat right now that has not done something about it, you won't hear a peep out of these people. They're not saying a thing. If they are, it's like, oh, yeah, we need to stop human trafficking. Let's go under the budget. And then all of a sudden it switched to something else. This is such a, a, you know, A spiritual crisis we're in right now. The only way any of this is going to get changed is if people's hearts are turned back to God. Because the worship of the physical world, the instant gratification, the lack of doing what an adult is supposed to do, which is take care of business, not play, play, play all the time. I... I'm so disgusted by this play all the time mentality. You could do whatever you want to do. Well, yeah, you can. You can walk out in front of a truck, too, and not pay attention to the rules. And you're probably going to suffer consequences. When God puts the rules out there, it's his world. It's his sandbox. He loves us because he created us. He's trying to keep us away from the dangers that he knows are here. And if we listen to them, that's our only way out. And the only way out for each other. And if we're not willing to stand for other people, our lives are absolutely worthless. It's all instant gratification. There's no point unless you're using the gifts, your time, to serve other people. To a certain extent. I think we're... We are approaching the maximum limit of... good times create soft men before it starts turning because there's, there's still too many people that are like, I don't want to talk about politics. You know, I don't want to get involved with politics. Well, I'm sorry. Politics is upon you, whether you like it or not. There's a local couple where the woman, um, they both ran for township, um, Whatever the title is. And a nearby township. And they didn't market themselves at all. And they won. And they flipped it from Democrat to Republican. But she used to say that she didn't get involved in politics until politics got involved with her. But people don't realize that politics is involved with everybody all the time. We just don't. We're trained not to see it. And that's one of the things that's happening right now is people are getting the veil lifted to see how involved politics is with their lives and how bad it has gotten for them. And they just didn't see it. Once you see it, what are you going to do about it? Hey, you're never the same. And then you run for office and realize that this is like a real crap show out there because anything the government gets involved in turns to crap. And I mean, total crap. And that's where the term civil body politic comes from, Karen. I know you're aware of that. It is not just politics, but it is our civil realm in which we live. Everybody has a part of it, right? Abigail Adams made that point very clear to John Adams when they were talking about certain things within the Continental Congress. She had mentioned to him that she lives politics every day. When she goes and buys food for her family, she's living politics. Everything she does, I can't think of the complete list. It's been a long time since I read that. But that's the point, is that everybody is living it. Whether you want to talk about it or not, you're in it. You are part of the civil body politic. It goes on around you, whether whether you take part in it or not. So it was better to take part in it and get it corrected on its right path than it is to just let it continue and wander off. There was a... This is politics right there. Yep. Yep. agri-terrorism to poison all of us by a, a biopathogen that they, that they caught, that they are just admitting to catching at least it with a Chinese scholar. So they say, I say spies is fricking espionage. And, um, and lied to the government, finally got a hold of it. Kash Patel actually has got his arms around this a little bit, but it's smuggling is known as agri-terrorism in the U.S. Guess what? This is politics right there. All the bad stuff you can look at and say there's probably a hand in it. Yeah, and remember, they're trying to make, forget the terminology, but basically trying to put vaccines into your food supply. For us people who are what we what being termed as purebloods now, but for us people who refused it, they're still trying to force it. That narrative has never left. Don't think we're beyond that, people, because there are people still that are dying from the same thing that was issued out in twenty twenty. from the same bioweapon that they've been injecting people with. And now they're trying to get it into your normal food supply that you would buy from the store. This is why it's so important for people to understand that it's your duty to provide for your own. Paul made that very clear when he talked to Timothy. He who provides not for his own, especially those of his own house, have denied the faith and are worse than an infidel. That doesn't mean relying on somebody else to provide for your home. That means being able to take care of everything you need for your own home. There's a story when we talk about government agencies getting involved, right? A lot of people still like to rely on government agencies because it's easy, it's convenient, and we think for some reason they have our best interests at heart, right? All the while, while they're killing our children, they have our best interests at heart. When somebody can explain that to me, I'll start talking about that issue. But there was a... An example of that, there was a story, I think it was out of Colorado, but there was a mountain road, right? There was a mountain road with a guardrail and the local government there at the time had noticed that there were many accidents happening off this guardrail, right? Off the mountain road. People wouldn't make the corner, they'd crash through the rail down the mountain and they would die, right? Long fall down there, they'd tumble and die. So the local government gets all this information. They say, well, what are we gonna do? What are we gonna do about this, right? No joke, it's a real story. Their solution to the problem was to place an ambulance At the bottom of the mountain. Right. Let's cure the symptom. Let's not cure the problem. That's government. They can only deal with the symptoms. The problem lies within the people themselves. Right. When we write ourselves, the government will write itself beyond us because they know we won't tolerate. But that's the example of relying on government. That's the kind of stuff you get. It's nonsense when you start thinking about it. What do we got? We got just a minute here before Greg comes on. I want to read this out, and it's not too long. Can I give a quick shout here? There are these products you can buy online. Amazon has them. I'm not totally a fan of Amazon, but I like Amazon for certain things. But you can buy these food towers. This is hydroponics, but you can also get ones that have soil in them And grow your own food. You can grow it year round. There's no reason to be a victim. And grow your own foods with seeds. If you're eating stuff, especially fruit that doesn't have seeds in it, just stop it. That is as clear as day that that has been modified. by some organization that thinks it's better for you, right? Seedless watermelons, that irritates me to no end. I don't want to eat them because I know that's not natural, right? There's something in there that God did not place on this earth or something in this game. Did you know that most of our weeds were actually brought over here for food? And they're higher, like purslane is higher in vitamins than spinach because I used to forage. And so the weeds that you're throwing out of your garden, now I'm not telling you to go pick everything and eat everything. However, you've got to be a little smart. But most of the, like purslane, lamb's quarter, all of that sorrel, you can eat all of that. And it's really high in vitamins. Yep. So if you'll indulge me just for a minute here. Please. We did a show back a while on the Mayflower Compact. We talked about the compact between those men before they even stepped foot on this soil, what they bound themselves to and their oaths to each other that they would uphold a proper body politic. What I found, I found a man by the name of John Robinson, who was a pastor out of the English church. who was not able to go with them. However, he sent a letter with them, admonishing them and exhorting them in their quest." And this, I believe, is very significant and probably inspired the Mayflower Compact. This was written in August of, He said, Loving and Christian friends, I do heartily and in the Lord salute you all as being they with whom I am present in my best affection and most earnest longings after you. Though I be constrained for a while to be bodily absent from you, I say constrained, God knowing how willingly and much rather than otherwise I would have borne my part with you in the first front, were I not by strong necessity held back for the present. Make account of me in the meanwhile as of a man divided in yourself with great pain, and as natural bonds aside, having my better part with you. And though I doubt not, but in your godly wisdoms, you both foresee and resolve upon that which concerns your present state and condition, both severally and jointly, yet have I thought but my duty to add some further spur of provocation unto them who run already, if not because you need it, yet because I owe it. And first, as we daily to renew our repentance with our God, especially for our sins known and generally for our unknown trespasses, so does the Lord call us in a singular manner upon occasions of such difficulty and danger as lie upon you to a both more narrow search and careful reformation of our ways in His sight. Lest he, calling to remembrance our sins forgotten by us or repentant of, take advantage against us and in judgment leave us for the same to be swallowed up in one danger or another, whereas on the contrary, sin being taken away by earnest repentance and the pardon thereof from the Lord, sealed up into a man's conscience by his spirit... Great shall be his security and peace in all dangers. Sweet his comforts in all distresses, with happy deliverance from all evil, whether in life or in death. Now next, after this heavenly peace with God and our own consciences, we are careful to provide for peace with all men what in us lies, especially with our associates. And for that end, watchfulness must be had that we neither at all in ourselves do give, nor easily take offense being given by others. "...woe be unto the world for offenses, for though it be necessary, considering the malice of Satan and of man's corruption, that offenses come, yet woe unto the man or woman, either by whom the offense comes, says Christ. And if offenses and the unseasonable use of things in themselves indifferent be more to be feared than death itself, as the apostle teaches, how much more in things simply evil, in which neither honor God nor love of man is thought worthy to be regarded." Neither yet is it sufficient that we keep ourselves by the grace of God for giving offense, except with all we be armed against the taking of it when given by others. For how imperfect and lame is the work of grace in that person who wants charity to cover a multitude of offenses, as the scripture speaks. Neither are you to be exhorted to this grace only upon the common grounds of Christianity, which are that persons ready to take offense either want charity to cover offenses or wisdom duly to weigh human frailty, or lastly are gross through close hypocrites, as Christ our Lord teaches. As indeed in mine own experience, for none have been found who sooner give offense than such as easily take it. Neither have they ever proved sound and profitable members in societies who have nourished in themselves that