Tatar Tuesday with John Tatar 10am Scott Aughney - Scott Aughney) is the 2026 U.S. Taxpayers Party of Michigan nominee for Michigan Secretary of State. He is a longtime Jackson County, Michigan resident (associated with the Jackson area, including past references to Leoni Township), election integrity investigator/whistleblower, self-employed drywall contractor, and repeated political candidate focused on constitutional principles and election processes. Since February 2021, Aughney has been active as an independent election whistleblower and investigator in Michigan. He is a founding member of Citizens for Electoral Justice and has been described as a de facto leader of Locus Standi investigations (grassroots efforts examining public election records across Michigan counties from roughly fall 2022 to spring 2023). He has also interacted with groups focused on election integrity.21 His work has centered on analyzing election records, FOIA requests for voter registration and related data (including issues with files like epb_history.csv, Qualified Voter File/QVF data, timestamps, and user codes), and claims of irregularities or restricted access. In May 2024, he filed a pro se lawsuit in the Michigan Court of Claims against then-Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and related entities, alleging subversion of FOIA requests and obstruction of access to election data; he sought injunctive relief related to data restoration and transparency. He has publicly stated that local clerks, law enforcement, and prosecutors often lack sufficient knowledge of election law and has reported findings to authorities, expressing frustration over limited follow-through. He is highly knowledgeable about Michigan election laws and processes due to years of hands-on investigation. Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the eleventh day of August twenty twenty six welcome to our show we're going to start out this morning nine o'clock with John Tatar and lawful defense and then at ten o'clock it's Scott Agni and he is at the Jackson County Fair representing the U.S. Taxpayers Party, which is the Constitution Party. It's the Michigan affiliate of the Constitution Party. And so he's going to be down there all week. I'll be down there this week, later in the week, talking to anybody because we actually talk to people. We actually show up and can talk where most candidates just hit the headlines. How you doing, John? I'm doing good. Awesome. And you know you're right. Very few candidates, people that are running for office talk to people because then they would expose their ignorance. Well, I'm going to show you, I ran a, I did like a psychological profile on some, I mean, I'm going to keep doing this on these ridiculous moronic posts that the Republicans put out there. And that's not towards individuals. It's the structure of stupidity. That's what it is. And what they're actually doing to create a secondary narrative, because we're in a Hegelian dialectic conversation all the time. You've got this choice or this choice, but the real choice is somewhere out here. This, they're controlling the game. Both sides of the game, they're controlling in the uniparty. So I'm going to, I want to show you, Monica Yatuma, this is fantastic. I'm just like celebrating this. I'm going to celebrate this all day long because this is the amateur, the amateur effort of the year right here. So I'm going to read this, the amateur effort. And I actually put a post and I tagged the GOP, MIGOP and Jim Runstad for their absolute pathetic effort. pathetic failure that they have put out there and I really had a lot of fun with this because it was so out there stupid that I think that I don't know the messaging that they're putting out there is absolutely absurd so anyhow the the post because I think this is important and then I want to drop something here because I wasn't sure which way to go with this but I've decided on exactly what to do and that is I'm throwing this out here for everybody because there's so much blackmail and coercion within the political sphere that people need to understand that good people are being torpedoed from within and a couple of people that I know were engaged or have been threatened or blackmailed. And I think that this needs to come to the forefront because there's a methodology and a process of how they're doing this. I'm gonna read this for everybody just because I think you need to know what this post said, okay? I need Michigan's conservatives to understand something critical. A vote for a third party, that's count one, or sitting this November election out is a vote for Jocelyn Benson. Well, why is that a vote for Jocelyn Benson? I don't know. She didn't get to determine that, but it's a... Poor framing and inaccurate. If she becomes our next governor, we will not climb out of the downward spiral Gretchen Whitmer has locked us into. Michigan will keep ranking near the bottom of education taxes. The quality of life, jobs, housing, affordability, these are facts. That is the record. When I ran for Secretary of State, I knew I was taking a risk and really putting myself out there. But what I experienced was worse than I imagined. I was accused of saying and doing things completely untrue and out of character. People and fellow delegates whom I thought were friends were actually quite opposite. That actually does happen, so I'll give her kudos on that. Loyalty and appreciation for what I had done to help advance the conservative agenda over the years was rare. I learned quickly. I had ignored the noise and kept working hard and fighting for what I really wanted, which was become Michigan's next Secretary of State so we could fix our elections once and for all. I was exhausted mentally, emotionally, physically, but I kept telling myself it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I fell short and lost the convention. Certainly not the outcome I'd hoped for, but boy did it sting. But I didn't let this experience make me bitter and I didn't hesitate to do what I knew was right. And I immediately congratulated my opponent and endorsed him. From there, I've helped him however I could because the race was never about me. It was about getting the Secretary of State office back from Democrat control. Now, I'm going to read my answer to this because there's five posts. And I do think this is significant because of the methodology of how they're doing this. Anybody who understands human behavior, psychology, my background is in marketing, creating. messages, and understanding the human psyche, okay? I understand it very well. So here's what I said in this one, and then I'm gonna go on because I think this is important. Monica's post is a clear fear-based political pressure, not fact-driven case. It frames any third-party vote as abstention or an automatic vote for Jocelyn Benson, predicts permanent downward spiral if Benson wins, labels a selected list of rankings as facts, the record then pivots to her personal narrative of sacrifice and loyalty after losing the Secretary of State convention here's a direct counter grounded in the actual record and the mechanics of the argument the personal interaction further solidifies that she is unqualified for her narrative peddling manipulate when I met her in Mackinac Island conference I asked her directly will you prosecute election crimes her answer is well if there is any I was like Are you kidding me? I'm like, I was I and I literally said this. I said, I'm done with you right now. If you don't know election crimes that have been committed and have no knowledge of the election crimes, you're unqualified. We're done. OK, so then I went to a full analysis on this just so that people could understand the political breakdown of this. And we're going to pivot to the psychological reasons why her influence peddling is based on manipulation and predictive programming. to affect the outcome of the scenario. The court claim is not fact, it's psychological leverage. Calling a third party vote or sitting out a vote for Benson is a standard spoiler scare tactic used by both major parties. It treats voters as property of one coalition rather than independent decision makers. In a competitive race, votes or non-votes shift margins but equating every non-republican ballot with an affirmative support of the democrat is rhetorical inflation not analysis the same logic has been used for decades to demand loyalty regardless of the candidate quality or record conservatives who reject it are not handing the state to benson they are refusing to be guilt tripped into supporting someone they don't trust how many people have you heard in the political sphere that don't trust either party but they want to vote for the lesser of true to evils this is like eating a brownie made with dog crap you're still eating it i'm sorry the language of downward spiral will not climb out and locked us into is designed to trigger loss aversion and urgency this is textbook fear-mongering amplified threat collapse complex outcomes into binary catastrophe and present compliance as the only escape. Manipulation of this type substitutes emotion for evidence and should be called out as such. The method is attempting to blame everyone else except the elected Republicans who failed to perform right alongside the failure of the Democrats, I might add. While the Republican-held majority, they failed to do anything to stop the destruction of Michigan, but conveniently left out the fact as they blamed the Democrats. Her personal story does not convert into policy credibility. She describes a hard convention loss, being attacked, remained loyal, endorsing the winner, and continuing... to help, fine, whatever, loyalty after defeat is preferable to bitterness, I suppose. It does not, however, establish that her judgment on election administration or broader governments is sound. The direct experience with me on Mackinac Island, which I just previously referred to as relevant here, when asked about prosecuting she responded the lines of welder if there is any that answer signals either unawareness of the documented irregularities process failures and unresolved questions that many concerns have raised since twenty twenty twenty twenty six twenty twenty two twenty twenty four and on you get the picture or a deliberate minimization of them. Someone seeking the Secretary of State office or later demanding party loyalty on the governor's race who treats the issue as hypothetical rather than a priority fails the basic competence test for that wing of the electorate. Running hard for Secretary of State while appearing unprepared on the core integrity questions undercuts the class uniquely positioned to fix our elections once and for all. Fear is not a governing principle. The post structure is one, threat of Benson, two, selective negative rankings, three, personal martyrdom, and four, the demand for unity. It offers no concrete governance agenda, no comparative record analysis of the actual Republican nominee, and no acknowledgement voters might have legitimate reasons to withhold support, candidate quality, past performance, election integrity priorities, or simple disagreement. Conservative voters are not required to treat every election as an existential binary enforced by guilt. They can demand candidates who demonstrate competence on the issues they claim to care about, refuse fear-based framing and vote or not vote according to their own assessment of facts. Pointing out that the post relies on emotional pressure rather than rigorous evidence is not disloyalty. It's a basic critical evaluation. And I have five posts in a row that literally talk about, and I tore the entire post apart, frame by frame, and analyzed it based on the deficiencies, based on the deficiencies within her arguments. And there's a lot of them, it's not just one. And it's all, basically it's a brainwashing technique. The message is the Republican Party is your savior and the only way, a direct admission of lack of faith in God and that you have replaced God with your savior, the only way that you've determined, not God, which is the Republican Party. And I go on and on. There's a list of problems there. And it's all designed to trigger urgency and loyalty. It's all it's all emotion based. So, of course, with it, I really hope that I want to thank them because they gave three references to the clear threat of a third party. which third party, third party, third party, their fear is showing. I love it. And I would love to debate any of them because they couldn't make a stand for five minutes. I can guarantee you that. So there we go. And then the other thing I want to talk about that we mentioned shortly is that I know somebody who had a direct threat and I have the text message to prove it. been investigating this person who is being threat because I consider him a friend and I'm finding exactly where that's going to and then the other thing that came out was a another another text that literally reference referenced standing with carrie benevolio as the person that they're working with and carrie benevolio i have a direct witness that saw this came to my barn with the promises of help and was immediately dismissed when he offered me a a uh a stick a thumb drive and his exact words and my witness was there listening to this was was um here you can take this oh nope didn't know what it was he said the fbi's been looking for this for years and and laughed and said and can't find it and i'm like what is it he said it is a um it is black male material on every single member in congress And I stood there incredulous because this stuff is going on and screw you people. It's going to go out. Okay. This is just the way it's going to be. And so he said, well, you use it. It'll get you in. If it does, if you don't, it'll get you killed. To which I would like to respond, F all of you. So, in fact, I'll say it. Fuck you all. So there you go. And there's more to come out. And this is going to be fun because there are some people that can't be bought, coerced or threatened. You can try to kill me, but probably isn't going to work out because, you know, quite honestly, I have so