Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it is, let's see if I can get things straight here, it's the fourteenth day of October twenty twenty five and welcome to our show today. We start out at nine o'clock with John Tater and then at ten o'clock with Mike Pro se Mike, just Mike. So I'm going to get right to it this morning because John and I actually were having a rousing conversation before the broadcast started. You know, we're all friends and it's kind of nice to sit down and just have discussions with friends. You know, it's like sitting down and, you know, having a beer or coffee after work or something like that. You know each other well enough. The conversation just continues. So how are you doing this morning, John? I'm doing good. Always doing good. What's that? Always doing good. Government's off my back. They don't bug me. They don't dare come around here. So everything is good. Let's talk about Panic of the Month Club that's going on out there. You know, what's the new panic out there? They're trying to get everybody all riled up by stuff. And, you know, I think that going in and actually doing some pro se work. And then last night I went to the township. And I talked for over twelve minutes at the township. You know, they were trying to stop our time at three and they didn't. And the sheriff even sat down and stood down and let us talk. And we actually had a conversation with him telling them that they need to listen to us. And they did last night. I've got to give him some credit for that. However, our clerk, Peggy Sattler, she tried to soft soap everybody all night and tell them against what we were saying, that there weren't any wells that worked. actually a problem it was the pumps that were a problem So I'm sitting there looking at the scatter map of all of these wells that have gone out and they're admitting to seventeen of them. But there's actually more than that, that that have had a problem or do have a problem. And all of a sudden they got this genius well guy from the area that said, no, it's just all the pumps. So you've got all of these wells in the same geographic area within a mile of each other that have failed. And it happens to be now just the pumps. It's not the water table. Well, clearly they haven't looked into cavitation and the difference between say like stab wells as well as submersibles and such. And so what they're saying is there's propellers that are broken off. Yeah, because you know why? Because there's no water there, so it sucks air, and it runs the pump like it's no tomorrow and burns the pumps out. These people are stupid, okay? And so I sat there, and I'm listening to them try to duck responsibility last night. Of course. a pathetic example of listening because now they're already experts in everything, except they rely on people and they're finding people to uphold the biases of their arguments so they don't have to pay out for the damages that they've done. However, It's gotten kind of funny. So my emergency injunction, I think this is absolutely hilarious. Mika Myers was representing the township. You want to hear a whole bunch of bullshit here. This is what it is. Mika Myers was representing the township. The township paid Mika Myers, the law firm Mika Myers, seventeen thousand two hundred dollars and ninety one cents. to represent them against my little pro se lawsuit, which appears to be more of a threat than what they want to admit, to fight Brandenburg versus Byron Township. Now, Mika Myers wrote two response and a couple of motions. for their seventeen thousand dollars of tax dollars that they paid to get them out of trouble instead of addressing the problem, okay? This is what it was all about. I have a scheduling conference tomorrow with the judge who finally actually heard the stuff which it appears that she never saw it because I think that the clerk just initialed it and said denied, okay? This came out after I all of a sudden got a scheduling conference after I filed a motion for clarification. So now all of a sudden, less than one week before that scheduling conference, Mika Myers has been replaced, dismissed. There was no withdrawal. So it looks like a firing from the township with another law firm a week before the scheduling conference. Are you suing the township or them individually? Right now, I'm suing the township. Okay. If you'd be suing them individually, they have no authority to hire an attorney. But they're all in on it, too. I understand that. It's kind of funny. That's as much argument as I want to have over this. But the point being is that I'm going into my scheduling conference tomorrow, and they fired the attorneys and replaced them. Well, that's typical behavior of them when they don't get their way. When they don't get their way. It kind of makes me go, hmm, they must be a little concerned about this. Well, they probably are, and there's probably some serious problems that can happen eventually at them individually, which is where it should go. It should go to them individually because it's not the township that's doing the It's not the township that's creating it. Well, John, like I said, we're going to let this play out. I understand. And I don't want to talk about it right now, this particular case anymore, because we've got our scheduling conference tomorrow. And so I'm going to let this play out. Everybody here knows what we've been talking about, about who is who in the zoo. And I think that this is going to balloon up into something that they're probably not prepared for. Well, that would be good, and I hope it does. My point still is that when you sue a group of people, they all do this. Well, and I have made it very clear to them. that when you break the law and you break due process and you violate the takings clause and you take over a billion gallons of water, you have stepped outside of your, and I've said this publicly, you have stepped outside of your delegated authority and there's no immunity for you individually. So, and then yesterday I also served them with a notice and would you like me to read the notice? You could if you want. Because I would like everyone to understand what's going on here. And I now have the notice out on JotForm. I'm going to be putting the link in my Telegram channel. In fact, I might do this right now here. Hang on a minute. Let's see. That's not it. Hold on here. Going to take me just a minute because I am having to deal with this. You know what? I'm going to let you talk for a minute. If government tells you anything, then you should be asking the question. under what authority or what authority do you have as an individual? And that's not the government itself because the government can hide behind you know, behind their desk for all that matters. They can hide anywhere because they're not responsible. It's the government that's doing it. No, no, no, no. It's you as an individual that's doing it. You are violating my rights, not the government. The government doesn't violate your rights. Government's an inanimate object. So you have to, as a citizen of this country, start questioning those individuals that are forcing you to do something. forcing you to cut your grass at a certain height. Oh yeah, it's true that the ordinance might be written, but where's the ordinance? Where's the written document that gives the ordinance officer that authority to go and measure your grass and say that it's above six inches or so on and so forth. therefore you have to cut it it's that individual that's doing the violations of your rights it's not the government the government is the is the inanimate uh shield or protection that the these individuals think they have when they can go out and abuse you because oh i work for the government IRS does it all the time. I work for the IRS and the IRS can do this. Well, at once upon a time when the law was that they had these, the administrative state was in power, then the administrative state could hide these public functionaries behind the laws and rules and regulations of the individual organization that they're representing. But see, those organizations are all under the Constitution. And even though they think they have the administrative power and the administrative right, they don't. And the problem with the federal courts and the state courts are that they used to say, well, you know, the experts are the fda or the cia or the fbi or the irs because they are the experts and they for they make the rules and regulations no they don't no they don't they don't have the authority to do that And it's not the organization of the FBI that's making the rules. It's that individual that's out on the street that's, let's say, oppressing the public in any way that they can. So we have to go back to what authority do you have to do what you're doing? And when we get into the authority of those people, they have to prove that authority, and that authority has to be in writing. Remember what the Constitution says. If it's not in writing, this is the Tenth Amendment, it doesn't exist. It doesn't exist. They are well-limited and defined powers of the federal government and certain powers that the states do not have. But we've allowed this over time because we have been watching our sports and listening to... You know, all these game shows on and all of the nonsense that's going on and all of the propaganda that's been put in front of us and not paying attention to what is real. And what is real is the constitution that we have been that, that our founding fathers gave us back in the seventeen hundreds. So we have to go back to the original document and we have to start there. And processes. So I found my notice here. I want to read this and I want to let everybody know that that I will put the links out there for anyone. Please give a point of clarity. Do you believe that the state constitution declares that all political power is inherent in the people and that government is instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection? I really think that this is the way we fight it. We have to learn to fight locally. What they've really done when you look at it is they've stacked, and I had an FBI agent tell me this, they've stacked all of our townships and municipalities with builders, contractors, realtors, and developers and that's how they're building out these systems vk civil who did our engineering is in eight different states including having an influence here in georgetown jamestown um byron township door is where they're going next gaines township caledonia thorn apple township And their argument is, well, the state told us we have to do this, so we have to do this or we're going to get sued. Connie, you're probably going to have a bigger problem with we the people once we get this thing figured out, which I think we haven't figured out. So there you go. Good that you're naming these people and going after them. You're basically kind of going after them individually. You pointed them out. You're not going after them as a group, which you don't want to go after them as a group because they can hide behind each other. They try. Yeah. And they can get away with it a lot of times. But it brings us back to what are we trying to do here? Are we trying to learn the law and trying to fight the battles? Or are we just letting it happen and not doing anything about it? Well, this is the big beef I have is that people go to events and they get the free coffee and cookies, but they don't do anything other than talk. You've got to act. And right now there are so many people reaching out to me from across the state. And you're in the Constitution Party with me, which is a U.S. taxpayers party in Michigan, which Benson is obstructing us from having our name change. There's eight other states in the United States that did just a procedure. She is literally obstructing this, and it should be the Constitution Party. Have you sent her the letters? Oh, it's the whole process has been going on for a long time and they keep trying to duck it. But it's OK, John. It's like you don't know what I've done yet. So so we'll talk about that another time. But we are we are in process of getting of getting this right and stopping her obstructionism. Just sure she has no authority to do it. Yeah, we're working on things, John. We're working on things. So at any rate, it's kind of an interesting time to be alive because we're actually going through the processes that we need to learn them and then to work through them and find out what, you know, everybody. And this is what we talked about. It's like, you know, it's nobody's fault out there. And I'm going to maintain that. I said that in my TikTok video this morning. that we don't know these processes. There was no one there to teach us. And we didn't even know the questions to ask when we came into this world because our parents didn't know. And so the schools have abysmally failed us. They took civics out of the schools. They're not teaching anything in how to actually defend ourselves in the schools. And that's why programs like this with John and Mike and Greg and Karen, And all the people that are actually doing the work behind the scenes are so important because we never got taught that. So now and we were talking about this before we came on. So now is the time for all of us to like, you know, you know, go forward. But your question is, why aren't we having millions and millions of people watching this content? Because you know what? Honestly, because we are being suppressed on every single day. way we turn around in social media. We're being suppressed because of shaming people for listening to these conspiracy theorists. When we're telling the truth and we're showing people the actual constitution, the actual lawful processes, but yet we're being labeled so people are afraid to listen to us. And when it comes down to it, The only way this is going to get out there is if people start behaving like they are the news, which they are the news because fake news, all of the alternative news sources, they're being paid by U.S. A lot of them are being paid by, we're being paid by USA. It's up to us to take this information and get it in front of other people, pass it around so they can be educated too. And so like all the viewers out there, please pass this on to other people because they just don't know what they don't know. And they don't even know the questions to ask. You know, and I know we differed on that opinion a little bit, but I mean, I think it's important for all of us. I give a break to an eighteen year old or a twenty year old. But when you get to be fifty or forty or sixty and you still haven't figured it out, then there's a bigger problem. Then yes, indeed, if you haven't figured out that it's propaganda and that there's fake news out there and that Obama's a criminal, what have you been doing over the forty years or fifty years of your life? What have you been thinking