touchy humor. But besides these, there are diverse special motives provoking you above others to great care and conscience this way. As first you are, many of you strangers. As to the person, so do the infirmities one of another. And so stand in need of more watchfulness this way." lest when such things fall out in men and women as you suspect not, you be inordinately affected with them, which does require at your hands much wisdom and charity for the covering and preventing of incident offenses that way. And lastly, your intended course of civil community will minister continually occasions of offense, as will be as fuel for that fire, except you diligently quench it with brotherly forbearance." I'm going to skip a little bit closer to the end here. He says, lastly, whereas you are to become a body politic using among yourself civil government and are not furnished with any persons of special eminence above the rest to be chosen by you into office of government. Let me repeat that a minute. Using among yourself civil government and are not furnished with any persons of special eminence above the rest to be chosen by you into office of government. He says, But you know better things that the image of the Lord's power and authority which the magistrate bears is honorable in all persons, be they ever so mean. And this duty you both may the more willingly and ought the more conscientiously to perform, because you are, at least for the present, to have only them for your ordinary governors, which yourselves shall choose for that work. Sundry other things of importance I could put you in mind of, and of those before mentioned in more words, but I will not so far wrong your godly minds as to think you heedless of these things, their being also diverse among you, so well able to admonish both yourselves and others of what concerns them. These few things, therefore, in the same and few words, I do earnestly commend unto your care and conscience, joining therewith my daily incessant prayers unto the Lord, that he who has made the heavens and earth, the sea and all the rivers and waters, and whose providence is over all his works, especially over all his dear children for good, Would so guide and guard you in all your ways as inwardly by His Spirit, so outwardly by the hand of His power, as that both you and we also for and with you may have after matter of praising His names all the days of your and our lives. Fare you well in Him in whom you trust and in whom I rest. Think about that. He's writing the same things that we're talking about today still. Right. Oh, OK. Some of us are talking about today. You go back to Exodus eighteen. Well, when we have our our guidelines of who we should be at that time electing judges over us. Right. Well, we still elect judges, but there are servants. They're supposed to uphold the law in all cases that we bring to them within their jurisdiction. All right. Many of them don't. I know of very few. And the problem we have is that somehow we believe that whoever is holding an elected office or a position in an NGO or some government agency that doesn't exist constitutionally, somehow we believe they have the authority to do whatever they want because they hold that seat. Nothing could be farther from the truth than a republic. They are governed by the law that we gave them, and by nature's law, and nature's God Himself, and are responsible to uphold such things, lest it's the people's right to alter or abolish it. Now, we just spanned a hundred and fifty years with that statement. But they dealt with the same issues. This is nothing new in America, and it's nothing new to the people of God. But it is new so much as this generation, watching them stand down in the light of these things happening is just absurd in my mind, which is why I continually say, men, you better rise up and you better start taking care of these situations. Don't leave it up to government to handle the problem for you because it has never in the history of the world been able to maintain its proper role without the people standing up and saying, you're out of line and this needs to be handled, right? I mentioned the Magna Carta out of line earlier before the show. Thank you, Ralph, for correcting me in that. But the Magna Carta was a perfect example of that. People who were willingly submitting to a king who more and more gained power and authority and started to rule tyrannically, And when it became a problem for the lower magistrates, all of a sudden they said, oh, no, we can't have this anymore. And so they forced the king's hand to correct the situation. Meanwhile, who was paying for the tyrannical orders of the king? It wasn't necessarily the barons, the kings, princes, and those who gave authority to govern. It was the people themselves, the peasants at the time, who are paying the price for what went on in a civil body politic capacity. The same thing happens. The people, namely the children, are paying the price for the lack of what the men will stand up and put a stop to. Well said. Processing all the above, you know, and I do and I agree, you know, to see so many people that just sit back and want other people to fix their problems. It is in some regards, I'm very concerned with the mindset. That mindset is one that's always going to coronate a king. rather than self-governance and learning to communicate with each other to have those discussions to find not go sports team, I want my political party to win, but get the best answers to solve the biggest problems that we encounter. and how to elegantly how to elegantly and lawfully hold those that are in office to the constraints that they that they need to be under you know but it requires everybody to step up you know I kind of here's an example I kind of like what what Switzerland did with how they how they uh carried out, how do I say it? Help me with the words if I can't say it correctly, Ralph, but how Switzerland carried out the protection of their country. Everyone was to be trained in arms and bearing arms. And if you didn't do that, you had to pay the tax for not upholding your part of the bargain. And that still goes on to this day. I mean, that's the system that our militia was patterned off of because it was proved to be successful there for defense. And that can be, you know, a lot of people think the militia is just like, you know, grab your torches and pitchforks because it's been mischaracterized so badly because that's exactly what they wanted. They wanted us to stand down and hand over our rights to them. But the militia wasn't just about physical protection in an armed way, though that was part of it. It was also for providing for the community. So it has a long history of being the caretakers. of the communities. Yeah, not only in Switzerland, but even in early day America, the Virginia colony had specific laws stating even that you had to show up for Sunday morning service at church with your rifle. And there were penalties for that if you did not show up to church arms, because they knew that there was an outside threat at the time, namely a handful of savages who would seek to just slaughter women and children, specifically, not just the men, they'd slaughter the men too. But they would go as far as to slaughter women and children. That was not tolerated in these early states and the early colonies. And they would put a stop to that, which is the reason why they had to be armed. It's no different than today. A lot of our battle is spiritual. I know Sean Starry says a lot about that there in the comments. But a lot of our battle is spiritual. Nonetheless, we take up arms both physically and spiritually for defense, not offense. We don't need to play an offensive game, but we rather defend ourselves and those around us. Our Michigan Constitution states that very clearly, Article I, Section VI. We have the right to do so for defense of ourselves and the state. If you're not willing to defend yourself and the state, then by all means, don't carry an arm. but you're going to lose a lot of respect by me for that. I can give you an example of that. You know, everybody here, yeah, I think even Karen has probably seen me. Everywhere I go, I'm armed, right? And I don't do that as a point of show, and I don't brag about it. I understand my duty to do so. And most of the time, I open character, right? Depending on how cold it is. If I have a coat, I'm concealed character. I don't care. But I do that specifically for the point I want the people to get used to seeing it everywhere I go. And Donna, I cannot tell you the amount of times where somebody has come up to me in a public place and said, oh, man, you're carrying. I love it. Thank you so much for doing that. That's what we need more of. Right. Every man ought to be carrying. And I point my finger right back at him and I said, show me yours. Where's yours at? He says, oh, I don't carry. Then keep your mouth shut. You're willing to do that, which you refuse to do. That's a great point. I'm going to read a couple. I didn't even see Sean's comments going there. Sorry, Sean, but there's a lot of people out there. Curtis is commenting. Denise is commenting. This has got a lot of comments today. So problem with police training has undergone many changes throughout the last hundred years with reforms by politicians who use police as an arm of the political parties. i.e. Joe Biden, the crime bill. This is Sean. I should have had Sean maybe come on this morning. One of the purposeful changes to create chaos within the policing agencies, they are not taught how to de-escalate situations. More about escalating situations for fund creation that funds the city, municipal, state, and federal. CPS was created to control families, to kidnap children from families, an agency to target family units. Lutheran social services are nothing more than a communist than a communist social enforcers. Lutheran social services were busted moving illegal immigrant children across the country over the past four years under the Biden administration. Worth the watch as this battle is spiritual. I think that's an Al Richards video from Facebook. Al's a good guy. He comes on here a lot too for comments. I'd like to see if you can link to the NGOs, link them to the World Economic Forum. Oh yeah, I'm sure that there's money passing back and forth there. American churches have lost their way and have become corporate entities. I have respect for my enemy who has set against me, but those who set idly by will evil besieges are the root of the problem. Politics is a stand. Stan, Stanley Lazewski. I love Stanley. He's cool. Politics equals social management built on the principles of honesty, integrity, empathy, and strength with the guidance of God. Sean, come back on it. Wow. We had a lot of comments today. We've been poisoned by our government since nineteen forty seven when they put sodium fluoride in the water after it's been filtered to cause bone density loss, neurological issues. Sodium fluoride is the base ingredient for every chemical weapon. And Stanley's got another post. It's like, it's not just physical poisoning. It's a mind poisoning too. There's, I thank you guys so much for the comments here. Survival versus Bible that has all known vegetation that can be eaten or used for medicine. We've got Curtis and Denise over here. they reinvest the equity into hard assets. It's an equity investment banking from Curtis. The big four equity investment manipulators are BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard, and JP Morgan Chase. The big four sell each other loans and create equity out of thin air manipulation. Absolutely. Our original local government was removed from us and replaced. This happened in stages From sixty one to sixty seven. How much land in Michigan do executive agencies own land deeds to our land? A lot of land