much protection around me right now that it would be kind of an uncomfortable truth for you. So, at any rate, I thought that was a day to come out with this. So, what would you think if you received a text like this, Mr. Cater, that said, and I quote because I have it, The text messages said, you've endorsed Donna B. Dar. Are you paying? Oh, I said his name. Isn't that inconvenient? Are you a paying member of the Republican Party? What the hell? Look, I'm not happy with the Republican Party either, but I would resign from the Republican Party before endorsing a non-R candidate. Just a thought for you too. And here comes the threat. I don't know if you'll be voted out or not, but I'd rather leave on my own accord. It's going to be a mess. It's going to be a mess. And not only that, I was told that it was the money people directly in a phone call that launched the attack on him and decided to pull support and or went into threat and coercion. Fuck you all. That's all right, we're gonna get the names out. I know who's the staffing person. I know the name of the IT person that Dana Nussel placed in the office that was there to surround said person with complicity and subversion on the inside out. And oh, and let's go up there. Isn't it Matt Hall that does the staffing for our people in Lansing? Hmm, isn't that an inconvenient fact? And who's the staffing person for the United States Congress? that's staffed with, I don't know, Chinese spies and foreign agents in our congressional offices. I'm not sure the sock puppets knew what was gonna hit them before they went in there, because these people are professional blackmail artists. So, there you go. And there's more, too. They put up people to run against said person. And lots of questions, lots of questions, but I would like to really see a deep professional investigation into this. Because coercion and threat, it's not okay. Go ahead. John, what's your thoughts? I call myself Mrs. Truth Bomb. I have never been threatened. Oh, I have. I would not be frightened if I was. And perhaps that's why they don't want to threaten me, because they can't scare me. They can't make me frightened of any particular thing going on. Nobody. The IRS has tried. They've lost. Other major government organizations have tried. They've lost. I'm still going forward. And my next lawsuit against those nineteen judges is going to be filed probably next week. So I'm not, I don't, you know, they don't threaten me. What can they do to me? Come on, come on, if you think you can. I'm I'm here. I'm not black. Right. Then you know where the shots are coming from. Fantastic. Come on, get me, come on and threaten me. I'm not concerned about you at all. That's number one, but you got to understand that this world is built based on by those people, the oligarchs and the, and the, uh, Democrats, all based on fear. They got to frighten you into doing something, because if you weren't frightened into doing something, you'd think about it. And when you thought about it, you'd realize that it was silly. There's nothing they can do. And fear mongering is an addictive emotion because and this is all they use is an emotional plea. Don't think, just do what we're told. And if you don't, you're going to suffer this negative impact. Right. We live in a fake world. It starts with fake money. And we have fake politicians. Why are they fake? Because they don't follow the Constitution. Because they swear an oath to a document that they ignore. That's why it's a fake world that we live in. And until people understand that we live in a fake society with a fake world with fake money, we're not going to fix this problem. We're going to continue to live in this fake world, in this matrix, if you want to call it. We live in a world... It's all built on money and commerce, the whole thing. Follow the money. It's not even built on commerce. It's built on fake. It's built on a government that can print money out of nothing. That's the Federal Reserve. A private banking concern that charges... Our labor, our physical puts us into slavery based on making us pay for this and pay for that and pay for that. And we are chasing our tails and trying to make ends meet as a society, as individuals. And we live in an illusion where we have the government telling us what we can do and what we can't do. That's a fake world because the Constitution hasn't set that up. Constitution is a different document that lives in a different area that we don't live in, unfortunately. I mean, some people don't. I live in that document. Well, it applies to the government. It doesn't apply to us. Oh, it applies to everybody. It applies to us, too. But it's the rules for the government. It's the structure. It doesn't control us. Yeah, it doesn't control us. But it controls the government that supposedly works for the people. Well, we don't have a government that works for the people. We haven't had it for years. This happened back in when Nixon took us off the gold standard in seventy one. And Kissinger decided to go into the oil industry and become we became based on the oil process. What do they call it? Controlled by the by the price of oil. that's where the fakeness started and it just started it was way before that i'm not just saying that's where it started but that's where it really hit us that's when the federal reserve got complete control of the money system because they didn't have to use gold to back their play now they use nothing they use their own paperwork and what they do is they turn around and they use the public which is you and I to pay their taxes or to pay taxes to recoup their interest rate on this money. We'll never pay off the debt and they don't want us to because if we pay off the debt, then we will not be under their control. And of course, Trump is doing everything he can to get rid of the debt and get rid of the Federal Reserve and put us back on the sound money system and where all of these illusions, all of this fakeness is going to go away. Now, going back to the Republican and this woman, Monica, whosoever she's supporting, where were they when the election process was known to be fake, was known to be full of holes and full of corruption. Where were they? What did they do? Nothing. Why didn't they do anything? They did nothing because it helps their system also, this fakeness. So the Republicans and Democrats are both fake. They wanted to stay that way. So we only have the two systems, the Republicans and the Democrats, and we think we have a choice, but we don't have a choice. They're playing the same game. We have a Republican Congress that has done absolutely nothing about Whitmer's corruption, about Dana Nessel's corruption, about Jocelyn Benson and even the Supreme Court rule against Jocelyn Benson. but she was still maintained in office. I don't get it. If you find that you've done corrupt things, you should be removed, kicked out, fined, a hundred different thousand things that they could have been doing to Jocelyn. The Republicans didn't do anything to her. They let her run her system the way she was running it. They could have taken the entire voting process away from her because the legislature Republican legislature, is the one that's supposed to control the election process. And they gave it to the executive branch. They can't give their authority to another branch of government. We have that in our Constitution, but they don't follow the Constitution. Because they're lawbreakers. Yeah, not lawmakers, lawbreakers. You're right. The problem is that they don't pay attention to their oath of office. They're all fake. They're all fake. Now, the guy that I'm running against, Jimmy Wilson, hasn't answered any of my letters. He's in violation of his oath of office. Because he's in violation of the First Amendment, which says I have a right to redress a grievance. Redress a grievance doesn't mean that I just write the grievance and it gets thrown in the trash can. Redress a grievance means I write the disagreement or the grievance and they answer it. Well, we're going on the third letter now. He hasn't answered any of the letters. So he's violating his oath of office because he isn't doing his job. He's usurping authority never granted to him, Jimmy Walt Wilson. And he is violating the First Amendment, which is my right to redress a grievance, which he is not answering. So I'm going after him. After this third letter, I'm going to give them one last chance. You always got to give them a chance to correct their problems and see if he does anything. And if he doesn't anything, I'm going to file a lawsuit against them. That's what the Republican Party should be doing to those in the Democratic Party that are violating the law. But they're not doing they don't do anything. Why? Because they don't do anything. They just promise headlines, but there's nothing to back it. They don't even understand what they're saying. They're literally a sock puppet. Somebody's got their hand right up their behind and is moving their mouth all the time. Well, you can call them that. I'm just calling them totally usurpers. They usurp authority never granted. And that's where we have to go after them. We have to go back to the legal end of it. We have to take Norton versus Shelby County, and we have to use Norton versus Shelby County against these people and get rid of them. But we, the people who play this game back and forth with being fake this and fake that, which fake public functionary do you want to vote for today? Rather than, oh, I like this guy. He's my neighbor and he's a good guy. No, he's not. If he doesn't do his job in office, then he's not a good guy. You got this. You got the other on the other side of your neighborhood. You got this guy that works at Ford Motor Company and he refuses to put wheels on your car. You want to keep him? Just like you want to keep this guy on the other side of you that's sitting in public space. office that can't do his job and keep the system clean and running properly come on folks you gotta you gotta wake up to reality and and the reason that we have the government we have is because we want that government we voted for that government we put them in office We sit here and listen to the snake's tongue that tickles our ears with what we would like to have in our little fantasy land. And because of that, we ignore what's real. And the reality is we don't have elections. We have selections. They rig it through the primary. They rig it through signatures. They rig it through everything to keep good candidates out when they figure out that they can't buy you off. And once they realize that they can't buy you off or make you complicit in their crime, so they've got leverage over you, then the attacks start to remove you, silence you, etc. But, you know what, I want to hear people that say the things that I don't want to hear. Because, you know, like, you know, the world is great. It's flowered place. No, it's not. Let's deal with the problems. You know, the world sucks a good deal of the time, you know, it's beautiful, but we got problems and it's our fault. We let it go this in this direction. Every single person. He wasn't a typical public function politician. He wasn't a typical liar. He didn't sound like any of the other ones. He was different. That's what we needed. Somebody that was different. Oh, he doesn't have he doesn't have the polish that a politician has that a president should have. Come on, give me a perfect. That's what we want. We don't want a polished snake oil salesman like Obama. We want somebody that's going to get in there and make a difference. But until the public understands that, it goes back and forth with this nonsense of the Democrats and Republicans. And I still get people that snarl at my hat now and then. Most of the people like my hat for Trump, but some of the people snarl at my Trump hat, or give me the finger or whatever. Not normally. That's not a normal case. I would say one out of every fifty, maybe, doesn't like my hat. And they won't talk about it. They would just rather give me a dirty look than say, hey, why are you voting for this guy? Or this guy doesn't do right or whatever. Come talk to me. I'm here. I'm not going to shoot you. I'm not going to bite you. I want to talk. I want to know what's on your mind. Why would you vote for somebody other than Trump in an election or somebody other than whose Trump is representing at this point in an election? Why? Tell me. Explain that to me. And nobody wants to do that. So now we have El-Sayed who steps up and wants to run for Senate. I can't believe it. We've got a communist. We've got a Muslim. We've got somebody who wants to bring in Sharia law. And people want to vote for this? Do you know that there are laws on the books and such that prohibit, still to this day, a communist from taking office? I'm gonna write a resolution on this and outline why it is illegal for a communist to hold office in the United States. I don't really care if he's Muslim, and I'm just gonna say that right now. I hear these ridiculous arguments, and I know some people who are Muslim, they're very nice. I don't agree with their religion, I'm a Christian, but I agree with them as a human being that God, as a Christian, we are here to serve, okay? and help people along the way. However, what we have right now isn't a Muslim invasion. It is a militarized invasion. group of people who have taken on the identity of others, and that's exactly what it is, and then trying to brainwash the rest of them. Oh, that sounds like the Republican Party, doesn't it? And the Democrat Party. It is a methodology that they use to take over identities. I was listening to somebody that was bashing on Democrats, bashing on the Muslims and that sort of thing, and I'm like, hold the phone here. If you're going to make a criticism like that, at least have the accuracy of a surgeon to know exactly what the problem is. Because the Iranians were killing their own population, just like the United States did in nine eleven. So does that make all Americans bad? Because the because America killed its own people in nine eleven. Bush was involved in that. And and so was so was Rumsfeld and the