about? What have you been looking at? What have you been watching? What have you been reading? Have you read anything? So, you know, you got to put the responsibility back on the people. And I don't know, I remember all my life, Benjamin Franklin saying, we gave you a republic if you could keep it. See, John, I can tell you right now that I never heard that in school. Never did? No, I didn't. And so I'm a little bit younger than you. But when I look at people that are younger than me, I don't remember ever hearing it. And so when I was in, I think, I don't know how much history we had in high school, but it wasn't much. And so when you look at how education has changed, it's like now, we used to have shop. I took shop. I didn't take home ec, I took shop. but there was trade, you could learn trades in the schools. And then all of a sudden they broke it off and had a trade center that people can leave school and go to to learn a trade now, but it wasn't integrated in the schools. And now the school money gets propped up for arts, you know, for the arts and for football stadiums and that sort of thing. But people are not learning any of the skills that it takes to be an actual adult to survive, to know how to defend themselves. They really don't know. And so when you look at that, you know, it's it's I think it's pretty sad because honestly, the education I had in history was an abysmal failure. I hated history when I took it because all it was was disconnected dates of a thousand little bits of information. None of it made sense to me whatsoever on why are we studying this? Because it seemed totally a waste of time and irrelevant. I took non-Western world when I was in college. One of the classes that was required of everyone was a four credit hour class. And I was like, everybody in there was just like, this is a waste of our time. When is this ever going to be pertinent? It's not pertinent to anybody, but it was one of those requirements. You know, so when you when you look at it, it's like, honestly, I have a very close individual in our family who is going decided wanted to go back to school for engineering. He just quit a couple of weeks ago because he's like, I'm not learning anything. He said, I'm going to quit. And he said, I'm probably going to go learn a trade because he said this is a ridiculous. And he's a straight A student. He says it's a ridiculous waste of time. They put him in four groups. to learn some things that he needed to go through to work with a group. He was literally pulling the entire group along because he's a good student. And he's like, I can't. He said, I will lose my mind if I have to sit in this system for another three to four years. And I told him, I said, I told my kids after my oldest was in college at twelve and I took the classes with him because he was graduated from high school at ten. And this is this is a homeschooled kid. And he literally tested out at ten years old. you know, to test out of high school. And so I got him into college. It took me two years to get him into college because I was afraid he would lose interest. Went in there, straight A, started teaching the classes because he knew more than the people in the classes already. And I told the rest of the kids, I'm like, don't go. I'm like, college and going to university, unless you've got a specific skill, like you want to be a doctor or something like that, it is a grand waste of time. And that's what this other person said in engineering. He said, it's a total waste of time. And so kind of interesting, but they just don't know, which is sad. I mean, you were probably a teacher, but you were from another generation. And everybody right now has been completely abandoned. I could be. I've been out of it for a while, that's for sure. And that's why your time here is so valuable because we don't have any old school teachers that will take the time to actually teach. Well, okay. I will give you a kudo in that regard that you've probably got some good points there. I still say that if you can read, you can educate yourself. The problem is that a lot of people don't want to do that because that takes a lot of time and energy. And the brain is a muscle just like everything else. You've got to exercise it. You can't let it sit idle and watch numbing propaganda or that's exactly all you're going to get out of life is that numbing propaganda. You have to get out. You have to see... things are wrong something's wrong something's going on in this country and i mean you don't you have to be a blind man not to see it but you ought to be able to see that you know people are getting shot people are uh the government's talking about taking your guns away uh people are getting shot in church where you can't have a gun anyway and you can't make that connection i find that very very alarming that people cannot understand that this is, we're going down the wrong path. And if you're going down the wrong path, then you got to do something to change that path. You can't just say, well, I'm just going to go along with it. I'm just going to live my life and I don't care what's going on around it. And I've heard that many times out there also. When I ran for governor and tried to collect signatures on a one-to-one with people and their attitudes were, well, do you have a lot of money? Well, no, I don't. Well, then you're not going to make it and I'm not going to vote for you. So I'm going to go somewhere else. Or I like the way Whitmer looks. She's a prettier person. I'd rather watch her on television than you speaking. I mean, this kind of nonsense that was going on that people were saying back to me. We even went out as the Republic to a couple of gun shows, which we thought that was a perfect spot. to advertise our group and to get people involved. And we collected about, oh, twelve, thirteen signatures out of the hundreds of people that walked through there and emails. And some of those emails that they gave me were wrong. Why would you give me a wrong email or a wrong phone number? Why would you do that? If you're not interested, you're not interested. That's one thing. But why would you sit there and lie? Yeah, just have the guts to tell the truth. The gutlessness going on in this country is shocking. Yes, it's just ridiculous. And that brings me back to what I wanted to talk about earlier. And that was Article IV, Section IV of our Constitution, which says we were guaranteed a republican form of government. If we're guaranteed a Republican form of government, then what's this democracy stuff going on? Where does that come from? There's nowhere in the Constitution or in the Declaration of Independence that speaks about a democracy. Nowhere. It speaks about a republic. And if you don't know the difference between a republic and a democracy, just pick up the dictionary. That's not a big deal. Encyclopedia or get a history book. There's a hundred different ways or even look it up on the Internet. You can find it there, too. What's the difference between a republic and a democracy? Other people think that, you know, I'm listening once in a great while to sixteen hundred and sixteen hundred they say the Republic of Ann Arbor. Well, the Republic of Ann Arbor is not a republican form of government. The Republic of Ann Arbor is like the Republic of China. They're socialist thinking leftist people in Ann Arbor. And a lot of them have no idea what a republic is. And so I think that sixteen hundred uses that as, you know, a kind of a joke. We're the voice of America speaking from the Republic of China or Republic of China. And people buy into that stuff. So there's a point in our lives where we have to start realizing what is reality. So Article IV, Section IV of the Constitution basically spells it out. We are a republican form of government. Now we need to figure out what a republican form of government is and start working. And you're working in that direction with your board because you're putting them on notice that we have a republic. We don't have a democracy. This is not a fifty-one percent vote and forty-nine percent suffer. This is a republic where everybody has equal protection under the law, which brings us to Article Four, excuse me, Section Two. Article Four, Section Two of the same Constitution, Federal Constitution, basically states, and I'm going to tell you why I brought this up. A person of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states. In California, they have gun laws. In some of the other states, Texas, for example, and Michigan is not really a prime example because Michigan is kind of half in between this and that. But The gun laws and rights in Texas are the same rights and laws in California. They can't write different laws in California because you're equally protected. Whatever the law is in Michigan, it's in California, it's in Texas. So if you have the right to bear arms in the state of Michigan or in Texas, you have the right to bear arms in California. And yet this idiot governor in California says you can't bear arms or you can't have assault rifles or you can't have pistols or whatever, whatever, whatever. that is not only unconstitutional, it's unconscionable because it's not allowed by Article IV, Section II of the Constitution. Whatever rights are in Texas, I have in California. But the people need to know that in order to enforce that. And why I'm bringing that up is somebody asked me a question regarding... Michigan compiled law, twenty one point one five three and one five four a couple of days ago on an on an email and said, I can't find that law in California. Well, if you can't find that law in California and it is a law that exists in Michigan, you can use the Michigan law in California. It would be better if you found it written in the California constitution or in the California statutes and laws, but equal protection under the law, article four, section two says, if it's in Michigan, if they have to apply it in Michigan, they have to apply it in California and they have to apply it in Texas and they have to apply it anywhere in the United States. And the reason our founding fathers put that in there was because of some of the articles, some of the fights that were going on during that period of time where one state would make a law and you'd have to behave a certain way in one state, but you couldn't behave a certain way in another state because the laws were different. So they put this equal protection under the law in the federal constitution. And then they enforced it on the Fourteenth Amendment. If we take a look at the Fourteenth Amendment, Article One, it basically says, All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and all the states wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of the citizens of the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor deny to that person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law. The equal protection of the law. It is there and it is in two places in the federal constitution. You cannot deny equal protection of the law from one state to another because although we are in separate different states and we have separate different governors and public functionaries that do their duties that are to protect our life, liberty and property, they can't make up laws in one state that are that far and that different than the laws of another state. And they certainly couldn't have abridged the federal constitution. Well, what do you do with that with, you know, it's like, it's like, that's a good, good thing to insert Sharia law when they try to replace the constitution with all of this is that, and make that the law of the land. I'm pretty extra sure that that's called an invasion, not a, It's a replacement. They do not have Sharia law in America. And if they practice Sharia law, they will end up in jail. They should end up in jail because it's an attack on our constitutions. That's right. It's a violation of the constitution, of the federal constitution, first of all. I suggest they go to where that's lawful, but it's not lawful here. That's correct. Absolutely. There is no such thing. And that's another argument that I bring up. You listen to all of these podcasters out there, and there's tons of them that are all preaching crisis. in a crisis this and that and and be afraid be worried find your basement where you can hide and and and fear everything and and it's from one podcaster to another i can't stand listening to them because all they do is come up with crisis uh the last one was that there are federal troops in the area because we're going into martial law You don't even know what martial, what is martial law? Have anybody done any research on what martial law is? I think what they think about it is, honestly, what people think about it is looking at like Tiananmen Square type of a situation. That's what they think it looks like. Because that's what the propaganda said. Martial law is only in areas. If we had martial law in the United States at all, then it would be in certain areas. It's not the entire blanket you call martial law and everybody in the United States is under martial law. That's not what martial law is all about. Martial law is to protect the public, the people, not the government, to protect the people from when the government breaks down in that area. So if you take a small city, Well, let's take Detroit, not that it's happening in Detroit or anything, but Detroit breaks down. The governor doesn't or the mayor doesn't properly work. The council isn't properly seated. They have no authority or they have no power to do what they're supposed to be doing to protect the people. Then martial law is called into Detroit. But that doesn't mean the rest of Michigan is under martial law. That means only Detroit is. And it's because Detroit can no longer function as a governmental body. And therefore, Detroit is brought under martial law to bring it under control. That's all that is. But people come up with this. Oh my God, we got martial law. We're going to have people in the, our soldiers in the streets with guns and they're going to that's crap. Where did they come up with that? And the whole argument is if you, if you're afraid of martial law, look it up and see what it is, understand what you're talking about before you come on the radio podcasts and bring, bring out this information because you're bringing out. fear-mongering information that isn't helping anybody. All it's doing is creating fear. And I understand our government loves fear because that's how you control people. You make them afraid of their own shadow. And then they lock themselves in the house and they put on masks and they stand six feet apart because they're afraid of some unknown virus that doesn't exist out there. It's ridiculous. But You're either a slave or you're going to be free. So make up your mind what you want to do. Then let's take a look at the Michigan article one, section