was transferred to consumers energy as well. And sixty eight, sixty nine. That's a big beef of mine is these energy, these energy cartels and consumer shareholders has shareholders to answer to. So guess who the shareholders are? Denise, all these places need to be investigated by Cash, Patel, and Bondi, although I have reservations about both. We have no other choice. Michigan needs investigation. Ann Arbor is another begging city. On Mother's Day, a homeless person burst into Pretzel Bell. He was running from police, broke dishes, and pepper sprayed another homeless person. I mean, we can go on and on, but the comments are amazing. I'm going to bring Greg on. He's been patiently sitting back. Say, hey, Greg. So go ahead, Ralph. So I'd like to add something to that and that, you know, calling for investigations of places. Hey, that's great, but start investigating yourself. You know, we just showed you how to pull nine nineties. There's all kinds of other tools out there for pulling the official documents from these different places. You know, as far as land ownership and tax filings and all of that kind of stuff. A lot of that data is available in a method that those entities have attested to the truthfulness of, and in some cases have even signed publicly. There's a lot of that data you can pull yourself. And if you can start collecting some of that data together and making it more widely known, I don't mean disclosing private information as a whistleblower, that's a different category, which if you're privileged to do that, congratulations. However, for the general public, do some of the investigation yourself. A lot of it can be done. Yes, and I can repost the OSINT technology stuff if people want to see how to do that with open source intelligence. We've had several shows on that, plus I've posted the resources on how to approach OSINT technology. And then you can find out almost anything you want to know that way, or you can FOIA it. But anyhow, really quick last words, like ten seconds, because I want to give Greg his time to talk, and we got off on a serious tangent here, which is good too, but Well, I will tell you, just give everybody a heads up. Next Wednesday, I will be up in Kalkaska. So I may or may not be able to jump on, depending on my service up there. I've never been up there in that area. But I think, Ralph, you have a good point. And it would be good to do a show possibly next week, since I won't be in front of my computer, specifically showing the people how to look up certain things. All of the little hidden nooks and crannies that the government releases information that people don't know about. But we could bring on an expert in OSINT that I've had on before. And that's really, that's freaky because you can look up things like what people purchase at Walmart. And I mean, it's nuts how much stuff is out there. I think if people knew how much they're collecting on us, In the political arena, I've seen the spreadsheets that the CIA Republican Party and CIA Democrat Party use to spy on people. It's frightening how much fine-grained information they have to message you for manipulation. That messaging is manipulation. flat out if they were saying what they really believed they would just tell the truth but no they've got to get into all this research into into that so with that said I'm gonna just we're gonna move on thanks for being on here today guys you guys are wonderful I love every one of you and I appreciate the time that you share I'm gonna go to a real quick break and then it's gonna be greg and me again excellent all right see you guys great show guys be back in one minute Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg. It's the fourth day of June, twenty twenty five. And welcome to our show. And I'm going to jump right in with Greg and me. How are you doing today, Greg? Couldn't be better. Thanks for being patient with us, getting on our tangent. I appreciate that. But unfortunately, it's kind of it's kind of a loose schedule we have going here. And if people are moving in one direction, it's kind of hard to stop and pick up later. But we had all kinds of time today. So what are we talking about today? What's on your mind? Well, I have no problem waiting, especially when Bill's reading a letter from the ship that was our founding. I mean, we have to go back and remember these things because clearly that letter and the faith that they had in God, that's the one thing that we were built on and we have to go back and keep remembering. If we don't remember our history, we're bound to forget it. And They've tried to hide it from us so that we don't know that this country was built on God and his word and love and faith. This is interesting. So Bill sucked me into this book right here. It's hard to find. It's a great document. Yes, it's a really interesting compilation of, let's see if I can get it in the camera here, of documents. Pretty exhaustive, actually. And it's hard to find if you can find it. It's by Chuck Baldwin. live radio broadcast is where it comes from. And I think that I ended up having, you can usually get, I think you have to get used copies of it, but I ended up finding that one for a hundred and thirty some odd dollars. But there are compilations out there, really good ones and also some bad ones. I bought one a while back that was a founding documents constitution. And the next thing I know I'm reading a you know, HRC nonsense out there and trying to twist things. So you kind of have to watch things a little bit, but there's, there's a lot of good stuff out there. The books that say like Sean Starry writes, and then he's on our show. Sean is fantastic. And he's got all kinds of insider, let's just say insider information. I always appreciate his, his input on everything because he was working behind enemy lines in so many places that he does have a pretty accurate view of what's going on. So anyhow, so what did you want to talk about today? Well, I want to kind of bring together, last week we went through a very quick history of the constitutions and democracy and and what our government has done and I think it's important for people to understand that we really are at war and unfortunately we're at war with our own government and to understand that you have to recognize that we were and are a republic but their goal from the very beginning especially for the Federalists, was to basically rip that republic out from underneath of us. And they're very patient, and they've been very patient. And you did a show earlier in the week with Daniel Richard, and I think it's important. He said something profound, and he was relating it to the voting issue that he is filing a lawsuit on. But I think it's important much more from the voting to understand the Fourteenth Amendment and what it actually did to us. Because the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution effectively made us all citizens of the ten square miles of Washington, D.C., of the District of Columbia. You brought this up last week, too, and I was just totally fascinated by wanting to hear more about that because both of you guys have an amazing concept of this. And it's so critical to understand. And he didn't go into it in a lot of detail. And I do want to review the Moore versus the United States case because that's important to understanding that Fourteenth Amendment and then further the Sixteenth Amendment. So when that amendment was originally passed in in eighteen sixty eight, And what it actually meant. I mean, the Thirteenth Amendment freed the slaves. The Fourteenth Amendment effectively enslaved the entire country and all of us. And it didn't happen immediately. And the one thing you have to understand is that when the federal government does something, it is very deliberate, and it typically is not done in the name of whatever the act is. It's typically the exact opposite of whatever the act is. Agreed. amendment was done to basically give us rights, and ultimately what it really was intended to do was strip every right you have and exchange them for what are privileges. Privileges are for our trustees and servants, not us. We have rights, but we only have rights in our constitutional republic. We do not have rights. We have privileges in the Constitution, which is the ten square miles of DC. And it's real interesting because That ten square miles, which was effectively donated by Virginia and Maryland to the District of Columbia in order to form our federal government and a separate, in my opinion, sovereign nation. They are a completely separate sovereign nation in the ten square miles. Not just for those ten square miles, but for all the other territories that they have. aggressively tried to accumulate from eighteen sixty eight until the present day. And all those territories are a separate democracy. And that's why they call themselves a democracy. They are operating within the democracy. The Fourteenth Amendment, when Daniel was talking about it, as it related to your voting and your rights to vote. And we are a constitutional republic. You have to go back and look at the history and what it did because it eliminated our due process of law. It changed the definitions of due process of law. And by the way, once you take that and you look at the court cases that occurred after it, it's very clear the Supreme Court of the United States, which unfortunately is located in the District of Columbia, The Supreme Court makes their decisions and they are very careful to look at the wording of citizen, of person, of resident. And those are definitions that Daniel spoke about. But I don't like to go through definitions on these types of shows because the Chevron Doctrine, which really started in the Nineteen eighty four, when it was actually a Supreme Court case that the Supreme Court gave deference to those administrative agencies, every single corporation in America, all the five oh one C threes, all of the C corps, all of the S corps. All of the LLCs, every form of corporation originates and emanates from Washington, D.C., from the District of Columbia, which means that's how they were able to take our income and convert it to a privilege not income not fruits of your labor which god said are yours not property so you have income and you have property and they have effectively taken both of those your income and your property and they've collapsed it into the district of columbia And they took you from being one of the state nationals, one of we the people in your state, and they've made you a trustee inside of their democratic democracy in D.C., and they charge you taxes on it. And that's why people that try to explain the tax situation and why there are seven categories of taxpayers, and every single American believes that they are a US citizen, United States citizen. Well, unless you understand your status and your jurisdiction, you are not a United States citizen as it relates to the definition in the Internal Revenue Code. So when you look at the definition, again, that The Supreme Court allowed the administrative agencies, and there are five hundred of them. We don't even know how many there are. They just keep creating them. But that's the CIA. That's the FBI. That's all these non-positive law agencies that are created. And they are legal. They're legal agencies. Why? Because they're not part of the republic. They're not part of the constitutional republic. No one ever could explain this to me. I mean, now I understand. And I'm a finance guy. I'm not a lawyer. I've unfortunately been forced to learn the law and learn what God's law, real fundamental common law is, and the difference between that and civil and criminal procedures, which is what they overlaid on top of us after the Fourteenth Amendment. So once the Fourteenth Amendment was passed, then Harvard University stopped teaching