rest of them. I mean, they were all involved in it. Look at the blow-up of Building Seven. That was controlled demolition, the whole thing was. Well, the problem that we have, again, if it's not fake, it has to go back to the Constitution. The Constitution says that we are a Judeo-Christian-based country. We are not a Muslim-based country. We are not a... Any other type-based country, we are a Judeo-Christian-based country. That's number one. That's history and traditions. They don't get to replace our law with Sharia law. That's an invasion. Anybody that says Sharia, that's an invasion. It's a trying to replace the basis of America with their militarized, pretended religious system. You can't do that because the Constitution that you swore an oath to that you are going to uphold doesn't allow it. And while the problem that we have is the Democrats and or Republicans, if they don't know the Constitution, they shouldn't be in office. But those politicians, public functionaries that know the Constitution, and know that there's violations of the Constitution and sit back on their whatever rear end and do nothing about it. They're in violation of the Constitution and the laws of this land, just like the person that's committing the act. They're no different. And that's what we have. We have Democrats and Republicans in office that are not doing their job and We could go down in Michigan, we could probably go down the list and probably name ninety percent of them. Well, and I'm going to say something else here, John, is that you go to all of these meetings, like the township meeting here. These people in Byron Township have stolen from us. They destroyed my well, which is a material damage besides taking three billion gallons of water. And they sit up there on the dais that they've created to separate themselves like little kings and queens telling us this is going to happen and you people can't stop it, etc. The next time I hear any one of these hypocrites pray, I'm literally going to do exactly what the military did with Biden's inauguration. I'm going to turn my back on them. I refuse to participate in their Christian theater because that's all it is, Christian theater, hypocrite theater up there. have you sued them yet individually oh yes i sued them and then their attorney misrepresented the law the judge misapplied it after we found wait a minute now after my attorney was found dead in his basement and they rammed the trial through so that i had a hearing through so i couldn't i didn't have time to to get somebody else that was willing to add in and step in but that's okay we're not done yet they just poured poured fire or gasoline on the fire That's why you don't hire attorneys. You have to do it. I know you have a problem. Is that what it is? No, because they're part of the system. Attorneys are part of the system. You've got to do it on your own, and then you have a much better chance at beating them. I think there's some good ones out there, but the system, they have to be willing to risk their profession to do the right thing. Right, and they won't do that. Doug, what is it, Doug Lang, that's the Republican establishment candidate. I sat next to him at a meeting in St. Clair, and I asked him, I said, so are you going to prosecute election crimes? He turned and looked right at me and said, I'm not a headline guy. I'm like, disqualified, you're disqualified right there. You're not a headline guy. What the hell kind of response is that? So keep voting for the dog crap and the brownies, Republicans and Democrats and whoever is out there. They're screwing you as they lie to your face. You still have to go after the individual council members individually. Always coming. They have no idea. Not not as a group, not as a councilman, but as an individual who has usurped authority never granted. That's what you need to go after. You need to take Norton. You need to use Norton to its fullest extent. And then you'll have some then you'll get some traction. You may not win, but you're certainly going to get their attention. Actually, an attorney that I know that's been, let's say, allegedly working on a case said we will win because of what they've done. But just so everybody knows, the depth of depravity of these psychopath parasites that have gotten in office. One of the families here, they destroyed their well and said, oh, we didn't destroy it. The water, three billion gallons, it wouldn't have affected anything. Fifteen feet outside the well. Liars. And so... The guy's wife was going in for chemotherapy, the first day of chemotherapy, when they destroyed their well. The township refused to help him, so the husband was going to the cemetery, getting fifteen gallons of water a day so they could stay in their home. And the township didn't care, did nothing, and decided not to take responsibility, even though I have a call recorded where they took responsibility and said they knew they were messing with the water table. they could have cared less. Unbelievable. And this is going on all over. But that's okay. Keep voting for them, guys. See how it works out for you. Still in all, I'm saying the only way you're going to do anything and get any kind of traction against them is go after them individually. Is sue them one at a time for who they are for millions of dollars. And it may take two or three lawsuits to one after the other, filed and refiled in order for you to get your information across. But if you don't do that, then if you sue them in any other capacity in any other court, you're not going to get anywhere. Number one, if you pick on Joe Schmoe, whoever he is, that's the chief of or the head of the council, if you pick on him, and you go after him for millions of dollars. And now he has to defend himself by hiring an attorney or whatever. And you're not doing that because you're not paying the attorney fees. You're doing it as an individual and you probably paid maybe the filing fee and maybe somebody to help you do the paperwork. And that's it. The rest of it is on them. They're the ones that have to come up with the attorneys. They're the ones that suggest everybody skip right over state court because the state court is under the administrative procedures act. So they're just revenue generators. That's it. Well, you don't go to, you go to a district court in the, in the state state, if you're going to do that or in a circle, I know I just had a problem with the circuit court circuit court dismissed my claim, but. I'm not done. I'm going after that judge, especially when I find out a little more evidence of what I'm doing. Then I'm going to go after the judge as well as the attorneys that represented the clients and the clients. So you see, you just keep adding to the list. Like I do, like I say, I've got nineteen judges and and ancillary people that work for these judges in my lawsuit that's going to go forward next week that ought to get their attention. Now, I've sent a copy of that same lawsuit to the White House chief of staff, to the FBI and to the DOJ. So they all know what's coming. And I sent one to the Kavanaugh of Justice Kavanaugh, the Supreme Court, and I sent four to the Judicial Tenure or Judicial Oversight Committee in Congress. So all three branches got my lawsuit in front of them. And it went certified, cost me a few bucks, but it all went certified. My lawsuit's like fifty-three pages long. to give you some idea uh and it's all chalk with facts so now trump wants to get rid of some of these judges i've already laid out those all the facts on these judges who they are what they did how they lied what they said and so all of that stuff is there if they want to proceed with it but if i don't hear from them i'm going to sue them and it's going to go back to the same district court that those judges are members of now there's i don't know if they got very many more judges i got most of them on the list but there might be a judge or two that they're going to pull out of their hat somewhere we'll see well i think this is an important thing for everybody to know when somebody fails to do their job you can bring suit against the judge because they taught qualified immunity but if they broke the law there's no quality There is no qualified immunity. That's their brainwashing that they've got everybody believing in. And they've all pretty much, they've all broken the law because they've claimed to have a law license or a license to practice law. And there's not one attorney in the United States that has a license to practice law. It's a private membership club. So it's like their country club card they pull out if they want to, you know, they want to, you know, I didn't even go into all of that, but I did spend the first four or five pages destroying immunity to the judges. And I used the court cases that they brought that said that they have immunity, but I read those cases and it doesn't say they have immunity. It says they have immunity only if they stay within their jurisdiction or stay within the job description of their duties. That's the only way they have an immunity. But none of the judges that I have been in front of have done that. They've all stepped outside their job description. So they're all guilty and they have no immunity. So I've dispelled that at the very beginning of my lawsuit so they don't bring that up again because that's what they used the last time to dismiss my case. And so I went through and I found out all of those cases that that judge cited that we have absolute immunity and I destroyed it. And now we'll see where they go and what they can come up with. The point of the matter is every time they open their mouth and we pay attention, we know that they stuck their foot deeper in their mouth. So we don't have to put up with this stuff if we don't want to. But if we are going to play the Democrats and the Republican nonsense back and forth and not ask the questions as to why Mr. So-and-so Rumstead or whoever you are out there, why haven't you done anything about it? this in while you've been in office for two years or four years more interested in the political industrial complex of raising money to raise money to raise money to raise money and nothing gets done they haven't done it because they're either compromised or they're paid off one or the other they there's no other there's no other reason They're either compromised and blackmailed or they've been paid off. And until we understand that as a society, we're going to keep electing the same criminals in office and nothing's going to change. So we have to get out of that election process. The thing of it is, is that when you look at organized crime and how organized crime works, you're looking at it right now with the political process, because the corporations through dark money and foreign influence are funding the candidates that they've chosen that they know will be compliant sock puppets. And so I'll go back to the fact that we have foreign money in our elections and both those political parties should be, um, abolished because of taking and prosecuted because they've taken foreign money from foreign corporations and they've laundered it into the political realm in order to place their agents in the position to, to, you know, grant favors, et cetera. It's a problem. Yeah, it is a big problem. Big problem. What else you want to talk about today? Well, I don't know if we've hit Syed. Not that I want to give him a lot of airtime. I don't. But I want people to understand who he is and what he wants to do. And people have an opportunity to see this, even the young people. Do you want to destroy the system that we have presently? But the problem is a lot of these people that believe that our system is bad haven't been overseas. haven't lived in other systems of government, haven't been to Saudi Arabia or any of the Middle Eastern countries or Europe, France, England, and so on and so forth. And we have been battling this war against the English British crown since, what, A.D. The British crown has been trying to take over the United States and for the good part has had control of the United States because of the funny money system. Because it's fake. Because they had the fake money system being created out of London. We are living under the thumb of the king, even though we don't think we are. And it's all about who runs the money system. We've got to get rid of that. Trump is doing his darndest by using tariffs and whatnot to get rid of the funny money system and eventually destroy the Federal Reserve. And that's where we've got to go. People just got to understand that. The Federal Reserve has never been a friend of the American people. It's always been a friend of the criminals because it's the way the criminals get money to run our government. And we need to get out of that system in order to have a free and honest election. Otherwise, it's going to continue under the system that we have now. And so we have one choice. If we don't go with Trump and if you don't bring in the Trump people to change this system, then we're sunk because no matter what happens and who gets kicked out of office, if the system is still in operation, if the funny money system is still there, if the Federal Reserve and the banking system still is in operation controlling the fake money, we're still going to have a fake government afterwards. We've got to get rid of the fake government. And again, what makes them fake? They don't follow the Constitution. They don't uphold their oath of office. And, you know, what the heck was that guy's name? He's been on. Alan Dershowitz once was asked on public television, do public functionaries follow their oath of office? break their oath of office, and he says, yeah, this is typical and normal. And this is coming from a highly popular, I guess, name of an attorney who should really know what's going on. He probably does. He's probably part of the system. He's probably part of the taking of the system. But these are the kinds of people that could change the system if they wanted to, but they're not because they themselves are fake and criminals themselves. And anybody that doesn't stand up against the system and talk about the