two, because the Michigan article one section two basically is called equal protection discrimination. That's the big title of it. No person shall be denied the equal protection. of the law nor shall any person be denied the enjoyment of his civil or political rights or be discriminated against in the exercise thereof because of religion, race, color, or national origin. The legislature shall implement this section by appropriate legislation. Clear as a bell. Doesn't need to be said anymore. Equal protection under the law. So if a law applies to one person in one state, it applies to another person. So that brings me to Letitia James and Cole from the federal... from the Fed Board, and those people are liars, thieves, and criminals because they violated a very important document. They lied on the mortgage document and were able to produce or get a better deal in the financial system. and they figured that hey you know we we work for the government therefore we can do this no you can't do that and then we have certain attorneys out there and I missed I didn't get the name of the one attorney that said well all of these uh everybody lies on the mortgage come on if I would lie on a mortgage I would be in jail And they probably wouldn't run me through a long process of trials. They would probably do it pretty quickly. Why has Letitia James been even, not only has she been an attorney and trying to put Trump away for doing exactly what she was doing, but that they're trying to protect her and keep her out of jail. This is amazing to me. Well, you answered your own question. She's an attorney. So if she's a bar attorney, you know, if she's a bar attorney, there's your answer right there. Well, that's part of the problem. We know that the bar is the most disgusting organization that exists in America. Domestic terrorist organization. They are exactly that. And people that have to go out and hire these people, these attorneys and pay them. And let's face it, the attorneys live on the blood of the citizens because otherwise they wouldn't have a job. And unfortunately, they're like vampires out there looking for people that they can sue and make money on and take advantage of others. And this is everywhere in the court system because they're attorneys. The judges are attorneys. They're all vampires. And so the whole legal system is upside down in America. Yeah, I agree with you there. You know what really shocks me when I talk to these people is that they don't even have a standard or a bar of knowledge to know that what they're doing is wrong. When I talk to people and they don't understand that they're literally making money off of other people's troubles instead of stepping in to try to help or at least not hurt them. It's absolutely shocking to me that they don't even have the ethics, integrity, or the mental clarity or discernment to even know that what they're doing is a problem. It's shocking. Oh, that's correct. That's absolutely correct. They are criminals. Somehow we have to destroy the get rid of the bar, get rid of the criminals that belong to it and that are practicing so-called practicing law. They're not practicing law. They're practicing corruption. OK, so if you were going to when we were talking about the fact that nobody studies or does anything other than, you know, we keep talking about showing up for free coffee and cookies, right? And then they go home and they feel good because we showed up and then we went home and we turned TV on or something. I don't know what they do. But the point being is that as a teacher, if you were to write a curriculum to start engagement and get people engaged, what are the first few things you would have them do? Oh, you're putting me on the spot without giving me a chance to think about it. This is lightning around here. Let's see what John can do under pressure. So, you know, it's like for me, I'm like the first step is go and read the state and the federal constitution. Take some time and ponder the meaning. Learn to think what the words mean. Think it through. And think about everyday situations that you could say apply to this. Because if you read just to get through the text, speed read it, you're not connecting the things in your brain, which helps with like, say, neuroplasticity to help you grow your ability to think and reason. So how's that? I'll start out number one. What would you do? What age group would you be focusing on? Because that makes a big difference as to how do you attack this problem. Well, I'll tell you how I would do that. Because I've had another guest on here, Summer Cook. And she has written some wonderful children's books. I've met some children's authors and they're wonderful. They do a great job. In fact, let's see if I can pull up her book right now because Summer Cook has books for children. Just like when I started teaching my kids the Bible, I used a child's Bible, which honestly for adults, if you don't know the Bible, pick up a beginner Bible because it's like reading a timeline and then you can see how things fit together. So let me see if I can pull up Summer's books. Well, that's good, except Summer's book has to get into the hand of the child. Yeah, well, the parents need to start up in their game. The parent that has to get that or it starts at the school system. So now you're asking me as a teacher for that has a class for one hour, how to get that student involved in what's going on. Well, there's a bunch of different ways. I kind of like to put them into a position or into a scenario where you could pit one student against another student and have kind of a classroom situation as to why you would want and where you would find this rule or this law or why you would do a certain thing a certain way. Well, see, I bought some of Summer's because I'm a book collector. I love books. I love all sorts of books. And I think it's important to have a library in your house. I do. And so I bought her books. And I don't know how many I have, but there's a couple of authors that I bought in order, you know, people that have worked on it. She's a homeschool mom. And so to look at what she's teaching her kids. And here, let's see what we read sample here. Let's see what we got here. This is good. This is good because you have an adult that is bringing a child along. That's great. Well, and I want to I want to look at what she wrote here, because when when we're talking about educating ourselves in the Constitution, what I hear from a lot of people is, oh, I don't have time for this. You know, I got to run my kids to soccer, this, that and the other thing. Or or this is it's you know, what good is it going to do on and on? Well, that kind of defeated attitude is exactly what the problem is right there. And we shouldn't be thinking about doing things for ourselves. But the motivation is, is that the kids of the United States need every single person that's sitting out there right now. They need real adults to step up, be an adult, invest in the time if you don't know something and figure out how to teach it, to pass it on to our posterity. And I mean, I feel extraordinarily strongly about this. So, you know, it's like, here we go, you know. And her illustrations she put in here are wonderful. It's celebrating everything good about America. Like the last time I was at the Capitol, I was just disgusted with the tour of the Capitol in D.C. Because you know what? I've been there a lot. And I actually was asked to kind of do somewhat of a tour when it failed so badly because the gal that was giving the tour at the Capitol, it was a disgrace. All she did was, oh, no, what happened to this, you know, this discriminated person and that discriminated person? And I'm like, who's the phone here, okay? What's good about America? What you're doing is telling about bad moments in human history. There's a lot of them, okay? There's a lot of bad moments in human history, but that doesn't define us. What defines us are those wonderful moments when we step out of our fallen nature and do something extraordinary that should be celebrated. I mean, guys, look at this picture here. for that summer has in her book it's like i mean look at that i mean how amazing it is to go wow we can celebrate being better we can be better we have things we can do and show the hope to our children instead of all of this nonsense of beating them down telling them they're crap they're you know they're they're too white white privileged black people or whatever they put it in it's ridiculous Let's celebrate what's good for all of us, you know? So. I'm going to just put it up there again. So if everybody out there goes and buys one of Summer's books, and for gosh sakes, just give it to somebody. If you're not going to read it, your kids, your grandkids, Christmas is coming up. I don't get paid for this. I am not a distributor, nor do I have an affiliate link. I just think it's a good product. And I'm saying, rather than wasting your time on games, why don't we give our kids an actual education? I'm going to put together a book list. That's what I'm going to do. We're going to do that. As a homeschool mom, I've got a boss-level library. You'd be shocked. Probably thousands and thousands of books, actually, by this time. Well, in this world where the media is everywhere, I mean, internet, telephone, everywhere, It is possible to do some research and some learning rather than listening to the podcasters. There's too many podcasters out there that are preaching death and destruction in this country, the bad stuff that is going on. Yeah, we do have bad stuff. And yeah, it is good to be aware of it, that this stuff is happening around us. But it is more important to figure out how we can fix the problem. how we can make corrections, how we can what we can do to make the situation positive instead of negative, rather than sit back and say, oh, my God, you know, the world is coming to an end because I hear too many people even in our group from time to time that come up with, oh, my God, the bank is going to collapse. Get your money out or or We are in martial law or there's a shooting and all of this bad stuff going on. What are you doing about it? What can you do to fix it? Because everybody has the limited amount of time and energy, I agree. But you can use that limited amount of time and energy and put some time in for the republic. Because what is the republic worth to you? John, I got to tell you, you created a monster in me because I'm going to tell you what. I think I enjoy this law fair and notices and learning this probably more than anything I've done in a very long time because I hate politics. It is nothing but it's nothing but a shame. And I think I should do a series right now that is like all the candidates suck. Change my mind. Yeah. Well, you got to understand what the term politics is all about. If you look it up on the dictionary. Lying, cheating, stealing. Well, you'll find out that politics, the ability to be a, politics is the ability to live with one another. That's what it's all about. Politics is developed so you can work with people and learn how to, how to do things with people, not to turn around and shaft people whenever you got a chance. And that's what our politicians, our public functionaries have been doing all this time, basically because we the people don't get it. We don't understand it. We don't wanna deal with politics because we don't like it, but we don't understand what politics is all about. So we need to really get involved with it in that regard, It is really the ability to work with one another, work with one country versus another country, versus the other side of that coin, which is war, which is fighting. So they blended politics and war together, unfortunately, in this country, and not made it a good thing, but a bad thing. But we the people can change that. We the people have to change that. Yeah. And, and I think that that's, I think that that's, and part of that is we have to hold people accountable. We have to take time to teach people if they don't know, because, and count it really. I mean, I mean, I feel like the most blessed person on the planet. I got to tell you that I really do. And it's because of all the amazing people that I've met along this journey, motivated to, but I was motivated just because I was totally pissed off at everything. Right. But the outcome of this is really meeting some wonderful people who have spent many, many, many years working on this. And so, you know, when you really realize that, you realize how not alone you are in the fight. and how many people are out there. People just need to seek it. I mean, when you look at even how God frames it, you know, just ask. Just ask God for the help, and he gives it to you. He will bring people around you to help you. All the glory on all of this goes to God when things go right. When we follow his rules... And we seek him, seek him first, and then everything else will be given to you. It says it in the Bible, in the instruction manual. But what's really amazing is how many really inspiring people we've met along the way. Hi, Mike, you're one of them. And Mike is one of them. You know, what was really kind of troubling to me is they don't know their jobs. They don't know the law. They're basically all business-type people that are in there, and they're using it for their own gain. Peggy Satler, the clerk, is telling everybody why everything is wrong except for the things that go along with development. and the Marxist agenda because it's exactly what it is. And they're doing it through commerce. They're building the Fifteen Minute Cities through commerce. And then they sit there and try to tell everybody, soft-soap everybody, and try to tell them, no, this isn't what's happening. It's like I am absolutely disgusted by that. But I got to tell you, part of me felt pretty sorry for all of them last night because they really are – pathetically unqualified for running the township. I mean, they're not qualified. And I've been talking about starting a segment that is basically all candidates suck. Changed my mind. Because right now, from what I saw up on you know, up at Mackinac and across the state, the, the people that are running it, it's, it's typical of a cult mentality. They're vetting people who will comply and who will not defend we, the people, but who will be loyal only to the party for the party's agenda, which has taken foreign money, which is put themselves in a position to be an unlawful usurper, um, at really both a foreign and domestic threat to the United States. And the candidates they choose are also threats to the United States because they will not defend the Republic. They will not defend people. They won't do a damn thing. And so I think that we need to highlight this and say, people, you better jump off this little cult farm they got going on with the Uniparty because if you keep staying with them, you're part of