fundamental common law. And why did they stop teaching it? Because they just converted the entire country to slaves. They made us all slaves in the trust of the Constitution of the democracy for the District of Columbia. It looks just like our constitutional republic. But it's not. It is theirs and it's controlled by legislatures that are in the Constitutional Republic. And that's why we went through that explain sketch last week, which is powerful. And Jaron Jackson put that together and it finally made sense to me. The Constitutional Republic. The problem is we gave them full power to create their own effective government. On top of us. And that's why everybody says, where did this, does your government come from? How can we possibly have the constitutional Republic and overlaid on top of us? Is this constitutional democracy that literally is its own sovereign nation. And then what they did was they took all of us from the Republic and they buy contract. Although these contracts are breached in my mind because they're not constitutional and they were not revealed to us. By contract, they moved us from the republic to the democracy. And in addition, they moved every single court because they did all this at the same time. And you look at the activity after eighteen sixty eight. And the Organic Act of eighteen seventy one last time we talked about the Organic Act of eighteen hundred that created the District of Columbia. Now, the Organic Act of eighteen seventy one created. The beginning of moving everyone into the trust under contract and then making us continually sign these affidavits that we don't even realize they're affidavits. And Daniel mentioned this as it related to our voting rights. I mean, they literally stripped us of our voting rights. They put whoever they want in power. We don't have a choice. We've got to get rid of Republicans and Democrats, every single one of them. Because at the end of the day, unless They are truthful with the American people and tell us how our government is formed, what the structure is. And remember, back then, we didn't have the internet. We didn't have the ability to assemble like we do today and get information from Georgia all the way to California and have people discuss for the common good what our rights are and the difference between those rights and notices. And that's why our group does notices and affidavits, because we're willing to put our, we the people who are supposed to manage our government, we are supposed to be in that trust, in that social compact of the Constitutional Republic, we are supposed to be the beneficiaries. And we're also supposed to be, more importantly, the trust protectors. And right now, they took us from this constitutional republic. They moved us over into, sorry, I talk a lot with my hands. They moved us over into a constitutional democracy. And they not only, we are no longer the beneficiaries of the trust in the democracy. We are trustees. They made us trustees. And why would they do that? What is the benefit of them making us trustees? Well, now they can tax your income. Now they literally have the right to tax your income. And they give the appearance of the Sixteenth Amendment, which says government has all power to tax. But what they forget to tell you is it's non-positive law, first of all. And its amendment, it's the very first amendment. I mentioned this last week. That is not part of the Constitutional Republic. It's part of the constitutional democracy that's sitting in the ten square miles of D.C. That's a hard concept for people to accept and understand. But I can prove it to you because the Supreme Court has said repeatedly in eighteen ninety five when the right I'm sorry, eighteen ninety four. When the Sixteenth Amendment was signed and then in eighteen ninety five, when when a case actually went all the way to the Supreme Court, it overturned. I mean, the ability of the federal government to tax us because it wasn't apportioned among the states, it was considered a direct tax. And it was on everyone's head. And a direct tax is for war and war only. And that's based upon the United States Constitution, Article I, Section VIII. And that direct tax, there's a difference between direct and indirect. An indirect tax is a duty, impost, or excise. Finally, in the Bruce Schaber case that occurred in, in nineteen thirteen, the Supreme Court would not identify it as a direct or an indirect tax. The only thing they would say in that case, and they were very vague because they didn't want to overturn the government, was that the tax gave the federal government no new powers. Well, if it gave them no new powers, then they didn't have the power to put a direct tax on our income and our property, which is what they've done. Well, The way they did that was by taking us, taking our rights away, giving us privileges, making us sign licenses all over the place, a license to drive my car, a license to practice my business, a license to, you know, really there's licenses for pretty much every single thing we do. And that is because they have to keep reaffirming and putting you back in to the District of Columbia. And the way they do that is by contract. And they get you to keep saying repeatedly, and this is why they can sue people that are sovereign citizens that don't file tax returns anymore, and they do it based upon their constitutional right. Well, the problem is you've signed all these licenses and you signed all these contracts that basically tell the government that you are living as a non-resident alien in the District of Columbia. So if you're constantly telling them that, it's pretty easy for them to win. Ninety, ninety eight percent of every case they take and they they sue people that are they call them tax cheats and they've got all kinds of labels and such kinds of labels. And why do they win those cases? They win those cases because people don't know their status standing in jurisdiction and to understand it. They made it so complicated. I mean, I am a charter financial analyst. I look at and analyze companies and businesses and, you know, equities and debt. And I could never understand all of this financing and creative work. debt structures of the United States and how we were able to continue to create fiat currency and just unlimited amounts. So when we went off the gold standard in nineteen thirty three and we by the way, we only went off the gold standard, which I find interesting. We only went off the gold standard in thirty three in America. We didn't go off the gold standard internationally. We still because people would have stopped taking our currency in nineteen thirty three. Oh, wow. We went off the gold standard internationally in nineteen seventy one. Now, what happened between nineteen thirty three and nineteen seventy one? Something major. World War Two. So what do they do to us? They constantly create war, disruption, financial market disruption. They know what they're doing. They know why they're doing it. They're about ready to do it again. They attempted to do it with COVID, but they're getting ready to do it again. No, I'm not saying- Did you ever feel that COVID was kind of like a test case in a way? Not only was it an attack, but there were so many tests going on during COVID of all systems out there, because I feel like they run tests to set it up for the real hammer being dropped. Well, the real hammer's already been dropped. The real hammer's been dropped repeatedly on us. We are just not putting the pieces to the puzzle together. That's really why I'm coming on your show. I would like to put the pieces together for all of us. I'm certainly willing to debate it, discuss it. I don't want anybody just to take my word for it. Go back and look. I've created a spreadsheet with over three hundred different items that were done since the Magna Carta. I mean, Magna Carta all the way up until cases that have been decided this year. The Supreme Court has a very difficult job. They are trying to balance and they're aware of what I'm telling you at the very top. Do I think our district courts and our superior courts and our state courts are aware of this? I don't think they're aware of it at all. I think it's being managed from the very top, and they're trying to balance a constitutional republic with a District of Columbia that's its own sovereign nation, and it has the right to make laws. Statutes and codes do not apply to people that live in the constitutional republic. It's just for our public functionaries, whether they're elected or unelected. The Constitution was how the government ran, and it was to ensure our rights given to us by God. It wasn't like you have to do this for the people. But I think people then have to understand, well, if statutes and codes don't apply to me, why then does our government... on a daily basis file millions of suits against us as we the people under statutes and codes I mean we have to ask ourselves that question and I think it's obvious to me now it wasn't before but it's obvious because the only way they can do that is if they put you into the trust in district of columbia by contract that's the only way they have the right to put that tyranny over the top of you. And that's a hard thing for people to understand. A lot of people have never been to District at Columbia. It's ten square miles. But yet, you are claiming to your government that you're a resident there. Well, why do I have to claim I'm a resident there if I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio? I mean, I've certainly been to District of Columbia. I've certainly been to Washington, but I've never lived there. I've never owned property there. But yet I am filing an affidavit with my government on an annual basis, telling them that I am a resident. I'm a non-resident alien of the District of Columbia. I'm no different than the people that came across the border under the Biden administration. I'm in the same category. Why do you think they issued them social security cards? Yeah, it never made any sense to me how they could just get around it. I can tell you how they got around it. Besides just breaking the law flat out. They're not breaking the law. What they're doing is legal. What they're doing is legal. It's not constitutional by the Constitutional Republic, if that makes sense. So what they're doing is perfectly legal. in order to issue Social Security cards. Those are a product in nineteen thirty five. Of the District of Columbia of the Legislature. By the way, wasn't our government set up to do one thing and one thing only, especially our federal government to protect my rights? Well, all they're doing is trampling on them. And yet. Not a single one of them gets punished. Not a single one gets an indictment or charged with maladministration. Not one. Why? I think it's obvious. They're exploiting our rights is what they're doing. But if you don't understand, they're doing it legally under their constitution. They are not a republic. they are a democracy they call themselves it they do it openly now they didn't a hundred and fifty years ago but now they do it openly I mean they do it openly right to us they tell us they're a democracy they've tried to convince every american we're a democracy and we fight for the democracy I don't want to fight for a democracy. I want to fight for a republic. Yeah, and look at all of the organizations that are out there that use democracy in their title, that are NGOs that use it. They actually use it in the title. Because they are. They are statutory entities that were created under contract with the legislator of the District of Columbia, and they are corporations just like McDonald's is, just like McDonald's. You know, Amazon and Walgreens, all the rest of them. They're all constitutional entities out of the District of Columbia. And what they did and everybody, it