fake money system is fake. That's all I can say. They're part of the fake system. We've got to get rid of them. Right. I want to bring this up. The Communist Control Act of nineteen fifty four public laws eight three six three seven codified primarily at fifty USC eight four one dash eight four four. And it prohibits members of communist organizations from serving in certain representative capacities for other purposes. It does prohibit them from holding office. So congressional findings that Communist Party of the United States is an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the government by force and violence and should be outlawed. What have we seen? Exactly that. Does it say should be outlawed or is outlawed? It's prohibited. Okay. Well, this is the problem. If you're a big act of nineteen forty Internal Security Act addresses advocacy of overthrow registration and certain employment restrictions, including some post conviction and eligibility for federal office or employment by organizations who are violent and and against the United States of America. Yes, these laws are great on the books, but they They're not being followed. They're not being used. They're not being used to prosecute. We have Tlaib in office who flies her flag of her country. We have Omar, Ilyar Omar, whatever her name is, and some of these other people from other countries that fly their flag and say that they are, well, I'm Somali first. You're out of office. That's you. You've already destroyed yourself. Get out. And but Congress needed to remove her and they didn't. Why didn't they? Why did it take? How many years to get her kicked out of office? And Tlaib is still running. How could she be running if she's flying a flag of another country? And people are voting for her. How could she get even more than one vote? The one vote that she gets is probably her own. But why would other people vote for somebody that's flying a flag of another country in America? They are violating their oath of office. the Constitution of the United States, which they swore an oath to uphold. They're violating the principles of the Constitution and the amendments of the Constitution, and we vote them in. Hello, what's the matter with us? Right. Title Title fifty two USC eight four one through eight four four talks about provisions on communist or communist party and or their subsidiaries. I'm going to post that on the findings on our on my telegram or my ex and my ex account, which is at Brandenburg number four. Am I so that we can identify the communist or replacement theory that for our Constitution and for our Republic, because that's not what they want. They don't want representation. They want to stand over you with a hammer to your head. You either capitulate or you're done. Well, again, I go back to all of these laws that are on the books. Article I, Section X, Clause III, no state can make anything but gold and silver coin a tender and payment of debt, which means the state cannot force anything other than gold and silver coin from a citizen, yet they do it on a daily basis, yet we capitulate and go along with this, and we... Don't step up and say, no, we're not going to do that. It's a violation of the United States Constitution. And you, Jocelyn Benson, or you, Dana Nessel, or Whitmer, are violating Article I, Section X, Clause III of the Federal Constitution. You swore an oath to uphold, which is the oath that says you're going to uphold the Constitution of the United States. You violated your oath of office. You're out. That's it. Did you think about this too? Is that Jocelyn Benson is presiding over her own election and the Republicans it's crickets because they got to have a bad guy to shape the narrative around. You know, when I ran on the libertarian ticket for governor, that's exactly what happened. The guy that was running against me, his sister counted the votes. So what did you expect? You expect him to lose? You expect a fair election? You expect a fair counting? It's the same story. The Libertarian Party wasn't any different than the Democrats and Republicans. Those people in charge over there are as crooked, at least when I was there, as you could possibly get. They were not there for a free and honest election. They were there to control the situation. And so the Democrats and Republicans are doing exactly the same thing. And we, as the public, should be able to see through all of this nonsense by now. But again, the problem that we have in our country is that most people only pay attention to the election process on the last month or so of voting. They don't know who the candidate is that's running against somebody else. They didn't do the research. They didn't look up those candidates. They didn't find out who they are and what they believe in. All they did is they say, well, I know this guy. I don't know that guy. I'll vote for this guy. Whether they know what that person represents or not is immaterial because they haven't taken the time to do the homework. It's difficult. It's torturous. It's I got to do something other than watch football tonight. This is the kind of nonsense that we're dealing with. And so we get what we vote for. Well, it's like the politics isn't one of those things that I think anyone particularly enjoys. It's like pouring lemon juice in a paper cut to have to slog through this thing. But the reality is that they are our captors. Unless we face them, we're still under their captivity. And their intentional coercion, duress, and threat system that they have over the top of us. Only way out of this is for us to face this as actual adults who are going to deal with the problems and then write this thing and tell them, back them down. It's like a dog that bites. You let a dog that bites, they're going to get more brave and they're going to bite again. Only next time it's going to be worse. And that's what we have. Indeed. I hate to say this, but I'm going to have to get out of here pretty quick. Yeah, I'm waiting for Scott to come on. He's at the fair right now. So I said, just jump on in a minute. So he said he'd be here shortly. Who are you? Talk about who you're running against. If you just give me like another three or four minutes here, I'm going to get Scott on. I'm running against the guy named Jimmy Wilson, who... has set out all of the beautiful, nice brochures on all of the things that he's working on. And he's got a whole list of them. And I don't have that thing. And I wish I had in front of me. But but things like, you know, helping the poor and doing this for the for the public and doing this, that for the public, but he doesn't pay any attention to his constituents. He's certainly not paying attention to me. I'm asking him a question. I didn't tell him, fix the problem. I said, what can you do to do the problem? At least write me a letter and say, I can't do anything. Or thank you for writing this letter. It's of great concern or something. He's not responded in any way. Now he's got my phone number. He's got my email. He's got my address and he ignores me. This is the third letter he's ignoring. Let me guess what his answer is going to be. His answer is going to be, oh, yeah, we're going to establish another NGO or five or one C three, and we will contribute in money launder to that. And guess what? All the people that I know are going to get a position in that. I don't know what he's going to do because he doesn't respond. He's like not even there. It's like I'm writing to the wall. I'm sending a document to somebody that really could care less about me. Now, there's another lady in our group. In fact, you know who she is. It's Janice. She's written her politician, her public functionary about voter integrity. They haven't responded to her either in three letters that she's written. She's getting ready to sue that guy too. And that's the only way we can get information from them is to sue them, is to put them under the gun and make them come up with a maternity and make them, otherwise they're going to lose, you know, this guy I'm going to go after for several million dollars for violating his oath of office and for violating the First Amendment. So that's what we got to do. We got to go after these guys and say, hey, look, I'm here. I've been writing you and you've been ignoring me and you don't have the authority to ignore me. You don't have the right to ignore me. I'm your rep. You are my representative. You need to represent what I'm asking for. Yes, as an individual. If you've got ten thousand letters, then you might have a problem. But other than that, you should be answering my letter. You do have a staff. that can say thank you very much for your letter we'll look into it i mean that's at least an answer of some sorts not much of an answer and of course that would make me write another letter asking him please uh identify what you're doing specifically but he hasn't even done that and he's running for office again and so i gotta make it public and i'm gonna be on uh uh x uh theron x eventually to talk about it because theron's in this neighborhood in the uh ypsilanti area in the thirty second district and so i'm i'm gonna cover him uh i'm gonna talk about him in my run for office and why i would make a difference what what are you gonna be on say that again please i don't know i'm gonna i gotta call into theron eventually their own x he's uh he's on between three and six on I don't think you can get them from your neighborhood because they have a small signal. When I go on the east side, I can only get them halfway and then I get the static. So I don't give a lot of these people a whole lot of credit because just like Justin Barkley, he was running a ticker at the bottom of his show. Don't vote for Brandenburg in the twenty two election. Don't. But but he's like one of these people that Republicans like to go, oh, it's Justin Barkley. It's like, really? He was running a ticker that said don't vote for Donna Brandenburg. And how is that? How is that unbiased media? It's not. And that was in the twenty two election. And I asked him about it. I said, how come you were running a ticker that said don't vote for Brandenburg? You know, that sort of thing on your show. I thought I thought news media was supposed to be unbiased, but it's all biased. What did he say for an excuse or didn't he? Oh, you just kind of fluffed it off. And I said, the reality is, is that there was a ticker running on your show. So either you were responsible for it or the powers that be have got a collar around your neck. You know, the Republican narrative. It's interesting. This is a problem. This is a problem that we have these news media broadcasters that people follow, that people pay attention to. Oh, I like podcasting. What the heck's his name? Well, there's a bunch of them out there. I like so-and-so, and I like listening to him. But what is he telling me? Are you paying attention to what he's saying? Are you checking his information, his backside? Are you doing anything in regards to understand what the reality and truth is? Or are you just part of a fake system, which most people are part of a fake system? They don't want to interrupt the fake system. So they follow somebody. Tucker Carlson, he's one. I liked listening to him for a while in the past because I thought he was an honest person. And then he plays this game with Trump. He's not honest. He was a plant. He hasn't been any better. Candace Owens, another one. A lot of these people were plants. We don't know why they're there or what they represent or who they care about. But they're not American and they're not for the United States Constitution. They're for their own agenda. And their own agenda might be money in their pocket or their own agenda might be that they want to better form a government or their own agenda might be as long as they support this person, they stay wealthy. I don't know. I don't know what their game is. But we have destroyed the middle class over the years since the seventies. We've destroyed Michigan over the years because Michigan was the greatest producer of automobiles at one point. We had the greatest in finances coming into Michigan and we destroyed it. Our government destroyed it. Folks, wake up. How did they destroy it? Fake money. overseas production, sending things overseas, creating an inflation that is uncontrollable and destroying the middle class. That's what destroyed the middle class is the fact that they tried to bring in their fake system and make this the world economy. This isn't a world economy. It's the United States economy and it's Michigan's economy. And we haven't had anybody in the Michigan office at this point in time that is willing or has taken on the mantle of fixing Michigan. It's all fake. Sell our stuff to China so they can sell it back to us. These public functionaries, they fill their pockets with money. John Engler, one of the biggest thieves in America. Yeah, he actually said to my face, what did you think running for governor? You should have gone to work for Mike Rogers before you even had the guts to run for governor. And I'm like, I don't know. I thought everybody should be able to run for any office that they feel qualified for. So I don't know. But apparently you've got to get plugged into the Republican or Democrat grooming gang to make sure that you're compliant. and be willing to screw the American people rather than to serve the American people. That's their M.O.L.E. Yep, that's exactly what they're doing. And people need to wake up to that, that these people that are in public functionaries, in the public eye, they're not our friends. They are our servants. And if you're servants stealing from you, they should be fired. And that's exactly what's going on. Yes, we have our butlers in Lansing stealing money from us and our maids in Lansing stealing money from us, and we allow it to continue. We need to stop that. Thank you for putting my stuff up there. The MagnificentRepublic.com. We're going to be on Wednesday night on Zoom. By the way, can you show up? because people would like to see you. You know what? I can on Wednesday night. I can show up. I've got a busy week this week because of the