the problem and you're standing with organizations which truly have broken the law. So by association, you're guilty. Yep, absolutely. They're nothing but puppets and guilty puppets to to to basically continue what you guys were talking about earlier. When I when I tuned in, you're talking about moral standards and ethics. Those are big words for public functionaries. They don't understand the definition of those words. That's beyond their comprehension. And they're nothing but puppets because they cannot make a decision on their own. What are they going to do? Oh, we got to consult with our attorneys first. Who's running the government? Who's truly running the government outside the banks? It's the Bar Association because they have to go and talk to their counsel before they can make a decision. So who's really running and who did you actually elect? You elected a puppet, but in behind the scenes, it's always the one that's behind the scenes that you got to watch for the one in the shadows. And that's the bar. Okay. Um, I'm on a, I'm on a tirade right now. Go ahead. I'm just, just keep rolling. I got it. I'm going to try and tone it down because, um, I put out a, uh, A letter the other day, just to a select few, just to get some feedback on it. I have not sent it out, but I put it out there just to get some feedback. And I got about a fifty fifty response regarding the language in the letter. But I got one hundred percent of everyone telling me do not send it. Really? If I send this, this is going to cause a bigger problem for a lot of people. You want to put it out here? Just throw it over to me. I'll put it up on screen. We can discuss it. Well, there was a news report that was done right around October six. And it was done CBS News, Detroit. And the reporter, her name is Ellie Myers, E-L-L-E Myers, M-E-Y-E-R-S. And it was around October six. And she interviewed Sheriff Michael Murphy. During the course of that interview, it was revealed by Michael Murphy's own admission that if the public functionaries at the town meetings, okay, and when you stop and think about what's been happening, when you talk about and you look at the videos of parents going to school board meetings and they're removed because they have a T-shirt that says mega something, or they're wearing a flag on their shirt, and the police, the Sheriff's Department is removing them. Or for parents who are voicing their objections to the teachings of their kids, and the Sheriff's Departments are removing them. Sheriff Michael Murphy admitted in this interview that he is basically providing guns for hire oh in other words i'll pay i want everybody to pay very very close attention to this i am really on a tirade about this all right so i gotta i gotta find i gotta find that um hang on a minute i'm gonna do a real quick post here on my telegram channel to put um gary north's books up and then we're gonna go look for this okay I can probably send it to you in Telegram if you want. Can you put it in the private chat? No. Is this the letter or is this the... No, this is the interview. Oh, you got to do that. Okay, just send it to me somehow here. Okay. Give me a second here to try and figure that out. But here's the deal. And I want everybody to pay very close attention to this. Sheriff Murphy stated that if these municipalities, if these meetings, if they want extra sheriff deputies at these meetings, they better break out their checkbook. It was revealed that for these deputies to be there, the municipality is paying them seventy dollars an hour to be there to oversee the meetings, to try and keep the peace, to make sure that no one is getting out of line. Was this in Sterling Heights? Livingston County. OK, hang on. Now, Michael Murphy proclaimed to be a constitutional sheriff. And Livingston County proclaimed to be a constitutional county. This is anything but. For them to admit that they're paying these deputies seventy bucks an hour. Now what do you got here? Number one, you're double dipping. This is double dipping. And I can prove that because I had a situation up in Reed City where it was stopped for speeding. We went to trial on it. And there were two MSP officers in the courtroom in full uniform. And naturally, the judge found me guilty. So when I went to the clerk to because it was like three hundred fifty bucks for the ticket. I asked them to itemize it. And when they itemized it, I said, what are these fees here? There were some fees on here I didn't understand. She goes, oh, that's for the officers to be in the courtroom. Really? Well, they're in uniform. That means they're on the clock, number one. Number two, you're telling me that you're charging for them, charging me to have them in the courtroom to testify against me. So I said, okay, well, if that's the case, if you want the money, Then I need their credentials. She was like, what do you mean? I see their workman's comp certificates. I need their liability certificates and their social security numbers. She was, what do you need all that for? I said, because I'm going to ten ninety nine them. If I'm going to pay them to be in the courtroom, I'm going to ten ninety nine their ass. Well, we don't have that information. Long story short, the regional commission, I had a conversation with them. They ended up contacting me and wanting me to testify against the judge because the judge was double dipping on the fees for having these officers in the courtroom. And this wasn't the first time. She'd been doing this for quite some time. So she was one of the first judges I ever disqualified. And I never had to pay anything because they're double dipping. Here we have Michael Murphy admitting that these officers at these meetings is being paid seventy bucks an hour. So Not only is that double dipping, but who's really paying for this? You've got these municipalities, these public functionaries hiring by private contract sheriff deputies to do their bidding. Who's really paying for it? The taxpayers. to buy these deputies on a private contract basis. And now when the board goes, snaps their finger, what does that deputy do? He gets up, he goes over, he grabs the parent, he grabs whoever is there to make their grievances, and they escort them or arrest them because now they're under private contract. However, they're in uniform. So not only are they double dipping, now you're violating your oath of office. And because you're doing that, now you're actually admitting that you're putting them out there as guns for hire. What do the banks do on a foreclosure? They hire the sheriff's department to do what? Come to someone's house and evict them. That's not the job of the sheriff's department. But under private contract, now we've got a different situation. So We've got violation of oath of office. We've got double dipping. We've got misappropriation of funds. And these are nothing but guns for hire. Now, let's take this to the next level. I want to put this up. What's how much is a lieutenant? Is a lieutenant seventy dollars or is it a different price? I want to buy a lieutenant. I want to buy a lieutenant and. I want him to come with me to a township meeting so that when the public functionaries usurp their authority, violate their oath, or violate the law, I can instruct him to arrest them right then and there on the spot. Now, why shouldn't I be able to do that? If the public functionaries can hot private contract them at seventy dollars an hour, why can't I? Why can't anybody? So what you have is the sheriff's departments operating as guns for hire to the highest bidder. Now, those that know me, they know that I am not politically correct. I do not believe in political correctness. I find political correctness offensive. So let's call it what it is. Let's call it what it is. Sheriff Murphy is pimping out his deputies as guns for hire. That's what it is. What else is it? What other adjective can you possibly use there? If someone doesn't let you know, I'll use whatever adjective that has the same meaning. But to me, that's what it is. Let's put it in the simplest form. So I challenge Michael Murphy to come on here and let's discuss it. Do you have that video that you can share with me? Let me see if I can get it going, and I'll see if we can get this moving here. Now, you had a situation where they were trying to remove you from a meeting. Yes. Now, I would go back to them and I would ask them, how much are you getting paid an hour to do this? How much are you getting paid an hour to deprive me of my rights? Deputies are being asked to join community meetings because of safety concerns. Al Myers is digging into what those concerns are and what authorities are saying. It's not just community meetings where there's a hot button issue that needs to be discussed. Livingston County Sheriff Mike Murphy tells me his deputies are increasingly being called to meetings to keep the peace. Some of them, frankly, have gotten to the point where we're there every meeting just because of the rift between the public and the particular board. In recent months, Sheriff Murphy tells me the department has gotten calls from Tyrone Township, Genoa Township, and most recently for Howell Township because of a meeting to discuss the possibility of... It's water. You notice that? But it needs to be done with some decorum. Murphy tells me for meetings like those, local officials often call ahead to ask for deputies. If they're going to make that request, they've got to open up their checkbook. Here in Livingston County, it's the municipality that pays seventy dollars an hour to have a deputy at a meeting. But the department is also monitoring any threats online, too. It's no different than we do with school threats, for example. We try to vet them as quickly and efficiently as we can. Now, Murphy tells me he thinks social media plays a big role in amping people up. But Livingston County isn't alone. Data from the Brennan Center for Justice found a seventy four percent increase in threats and harassment against local officials just between twenty twenty two and twenty twenty four. The Internet and social media is a devil's tool. on social media can help down for now reporting in Do you know who the people are in Livingston County that are being attacked by the Township Council? Because I'm going to tell you what, this is literally going on across the United States. And I also had somebody tell me that what they're doing in the townships is they are stacking the townships with developers, realtors, builders, and that's why they're going after the water. Because if they can drain the water, they force people on their municipal water build-out systems, charge them four times as much so that they all of a sudden can't afford to live there anymore. They're impoverishing our nation. This is not just a township council. This is an invasion we have going on here. Well, you know, you heard Murphy talk about the rift between the people and these public functionaries. You know why there's a rift? Because they're criminals sitting in the seat. Because they're usurping their authority. They're usurping their authority. They don't have the authority to do what they're doing. So, yes, there's going to be a riff. You're damn right there's going to be a riff because they're committing treason. They're usurping their authority. And it's up to we, the people, to stop them in their tracks. We need to shut them down. Now, I am not anti-police. But you know what? I got a binder right here. This binder right here are all of the police departments that have admitted to being de facto. All the city and township police departments that have admitted to being de facto. Okay? The sheriff's department is supposed to be de jure. Now we find out that they're doing guns for hire. So what do we have left here, folks? We don't have any law enforcement agency out there that's worth a shit. None. Zero. Zero. So as you guys were talking earlier, Article IV, Section IV, Republican form of government. What does that mean? It means we self-govern. So if they're going to bring their guns for hire to these meetings, damn it, maybe we should do the same. Maybe we should ask the militia to accompany us there. Now, I'm not looking to have a shootout at the OK Corral, but damn it, we need to start enforcing our rights. We need to stop being under threat, duress, and coercion by these guns for hire at the public meetings. We now know that this is what's going on. By his own admission, you just heard it. So how do you stand that off? How do two superpowers meet and come to a common ground? when they both have the equal power on both sides, the United States, Russia, as an example. No one's going to push the button. Everybody has the button, but they won't push the button. Why? Because it's a mutual understanding. Equal power. So because we're supposed to be their employers, I mean, let's call it what it is. You know, we the people are the supreme authority under the Constitution, making we the people, the employers and all public functionaries, the employees. They work for the people, which I'm a part, which makes me one of their superior employers, just like everybody else here. So let's call it and do it what it sounds like and what it should be. If we're going to have guns for hire, then we need to have our own protection because they're not doing it. They're not protecting us. They have completely decimated our rights, our ability in practice. They're still there, but we have to fight for them. If we want them, we're going to have to fight for them. And I don't mean grab your torches and pitchforks. Don't anybody out there get stupid. But you're going to have to say something. You're going to have to pass this information on. You're going to have to get other people involved. That's part of the fight. Now, the other thing we can start doing is start going after their bonds. We have to start putting liens on them because they are, because of what they're doing, we need to hurt them where it hurts the most and that's in the wallet. So let's start doing that. We're gonna start looking into how to come after and get their liens, their bonds. And we're going to, because once they lose their bond, they cannot hold public office. They're done, they're out. They have to resign without a bond. So if we go after their bonds, we take them into federal court because this is now a federal issue this is not a state issue this is a federal issue because they are not guaranteeing us a republican form of government they've now admitted as such we have all the proof we have all the documentation we have all the evidence and i'll share this evidence with whomever wants to move forward on this Because that's what we're doing. That's what I'm doing and several others we're doing. We're going to federal court. We're going to drag them kicking and screaming like the little bitches they are to federal court. And they will answer before a federal judge. If