took me a while to comprehend this. They created one of those entities for each and every one of us. And you are the trustee of that entity. And that is our names in all caps. That's how they created the district of Columbia corporations. And that's how they keep a separate set of books. And they made you guarantors on the debt. That's why they don't, we don't have a currency in this country anymore. We have a debt instrument. It's not real currency. It is literally a contract between two entities. And that's a whole nother segment for us someday. But if you don't- I'm pretty sure we can find a lot of different subjects to talk about because there's been so much misleading and manipulation onto people in general. And it does, it takes quite a while to break our biases. Even when we think we know what's going on, I think it's important just to listen, for everybody to listen and contemplate and take a few times to walk around the building and what's being said so that our brains can actually process this much evil, an intentional evil that has been done upon our country. It's a long, this has been going on for a long time, as you said. It was going on before the Revolutionary War. I mean, people look at Alexander Hamilton and put him on a pedestal. He was the first Secretary of the Treasury and Maybe he did some good things, but at the end of the day, he also did a lot of things to benefit the Astor family, the Rockefellers, the Mellons, the J.P. Morgan. I mean, his goal was to benefit them. I mean, the minute we formed our Constitution, the minute we flipped the paradigm and we made we the people sovereign, That's not taught in schools like it should be. They understood it for the first hundred years and they were able to protect themselves. Before we go on to that, though, let me go back to one other thing that they did in eighteen sixty eight when they passed the Fourteenth Amendment. That's when courts of record were the the law of the land. I mean, courts of record were operated under fundamental common law. And God's law. And they switched us from courts of record to courts of equity because they could. Because now when you walk into a courtroom, you're walking into a courtroom as a resident of the District of Columbia. And they those courts of equity are. And that's true with CPAC. That's true with why all this tyranny? Where's all this money going? Why all these NGOs? They are all going. And it makes perfect sense. Once you start putting it together, you've got to track the money. You've got to track the money. The money will give you ninety nine percent of the time what tyranny they're putting us under. And why are they putting us under it? And it also connects all the criminals that are working together to subvert, to subvert the nation because they kind of work in packs. You know, you can start connecting the dots between organizations and the people keep showing up again and again. What's the purpose of a corporation? What's the purpose of a corporation? Make money for the shareholders. For the shareholders, right? Yes. Well, What did I do? The sovereign nation of the United States, by definition, is a corporation created in the ten square miles. What is the purpose of those executives? To make money for their shareholders. Okay. They're shareholders and themselves. That's it. Well, that's what the shareholders are. It's not us. It's not us. It's not us. It's not us. And all these NGOs are just subsidiaries of that entity, of that corporation. That's why we are big in our group on PMAs. Why are PMAs so important? Because they're constitutional republic entities. And it's no different than a corporation being That's what churches used to be. Now they're five Oh one C threes. Why? Because the government can control them. Why are the schools no longer PMAs, but yet they're constitutional democracy entities, they're corporations. And that's so the government can dictate DEI policies and woke and whatever else they want to shove down us. But once they took control of those entities in, and they put in our schools, They made them corporations and they put in them. They control their money flow. And they can just print as much as they want with us as the guarantor. Because in nineteen thirty five. A little known fact is they changed the definitions again, which were reaffirmed in nineteen eighty four in the Chevron case. They changed the definition and the definition of you, which is all of us, every single American. Is a debtor. to the United States corporation and to our currency. So when they took us off the gold standard in three, the reason the federal reserve is willing to loan us over a hundred trillion dollars that they've created out of thin air is because literally it's secured by every single piece of property in America, personal and real. It is guaranteed by we, the people. Go look at the nineteen thirty five Social Security Act. Look at the definitions. And they they literally just built up. Now, remember, again, nineteen thirty five. We didn't have the Internet. We didn't have the ability easily to assemble. We had to assemble in houses and churches and schools where they had taken control of them. They stopped our ability to assemble. They kept us busy with other things. They kept us busy with building America for their benefit and their corporate benefit, not for the benefit of the people. Because we stopped managing our government. I said in a constitutional republic, we were the beneficiaries, we the people, but we were also the trust protectors. We stopped doing that because in the democracy, they made us trustees. They put us inside the trust. Well, if you're inside the trust, then you're a trustee, and you basically have to live your life as a slave to the kings. They made themselves kings over and above us. So they flipped the paradigm. They flipped the paradigm from a constitutional republic to a constitutional democracy where they are the kings and we are their slaves. And that's why they can take us. That's how they can charge us an income tax. Even though our constitution that our founding fathers and many people died for, they can't put a direct tax on us. How in the world can they get away with it? Well, they didn't put it on us. And when that case finally went to the Supreme Court, they weren't charging an income tax back then in fact the initial income tax was simply a two percent tax and it was only going to be put on people that were making over five million so it was perceived as oh it's just going to tax the rich well they knew all along who was going to tax That's something that I'm really glad that you brought up because I have not seen one piece of legislation, any proposals, any of these amendments for the state or anything that actually is clean. They have complicated things so much that Unless you read the fine point or the fine print, you're not going to see the manipulation and you've got to read the whole thing. You can't just run your entire life by headlines, not you personally, but that's the way that the majority of the manipulation happens. It's the headlines that they put out there. And this is a great idea. Nobody's going back to the to the to the core of the problem. And it just they just keep layering more and more stuff on going back to what I've said many times is that we have to go to nullification and expect that nullification to come out of the public, the public functionaries. And can I ask you a question? Because here's my belief of what they're long-term vision is. And I'm going to go and give an opinion now versus give facts. But I believe that they've already shown their colors over the last two hundred years. Absolutely. And so I think I'm entitled based upon seven years of me researching to find the truth. But I believe their sole goal all along is to convert us into a democracy, which is what they've done. We are effectively a democracy. And Daniel said it on your show the other day. We are a democracy and we're operating as a democracy and we're living in tyranny. and the republic still exists so we've got the supreme court who everyone in washington has said they've gone rogue because now they're literally telling you that if you bring them a case based upon rights and not privileges you will win and you will win the problem is how do you take it into an article three court when they've converted every court into an article one court that's created by the legislature it's nearly impossible to get to the supreme court and that's why notices and affidavits we are inundated the supreme court with notices and affidavits so that they understand they can't block us If you're only going to have the United States Supreme Court and the federal district courts, the appellate courts, that we can file cases in and get remedy as we the people, we are a very, very small minority in this country. But that's okay because it takes a small minority in order to win this war. We are at war with our own sovereign United States. People have to understand what that actually means. And I believe their goal all along is to suppress and annihilate and get rid of the constitutional republic because rights are reserved out of the constitutional republics in all fifty state constitutions. When those rights are reserved out of the republic, And they can never, ever, ever write a law, a statute or a code that would affect my rights, ever, in perpetuity. So they really, truly do need to get rid of the constitutional republic in America. They need to get rid of the we, the people, being sovereign. And there's only one way to do that. And it's been the same way for thousands and thousands of years. And that's by taking over the land, taking over through war. Our government is at war with we the people. using environmental agencies and the clean energy nonsense. They have taken over so much land in this nation and sold it through corporations or to corporations to foreign countries. It's incredible. And again, we ask, why are they doing that? Why are they doing that? They're doing that. They want the resources. Well, more important, more fundamental than that, if that's a United States territory, because they have funded it through their own corporations which go down to the states now because literally after the organic act every state including michigan michigan was the last one to do it in every state in the union unions filed their own why because they couldn't get money from the federal government money used to stay local our founding fathers wanted local control of government not top down bottom up so they had to do it they had to take control of these territories because what once you're a united states territory and there's numerous cases in the supreme court of the united states that basically claim When the United States of America Corporation buys a piece of land, whether it's for a military base or whether it's just for the EPA or whatever it's for. DNR destroying, ravaging. It is now under their jurisdiction. Now, again, that's the negative news. And it took me years to understand the negative news. The positive news, we are still a constitutional republic. There is no other nation in the world that is a constitutional republic like ours. Our founding fathers were brilliant the way they structured it, but we the people have to fight to get it back. And we have to fight to get it back from the rogue democracy that they created that's sitting over the top of us. Now, and they've taken an oath. They've taken an oath, and Bill said this earlier in today's show, They've taken an oath to uphold our constitutional republic. But yet they've also taken an oath to the corporation that they're working for. And I think that's part of the reason Donald Trump doesn't take a paycheck. He doesn't want to take that paycheck and be an employee. The problem is it doesn't matter because he's