events. We've got so many events and things that I'm going to be going to and speaking. If you send me the link early, I will post it also on my my ex as well as my telegram account. And we will put it on all of our social media also so that we got to step around this fake news because they're the ones that are controlling the narrative. We have to be the news. We have to create our own ways to get to people. And everybody can jump on and help with this. So, well, you have a great day. I'm going to bring Scott on. Thanks for being here today, John. You're welcome. Bye, everyone. Bye-bye. See you, Scott. Hey, Scott. How you doing? Hi, Donna. How are you? I'm doing great. I'm not even going to go to a break right now. And I want to be the one to introduce Scott here on the show. I'm going to tell you right now, I have so much respect for Scott Ogney and his tireless, selfless working to restore integrity to this state. He's been involved with the election or election integrity force. He started the locust standee investigation, which I helped with that a little bit, not as much as some other people, but I was part of pulling information, getting it to the sheriff and such. And I'm going to tell you what, this guy knows the election laws in Michigan and the problems and how to fix them hands down better than anyone in this state, hands down. So there you go. So let's talk about what's going on there today, Scott. Yeah, I'm done. I'm in the southwest corner of the America One Event Center. You know what? Stop moving around so much because it's affecting your sound, please. Okay. I am in the southwest corner of the America One Event Center, and we're at the Jackson County Fair. And this is our third day. Here we have Jeannie Brown coming in shortly to assist today. She's from the U.S. taxpayers party Jackson County, our Jackson County chapter, and she'll be in to assist us this morning. But thus far we've had a very positive response. I have talked to probably forty-five, fifty people. and had some very good in-depth conversations talking about the Constitution, talking about my campaign and some of our other candidates on the U.S. Taxpayers Party. both local candidates and local candidates for this election are going to be minimal because generally clerks, supervisors, council board members, a lot of those people are elected during the presidential election year. So we basically have statewide candidates, which includes you and myself, And we have Sharon Rainier, who will be here later today. She is our congressional candidate from the US Fifth District, which encompasses all the counties in the very southern part of Michigan and Jackson County and a couple of isolated townships in Calhoun County. And I think there's one in Washtenaw County as well. But she will be in later today, but that is, They are the predominant candidates for us in this district. And we've had some challenges. I tell you what, I do want to mention, and there are two other parties in this building. There is the Democrat party, which is one aisle over from us and the Republican party, which is two aisles over from us. And then over underneath the grandstand, the Libertarian party actually carry a booth over there. And we are actually working with the Libertarian party on an issue regarding FOIAs. for the cost and the current FOIAs and fighting clock cameras in Jackson County. So we are we're developing a, at least a working relationship on some issues with the libertarian party here in Jackson County. But it's, it's been a positive experience here. There's been a few people that I've talked with that have been a bit challenging that have approached kind of with blinders on. And these are the people that are only interested in color, red or blue. And I'm talking about party color, and that's all they're interested in. But for the most part, we have had some very, very receptive people. And they're willing to listen to what we've got to say. our party platform and what uh i intend to do as a candidate uh with these elections and i i'm the only candidate that's the uh both the motive and the pathway the legend with the um statutes in place to shut down uh the entire electronic tabulation system and the entire electronic global systems And I think a lot of people appreciated that. That was one of my selling points. But one of the key selling points for our party has been there are a lot of people that are fed up with the two-party system. And the fact that they control everything, something that I did bring up to several people that we talked to, I brought up the primary last week. Why is it that the Democrat and Republicans get an extra election to essentially campaign with? That is deeply unfair. That is deeply unfair to the other parties, whether it be our party, Libertarian, Green Party, Natural Law Party. It is deeply unfair. Why isn't the legislature addressing this? There should be no primaries. They should have to go through the convention process just like we had. We nominated all our candidates through convention. They should be doing the same thing because what it does is creates an unfair advantage. It gives them additional campaigning time. They're able to keep their signs out there and this impacts you more than any of us, any of the other candidates on US PPM ticket. So, um, and you and I, and a few others have been in a battle with a couple of significant Republicans on the issue of third parties, because Republicans, I haven't heard this that much from the Democrats, but I have heard it from a lot of Republicans. Oh no, you can't vote third party. You'll split the vote. And we have a woman named Monica. who has been very prevalent and very, uh, spoken about telling, uh, putting the fear in the Republicans. They can't vote third party, but it's perfectly fine for them to vote for the criminals in the Republican party. So it's, uh, um, I think we are doing good in defending our arguments, defending Not only our party, but the premise of, I don't want to call us third parties. We're not. We are equivalent parties, and we deserve to be treated as equivalent. The Republican Party talks a lot about competition. Well, if there's so much in competition, why do they not want us or the Libertarian Party competing on the same level as them? Then you go to the Democrat Party, which talks a lot about diversity and inclusion. Why are they not fully diverse political parties and including all of the other parties in debates? Let's talk about another advantage they've taken with John James taking and applying for like a million dollars of our taxpayers' dollars to fund his campaign. Yes, that is... This is wrong. Yeah, that's the... I'm trying to remember what that fund is called. It's a particular fund that you can stick on your checkbox when you do your tax return. And, yeah, it basically goes to funding political candidates. That should be outlawed. Absolutely. Because that is using taxpayers' dollars, and maybe the taxpayer is a Democrat, is a Libertarian, is a US PPM, and they're not interested in funding a Republican candidate. That should be outlawed. But you want to know what? Again, if we tried to take it into the court, can we afford it? Can the Libertarians afford it? Can the Green Party afford it? No. Hold a little stellar, Scott, because it's messing your camera up a little bit, but go ahead. Well, there is no justice in the courts. There is no justice in the courts unless you have money or connections, and it's difficult to take something like that to court because you have to hire basically two or three attorneys to to go in there and make the argument that the legislature deliberately created something, a lawless situation to which the members of other parties, and you know what, to be honest with you, that checkbox is not a mandatory thing for a taxpayer to check. However, it is the fact that it does pull from a taxpayer pool. And John James, I can tell you, is not short on money. He has plenty of prominent wealthy donors. He's not short on money. I think what he was using that fund for was for the primary, not for the general election because he had plenty of money for the general election. That's really interesting. And, you know, when you're in the political sphere of criminals, liars, cheats, and thieves, it is really shocking. Do you find that every day that you uncover something else and you just sit there and go, where do we find the end of this other than fraud? firing them all and cleaning house with the people that are co-complicit. And it's not conspiracy theory. It's criminal conspiracy to defraud the American people. Yes, you use the word conspiracy, and that's exactly correct. But that's a legal term. It's not like a conspiracy theory. It's criminal conspiracy, right? It is a criminal statute, both state and federal, to commit conspiracy. And who are the ones that put that state... It's called a state fund. And who are the ones that put that together, state election fund? It is the Democrat and Republican legislators. They're the ones that put that thing together. And they ought to all be held accountable for conspiracy. For conspiracy and possibly racketeering. Because it involves money. The exchange of money, money going through the state treasury. And that... That should be addressed, but, uh, John James is not short on money. He's not short on money. He didn't need to take that money out. They deliberately pulled it out just for the primary. And, uh, I have, uh, I have no respect for the Republican party. I may, I'm a recovering Republican as you are. And I have found they're just as corrupt as a Democrat. There's not much difference between these two parties in their criminality and the goals. Well, they've both taken foreign money in the elections by the donations from foreign corporations. They're still allowing foreign countries to buy American land. And that should be immediately abolished. Tell them all, you know, you've got thirty days to sell it. And at the end of that time, guess what? It is now back under the control of the United States of America and can be only owned by American and American companies. Well, you know, when you bring up, uh, foreign ownership of land in Michigan, because, um, I'm going to, I want to go a little bit deeper than just the foreign nation. Let's go to the real estate companies and the real estate brokers that are brokering these deals, because is it in their print in the purview, the licenses, the licenses to my knowledge base on real estate are are basically managed and distributed by LARA, Licensing and Regulatory Agency of Michigan. LARA, I think of all the agencies in the state of Michigan that need to be investigated, I think you start with LARA. And you start with things like real estate licenses, who the properties are being sold to. And I'm sorry, but I don't think properties should be sold to a foreign entity. They should be sold only to American entities. And that is going on in so many places. We don't even know who the actual owners are because you can sit there and change so many things in terms of licensing, in terms of titles of companies, in terms of filings. You can change so many things where it becomes very vague. and you don't know the real truth of who the actual owners and who the Geppettos or string pullers really are. And that's the case here in Michigan. And do you know who I think should have constant oversight on that is the counties and the township. You county and township elected officials, especially because we all know they're Democrats and Republicans, You should have oversight and you should examine who these people are that are buying up these properties. Because I think it should be outlawed. Do you think our legislature is going to pass a statute prohibiting foreign ownership of property here in Michigan? No, they're not going to do it because you said it. Both parties are receiving foreign money for their political campaigns. They're never going to shut that down. That makes them foreign agents right there. Foreign agents, which is a problem, like a large problem. And I don't know if people actually understand how broad the criminality is. I mean, it is really, it is so bad. I understand. Okay, it says, hang on, I think the feedback's coming through my mic here. I understand why people are so upset about what's going on out there, and I understand why it's taken so long to dig through all this, because it's not one thing. It's like a death for America by like a hundred thousand or a million cuts. Yeah, absolutely. And, um, they, we talked about this quite a bit over the past two days, these people in Lansing and Washington, even at the County commissioner levels are not going to police themselves. They're not going to police themselves. They're not going to, uh, maintain any kind of oversight, uh, on their own actions. They cannot be trusted. it's going to take outsiders to get in there and and break this stuff up it's going to take outsiders and what i would encourage is is public oversight one of the things that was brought up to me yesterday yesterday morning uh a patron a fair patron asked me what i intended to do about driver's licenses and whether or not i believed uh there was a commercial uh a commercial um unlawful commercial application to the driver's licenses they're issuing uh regular people and i'm sure john ludke who i believe has been on this program has discussed the driver's licenses and the commercial applications uh from a common law perspective i believe he's discussed this and i i was asked yesterday what would you do about this scott and uh myself am i going to go in there and eliminate all driver's licenses. No, that's not happening. But what I would do is open town halls across the state to discuss it. to discuss the common law application, to examine whether or not it is in the current system, uh, that we all recognize it. And then if we need to do a remedy on it, um, I'm all for, um, exploring that now, do I have the legislative capability? No, but as secretary of state, I would have at least influence. I could at least present it to the legislature that we need to examine this. Our driver's license is really required. to drive on these roads and we have a couple individuals in jackson county that are in the courts our vice chair jennifer smith is one of them and another uh individual uh they're both in there on this particular issue our driver's licenses are we are we the individual the individual are we a commercial entity Because a driver's license is not to your vehicle, it is to you. That is the key thing to understand. You have a license plate that is to your vehicle, but the driver's license is to you. The driver's license has a history as being a commercial entity, as a commercial application. Are we commercial entities ourselves? And the answer is no. And this is a huge difference. So myself as secretary of state, I would open the dialogue and I guarantee you the legislature and the courts would have a huge problem with me holding town halls to discuss the lawful validity of the driver's licenses. So, um, Yeah, that's absolutely one of the things that I think as Secretary of State, I will at least open the dialogue on, but it has been a really good thing for us to discuss here at the Jackson County Fair. I found out that some of the feedback on this is going through the microphone. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it right now. It looks like an auto mic leveler, so I'm sorry if this was a little bit hard to listen to before. But yeah, when you look at going, the difference between driving and traveling, we all have that right to travel. Driving means it's in commerce. So I've argued this extensively that the United States has been put into commerce. So when you follow the money, you can see how the criminals have actually captured us through the monetary system, through the commerce system and all of that. and really subverted the original intention of the original Constitution and overlaid it with their pretended legislation. There's so much we can do to right this, and very quickly, and to your point, you are the only one that I know across the state that has been actually working in this to the degree that you have, making the sacrifices to the degree that you have, and isn't stopped but just keeps charging ahead without wavering and I just really appreciate that from you. And what I would like to do, this is not just me, I have my investigative partners over at Election Integrity Force, primarily Joanne Bacali and Sandy Kessel and Chris up in Muskegon. But we have the people that participated. It's the locust Andy whistleblowers. And yes, you were one of them because you did go after that electronic poll book in Byron Township and your dinghy clerk didn't know the laws and didn't want to abide by the law but we have several uh we have uh stephanie and clarissa from isabella county bonnie from uh grassy county we have so uh jennifer and norm and uh Jeannie and Tina, uh, I think I'm missing a few others here in Jackson County and a Pierce over in Lapeer. Uh, we had several people in McComb County did an outstanding job. We had about. Twenty people with the local city whistleblowers up in Delta County as well in the Western UP. We have huge evidence in that County, but, um, they were all part of this effort. What we were missing. is the republican party and they were not behind this and the evidence we have and as a matter of fact if i can make a brief announcement uh we will be releasing something on this program hopefully by next week and it involves a current state senator named edward mcbroom who was part of the uh oh there's nothing wrong the elections are gorgeous uh routine And I'm hoping to have something ready that we can release on this program next week. And it's very significant because what it does is it shows where the Republican Party really is on elections. And it corroborates it. And I don't believe they have any intention of wanting to get rid of this corrupt system. It's all a show. Tony Ferlini doesn't even know what election integrity is. He doesn't want to hear anything from anybody else. And he doesn't want to do anything because he doesn't believe anything's wrong, number one. Number two, he does not understand the technology. And this goes for Garland Gilchrist. I don't care whether he's got a Microsoft certification. That doesn't matter. Yeah, but he's World Economic Forum, too. So, you know, open your eyes, people. Right. He is a plant. And the other candidates, I know there's a woman from... Livingston County and the Libertarian Party. I don't know her background real well, but I know Ferlini doesn't care about the corruption. He doesn't want to know about it, and he's not going to do anything about it. But the Republican Party wants to support him. And there are other people that have, you know what, Pat Colbeck. Now, I've not seen anything specific from him. But I haven't seen him come out and say, you know what, we need to get behind Scott Augie. Pat Kolbeck's got a problem with self-pride, which is a sin. That's my personal opinion of him. And same thing goes for Michigan Fair elections. Do you think Michigan Fair elections would get behind my campaign? No. Gateway Pundit, that's another one. Patty McMurray, they're not going to get behind us or my Secretary of State campaign because they believe in the cult of the Republican Party. And that is how it is materialized, and it's despicable. These people claim to be election integrity, but when push comes to shove, they want to get behind a man who thinks the elections are gorgeous, and that's Tony Ferlini. Yeah, it's really unfortunate that the talking points and the narrative that they've created. I did a long time talking about that with the Monica Utuma post this morning, and I did a psychological kind of a breakdown on how the messages were crafted. to guilt people into, if you don't vote the Republican Party, we're the only way, i.e., the Republican Party is your savior. And if you don't, there's negative consequences that you are going to experience. It's gonna be your fault that Whitmer gets in. The problem is is that in the last gubernatorial election, what happened? DeVos is back, Tudor Dixon, their little sock puppet candidate, They pulled all of the funding right after she won the primary because even they knew she sucked. But they started an organization called Republicans for Whitmer. It was the Republicans that got Whitmer in. And it's all a show. It's all an illusion. And until people are able to break that brainwashing and programming... we're gonna be stuck in this this two-party worship and unfortunately people put so much individual capital in their friends and the connections that they've made and that that honestly it functions as a cult if you look at the culture of the the the major parties which there shouldn't be any major parties even the word major party should be an offense to every one of us the the uniparty mentality is It's a cult. And you're either on this side of the cult, which is bouncing off of this side, but they work together in order to create the narrative and keep them both in office. And anybody else, they just try to make you look like you're irrelevant when the answer isn't here or here. It's up here. It's outside of the cult structure. Yeah. And there again, I, I do mention there was a few people that came yesterday and you could clearly hear from talking with them. They had their blinders on. They didn't believe anything. We showed evidence of election crimes in Jackson County. And I just told her one statute. We, we are low. We have about a series of thirty to forty state and federal statutes that we're talking about in election crimes. And We had a few people that had these blinders on and these are the Kool-Aid drinkers and they will worship the Republican party and same thing goes for Democrats. They will worship the Democrat party till the end of the earth. And to be honest with you, I don't even wanna waste my time with these sort of people because they clearly don't have the functional mentality to number one debate on facts to um to examine facts because they have their blinders on they just want to see a limited scope and that's very dangerous that's dangerous to a republic that's dangerous to the concept of constitutional liberty if you are just narrow in scope and um uh you know what i'm more than happy to talk to these people Uh, and there's actually a couple of Republicans, uh, that were here and a couple of Democrats that we actually talked with and had some open dialogue with. Um, and again, I had a couple of Democrats that came up to me and said, Scott, we know about you more voting for you. And I do know a couple Republicans in the party that are supporting my candidacy because they know plenty about my efforts to bring these election crimes to the county party. And they didn't want to hear it. The Republican Party has their elitists that run everything with their objectives. They don't believe in freedom. They don't believe in constitutional liberty. They have objectives and goals. And that is right in line with a cult mentality. That's what cults predominantly function on is a goal or objective. And Jim Jones would love the Democrat and Republican parties in the United States. He would love them. And you can go to Reverend Sung Young Moon or any of the other prominent cultists in history, Pol Pot, and you find the same mentality. But I'm actually going to have to cut short here in a minute or two because they're getting ready to open the door and I've got to go and set up for the day, Donna. But I was hoping Jeannie Brown would come in. I was hoping to get her on screen for a few minutes. But we'll try to do a video, Jeannie and I, from the fair here. But look forward to you and Robert Cowper coming in on Friday. And Sharon Marnier has come in every day. God bless Sharon. She has fed me every day and given me a lengthy break from the fair. So Sharon has been immensely popular here. She's had some great discussions with people here. And then Jeannie Brown will be here today. Um, I asked that you pray for, um, our vice chair, Jennifer Smith. Uh, uh, she's had some limited, uh, limitations this week cause she has some, uh, uh, some family health issues, but, um, she's been wonderful. And, and, uh, uh wonderful and indispensable in helping to put this thing together she's the one that put the schedule together and she's been uh instrumental in helping to get some of the behind the scenes logistics uh set up in place so special thanks to uh jackson uh the usdpm jackson county vice chair jennifer smith But again, we look forward to seeing you on Friday out here at the Jackson County Fair. And if any of the viewers, listeners right now are in the area and you can come to the Jackson County Fair, we are in the America One Events Center, which is in the southeast corner of the fairgrounds. And we are in the northeast corner of the America One Events Center. But thank you very much for your time this morning. And again, we look forward Thanks for being on, Scott. And we will be doing a live broadcast on Friday from the event center at some point in time. So I'll set it up on BNN and we can talk while we're there. And I'm sure we'll have really good reception with the two of us sitting there, which is fantastic. And thank you for all that you've done. I sent you, did you see that email I sent you with the talking points or part of the structure for my manual? Am I on? Yeah, I wasn't able to get that printed off this morning, but I have it on my laptop. So it'd be on the laptop. We'll be all set. I'm going to bring Ralph on for a minute. Thanks, Scott, for all you do. Vote for Scott Ogney for Secretary of State of the state of Michigan. He is the only guy in that position that's going to fix our fraudulent elections who is running for office and who is on the November ballot. So thanks, Scott. We'll see you Saturday. All right. And with that, I'm going to add Ralph. Ralph decided to come on this morning. We're going to fill the time out here just a little bit. So how you doing, Ralph? good morning how you doing good really good were you listening to some of the conversation yeah yep yeah scott scott is amazing he has got so much knowledge that he's he's literally put his life on hold for fighting this one issue and nobody knows the information better so he is totally amazing well like you said you've said in the past too for any politician that is uh that is looking to seek any candidate that's looking to seek office, it is really important that they demonstrate their ability to actually do the job and do the work before they even get in. And Scott has done a lot of work with the election integrity effort. And that's, that's really important. Yeah, I mean, every single time I've had a conversation with him, which right now is about every day, the focus for the last, I don't know how many years I've known him now, since probably twenty, or might have been before that. But the focus for him is always on election integrity. There's always a few people when we're in threat of eminent danger on something that will pick out those core issues. And unfortunately, those people who are trying to salvage their corruption networks and their unjust enrichment will attack those people viciously. And I'm going to tell you what, Scott, he doesn't even care if he makes people upset about things because he knows that those people that are going to be upset are the ones that he's fighting against. They're not like normal voters. These people are criminals and he doesn't care if he makes a man. It is what it is and the truth has to come out. Yep. And that's always really important that That there are people that are willing to fight regardless of the outcome for an issue like that, as long as it's in pursuit of justice. And truth. Absolutely. So what's on your mind today? I've been talking about psychological profiles of people that have bought into brainwashing and conditioning, conditioning to go in a direction. which the narrative creators want them to go in, and how much normal things that we become accustomed to are literally functioning like cults. And people put their individual capital in the people in those cults, and so to break away from it, it really becomes a difficult thing because all of a sudden they're