we got to take this all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, we will. This is not going to be shut down. This is not going to go idle on the side. We are going to move forward on this. And there's nothing they're going to do to stop us. Nothing. Because... This cannot continue. This cannot continue at any level, period. Sounds like a great way to clean the state out. That's right. It's time to clean house. I know it ain't springtime, but you know what? You can clean house anytime. So, folks, you got to get in the game. Stop sitting on the sideline worrying about, hey, guess what? You know what? The Tigers are not in the playoffs anymore. So what are you doing with your time? The Lions only play once a week. So what are you doing with the rest of your time? Spend an hour a day. You want to know a text we got last night after the meeting. We've got about a hundred people, between a hundred and fifty people that are really actively in a bunch of text groups that we communicate with locally. So that if there's an emergency or something that goes on with their usurpation, we all know it. In this group, somebody actually came and sent a text that said, can you give me an update on today's meeting? I'm going to tell you, all of us were a little pissed over it because it was sort of like sitting back. Well, tell us what you did. It's like maybe you should get off your butt and get in there and say something and join us instead of asking us to do the work and then wondering what happened and waste our time giving you a report when you should have been there. There are different ways and different levels that people can participate and help, okay? Maybe that might be what they don't understand. There are those of us who can litigate in a courtroom. We can stand on our square. We can go into any courtroom and stand our ground, okay? And I know not everyone can do that. So what can also be helpful is we need people who can do research. We need people who can write court briefs. We can be people who can go and do investigative interviews with these different public functionaries. There's a variety of different things that people can do to help the cause. It isn't just a matter of writing a court brief and going to court and have to stand there before a federal judge and argue it. Okay? I know not everybody can do that. But there are other things that they can do. They can help write court briefs. They can help do investigations. They can write FOIAs. and get information and collect data and information. That is all helpful to the cause. Everybody does a little bit here and a little bit there, and it adds up quick, okay? I didn't get, you know, this book right here of all these de facto departments and agencies, you know, that didn't happen overnight. That took some time, but you know what? That's what we have. Time is on our side to a point. We have so much time to get this done. I'm hoping that history does not repeat itself in three years, okay? So who's gonna come after Trump? We don't know. Do we know that they'll try and rig the elections? Oh, hell yeah. We know that for a fact. So how do we know who's coming after Trump? We don't. Trump has given us a reprieve to get shit done. I'm not saying I agree with everything he does. And I'm sure that there are people out there that say the same thing. Oh, Trump does Trump. You know what? Don't worry about Trump. Trump has given us a reprieve. He's given us an opportunity to get our shit done. And that's what I look at. Okay. I'm not there to idolize Trump or put him on a pedestal. I look at it as from a business point of view, an opportunity to move forward and get things in place and get things done so we can get back to a republic. And that's what everybody needs to learn. That's what everybody has to do. That's why I keep saying clean up your own backyard. Don't worry about the three ring circus in Washington. Clean up your own backyard. You have an opportunity to do that right now. Do FOIAs. Go to town hall meetings. Voice your opinion. Collect data. Record conversations with these public functionaries. You can record your conversations. You can record any conversation provided you're not an eavesdropper. What does that mean? It means I can record a conversation so long as I'm a part of that conversation. And I don't have to tell the other side that I'm recording them. That's in Michigan. That's in Michigan. Yes. Not all states. Not all states. But again, what are we talking about? Codes and statutes? Well, don't get me started on that one now. Codes and statutes are not for we the people. We are the authors of the law. The sovereigns are the authors of the law, not for who their codes and statutes are supposed to be applying to. The Constitution is the trust indenture that guides and is the guidelines for our public functionaries to follow. That is supposed to protect our God-given rights. It's not to limit or deprive us of our God-given rights. They have abused their positions. They're the public. They're the functionaries who are supposed to make sure that we, the beneficiaries of that trust, are not harmed in any way. And they have failed miserably. Michael Murphy is a disgrace. You know what? If every sheriff in the state is doing this, or in the country, for that matter, then they're a disgrace as humans. They're a disgrace as human beings. They're a disgrace to their profession. They're a disgrace to the flag for which they represent. They are committing treason. Wake up, people. It's time to get motivated. This is happening in your backyard. What are you going to do about it? If the neighbor's dog comes over and continually takes a crap in your backyard every single day, and you have to clean it up, Aren't you going to get tired of that? You're going to do something about that dog that comes over? Or are you just going to let it keep happening? It's up to you guys. You know, there's a lot of us that are in the game that are doing what we can. But there's strength in numbers. There's strength in numbers. The more we get involved, the stronger we become. Well, and I think there's the point is that, you know, people can say that they don't know what to do. You know, we hear that kind of stuff all the time. But the reality is that, you know, you just got to get in the freaking game and kind of figure it out. I mean, I don't know about you, but honestly... You just got to start. It's like getting in a boat. Just start rowing. Just start rowing and you'll find out how to do it more efficiently. But if you don't start, you're never going to get anywhere. You're going to sit there and fumble around. There's a lot of different groups out there. Back during COVID, I was reaching out to all different types of groups. And I networked through all these different groups. And Some of them were good. Some of them, that's so good. I mean, you can weed them out. But what I found is that a lot of these different groups had their one little golden nugget. That's exactly what you see all over the state. Yeah, they have their one little golden nugget. And they don't want to see or talk to anybody else because they're trying to keep their one little golden nugget, and it's private. We have a nondisclosure agreement if you become part of our group. Gatekeepers. It's all gatekeepers so they can make money off of their pretended knowledge. Well, here's the farce of this thing, okay? They're all about, well, we need to get back in touch with God and the Bible, and we've got our little golden nugget, but you need to sign a nondisclosure agreement because we gotta keep it private. Excuse me, what if Jesus said, hey, you know what? Before you can start following my teachings, you gotta sign a nondisclosure agreement and keep my teachings a secret. What would happen then? Is that what Jesus did? No, he said, spread the word. So to all those out there who believe in these non-disclosure agreements, I'm sorry. Why are you being hypocritical? You're saying one thing and doing another. Yep, I can't disagree with you on that. It's a real problem. But, you know, what it really is, Mike, is that everybody, a lot of people, I shouldn't say everybody, but our culture has become so transactional that everything people do, they want to be paid for or they want to see if they can create a scam. That's in politics anyway. Politics is an industry that people make money off of other people to get into the approved club. And so they make money on signs. They make money on, oh man, look at the list of things, on consultants. They make money on speaking engagements a lot of times and who you've got to contribute to. I never did that. You know, I was like, forget it. I'm not paying you for access so you can make money so you can push me as a candidate. I'm like, don't you see that there's an ethical problem with this? And a lot of them were like, no, it's the only way we can win. We've got to win in the Republican Party because... Because why? Because you don't trust God? I don't think God needs the Republican Party to fix this thing. I think he's trying to figure out who's stupid enough to go with the satanic agenda and refuse to follow him in faith. Right. Now, I don't, you know, I get a lot of people who want to, you know, like, oh. I help them do stuff and they're like, well, what can we do for you? Take a donation. Will you do something or whatever? Nine out of ten times someone will invite me over for dinner or something like that. Okay, fine. I am not completely opposed that if people are going to donate their time and volunteer to get involved and do this kind of stuff, I'm not opposed to helping them be reimbursed for some of their time. I'm not looking to say they're going to make a living off of it, that they're going to put their kids through college on it. But you know what? If people are willing to volunteer their time and such, there's nothing wrong with being reimbursed for some of your time. I don't see a problem with that. But to sit there and say that all the information is that I'm going to be putting out there is private. No, my information is not private. OK, it's there to share. It's there to educate. Some of the things I'm going to be doing here in the future. Yeah, there's going to be some fees attached to it. OK, because I got to cover costs. There's costs for making some of this stuff and for development and printing and websites and Zoom calls. That all costs money. So, yeah, there's going to be some fees, some donations requested. But it's to reimburse for what is going out of pocket. I'm not Rockefeller. I don't have... a money tree in the backyard. So I may be asking for some donations down the road to help cover some of these costs because I'm looking to expand the educational process here. And when I do that, there's going to be a lot more involved and there's going to be a lot of overhead that I've got to cover. And I'm not looking to get rich off this. That's not what I'm doing this for. but I will more than likely accept some donations to help offset the costs of what it's going to be costing me to do this because I'm getting a lot of requests, not just here in Michigan, but out of state to do things. And I'm going to have to probably, you know, require some donations on some of that to cover the costs. And that's all that's all I'm going to be looking to do is cover costs. So there's nothing wrong with that there's nothing wrong with compensating somebody for their time uh that they've volunteered and put into it so it's not an income it's not an income it's a reimbursement and there's a big difference so um from that standpoint you know it is what it is so it This is something I'm working on. It's something that's coming down the pipe. I hope to be able to get this in place by the end of the year so that everybody can benefit from it. So we'll see what happens. Hopefully everything works out. Sounds like a lot of work. It is. It is a lot of work. And I don't get paid to do all this work. It's like DNN, too. I mean, I pay for all the servers. I pay for the connections. I pay for everything. And nobody that comes on here gets paid one dime. I would brew them so fast it's not even funny because I see it as a civic duty. And it's something we can do to get the news out there. But as you said, some people, people have to make a living, too. It depends on. how much, but like, I do think that everybody should be putting in time, unpaid time in civics to work for this nation. And in whatever that looks like, whether it's a couple hours a week, whatever you can spare, some, some reposting of information, anything like that, even just, just as much as buying a book and educating yourself on the process, reading the constitution online, I mean, I put this up here as a resource for ethics because God knows we need it. That is the one thing that is really, really lacking in our nation is we don't even have a baseline anymore of what it looks like to be ethical. Yeah, that is a real problem. That type of education was taken out of the schools. It was taken out of the schools. And nobody understands that you have a duty to do certain things in this country. Freedom is not free. Freedom's never been free. And you have a civic duty to question your public functionaries, to get engaged, to participate. And voting once every two years is not it. Voting is not going to solve the problem. Voting is not, oh, if we just vote the right person in there. I got news for you. You vote the right person in there, six months down the road, they are corrupt as corrupt the person you ousted. And it's due to the Bar Association telling them what to do and how to do it. Because what do they do? They all go to their city, to their council. Well, you know, we reviewed the law and our interpretation of the law is you need to do this, not that. Well, wait a minute. If I do that, am I not usurping my authority? Don't worry about that. We got you covered. Yeah, you got it all covered. Why? Because if someone takes you to court, who's sitting behind the bench in the black satanic robe? Oh, yeah, another bar card thug. So it's a club. They got a club. Now people say, well, what about the federal courts? Well, a little different than the federal courts. Okay? To some degree. Because those federal judges know they can't say, well, the Constitution doesn't apply here. They can't sit there and say that we can deprive you of your rights. Now, the big issue right now is absolute immunity with these judges. Now, there's a hiccup to that. And we're going to be going over this on Thursday night. Absolute immunity only applies... to when they have jurisdiction. If they don't have jurisdiction, there is no immunity of any kind. Now, absolute immunity was something that the U.S. Supreme Court manufactured back in, I think it was, it was in, and they came up with this absolute immunity crap. Well, it really doesn't exist. It's repugnant to the Constitution. It is nowhere written