getting other ancillary benefits, including flying on Air Force One. That in and of itself makes him a public servant. And all these attorneys that think they are immune from prosecution in the Constitutional Republic have another thing coming. There's no immunity for them if they're breaking the law. They've got a job. They've got an oath to uphold. And if they break that oath, there's no immunity. Well, remember, attorneys, for the most part, they work outside of it. They think they've insulated themselves by not being part of the constitutional democracy. They're just an advisor to the democracy. I wanted to show this. This is the federal public land, a little map here that shows how much of the lands that the... Yeah, by the federal government. It's all federal land. Now, that doesn't even count the state land. That should be shocking to everyone. Well, the state land, at least it's, well, unfortunately, it's now in the democracy, not in the republic. But shouldn't it amaze people that what the BLM did? We used to have Elodio titles in this country. When we started, those are titles that are from the king and it gives us rights to our property below and above. Well, now we've got these warranty deeds that basically only give us the right to lease the property from our government. They own everything below it. They own everything above it. And all we do is have the right to pay them property taxes. Well, again, that was all part of what they did to us with the Fourteenth Amendment. They put us into their trust, into their new trust that they created, and they began to take every single asset we own. Because we're all subsidiaries, every single, and that's why they created corporations for us. I never understood why people would tell me, oh, my name in all caps is a corporation. Well, why is that? What's the purpose of that? Well, now it's very understandable. I'm just a subsidiary of their District of Columbia corporation in their statutory corporation. And therefore, they needed all of my assets, including my bank account, including my cars, including my house, including my properties, including my investments. They needed it to be inside of their jurisdiction. They needed it so that they could take me to court in a court of equity and not a court of record. So that they could literally take ownership of everything, including my children, which is what they did. Because they made me sign a marriage license with them. And that marriage license locked me in to signing a birth certificate for every child that I had. Basically put my children into that same District of Columbia trust constitution, which is not the constitution of my founding fathers. It's the constitution of the Ten Square Miles Constitution. And that is a hard concept for most people to understand. It is hard for me to even explain it in a way that is understandable to people. And I hope this makes sense. This is why notices and affidavits to me are more powerful than trying to file in their courts of equity. Because I can't win in a court of equity. I can never win that they'll give me a small victory here and there but that small victory that they're going to give me they're going to take away at the next level they have to and why do they have to because they can't allow me to displace the democracy in america because obviously that would bring down the country and thomas said it in I can't remember the case off the top of my head. He said that it was a dissenting opinion. And Justice Thomas said that this is going to cost the United States. And he was speaking of the United States corporation, trillions of dollars. He actually wrote that in an opinion. I mean, it's amazing what the Supreme Court has given us. And Judge Gorsuch wrote his book. And that's powerful to me. That helped me put all these pieces of the puzzle together. And this puzzle is so complicated and was created over a number of years. I mean, when Taft, when President Taft, which I'm ashamed because he's from Ohio and that's where I was born. But when President Taft basically was upset because of the Supreme Court and After they attempted to pass the taxes in eighteen ninety five or eighteen ninety four, the Supreme Court then said unconstitutional. You can't put a direct tax on the people. That's not by apportionment. What did he do? I mean, he basically went back to the drawing board and it took him a while. He didn't do it overnight. He went back to the drawing board. He created the Sixteenth Amendment. He made it appear as though it was an amendment to the Constitutional Republic, even though it was only an amendment to the Constitution in D.C., in the District of Columbia. It does not apply to we the people unless we tacitly acquiesce and we voluntarily, because our heads are in the sand, and we act like sheep, and we go right down the path, and we say, oh, the Sixteenth Amendment gives them the power to tax my income. Well, no, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. It only gives them the power to tax your income if you're working in the ten square miles of D.C., or you signed an affidavit saying to the federal government, yep, I'm a non-resident alien. I'm a foreigner that's moved to this country that doesn't I certainly am foreign to the District of Columbia, and that's what you're saying to them. And then they're allowing you, and the IRS, I have called the IRS repeatedly, and I ask them repeatedly, what is my status? What is my jurisdiction? And my status is a U.S. citizen. Well, in their definitions, it says that I was born in the ten square miles of D.C. or one of their territories. territories. Well, I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. And they don't own Cincinnati, Ohio yet. Well, they certainly didn't at that time. They probably own a lot of it now. But again, unless you understand these issues and you can put the puzzle together and you follow the money. And right now they recognize there is no way without massive inflation that they can possibly pay back all this debt. It's no way. I mean, we have a hundred and six trillion dollars of funded and obligations in social security, Medicare and Medicaid. Those are monies that were taken from we the people and supposed to be in trust. Well, they've merged them in with the GBO. Now it's just all one budget and they stole every dime out of that in order to create their sex trafficking trade through CPAC. And when Clinton passed those acts that allowed him to steal Social Security from the trust, literally from the trust, to support these kids, and they realized how big a business it is, I believe it's a half a trillion dollar a year business. And most of that money is going to people that are our elected officials in Washington, where their, you know, friends and family are running these organizations. And they're nothing but corporations or administrative agencies that are literally stealing from the trust. And they don't care that, you know, we're spending an extra two trillion dollars a year than we take in. Even if we could afford it. It's not right. It's not God's law. It's not what we're supposed to be doing to our children. This is America. This is America. Well, and it's sad that it's gotten this far, but like we said before, it's taken a long time to get here. But the good news is, like you said, the Constitutional Republic is still there. We just have to go back to it. We have to go back to it in the way, and it's in God's hands. We have to go back to it. We have to keep it in God's hands. And let me tell you, God, he has a plan. He's clearly motivated lots of people in this country to mobilize, to assemble, to learn the real law, to learn how we can defend ourselves. what we can do. And right now I could care less. I used to I always wanted to go back to law school to learn the law. And now I realize that the real law is God's law. It starts with the King James Version of the Bible. That is the Bible of our country. That is the Bible that was adopted by our founding fathers as the status. And I don't care what religion you want to be. That's the beauty of being free. But I do want you to understand that all your rights come from that basis in America. All your rights come from the founding fathers putting together the Constitution and the Social Pact in each state, not federally. It was put together and signed by the states at the federal level. Now, we have perverted it so bad. All the states should be treated as countries instead of a state or a ward of, in my opinion, that we need to go back to that structure. And the local government, everything was flipped, as you said. Everything is flipped upside down, which is unfortunate. Even the worship. I was doing a Bible study this morning. I write out Bible studies and do that sort of thing. And I got into Psalms twenty five. It's a prayer day that. And he's expressing his, you know, I'm just going to read a few things here. David expresses his trust in God, asking for guidance and protection from the enemies and from shame, seeking forgiveness for his sins, acknowledging God's righteousness and praises God's character as love, mercy, and faithfulness. The Psalm balances humility with confidence, asking God to teach him his ways and deliver him from trouble while emphasizing that those who fear God receive his covenant blessings. There's kind of a contract there. There's grace too. But honestly, we need to turn back to God. He'll get us out of this. He will get us out of this. It's sort of like I see the world this way. It's like God created it. It's his sandbox. He put all the kids in it. Gave us a bunch of toys and things started to go downhill from that moment. Okay, it really did. Next thing you know, you've got Rex over here hitting his brother John with a Tonka truck. You know, Susie over there is hitting June over there in the face with sand and they're trying to get as many toys and as much sand as possible. instead of working together. And this is a spiritual problem. It's not, it's not just the government, but I got, I got a feeling that at this point in time that God like said, here you go, let's see, let's try to make this work. And as I said, that's when it went downhill. I'm pretty sure he's sitting up there right now with his arms crossed going, how's that working for you? Everyone. Yep. And once you start honoring your money rather in your property, rather than him, this is what happens, and it really is what's happened in America. It's the worship of the material world instead of the desiring of the gifts of the Spirit, of love, of peace. Peace is the prize. If you gather all the possessions in the world, of the person that does that, not you personally, I know that you and I are on the same page with But if you're just out to get material things, there's a serious spiritual problem going on there. And it goes back to wanting people's opinions of us. You know, that's a respecter of persons, of wanting people to think well of us based on what we've done, what we know, what we've done. accumulated, that sort of thing, instead of being okay with just being who we were created to be by God. That gives you all the confidence in the world to go forward and do the right thing and not have our eyes so firmly affixed on this world. This world is going to go away. We're in a temporary situation here. Totally temporary. So what we learn here and the things that we carry with us, that really the only things that are going to outlast this world is our faith in God, our trust in God, our service in God. and getting that mindset over the distractions of this world. Are we going to cut out the distractions of this world, focus on God and what he tells us to do, and what he tells each and every one of us to do is to serve each other. What are we doing this very day to help the people around us be their best self, finding joy in the world? Whether