alone. And the cults ostracize them. Very few people have the intestinal fortitude to stand against that and follow what they know is right, what they know is in their heart, because they don't want to be alone. And that's too bad. The interesting thing is that when you do act in that way, you're going to find real friends, not those that are conditional, that you do what I say you do, you follow this cult, or you will be alone. And they mean it when they say that. Absolutely. And, you know, it occurs to me during the conversation that you had earlier, too, that when people talk about the whole split the party thing or split the vote thing, you know, when you're voting for the lesser of two evils, you're still voting for evil. Yeah, it's still brownies made with dog crap. I mean, you've still got crap in the brownies. I mean, they might look like brownies, but if they're made with dog crap, you're still eating dog crap. Yep. So there you go. So what else is going on? You want to talk about anything? Are we still having an echo? Yeah, it seems like any time I'm talking, it's a little echoey. I'm not sure how to fix that because I'm using both headphones and a microphone. Yeah, we've had some problems with this lately, and I don't know what exactly the settings are that I need to change. Maybe there's an IT guy that can step in and help at some point in time, but I'm trying to kind of figure that out. Hang on, let me look. I'll see if I can get to the tab, see what I can do here. Echo cancellation's on. reduce mic background noise, automatically adjust the volume. Let me see if I can get rid of that. All right, how's that? Let's try that. Still got a little bit of an echo. Is it better? No, I don't think so. I don't think so. Okay. Let's see if there's another setting here. I really do like doing this live because echo cancellation, stereo audio, You could just try different settings, and we'll see if it fixes anything. Let's see. Here's reduce microphone background noise. Let's see if that works. How's that? Let's see. Nope. We've still got an echo, so we might have to just roll with it. All right. We're just going to roll with this guys. And it is what it is. Sorry, but we'll try to get this thing fixed. So are there any things going on in the tech world that people should be aware of right now? Because I was talking to a very significant guy. A lot of people know who he is. And he texted me recently. His name is one Oh seven or saving. And he said, make sure you're protecting your digital assets. I thought that was interesting. Yeah, and we've talked about that multiple times on the show about how important it is to make sure you have actual physical books of information and make sure that you have local backups of things because Especially with all the cloud storage stuff that everybody seems to be peddling right now. I mean, if you have it turned off on Microsoft products right now, they bug you constantly about turning on cloud storage. Cloud storage is just somebody else's computer. And I think, too, you know, there's all... I guess one of the recent news things is that there's all the uproar about... all the data center build outs right now. And I guess we could probably talk about that because I've got a few thoughts on what's going on there that are not getting out there too much because I think a lot of it actually is pretty much of a financial scam job. Okay, go ahead and let's hear your thoughts because I've had Eric Cognitive Carbon on too. And he is pro data center. And I understand why. There's kind of an arms race. There's a war going on with our ability to control AI. Whoever controls AI controls the thought. It's like the new media. But you can step outside of that and run... Okay, I see what you're doing. You're trying to adjust things. And run... and unmoderated AI. And we've talked about that. So let's hear what you have to say about it. So I tend to think that a lot of the data center build outs right now are more or less a financial scam. If you look at pretty much any of the AI companies right now, they're not actually profitable from the AI. The only reason why most of them are profitable is is because of the constant influx of investor capital. If it only works if people continue to buy into it, that does sound an awful lot like some kind of a big stone monument in Egypt. It's not a great look. And if it can only be supported by that and not by the actual product itself, you got a bit of a problem. And right now, I think they just made an announcement that all of the chip foundries that make RAM chips have had their output completely booked all the way through twenty twenty seven. And so companies are pre-buying RAM that far ahead of time. And that's not to mention any like potential new technological advancements that might happen between now and then. That's just the RAM capacity that's there. What are you guessing is driving that? Why? I think it's because the only way for it to, again, because the whole pyramid scheme thing of the only way that they can continue to look like they're going to make money is by looking like there's constant growth. And the only way that that happens is if they can make it look like there will be an exponential increase in the amount of computing power needed and also the consumer demand. And you look at how many companies have switched to AI and tried and laid off a bunch of staff and then subsequently ended up having to rehire staff because they realized that the AI was actually more expensive than the staff that it replaced. And that's with the AI operating at below, at a negative net cash flow. Um, so the, the only way that a lot of this can work is because that fiction continues to be propagated and to do that, you have to then, you know, commit to, well, either we're going to commit to the, to buying this Ram way ahead of time, or we are going to fall behind the other companies that are building out faster than we are. Because it's not about the actual technology. It's about the investment potential. And sooner or later, that bubble's going to burst. Is this going to be like the dot bomb situation that we faced? Oh, I suspect it's going to be far worse. In a lot of cases right now, the AI stuff is being so concentrated into a very small number of companies. And the RAM space is primarily dominated by like three companies. And... Look at Nvidia right now. I mean, this is going way the heck outside of actual technology, where my expertise tends to lie and more into the financial side where it doesn't. But you look at the valuation of Nvidia right now, it's ridiculous how high that is for a company that makes graphics cards. And right now, yeah, sure, there's specialized graphics cards for servers primarily, and they've almost entirely dropped their focus on making consumer level graphics cards in favor of doing effectively AI coprocessors. But that's one company that's being almost entirely valued. And as one of the biggest companies on the planet, And the only reason why it's so high is because of that anticipated future growth in AI. And I don't know. I think we're looking at a massive bubble. I think it's eventually going to pop. I tend to think that probably what's, if I'm honest about it, what's probably going to happen is that all of these data centers are going to go under and it's going to flood the market with used very high powered AI coprocessor hardware that now can be used in consumer level equipment because of course you're not going to buy just the graphics cards, they're going to have tons and tons and tons of servers that are compatible with these. Well, it's like we're on the same page with this because I've said that before too, that the data centers are obsolete the minute they're online. They're obsolete before they're online. Oh, yeah. They're obsolete well before they're built. Right. And so now what are we going to do with this, with what they're selling us and what they're funding in these data centers? I think everybody needs to take a step back a little bit and take a breath because I think this is a temporary step to decentralizing not only the power grid, but also the technology grid too. So just my guess for the future here, but yeah. Take a breath. There is absolutely no way it's sustainable as it is. Absolutely. Absolutely. I have some thoughts, too, about the kind of the way that AI is developing. I think we kind of went down the wrong path with it. And I think there's better ways to do AI internally than what we're doing now, too, that I think will eventually take over. I think this bubble is probably going to pop. And I think we'll probably end up seeing the resurgence of some of the older AI technologies from the early nineties that honestly are better. Expert systems has languished for a very long time and that's actually quite good. But we'll see. I mean, this is long, long term. But even the stuff that we have right now, if the market is flooded with all of the used server gear that all of us can pick up, hey, that's not a bad thing. You might be able to go to the discount computer store and pick up everything you need and not go right to the companies. Wouldn't that be amazing? It's almost like somebody really smart was behind this architecting this little controlled demolition of the cabal that owns everything. It's almost like that if we look at it. And there are server hardware liquidation companies all over the place that sell used server hardware. And most of the time, the stuff that they sell is perfectly good. It's just maybe one generation older than current. And so companies will upgrade to the latest and greatest, mostly for power efficiency reasons. Because they have people like shiny things. Yeah, so the stuff that's one generation behind is perfectly capable. is sold for, you know, darn near nothing used. And so really use server hardware, even, I don't know, use computer hardware in general can be quite good. It depends on who's selling it. A lot of the consumer grade stuff has had a lot of its lifetime used up, but boy, there's, we've already got the infrastructure for liquidating massive amounts of data center equipment through the existing server liquidation companies. And I, I don't know, I kind of, I have a similar thought about the, the battery manufacturers, all the battery plants that they want to build. in that I am not terribly opposed. Some of the ways that the battery plants that they're building now are not necessarily in the best places for them that would cause the least impact on the populace, and I can understand people's concerns about where they're being located. However, I am very much pro- building battery plants in America because we need that manufacturing capability. I mean, you look at everybody that has a phone. Okay, well, either you want to give up your phone or you are tied to a foreign power right now or you allow battery plants to be built somewhere in America. You can't just have a blanket statement of, well, we don't want any battery plants in America because they produce hazardous waste. Okay, well, then you're just... exporting your hazardous waste production, your component of that to a foreign country, and you're making it so you're reliant on that country. You look at the vast amounts of lithium ion batteries that we buy from China. We really do need that capacity here in the United States. And I'm not just talking electric cars. We have... We have phones. We have computers. We have all kinds of other devices. I mean, AirPods, those are effectively a disposable rechargeable lithium-ion battery because you can't really disassemble them. And we have all kinds of stuff like that, watches. And then you start getting into the ability to be energy independent. And I don't mean energy independent as a... country or as a state but on a personal level and to be able to do that one of the better ways to do that in my opinion right now is solar because all of the hardware is there and you can do it almost independently of anything else just about no matter where you are to have at least some capacity But that's not terribly useful and is entirely useless for energy independence, in my opinion, unless you've got some method of storing that. So you have to have some batteries on site for that. I mean, if you're going to put solar panels on your house, if you're going for energy independence, make sure you have some batteries. Well, right now, most of those batteries are coming from China. There are a couple of manufacturers, I think, now that are starting to spin up in the United States. I don't know if they're using one hundred percent United States sourced lithium ion cells in those batteries. The batteries themselves and the bulk electronics are at least assembled in the United States. But the only way for us to be able to be truly energy independent in the without drastic modifications to people's lifestyles is to be able to bring some of that that manufacturing technology back. And we have that same issue with manufacturing just about anything. I mean, you want to put up a factory here, you got all the environmental regulations, all the OSHA and workplace regulations, and okay, that's That's great to have those regulations and to make sure that everything's done right. But then you'd better support actually manufacturing here in the United States by buying them, by making sure that manufacturing can actually be built, the capacity, the infrastructure for it. You know, we used to have all of that stuff and we got rid of it. So now people are kind of in a false sense of security. I guess, calm as far as industrial capacity, where I think a lot of people have lost their tolerance for the messy parts of manufacturing things. All you got to do is travel around small town America and off of the the attention getting areas like the shopping centers and such. And look at how much real estate is sitting there. We don't even know what we have right now. The townships, counties, the state has commandeered a lot of this real estate when people abandon it and such. And we don't even know what we have, but I do know that we're spending over a billion dollars just maintaining this stuff. And when you go