anywhere that they have this absolute immunity. Because if they did, would we not have an unequal application of the law? Yes, we would. And that goes against our founding documents. The law is to apply equally for all. So where did they acquire the delegated authority to proclaim their own self-immunity? We just listened to the Democrats piss, moan, and complain that Trump has no immunity. We need to prosecute him even as president. He doesn't have immunity. Well, if the president of the United States doesn't have immunity, where in the hell did all these judges get it from? They don't. So it's all a farce. It's all a joke. And, again, this is the bar thugs protecting their own. But there's ways of piercing through that, and there's a way of getting through all that. This is why we put together this book, okay? Because when you're stopped by a state police trooper, and I have their admission that they're in office de facto, does the court have jurisdiction? Nope. So does the judge have immunity? Nope. There's how you get through it. You use their own shit against them. And that's all we're doing. We're using their codes and statutes. We're using their language and turning it right around on them and using it against them to pierce their so-called absolute immunity. We're going to use all this against them to expose them for who and what they really are, a fraud upon the American people. And this is, you want to get the Republic back? Start exposing them because once you start exposing them, now they're subject to civil liability. And if they're subject to civil liability, it means you get to sue them. And when you sue them, what does that do? It tags their bonds. And when they get too many tags on their bonds, what happens? They lose their bond. When they lose their bond, they're no longer in office. They can't be bonded ever again. They're done. You start doing that to a few police officers. You start doing that to some of your local politicians. Guess what? The rest are going to pay attention. They're going to realize, oh, crap, they figured it out. Now what do we do? So that's what we have to do, folks. This is how you fight back. These maybe sound like little battles, but these little battles will win the war. Well, that's where the worst fought. I mean, unless you're going to, you know, drop the, drop the bomb on it, which you're not going to do, you know, you gotta, you gotta get in there because we don't want to destroy everything we want. You know what I mean? It's like, you can't go to, you can't destroy everything because there's a lot of good things that would go with it, but you gotta be very strategic in how to take the evil out of our society. And there's a lot of it. And I think, as you said, if people start getting the message that there's consequences for their actions, when they step outside of the law in a lawful manner, then, then, and you just got to keep, you know, torquing the pressure up a little bit until you start seeing a change of compliance, you know? And I think, I think that I love what you guys are doing. This is amazing. Yeah, we're not going to stop. We're going to keep on moving forward on this. We've got some other stuff that is going to be coming down the pipe here. Things like going after their bonds, putting constructive liens on them and a few other things. And yeah, we're going to put the pressure on them hard and fast. And there's going to be some federal lawsuits that have already been filed, more that are coming. to hold them accountable for what they've done. And again, we're not backing down. We're not going to back down. And yeah, I think I've made it clear that should something happen to me, you know, because I don't believe I don't do drugs. I don't believe in suicide. I'm sure as hell not accident prone. Something happens to me. You know who it is. You know who's behind it. So, you know, that's that's basically like the shot heard around the world. OK, it's a declaration of war upon the people. Do they want to really want to go down that road? They really want to take that path. Is that their intent, to declare war upon the people? That's what they're looking to do right now. They've already done it. Yeah. They did it by their bioweapons that started in the United States of COVID. And you get these corporations that are behind all that. Why isn't anybody filing lawsuits on them? You don't need an attorney to file a lawsuit on them. Don't need that. We're learning that, aren't we? What's that? I said, we're definitely learning that, aren't we? That's right. Yeah. You don't need an attorney. What's an attorney? He's a farce. His first obligation is to the court, not this client. So why would you hire someone who's working against you in the first place? So, you know, people got to educate themselves. They got to educate themselves and they've got to get engaged. They have to. We are stronger with the numbers and there's more of us than them. There's a lot more of us than them. So get engaged. I mean, that's the bottom line. So what, I don't even know what to ask you next because I just like listening to you talk. You know, you always have great things to talk about. This Sheriff Murphy thing is kind of like I'm kind of speechless about what he said. Have you guys had other interactions with this guy? Um, I have personally, uh, due to the number of times I've been held in contempt and whatnot. Um, so I have a biometric trust and my trustees, the one time they had me in the jail, my trustee showed up, met with him. He looked over the information through the certificate of trust. And his comment was, I cannot enforce this trust. I cannot accept it. Because if I do, then I'm not going to be able to arrest anybody. See, when you put your biometrics in a trust, your biometrics now become trust property. They do not have the authority to hold trust property. So the trustees come to collect the trust property. And he's like, I can't honor this because I'll be, I wouldn't be able to arrest anybody then. Well, guess what? He violated the terms of the trust and he will be, I will be taking him to federal court for violating the trust. So he's got, you know, there's a big price tag that he's going to be facing because of what he did. He doesn't have the authority to violate a trust in the terms and conditions of a trust. Never. Trust law is supreme. It's, you know, the number one. And he has no delegated authority to do so. So he's going to learn the hard way. This is really funny. It actually is fun kind of watching people getting checkmated. Yeah. You know, the other thing is they had a conniption the one time I was in there and they're like, well, what's your last name? They always have to ask you certain questions. OK. And when you get arrested, don't sign anything. Because that's a contract. You don't give them your Social Security number. OK, I've got something to throw at you. So Peggy Sattler, our clerk, is big on coercing people to sign things. So we had our public inaccuracy test and she forced me, she coerced me because I said, I want to sign that tape. I didn't see anything other than it wasn't a public accuracy test. It was a fraud upon the people. They worked on the machines in the morning and they just gave a demo of what they allegedly did. So I ended up, she's like, no, you were in the room. You have to sign it. Last night we were there and she required, she did the same thing to Karen. Karen was, you know, a gal named Karen was there and Karen got up and she said, no, you have to sign in order to speak. You have to sign. And I'm like, okay, so she under duress forced, you know, ordered us to sign, to sign their little bullshit paperwork. So at any rate, it's okay. I'm a witness to the fact I signed it. So I was a witness to the fact that there was absolute fraud committed because it wasn't what they said. What if you don't sign it? What's that? What happens if you don't sign it? I don't know. I don't know. But at any rate, I signed it because I'm like, great. Now I proved it kind of shot themselves in the foot because now it proves that I was there as an actual witness. And I can just like eviscerate them with my testimony. So I kind of shot him in the foot. But it was, you know, when you go up and somebody says you have to sign something, you don't want to sign it. What's the response? I'm not required to sign it. I don't have to sign it. Are you going to arrest me if I don't assign it? Now I'm under threat, duress, and coercion. That's contractual duress. No contract under duress is enforceable in any court of law. There you go. The other thing is you can put above your signature, you can put all rights reserved and then sign it. Make sure you put a period at the end of your signature because that closes the signature. It's not an open-ended signature. They can't monetize it. How do they monetize it? Oh, boy. What time is it? You can do it in ten minutes or less. Well, I can't do it in ten minutes or less. So do we want to talk about monetizing the signature next week? We might be able to do that. It depends on what happens. You never know what happens with me. But yeah, a lot of your banks and all that, they monetize your signature by basically selling like bonds and such through the system. So you sign a promissory note, they're processing that and selling it to other banks and other investors and whatnot. So unless you know how to sign something correctly, they're monetizing your signature all the time. So but the other thing is that if you get arrested, you don't sign anything. You don't answer questions. You know, they'll say, well, are you suicidal? I'm sorry, I don't answer questions. You're asking me a medical question. Are you a doctor? Why are you asking me medical questions? You're not a doctor. Are you practicing medicine without a license? And they go, well, what's your last name? I don't have one. Oh, well, what do you mean you don't have a last name? They could not process me because I would not admit to a last name. So think about that next time. What is the last name? The last name is used for their tax purposes. Why wouldn't you when you get the notice in the mail from the from the court, the last name comes first and the first name is last. That's not me. That's not I don't know who that person is. I have no idea who that is. That's not me. Looks like me. Sounds like me. Maybe it looks like a misnomer, but that's not me. Yeah, that drives them nuts. I got to tell you, I get such a bang out of this. I really do. So, yeah, there's a lot of things, you know, like right now, you know, if they were to yank me back in there, Judge Bain. in all his glory, were to try and yank me back in, I end up in front of him. My first question to him is, what's going on today, Matthew? Now, he's going to get all kind of puffy, and he's going, what do you mean, Matthew? Well, your name's Matthew McGivney, isn't it? Oh, my name's not Matthew McGivney. Well, according to my certified transcripts of the last court hearings, you're Matthew McGivney. See, they put Matthew McGivney down as the presiding judge. So I can only go by what the certified transcript says. See, that screws them up. So if you're not Matthew McGivney, who are you today? Who are you? Please identify yourself on and for the record. See, they won't do that. They won't identify themselves on the record. Why? Why? I've done that many times to judges. You know, I didn't hear, you know, you want me to identify and you want the prosecutor to identify or the other party. How about you? Who are you? I don't know. You could be a homeless person sitting up there. I don't know who you are. Why don't you identify yourself? They won't. Why? That's a good question. Why won't they identify themselves? Exactly. Is this a secret? Why don't I get to know who you are? Yeah, let's go get a cup of coffee or something like that. I'm not sure that that's lawful, but, you know. The other thing is, you know, you have to listen to what a judge says up there. He'll ask you questions to bait you. Okay? Well, who are you today? Well, I'm not you. I'm not a you. I don't understand what you're referring to. See, you don't admit to their crap. What do they say when you say that to them? Well, they get frustrated as hell. They just, I mean, they get red in the face. They get, you know, oh, some of y'all puffy chest and they start slamming things down and we're going to get to the bottom of this. And, you know, it's like, and I gave him, you know, we had two court appearances within a couple of weeks of a part of each other. This went on for two weeks, two different hearings. And finally, after that, I wrote up a notice to the court. Here is who I am. And it was a big, long paragraph. And I sent it. And we got into court. And, again, right back, we're starting. And finally, he just put a stop to it. And he goes, okay, you sent a notice in. And I said, yeah. So he read it on and for the record as to who I am. And explained that I'm a man created by God, Michiganian national. I mean, the whole, you know, private citizen, the whole nine yards. Explained the whole thing of who I am. And he still had the audacity to ask me who I am. Well, you just read it on the record. Didn't you pay attention to what you just read? So you have no jurisdiction over I, because I am not your corporate fiction that you have the administrative delegation authority to be over. I'm not in that jurisdiction. You have nothing over me. So what do you want to do now? And this whole thing, these cases have been going on for, what, five years now. His panties are in a wad because I paid him in coffee beans. And in his opinion, and he stated on the record, it's his opinion that that is a contemptible offense. And I'm like, dude, Montgomery Ward, Eugene Glaser, here's a transcript. The judge accepted coffee beans. Why? Because you cannot specify a specie of payment Judge Murphy couldn't specify a specie of payment. She had to recuse herself because of what she did. You inherited these cases. I tried to do the honorable thing to resolve all controversy here and give you something of intrinsic value, i.e. the coffee beans, because you cannot specify a specie of payment because under... Michigan law under the federal constitution, the only thing that can be done is lawful money, which is gold, silver, silver certificates, yada, yada. And these Federal Reserve notes are IOUs. It's fake. It's all fake. So how am I to tender an obligation with something that's fake? And all debts owing pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act of the United States to begin with. Now, where do you want to go with this? I don't know, Mike. Maybe he's got something against coffee. Maybe he's one of those herbal tea fat-free cookie guys, you know? Maybe it was the wrong blend. I don't know. It might have been the wrong blend. Originally, I was going to get death by coffee. And everybody said, no, that's not a good idea. That's a