it's, you know, who knows? I've got my friend David Kent that's on here. Dr. David, he's into Indian arrowheads. He likes looking for arrowheads and finding them. I mean, this is like a life passion of David, you know, and to cheer people on, to cheer people on with those things that God put in them, to lay our plans down. This is a common trap to have all these plans laid out in front of us to the exclusion of the immediate needs of the people around us. All of those things have to be investigated or truly analyzed so that we can analyze ourselves. It comes with analyzing ourselves first, taking the plank out of our own eyes. before we go after the people around us. And putting God back in the life of America as a whole, getting the Bibles back in the school, teaching the education that is required for people to understand love and their rights over privileges. I mean, we've got to go back. I really wanted to go through this more, Case, and I still do, but You know, it's a fascinating case to me, especially when you understand the basis of what we just talked about, because in this case, there are five different opinions that were written independently of each other. Now, this is a case where, I mean, it was decided in one direction, and it's not... The reason all these different opinions were written is because it's really difficult if you're a Supreme Court justice to identify the difference between the Republic, the democracy, direct and indirect taxes, and try to balance that. Try to write an opinion where you have to balance it in such a way that your goal is to not bring down the entire government. I mean, I do think Donald and Donald Trump, along with the Supreme Court, as well as some legislators that are there. We'll just say all the good guys because we know there's good guys working behind the scenes. Right. It is a balancing act because they can't come on and tell you what I just did. You will never hear what I just told you out of the mouth of anyone that is in congress in in the senate in the white house they can't tell the truth and why can't they tell the truth because the truth ultimately you know america is going to have to figure out what is the right way for us to get back to the republic that we are Personally, what's going to happen is God's going to hand our tails to us like a good dad would and should. It's going to come in kind of out of our hands because we botched this. We have botched this big time in personal integrity, as well as in the structures we allowed. And every one of us is guilty of this. Now, there's no shame in this because this started a long, long time before us. It was hidden from us, just like it's hidden from people that are going through the universities right now, which absolutely the university should be held accountable for. The money laundering, money. I mean, it's stupid. It's crazy. It's crazy. Stupid money that we poured into these these NGOs. Crazy, stupid money we've put into the schools and into into which aren't just indoctrination camps. They just had to have more foot soldiers. Crazy money we've put into into the alleged medicine, which is nothing more than killing fields. Crazy money put into the military industrial complex and such. This is absolutely nuts. But if somebody were to pull the plug on this whole thing, which kind of needs to happen, I'm going to come right out and say it. It really needs to happen. Well, either that or we're no longer a constitutional republic. well it has to happen it's going to happen at some point time because these people that have run in a communism always fails all of this stuff it always fails and not only that they've got so much murder and death and destruction the death cult that runs this whole thing It won't last because God won't let it last. It's going to go on for just so long and he's going to be done with it. And it's going to be like, all right, everybody out of the pool. And I truly believe that's why, you know, for the first time in history since George Washington, why Trump was able to appoint three Supreme Court justices and why we are getting the decisions we've gotten in the last two years. I think that is directly God interacting, helping. I mean, there's lots of fighters out there. There's lots of people that want to do the right thing. There's lots of people that can't put all the pieces together. So we need, you know, podcasts like yours. We need, we need education. God's help. I mean, it is him. I wouldn't, I wouldn't know any of this if it weren't for him opening my eyes and I mean, I owned a sports complex in Cincinnati, Ohio. I got numerous, I mean, over a dozen, you know, Department of Health violations in my sports complex that I couldn't play youth sports during COVID. Why? I mean... I didn't understand the tyranny. I didn't understand why. It made no sense. It makes less sense to me today than it did then. I could play volleyball, but I couldn't play boys basketball where they touch each other. It was nuts. You could take a new one. You could take a canoe out on the lakes or on the rivers, but you couldn't do anything with a motor on it. I mean, this is so crazy that the only one that would be crazy enough, insane enough to come up with this kind of nonsense would be Satan himself. That chaos and insanity comes from Satan. It doesn't come from God. God is sane. God is good all the time. By the way, in the Constitutional Republic, all of those pardons that Biden handed out, remember. Those are in the constitutional democracy. They won't hold up. They won't hold up because you can't take government money. I don't care how many pardons he passes out. And believe me, God will give grace. God gave grace, I mean, to the people that nailed him to the cross. I mean, and God will give grace. And that's up to God where we give grace. Well, I think he looks at our hearts. You know, that's the difference between people and God. People look at things that bother us. We look at things that are offensive to us. God looks at the heart of people. And that's why he has a righteous. He's the only righteous judge out there. And he does give grace when we turn around and we trust in him. I'm going to read. I want to read Psalm twenty five today because it was it's actually a prayer. I I think that this is kind of a cool so we're I'm going to read it but it's also our prayer for today because it's our nation that has to change and you know what one of the things that that I've I'm going to tell you I've struggled with this my whole life I've struggled with this because things annoy me that's the only reason why I agreed to run for for governor when I was asked to run because I was asked to run by a very very impressive group of people and I'm like why would you want me this is the dumbest thing you're ever going to do in your life because I'm mouthy I will not I will not lie for anyone I'm the only one that I know personally who is is will be completely honest at all terms because I absolutely hate bad guys and bad things with a passion I mean like like that's the truth But when we look at the world, the biggest thing we have to do is lay down our biases, even our disgust for certain things, and ask God to see the world with his eyes. with his eyes and his leading to do what he wants so that the decisions or the mountains that we're willing to stand on, the hills we're willing to defend are truly the hills he wants us to defend. The only way we can do that is by following God. But I want to read. This isn't going to be our prayer for today. Psalm twenty five. In you, Lord, my God, I put my trust. I trust in you. do not let me be put to shame nor let my enemies triumph over me no one who hopes in you will ever be put to shame but shame will come on those who are treacherous without cause show me your ways lord teach me your paths guide me in your truth and teach me for you are god my savior and my hope is in you all day long remember lord your great mercy and love for they are from old do not remember the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways According to your love, remember me, for you, Lord, are good. Good and upright is the Lord. Therefore, he instructs sinners in his ways. He teaches the humble in what is right and teaches them his way. All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful to those who keep the demands of his covenant. For the sake of your name, Lord, forgive my iniquity, though it is great. Who then are those who fear the Lord? He will instruct them in the ways they should choose. They will spend their days in prosperity and their descendants will inherit the land. The Lord confides in those who fear him. He makes his covenant known to them. My eyes are ever on the Lord. for only he will release my feet from the snare. Turn to me and be gracious to me for I am lonely and afflicted. Relieve the troubles of my heart and free me from my anguish. Look on my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins. See how numerous are my enemies and how fiercely they hate me. Guard my life and rescue me. Do not let me be put to shame for I take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness protect me because my hope, Lord, is in you. Deliver Israel, O God, from all their troubles. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. And with that said, Israel is not the country. It's the body of believers. And Abraham, going back to Abraham, Abraham was... was before Israel. There is a very, very long and misguided representation of what Israel actually is. And the nation of Israel that was started by the Balfour Declaration isn't exactly what was intended. It's the people who are the believers of God the followers of God, all those who are grafted in. And that's each and every one of us on this planet. We're grafted in to his righteousness through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. There's not one person that can claim lineage because the lineage is a lineage of faith being grafted in to God Almighty by Jesus Christ, God's only begotten son and the faith in his salvation. We don't do a thing. We haven't done a thing and nobody can claim that. And so, With grace, we can talk with each other. We can call out issues and write them as God leads us. And you know what? He's going to give us the path. He's going to give us the feet to walk the path. We have to be willing to follow him and put ourselves aside in humility and follow the path he asks us to go down. That may be laying everything we have aside. That may be the path that he decides to bring down on its ear here by pulling the pin and destroying the whole thing in order to build on the solid foundation of not money, not materialism, not corporatocracy, but a faith in God and service to him, God, family, and country. And we've got to be open to this because tearing down those idols that have been put up I'm pretty sure, and I mean, there's a lot of them out there. There's a lot of them. That's not in one direction. It's not just the fiat currency. It's all material worship that we have. Every bit of it has got to be ripped out by the root and thrown on the fires to burn it down to a smoldering pile of ashes to the point where we get it figured out that we're brothers and sisters. And we need to serve him. And the people that decide that they just want to hurt our brothers and sisters. And I mean, that's our brothers and sisters that it's non-specific. God created you, you know, that those are brothers and sisters and we need to be a help, you know, leading them to a better way, leading them away from the materialism and the The Baphomet worship that's going on out there. All of this stuff. The Baal worship that's going on also. Moloch. All of it. It's all tied in together. And this death cult we've been following, it needs to be gone. All of it. Well, if we can get control of the grand juries