into these old industrial sites and see what they left behind just to go and eat up another area to destroy, it should be shocking for everyone. There's way better ways to utilize existing properties than what we're doing right now. Like the solar panels, they should be either on roofs or over parking lots. Absolutely. Eating up farmland for solar is ridiculous. So this is so retarded. Let's put it in a farm field instead of let's put it, let's put it somewhere where it can either be a shade or it can be on a roof that can power the stores or something like that. It doesn't make any sense. Yeah. And that's the perfect place for it is on roofs over parking lots, you know, cover up roads. If you, if you feel like you need to, you know, I mean, they've had the solar roadway idea. And I, I think that one is kind of silly, honestly, because the amount of maintenance on it, they beat the snot out of those things. And they're really not that, that's a tough nut to crack, but, there's so many other places look in the fields okay i first hand knowledge of this the morons creating these solar fields i know a majority of them are a lot of them they built them on a two percent grade and so now they're sitting in a swimming pool because they don't have any drainage to get the water out of the areas so then they have to go back and try to figure that out and uh install like say drain tile and deal with the the uh the grass the hay the the weeds whatever else underneath that creates a fire hazard the people that are working in these these areas are totally unqualified and there is no oversight to any of it why is it that the committees that are out there are not responsible, the ones that say, oh, yeah, yeah, this is a great idea, let's do this. But there's no actual oversight or ways to hold them accountable. As soon as they launch that ship, they go run to the corners and start drinking with their buddies instead of paying attention to business. It's so backwards, it's incredible. Yeah, and I'm also opposed to having grid-scale solar in general, just conceptually, even if they... Even if they put it on, you know, like they took an old abandoned factory or something like that and put a bunch of solar on the roof of the old abandoned factory that's not being used for anything else where it had no ecological impact on farmland. I'm still not a fan of that because it's still grid scale. And one of the big advantages that I've got that I see with solar is that it can be distributed easily. It doesn't need to be a big power plant scale kind of thing. Individuals can run these systems themselves. And even as far as the ecological impact of solar panels, I don't really even see them as that green of a technology because there's a bit of a mess in some of the supply chains and in particular in the recycling chains for solar panels. However, As a method of, as a technological solution to decentralizing the grid, there's a huge amount of value there for energy independence and getting away from this. So then if you've got this tool that's perfectly suited for energy independence, why would you make that the exclusive purview of the same monopolies that we've been tied to for decades? Exactly. That's a really, really good point. And, you know, when they make stuff, it's sort of like the windmills have got the same problem. They're composite materials that with our current technology cannot effectively be broken down, which is a real problem. And it's a land grab, just like the solar panels are. That's what the green energy is about is energy. is kicking people off the land and taxing them off their land and or creating situations through contracts where the owner is responsible for the adverse reactions to what they've put in. And the owners are not going to be able to pay that. So then they just commandeer the land. It's the same playbook over and over and over again. They want to kick us off our land and take all the natural resources and then put us in a little box and then the communists will just give us what the crumbs that they think we should have to keep us alive as their slaves but i digress and wind is really not even a bad way to generate electricity either on a small scale if you you can get the little small wind turbines that you can put up on a tower next to your house or put up on your roof or there's all kinds of different methods of installing one of those that aren't so huge that they have to, because of the weight, use the non-recyclable composite materials. You can get ones that are small that use aluminum blades. Well, OK, aluminum is one of the most recyclable materials that we have. And it's hard enough to be able to withstand having the grit thrown at it through the air for a very, very long time before the blades wear out. It only works on a small scale because once you try and make it big, the weight gets too high. So we've got, again, we've got this technology that works on a small scale. Why aren't we using it on a small scale? Because they don't want that because that would be energy independence and we wouldn't be tied in to a central system that they can monitor and they can shut off at will. I mean, look at the kill switch technology that they mandated goes into modern cars. You know, they want control of everything. I hope there's some smart people that get a good method to kill the kill switches so they can't. What happens if you get in your car and you need to get somebody to the hospital that's had a tragic accident and you're moving, okay? And are you going to sit there and be, oh, yes, it's a nice day. Butterflies, flowers, and that guy's bleeding to death in the backseat, right? they're going to kill the car right there and and a person could lose their life over that and and why would you be why would you dare to think that you would need the independent agency to drive a hurt person somewhere when you could just call nine one one and wait two hours so that they're dead. It's just like the police. The police aren't proactive. All they do are, at this point in time, or the majority is, is they create reports on what the criminality or the crimes or the situation happened. They don't make it there before the problem is there. Though this week we did have a response by the Kent County Sheriffs, which was, they were pretty stellar on that response. But- But you notice, you said something there. Kent County Sheriffs. Sheriffs. sheriffs are the ones that need to be due to local policing and the police forces. They're just administrators. That's all they do. And that's the problem that I have with a lot of it too, is that we have gone so far from the way it's supposed to be where the sheriff's departments are largely defunded and in favor of the policy enforcers. And on top of it, you look at the structure of that and the police departments are, uh, are generally solely under the executive branch. They're a little secret police for Gretchen Whitmer, following people around in the Capitol. I know that was happening. Yeah, so now you've got one branch of government that is policing all the others. Really, you look at the Constitution and law enforcement, the job of law enforcement is should really be in the people and a lot of the early police departments were actually volunteer in that people would rotate out and police their own communities or adjoining communities. Some ways of organizing it would rotate out people from different communities so that you wouldn't have... Basically, if there was any corruption or anything like that, it would be easier to detect because it would be somebody outside of your community that would be policing your community some of the time. I don't know. There's a whole history there of the way that people tried having... police departments that did work. And you've got sheriff's deputies, that whole program as well for deputizing citizens. There's a lot of ways that if you go back in history, they had methods that worked and we have just abandoned them in favor of one specific method of doing it. But yeah, that strays a little far from what we were talking about, but it does kind of annoy me when people don't, when the alternative methods are not considered. Yeah, I think it's a great discussion, though, to consider everything, question everything, and back it up with research, not propaganda. That's important. So I appreciate you coming on today for a little bit here, Ralph. And I think it's a great time to end on that right now. Question everything, follow the money. There you go. And nothing can stop what is coming. So, you know, chin up, everybody. It's going to be okay. Would you like to pray today or would you like me to pray? Go ahead. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Ralph and Scott and John and all the wonderful people out there that are just normal people that just want to live their lives, that don't have an agenda and care for the communities and families. We are so thankful that you brought us together as one family. We fight not as a divided nation, but as one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all in honoring you and laying everything at your feet. This is our sandbox. And as I stated earlier, you know, you don't walk in fear when you walk, when we walk with you, because we never owned anything anyway. It's all yours. And we lay everything at your feet, everything we assume we own, everything that we do, who we are. What we say, we lay it all at your feet because you are so gracious to us and guiding us through this very fallen world. And we want to be a help to other people around us because people are so hurting. Help us not to react, but to respond. Help us to see the difference between criminals and people who are breaking the law to hurt others for their own gain, selfishness. And people who are just really hurting and don't really know what to do, let us be that answer to step up when called, to help when needed, and to lay our lives down in service to you and to others. We thank you so much for everything. We love you so very much. In Jesus Christ's precious name we pray. Amen. So here we go boys and girls to that part of the show ding ding ding ding go to brandenburgforgovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever non-conceived in the history of the United States of America and I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States President Donald J. Trump cowboy boots I'll win that discussion because I actually wear them every day and then we'll talk about real things like how to fix this mess and stop the division in the nation and abolish the Republican and Democrat parties because he didn't like them either. It's the Republicans that were attacking him. So when people say they're supporting President Trump, wholeheartedly remember he's a true outsider. And that's why they've attacked him so brutally and tried to stop him. And the and such. So at any rate, I'm still not conceding the the twenty twenty two election. My website is still in progress. I looked at it the other day and I'm like, OK, this thing kind of it kind of needs to be updated. It kind of sucks a little bit, but but we'll get that right. If you really want to find things that are quick, go to USTPM.org candidates and we're putting stuff up there. That's an easy place for me to for me to put stuff. and support the other candidates at the same time because we're going to do this as a team not just people that that are in it for personal gain we're really looking at this teamwork makes a dream work but i'll get the other side up and running and updated here one of these days when i'm not working so hard to make sure everybody else has got their stuff in order so with that said guys god bless you all god bless all those whom you love and god bless america make it a great day. It's a choice. Take what God's given you. Take your hands, take your thoughts, your mouth, your, your feet, and go into those direction that, that is of service. Make sure you're looking at the people around you. Tell them how much they mean to you. Everybody needs a little bit lifting up every day. And, uh, If you're here, you're probably a fantastic person because nobody would put up with this, you know, and if they didn't really want the truth and to get to the bottom of the problems. If people want to just hear the narrative, they're not going to find that here. It's going to be analysis. It's going to be uncomfortable at times, but it's going to be authentic because I won't lie for anyone. And I don't think anybody else here will. would either so so have a great day and know that there that god is with you you're important he made you perfectly the way you are you are walking with him or have the ability to walk with him so acknowledge him ask him for solutions, ask him for guidance, discernment, wisdom, and all of that. And if you ask, he will give it to you. And remember that salvation is a gift. You can't work for it. It's a gift from God freely given. And it's one of those things that you really should look into because it's very freeing. And the guilt, the shame, all of that disappears when we embrace the cost that was paid by Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. And so go out, have a great day, be full of joy, and your light will change the darkness in the world all, you know, because we carry that light of Christ with us in all situations. They can't throw us when you're working with no, when you live by. An MO of no fear, no back down, and trusting entirely in God Almighty. Have a great day. I'll see you guys tomorrow. I'll be on with Robert Cowper and John Balance. John Balance is a financial guy. And he's, in my opinion, what I've seen, he has a one hundred percent track record of being accurate. So it's going to be a good discussion tomorrow. Thanks for being here, Ralph. And we'll see you guys tomorrow.

morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network I am Donna Brandenburg and it is the eleventh day of August twenty twenty six welcome to our show we're going to start out this morning nine o'clock with John Tatar and lawful defense and then at ten o'clock it's Scott Agni and he is at the Jackson County Fair representing the U.S.