really bad idea. So I ended up getting a Mexican trade blend, and I sent them the Mexican trade blend. I thought, you know, Mexican trade. So, you know, I gave them that. So maybe they didn't care for it because they returned them. They returned them. Because they returned them under state law and federal law, when you refuse a tender of an obligation, that tendered obligation is now tendered in full. Why is that law? Where is that listed federally? I'm sorry? Where is that listed federally? Oh, I'd have to look it up again. I don't have that one memorized. Okay. But the other one, I believe it's the state one, is MCL-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C-L-C if I remember correctly. Okay, I needed that today. So yeah, how am I supposed to tender to this obligation? Furthermore, if you're claiming, this is something that I could also do. You want to drive them nuts? You really want to watch their heads explode? Watch this one. Here's another scenario that can be done. Okay, you're claiming that I owe a debt. that what you're telling me judge are you claiming that i owe a debt yeah so you owe it okay fine you know what let me ask you something if i accept the debt you do realize that if i accept the debt i now become the surety and if i'm the surety that means i get to invoke my right of segregation now if i invoke the right of segregation you now must bring forward all the ledgers associated with the bonds that you took out the sf-twenty-four twenty-five and twenty-five a otherwise known as the bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. And you must give a full accounting on all those ledgers, coming and going, in and out. And I may need to know exactly how much money you access through my public trust without the consent of I, for there is no power of attorney. I need the A-O-Four-Thirty, which is the ledger that the prosecution is supposed to put together, showing that the prosecutor is the debtor and I, the defendant, is the creditor. Now, is that what you want to do? Oh, yeah, you can really get into them. And furthermore, under CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR-CFR You're trying to make me the debtor when, in fact, you as the judge and the clerk and the prosecutor, you are the fiduciaries who have the fiduciary responsibility to the beneficiary, that would be me, to make sure that these debts are taken care of and you failed in your duties. Oh, yeah, you can have a lot of fun with these clowns. And at that moment in time, it's a total mic drop, isn't it? Yeah. And then what do they do? Well, usually about then it's like, all right, you're in contempt. So... then it's a quick trip to jail right yeah sometimes yeah oh my gosh this is so funny it really is it this is really is funny it's funny but it's right now your audience is saying oh my god if i did that i would be held in contempt why i don't want to do that yes you do Let them hold you in contempt. When the sheriff was threatening to either detain and or kind of arrest me at the meeting, you should have seen my one son. He was standing at the back of the room, and he likes law. He's like us, you know, and he's going, arrest her, arrest her, arrest her. And I'm looking at my son going – Here's why. Here's why I want them to arrest me. I thought it was hilarious because you would have damages like crazy to go after them. When they step out of line like that, they have just given you cause to absolutely fight the fight. And they've given you all you need to go after them. There's a Florida case that sets the precedent, okay? Pay attention. wrongful detainment, wrongful imprisonment, you now have a civil claim against them for one thousand eighty seven dollars per minute payable in lawful money, i.e. gold, silver, so on. You can with your consent, you can say, OK, I accept your fake money, your Federal Reserve notes and an exchange rate of twenty five to one. So how much does that come out per hour? That's roughly sixty sixty one thousand dollars an hour. So you're talking millions, you're talking millions. So, yeah, you want to detain me, you want to arrest me, go ahead. This is going to cost you big. Because there's already case law that supports what I'm going to do. Because you're depriving I of my rights. Because you don't have the jurisdiction to do what you're doing in the first place. You've acknowledged on and for the record that you received the coffee beans. You've acknowledged on and for the record that you've refused the coffee beans. And yet you're still trying to punish I for what? Following the law that you're refusing to acknowledge? Because I'm following case law that's stare decisis? Because you don't want to follow what's supposed to be done? You're refusing to act de jure? You're trying to hold me as a debtor and punish me for not being in compliance in breaking the law. Think about this. When you go to pay your property taxes, when you go to pay these court costs, state law says it has to be done in lawful money. So when they ask for anything else, oh, we'll take a check, we'll take a credit card, we'll take whatever, they're asking you to break the law. The tax assessor is asking you to break the law. Oh, just write us a check. Just give us your credit card. Hello? My response would be, well, why are you asking me to break the law? The law says, here it is, here it is, here's what you are to accept. And I can't do that because all debts are going to the United States. I don't have access. The banks don't give me gold-backed currency. So how am I supposed to tender this obligation? How about some coffee beans? How about some Lima beans? So who are these public functionaries kidding? They're asking you to break the law. They're asking you to violate state law. They're asking you to violate federal law. For what? To perpetrate and move a fraud? They're perpetrating a fraud. Stop. Stop funding them. And now we know that the sheriff's department are nothing but guns for hire. At the taxpayer's expense, they're using tax dollars for the funding of these guns for hire. Hello? Stop funding them. You're funding terrorism. Stop. Well, that would solve a lot of problems because it's always about money. Yes. Yeah. And, uh, I mean, it's always a money game constantly. I'm answering a few questions here in the different chats and such. What kind of money? What kind of money are we talking about here? How many money? Well, you know, and I think that I honestly think going over this multiple times is good because I know we have new people here watching all the time. But it takes a while for this to sink in because of all the brainwashing that's gone on over the years. Yeah, you heard firsthand, Murphy, break out your checkbook if you want my deputies. He's admitting right there that his deputies are guns for hire. Is this an isolated incident? I'd like to know. I'd like to have Darla Leaf come on here and tell us what he does. Does his deputies, how about Oakland County? How about Washtenaw County? How about Wayne County? Do these other counties do the same thing? I believe they do. And I challenge any sheriff deputy, any sheriff, period. Let's go right to the source, the sheriffs themselves, to come on the show and let's have a conversation about it. You show me where this is lawful for you to do this. Where do you have the delegated authority to do this? How is this not an act of usurpation on your part? Show it to us. Prove it. If I'm wrong, prove me wrong. If you can show me that I'm wrong, then I will accept it. I will apologize. I will give a public apology. But until that day happens, they're nothing but guns for hire. And they're an act of treason. It's an act of domestic terrorism. It's really kind of shocking that he had the guts to come right out and say that. I mean, to me, it's just kind of like, I can't even believe that he came out and said it. I can't either. But you want to know something? I get judges to do that crap all the time because they get frustrated when they you know, when they're put on the spot, they don't think straight and they say and do things they're not supposed to do. So am I am I shocked by this? He was doing an interview. He was, you know, camera in his face and he probably wasn't thinking about what he was saying and he just openly admitted to something he should never have said. Well, they do it all the time, though. You know, when you get them up there and they're sitting in front of everybody and they start talking. And the big thing that was said yesterday, too, was that, well, the attorneys told me to say this. Like they're justifying it because they're following the attorney's advice. So, you know. Yeah. Well, I'm sorry, but we didn't hire and we didn't vote in an attorney. We didn't agree to that. We didn't vote them in. And why is that they have to blame? Well, the state told us to do that. Well, you don't take orders from the state. So why do they constantly point the finger at somebody else and say, well, I have to do it. It's like a little kid with their hand in the cookie jar. You know? That's exactly what it looks like. It looks bad. It's a bad look, guys. It's a really bad look. And they just keep doing it. It shows that they're all incompetent. It shows they're puppets and that they're incompetent. It's kind of shocking, really. You don't know how to do your job as a public functionary? Then why did you run for office? Why are you there? If you don't know what you're supposed to do or how to do it, then why are you there? I can only come up with one reason. To promote a self-agenda. That's it. So... I was going to show you, I found something on our buddy, Carla Wagner, that was kind of funny in her literature. She's boasting about being a developer, which I thought was kind of funny considering the fact that, that all of the areas of Michigan are being staffed by developers and working with, you know, working. And I mean, that was told to me by an FBI agent, which I thought was, I just received an email the other day stating that a lot of her staunch followers are now dropping by the wayside based on the stuff that I had brought forward. Sounds like they're starting to get a little smarter, aren't they? Yeah, they're actually taking the time to read what it is they're promoting. What are the biggest things that you're taking away from that? It sounds like a great idea. Hey, grandma's not going to lose her house because we're going to stop property taxes. And nobody took the time to read the petition. I'm going to stop you right there because you said something really key. That's what they always use are these emotional words. These emotional hooks. Oh, yes, we don't want grandma to lose her house. Bam, they got you. Stop and read the language. And I don't mean what's on petition. I mean the actual petition language, which is usually three to four pages long. Yes. We were looking at one this weekend at the taxpayer party SEC meeting, and Bill Moore brought it. And it showed a petition. I think it was a voter ID petition. Sounds great. But when you actually see the language, how long, how big it is, it is absolutely shocking how much language you have to read through, understand it, and not just what they want you to see, you know, in that little paragraph at the top. Oh, yes, the headline is, I don't want grandma to lose her house. Well, I can agree with that, too. But once you see the terms and conditions, it's not quite so... You know, I've been a contractor for, you know, thirty five years. You know, it has always bothered me that how the assessors assess the value of properties. And I've always, you know, felt that they've overinflated the numbers consistently. And I've gone to battle with them on it several times. And, you know, when I saw the ask my tax, you know, on the surface, it sounded like a good idea until I sat down and read it. And I'm like, holy crap. This is not what it really is. It's a Trojan horse. Sure is. And so I'm currently working on ways to get rid of property taxes. They are unconstitutional. This is not a state issue. This is a federal issue. And I will have a process put together that we're going to teach on how to get rid of property taxes, lawfully get rid of property taxes. So, yeah, it's coming. We're working on it. It's something that will happen. And this is not going to be based on a theory of mine. I'm actually going to apply this and I will end up going to court on this on property that I have. And I'm going to use my property as the guinea pig and I'm going to get it to work. And that way I can teach others how to do the same. Well, I'll try to get that screenshot out there because I think people really need to know the truth. And quite honestly, there are so many people out there who think that they're going to throw this candy to children out there. Oh, it looks good. It's pretty. It looks like it tastes good. But the reality is that they're not telling you everything. We gave her six months with the U.S. Taxpayers Party to answer our questions. She wouldn't answer the questions. And after that, all she has done is gone after us personally because she can't justify it. And quite honestly, unless you are going to nullification on anything, This is the question that everyone should be asking about any of these ballot initiatives, amendments, petitions, all of it. When has it ever worked to do what it says? on these ballot initiatives. I would think that we've gotten smarter since the last go around when parents actually lost their parental rights for their children because of these ballot initiatives. They did exactly opposite of what they say they would do across the board, every single one of them. So why is all of a sudden this going to be different? I mean, are we still so brainwashed that we've stopped critically thinking and go, wait a minute, my emotions are a little bit activated right now. I better look into this a little bit because something doesn't seem, well, it seems right, but I want to make sure it's right. And I think once you do that, you're going to find out that all of them are absolute garbage. We need to go back to what works, not keep layering more crap on the garbage heap. Yeah. Yep. Yeah. Go back to basics. They're getting us by that every single time, every single time. That's what they're doing. Yeah. It's kind of shocking, really. I'm very shocked at how quickly people grab the new guru of what they're saying. And it's all self-enrichment, really, because, oh, yeah, we want to get out in front of the property tax. Yeah, it's a great idea. Come on, let's do this thing. Wait a minute. Are you just another captured asset here? The answer to that in regards to the property tax issue that they want to put on the ballot is absolutely. You didn't read the language. You didn't understand the language. You didn't look into what was behind it. And you and I both have had people that have tried to recruit us over to Ask My Tax. And the guy that called me, he