directly, we the people, it'll happen quickly. Because the grand juries are the ones that are supposed to investigate and charge people. I love what Daniel said Monday. Daniel laid out the process for the special election of the grand jury just beautifully, eloquently and wonderfully and lawfully. He laid that out on Monday. I'm so thankful for people like Daniel and you. and all the people that you're working with within your group on notices. And there's so many people out there that are working, the people that stand with President Trump, General Flynn, Admiral Rogers, all the people who have put their lives on the line, people who figured this all out yesterday. People who had this figured out decades ago, but also people that figured it out yesterday. You know, we're all standing together and we're not backing down and we're not asking permission from the criminal enterprise that is globally, globally complicit in the destruction, death and harm of human beings. That's the highest call right there. is to live for God and his appointments. Anytime you give me a choice, if it's between God or accepting anything from the democracy that they've created in Washington, that's a pretty easy decision. That's easy, or even someone who claims it. I mean, the Republicans and the Democrat parties right now are absolutely lawless, dangerous, godless they are godless they are lawless they are a foreign entity who's taken foreign money and the freaking cia is behind it all the good news is it's pretty easy to fix and we have we it's easy to see now we have the supreme court we have the most important we should have donald trump I hope um I think he can do some things a little faster than he's doing them. I think he has to be honest. I think we need to correct some of these administrative agencies, which he now has control of. The Supreme Court last week gave him total control. He doesn't have to reinstate those two people that he fired that are effectively commissioners of administrative agencies. When he does it, you fight. Exactly. Let's see him do it. Let's see him reveal. I mean, sit a grand jury. Sit a grand jury in the Republic for us. Show us that you really do want the people to be back in control of our government. Because we are a republic. We are a constitutional republic. And that means something. And now he needs to give us control so that we can do our job. send send somebody here like like cash and whatever to come to the to michigan and rip this these marxist communists filth out of the state and I'm going to point them right out let's start with whitmer nusselberg brader all of them and go right down till you get to the townships and municipalities rip them out by the roots I mean, Cash and his department, the FBI, should be doing nothing but giving the data that they have unredacted. All of it needs to be. All of it. Pam Bondi has a lock right now on grand juries. She has a complete lock in the entire country. And we need to open that up so that a sheriff can actually sit a grand jury. And I don't care what state it's in. I'd like to see the EBS out there, honestly, and override all the fake stream and the alt news channels, override it and just go ahead and throw everything out there so that we can see what they've done. Because then we'll get rid of people like George Soros and the fake news and all the media that we can't have freedom of speech in our country. All the patriots, P-A-Y-triots, not patriots and good guys. So many people are out there for the money. I am so disgusted by this. Money makes people stupid. And I mean, really stupid. It makes them stupid and they stop thinking. And I mean, it's just, it's just tragic. But this is that spiritual, that spiritual problem we have. Well, how about we do this? We're going to make sure we get to more versus the United States. Okay. Actually, actually next week, Wednesday, I'm not going to be here. Good. I'm glad you said that. Cause I'm going to be at a wedding out in San Francisco. So I think, I think this is, I think I'm going to be in, in the ten square miles for that day. All right. Well, good luck. Hopefully you'll get to put your cowboy boots on. I always have my cowboy boots on because I never know when I need to shove one right up somebody's behind if they attack me. We got a problem. You know, you got a cowgirl here. I always say that means that a horse person, that means I, besides owning pointed cowboy boots, which really can leave a mark, I have pitchforks. I can throw a metric ton of hay, which I did yesterday, by the way, and the day before. And I can take a kick from a half-ton animal. And then I have. I really have. I wouldn't take too many of those. They're going to win nine times out of ten. No, not really. It depends if they start kicking at you, there's pretty good ways. You know what you do? You know what, you know what you do to avoid a kick? I have no idea. Don't even want to try. Well, I'll tell you what you do. Most people run away. I ran right into the horse and, and, and get and push them, push them. I give them, I'll just go boom. And I'll just push them over. And then I act like crazy lady. And they're like, what the heck? They have no idea what I'm going to do next. You know, it's like not a good idea to kick at me. That doesn't work well. You sound like my daughter. It's like all of us horse people are the same kind of crazy. Same. I mean, most of us have had broken ribs at least once. I've had them several times, you know, it's like for doing this. But the one thing we don't do regardless of the broken ribs or anything is we don't back down. I'm sorry for you as a dad, because this is going to be a long life with your daughter. It is. It's going to be a long road. You guys are going to have to come up and visit sometime. We'll have, we'd have a great time. Yes, we would. Yes, we would. We should do is I should have you to come up to Michigan and we should do it like a speakers conference and invite Daniel. and some of the people from John Birch Society and talk about this crazy crap that's going on out there. And then get people, you know what would be cool would be to have like work groups and pull people in to writing notices and explaining them. I mean, I'm open for this. It'd be fantastic. I know we've got a good group up here. So maybe that's the next thing to do is, you know, though I'm against political parties, I'm the chairman of the Constitution Party in the state of Michigan. which is the U.S. Taxpayers Party, but we're the the affiliate for the United States. And I just served and I did a lawsuit in the bad courts, but I did it anyway to prove a point here on Jonathan Brader, who is the director of the Bureau of Elections. And I've also got another one on Benson, our secretary of state. And it's just going to keep rolling because we have to chase them down just a little bit. You got to have some pushback. Well, and we've got some cases in court right now that hopefully we'll begin that process as well. I mean, we've got to attack them from all angles. I agree. And I'm so proud. I'm so proud of everybody. I am too. I'm so proud of everyone who stands up and speaks and refuses to sit down when somebody tells them to do something. No, you don't go into a township meeting and have them say, you've got three minutes. No, you don't. They can't tell you that. You've got as much time as you want. They can if you don't understand your status. Yes, you got to know the law. You got to know your status and you got to know the law. And that's not an easy thing, but hopefully we can make it easier for people to comprehend. Yeah, I think we just get in under Norton versus Shelby County and New York Times versus Sullivan and all that sort of thing. And it becomes relevant here really fast. Yep. So, all right, guys, thank you for coming on today. I'm going to do my twenty twenty two protest as the election is and I'm going to keep protesting this. You know, it really annoys them, too, because I kept my campaign open as a protest for twenty twenty two. They tried to nail me with some sort of stupid, unconstitutional, I don't know, changes that the legislature voted in. And I'm like, where's your proof? I never filed an affidavit that I'm currently running. This is a twenty twenty two protest. Maybe we should come after Brandenburg a little bit and we'll just go ahead and force this issue. So which which would be kind of fun. So anyhow, here's my point. What's that? You're in the fight. I like to fight. That's a problem. Some people can fight. I love a good fight. It's like it makes my day, you know. So anyhow, bing, bing, bing, bing. Please go to brandenburgforgovernment.com because I'm the best non-conceder who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump in cowboy boots who wears them better. I win because I wear them every day. And then we'll talk about real stuff and just say thank you for what you've done and everyone who stood with you, who is writing the criminal behavior that has crept into our nations. the systemic corruption. And I think they're doing a good job. This has been, this is a very complicated process. And to your point, if we were to rip the bandaid off or, you know, I'm not sure everybody understands what that would actually look like if all of a sudden every social structure, the supply lines, the energy grid, the sewer lines were to be brought down all at one time. and addressed, I don't think everybody's quite ready for that kind of survival. But it needs to happen. But I think if we can do an elegant solution to it, it would probably be in everyone's best interest. And going to civil war, that's a dumb guy's path right there. And we don't want to go to war. We don't want to kinetic anything. We want peace. So with that said, everybody, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. There's all sorts of opportunities every day to just do things. You know, you know, one of the coolest things you can do is just look in people's eyes when you're out in the public and say, hi, say hi to somebody you don't know. Hey, you look like you're, I don't know what a beautiful person you are. I can see that you make the world a better place just by being alive. Or, you know, whatever it is. I mean, you can find ways to compliment people that mean something instead of just the fluff stuff. But you got to know people in order to give them good compliments. Otherwise, it's just flattery and that's kind of manipulation. Take the time to sit down with somebody. People feel very alone right now and heartbroken. and such, let them know that you care. They may not know that anybody on the planet cares. Let them know that you care and do those things. Not just, it's the right thing to do, but do it for God. He'll give you the, he'll give you the, the focus and the courage to do it. So we're going to end, stay on the line, Greg. I just love, I love you, Greg. You're amazing. And everybody that stands with you, thank you for being so generous with your time, your patience. the stuff that you know and that you've learned to share with everybody. This is how it's done, guys, exactly what Greg's doing right now. This is how it's done. I'm not going to be on tomorrow. I need to have a couple days break here because I've got a real busy day, a lot of meetings and things coming up next weekend or next week. And so next week, Monday and Tuesday, I will be on. Wednesday, we're off again. Thursday, I'm going to be off again. And so it'll probably just be Monday and Tuesday of next week because I've got a lot of, I got a lot of work ahead of me here. I'm, I'm pretty much in the game for, for keeps and for good and for never backing down kind of stuff. And so, so things move around a little bit when things are happening, you can connect the dots and figure it out. Things are definitely happening. So stand in line, Greg, everyone.