absolutely told me, I said, well, I'm like, you know, I just asked him some questions. And he's like, oh, yeah, she didn't write it. She said she's working with an attorney and an economist on this. Why would somebody such as that be working with a trust attorney, it appears, or an economist, why would they be doing that? There's the questions to ask right there. And if you can't answer that question, you just bit the bait. And I'm sorry, but nothing is as it appears. And it just happens to be the same law firm that wrote the Michigan Trust Code that is set up to pillage and pierce the veils of people's wills and trusts and pillage the assets from within. Just out of coincidence. Might want to look into this a little bit because nothing is as it seems. Nothing. You know, when I look into the Charlie Kirk thing, They went after conservatives hard to have them. I really believe that this was not what it appears to be at all. You can't tell me that Erica Kirk jumps in front of the camera all of a sudden after seeing her husband shot and her two children shot, allegedly, you know, and all of a sudden they've gone through a traumatic event and then less than a week. She's a CEO of this huge enterprise, right? I'm sorry. When people go through trauma, they don't do that. They don't get on a stage with fireworks around them. It's not logical. It's not logical to see the set broke down within a couple of hours. That was a crime scene if he was shot. They would have gone over that with a fine-tooth comb for weeks. Trust me. We had a building that blew up years ago. My father-in-law died as a result of it. And we were, the whole thing was under scrutiny, the entire area. We had investigators crawling all over to find out what the cause was. And this is, you know, my father-in-law, I mean, he's a farmer, right? It wasn't somebody who was a pivotal figure. It makes no logical sense. if you disengage your emotions and start thinking you know that's all para horse training when you train a horse you got to get them thinking otherwise you're just blah they're why they're running off a cliff somewhere did you know that's why they use mules in the grand canyon for tours difference between a horse and a mule when a horse when a when a mule feels threatened they stop They stand absolutely still and they process. That's the stubborn part of it. When they're threatened or they feel any emotional thing, they stop and they plant it. So they're not going to jump off the cliff. If it's a horse, a horse sees a spider on the wall of the canyon, pew, off the cliff you go. Because they run and they're reactive. They don't think. They just run to their own death. They'll do it every time. And that's what we as horse trainers, that's what we deal with is we try to give them a brain to think so they don't run to their own demise. People are exactly the same. If their emotions are triggered, they run. They run immediately to fear. And when you run to fear, you're dead. Because you're going to create your own situation, which is going to end in your demise. Look what the drive-by media does. Look what the drive-by media does. Everything is reactionary. Everything. They sensationalize the event, no matter what it is. They sensationalize it, and it's all reactionary. Well, look at nine eleven. Remote reaction out of out of the people that are watching the show. Well, look at look at Trump in the past. World War One. What was that all about? Ushering in the Federal Reserve. What was World War Two all about? It was about the U.N. What was nine eleven about? It was about the Patriot Act and installing the surveillance state. And who did it? Was any of it honest? And what was going on there? Hell no, you can't tell me that they found the two terrorist passports within hours in a city full of paper. And they had this thing figured out because they had passports in hand. It's illogical. And everything we're seeing out there right now is it's illogical. And so if we just stop and look at this stuff, all of a sudden it starts making sense that we are absolutely being misled. We're being, they know how human beings typically work. There's some of us that we just don't react. Okay. I'm that, that person. I just, I just don't react. I'm like, okay, I don't care what they tell me. It doesn't matter what it is. I'd sit there and go, okay. Yeah. Now, what's what's behind it? Who's getting paid? First of all, the first question I ask is what are the motivations and who's getting paid? When somebody talks to you, you can sit there and listen to them and say, what are they telling you? What do they really want you to know? Do they want you to know that they're the expert, so they're going for power? Do they want you to know, you know, or somebody comes up and says, no, I'm not really qualified. I can't do this. They want you to praise them. They want you to tell them how great they are. They need that security or reassurance, or they just really want you to tell them how great they are. There's a whole bunch of things that people do. But when you talk to people, when you hear things, listen into it further. What is their motivation? You know? What who's who are they aligned with? Who's getting paid? Is there another agenda going on behind the scenes? Typically, the answer is yes. And if you just stop, this is what I would do with a horse. Just stop. Take a look around. Look at the other things that you should maybe be asking questions about. Don't panic. Don't be afraid. Even with all the stuff that we go through here on BNN, I bring things up. Michigan is number three in the state. I posted it this morning for rapes. Michigan is for the country. Number three state in the country for rapes. Okay? Are we all going to panic and go out there going, oh, my God, I am in danger of getting raped? No, we're going to sit there and we're going to go, huh? We got a real problem here. I just received an email, I believe it was a few days ago about a woman who accepted a business card from somebody and she put it in her wallet or whatever. Anyway, she was driving home. and started feeling sick and dizzy and disoriented, there was chemicals on the business card that got into her system through touch or smell. And it was worse than the date rape drug. And she noticed that the car that the guy that gave her the business card, there were two got him and another guy in a car following her. And she was able to get help. But yeah, they're passing out these business cards or something. If you need a home improvement or something, call us. And there's chemicals on the business card that was going to incapacitate her. Or dollar bills that you see on the street or money that you see laying around. There are people that are lacing those things with fentanyl. Don't bite. Just look at it. Well, that's interesting now, isn't it? And, you know, it's like, don't bite or call somebody to deal with it because they're taking people out that way. You know, I've lost, I'm up to, I think, three people, right? Well, actually more than that. There's actually eight people that I know right now that are, I would say, are suspected of assassinations that I know within the last month. And I mean, this kind of stuff is happening. These people are out there are afraid because they are losing and they're losing bad. And so so you've got and I'm not saying that to be scared. Put your trust in God. You got to remember this, guys. It's like I I'm not afraid. OK, and I don't think you should be either. You look at what happens in the Bible. You know, Daniel and the lion's den. look at the fiery furnace they sat right in there didn't touch them when when you have god in your life it says you can walk right down the middle of them a thousand at your right hand ten you know ten thousand your right hand it could be a million it doesn't matter when you walk with god it breaks all rules because god's not bound by the rules of where we are It breaks all the rules of what everybody thinks is reality. God can keep you safe in any and all situations. The key, you got to trust him because if you don't, it's like horse training. It really is. If you don't trust God, something is going to activate your emotions and fallen nature and you're going to run right to your demise every single time. If you trust God, that's where you see miracles happen. It's amazing. Doors will open. Jesus walked through walls. Everything changes the minute you follow God. And I mean, really follow him. Give everything to him. Lay your sin down. The more and closer you walk with God, you're putting your sin down. You're putting down your bad habits. You're putting down the things that are, you know, lying, cheating, stealing, whatever it is, whatever you think you need to be okay in this world, to be validated by others or have money or fame or whatever. It's all sin. And it's all fake. And you ain't taking it with you. But when you lay all of that down and realize everything here has always been his anyway. And say, I don't care what tomorrow brings. I don't care whether I have the security around me or not. The only security I need is walking with God Almighty in the name of Jesus Christ. When you do that, watch the miracles happen. It's incredible. Incredible. And then we don't have to say when somebody says, well, it'll only work if I'm on the Republican Party. It's got to be the Republican Party that we win with because Republican Party, Republican Party. Guess what you've just done? You've just told me you have no faith in God, because quite honestly, God doesn't need human constructs to fix things or work things. If you trust God, you trust him, period. And you don't try to make your own plans. You just say, okay, what are we doing today? God, show me what I need to do. Man, will you crank the workout? You will become so productive. It's incredible because he just brings it to you and you'll know exactly what to do. You don't have to have the security in your plans. Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways, trust in the Lord with all your heart. And he will make your path straight. Says it right in the instruction manual, the Bible. Okay? Trust in him is the key. And all of this stuff goes away. All the bad stuff goes away. You walk right through the middle of it. You aren't even going to be touched. But when your day is done and God calls you home, you're not going to add a day to it. You're not going to take away a day to it. It's going to be him. No one can hurt you. It's just trust in him and watch things happen. It's an extraordinary journey. And honestly, the world has provided and pushed God in terms that are false lies. It's like it talks about the synagogue of Satan, talks about all the lies in Revelation and what they do to capture people under the false religion. It's all false. I have one C three churches. It's about the money. It's not about God. It's about creating a system that they feel that they're in charge of to get butts in the seat so they can have their programs and their air conditioning, this, that, and the other thing. What did Jesus do? He went to people's homes. And so our, our attitudes and our knowledge of what is out there needs to radically change because we are living in a satanic system. And all of us have been sucked in at some point or another. It's only by the grace of God. You know, the church of Satan, the synagogue of Satan. What is that? Pretty clear in the Bible when you take a look at it. It's very clear. There's usurpers that have put on the masks of those people that we've learned to trust. And it's time to get rid of that. Trust God only. And let him lead you through the life that he has for you. He's going to navigate you through and you're going to go, wow, that didn't work so well. I guess I'm going to try this. And you're going to continue to walk that path. It's a great path. And you have no fear. You just walk it and you don't have to be under threat, duress, coercion, afraid, or all of these other things that are proof of the lack of God's hand, not the proof of it. And so anyhow, I digress or maybe I don't and I don't really care. So it is the way it is. So at any rate, yeah, let's say prayer right now. And then we'll go to last words. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Mike and his generous time that he's invested in everyone out there to teach people the right way to do it. I'd be writing letters to the county commissioners, demanding answers, demanding accountability. Because if they're going to act as guns for hire, then damn it, they need to be arrested. They need to be charged as such. I mean, where do you want to take this, people? Where are we going to put a stop to this? You're funding it, so maybe we should, you know, hey, you know what? This is an act of domestic terrorism, is it not? Well, yeah. Guess what? How about we freeze and confiscate, pursuant to the Patriot Act, all the assets of the sheriff, sheriff department, the county board of commissioners, individually and collectively? All their assets, personal and to their departments, is to be frozen and confiscated pending a full forensic accounting of what is going on pursuant to the Patriot Act. They put that in place, didn't they? Isn't this an act of domestic terrorism? Sure as hell is. They need to be held accountable. So let's freeze their assets and or confiscate the assets if it's proven that they are committing treason. There's so many ways. When we defy orders that are unconstitutional, It's an, that defiance is an act of heroism. And I want to just say that Karen wrote in, cause we were talking about her being coerced to sign, to sign in, to be able to speak in front of the board. Screw you people out there. I mean, we're all doing a lot of actual work here and we're going to continue to do it. And I think it's important. So anyhow. God bless you all. They really don't have an ability to care for others. So they just look at other people as stones to step on on the way to whatever grandiose future they've got planned for themselves. And then you've got people that are trying to do the right thing. And they just kind of don't know what to do. So they're like a bunch of little kids peeing in a pool, okay? They just kind of haven't figured out how to zip the zipper up yet, okay? They're just kind of floundering around out there. Give them a hand. Help them to learn things, okay? There's a big difference between intentional misleading for self-gain and people that just don't know any better, okay? And we all got here at one point in time. None of us is devoid of that in our past. Just not really knowing, but moving forward. Help each other. Help each other. Educate and help. And I'm going to be posting the JotForm link to that notice that I served Byron Township with last night. Nineteen people that I served through the clerk, Peggy Sattler, who is supposed to distribute it to all nineteen. And we're going to see how this works out. But go ahead.
